Taryn Janke HORRIBLE service. Mistreated my disabled client, had zero patience and cut her pretty badly. We felt unsafe and decided to leave and he still charged us for a full manicure. I definitely do not recommend Real Nails.

Bella I got my nails done there with two others they both had this really nice lady I had this guy who was pushy and rude but the worst part is that my nails changed colors from this teal to a weird green but it was the clear polish they put on and it only happened to my nails I wont go there again

Kristi Coates The friendliest salon in all of Moses Lake! Even though we were their last clients of the day, they still made us feel extremely welcome, took their time, chatted with us, and gave me a perfect pedicure! I wont be going anywhere else.

Maja Standley Extremely disappointed with my nail service. They charged me for a design but the “cat eye” magnet didn’t work. He didn’t offer another option. The next day three of my nails broke. I had to wait until Monday to ask if I could come in for a repair. They had up a closed sign. Tuesday he said he was busy. Wednesday he said he was busy. So I have three jagged nails and he refuses to fix them. My nails are short and so there is no excuse for them to of broken. Won’t be going back!

Ariel Brown My first review was 1 star and is below. However, I have upped my review to 2 stars because the actual manager, Cindy, called me the next day, and she redid my nails free of charge. She did a great job and was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again. I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, although I was the only client in the salon. When I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldnt go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance its fine, but up close its really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and well do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? I will not return.

Mireya Huitron Usually I’m not too picky with nails because even some techs that rush are still good at what they do. But not with this place unfortunately. My ombré is uneven, my nails are crooked and different shapes and thickness, he cut me 3 times, and the top coat is uneven and not covering my whole nail. I’m not a confrontational person because I don’t like to come off as rude, but I would have definitely gotten a refund if I was. Paid 65 bucks for this disaster. I’m definitely done with this place. Update: it has now been a month since I had these horrific nails that I ended up ripping off, and now I have nail fungus in majority of my finger nails! Thanks guys :) terrific job.

Tatyana Petrova I really wanted to enjoy the service, but it was quite difficult to do so. I went for a fill and my daughter got a full set. The older gentleman who did our nails, was only paying attention halfway. He was in a hurry and kept bouncing between me and my daughter, instead of focusing on one set at a time. Also, when he was buffering the nails, he kept hitting the actual finger and ended up drawing blood on a few fingers. Considering he used the same instruments on both of us, I would assume that those tools don’t get sanitized in between other customers either… Furthermore, neither one of us got the colors we originally wanted. We just settled because he wasn’t really interested in actually listening to what we wanted. I am very disappointed in the service, especially when you are paying $120 and leave with a sour taste in your mouth, so to speak. I would encourage you to think twice before going there. I, most certainly, learned my lesson and would rather go elsewhere.

Heather Cates I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but I am glad I went anyways I had a great experience. Tracy was awesome! She did a great job on my nails and she was very kind. Much appreciated!

Steph Thompson Depending on who does your nails they’re great! Sunny is my favorite person to come to, never disappoints and always does exactly what I ask for, there have been a few times where the other guy does my nails and they don’t come out how I want and when I ask to fix it they deny me the service or argue about it. Give or take who’s there, it’s a great place to come

Ashley Winn I should have stopped them and made them fix what I thought was a concern but of course no one does because they don’t want to get bad service or be talked poorly about. I simply moved a chair today and my nail popped off. He (I’m assuming owner) had glued the tip to the skin past my nail (yes I have short nails so it’s hard anyway) after he got done applying the acrylic powder, he sent me to a gal (Cindy) to file and paint my nails. I mentioned to her a crack on the sides of my middle fingers and she said it wasn’t a crack and it was fine, obviously not. The nails go past the sides of my nail bed, so of course they have nothing to grab on to. She then looked at the underside of my nails and she should have Dremel underneath them to get the acrylic powder clump out, but she didn’t. She just dismissed it and continued to tell me I needed my eyebrows waxed and that she could do it for me. As she was applying the gel and you could tell that the acrylic was on my skin around my cuticle so I pointed and she acted like she couldn’t see it. She asked me if I would come back again before I moved and I said I don’t know, irs hard to decide because I have had so much inconsistency with my nails being done that it’s hard to even want to spend the money. I mentioned the inconsistency thinking she may try a little harder on the prep, cleanup and detail but clearly it didn’t do jack. It makes me sad that we have so many places in Moses and not a single place is consistent.

Diandra Dempsey Worst nail shop in town! I will never give them my money ever again!! I went in for a fill, it didn’t look like a fill at all, one nail was crooked, the other one he filed down way too much on the corner, I asked for diamonds he said it would be 30$ for what I wanted. He is rude, and also didn’t see him dispersing implements in sanitizing solution nor did he clean or sanitize his work station and other implements. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is what happens when you don’t go to your regular guy, stick with anyone but here!

Chrissy Mattox I am not satisfied with my nails I have major bubbles under my nail Polish. The guy that did my nails was filing so hard that he cut me with the nail filer. I also noticed that when it was my time up my time up he did not sanitize the tools before using them. They are not the shape that I asked for. It was not worth the money I am so not happy I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

JezElling This place was super fast! They did great gel nail polish, removal and then I came back and got an acrylic set. They were beautiful and the color selection is broad. Highly recommend and will go back. I am from Boise this place competes with larger city nail salons. Also got a great. Pedicure here too! It was relaxing experience!
