R C I recently visited Trios, an outpatient surgery center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience. The intake receptionist verified my information and insurance coverage. Karen, who guided me, was friendly and informative, explaining the surgery day process. The pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and reassuring. The staff exhibited a warm and comforting demeanor. The anesthesiologist ensured my safety. My doctor answered my questions and explained the procedure. The surgery room team was kind and reassuring. In recovery, the nurses were exceptionally compassionate and professional. Despite my anxiety, this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Trios Surgery Center.

Kendall Nunamaker If your child is on the spectrum DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. DR.Baxter told me my autistic son wasn’t sleeping because he was over weight. During well child checks she would ONLY talk about my children being over weight (news flash, they aren’t) and scheduled weight checks that I didn’t know about. So if all want to hear is you child getting fat shamed Nancy’s the one for that. Not to mention the male reception sounds like he absolutely hates his job and his life.

Peggie Vasquez Have always had a pleasant experience with the doctors and the staff. Been going here for 2 years now. I had surgery earlier this year and was very well taken care of. ER was great and very attentive with both my children and my husband when we were there. Even the blood lab staff was super friendly and informative.

Cheryl Collier I have stage 4 mbc. Dr. Ahmad Fora is the most amazing Dr.! Yes, sometimes he is behind, but when he is with YOU, you are his first priority. He explains everything and he truly is a caring Dr. I am not interested in seeing any other Dr. for my cancer care. If you are looking for a physician, please check out this facility. All departments I have been to have had amazing people.

Earl Penor JR My advice everybody!!!!! Dont walk away from this place run... Especially Dr Takagi... Ive had several issues... Once... she tried to put me on medication that has been known to cause dementia... She said that was rare... "DO I WANT TO BE ONE OF THOSE RARE ONES?!?!?!" I finally switched doctors... 2 weeks ago... my loving wife of over 60 years passed away... Ive been in trauma for the last couple of weeks and didnt notice that my BP medicine ran out... Even though I have a new doctor... I was using up the BP medicine from Dr Takagi... Despite all my trauma... They refused to renew the medication... Saying that I was no longer their patient!!!! ... I can understand that if I was not going to so much trauma losing that loving wife of mine!!!!!!! ... Anyhow... after 3 days without it... my new doctor was finally able to get it renewed... "HOW SYMPATHETIC AND CARRYING MY NEW DOCTOR IS!!!!!!!" ... AGAIN MY ADVICE DONT WALK RUN!!!!!!!!!

Austin Poor doctors in this facility, Kerri was my “doctor” but she’s only a NP so she doesn’t qualify as a doctor. She never addressed my main concerns and mainly focused on what she believed was the problem at the time. She just wanted to see me more so she can get her paychecks rather than helping the patient. Avoid going to this clinic.

Arno Illig Used to be better. My wife and I are both patients/cu$tomers for many years there together, same ARNP except the first few times there, couldnt understand the first one so they moved us to a recently certified ARNP. Today my wife is informed by her Urologist MD, diagnosed in less than 5 minutes, that for years, shes had an old unpassailable very large kidney stones calcified tentacles constricting blood flow to her already atrophied right kidney many years. A 2019 radiograph clearly shows a very large white radio-opaque object on top to right, on an already smaller appearing right kidney. I clearly saw it on the M.D.s screen from 6 ft. away myself. How could this have been missed years earlier and Save her all the pain, misery, including one kidney?? Not to mention all the Un-necessary UTIs it caused her persistently over all these years, the thousands of dollars cost treating the Wrong Cause relentlessly, all along. No wonder why the many tried antibiotics never worked to clear up to normal urine clarity & color. was a red flag for sure. Untreated kidney stones can lead to sepsis or death. So today we finally went to a real MD Urologist who found her problem in 5 minutes. She will most likely lose her right kidney. We should have gone to a real Urologist specialist who said that her kidney could have been saved had we known then and acted on a the simple kidney stone passing years ago and keeping an eye on it. Now life on only 1 kidney is a very unpleasant, risky thing. Dialysis has never occurred to us until today. Lesson learned: Go to a real Medical Doctor. They have 5 years more of training than the nurses there. Quality over quantity should stay the way it used to be. Although the Death-rate from kidney stone Sepsis is lower nowadays with early detection and treatment, in my wifes case, this was never done nor even mentioned or discussed.

Cindy Lou Beyond angry. Saw Dr T on Friday. Ordered lab work but apparently failed to release it so now made appointment for draw that cant be done. Thanks a lot.

