Nancy White Dr. Walton has been my PCP for 13 years or so. She is a very good listener and understands what I’m trying to explain. I always feel well supported. If she still has questions, then I’m referred to a specialist for additional evaluation. I appreciate her attention to me as her patient.

Sharon Klumpenhower Overall, I think the Lakewood clinic and Dr. Haley are great. But a few small details keep me from giving it a star rating. For example, the after-visit summary had an inaccurate weight and the MyChart notes included findings that werent done during this visit. I think a little more care needs to be given to accuracy of details.

Vicki Hamberg I just really love my Doctor. Shes compassionate, genuine, and sincerely cares about my well-being. If I dont understand something, she takes the time to explain what it means. I couldnt have a better Doctor, shes amazing!

trina schneider I had gotten in a pretty bad car accident and went to the urgent care. They barely gave me the time of day. So I went to Dr. Dawson and she was amazing she addressed every concern it had. She helped come up with a game plan to get me back to work. She and her nurse are caring and efficient. They are the best!

Lisa Palmer I would give this clinic with Dr Wilson and his wife a zero star.

Devon Ellis Front desk and nurses are polite and inviting each visit. When speaking to the practitioners, I feel like the sincerely care about helping me achieve better health. Ive had the opposite experience at many other offices.

Anaiah Versher My sister, went to a doctor appointment scheduled with Iliana Micali she’s rude and she did not listen to her patient. She over prescribed my sister with 5 different medications that she did not feel comfortable taking, while not listening to her needs. I don’t think this is a good doctor she was fat shaming my sister, no one deserves to be treated like this especially at a doctors appointment TWICE

Eurydice Fitz Dr. Akhila Krishnakumar is safe for LQBTQIA+ people. I have been trying to get help with my fibromyalgia for years and its hard to do as a trans man. I finally got a referral for PT and Im so blessed that is was to see Dr. Krishnakumar. She has amazing bedside manor, is extremely knowledgeable, and is very passionate about her job. Me being trans wasnt handled as if it was just another day at work and I appreciate that so much. If you need physical therapy, she is the best I have even gotten the pleasure to meet.

Mara Gimse The receptionist was nice, everything else was not. They had two nurses taking my vitals and asking me questions at the same time (which was very overwhelming). The doctor was talking over/interrupting me while I was answering her questions. I came in for my first physical since COVID happened so I’ve been looking forward to getting a check up. They weighed me, took my pulse, blood pressure… and that’s it. They said they couldn’t address concerns during this appointment, even though my concerns were about my heart. Didn’t take my height, said they were going to do labs and had me wait 15 minutes to come tell me their lab is actually closed (at 4pm on a Tuesday??). My appointment was at 4pm, I arrived at 3:20pm to fill out forms. They seemed SO rushed, I was out of the office by 4:15. I will not be coming back here or to ANY SeaMar because of this experience.

H Dr. Micali took a personal, non-emergency phone call in the middle of my appointment and proceeded to have a whole conversation with the jewelry department at Fred Meyer. She rushed me through the rest of the appointment because there was no time after her personal phone call. Because of this she was unable to perform a proper examination and I was forced to make an appointment at a different location in order to receive care. I would also like to point out that there are signs all over this facility asking patients to stay off their cell phones, although they say nothing about the doctors, I think it should apply to them too.

John Jasper I have been seeing them for over 12 yrs. and I love the professionals that work there. Sometimes it does take a bit to get in but with as many patients as they try to help thats to be expected. Its happened at every good medical facility Ive ever been in. The staff are very courteous and professional. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. They have walk ins and appoinments that I really like. The aides and nurses are exceptionally nice. Wonderful Doctors Office.

Sjd_ Vids Was given this doctor as a PCP, and contacted them to schedule an appointment. On the phone, I was given the impression that the staff didnt care much, or was incompetent. Went to my first appointment anyways, at the address given. Entered the clinic all the way on Bridgeport Way (it was a drive for me) and went up to the office to discover the office was locked. Went to a neighboring office, and was told that this was a frequent problem, and then I was warned about using this provider. The receptionist for that office literally told me that I should find another doctor, and that we werent the only ones having issues, and that if we kept her, there would be way more. But, SHE gave me the address 8 miles away that Dr. Molleston apparently moved to. Go to this address, and its a shady location to begin with. Walk in, and were promptly greeted with incompetence from the receptionist and a RN. Theres absolutely no visible licensing or certifications. They did, however, have visible Jesus photos all over the office. When we asked about talking to someone about the way we were treated, we were told they would ask an admin--- but they never did. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting room past the appointment time before we gave up and decided that it wasnt worth it. During that 45 minutes, I listened to the RN advise a heart attack patient over the phone (advice that shouldnt be given, period) and then hang up and make fun of him with the receptionist. This doctor is SHADY, and were currently in the process of lodging two complaints against her, now.

Michael Marstrom Although the nursing staff was prompt and polite. Dr Molleston shows little respect for my symptoms and time. I have been a patient for nearly a year and I have never been seen at my appointment time. On average I see Dr Molleston an hour after my scheduled appointment. When she does see me my visit lasts approximately 3 minutes. I was referred to her back up doctor and he treated me in the same manner. He did not appear to hear any of my complaints, just looked at the medical chart and wrote a prescription. I felt very dehumanized. I wish they would see me as a real person rather than a cadaver in a gross anatomy class! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND SEVERAL HOURS OF YOUR DAY THERE AND BE TREATED LIKE A CASH MACHINE!

