Jessica Glover I went here for the first time today. I have been to many nail salons in the area and they are just ok. I got a gel manicure here with Jenny. She was friendly and did a GREAT job! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly that. She mixed the color to get the right shade and got the shape perfect. I was really impressed. And I got a complimentary sparkling water. Overall a good experience.

Linda Jessop I am looking for a new nail salon and this week I tried Tipsy Nail Salon. The place is clean and comfortable. I was offered a drink before they started. The only reason I will not be going back was their language. During conversations between the employees and another customer there were constant cuss words in every other sentence. Not something I find professional. My nails look great, but I will keep looking

Ava Pearson I moved to Kennewick 6 month ago, and this is the only nail salon I will go to! All the staff are incredibly sweet, and they always do a great job on my nails. I’ve have gotten acrylic and luminary, and I have loved both! I recommend calling ahead for an appointment, they are always busy!

Flawless Boutique I was happy that they took me as a walk in. When I sat on the chair the lady that was going to do my pedicure brought a small container with the supplies needed for my pedicure. The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If youre looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. They are rude when you question them.

Katie Maes Yesterday I took my mom and my 6yo daughter with me to get pedicures. Joyce was so sweet to my daughter and gave her an excellent pedicure. Normally nail techs at other salons have kind of rushed through a kid’s pedicure and it’s often messy and doesn’t look good. Joyce did a fantastic job! Yung did my pedicure and I mean it when I say I’ve never had such a perfect pedicure EVER. She was precise and my toenails are all even, shaped beautifully, and painted so well. There is literally no paint on the skin around my nails, the cuticles are trimmed excellently and the massage and callous removal was fantastic! I will only be coming here from now on! Make sure you call for an appointment as they don’t take walk-ins.

Mindy Jackson I love Edison Street nails for so many reasons. They do great work and don’t rush to get you in and out. They carry lots of colors and have all the options: gel, acrylic, dip etc. It is a woman owned business and it’s clear that the owner, Joyce, cares about her staff. They work well together and create an atmosphere of caring for the customer.

E. M. Park Im older and after some knee injuries, I needed pedicures. Theres a big difference between a pedicure and what Andi can do. My nails are healthier, my feet are well hydrated and softer and Ive not had accidental injuries to my toes that have caused inflammation. She is so knowledgeable, it blows my mind. Shes great! Pricey, but great and well worth it.

Mikaela Wyatt I have been to many places in the Tri Cities area trying to find a permanent nail salon. This place is amazing! I could not for the life of me decide what color to choose for my nails because we are going to Cancun and Whitney the nail tech was so patient with me and even tried one color and took it off because it wasn’t the shade I was thinking. I told her it was totally fine and she insisted that I liked the shade. They are SO kind and the facility is clean and prices are SO reasonable. I will be coming back and referring friends! Kay Rosson I drove by & saw this establishment & thought to myself I need a pedi. I was greeted nicely & didnt have to wait. I was seated in a very nice pedi chair. The water was just right. My technician went over the different types of pedicures available. I selected shellac with a design. My toes look so pretty & feel soft. Anytime you can get the paraffin wax, you should. Makes a huge difference to me. They only thing I didnt care for was starting with one technician then getting another 1/2 way through. I just feel bad about having to split the tip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Ill definitely go back for all my pedicures.

Selenia I was really upset with their work. Paid $120 for this abomination. The portion where the gel polish is all jacked is bc they laid it so thick, it didn’t dry. It was literally moldable. So I popped it and now my nails look like this. Nails weren’t prepped properly. My pointer finger on my left hand has a big lump that wasn’t shaved down , no cuticles were cut. They were just going way too fast to get the next customer in. My pinky toe nail on one was left really round and not square. They shaped my toe nails horribly. I’m not one to say anything right then and there, I get embarrassed. They will never get another dime out of me.

C J Went to Sky Nails at the suggestion of our Hotel Clerk while in town on a girls trip. Booked 2 pedicures for 5pm. We were the only clients during that time. The gals were friendly and did good job. The leg massages and hot stones were a wonderful treat to our feet. I asked for leaf design in Fall colors on big toes. Got a fantastic design. Will definitely return for future pedicures.

Her designs are exactly like the photos I show her. I would not attend any other nail salon in the Tri-Cities. Before I went here, I tried many other places. Goretti Manzo-Kittelson Ever since I moved to the Tri-cities, I love going to T20 Nail salon and taking my daughters with me. We get our nails done and a spa pedicure every two weeks. I love the staff there, and especially love Ren and his hard work work my nails. Always smiling and super nice, he and the rest of the nail technicians do an amazing job! Also, it’s so clean, which is huge at any nail salon! 10/10 would recommend Ren and T20!