Amy Strong Absolutely horrible! That office staff is bad at calling back! We should have had a phone call on a Thursday, we call they tell us they will have someone call us with the information, Friday call and same damn response. Monday we call 3 flipping times nobody called back ! These people do NOT care about seniors. If they did they would be hiring more staff to get to their patients in a timely manner.

Gelbk Slots I arrived by ambulance with a 85 oxygen level. I just could not catch my breath. I was wheeled directly to waiting room for over two hours. We have not lived in the area long, and had never been to trios. After two hours, I had it, and went over to Lourdes where I was seen right away and admitted for two nights. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to trios. Horrible customer service. Or maybe just horrible service for customers with Medicare.

Ashley Self The doctor was amazing and has great communication. The nursing staff on duty was very lazy. They were to busy talking to each other to help my father. The nurses were also rude. Called the nurse station and waited over 30 minutes for anyone to come in and assist. Had to unplug all the machines to be able to help my father in the bathroom because everyone refused to come and help. While waiting for a nurse, we can see from our room that the nurses are sitting playing on their cell phones.

Eddie Bones Added complexity does not help. Stopped by for labs during a break from work. Saw an open window and walked up to it. The girl looked puzzled at the window asking if Id cut in front of someone. I said "there was a row of empty chairs if thats the line youre referring to". 3 weeks ago I stood endlessly while a group of girls behind the window group chatted about something and avoided looking to see if anyone was waiting that they could help, and one repositioning herself after she saw I was waiting. So, I then get the explanation that the "new procedure" is to check-in at the info kiosk, then check in at the labs window, then check-in at the actual lab. At the labs window I waited 10 minutes for a stack of papers to be printed and reviewed and stickers applied to each form (why isnt the barcode and info printed on each document), disclosures signed, yada yada yada. Its always a slow process that has never been streamlined despite the technology being available. My previous care provider I was in and out in a fraction of the time it takes for labs here. So once the docs are signed, copies of my med cards scrutinized, has anything changed (all of which can be done via phone) I get my stack of papers which are the reviewed once again (I understand for accuracy). The actual lab people are pleasant and polite. The kiosk is an answer to a problem no one asked for. Make it informational, not a requirement. Its akin to waiting in line to be assigned to a line and is an absolute waste of time. And if it is required, put it in the middle of the entrance, line of sight, not squirrelled away in the corner. I know HIPPA regs, but panels are available for privacy. Work on streamlining services not adding obstacles.

Amanda Thompson Recently, my frail senior mother was admitted to Trios Southridge Medical Center for a severe case of pneumonia, exacerbated by her existing COPD and the season. Upon initial observation, the care team appeared to be caring, empathetic, and supportive. However, concerns regarding the quality of care, healing, and patient safety soon arose. Dr. Watson and the hospital administrators appear to prioritize revenue generation over patient well-being. Patient interviews conducted by these individuals were conducted with my mother, who was in no state to provide such informed consent. My mother has been experiencing borderline lucidity, fever, and extreme fatigue. She was compelled to participate in physical therapy, and the physical therapy associate deemed her safe for discharge, despite her condition and only witnessing her walk to the restroom. This oversight has resulted in my mother’s insurance provider refusing to cover any further hospital days. This situation places my mother in a vulnerable state, putting her in more significant risk to my mother’s health, especially considering her ongoing illness, fever, and severe diarrhea. The care team and their administrative support have shifted from caring and courteous to resorting to demeaning language, such as asserting that they are a "business" and no longer prioritize the health and well-being of their patients in the name of profit. This entire experience has been profoundly distressing for my mother, causing her emotional trauma and a sense of loss. Despite her clear and explicit statements to nurses and the on-staff physician that her daughter holds both durable power of attorney and full medical power of attorney, her concerns were disregarded. Due to this unacceptable experience, I am compelled to refrain from recommending Trios Southridge Medical Center to anyone. Sincerely, A. Thompson

Boone Myers Wife has been seeing an OBGYN here for a year and the service has been great, we just had a baby Wednesday and the delivery process was great. The admin side of this entity on the other hand... horrible experiences. They ask for ID, insurance card and act like theyve never seen you before. Even though we had been coming biweekly and weekly for two months. Booked an appointment to see a Trios pediatrician while in the Trios recovery wing. Showed up today for first pediatrician appointment, and they didnt have the reservation even though we had received the automated text messages conforming the appointment... frustrating to say the least.

Nichole Mercado The reason I give 2 stars is emergency department staff. The blond older lady thought it appropriate to cuss at a drunk minor who I was busy trying to keep under control and then they banned me from the hospital cause they did not even ask to make sure my son was legally mine and CPS had to correct them so I was stuck outside while worried about my son. Every other department you rock but the ladies at the front desk in the ER go screw yourselves

Patricia Brewster I visited the emergency room last Thursday and had a fantastic experience. Every person I interacted with— from registration and the triage nurse to the doctors and imaging technician— was professional and supportive. Although I was hesitant to go in due to a work injury, I felt cared for throughout the process. At one point, when my phone was about to die, the registration staff kindly lent me her charger, which was truly appreciated.

