Jason Lords Im Just extremely pleased with my haircut! I havent written a review in years, but Id be remiss if I didnt tell people what a great job Jayme (hope I spelled correctly) did.

Katlynkay Eckerson Ive always enjoyed and appreciated my experience here. But today, I took my 5 year old autistic daughter. My expectations were low.... However, Jamie blew me out of the park! She was so good with my wiggly girl. The hair cut is exactly what we wanted. The experience, was more than we had expected. Thank you, so much, Jamie!!!

Russell Oof where do I start. As im waiting for my haircut, Samantha was cutting a kids hair. And was not very pleasant towards him. Of course my turn comes, and I get the sweet Samantha. She literally in front of everyone scolded me for not knowing the specific style I wanted and I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t familiar with the terms a salon uses. She was completely rude. Iv actually never had an encounter like this. As someone who works in hospitality I understand that guests may at times say something that takes a bit of patience to respond to. She wasn’t someone I’d expect to work in the hospitality industry, she is the professional. She could have given me some pointers. I clearly told her I was not getting a haircut. No way would I let Samantha touch my head after the way she was towards me. I can’t imagine she even likes what she does as a profession with the way she was. She was giving anger and unhappy. The only issue is I’m not her therapist I’m a customer that also tips. Obviously I don’t expect much if anything to happen here. It’s a great clips. There on every corner, I just clearly will not return to this location. Which is a shame because the others have been fantastic. Samantha your literally an embarrassment, and I feel sorry your in a profession you clearly can’t stand. Best wishes.

Jeremy Worth Im traveling with my family out of town and I am a long time loyal Great clips customer. I am also in the military so I need to get haircuts weekly. I stopped in at 5:45pm, 15 full minutes before closing. I tried to sign in on the app on my way to the location, but it said walk ins only no app sign in. Im not familiar with the area, so I rushed to make it in time before closing. I only needed a 10 minute quick haircut and trim and I always tip usually close to the amount of my haircut itself. However when I came in, there was one stylist working finishing up the only customer. The other stylist not with a customer walked towards the register shaking her head no saying "Sorry were closing up. We close at 6:00 in 15 minutes so were closing down now. I asked if they could just do a quick touch up for me or refer me to another location that could and they said all locations closed at 6:00. I understand people want to get off on time, but I showed up in more than enough time to get a haircut. There was a stylist on the clock, but not helping a customer and my hair could have been cut and I could have paid and left still before 6:00 p.m. closing. To the franchise owner I would recommend some possible customer service training. It would serve your business sales and profitability well. I would have loved a full cut and trim but thankfully I have a great spouse who will help me ensure Im looking my best in the morning!

Merry Ruat I came here because I am a new mom and wanted to cut my hair short. I tried to cut it at home since I just want a blunt bob, but didn’t do a good job in the back. I didn’t want to go to a real salon where I’ll probably get charged a lot for such an easy fix, so I came here instead. Everything looked okay at great clips, but after I got home and took a shower, my hair is uneven. My left side is shorter than my right. Also, I look better with the haircut I did myself than what this person did. Should’ve just paid more and gone to a real salon.

Trev This location is more miss than hit. First of all, a cut costs $25, that’s a quarter of a hundred bill, and it’s only a haircut place, not even a barbershop. Second of all, it’s no longer standard to include a shampooing after the cut, thats an additional sum of money. So for the price of $25, you can get a very basic haircut, and be sent on your way with cut hair all over your face and body. To me that’s like doing a job halfway through. There is little to no effort made to clean a person up after a cut. For those reasons, I can no longer recommend Great Clips. You’re better off going to a real barber shop. Also consider this, in India, one can get a haircut, a shampoo, a scalp and face massage, a shoulder massage, a razor fade, and a shave, for like $5. In America though, for five times that price, you get next to nothing, go figure.

Diana Lang Had such a delightful experience with Conor today! Stopped by for a haircut and shampoo and it was such a treat to spend that time with Conor. He was above and beyond friendly, personable, compassionate, professional and just plan delightful! Not only was I impressed with his services but I was completely blown away by his heart and genuineness. Thank you for making my day that much brighter Conor. I hope you are very much appreciated here.

Nico Valle I recently visited Great Clips Marysville and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The wait time was incredibly short, which was a pleasant surprise—I was in the chair within minutes of arriving. The service was top-notch; the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The stylist, Conor, listened carefully to my requests and executed the haircut exactly as I wanted. The precision and attention to detail were evident in the final result. Overall, Great Clips delivered an outstanding experience with quick service and a haircut that left me more than satisfied. Highly recommended!

Tyler Barnes Brought my five-year-old in for a haircut—he usually does very well and enjoys the process. This time, an Asian lady cut his hair very quickly. I noticed she didn’t bother drying his hair, leaving it soaking wet. When we got home, I saw his bangs were cut way too short, and the back of his hair was still longer than the rest. His haircut preferences are saved in the account details, and we’ve never had an issue before. Next time, I’ll make sure to avoid her. On a positive note, the older gentleman with clear glasses who checks people in and cuts hair always does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him