Sean I have consistently waited well over an hour after my appointment times to be seen. I had to return 3 times, following 3 blood draws to check for liver function due to the appropriate box not being marked. I was told I would get a call re: the last draw to inform me of my results..Never got the call..I got news that I have degenerative disk and joint disease but was not offered any suggestions for treatment. I find the staff all to be quite engaging and kind, but the care is definately something to be seen. Perhaps due to the significant drug user/ methadone/suboxone population that a client not suffering those issues is still treated as an addict...I got an x-ray of my knee and the results were sent immediately to Dr. Joy....I never got a phone call for me to come in and discuss the result...2 months passed and nothing..I reluctantely made the appointment...I will be transfering to a new doctor ASAP...I was not cared for other than great personalities..the care is by far the worst I have ever had....I was heard(maybe) but not listened to...Dont waste your time or your money.. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

fay Deang My dads PCP is Joy Ruiz-Molleston from May 2016- September2016 but every time he comes in he dont see dr.joy majority of his visit he saw her PA who also lacks on interest in my dads health issue, my dad has been complaining about loosing weight in a span of 2-3 months hed lost 15-18lbs unintentionally but doctor ignored him, when he visited Doctor in June his weight was 158lbs then July 148lbs then August 143lbs. They also knew that my dad has hepatitis and they fail to treat that or even get him referred to a specialist. They dont listen to their patient all they do is keep on prescribing medication instead of taking time to check on the roots and resolve problem from there. We decided to switch my dads PCP November 2016 but it was already too late, the reason hes loosing weight drastically is because he had cirrhosis that lead to liver cancer my dad pass May 2017. When we switched my dad to the new PCP his doctor found out from the very first blood test during my dads first visit that his liver enzymes were elevated and on February they had done ultrasound and MRI confirming large tumors in his stomach, his liver is already enlarged if it werent from this new doctor we dont know how much longer my dad wouldve suffer and how much longer we will find out that my dad is terminally sick if he stayed in the care of Dr.Molleston. She dont have compassion with her patients and she doesnt take her profession seriously. All of my family were assigned to Dr.Molleston as her PCP but luckily we havent started seeing her and after what had happened to my dad we all switch to this amazing doctor. We are not going entrust our health to this doctor. And I definitely DO NOT recommend her to anybody.

Thuy Bui I came with my dad for his colonoscope. Everything was fine until the old nurse (I believe she was Chinese, short hair and old woman) came in. Super rude, attitude toward me and ignored whatever I said. When I asked her about my concern about my dad hypertension, she basically told me it was not my business to ask, I could only ask if she allowed me to, and only my dad could ask her (and only when she allowed). I was actually speechless, im not sure who she think she was, but I am the family member, I have all the legal right (on paper) to ask her about my concerns. And she kept that attitude, told me that i was just an interpreter, and I should do my job (????) that translated whatever she said. She was so mean that she didnt even believe that I translated everything to my dad, and rushed me to translate it. She had an accent and it took me some time to process and translate, im not a professional interpreter, and it was 6:30am. She had ruined my day. The reason I gave 3 stars because the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. I wish I could file a complain about her, because of what I experienced.

Casey Tyler (Tyler) I have to say this is a great place I see both my primary care doctor and podiatrist here and I have not had anything but first class care from here, its like whatever they are doing they need to teach it everywhere in Washington, I will say the front desk agents are some time brass and cold but other then that everything else is amazing ...

Mandi Olivares Im being refused medical care through this place. The Dr is an excellent Dr however the way Ive been treated for the last several months being told I will no be seen until the balance is taken care of is ridiculous. Ive called my state insurance for the last few months and its basically phone tag. I do not recommend going here if you have a problematic insurance company and a Drs office that is unwilling to work or give resources with their patients.

Paul Yoon I went to see while he was at a different clinic and I’m shocked he has his own clinic now. Worst experience I’ve ever had seeing a doctor. Went in to just get a wart removed but the guy didn’t numb me all the way and I felt him cutting into me the whole time. Told him it hurt and I can feel him cutting and he just told me I have low pain tolerance. Imagine being cut into and feeling the whole thing. I still have trauma from thinking about that and worst of all I still have the wart.

Lin Lin I would never call this a clown a doctor! cant believe he have five star, if I can give 0 star I would!!! he the worst provider ever. I came on 24 on October to get a MRI and a breast biopsy referral from him and he grab my left breast hard, and didn’t give me the MRI referral that I request! pls do not get breast biopsy or a gynecologist referral from him! I think he should just stuck to botox and face filler. And the receptionist is rude and awful kept interrupting me, refusing answer my question, talk past you in mid conversation and I believe one of the receptionist is his wife that work there. I will be looking for a new clinic and a doctor cause he awful and he sucks. Definitely don’t recommend Inkwon Park!!!

Rebecca Ogo Glad my family and I made the decision to switch our clinics and go with Dr. In Kwon Park. This medical office definitely deserves a 5-star! Many thanks to Ms. Maria-Ofc Manager for her assistance in setting up my family as new patients & for her pleasant and welcoming customer service, to the entire staff for such wonderful professionalism exemplified of great service, and most definitely to Dr. Park for his great bed side manners. Matt Hymer He has been my primary physician for nearly 20 years. He is and has always seemed concerned about my well-being. He seems like family when I see him. I cant say enough good things about this man.

Cb Rah Dr. Lee had me travel from Olympia, I’m disabled. After sitting in his office as patients that came after me where shown in. His staff informed me that the doctor didn’t have my file and if I was to see him we’d just be staring at each other. I was referred to him to get a therapy anyone could tell I needed therapy. The patient before me they couldn’t find his file either. Highly dysfunctional practice.