J Other than the check-in/registration part (which was horrible - really backed up, no place to sit, expected to do all their work by filling out forms on a tablet and taking pictures of insurance cards), the rest of the experience was very good. Friendly, helpful team members in the same day surgery area who seemed to really care about the patients and our comfort. _

Nichole Jensen The E.R doctor (I think his name was Jeffery) his Nurse & respiratory gal were amazing. We went in last Thursday night because my son had sliced his finger pretty bad. They were so sweet to him. They were so kind to my husband and I. As we were both a wreck from the incident. Thank you guys for all your hard work. Thank you for being so kind to my family. ♥️

Joe Blo I had an outpatient procedure under anesthesia on Monday Jan 13, 2025. This kind of thing is never fun so of course I was not looking forward to it. What a fantastic experience; from being able to "register" days ahead of time via text, to a very quick "check in," going back to my room, meeting the doctor and anesthesia provider, painless IV start, then back for the procedure, recovery, check out, and back home. All very smooth and efficient. Fantastic staff and facility. Everyone was so caring and concerned about my wellbeing, always asking if they could get me anything or do anything to make me more comfortable. My wife was able to wait for me in my own private room with TV, and they checked in on her as well while I was gone to make sure she was comfortable. I appreciated that my wife was able to pull up to a dedicated "load out" door and pick me up upon leaving, so I didnt need to be wheeled back through the facility to the front door while I was groggy. I would specifically like to call out Marisa (front desk,) Becky, Mary, Mike, Brenda, Mai, Orino (?), and Dr. Belcaster for taking such great care of me. What a wonderful place. Lourdes will always be my first choice.

mckailia Lopez Dr. Ivan guavara is honestly the best doctor in my opinion, i had him as a kid and now my two babys see him. Dr. Ivan guavara always takes time to fully answer my questions. He gives good advice that is reassuring. I never leave feeling disappointed. Whenever i have questions about my kids health i can safely say Dr. Guavara is always there when i need him.

Samantha Noldin As a first-time mom, I was eager for a positive and reassuring experience when I brought my two-week-old daughter to Dr. Ivan Guevara for her newborn checkup. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I left feeling quite the opposite. Dr. Guevara’s demeanor was notably rude and judgmental throughout the appointment. As a first-time mom seeking guidance and support, I expected empathy and understanding. Instead, I felt dismissed, which left me feeling uneasy and unsure. Moreover, I had questions and concerns about my daughter’s health and development, which I felt were brushed off without adequate explanation or reassurance. Overall, my experience with Dr. Ivan Guevara fell far short of my expectations for a pediatrician. As a first-time mom looking for guidance and reassurance, I left the appointment feeling disheartened and will be seeking care elsewhere for my daughter’s future medical needs.

Rose My husband went in and saw Marvin Roman. He has bronchitis and this dipstick prescribed him Azithromycin without asking if he has heart problems!!! I almost had to call 911 last night because his heart rate shot up so high he couldnt catch his breath! Luckily I didnt have to but this guy needs to lose his license or go back to school because Azithromycin is known for causing heart problems and is no longer recommended for most people! Not to mention you are supposed to ask your patients if they have heart problems before you prescribe them!!

Rachel Fajardo Refused to see me 1.5 hours before closing. Absolutely no line or people in the lobby but they are too short staffed to see one person who has heart attack symptoms

Gretchen Havens My family and I have never had a problem with the front desk staff or Drs, nps, or pas here until a few days ago june 30th i believe .. I came in with moderate to severe lower left back pain that at times wrapped around to my left overys are and felt like a severe menstrual cramp. I seen Dr Roman. Not sure if he was tired and just wanted to be done or having a bad day or what But I told him how long Id been dealing with it everything Ive been trying to manage it with. Maxing out tylenol and ibuprofren, using a tens pain machine, heat, ice, stretching, Epsom salt nothing was taking edge off.. my blood pressure was high he said he couldnt do any thing else but referred me to physical therapy and ordered an x-ray.. I left in pretty bad pain kept to doing my at home remedies. Did an x-ray the next day July 1sT. heard back about the x-ray July 2nd. I believe was told there was a shadow of some sort in my pelvic area they didnt know what it was and mild arthritis in my lower back. He suggested a rehabilitation center for my back.. So here I am thinking mild arthritis cant be this bad (unless flare up?).. pain wasnt getting better. I knew there had to be something more going on.. went into trios e.r. yesterday 7-3-24 told that dr all this, blood pressure still elevated, come to find out I have kidney stones.. Thank God for that e.r. Dr going above, beyond and treatment plan. Shame on the urgent care dr for not taking my vital signs into consideration and all my at home remedies..

