Magdalena Moore Awesome experience as always, Im comfortable having my nails done with the nail technician here ( Vi, Lilly and Nina ) Ive been years customer of this nails salon.

Pearl Paradise We called around 4:30ish too book an appointment for 3 @5:15 and it was accepted once we got there it was pretty busy but we finally got seated at the pedi seat and although it was busy we did not feel rushed. 3 different people did my feet and they all did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep twice!! They took their time with me and was also efficient at the same time. I don’t know how but they were!! The only downside was there was no available WiFi and the AC was down? Off? Not working? Other than that they did great my toes are super cute!

Kelly Rene First busy nail place we walked into on a busy Saturday where they were friendly and acknowledged us immediately. Went in for a fill and was so pleased with the service that I stayed for a pedicure! Awesome pedi and they took their time with my fill. Definitely recommend. Edit. After taking my time after shopping and running around I was able to examine my nails. They are perfect!! They are beautifully smooth and shaped around the cuticle! I expect they will grow out nicely! I will definitely return. I do recommend making an appointment as they are a busy shop.

Gabrielle J Fabulous nail salon! Clean, quiet, spacious, nail salon. Have come here a few times and every time they do a fabulous job! They actually care about the quality service. This was my first time getting a new full set at this location. An Hong did a fabulous job giving the shape I wanted. I did a walk in first thing in the morning - Wednesday. An they took me in no problem providing a full new set and pedicure. I keep trying other places. But here so far my favorite! Thanks for your wonderful service! Also the location has great food options ;)

Tiffanie Nelson I love this place so much. I almost don’t even want to post a review because I do not want them to get to busy for us. Harvey and Apple are such genuine people and they both take so much pride in what they do. So friendly we love going I always have Harvey do my nails while my husband gets his pedicure with Apple the entire salon are so friendly and take pride in their work!! I have never seen any upset clients and I am there every 3 to 4 weeks! Sone colors are hard to capture and I’m not the best photographer but my nails are always on flawless!!

Sophara Soth I’ve tried so many nail spots, but no one does it better than Happy Nails Shop in Kent! Apple, Harvey, and their team provide the best customer service and execute nail designs flawlessly. They really take their time with each client, making sure you leave happy. Unlike other places, they never rush, even when it gets busy. I’ve never not loved my nails! Walk-ins can be tough, so I highly suggest making an appointment. If you want quality and care, this is the spot to go! I see them every 3 weeks for a dip powder manicure and regular nail polish pedicure. I’ve attached some pics of nail designs I’ve done in the past.

Prachi Behl-Stein It was my first time here. They are so nice and professional. I asked for an ombré dip nails and showed my inspiration pictures for my maternity shoot. She did them just like the picture. They were neatly done and looked perfect. Also got a gel nail paint on my feet with stones around the toe. Looks amazing! Love love love my nails!!! 100% recommend it!

Ruiza Anne Walked in with no appointment on a Wednesday around 10am. Was greeted warmly and told to wait 5 min for a gel removal and manicure with color. True to word I was assisted right away. The older lady who did my nails was nice, careful and thorough. Everything was done efficiently and my nails looked much better than other nail salon in Tukwila. Total for gel removal and manicure with color = $30 before tip They also have a spa pedicure manicure area for kids. Betsy Papaly New (to me) ownership! But the service is just as good. The techs do a really good job with both pedicures and manicures, and the cost is average for these services. Friendly staff, too - a definite recommend!

Tanya Varela I have tried all the salons in Renton. This is by far the best quality and service . The prices are competitive and worth every cent. The owner Haley and her staff are sweet and professional. I got a manicure 4 days ago and it looks fresh as the first day. I take my father once a month now and they treat him like a king and make him feel special. I also get my lashes done (but that’s my beauty secret, so no photos, haha). I will say Haley is a perfectionist and in this line of work that quality is gold, and I don’t skimp. Give Haven a try you won’t regret.