Jase Caffrey This doctor was not working with me at all. He was very stubborn about his point of view and paid little to no attention to my concerns. He dismissed the diagnosis from my prior two doctors and discontinued my medication Id been taking for 10 years. He didnt even address my other medication for tremors. I asked him literally 5 times what his concern was with me continuing to use the medication Id been using for years. He dodged the question every time by stating he just doesnt think I need it. His reason for believing that is because my pediatrician didnt prescribe it to me. It felt like everytime I mentioned something important, or wanted him to elaborate, he would discard it as beyond his concern. Needless to say, I need a better doctor.

Mark Gunsauls Dr Lee is the best doctor. He cares about his patients.

Zagg Branagan One of the most organized and professional medical organizations in the area. Experienced and courteous support personnel and medical professionals in every department. Doctor Sashko stands out as a top-notch physician and a really nice guy, too. PS. Even my buddy "Spike" (in the last picture below) agrees but you might want to leave your "bearded dragon" at home.

Firefly Staff have all been nice to me here. Only thing that bothered me a bit was when I had an end of the day appointment, the doctor seemed a bit eager to finish up instead of hearing me out. He did talk to me, though, and took some time to explain some stuff. But it felt a little rushed. Otherwise Ive had good experiences here. Some of the previous complaints seem a bit silly. Yes there can sometimes be wait times. Those can often times be out of the control of the doctors and nurses. Yes, prescribers should be seeing patients at least every three months or so, to ensure the medication is still going to benefit them. This is common sense. Maybe its not necessary with some medication, but if I were a doctor, or ANRP, or someone else able to prescribe medicine, Id definitely want to keep up with my patients enough so I could adjust dosage, or medicine based on how the patient is doing. Some medicine also requires bloodwork, or other tests to see how theyre affecting peoples liver, kidneys, or many other varieties of important functions of the human body. Theres no benefit in assumption, and nothing wrong with being careful. Just my two cents.

Tray B The 2 stars are for the nurse who took my vitals and for the receptionist, simply because she was kind and courteous and thats rare there... I went yet again to see a New provider. Dr. Gu. I told him about specific symptoms that I have been concerned about. Symptoms that an efficient doctor would have given tests and a proper examination for. But I didnt receive that. There was a lot of writing and a few questions. And he just suggested that I see previous specialists for follow ups. To me, thats pure laziness. I deserved to have a thorough examination. If I went to see a doctor about possible asthma concerns and the doctor prescribes medications without even giving me an exam, not even to listen to my airways, then thats a problem. Its bad enough that as I woman and a woman with my cultural back round, I am treated differently and my symptoms are not taken seriously like they would be for other people. Im frustrated and tired of it. This is the THIRD doctor at this clinic that has treated me indifferent. And from some of the reviews, its reassuring to see that I am not alone. The whole clinic needs an update. EVERYONE deserves proper examination and treatment. It is a Right not a Privilege.

Mrs. Villalon-Acea Very unprofessional service and unwilling to accommodate your unique needs. COVID-19 has severed compassion from this place more in a greater way. I am sorry this pandemic is difficult but don’t take it out on us who come here for care. Do you think it is simple for us too? No we have friends or family in distance places with COVID -19! Don’t treat me like the plague so if I have needs meet them and if I am firm don’t take it personally try to help. She could have talked to a supervisor to accommodated. One of your unnamed nurses hung up on me and then canceled my doctors appointment. Well that means it is not necessary for me to keep going here anymore. The doctors just let people act so unprofessional here. I kept a tight lip too long but I have found another doctor in one blink. Besides they never took the time to find out my true medical conditions. They look up your meds at your pharmacy instead of asking you. Half of that stuff is so incorrect. If you choose to go there take your current medications . Get your records sent to them the old fashioned way. And one last thing the patients are not secretaries, we should not be chasing after referrals that our doctors send! That is all I have to say. I miss the typewriters days and wish some days these devices can be thrown away at work! I see more staff ignoring us then paying attention to us! Please thank God for your jobs because some don’t have it easy or too sick to work!

Audrey M I see both my PCP and Rheumatologist at this location and both are great! This location is easily accessible and I have no complaints. I hate going to the doctors, but since having some abrupt health issues I’ve had to go so much lately. Everyone I’ve come in contact here with has been professional and kind.

Cathi La Roe I don’t even want to give one star…0 would be more accurate! Portal is inaccurate, Staff are just ignorant as to policies! I literally got 6 different people with 6 different “stories” of policy and procedures in 2 days time. I tried to get med refills and was at first set up with a tele visit but did not receive any instructions by email or on the portal. So I waited 1.5 hours until the clinic closed and did not receive a call because they were on zoom but I had not been informed that I needed zoom. So I was labeled as a no show. The meds I was out of are an antidepressant which should not be stopped randomly due to depression worsening and suicidal side effects. Another appt was scheduled for 3 days later. The office called me and cancelled the tele visit saying I needed to come in person. But…my record indicates I was a no show again. The in office appt. Did not happen because I arrived late due to traffic although I gave myself plenty of time to get there. Interstate backed up and roads blocked off by police. I called while driving and was told to keep coming . When I got there I was refused service and once again labeled as a no show although I store in the office for an hour explaining my need for depression meds which I had been off of for 3 weeks at that point. I had a total meltdown and was sent home regardless of my mental state. No compassion, No concern, No assistance! That is medical neglect on the doctors part. And people wonder why Mental Health is on the rise! I could go on but will just post another review! This place sucks!

