Jessica Horn I was referred here by my doctor because my doctor can’t deal with the issues I have I have had less then satisfactory care from Generations. I scheduled an appointment because of issues and the MD I was seeing completely ignored and dismissed me and just told me if it happened again make another appointment. Tried to change Doctors was told I couldn’t was told the office manager would call me back they didn’t. This play is a complete joke if you want actual care don’t go here.

Leanna Zeibak I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Generations. The staff has always been incredibly kind and the nurses always ALWAYS show compassion and are thorough in following up with my questions. And special shout out to the unflappable Dr. McLemore. Two of my friends recommended her when I was first looking for an OB, and I see why. She guided me through pregnancies and delivered both of my babies with an ease and professionalism that is so grounding and reassuring. She handles potentially serious issues with such calmness that I dont ever stress-not even mid-delivery when my baby experienced shoulder dystocia. So much love for this clinic!

Sonya Pritchard Been going here my whole. Dr. Rowles who is now retired delivered me 42 years. He found my mothers ovarian cancer and delivered all my kids. I see Dr. roberts now and she is amazing, thorough, and kind. The office manager Lyndsey is awesome! All the staff does a great job!

Julie Alger It took me 10 months to find a gyn doctor in the whole state of Washington that would take my insurance. I finally found Generations. Worth every bit of the 2.5 hours it took me to get there. I had a good feeling from the super nice girl that greeted me and took my information. I even mentioned to my friend that was with me how nice she was and what a good first impression I had. Every single person I encountered was just as nice. Dr. DeFoe was fantastic. I thought I would have to hurry up and wait some more but she got me scheduled for the procedure I needed right away! I cant say enough nice things about the entire practice!

Kathie Anderson Doc has been our family physician for years. A more thorough and caring doctor you would not be able to find. After moving, we still traveled to yakima for our appointments. I cant imagine going to anyone else. And, its not just us. Ive seen his demeanor with his other clients. The compassion is always there. His staff is as caring as he is. You will not be dismissed or treated like you are irrelevant.

Cheryl Morgan Dr. Tolivers is a good fit for our needs. However, trying to make payments every month is a nightmare! Some months go by where neither of us get a bill then boom! we are hit with one and a reminder it is due NOW. We are on Medicare so we have to make monthly payments. We both owe him but I got one bill in the mail and it is for me. I made a payment but couldnt figure out how to pay on Richards bill with the patient portal. If the bookkeeper would get the patient portal finished so that we get a link every month, one for each of us, it would eliminate this constant stress. Yes, I can go in and pay or just send a check, but the patient portal is there for a reason. Bottom line, send me the link if you want money. Thank you

Chris Cannata My parents use this awful clinic and now are at risk for being dropped as a patient for struggling to pay their medical bills. This money hungry clinic is not happy with what my family is able to pay and explained that if my parents do not increase their monthly contributions that they would be turned to collections and dropped as patients. If you have any significant health problems in this town you probably have to travel as healthcare in Yakima is scarce and this is apparently what we are left with. Over crowded clinics who have absolutely no concern for low income families and would threaten healthcare service if not able to give more of our precious income.

vicki mills Dr. Toliver was not a good fit as doctor for my husband. He has a good personality and appears to be listening to questions. However, it was very difficult to reach him when we had emergencies, or needed refills for asthma medications. I was surprised that he did not know about my husbands medical history which included easphogeal cancer.and my worries and questions about the possible onset of dementia.were ignored. We missed 2 appointments without calling him because my husband was in the hospital out of town. I explained why we had missed the appointments, and we were told we had to pay in advance before seeing the doctor again. My husband is a veteran with disabilities and he is 69 years old. We decided to go to someone more familiar with health issues of older patients with chronic illnesses.

Saige Ripplinger Dr Toliver has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. He is very genuine and cares about all of his patients. Its always a fun and friendly visit to Dr. Tolivers office with helpful staff thats caring and reliable. With so many certifications and years of experience, I would recommend him to anyone, and the number of patients that find him reliable just goes to show how professional he really is.

Cindy M I would describe my experience with MultiCare Orthopedics Northwest as holistic. All the education leading up to surgery prepared me well for what to expect. Dr. Greene’s team provided the utmost of compassionate care from check in to discharge with clear instruction on home care and home exercises. Having major surgery is scary but they tuned into me to help me approach the long-awaited day with confidence in them and my ability to recover fully.