Ashley Garcia First off. I feel like they put a sign to try and pursue people to not come in. Also when it comes to having to walk in and get a sports physical, they should have a somewhat better system. (Such as, maybe having one of the 5 cnas fill out paperwork and then have doctor sign off. Especially when there’s NO issues). That way the people and children that are sick in pain etc., can be a priority. They seem to NOT care about you or the wait times. The nuse that took care of us was AMAZING. She definitely knows how this place is ran. Also it’s really unfortunate and unprofessional when the waiting room is so full there’s nowhere to sit so us patients hear the staff talking very ugly about other patients. Makes me wonder what’s being said about everyone else. I understand we are all short staffed and over worked. But….. being a multi million $$$ company. You definitely need to reassess some staff and systems that can positively boost this place. If I was given a chance to give my feedback in person. I could go on. But if you don’t have to come here. DONT!!!!! Unless you have 4-7 hours to wait. Sadly

Evelyn Ramos Overall the BEST Urgent Care. The front Desk was very welcoming, took all info needed in a timely manner. Gave us a good estimated wait Time — needless to say they got us in sooner than expected! The environment was clean & tidy. Nurse listened to every detail we gave for our visit! Super sweet, the Doctor came in within minutes and took my Daughters care into her hands. Answered all my questions & concerns.. YOU GUYS ROCK. Thank you for your help!

DeAnne Wiley Excellent experience! I had to wait for a couple hours but the entire medical staff was very friendly, listened to my concerns, and all the additional testing I had done was very efficient. I appreciated the thoroughness of the doctor I saw.

Adriana Diaz Dr. Brian Barstad was awesome! He was kind, caring and respectful. He listened to our concerns and provided recommendations and medication to help us get to feel better. I love going here since they always see us on same day and we check in they get us in and out!

Richard Garren Receptionists at this place are a joke! Called ahead at 19:20hrs to make sure my son can be seen, I was told they accepts walk in until 19:45. We get there at 19:38, the place is dead, not one car in the parking lot, not one patient in the waiting room, three employees sitting behind the desk having a good time, one of them is in scrubs, and when I ask to check in we’re told they’re not accepting walking ins. I state that they just told me they accept until 19:45, that’s when the younger receptionist tells me “well if you look online it clearly says unless there’s limited staffing”. No where online does it say this, it only states due to high patient demand they may reach capacity before 19:45. Again not one person in the parking lot or in the waiting room. Then I get the excuse from the receptionist “well we’ve already seen over 100 patients today”. Explain to me how that matters, somebody make this make sense to me. Why was the place even open, why tell me they will accept only for the front staff to turn us away. Great use of recourses, I’m sure the owner appreciates their front staff sitting around joking and turning patients away who need care.

Olga Shaw The facility is very clean and well organized. The medical Assisstent is very knowledgeable and always greets me warmly. The doctors always do the right thing. I have complete confidence in the treatment I get. The front desk area is very organized and well versed in their responsibilities. You are greeted/acknowledged the moment you enter.

Tofuitti I’ve been going here for years now with my kids. Providers and staff are nothing short of amazing. We get such good care here. I’m very happy with the individualized care we get. I’ve had to call them many times after hours and the docs are always pleasant, professional, and helpful. They listen to my endless questions and make me feel at ease. Many times they’ve gone above and beyond for me and my kids. I can’t thank them enough and always refer other parents to them. Thank you guys!

B Lane Anneliese T. has been nothing short of amazing with me and my small child. Ive had multiple issues, and she takes her time tackling each one with a plan and/or recommendations. Even after Providence/Kadlec took over Ive been pleased. Thank you Anneliese and staff.

Meghan Schultz-Rathbun We have loved going to this clinic until they were bought over by Kadlec/Providence. It’s been a horrible experience ever since. No same day sick appointments, no walk-in vaccine appointments, LONG waits to get ANY appointment. Near impossible to reach anyone on the phone or via message. We are told to go to urgent care if our kids are sick, which we have to do, because we can’t get any appointments with our doctor. They are frequently out of vaccines and have no idea if or when they will be back in stock. Front desk and those you schedule appointments with are rude and unhelpful. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Being bought over by Kadlec/Providence has ruined a clinic that was wonderful.