Cary Bridgeford This doctor is fast responder. He is clear about your health and what he recommends. His job. Primary Care. He does that job very well. If you looking for a good doctor do you want a trying to be your friend. Or trying to focus on your care? Well I will leave you with this. 25 years of care and I could not be at my best health. Everyone has different medical needs. He has met mine. I was shocked to see some individuals comments. Often times we mistake the job of a doctor. They practice medicine. Key word is practice. You should always find the best fit for yourself.

Jennifer B I have been a patient seeing Dr. Sashko every 3 months for the last few years. I am seeing him for a specific diagnosis that is challenging to change doctors and start the whole process over, but Im finally going to do it. At first, Dr. Sashko seems nice and pretty chill, but he actually does not listen to the patient or seem to value patient input at all. One example, my (typically low) blood pressure has been high for the last 3 or 4 visits. I shared my concerns and he stated ”Well its not high enough to medicate." That was it. No discussion of what could cause it, no guidance. Nothing. Do your health a favor and find a different doctor. I am.

Judith Kidd Dr Sashko has my primary care physician for 25 years. While he is not a "cuddly" doctor, he is meticulous and knowledgeable. He responds quickly to requests for referrals and refills, checks lab work promptly, and reviews notes from other providers to ensure that he has a solid overall understanding of my medical needs. I greatly appreciate his skill as a doctor and his attention to the myriad details that are part of effectively managing my overall care. Dr Sashko now provides the same excellent care to three generations of my family.

Samara Rivera Accompanied my husband along with his appointment to see Dr. Sashko as a new patient. My husband is a military veteran and has had little need for a doctor outside the VA until their quality of care starting declining(no in person doctors available, forcing him to have his doctors visits over video chat) and getting in to see a VA doctor can take months. Dr. Sashko was extremely rude and dismissive about my husbands medical issues and needs. He didn’t even examine him! He is not at all personable and has nonexistent bed side manner. He doesn’t even deserve one star My husband will definitely be finding a new primary doctor.

Cindy Neary Dr. Kennel has been our family doctor for over 25 years. He has a lot of experience and once you are an established patient, can usually see you very quickly for a sudden injury or illness. I have had a variety of illnesses which he has treated and diagnosed well. Hes matter of fact and has skills which a lot of younger doctors dont have any more. He doesnt send you to a specialist for every little thing.

Becky Barnes I have been going to Dr. Kennels for over 4 yrs and always had excellent care. I was never dissatisfied. The staff was always the best and the front desk people are wonderful. All was great until Brandon Swisher left and I was assigned to Dr. Harris. I saw him the first time Sept 10,2024. My wrist was very painful and a bit swollen so he had me go to Tra imaging to get an x-ray. That was done Sept 11th. It is now Oct 1 and I still have not heard anything on the results of the x-ray. I have called 5 times and went there personally but he and the nurse were out that day. The front desk wrote urgent on my message more than once to no avail. I asked if I could see either Dr. Kennels but was told they have to be asked if they want to add me to their patient list. I asked if they could at least look at my x-ray. I have tried to see a different Dr elsewhere but no one is taking new patients. Im still in pain and still being ignored. I give Dr. Harris 1 star and 5 stars for the front desk as they tried to get him to do his job. Im just going to find another Dr as this is unacceptable.

Stephen Campbell Dr. David Kennel has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is the best. He always listens to what Im experiencing. I trust him with my life. Wont go anywhere else. Front office and nurses have always been helpful.

Randy Beatty John at the front desk is great. Very friendly and customer orientated. Great follow up phone call back to my wife regarding her referral. Thank you John. The referral process at this office needs some attention. Waiting a month for a referral is excessive.

Ethan Bates I established care with an office visit just last June - hurt my back playing sports about 6-7 weeks ago. I moved about 2 hours away and am facing a long wait to establish care in my new town and they won’t refer me to receive physical therapy with a phone call. This is all fine but the front desk rep was very rude about the situation. She lacked empathy and a care in the world when it came to helping troubleshoot the situation with me. She made me feel as though I had done something wrong and skipped appointments in the past but I havent had any appointments since last June. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but I’d recommend finding someone who cares more about their job to answer phones.

Desi G After experiencing a few VAs around the country, this one is pretty good. The women health primary care clinic is very active and professional.

Ed Baker I enjoy going to the American Lake clinic, I have only had positive experiences at the clinic. I have been receiving medical care for years at the clinic. Great staff can’t say enough good things about them. Plus everything is there I don’t have to travel all over town to get any procedures accomplished. I appreciate the VA Doctors, Nurses and Technicians for providing good quality medical care.

N Corey Just finished my annual physical, was treated with dignity and respect! I was contacted a few days prior by the nurse to pre answer all the paperwork questions that usually would have had me held up for an extra 30 minutes. Overall I had a great experience.

Brody Barnes My wife and I have had Dr. Lee as our family physician for many years. He is excellent, his diagnosis is always correct, he takes a personal interest in our health, and provides followup.

Joy Park My family and I have not had a good experience with this clinic. The nurses and the receptionists are generally great and I have had no problems with them. However, I have had some issues with Dr. Lee. I have felt that he has time and time again brushed off my family and Is medical conditions and just prescribed us general medicine instead of actually looking into our condition. And the times where he would refer us to a special doctor, the doctors would never be available and with a couple of google searches I would be able to find a better special doctor for myself. I feel that he doesnt really care for his patients and does the bare minimum. This concerns me as I know that there are a lot of older and immigrant patients who go there who may heavily depend on him because they dont speak English very well or at all.