Kylee Schmook I got referred here by a friend but I’m not sure why. I went here 10 years ago and they cut me during a pedicure with a nail file. Fast forward to today I thought I’d give them a second chance. I booked online made a tell reservation everything. My technician I booked with was “gone” and so they had somebody else do my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 11 years and never had them BURN before. My nails were on fire burning so bad. I was going to leave mid appointment but they kept assuring me hand sanitizer and alcohol would help ? It’s now 3 hours after my appointment and my nails are still on fire. I googled it and I guess she used too much primer, I mean that makes sense since it was dripping down my hand and I asked for a paper towel to wipe it off. Removing the nails is the only way I can think to stop the burning but we all know how hard it is to get a fresh acrylic set off without more pain. 10 years later and still basically don’t know what they are doing. Do these people even have licenses ????

gabrielle f Everyone was very friendly, however the prices were ridiculous for what i received. I got a colored french tip and an almond shape, $98. Base price for a full set is $60, $20 for french, $15 for shape. Price upcharges were not mentioned nor in a visible spot throughout the entire place. The nails look mediocre and they are bumpy. The color is uneven, each nail has a different amount of product. Sad because i’m usually an excellent tipper and i did not even want to spend an extra dollar there.

T Linville The place was clean and sanitary. The workers were nice enough, didnt talk to me much. Went to get my nails done for engagement photos. They are reasonable priced. A pedi with gel polish and acrylics with ombre drip was 100$. Update: Went back again for a fill. They were very rough. They made the nails very bulky and unsafely sharp. They didnt do what I wanted, which wasnt hard. Just white polish on all and glitter on the ring finger. When asked to correct all these things, they said I was fine. I wont be going back.

ResilientLee I received and manicure and a pedicure with my daughter today from Sam. I picked out a regular polish and proceeded to receive my services. As we were sitting in the chair getting our pedicures I asked my daughter if she’d ever gotten gel nails. When I moved over to get my manicure I heard Helen telling Sam to tell me to to get Gel. When Sam asked if I wanted Gel, I said no because I knew at that point Helen had been listening to my conversation and jumped at the opportunity to try and upcharge me. When I replied “no thanks” regular is fine” Helen started going off on how regular polish only last 1 day and was visibly irritated I declined Gel. Sam did my manicure, everything was fine. While my nails were drying I accidentally put a tiny smudge on my finger. I apologized to Sam and he was totally fine fixing it. Helen began to berate me in front of another customer she was working on and lecturing me how next time they wouldn’t fix it if I only paid for regular polish because it’s my choice to only pay for regular polish and not pay for a better polish. I listened to her for a few minutes before I got tired of it and told her if her product is that bad then I wouldn’t come back. She thought that was funny and said that was fine. I decided to get up and leave after Sam fixed my nail and I told Helen her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. She laughed and I said I wouldn’t come back. Once again she said that was fine. Sam apologized and asked me to come back and I told him I would definitely recommend him but not his rude wife. I’ve been coming here off and on for YEARS. Business must be good for Helen to act this way or she simply just hates her life now. I’ve never encountered Helen acting in such a manner and I hope she adjusts her attitude before another customer who may not have been as nice as I was adjusts it for her. Pull yourself together Helen.

They have new staff and checked in frequently to make sure we had a good experience. We registered online and loved the special discount for their Grand Opening. Our gel nails all turned out beautifully! Everything was clean and the chairs were comfortable. They had lots of color choices and were happy to do what we were interested in.

Cora Solano This place was awesome I went there and got my feet and nails done at the same time. And they did an amazing job even offered me a mojito. During my duration there. They also asked me how much time I had because I got the best type of pedicure that you could get and manicure because they didnt wanna take too long and they didnt. My husband dropped me off and went to get his oil changed n his truck down the road. And by the time they finished my nails. He was barely pulling up, so They were perfect on their timing. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. They do a great job. UPDATE: So at first I rated them 5 out of 5 stars. Because my nails looked great. But I will say after having my nails on for a few weeks. It really messed up my nails and all of the nails came off and not easily, look at the updated pictures. The updated pictures show exactly how each and every single nail came off an I bled and it hurt. To be honest, the customer service here is amazing. But the products they use not good. I will probably never go get my nails done here again. Because Ive never had an experience with my nails like I did with this place.