LC Amazing experience!! I used to come here as haven nails from time to time and was surprised to see it is now Golden Beauty Bar! Love the updated wax room…. The services from Tracy and Kim were great! Such a luxury and relaxing time. The new owners were so nice and has a welcoming environment. I was also surprised that they have seasonal pedicures so I opted for the winter package which included a complimentary drink,steam, paraffin, and was pepperminty:) they added during the fall they had a pumpkin as well. I’ve been taking a break from coming to salons but this seems worth the price! Lusciously Doinme Be Aware: I honestly wouldnt recommend. You dont leave with the rediculously over priced nails and service you paid for!! Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the nail tech was nice and its more so whoever owns it/makes the prices, than her fault. Otherwise, I left a bit unsatisfied and without way more money than expected. They dont have any signage for pricing/offered services. Which I get why because they are overly priced. Had I known it was different owners and basically a totally different nail salon than before I would not have gone or stayed. I paid $135 plus tip for a pedicure and gel full set. Didnt get all the services that was apart of the pedicure. Lady told me my toes was dry and I was good to put my shoes on. Which they should have been due to me getting nails done after the subpar pedicure. Got home and my toes were messed up day one. Then EVERY style or color I wanted I was told would be $5-$15 more on top of the price listed above. I am highly taken aback and a bit unhappy. I feel taken advantage and kind of robbed to be honest. My nails are so thick underneath. The only thing I like about them is the shape. Summary: Paid too much, left with chipped toes the same day 10 min later, not the full pedicure (no hot stone massage) no foot or leg massage just rubbing of lotions and salt on them but should have been included. Basic gel nails was $70. No designs, no thrills. Thats extra money if you want even less nail polish being used. I am a simple person I never get jewels or over the top nails so what I wanted could have easily been done with gel polish and at the same price but I was denied due to not being willing to pay more. Just find a different salon would be your best bet.

t d I had a wonderful experience at Golden Beauty Bar. The establishment is both pleasant and clean. Haley did my nails, and she is thorough at her work. I have followed her from Kent to this location. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a touch of luxury time.

Nelson Meissner I have been going to Paulines for awhile. I always have good service and I think they do a good job on the basic mani/pedi. Just a couple things to be aware of. You cannot get anything in writing regarding prices. It is not posted and they cannot show you anything. I recently asked and was told I needed to "ask Pauline"...but she was busy....and always ask up front when making an appointment what the price is because if you just call and say that you want to make an appointment for a pedicure they will make the assumption that you want their most expensive service. I have forgotten to say "basic pedicure" and I ended up paying for the most expensive "spa" experience.

Elizabeth Evelyn Guidos MY NAILS CAME OFF THE DAY AFTER. Staff was polite but rushing themselves. I’d never go back and spend $100+ on these nails had i known 3 nails would break the day after. I searched a video of the proper way to do silk nails, they are not doing them correctly. Save yourself the money!

Elena Hlavaty-Laposa I came the first time for a pedicure. It was nice and relaxing. The second time I came I asked to get my nails done and provided with a picture for exactly what I wanted. I was told that they can do it The inspo picture had flowers in it on two fingers. My nails were finished and they didn’t look anything like the w picture. The flowers were specifically told needed to be blue but the nail tech lady said no it looks better white. I was very disappointed that I paid $50 for something that they said they can do and couldn’t. Update: 3 days after my nails were done. They are bubbling up and a lot of texture is showing up from when my nails were filed. If you are particular about your nails, you will not be happy about this place.

Jasmine My go-to place to get my nails done! They go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed (ie. complimentary tea and biscuits). I almost fell asleep with the foot massage and lovely scents that came with the pedicure. The gel polish lasts a long time too! Highly recommend!

Brenda Harjala My first time at Pauline’s and definitely won’t be the last! Lovely ambience, amenities, and care. Very calm environment even though it was very busy. It did not feel like any nail salon I’ve ever been to - no long line and crowded door of folks trying to get a chair, but small rooms and privacy. It’s a whole vibe in there! From the smell of the incense, to the tea soak and rose petals, to the complementary tea and wafer cookies, it was hands-down my best pedicure before even commenting on the pedicure. As someone with sensitive feet, the tech was cognizant of that and didn’t over do it with the scrubbing, but gave a lovely and firm massage on my legs and feet. But the quality of the polishing is better than my favorite person at Sola (you know her!). With my round and weird nails, I often have unpolished edges and sides, and uneven coverage. This is pretty flawless, and I’ve been a regular at Lovely Nails and Sola for years. The mood was lovely, peaceful, even with some pretty lively customers that all seemed to be regulars and knew each other. I loved it! I expected to pay a bit more than other places, and I did. But with the different products, the special soak that appears to be standard… rather than upcharge for a deluxe, they seem to put a lot of those extras in the standard pedicure for about $55. Totally reasonable for the experience and quality of service!