Felix S Mediocre escape room. It was easy to complete and escape, but once free, they had police bring me back because I finished it too quickly. In the end, it took me several months to finish this escape room. Not happy.

Serena Tarango it was hard when i went there but then i realized they were like the only family i had i actually miss it so much all the support and miraculous things they have done for us they helped a lot they cared and they did there job and respected us as that they knew what we needed good place i miss the memories and relationships i have built there. This place can help with all kinds of experiences i know that for an experience. i had ups and downs but i needed the care because my family and people around me didnt do that when i was young but my treatment went great thanks to all floor staff and peers i have met and both doctors and nurses and the boss Amber Robinson of orcas witch i like to say.

A. Cole For my entire life she has been primary care provider. When I was in middle school she told me I needed to lose weight. She told me to google recipes and take initiative with what I ate. I was 12, and I had (and still have) an eating disorder. I was discouraged from going to the doctor for years because of her and how embarrassed and ashamed she made me feel. Im 20 now, and am still reaping the consequences of her lack of empathy.

Wendy Tinker Dr. Dawson is the only doctor that I have been to in 64 years that intentionally breaks her Hippocratic Oath. She started out relationship by stating that the pain in my back was in my head, even though an MRI proved that I had a pinched nerve in my spine. I have degenerative arthritis and have had multiple surgeries and joint replacements. Next she said she wasnt able to prescribe pain medication. She is, in fact, permitted to do so (I did my research ). I have begged for relief, most recently for my sons wedding, and she has refused. After sitting on my request for a referral to a pain clinic for a month, she finally informed me that I need six weeks of PT to get in the class. I said Id do anything. But, apparently during the six weeks she wont provide any pain relief at all. Stay far away from this woman!! What should have been the best day of my life was completely overshadowed by pain.

Stacy R Saw Dr.Dawson for two years for the reoccurring symptoms she minimized my symptoms and was strongly pushing antidepressants as she thought it was in my head she ignored my lab results for two years which showed a decline in kidney function which contributed to my symptoms. When she finally reviewed my lab work she didn’t even bother to call to tell me my labs showed CKD but left as a note in my chart.

Tiara Thorpe When I arrived to the clinic I was taken back by Dr.Dawson’s MA who did not introduce herself. Being an employee once at Multicare I know it is proper practice to greet your patient. She started out by saying wow you have quite the list here so explain to me what you are needing from us. I then told her what my symptoms were along with my cycle concerns. Before I could finish she immediately jumps in with oh you definitely have symptoms of covid. She asked me if I got the flu shot and I replied no. She then looks at me and says and you still work for the health care industry. I said yes. She said where? I then replied that I worked for a private practice. Hmmm and they do not require a flu shot interesting that is very rare. OK, with that alone I felt she was shaming me for not having my flu shot and why all of that was her concern was the question. Dr. Dawson comes into the room does not introduce herself and told me that her MA had concerns that I had covid and she had to gown down. She then realized that she did not introduce herself and started over. I just kind of laughed and said ok. If you were so concerned about me having covid you would have gowned down properly. I told Dr.Dawson that I do not think I have covid because I have not been exposed to anyone with it. She then looked at me and said well you do not live in a bubble so you are always exposed. Ok I let her smart remark go because I am there in pain and not feeling 100%. She then says how do you think your respiratory virus is tied to your cycle. I explained to her how I thought they were related because everything happened at once and I have not been around any one who has been sick. I told her I have a asthmatic child at home and we are very careful, but the way they are making me feel is drawing concern. After I said that she opens the door and out loud does not step away to walk close to her MA she stands in the door way out loud saying “ We need a swab immediately she definitely has covid mucus lined down her throat she has an asthmatic son at home she needs to be swab quickly.” Is this professional at all? What about HIPAA? How about MultiCare’s values where was the respect for me at? How did they show kindness? How did they show compassion? Where was the integrity and excellence at that MultiCare says the company has? The two values they did great were collaboration and stewardship. They both as a team did a great job making me feel less than. I left that clinic feeling like a walking disease. How any of this is ok I will never understand. If they are so concerned of any exposure maybe medicine should not be their profession.

Anthony Parra First refferal was sent almost 2 months ago. Repeatedly sent multiple refferals over time and they kept saying they did not receive it. That their fax machine has issues with receiving faxes from tricare. Kept having them resent until tricare said they can just pull them up online. Apparently they refused to and 2 weeks passed and no response. Decided just to drop them. I dont want to be the one to do their job for them. Just not worth it. Receptionist are nice.

Rich Gray Truly the best Dr. that I’ve ever been a patient with. Very knowledgeable and explains things so I can understand. He is friendly and makes me feel comfortable during my visits. If I could sum it up I would have to say that Dr. Rock rocks!

Brandon Vollmer On Jan 28th, 2025 my spouse came to greater lakes to receive mental health services. After this initial visit she had only seen her provider once, and has had MULTIPLE episodes of Crisis. She never had crisis incidents until she started to see Crystal. Every time she has tried to call to schedule an appointment no one answers. She also refused to listen to my spouse when she asked to be put on medication because SHE NEEDS IT. I do not recommend this place FOR ANYONE. She called yesterday at 8:15am to speak with a manager to “break up” and we have yet to receive any response. How this place is still in operation blows my mind. These people are the sole reason why people commit themselves to Western State Hospital. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Kayla If I could give this place negative stars I 100% would. I am not a person to leave reviews, but I hate this place so much I just have to. I had an appointment with K on July 22 and when I was 5 minutes away I get a call that she left. My appointment was in the afternoon and they had all morning to call me, but waited until I was almost there. I then rescheduled my appointment for the following week and once again she canceled on me. At that point, I no longer wanted to see her so I requested a new therapist. A week had gone by and hadn’t heard anything so I called again and they said they will call someone and send me an email ASAP. we are coming up on one month later and I have not been seen by a single person. This place is a joke. Please go somewhere else.