Sandy Zimmerman They called me within 24 hours of receiving my referral and got me in to see Dr Kennedy the next day and have me scheduled for my surgery 2 weeks later. All staff were greet to deal with and explained all the details of my surgery before leaving the office.

Patricio Rodriguez Anything ran by Multicare is the worst place. They tell you to be in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You do it and they still dont see you for more than an hour after your scheduled appointment. I dont know if it is because the VA is paying my bill or what. People who get in 10 minutes ago are getting called in to see the Doc before me whos has been waiting more than a hour. If you are late for your appointment they charge you money and have to reschedule. But it is okay for them to be more than an hour late without them informing us. I know that their executives dont give a crap about our complaints because being the only place in the Vakima Valley. They know it wont affect their profit margins.

Carol Cyr I have had the best care with Dr. N Kennedy and his team. Shelly helped with getting everything plus more that the insurance asked for, plus returning our calls promptly. Jesus answered all our questions on our post op appointment. He actually took the time to explain his answers, refreshing not to be held to a 10 minute time clock. Dr. N. Kennedy did a phenomenal job on my knee replacement. 3.5 weeks post op and Im doing so much better than before the surgery. Im feeling so good that Im told to slow down a bit.

Antonia Mancinelli Front desk was a bit rude and waited for quite some time after checking in to get called back. After being put in a room I found the staff to be very pleasant. The second and third time I was at this facility in a two week period, I found the front desk had gotten much more friendly as they had gotten to know me! The rest of the staff were awesome as well!

Jane Nedrow I feel I was lied to by the office manager this last summer . I learned my gynecologist was leaving town, initially called the gynecology clinic up by the hospital to see if they were accepting new patients I was told the only way I could get in with as booked up as they were, was to get a referral from my primary care doctor I called and left a detailed message as to why I was calling; received a phone call from the doctors office the following day telling me they had someone in the office who did the same thing I was even reassured they took care of post menopausal issues , so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for this last week, expecting to get an annual female exam, instead it was a medication review which I did not need and she went over my lab work which was done by Dr. Vye earlier this year. She didnt even do the female exam I was lead to believe I would be receiving.

Kailee Woods My provider is Salvador Lopez. He is the best! He listens to any questions or concerns I have. He treats me very well, he is empathetic, and I feel very well cared for by him. I highly recommend him!

Mohomad Saied Dr. Sal Lopez is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. His dedication to providing top-notch medical care, along with his compassionate approach, makes a significant difference in the lives of those he treats. He is always attentive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients well-being. I am grateful to have such a wonderful doctor.

Nicole Acosta Our family has been at this clinic for 24 years. Staff is super nice. Im glad they now have bilingual staff, this is a recent change for the good. I wish they had more of a play area, but the wait isnt too long so it is not that bad.

Luisana Holguin I was able to get an appt the same day that was wonderful for the medical urgency I felt needed attention. It was an easy check in, and a short wait to get called to the back. The medical assistant was nice and pleasant she took my reason for the visit and got everything ready. She notified Raylee Weaver-Jensen PA that I was ready and she had gotten everything prepped. The PA wasnt aware the door was open and I could hear her complain that she wasnt going to do that procedure on me because I hardly even made appts with them (which I hardly make any Dr appts because Im pretty healthy for the most part everything is in range). I could hear her going back and forth with the assistant of why she wasnt going to go any extra steps. I was in disbelief of the unprofessionalism from the PA. I felt bad for the assistant. For somebody to be turned away that may need a little extra care all because of the amount of appointments scheduled is beyond me especially coming from somebody in the healthcare field. Im sure she enjoys getting paid through my insurance though for a 5minute visit. Sad days we live in if all healthcare professionals practiced with this kind of heart and attitude. The way she raised her voice at the assistant was no better either. Luckily I didnt need the extra care or maybe I did but she wasnt going to do it. I wanted to confront her but Im already going through enough and it wouldnt make a difference anyway I heard everything she said and Ill have to find somebody who enjoys their job and are caring toward their patients.

B Please get new ladies to work upfront. The ones that are currently there prioritize their personal conversations about who they are related to for the whole lobby to listen to, once they finish their conversation and looking people up on social media that they gossip about they end up helping you! Just let them finish their gossip and then you will be helped. Ridiculous

Jason Dupree This place is a joke. This place needs to get it together. The employees are slow and rude. Who puts these people in charge? Why should I have to wait an hour to get a simple reprint of my food handlers permit. Absolutely ridiculous they that dont have a fast tract line just for print outs.