Kaylee Cook Kadlec/Providence, you REALLY screwed this place up! We have one of the best family doctors in town and I can’t even get my 3 month old twins in with ANY doctor without it being triaged by the nurse via “sending a message back” that will likely take 2-4 days for response. In turn, I’m told to take them to an urgent care when they’ll tell me to follow up with our primary and to go to them next time we have an issue. What a joke Also haven’t received a call from the referral coordinator for a pediatric specialist needed, nor have my MyChart messages been responded to. Takes 1-3 business days, more like 1-3 weeks and nothing still

David Sporleder My name is David Sporleder. I am 63 years old. I was brought in around noon on the 19th a Wednesday! Floor 7100. My first nurse was Miranda! She was warm caring and put my heart at ease. Through out my 10 day stay she checked in on me encouraged me and cared for me! Then came Johnny! He was a strong advocate for my comfort. He listened and responded with patience and caring. He encouraged my spirit to fight, to eat. I got my first goodnight sleep under his care. I then remember Jennifer. A great big beautiful heart and a deep compassion for my well being! She helped me adjust to my new oxygen treatments as my condition became known. My world was a wash of oxygen and noise as my treatments started. I have become confused about names. April or maybe Diana or two different people were there for me every step of the way. Genuine caring nurses that helped me adjust and thrive! My comfort always seemed a priority! Then came Muna! So strong and fierce! Filled with compassion and strength. She helped restore my will to fight! As I began to feel better a new light entered my stay. Alexas! Unending energy and encouragement! My truest advocate. She cheered my successes. She encouraged my very soul! Last but not least was Raven. A shinning light of hope and concern. She cautioned me on doing to much and to not over do it when I was to get out. She encouraged a cautious return to my life. All the breathing experts were amazing. Adrian, Joshua, Michael, and some I did not get their names. All made me feel well cared for! The person I saw most. She was incharge of most of my oxygen treatments. I did not get her name. She was short with dark hair. She was like having a mother bear protector! She fought my condition like a champ. So determined she challenged me and she listened to me! She reminded me of my mother! All the wonderful CNAS not once rude or uncaring. They got me thru my time of helplessness with my dignity intact! Your cleaning staff are all amazing as well. Not rude and always polite. The serving staff from the kitchen were all sweet people doing a great job. Finally my Dr.s! So honest and caring. Always checking up on me. Never letting me feel defeated. Only my family has ever made me feel so loved and cared for! Each of you are amazing people with talents and skills that make you unique and special. Whomever is in charge should feel pride in this wonderful team they have assembled. I feel so blessed to have been healed here! Thank you all! May God bless each one of you! Sincerely David Sporleder!

Laura Spencer From the receptionists who checked me in when I got there, to the barista who made the best Starbucks coffee Ive tasted as I was leaving after being discharged, everyone in the ER department was so wonderful. I actually felt like my doctor was a real person who also treated me like a real person, and nurse Grace was so kind and made me feel so at ease the whole time I was there. And was somehow able to place my IV on the first try without issue! Something thats only ever been done once before in my life. After having walked out of a visit at Samaritan ER earlier that day while still in the exam room, and feeling so uncared for by the physician who had stepped out of the room yet again leaving me in agonizing pain with clearly no interest in my wellbeing, I left before the discharge process even began and was feeling beyond discouraged to the point I chose to go home and suffer alone rather than do the same in that hospital room. My trip to Kadlec later that evening made me feel so validated and genuinely cared for and I was finally given a sense of security with the people who were now handling my health and medical well being. Cant thank them enough.

Carol Simmons 6/5/24 update Im up here on floor 3 for a client of mine and the first couple days we had a really nice traveling nurse that was very attentive . The rest of the days I cant even get a nurse to come in here to give my client the meds he needs for pain I get all kinds of excuses . They go on lunch breaks its like they dont care nobody does their job on floor 3 . I have decided I would never ever send my relative here. Worse service . was going to say this place was pretty good but I have now been waiting 3 hours from my pain medicine that she arrived at 6:00 a.m. I understand that nurses get busy but this is ridiculous I have asked many many times and no nothing. They dont want her pain to get out of control but now its out of control because of whatever reason. They changed their menu and its not a very big options going on I dont know why they did that but to get food it takes about an hour to have it delivered to you. I had surgery and yesterday I was in recovery for over 4 hours waiting for a room alone. The nurse finally called to find out that the room was ready long time ago but nobody seems to do their job. If my insurance didnt require me to come to the hospital I dont think it would.

erin zasso ez This review is based on the benton health vital records. When we received the birth certificate for our daughter the sex was listed as male. We called the hospital and they admitted to making a mistake and they would fix it but we would need to pick up new birth certificates from the health department. Once receiving the paperwork for the mixup I went to the health department to get the correct birth certificates. Because my name was not listed for requesting them the health department would not give them to me even tho I am the parent and my name is listed on the birth certificate. Talk about making things difficult when Im just trying to fix a problem the hospital made. The health department made it seem like I had no rights even tho Im the parent.