David Zimmerman Ive come to them twice for help and they just milk your insurance for one hour appointments where nothing gets done. My recent therapist was an intern. I know I might need medication, their wait list is out until June, if my therapist even signs off on it. She said we need more one hour appointments to decide what I need. Yes I can do telephone calls, but she prefers I drive an hour and back to our appointments, where I leave clueless and hopeless. Even got suicidal at one point where I was given a return call a few hours later and the chick was just extremely rude to me. I wasnt even being needy, just calm and letting her know how I was feeling. No I didnt want to take walk. No I didnt want to did etc etc and it just seems pointless

Bender Haze Trans folks, beware! This place is so bad, I never even got into a therapists office. First, my therapists cancelled on me repeatedly, sometimes with only 30 minutes notice. Then, Greater Lakes deadnamed me in my paperwork repeatedly, even after I asked them to stop & showed documentation that I changed my name legally over a year ago. I didnt even sign up for counseling under that name - they pulled my record from Multicare, who also has repeatedly failed to change my name.

Amanda Howard Its really a shame when I cant give full stars-- I try to err on the side of kindness. But Ive also had a bit of a last straw. My child has been seen here for a couple years and its gone from good to uh, less good over that time. Hes had to play a bit of musical therapists, because after he "graduated" (a funny little term, given how hes there for things that certainly werent cured, fully treated or even satisfactorily processed) his therapist said if he ever needed to come back, itd be a simple matter of scheduling for her again. Well fast forward a month, and shes fully booked out and unable to take "new" patients, and we had to do the entire intake process again. Okay, whatever, I kinda get it I guess. His new therapist is great-- when we can actually see her! Shes overbooked and we can almost never see her more than once every few weeks (when once a week and STABILITY is absolutely the baseline of what my kiddo needs right now) and TODAY that straw I mentioned before broke my camels back. We showed up at 11:02, two minutes late but no biggie. Sign in, get seated, no worries. 15 minutes go by... 20... Another woman gets up and asks the front desk whats going on, because shes been waiting there even longer than I have. After about five minutes we got to talking-- she wont even be seen today, and its her first appointment ever, and there was even a confused moment where one of the people wanted to penalize her for a no-show, all because the receptionist didnt properly check her in or give her her intake paperwork to fill out. Thats definitely my cue to go up and make sure Im actually checked in, especially since our therapist has never made us wait this long. After about two good minutes standing there waiting for two of them to stop giggling conspiratorially and actually help me, the (what I learned is the newest one) listens to my concern and says shell send the therapist an email to let her know were waiting. Fifteen more minutes, and she beckons me up. "There was a mishap getting you checked in", she says, "well have to reschedule you". She looked close to crying and honestly? Shes not the one I blame here-- shes new! Shes in training still, apparently! My focus is squarely on the veteran receptionist that was sitting RIGHT THERE the entire time, joking around and purposely ignoring me, who should have been, I dunno, actually training the newbie. And now my kid has to wait two more weeks for his over-booked therapist to be able to see him, and its already BEEN two weeks. My friend tells me this place is really expensive if you dont have Medicaid, which luckily I do. Im half-expecting a letter in a couple weeks penalizing me for a no-show. Well see. But new patients be warned. PS they have a "policy" of not giving ESA letters, which is actually ridiculous.

Angie Tiara I scheduled an appointment for my husband for his physical, and have waited months to get in. My husband even took off for work for his appointment. He came in on time and been told that he didn’t have an appointment. Apparently they took someone else date of birth and social security and put it under his contact because they have the same name. They were not helpful. Instead of fixing the issue and let him in, they just said they cant do anything and need to reschedule. They were not helpful and wasted of time!

Bruised Banana I was supposed to have an appointment today but they had just canceled, saying they were sick. from seeing all of the reviews I shouldve just made one with my original doctor. been in extreme pain for about a month because of IBS and ulcers honestly happy we have emergency clinics or I wouldnt last another month for my new appointment. disappointing..

Vashti Shoudy My husband and I see Dr Vo, have been for about 5 years. We are always treated with respect and kindness when we go in. We have had zero issues getting referrals for specialists. In fact within a week we are scheduled with whatever specialist we need. My husband ran out of medication and I called to get an expedited script, they got it to the pharmacy same day and I was able to pick it up the next day. The nurses and front desk staff are courteous and helpful and the schedulers work to get us in as soon as possible (depending on the severity of the issue).

David I just got a phone call from a young lady there threatening me saying we will not be refilling your blood pressure medication unless I come down and have an appointment with my primary nurse down there , I have ptsd and I take that as a threat , its the newer Caucasian girl down there who last time tried to make me do things her way and I felt as if I was being manipulated and she was so unprofessional as if he she was from some hoodlum situation. They mentioned this 1 time before and so I came in and my primary Lisa durann said they would not do this by having to have an appointment for my blood pressure medication.. I will not be treated this way by a clinic that just wants money. Called down and asked another employee down there and found out the medical assistants name is Sarah, I would hope a supervisor down there would monitor her behavior when interacting with there patients and see 1st hand how she treats people down there.

Tony Smith Earliest appt they could make for primary care was 4 months out, so I said ok. Appointment gets cancelled 2 weeks prior because the "provider is not available". Then they tell me the next available appt will be another 4 months out.