Ana Gomez My mom had two different appointments here canceled. Today we went as they told her on the 14th it would be scheduled for today. We show up only to be told “there is nothing scheduled for her today”. Are you kidding me? We are not from Yakima and had to drive 45min to get here. They didn’t bother helping us only telling us “maybe April or may if we have space we can schedule you but we have nothing scheduled for you nor do we have any notes the other one was cancelled” never coming back here. Talk about unorganized and not helpful at all. Going to call our doctor and see if they can find us someone else instead in Richland.

Molly Nelson We saw Dr Shady and he was quick and reassuring and made our nerves better with my son who has autism. He answered all our questions and explained my sons upcoming surgery to us and how they will do it. Front check out staff not so much actually non of the girls checking in or out are ever friendly or nice. Not a one ever smiles at you greets you or anything but Dr Shady makes up for it!

Susan Speigner I saw Dr. Davenport for my 3rd time last week. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I feel very confident with him as my care provider. My visits have been on time, and staff was friendly!

Ron Smith This outfit is the worst I have ever seen. Im a 7 time heart attack victim. 3.5 months now I have been trying to get ahold of them for my echo to determine a pace maker. Absolutely never any reply. Horrible horrible. I wish I could have left zero stars. Pray to God I dont die before getting ahold of this place. And they wont even give me a referral to find a adequate Doctor

J Callahan Michelle, Nicki, and Sarah were beyond accommodating after a nightmare miscommunication with my insurance and referring provider. They got me scheduled and my appointment was taken care of immediately. The lack of care options in this county is a strain on more than just patients.

NukaCoLa Have to admit I was not happy at 1st to have been recommended for a appointment here due to just how The hospital ER and security are so rude and unfriendly and especially unprofessional, This place was the exact opposite Super friendly as soon as walk through the doors from the front desk to the nursing staff , answered all my questions and concerns w out treating me rude , real great professional mannerism and great bed side manners The ER Department should definitely follow the lung and vascular department around this way they know how to treat people

Ashley Morris Im gonna go ahead and start with a five star review. Ive only been to the 4th Ave part thats in the same building as comprehensive. And my doctor is awesome. Lets hope the ones in this location are just as well. dr. eakin and dr. dennis are amazing and i feel very lucky. the woman that i talked to in the pharmacy though sounds like shes so full of disdain and has a horrid flat way of talking to me so far that it made me feel less than comfortable. which is bad enough since im asking them for help with staying properly medicated. we shall see how it progresses. so removed a star for now.

Vivian V On oct 28th at 130 in the afternoon I seen an overdose out side of the fence on the south side of this building. . I called 911 the person was on the brink of death . A client walking to her car ran back in the building to tell them what we were witnessing. All of a sudden 10 nurses and doctors ran down the parking lock up a side walk with massive amount of medical supplies another one came with a big red cart . These angels nurses were fast and well skilled . They saved a life !!!! I was so amazed !! Our community is so lucky to have these skilled employees! They were ER on the sidewalk . They had the situation under control before the fire department responded . The didnt have to do nothing but the did . The over dosed victim would of been dead without them . Im so proud of them !!! A mother didnt have to hear about her child dead today because of the angels at yakima neighborhood Health on 8 th street !!!!

Rosalynn Rose Mallaaa Ive come to YNHC for my youngest pediatric care, my prenatal care, post and primary care, WIC, as well as dental care for almost 3 years now and have been nothing but exceedingly satisfied with the service of the providers and all fellow staff that work within the clinic. Having Saturday hours as well as the pharmacy in the same building has been so convenient and helpful. And the services that Ive been able to access and been referred and connected with have helped my family and I beyond words can Express. I would definatly recommend to anyone needing any care especially for those with low income or limited resources to funding or programs.

Emeli Lazo The receptionist people are always rude and talking with other employees when there’s a line. You can be there waiting and they’ll completely ignore you until they are ready. And the “doctors” are residents who clearly don’t know what they are doing. You ask for a doctor and you get a resident. Very annoying.

Sangra Strocsher Was going there for quite a while but the last year was the worst year. Dr would tell you one thing then leave the room and come back with a whole new decision on what to do with my symptoms. Needless to say I finally got out of there. Never go back there again

Jada Tolbert I have been a patient at this clinic for about 20 years. The last 6 years I have a lot of challenging medical issues. The staff is always on top of my care. I have NEVER had any problems with this clinic. Friends and family can’t believe how sufficient this clinic is. As a retired, CMA, I know how challenging a clinic can get. The staff is always spot on with my care and completely awesome! I feel very blessed to be a patient at this clinic.