The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Would not recommend but the person who did my nails was nice.

Oliva Barney This place deserves 5 stars! I didnt get both of the womens names but I will be coming back. They saved my ugly nails from the 2 previous salons that did me dirty. I came in with acrylics and left with powder nails. Im so happy they were willing to fix my nails and not rush me out the door. The lady that did my nails took her time and Im glad she did. Taking off my acrylics hurt because she just used another nail to take them off instead of soaking them but I didnt care they were so ugly the quicker the better lol. When I saw my nails I wanted to cry tears of joy! Im glad I found this place. I will be coming back.

Hailey Reed DO NOT GO- you will end up with cuts. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I got a basic manicure with acrylic polish and it took them 30 minutes, 4 cuts on my hands!, I had to argue with the lady about not getting gel polish, the polish wasn’t even smooth it was bumpy and if you look at my nails to the side the are rounded! I told them I didn’t want my nails shorter and she made them the shortest they could possibly go. VERY UPSET, currently writing this while siting in the salon chair.

Diana Parra I’m not a complainer but this is by far the worst job I’ve ever received and would like to help someone who works hard to earn money and deserve their moneys worth. The lady spent over an hour and a half, couldn’t do the design I wanted so I told her to do whatever she could, all to leave my nails crooked, sloppy and cut me. There was no maintenance during the process, she just got straight to gluing. When paying she said it’s usually $80 for ombré but gave me a $5 discount because she struggled with the design, as if it made much difference. I kindly paid and left a tip as I feel like it’s courtesy. I only stopped here because It was late (about 5:30pm) and I was near by, but it will be the last.

Authenticators Rus Always do a great job for me as I have been a loyal customer for five years and have never been disappointed! Clean shop with all the best equipment, reasonable rates too! I won’t go anywhere else! They have a lovely married couple as owners, and the husband’s sister works there too, so its a family owned company, which is nice. The place can get really busy some days because they have a large loyal customer base, so you’re best off to show up on off days, rather than when everyone gets off work so they can dedicate more time to you. This is just common sense. No one can do their best when they are rushed, so be sure to go before rush hour. You won’t be disappointed! This is CATHERINE posting under my business account. Well it was time for a fill and I went back to lasting nails on 27th. I dont remember the gentlemans name. But he did a fantastic job. My nails look great, my hands feel great. Next time my friend comes to town. We will be going back to lasting nails. They are great !

Jeannean Fox I had not had my nails done in 30 years, and therefore came in with a photograph of what I wanted.. There was one employee there, and he appeared irritated that we came when we did, despite the fact that we had an appointment. I offered to just end the appointment because the nail tech was rolling his eyes etc and I wanted nails for a cruise that I was leaving for the next day, but not bad enough to tolerate bad service. The real problem came when the results of my nails were finished. My friends looked great. She had the nails that I showed him the picture of! My nails on the other hand, are big, bulky and ugly. I had to go with a certain color so that the gel wouldn’t show through so they look like Pepto-Bismol nails. The next day, another friend looked at them and asked where I had them done and “why are they so big and bulky?” Now I have ruined my nail bed for ugly nails and I’m heading for a trip and there’s nothing I can do about it. On the bright side, a second lady came out that only does the painting, and she was very sweet. Hence two stars and not one.

Ayianna Burruss I hate to leave a bad review because I feel bad but she cut the skin on my big tow down to cuticle and it hurt so bad and now it’s infected :/ hopefully I don’t need antibiotics and it heals on its own, she also filed my pinky toe too rough and that has a cut as well UPDATE its been 3 months since I got my nails done here and I still struggle with 4 of my toes being infected because of this I cannot get pedicures anymore and I am self conscious about wearing open toed shoes….

Irene Gratil Finally found a nail salon that doesn’t give me chunky acrylics! I have really thin nail beds and they took their time to customize the nail tips for me. The French tips are rather even, and when I said coffin, I got coffin! My new place to go. I went to Be and she was great

KCAnn Miller I have been going to this salon for a year. I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I go. All of the staff is so personable and sweet. I always go to Be, she is amazing at what she does. My shape is always perfect and usually go with no idea what color or design I want and she is so helpful. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem of a nail salon! HIGHLY recommend!!

Tara Barton I’ve done to Diva Nails for 6+ years and they are consistently amazing! The pedicures are relaxing and their nails always are super high quality!

The Picky Eater Got the pearl pedicure package and I swear they messaged my feet forever it was very nice! You have to buy a 2$ file and buffer as they don’t reuse them, unless you bring your own back the next visit. Which was honestly fine to me. Manicure was also nice.