Michelle B Went in for my first appointment today and the 2 front desk ladies were nice and helpful. I am super happy with my pcp, Holly. Shes super polite, caring, and helpful. Pharmacy folks were also great. I had to call and switch an appointment and the lady on the phone was really really nice and helpful. I was hesitant with all the bad reviews but my experience was great and I am happy. Place was obviously ran down and could use some updates on the building. Staff probably could get paid more. Overall, super happy with this place!

Andrew Brokaw I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, then received a call that the doctor I was scheduled with didnt offer the services Id been referred there to receive. The website lists that doctor as providing those services. Not only did I wait over a month for medical care at this appointment, I now have to wait an additional month and a half to receive that care. If Id been informed right away, or if the website was accurate, this would not have happened and Id actually be able to receive medical treatment I need without waiting multiple months for no reason aside from incompetence. The receptionist who called to let me know my appointment was cancelled offered to book an appointment at a different clinic, but did not follow up or provide any information about that appointment. Am I still a patient here? Can I count on an appointment that wont be cancelled the day of? Theres no way to know. Dont go here unless you have to.

Larry XK I hate writing reviews and I usually dont but in this case i feel compelled. I had an appointment on Jan 10th, the doctor re-prescribe my meds because they had no refills. Since then I called and visited the pharmacy, long story short, it took nearly 2 weeks for the prescription to travel maybe a hundred feet between the clinic and the pharmacy electronically. I suppose the laws of physics stop at the CHC Lakewood clinic (you know the whole electrons traveling at the speed of light story). I have been there 3 times since the doctors visit and the pharmacy had zero clues what meds I needed. This so called health care is far and I mean far the worst experience Ive had with various HMOs. There is utter confusion at the entire place. I understand people need low cost health care but this is not it. Can hardly wait to get hired on from my temp position at work with full benefits so I can dump this outfit.

Nick Knight Been trying for two days to talk to a doctor about bad side affects of a prescription they gave me, I sat on the phone for over four hours between the past two days trying to reach a doctor. The fact their offices don’t answer and especially don’t make contact when a customer is having poor side affects just goes to show how little they give two about their patients.

Evan Tarr Firstly the pharmacy people seem to do absolutely nothing all day, and won’t start your prescription regardless of what it consists of until you go in person and ask about it. Today is only the most recent example of a long list of times. My daughter had an appointment at 9:30 am and we always have the issue of the doctor is with another patient for 30-45 minutes after our scheduled time, then after 5 minutes we are given a prescription of 2 ointments. I know that it will never be ready immediately which is unfortunate but whatever, so I show up at 2:57pm and see one customer in the pharmacy with multiple pharmacist. I’m then told that it hasn’t been started and will be available in 30 minutes, this is the same wait time as if I went there immediately after our appointment. I truly can’t fathom how they can have nothing ready beforehand when you’ve had all day to complete it. I fully believe that had I not came in and asked it would’ve never been done, even though I have never been told I need to check in. The doctors all seem to have no clue as they end every visit with “it has been sent to the pharmacy and should be ready to pick up before you leave.”

Angelica Cameron Ever since I turned 18 I’ve seen my main provider twice and I already want to switch my provider. She has been very dismissive of my issues and concerns regarding my health and today I came in wanting a dermatology referral for my contact dermatitis and wanted an actual person specialized in skin to help me but instead she just gave me a prescription for a steroid cream. Yeah let me slap on steroids on my face for two weeks only for it to come back worse like that wasn’t what happened when I first saw a doctor for my eczema

Jessica Bass I went to the ER today because a metal door slammed into my chest. The Specialist that helped me with X-rays was so kind and respectful (sorry I cried the whole time) and the Attending (she wore red scrubs) and Evee the charge nurse thank you for being so gentle and helping me feel safe and comfortable. Hospitals make me so anxious and I had a very pleasant experience. I feel like I waited a reasonable amount of time for everything.

R R Would give no star if I could. I am regularly on hold for more than forty minutes before the call disconnects. This is my fourth day attempting to call clinic for an appointment. I have tried to call the appointment line, they have some reason they can’t help me schedule and say I need to contact the clinic directly. I have reached out to patient advocacy and they have a different story every time I call and give me a new number and new reason I can’t be found in the system. Enrollment confirmed I am in the system. I am running out of important medication, patient advocacy knows this, and still everyone has a different understanding of the situation and I cannot get ahold of the clinic to make an appointment. No idea why this is such a broken place.

Kayla McFarland *Dermatology center* The doctor and Nurse Laura were absolutely fantastic! I was in and out in less than an hour! Nurse Laura’s bedside manners were fantastic especially when it came to the numbing medicine. I HIGHLY recommend these ladies! :-)

Mark Kastenbaum Im a senior with a history of chronic pain, exasperated by a automobile accident on Sept 24, 2024. I received emergency care due to this incident. On a monthly basis, I renew my pain medication. Yesterday I meet with a provider who renewed my medication request and took a sincere interest concerning my medication history. Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. The provider who approved my prescription signed of for 20 tablets, I told the pharmacy tech that this is an error because this does not satisfy my dosage on a monthly schedule. I told the technician this is not your fault and told her I needed a supervisory review concerning this issue. Fortunately another provider corrected the error and my prescription was correctly filled. In retrospect, Im confused, a simple review of my record would have corrected my refill issue. I understand administrative mishaps due happen, I wonder how many folks have experienced a similar situation?