I changed to a whole new clinic because I couldnt see my actual on a work related situation with my paperwork which Im still dealing with and it could cost me my job but they could care less!!!! The Drs are way to busy to see their actual patients too its very frustrating!!!!

So now I change my clinic I dont go back to you guys bad service.

Jonathan Weedin I was worried because of the bad reviews on here, but I had a good experience. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. There were several people ahead of me, so it took about 15 minutes for me to be seen. The gentleman who helped with the test was friendly, quick, and thorough. The process was easy, with some thoughtful touches along the way.

Shaelee Farris Dropped off a piece of paperwork for school that was printed and completed myself and theyre charging me $31 for their "services" when they did absolutely nothing to provide a service, avoid this place if you can so you can avoid getting scammed.

Elizabeth Rodriguez Came in today and was ignored by reception for the first 10 minutes. I was finally noticed and was asked if I had my orders told them they were emailed to them was then asked to forward my email again, which I did girl walked away from the window without saying anything. I stood at the window for 5 minutes until someone else asked if I had been helped. The second gal took my ID 15 minutes later I am still sitting here waiting while they are sitting at their desk chatting. Mind you there is no one else waiting. Would give a lower rating but unable too. Bad customer service. I would have appreciated communication during the process. I waited a total of 1 hr it was never communicates that they were having issues with the billing of my services. Once the issue was communicated with me I was able to call my recruiter and make her aware of the situation.

Joe Beware going to this office. The doctors try to provide good care but their nursing and office staff are the worst I’ve ever dealt with before. Nurses routinely forgot to forward referrals to specialists or obtain MRI records, delaying care by many months. Office staff has been sending fraudulent bills for months. When I contacted them for an explanation, I was given a bizarre story about Russian hackers being responsible for my fraudulent bills. Do not go here.

Dereck Nelson While I can’t say a bad word about Dr Gondo, the rest of this clinic is complete and total garbage. I saw them for a referral on my knee, in September, which I finally saw the Orthopedic Doc in March of 24. 3 weeks ago, Dr Gondo assured us he would put a rush on a referral and would instruct Marie, his medical assistant to get that done, well we are on week three and no referral, this is for my daughter who he said we need her to start PT this week, apparently Marie doesn’t agree. When you are forced to leave messages with Marie, her voicemail says if you are calling about a referral, they take 2 weeks to send out, and that if you leave multiple messages it will take longer, well we left our “one” message, and here we are twiddling our thumbs. For what it’s worth, our daughter was also having a series of bloody noses, we tried to schedule with Dr Gondo, instead went to an Urgent Care doc who wrote the referral and we had an appointment in two days, and now have a procedure scheduled. My hope is that someone reads this, because I have told this story to anyone who will listen, and it’s fell on deaf ears. Get it together Sub Quality Care! Your patients depend on you, and you should be ashamed!

Kim Hatch I had to find a new doctor a couple years ago. My doctor I have seen my entire life retired. I was so Blessed to become one of Dr.Mark Maioccos patients. He is very caring and concerned about his patients welfare. His staff are also very kind and caring!! Thank you for accepting me as one of your patients!!!!

Gina Brandt The one thing I appreciate the most about going to Quality Care Medical Clinic is that you can call them, and someone will answer the phone! I get so tired of getting the annoying “voice” and being prompted to press endless numbers only to get an answering machine, and then have to leave a message and hope that someone “will listen” to your message and return your call. I find going to the doctors and medical issues stressful enough, so when a PERSON answers the phone, it is amazing! That one little thing alone is worthy of five stars. Thank you to all the caring people working there.

Iced Macchiato My 85 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Mark Maoicco. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Mark and his staff. My mom has quite a few health problems. Dr Mark has been so helpful in guiding my mother for future. A few mentions: Pam is truly such a patient and professional staff member- she exemplifies great customer service and I am so thankful for her knowledge and experience (my mom was talked into switching her Medicare supplement and Pam was instrumental in helping us and was amazing and patient)!!!! Shannon, Dr Marks nurse also goes above and beyond to help and answer questions! Taylor (I believe was the name) also took the time to explain Medicare to me (as I do not have Medicare yet). The two front desk staff (I dont know their names) are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. One of them has a silly sign at her desk reminding people to be kind to one another! Having an elderly and aging parent is tough but the staff at Quality Care really do "CARE" and go above and beyond to help their patients!! My family and I (and my Mother) are so thankful for all their assistance!!! I would award 10 stars if I could!! (Rachel Machado).