Kammie Palominos My only complaint is the lack of good customer service. I called about a week ago to inquire about my daughter‘s birth certificates that I had requested through email. The reason for my call was it had been about a week since I had emailed back the applications and didn’t get a confirmation email or ANYTHING indicating confirmation (WHY WOULDN’T YOU OFFER THIS?). As soon as the lady answered you could hear the annoyance in her voice. I explained I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything indicating that you received my applications and she snappily answered….”we don’t do confirmation emails.” Then asked how I submitted it and then she “searched through” them (I’m guessing) and couldn’t find mine, luckily I didn’t fill out another one with my financial information because then my birth certificates arrived the very next week which means they did have the email when I called. All of these issues that I’m bringing up would have been non-issues for me if the lady on the other side of the line didn’t sound like she hated her job and make me feel like I was less than for not automatically knowing the answers to all of her questions that weren’t asked clearly in the first place.

Carmen Ames Very disappointed in our health district… When my crumbling septic tank needed to be replaced they took days longer than their quote 1-2 business days to have the tank inspected (after submitted the needed permit and payment) and then the inspector assumed I was eagerly awaiting their arrival to have it inspected with less than 1 hour notice. After approving the permit and then having a new tank installed, the inspector’s office did not communicate that the inspector for my area was out of town for a week and they would not be able to inspect the new tank until after then (learned this when I called to get an ETA). Bad communication, poor time management, and they assume everyone’s life revolves around them. So now I wait for them to look at the hazardous hole in my yard (in a week or so), before it can be backfilled. Hoping for massive change….

Makayla Lee They Cancelled my appointment day I made it (over a month ago) they claim they called me and left a voicemail but I show NO record of either. They told me that doctor I made an appointment with is leaving next month and that I fudged up by not calling and should not have scheduled it on THIER website. I’m a first time mom and the receptionist/ whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. The doctor is STILL on the website able to be chosen for appointments AND to pick as a PCP.

Cassidy Vaughn Went for 2 different childrens appts. They messed up and didnt schedule them back to back so they made our children suffer just sitting 2 hours in a doctors exam room to be told they are healthy and to get necessary vaccines. Our 1 year old grew tired of being pent up in the exam room and we were left over 30 minutes with no doctor or check-in. I felt like they made us wait longer after hearing our 1 year old start to become restless.

Erika This place is awful with scheduling. I had taken my newborn to this location about 3 times and 2 out of those 3 appointments were cancelled last minute by the clinic. I called to see if there was any way my son could be seen by another provider while mine was out for 2 weeks. Trina or what ever her name is said they don’t do that and wouldn’t stop interrupting me the whole time I was on the phone with her. She gave way too much attitude and was rude as hell. She wouldn’t even let me talk to the manager after I asked about 3 times because the front staff is required to take all messages for management. Dr Gavino was so sweet however due to the horrible staff who was unwilling to work with me and my son, we have found a new provider. 0/0 would not recommend.

Erica Alfaro This facility needs to work on their scheduling more!! My two toddlers have been seeing Dr. Gwen Gavino since newborns. Ive had enough with their scheduling! For my kids yearly checkups, I literally get scheduled 4-6 months after my kids turn their new age. Ive shrugged it off my shoulders for 2 years & i finally said that is not right. My toddlers should not be seen 6 months- 1 year after their new age cause the staff or doctor is so booked for a whole year!! Their scheduling is ridiculous.

Kristina Babiy I scheduled an appointment for my son over a month ago with Dr John Winkelman. When setting up they confirmed he took new patients. An HOUR before the appointment I received a call that he’s not taking new patients. Then asked me whether I’m willing to do vaccinations. According to my answer they denied me care.

Cheyenne Weedmark My kids have been going for ever and never an issue with anyone there. So I figured why not call and get a PCP for myself. Call to make myself an appointment, still waiting to get scheduled but I have called 3 times today alone and 1 out of the 3 have been professional and kind. The other two were short, rude and talk over you. It really is unbelievable. This is exactly what discourages people from going through the hassle of setting up appointments. Considering all the reviews stating the same Im surprised this has not been dealt with yet.