Amber Dahle My daughter asked me to set up an appointment for her to get restarted in mental health services. When I called to set up her initial appointment I was told by the woman who answered the phone that I am not able to set up her initial appointments because she is over the age of 13 and they have to talk to her and get consent! As someone that works in the mental health field this is not accurate. As her parent I am able to set her appointments. However for any further information she would have to sign a release of information. She is 15! She is not able to drive herself to appointments, pay for them, or set them up herself considering her dad or myself would have to set them around our work schedules. I have been setting her appointments up for years now and have never ran into this issue and when I looked at the WAC and the laws there was nothing that states she has to consent to an appointment being set up. How are parents supposed to help their kids get the help they need when there are these types of barriers in place!

Bryce Meyer Would rather give no stars my wife went there for an assessment due to a dui was recommended to do treatment she completed said treatment and when she went to dmv to get her license seamar had not done the part and sent the paperwork for her to license to be released. Phone calls back and forth for months asking it to be sent over and they kept saying they either would or that it was done and they lied every time At this point I told my wife to file a complaint and she did not cause she didnt wanna start problems. Decided to get another assessment after years of them not doing what they were supposed to and guess what. They still havent sent it to dmv.

I requested to have my referral sent to a different facility, and the receptionist responded with that unclear explanation about “24 business hours.” That makes it even more frustrating because when dealing with medical referrals, patients need straightforward information—not vague wording that can be easily misinterpreted. If the response time is actually up to three business days, they should just say that instead of using a confusing phrase that makes it sound like a quicker turnaround. It almost feels like they’re trying to make the wait seem shorter than it really is, which isn’t fair to patients who are trying to plan their care.

Mara DeLoney Woman in LabCorp (205) was disrespectful while I was with a client and spoke badly about us to another patient who was also receiving labs. Entirely unprofessional and disrespectful and provided less than substandard care to my client who did nothing wrong but show up for an appointment. Hoping that when I have to come here for my own medical care that I am treated better than my client was.

Dr. LaQrisha S. Henderson I have been St. Claire Specialty clinic for approximately 2 months. The clinic is clean. The staff is nice and courteous. Cons: No one gives full details about appointments. They make the appointments but do not say which building or suite. You get there and you find out that your appointment is way on the other side. Cons: They call last minute to let you know your appointment is cancelled. I got a call at 9:00 am to let me know my appointment is cancelled because THEY DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION. Ummm like you knew this prior. It is not rocket science. It is all in the computer system. When they called the day before to confirm I was coming to my appointment someone should have said something then. I am traveling a little distance to to get to the clinic. I was already half way there when I got the call. Unprofessional!!!!!! You did not value my time but let me call at 9am to cancel my appointment at 9:30 then they want to refuse service to me. I also want my gas money back. You wasted my time. As I get up two hours early to get ready and handle my other medical issues. I also get up early to travel to your clinic to be on time. The appointment takes up more than 5 hours of my day so I cant get my time back after you cancelled my appointment on the same dayof the appointment at 9am. The gas prices are crazy. Yall wasted my time and my gas this very morning. Rude!!!!!

Julie Fulton Used to be a good place. Now it takes forever to get an appointment. My primary care doctor left and I was given no notice. Now I have to wait 6 months to see someone. They will not even approve physical therapy that Dispatch Health ordered for me. You would thinkmthey would have some care for an 85 year old. They are not the same since they merged with Virginia Mason. Not the same level of caring.

Cecilia Dixon I wish I could give this place zero stars. The lack of care and professionalism, is disgusting. I called to notify them I would be late due to being on crutches and not able to move quickly. When I got there, I was immediately told, by a woman named Katilyn, (with an attitude), that I would not be seen. I have a severe injury that needs to be checked out per doctors orders but she refused to even go and ask the doctor if they could allow me to wait and be seen in between patients. I didn’t care how long I’d have to wait, as long as I was seen. She looked at me like I was the most awful person she ever laid eyes on and said “NO, we can’t help you”. I left in tears. They are not about patient care at all! Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to where you’ll be treated fairly!

Jessie Wilde Suendermann Emergency room staff are professional and courteous. Parking is ample. The intake lady (seemed new) should know more about different kinds of insurance medical cards, (Regence is pretty common I would think) but other than that an over all excellent and expedient service. We chose St. Clair because it is close to our home and I didnt think the line would be as long as other hospitals. It was a good choice. The phone charging station is a nice convenience.

Hannah Borja Worst ER ever.. The receptionist aren’t professional. When letting them know the reason to be seen, the passed judgement by the look on their face and a smart remark. It also takes hours to be seen by a physician.

Ellie Just left. I drove myself there, told them I thought I was experiencing a cardiac event. They told me to wait in the ER. I told them I didn’t think I had a lot of time (I had already passed out once ) She moved her cart beyond the double doors. Realized I can get this level of care and empathy at home, I left. I received a call from Dr. Michael Bennett asking my wishes and hers as she might not make it.My point being I appreciate giving me the opportunity to get there and I some places might not even call family.I felt everyone went above and beyond in Cindas care and although she is still in ICU I appreciate the care for my mother.Thank you.Gina

rosemary bochik Early today I went in because I tested positive for covid twice on the home tests. I went in with a 104 fever and they were able to drop it down to a normal range. They were very kind and listened to me. They gave me IV fluids and medicine that helped with nausea and my fever. Great and caring staff at this location. Dispite my discomfort going in they made it a pleasant experience.

Edna M. Refused to see me after my accident even with the information they had asked for but then turned around and couldn’t even continue to do my check up that I needed so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Tommy James Wouldn’t do the check up even with the correct information they had asked for and information we used at other places that are more qualified and they had no issue with it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. I would pay someone not to go here