Jaimee M. Nice people, clean spa, cute nails, but be prepared to pay over $100 for a dip set if you want design. I called and asked about pricing before I showed up and they told me it started at $50 and designs were 10 and up so imagine my surprise when my total was $105 for this set. They also charge for shaping which they did not mention on the phone.

Angel Slenning Got airbrushed ombré nails! Johnny is a good designer, I let him just get creative with the air brushing and he did my nails just right, cleaned them up after, and has them looking so good, I love them, I love this salon! Highly recommend, they also do a good job doing feet and toes, the hot rocks and hot towels always feel amazing when I get it done, always makes my feet and legs feel so good. Go see Jonny and these ladies! For some airbrushing!

Sharyn Kim First time here and it was lovely! Clean and friendly. Johnny talked me into gel x instead of acrylics and I love them! Love the cat eye designs and he was very personable and helped me choose colors. Also showed me lots of options for designs if I wanted something seasonal

Jen Fouch I’ve gotten my nails done twice. First time on the left and second time on the right. My first nail job lasted me an entire month! My nails never chipped and actually grew longer. So today when I got my nails done they looked even better. The women are friendly inside and you can’t beat the price. It was only $40. It isn’t fancy by any means. But, it’s still a great place. My mom recommended this place to me after she’s been getting her nails done here forever! Lol

Ruby Nagra-Basi The place was empty when I got in. In a heat wave they had no water. The pedi was not the best. Colors were limited feet were scrubbed for about 30 seconds only. I was highly disappointed this time as I have not been back for 4 years. Prices have gone up as they say supplies have been limited. Anytime I have come here its has not been busy and I can tell why. Even though they had no customers I felt like they were rushing and not welcoming. I have not had such a fast pedicure before but still tipped as I feel bad if I dont. Wont be returning as I am not happy with the work either. Nails could have been filed better and choice of design and colors were limited for a shellac. I also got asked if I did my nails at home which didnt help the situation. $40.00 was cost plus tip.

Silva Fam I wish I could give no stars. Dirty work area, dirty utensils. The lady was just sitting on one of the pedicure chairs with her shoes off when I came in. All I wanted to get was my acrylic nails removed. I ended up with a very traumatic experience. She pretty much just ripped them off and used an extension to pry them up. It was extremely painful so much so I left crying. She almost completely ripped off my left pointer finger nail. I cant believe she even had the nerve to ask for payment after. NEVER coming here again.

Ericka Ouk Kenny is such an amazing nail tech. His work is so good, efficient, and fast (he finished in less than 80 mins). He’s very caring, such good customer service. My nails are sooo pretty and clean. The price was good and reasonable too!! I recommend this place, it’s very beautiful inside, and would come back again!

Cindy Nguyen This is the best nail salon for acrylics and creative designs out of all of the nail salons Ive gone to in the area (and Ive been to multiple) because Im not from the area and have been scoping out nail salons for the last couple years. The atmosphere is great-- Theres always current music playing that really puts you in a good mood, and the nail technicians are very welcoming and friendly. The customer service is great and they will work with you and take their time to make sure you leave the salon loving your nails. The pricing is on the higher end, but it usually is in other salons who are known for long acrylics and phenomenal designs! I absolutely have to rave about Jay, who is my go to person when it comes to my nails! Hes an extremely talented nail artist and whenever I give him design ideas of what I want, he exceeds my expectations or makes them look even better than the pictures I send him! If you love long acrylics and being extra with your nails, this is the place for you!

Senica Hoy-Sum Kenny did my nails today and I love them so much! My nails were sad and thin from having acrylics before this visit (nails were done at a different salon) and Kenny did such a wonderful job with the builder gel to make my nails feel stronger, yet still very natural-feeling! Love my nails and loved my time at the salon. Definitely coming back for future services!

Leyna Nguyen I went there yesterday, and only me , no rush - I even didn’t talk so she could focus on it , less than 24 hrs , I have hang nails, color on all nails uneven. Second time there and for sure I will not come back. And if you pay by card ( even debit ), they will charge $1.00 fee on top doesn’t matter what, there was no sign or note about that- just verbal infor when you pay. It made me feel like be forced to use another method for my payment.