R D Went in for a pedicure this evening and it was very uncomfortable, as a person of size it’s not fun when the tech deliberately calls attention to the fact that the arm rest won’t go down, walks back and forth on FaceTime with the phone pointed towards you and then sits and takes a photo. Not my vibe and would never go back.

Jennifer Contreras My Latina family went to this nail spa yesterday and were treated horribly. The racism they experienced was beyond awful. They did not let them even look at all the colors they had available and the owner was constantly pressuring his workers to get them out sooner. Horrible service and terrible nails. If you’re Latino DO NOT COME HERE. Racist nail salon.

Stephanie Richards I usually love this place, but they decided to downsize their staff and are not as proficient. You have to make an appointment, but they still make you wait. If another person that is "more important" walks in, they stop doing your nails to do that persons. It was ridiculous. Not to mention, my nails were not done well, was rushed, and she cut my finger with the dremel.

susan stein Went for a pedi on Friday morning with mixed results. Had likely the best leg and foot massage Ive evet had with a pedi maybe even at a masseuse. Id happily pay for that. Unfortunately the pedicure and polish was likely the worst. The cuticle attention was minimal, the top of the nails were uneven and left jagged due to minimal filing and the polish application was amature. Price was on the high side. Dont think Ill be back unless i can get just a 30 min foot masssge.

Bailey Epperly Not a good service, we asked for a gel fill and one normal manicure with a gel fill too, they only gave us both a manicure and told us it “would look better”. When the man asked what color I wanted on my nails I told him that I want a white clear base and a pink bow he said that would not look good and told me to do pink and white so I trusted him. When the lady came to do the bow she ran over and quickly did it and she asked if it was ok and I said it was fine and she told me the reason it looked like that was because my nail was to small. One the second nails she wanted it matte and no gloss and she wanted an add on gel just like the photo, he hurt her when he was drilling her nails and he ignored it and went on. He told her that it would look better as a manicure and not as a longer gel so she didn’t say anything. everything was going fine until he started doing the white design on the black nail. He was looking at the photo and staring at it hard, but somehow the moons ended up looking like cookies. and the consolation in stars look like clocks. She wanted him to do, Matt, but he put gel on it and she was so upset on how it looks. She only asked him to do one hand. after he was done doing the white designs, he got nail polish all over her and it all down her hand. When we went to pay we called them before and asked if they did Apple Pay. They said they did but when we went to go and pay they said that it only excepts some cards then they asked the other girl to pay for my nails which she did and she told me I just need to pay her back. The girl with the bow paid 35 and the girl with the stars paid 55. Over all not a great nail salon.

Hannah Darby Hana did my nails today and my gawd they are beautiful!!! I’ve never done fancy glamour nails like this so was a little nervous but I for sure came to the right person and will be coming back and telling friends where they can come to get gorgeous nails! Aisiri Ravishankar Would rate zero stars if I could. I wanted my cuticles to be cared for because they were in dire need of some TLC. Also opted for the sugar scrub pedicure. It was a terrible experience. The lady who did my mani and pedi rushed so much it was nuts. I was there with another person who just wanted a pedi, and my mani+pedi took as long as just her pedi. She barely scrubbed my feet, the scrub and massage lasted like a minute each. The nail paint was also terribly applied. The base coat was literally one dry stroke in the middle of my nail. My top coat was similar, and it looked so bad that I showed it to another worker there and she said ‘oh you messed it up’ and then put another top coat on. I did not mess it up. I saw other workers do a much more diligent job, so it looks like your experience would differ because on who you get. I got an older lady with a grown out blonde bob. If you end up with her, run.

Jeniffer Boyles First time and last time here. Went in for a pedicure. When me and my sister walked in they asked us to pick color, as we were looking the girl kept rushing us telling us she was ready now. When we told her we were still trying to pick she kept pointing at the chair saying she was ready right now. So my sister sat first since she had a general idea of what color. I was sat about 10 minutes after her which was fine. Except the girl doing my toes kept trying to catch up to the lady doing my sisters pedicure making my pedicure rushed. The bag liner had a hole so it kept suctioning to my feet and instead of fixing it they just drained it. So I didnt even get to soak in it. They didnt remove any of the dry skin on my feet and then used a different color than I picked. Color was still very pretty but I wish they would have asked first. On the menu it said the sugar scrub Pedi was $27 and $15 for gel. Thats exactly what I got but when I got to the counter to pay they said it came to $58. I have no idea how considering it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had (about 10 minutes) with no massage and a quick run over with sugar scrub and no callus removal at all. My feet still are dry and nails look like I did them myself. Save your money. This place just wants you in and out like a lot of places these days and you can do a better job yourself.