Kelsey Stewart I had my last straw today. Front desk staff is inept. Doctor Bonner came across very judgmental and condescending on our first and only visit. Issues with refilling my prescription, being called rude, and being hung up on made the choice to move my care to Spokane incredibly easy. I was previously given the run around for billing after my first visit as well, and no one on the staff could provide a statement showing I paid my account in full. The two hour drive is more than worth it to avoid Kadlec and use Kaiser providers at this point. I had a bad feeling from this place within minutes of meeting the doctor, who questioned the legality and ethical choices of my previous provider within the first five minutes of our appointment. I also made one comment about liking McDonalds french fries and then got the diet and exercise talk, which is always so much fun when you arent there for anything related to weight or heart health. Bonner was out of touch and looks down on his patients who medicate in ways he clearly does not support. His staff is rude and shouldnt work with the public. Find care else were, you dont get care here.

Heather P. This has been a great location for my family. Dr. Charron and Dr. Roberts have provided excellent care. There are some issues here and there related to scheduling but I dont feel like its anything out of the ordinary for a busy medical office.

Ash D Dr lum has got to be the worst doctor. His medical assistant called me midday on a Wednesday stating that he sent a prescription to the pharmacy. So on Thursday night I went and lo and behold there was no prescription ever sent. Not only that. He doesn’t listen, he just refers you out to specialists that book out 2-4 months while you suffer the whole time. In that case why do I even need him? I could have overlooked all this but the fact that they lied is the last straw. I will be switching and I do not recommend seeing Dr lum. I am extremely upset and I’m leaving this review In hopes that no one else will have to go through this. Edit: The issue was allergies. A simple blood test would have solved my issue! But instead I had to suffer until I found someone myself who was able to figure out that I was having allergic reactions.

Nalani Eoff I had an appointment this morning for my baby girl, and we scheduled with the only pediatrician Dr. Helen Tatunay. I’m not sure of the nurse’s name who brought us into the room, but both the nurse and doctor were incredibly rude and demeaning. We got behind on my daughter’s vax schedule with the process of moving from Oregon to Washington, and were talked to as if we were neglecting our baby by both staff members. I was so angry, and both my husband and I had to bite our tongue’s the entire appointment. I also had to have the nurse re-measure my baby’s length because she would’ve shrunk an inch. My husband and I were both incredibly uncomfortable, and neither one of us had ever encountered such a judge mental atmosphere. We are not anti-vax, and wanted to do an adjusted schedule so she isn’t getting her vaccines all at once, in case she has a reaction. The Dr told us because of that she was unwilling to continue seeing us. If that’s her personal viewpoint, that’s fine, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. I do not recommend this pediatrician to anyone. Doctors should be welcoming and empathetic, not treating someone poorly because they don’t share the same viewpoints.

I was here with my boyfriend who was in heart failure, but its been a few years and I brought a friend of mine that had a stroke here and theyve been treating him very well the doctor was great. Talk to him and said that we were gonna get to the bottom of his issues. Im really impressed, but we have been released yet. Ill let you know..

Karla Martin I needed to take my daughter to the ER and there was a zero wait time. The intake coordinator, RN, and provider were all very fast at getting my daughter back to an exam room and getting her visit started within minutes of arrival. The provider and nurse were incredibly patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. It made what could have been a very scary event for an 11 year old a comfortable, relaxed (well, as relaxed as an emergency room trip can be) visit.

Maria I went on monday night and it stretched into Tuesday morning for me so wait was about 6 hours but it *is* an emergency room so some things will be out of the staffs control. The staff themselves, however, were very courteous and professional. The doctor that looked at me was friendly and compassionate. The next lady who walked me through what forms to sign also answered a lot of questions I had, including about costs (and I had many, as Ive never been to an emergency room before this) The receptionist was patient and informative. I only gave five stars for the caliber of service I received and ignored the wait time, which completely depends on if they have beds available and the severity of your emergency.

Jacinta Matthias Wait time is horrible. Been here for 4 hours. Also, they didn’t send my antibiotics medication to the rite aid the first time; my PCP who was on vacation had to issue a request to send it and even then, they refused. Told me to see my PCP. My PCP made a report of this incident because she thought it was ludacris. Took me a long time to get on much needed antibiotics, like what was the point of getting seen at the ER if they wanted my PCP to order the medication. Also to add: I came here for a second time. Complete mistake. Waited another 4 hours. I started fevering again and feeling weak like I needed to rest. So as I was leaving, I said I would go to Kadlec ER to the nurse Annie in the front. She rudely laughs in my face and says “good luck, you’ll be waiting there longer” as if I haven’t just waited 4 hours and had no care. I will be reporting this to my PCP for a report

Sonja Young Most of the staff was great, but the security on duty for the overnight shift spoke to several people in a demeaning fashion. It wasnt called for in any of the exchanges I witnessed from where I was sitting in the waiting room. To be clear, I was not the patient. I was a family member waiting to hear how my loved one was doing.