Elina Mitchell The girls here are always great. Ive been coming here for a little over a year now and dont like going anywhere else. This is the only salon I have gone to that doesnt cause lifting nails early. I do not recommend going on sat as the wait can be crazy and they can rush. During my appointment, the staff engaged in loud conversations in their language, making jokes at the expense of customers, including myself and my mother (thanks to translator apps). This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. As a healthcare professional, I understand the importance of respect and inclusivity, qualities that were sorely lacking in this establishment. I had hoped to be a repeat customer, but the disrespectful atmosphere and lack of professionalism make it clear that this salon is not worth visiting. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others seeking a welcoming and respectful environment or inform the owners that they will lose customers if this approach continues.

China Jones Shaping inconsistent from one hand to other. Lady who did my pedicure used the scraper on my bone dry feet didn’t let them soak at all frfr. For $70 I expected a better experience! Then I’m so tired of these salons charging $15 extra for gel polish! You’re not using builder gel to do my nails! So stop charging like you are. This was my second time at this establishment and totally disappointed! Won’t be back!

A Journey Great with manicures, but pedicures... BEWARE! The older woman that does pedicures there must love to inflict pain. I have psoriatic arthritis, and my toenails are affected. This woman cut my nails down to nothing, made both my mom (who has normal toenails) and I bleed profusely, and when we brought it to their attention they tried to make it out to be our faults somehow! kylie I had dip done and in 6 days 3 nails chipped and broke off. I went in to have them removed and was charged 40! I told the girl last time I was only charged 15 for removal. She told me because I agreed to have my nails soaked it was considered another manicure. A complete rip off and I will not be back.

Shaylyn Karan Called in to make 2 appointments for gel manicures. Came in and was seated immediately. I chose a color while my nails were started. A little while later I was told the color was out of stock. It was slightly annoying having to scramble and find a similar color which I was told wasn’t available as a polish only dip. I told her she could get started with the second person since they knew what color they wanted. The tech then said she would mix a color to get it close to what I originally wanted but ended up just painting on a translucent pink when I initially wanted a solid light pink. I felt rushed and it was a bit annoying dealing with the color changes but service was okay. I would recommend going through inventory and removing the colors no longer in stock or at least not rushing people when they need to choose another color especially when the salon wasn’t that busy. After 2 days my nails have already started to chip. Will probably not be back.

Not waiting for someone to help me but getting them done. They yelled at me when I tried to tell them I did not like them. There’s peeling of one nail and chips off gel polish on the others. I wanted coffin nails and the only nail that looks like a coffin is my thumb. I would not recommend going there

I have been going to different places for years always looking for great prices nice atmosphere best customer service but over all amazing work. Finally after 25 years I found it. I’m defiantly staying here as a regular. I had never gone to a place I could get my husband in the doors and this place made him feel so welcomed he already set up times for him and his friends to go. He loved getting a pedi. A husband who wears heavy boots 12 hours a day for construction and gets ingrow toe nails was blown away by the service he received he felt so pampered. He will be going monthly now to relax and to treat his feet well. As for my pedi it was amazing so relaxed in our own private room. I called my bff told them all about it. This definitely ins a hidden gem. I loved the way the owner and staff treated us. My nails look so good the process blew my mind silk wrap omg her way of doing each nail taking the time to make sure no curves or bumps. I was blown away she is Thulley a expert. I willing give a five star. I highly recommend this spa. Here are several pictures of how my day went Before and after . Don’t forget to make your appointment she said she works by appointment so she don’t get the store to full so she can concentrate on her customer at hand soft relaxing music. The place sure feels like a spa. Many services available can’t wait to try them all. And best of all prices are amazing. So dang Cheap with a beautifully decorated store and amazing workmanship. Can’t wait for my next appointment I’ve never been so excited to return to a nail salon.

Deanna Very unprofessional experience and don’t care about the customer’s concern, I was there on the 29th of June and paid $45 for fill and shellac. I had to find another nail shop in Kent and paid $45 to fix my nails again with fill and shellac. To pay $45 to Pauline’s Nails and the fill lasted only 8 days! That’s viewed to be cheating your customers. When Kim used to work on my nails with the builder gel, no issues! Until that nail tech on the picture that ignored me, don’t want to help me, and act like nothing happened. She’s the one that did my nails on the 29th until the nails started to lift! No good, poor communications, and why continue business if don’t want to work in customer service!

Petal Michaud Ive been looking for a nail salon that does Silk Wraps forever!! I finally found Pauline’s Nail Spa and the whole experience was amazing. They actually specialize in Silk Wraps. They were able to take me in within 30 mins of me calling for an appointment. The process took a little under an hour and a half and Im so happy with the results.