Sheree Walruff Well, I had to wait a few months to get my appointment, but understandable do to Covid, and short staff. I was given options to contact if I needed care. My experience has been really good. The staff are really friendly, and informative. I am told ahead of time of any schedule changes I need to make. I still have a couple months to go, but I look forward to my visits. My counselor has been a God send. This treatment, I believe, will save my life.

Alexandra Henley Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and theyre still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I dont regret any of it. Shes done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. Shes awesome! And I love her. And I hope shed counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! Its an honor to have her as my therapist, I didnt have that many therapists in my life and shes my longest therapist.

Alicia Balderas Extremely unprofessional. Showed up for my evaluation & wasn’t given paperwork that was due to fill out until the gentleman that did my consultation mentioned to the ladies at the front desk I was supposed to get it upon arrival. Understandable since they’re not usually at the front desk so weren’t aware. My problem with this place was after the fact getting a voicemail mentioning I brought home paperwork that was supposed to stay there. After playing phone tag for days come to find out all of my personal information went missing. All of this happening before my first appointment. Do not waste your time with this place.

Micheal M Never rely on these people for help. I went to memorial hospital in crisis and waited close to 12 hours. I wanted to volunteer but instead Comprahensive had me arrested so I could be admitted into their hospital regather than Memorial so they could make money off the County. When I refused to anwnser any questions without a lawyer I was threatened by their staff with a long incarceration unless I cooperated. I was told they have everything they need to tell the judge because my doctor who works for Comprahensive had shared all my records including information about my family that had nothing to do with my treatment, a clear violation of HIPA. When I tried to explain I wanted to go voluntarily that an arrest would cost me my job I was told too bad it’s already done. I lost my job making prevailing wages on the military base because of these people. Sad thing is if I go into crisis again, I have no one to turn too because they can’t be trusted.

Christi Mallow It took almost 3 months to get an appointment for a hospital follow up. Referrals were supposedly faxed by my doctors office to you, only to find they had the wrong fax number. After the referral was received I now had to wait for the scheduler to call me for an appt. I patiently waited 2 weeks for her to call. When I called everyday I finally got an appt. The Dr. Was great and spent time with me and my husband. He did tell us that because there are doctor shortages, hes usually 2-3 months out. I just dont think the process was done very well.

Tammy Bremer I really wish I could choose a zero instead of a number one. Have been trying to get a refill on my injectable. Nothing not a call back. I have now missed 2 doses of meds. Phoned insurance, got all the facts from them. Called the Dr office and I was told to call my PCP for the medication, she cant give me. Asked how I could talk to a real person that would CALL me back. Now after all of that I find out that the Dr isnt even there any longer. Why in the world would they not think it important to let patients know! I was ready to BLOW up. I said bye before I could. This is just not good enough. This will be my second time going thru not getting my meds. 4 months previously. Being busy is not an excuse, I worked in healthcare for over 24 years. No excuse is acceptable.

Becky Lorash I started going to this clinic in 2021. This is just a few major issues Ive had. I have never been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Every time I call for appointments they tell me the scheduler is not even there. They never did prior authorizations to have my medications covered by insurance and several calls. They left a clamp in my body during a procedure and didnt tell me about it. When I found it in an unrelated xray i had to threather their office with an attorney to get an appointment and have it it removed. The last appointment I had with the Dr I normally saw- PA Soly Houy, he wouldnt even come into the room, he told his MA that there was nothing he could do for me and I told his MA I at least need the results of my slow stomach study and a referral to another Gastrointerologist since he refused to help me. The health care in Yakima is sub par already but this office is one of the worst clinics Ive been to.

Sweets Herbalist (Patti) I am 35. My family has a history of colon cancer. I went to Yakima Gastroenterology twice and both times the staff was great. Polyps were found and removed in the first colonoscopy. After my second colonoscopy, everything was okay and I was told to come back in 5 years. This year I knew it was time so I had a referral sent to Yakima Gastroenterology. Angelica had left me a voicemail to let me know that my referral was sent back. She said I wasnt due for a colonoscopy for 10 years which meant I had to wait another 5 years. She also said if I had any questions, to give them a call so I called back and left a voicemail asking about the referral but never received a call back. I prefer not to play Russian roulette with my life so I had my PCP change my referral to Prosser Memorial and had my colonoscopy done there.

Matt Poppoff This place is an absolute joke. It was almost 3 month wait to get scheduled here. I was able to see a gastroenterologist in Seattle same week and got taken care of months ago. I have been trying to call them for 2 days to cancel my appointment and can’t get through to anyone to even cancel it so some other poor souls can possibly use it.