Aleen Hyer Horrible experience. After being there for 1.5 hrs as one of the only people in there and having horrible dip nail done and getting my cuticles buzzed till they bled the nail tech then stuck her fingers in my top coat which I asked her to redo. She redid them and then wiped the top coat off with a paper towel so she did a third top coat. When the third top coat dried uneven and grainy I asked for a refund of $45 or for a gift card. Both they refused. Never again.

The service was some of the best Ive seen in tri-cities! The staff not only gave me some recommendations but also got me seated very fast. The quality of the polishes is also great. Caitlin McFarlane I just watched her use the same nail clippers, cuticle cutters, nail file and more on me and the next person. She didnt sanitize a single thing! Most places Ive been to have sanitized packs they open for each person.

delene brandt ALL instruments are sterilized here. I have been having mani and pedi services here for years. Any claim that equipment is not sterilized is nonsense. Cathy does a great job, so does her husband. It’s a quiet relaxing place to go. I can often drop in and get my services right away. Really nice people.

clay harris Im a male from Mississippi here working. Since I work in construction I generally get a pedicure every few months for hygiene purposes. This is the first place I tried since its close to where Im staying. I dont know if its because Im a man or if this is the norm but it was absolutely terrible in comparison to what Im used to. The lady barely did anything effectively. She barely Exfoliated my feet Which is one of the main reasons I came. Left my nails jagged. Literally rushed through the whole process as if she was frustrated that I was even there... and she seemed just ready to go. There was not a single individual in there on a Saturday at peak times. That should have been my red flag but I was thrilled To be able to walk right in. Now I know why it was empty while the other two places I was going to go were packed. I usually dont post reviews unless im highly satisfied or gravely disappointed. Im sure you know which one I am with this place. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and just ready to go home.

Francisca Vega I went in for dip nails at 11am and walked out at 1pm. While I was there I was pawned off to all three nail techs working. I felt that I constantly had to wait on them to come back to me and assist me while also making others wait. The quality of service is poor and disappointing. I chose a color that was not what was displayed and when I told the tech she ignored me and kept doing her thing. By the time I walked out of the establishment I was frustrated. Save your money, time and energy and do not go here.

Kayla K I had a christmas party 12/24/24 so I decided to get a christmas design, Kaily did an amazing job on the design. I showed her the picture I wanted them to look like and she matched it pefect. These are my nails 2 weeks later, they are holding up great. I will be returning for a fill and color change.

Yessica Cancino My husband and I went for our first time without an appointment. They greeted us with a kind smile. The place is beautiful and clean! Tommy did amazing with my pedicure and he was so kind.

Jacqueline Figueroa Used to love this place so I came in and asked for a pedicure gel. The pedicure I asked for was 40$ for classic I ended up getting charged 62$ at the end after tipping 5$. 67$ total, the job was messy, my foot accidentally slipped and some nail polish splattered and the person working on my nails didn’t clean it up. I apologized still I left with nail polish all over my leg. They are over charging and absolutely not worth it all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I have photos attached. In the end I was over charged and still left a mess, really unprofessional and I expected better.

dishondra goree The nail tech was roo rough, she scratched me three times. Never said sorry, just asked if I was okay. She doesnt pay attention to small details. My thumbs are two different nail shapes, one is square and the other is coffin shape. She never asked me which shape I wanted and the cost WAS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! I will not return, just sloppy attention to detail.

Natalie Villa if i could give this place no stars i would! I got acrylic toes done, there was no one in there I was the only customer. The lady who did my toes didn’t listen when i asked if i could get the more squared she only did my two big toes and that was it. While she was doing my toes she used scissors to clean the acrylic under the nail! she charged me an extra 15 to do all white and no gel was used. my toes are all different shapes and sizes! NEVER EVER will i be going back! Also instead of using a brush to dust the dust away she SLAPPED my feet!

chelsea nickerson They were super kind here qnd their work is amazing I just have ugly fingers! She took her time with her work. I got a fill and fixand it was only around 40 but I got matte and silver foil. I felt awkward just because of the language barrier and the silence but in always so happy with the product! Graduation will be amazing with fixed nails! Edit: my nails did end up bubbling than peeling but they fixes it for free qnd it didnt do it again might of been me idk the professional looking picture is from a photoshoot after they were fixed. Both times the acrylic wasnt flat smooth but Im not mad.