Danisha Harris Nails are horrible, it took the lady two hours to do this. A simple full set and my nails are lumpy, all type of shapes. There is acrylic all under my nails and she couldnt even paint them nicely like come on. I have never had my nails look this bad, EVER. Im a person who ignores reviews usually because I get simple nails so I usually have no issues. But I should have NEVER come here. Dont do it, youll regret it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Because I dont even know how these people have a shop when they cant even paint nails without bubbles.

TeeRae Rob Been here a hand full of times. This shop is clean, bright and beautiful. I did like that the ladies shaped my nails perfectly every time and they were all very sweet. Price was iffy a couple of times, which kinda annoyed me - I get basically the same thing each time (i have acrylic overlay, so fill and color).

Crystal I have been coming here for years. This place does an amazing job on nails and toes. The best pedicures that are not rushed and nice massages and details to any ingrowns you may have.the pedicures are actually 45-hr and include everything from wax to hotstone and towel and that’s the basic one. They also offer deluxe pedicures with longer massages and products. I highly recommended coming here if you want your nails and toes to last and have good experience. All of the employees are super nice and I have a great time laughing and enjoying myself. Great prices as well. Usually cost about $90-100 for pedicure and full set. Price vary on length and designs. Natalie Jasmine Went for the first time today, absolutely loved how my nails turned out! Gina was absolutely amazing with my nails. I used to go to another salon and not only are they pricy but I’d also have hangover acrylic on the underside of my nails at times. (Got old nails removed, then did an acrylic set. Paid $90 total, compared to my other salon I went to previously- nails would be around $120-140.) Gina took the time to file my nails perfectly, make sure I loved the color (mixed it on a palette since she didn’t have the color she thought I’d like), and communicated perfectly! Took the time as well to show me the charm she thought I’d like as well. Definitely will be back! (Think I found my new go-to salon)

Mike (Big Mike) I definitely love the gals at Ginas (and of course Sean- husband/co-owner). Yes, just like any nail salon with english being second language to some here.. Just be clear with what you are asking or needing. Dont be afraid to ask Sean, Gina, or the younger gal who does nails to clarify. A lot of times they will repeat what they believe you said and are 90% correct. My only complaint and its not their fault - is wearing a mask inside and when its cold, the smell of acrylic with very little air flow - gives me a huge headache. Other than that always a good experience and I love to banter with everyone here.

Janai Schindler Ever since coming to Gina’s and getting my nails done by Linh, I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails now. She is seriously the best nail tech I’ve experienced in the past few years I’ve been getting my nails done regularly. A lot of the time I tell her to do her thing because I trust her judgment and she has yet to fail me. Plus the service is great! Sure there was a little bit of a wait even though I always schedule it is well worth the wait to me. This last time, I brought my 21 year old sister to get an acrylic set too, and while we were waiting she was drawing on her iPad and linh asked to see what she was drawing and proceeded to have the other workers come over and praise her work, my sister was bright red but I could tell she appreciated the compliments and the rest of our time there was non-stop conversations with all of the techs about art, travel, etc., like we were all fast friends. It was a great experience and my sister can’t wait to go back again. I’ve had such good experiences here my mom has even started going to Gina’s as well, and I’ve even recommend some of my co-workers as well. I was recommended by a girl who works at a gas station by my house, and every time I saw her I couldn’t help but comment on her nails, she told me where and who, I’ve been going ever since.

Set me up with a fresh pink & white set (pink acrylic, white acrylic) with 2 topcoats of clear gel & all of that was only $70. I absolutely love the way they turned out. Sau asked me all the questions before & during to make sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted...and I am super particular. This is a gem right here! (Excuse my wrinkles. Im a seasoned woman)

Jennifer deQuilettes I am so upset. I wanted to splurge and get myself a nice manicure for vacation. I brought in the design that I wanted. It was a simple modern twist on a French manicure. My nail technician did a wonderful job. I was very pleased until it came time to pay the bill. My manicure was $95!!!!! I have never in my LIFE paid that much for a manicure and have had so many designs done. I understand these are tough times and we are all trying to squeeze an extra dime, but it is so unfair and not ok to blind side people like this. If you want to charge 20 just to add chrome to my nail, TELL ME BEFORE! I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I will never again return here and will warn everyone of their price rip off. When I tried to discuss it with them, the owner was conveniently preoccupied. I know he could hear me. He is usually very attentive. But of course, I was just met with indifference and a shrug. I am enraged. Shame on you for robbing people like this of their hard earned cash.