Payge Prater I went to two urgent cares that treated me like absolute garbage and did not do testing swabs correctly. I then went to the emergency room, there was a bit of a wait, but they took care of me right off the bat and actually made me feel heard. Gave me antibiotics immediately. I really appreciate it. This is the best I felt all week Just from hours after leaving the emergency room. Thank you guys so much.

Shannon Galligan Was treated very well when I came in. I had Intestinal bleeding. Gave me the normal treatment any human being is due. I company insurance no problem there. As soon as he looked at my list of regular medication from my pharmacy. It went down hill from there. No these meds I’m on have made me better. I can function in life now. I’m the sole bread winner in my family. Shame on you , shame. Ask questions don’t jump to conclusions, please.

Eric Poeggel This place is a complete mismanaged joke. I went in Dec 4 for major abdominal pain. Maybe 5 people in front of me. Left 2h15m later after my wife was told there was no way of having any idea how much longer it would be. 45 min after I checked in, a mother and daughter checked in. 20 minutes later they got admitted, after going out and bringing back food to eat in the er. If i could eat, i wouldnt be in the er. Mind you i couldnt sit for more than 10 min at a time and was nauseous from pain. Before that, a young man wearing a middle finger sweatshirt came in and sat between people talking on his phone, saying he hoped he didnt have covid and laughing while coughing with no mask on. He was also ushered through. I couldnt laugh from my pain... so from what I gather, my union insurance doesnt work as good as other funded insurance. Because 10+ other people went through, like going through a McDonalds drive through, in front of me. Went home slept 3 hrs, drove to Ellensburg, checked in at 6:30. Had a urine sample, blood work, dye injected, CT scan, treated and back to work by 9. 15 min longer than I spent in this slum in yakima to not even be seen. Read the reviews. If your head hasnt fallen off your shoulders or your arms or legs havent been caught in a combine, drive to Ellensburg or Prosser. Thank me later.

David Flanagan Depends on when you go. When I went it was packed but Ive been there on days when theres no one there, its hit and miss. The staff were polite, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Its no problem. Im glad I can leave a positive review as Ive been cardioverted nearly 50 times now. Please take care and continue the awesome work.

Cyn Dunker I’m from out of town and unfortunately had an asthma attack and needed to go to the ER. It was slow so I can’t speak for a bus night. However I was in and out in 2 hours or so. The staff was all helpful, kind, and informative. I’m thankful they helped me out!

Shanee Andreas They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. Usually a line out the door to check in. We have been waiting 2 weeks for Dr. Bremjit to fill out Emergency placement for my Mother-in-law who has a broken back. We have called every day with no call backs and are visiting for the 2nd time today to sit in there until someone helps us. If I could report them for neglect I would. There are so many unhappy people according to reviews. At what point are offices held reliable for terrible care????

Jason Bombard Steer clear. The clowns are running the circus. Ive seen two Doctors there and they are the worst. They dont care about you, they just care about there paychecks.The care team never answers the phone or returns calls. They would rather see you suffer than help you. I could keep going with the negativity, but you get the jist. My veterinarian treats me dogs betta than Astria treats there patients. Thats a HUGE problem and they should be investigated by WA medical board and the federal government for the way they treat the disabled

Liz Partida My experience with Dr. Upala himself has been great. Ive enjoyed appointments with him. The issue is how the clinic itself is ran. I had lab work ordered, but they failed to mention when the lab staff was out to lunch and had me waiting before letting me know they had already left the building. They failed to mention there were constraints regarding when blood needed to be drawn, meaning I wasted time on an extra trip. The phone is almost never answered, and leaving a message is pointless as they never get back to you. Most recently I called because of a question I had about a medication that was prescribed. After several calls I was able to get on the phone with someone who said they would pass along my message and call me back. That was over two weeks ago now, and I have yet to receive a response. Im at the point where Im going to have to find a new provider because I simply cant handle the front office staffs lack of response.

Terisa Stubbs My BF has had the worst experience since going there . They screw up on appointments with wrong dates . He had to fight with them on several things. Hes never going there again. And hopes no one else does either. Anonymous

Sorayah Surkatty Its not surprising that they have such low ratings. I was overcharged thousands of dollars for a basic blood work. Do not use their onsite lab services. Billing department wont answer your calls and neither will the clinic. Save yourself time and money and just drive to Seattle for better services.