Chanel Cunningham My husband and children have been seen here. The staff are friendly but unfortunately this clinic is a visit-driven practice/Appointment factory. They will want to schedule as many visits as possible even when its unnecessary while also failing to follow up with abnormal labs and going over treatment plans. They require you to have a visits for prescription refills after multiple visits and a history of taking the same medication. Very disappointed I definitely recommend going to Three Rivers Family Medicine or Best Med Primary Care.

Britt Clark So far this location has great doctors but pretty inattentive medical assistants. I was left to wait in a room for my paperwork at noon, and no one came in to give me my papers because theyd all gone to lunch. Sat waiting for 20 min or more. I had to have someone unlock the front door just to get out.

Misty Hicks Horrible. Dr Savannah Horntuedt is worried more about getting the hours needed in the clinic then the care of her patient. Had to make another doctor appointment at another clinic because she didnt do her job as a doctor and call or message her patient with results of pervious medical records or if I need to get more labs for some serious conditions. To this day I have never received any further communication from her. The office is not better, if you need to get medical records transferred good luck. Went to another clinic and will never have her as my doctor or step foot in this clinic. Dont do your self a disservice! Go to another clinic and doctor. Find a doctor that is about the patients.

Yuki Motomura Hopkins About the phone operator when I tried make schedule. I might confused her? I felt she’s getting Frustration and in the last, I Conformed to the date and the time then she hang up. Last time when I was drop off paperwork for my husband and I didn’t know anything about it. He told me he talked to doctor so drop off some paperwork at doctor office. Front desk person sounds like attacking me by word…she should good at speaking. that why working in front desk that I thought….. Well, in the end she checked inside of paper then told me some rule. However, if she speaks more generally, I won’t uncomfortable be there….

DeVore Jodi (Goobian) If you are overweight do not go to her. My best friend passed away 9 years ago. He was 350, had diabetics, colon cancer he had surgery for, legally blind, and died of liver cirrhosis due to a fatty liver. If he lost all the weight, he would have still died. His joints were shot, his back hurt, his shoulders hurt from previous injuries, the damage from his weight was done. He would always complain about pain, couldnt walk more then 20 minutes after taking a pain killer, and she always said losing weight would solve your problem you need to lose weight. He liked her, but would always leave frustrated because she didnt treat him and his symptoms. He died using a walker, he fell 2 times and injured his hips and while waiting for an MRI he needed a walker to walk to the bathroom on his own. I was never given a death plan or hospice plans, was always told he could live until tomorrow or 10 years. It was very traumatic thinking he just was having another infection, and it was his liver failing and then he died. He should have been listened to, his pain was very real and valid.

Vicki Bennett Was at trios due to being unresponsive once admitted I woke up, and panicked was trying to leave room a 6"3 6"4 male nurse came around corner grabbed me by the neck proceeded to lift me and carry me across the room then body slammed me down on gurney, causing more injuries to my previous injuries caused in May just one month prior from fainting due to mold in my unit. They never looked at my medical records to see if this was a reccuring episode. If so they would of seen I was in just a month prior diagnosed with mold Exposure and concussion on left side of head and neck, plus contussions of left hip, lower lumbar, shoulders and a sever Goren sprain. My left hip sticks out farther than the right side. I was also diagnosed with Full body chronic pain, PTSD, emotional, physical and mental trauma, from my Councling. They refused to help me in any way since that evening. I was also undressed half way since I couldnt help her get my pants down she pulled from the bottom of my pant legs causing more pain then left me hanging half way off the bed, leaving curtains open so anyone could see me exposed. Then two nurses came on a different day polked my swollen knee while my eyes where closed then another polked my Right shoulder after I told them not to touch me cause I hurt and my body felt like it was on fire. I raised my arm due to being startled she then said I punched her which I did no such thing I was arrested but not charges filed. Im suing them for $$$$$$.

Salesh Karan I was admitted into Trios Hospital for emergency care towards the middle of 2019. I underwent surgery and the doctors and nursing staff did a great job. However I have been disappointed with two issues: (1) I have attended two follow up visits and have not been seen by the doctor who was initially and still is assigned to my case on paper. A day before my appointment I always get a notification that I would be seen by another doctor? (2) I reside in Oregon and based on my family size and income (I am the sole bread winner for my family) I qualify for at least 80% charity. So I was a little surprised when I got 50% charity through Trios Hospital but even more surprised when Trios Medical refused apply this to my balance (both places use one application)