TAN Bad experience with a few different techs. They were rude, did not listen when asked to stop cutting cuticles, and all around bad paint jobs. Our big issue was how we were treated. They were upset when we asked for ombré and fancy designs. This was only an issue because we came in a few days prior and asked if they could do these things. They told us that they could. However when we came back they techs helping us got angry when we wanted something other than one color. I guess they only had one tech who can and she was not available. Even though we made a reservation with her directly. I ended up going to Periodt in Kent Station the next day and Lisa fixed my nails for my wedding. My issue is saying you can do something when you can’t. If we had known, we would have gone somewhere else.

F. Small shop. They didnt have the color combo I wanted for my nails so I decided to just get a manicure and the manicurist did the bare minimum. I still have some shellac residue, my corners are sharp, and the top of my nails were left rough.

june muthee DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I am extremely disappointed at their work and service. I have come here a total of 3 times and each time with the hopes that they will do better than before. I must admit the second time was not bad so I figured I’ll come back a third time. It’s supposed to be a simple removal of the dip I had and buffing/shining and do a neat manicure so my nails can take a breather. Instead I received an impatient lady who didn’t bother asking what it is I wanted and when I finally asked her before she started applying my “neat polish” she got upset and buffed the living hell out of my skin. All in all, I will not be returning to this establishment. Granted the 2 gentlemen are great but I am not sure what training the ladies have, especially when it comes to what the clients need and expectations.

Nelya N If I could leave negative stats I would leave -10. Never come here at end of day, and quite frankly probably just don’t come here. Asked for dip manicure and my mom did manicure shellac. They were done with her entire process within 20 minutes and her color had bumps, infilled spots and uneven layering. My 5 year old niece would have done a better job coloring in the lines. Staff was rude, sat around looking and laughing completely unprofessional. I have never been to such a salon before I felt like I was in middle school. For my dip, I chose a blue color, she totally screwed it up and the blue had a bunch of white dots in it. When I showed it to her, she said it happens, sorry!. I managed to get a 6 dollar discount for the messed up nails nails that I’ll be redoing tomorrow elsewhere. Worst experience ever, do not recommend! Also charged for manicure but there was no manicure.

I went in on New Years Eve and the lady working at the time was so patient and took me in without an appointment. I took another family there to get their pedicure and manicure and they did a good job. Aramayis Harandi My sister and I purchased the Groupon deals offered by this salon - A full set acrylic and pedicure for myself and a mani-pedi for her. We were vacationing in Seattle and were super excited to see that this salon offered a great price for these services on Groupon, however we quickly realized that you get what you pay for. It was clear that the nail tech that worked on my nails - seemed to be the owner - didn’t have any intention on taking her time with them to make sure they turned out well. The nails on one of my hands were clearly longer than the other and I had to vocalize that before she made them the same length - I’ve never had any other nail tech not measure each finger side by side to make sure they’re all the same length for both hands. The acrylic was also not smoothed down so the gel polish on my nails looks bumpy and uneven. This was clearly noticeable and my nail tech let me walk out of the salon with no attempt to fix them. As for our pedicures, they were done pretty well and our pedicurist (a different employee) was attentive to detail and took her time to make sure they turned out good. Beware of visiting this salon to get acrylic nails done. The Groupon deal might seem great but that comes at a price.

The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

NyJarae Jackson lemme tell yall, first when we got there it was all cool, i showed her the picture & she said she got it but as she started my nails she just started rushing, when it came to shaping n sizing she didn’t check to make she my nails where the same size she just sniped & moved on. my full set only took 45 minutes & then charged 80 & kinda forced a tip from us. 2 weeks later my toe nail polished was chipping & took my layers from my natural nail. i do NOT recommend here & hollywood nails.. Sonia Sohal Regret coming to this place. It’s cheap and dirty, service is mediocre. They rush through you trying to get to the next person. I mean might as well throw my money in the trash. I went in for a fill and left with horrible looking nails. Not clean, sharp edges even after I asked to round them off, not buffed for a smooth finish and cuticles are left dusty. Older lady was rushing me, I didn’t even want to ask her to fix anything. I mean this should be the least they can do. At least make the nail look presentable. I could have said something, but when you’re flying out of your chair trying to get me out, I doubt you will make it better.