Brieann Dyer This is my favorite nail shop. I drive from Pendleton just to appreciate their service. My gel manicures are always perfect and the products they use are good quality because the paint doesnt chip or where off. I get three weeks between appointments. The nail technicians are kind and do great work. This place is affordable and I highly recommend!

be_fabulous gv Went in for a basic pedicure with gel polish she took 30 minutes and my nails where uneven had a big spot with no gel,2 of my feet where each missing top coat making the gel sticky and matte. Also saw her rinse something in my foot water. Sorry to be so frank but I decided to ask them to fix it the following day I was so anxious I couldn’t stop shaking the tech was rude and short, making me fell horrible for asking that my toes be fixed. Stay away

Will not be going there again and do not recommend

I wish I had taken a “before” picture because my nails were wrecked - I showed him an inspo picture and he duplicated it exactly! When I couldn’t find the right color he took the time to search for the perfect shade of pink. I won’t go anywhere else.

Tay !! I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year now; NEVER had an issue with my nails or the service! Today I broke a nail (for the first time since I began going to them)- immediately went in to get it fixed as I have an important event this weekend. There was no wait, I was sat down right away and they got to work, finishing it in under 20 minutes, identical to how it looked before! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, they saved me loads of embarrassment and got me right back on track for the weekend!

Technician never did the design I asked for before and was so sweet redoing them to make her client happy. Definitely coming again.

I I noticed he was going too hard on my nails and my fingers started to bleed.. but I wasn’t trying to say much. Honestly when I was there I LOVEED my nails. But once I came home I realized how my nails aren’t even and my thumbs are super short.. I’m surprised I paid $60 for this. But I wish I said something when I was there. But other then that, really nice workers!

Claire Landon I love going here!! The people are kind and always good to talk to. The prices are great and they do a quality job. I usually get French tips and every time they have been even and exactly what I wanted. In my experience I’ve found scheduling ahead works best, but they are always timely and take walk ins! The place is clean and organized, and it’s always a nice relaxing break in my day to get my nails done here. I’ve had acrylics and gels done and they’ve done a fantastic job!!

SueAnn Anderson This turned out to be a fairly long review so Ill sum it up for anyone not interested in reading the novel: I paid around $100 for a case of athletes foot, super glued nails that ended up ripping off a couple of my natural toe nails and damaging the ones it didnt completely remove, and I was humiliated and yelled at in front of a salon full of people by a staff member for an almost accident. Just less than 2 months after my pedicure and problems just dont end. I do want to say that there are good things I want to mention. First, most of the staff that I dealt with were perfectly friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned that I was pleased with her work and the end result. And at the time, I was. However, the bad outweighs the good by miles. First, when I got there I was escorted to this small space in between two pedicure chairs and asked to wait there while the technician was preparing the area. To one side was the chair where I would be and on the other side was an already occupied chair where another customer was being worked on. I didnt notice that she had a beverage on the arm of her chair and apparently my purse was bumping against it. I became aware of this because one of the employees started yelling at me to watch what I was doing. Yes actually yelling at me from across the salon, in front of all the other employees and customers ( I dont know exactly how many but I would guess somewhere between 15 and 20 people, give or take). Im wedged into this space between the chairs, no where to put my bag, nowhere else to go, and this woman is stomping across the salon with a nasty tone shouting at me. It was humiliating. Since she was not the one who would be actually doing my pedicure, I let it go. If it had been the technician working with me, I would have walked out then and there. The rest of my experiences in the salon was fine and I have no complaints. The pedicure was great and the nails were okay. A little uneven in some places, but compared to some of the picture in other reviews, my nails were apparently some of their best work. The aftermath, however, is what makes me wish there were an option for 0 stars. That night when I went to bed, my feet started itching incessantly. I got a lovely case of athletes foot. I never set foot on the floor barefoot, and didnt have athletes foot before I went there, so I can only assume that the foot bath or other equipment was not cleaned properly. After about a week, I stubbed my pinky toe and it ripped of my entire toenail, not just the acrylic nail but my entire natural nail. This isnt the fault of the salon, obviously. However it happened again with another toe while I was waiting for the first toe to heal so I could go somewhere else to have the remaining nails removed. And when I did remove the rest my nails underneath were just torn up from the glue, some to the point of bleeding, just from the normal lifting around the edges. The glue used seems unnecessarily strong when it causes the real nail to tear off, instead of breaking away from the nail.

Jael Armas The first time I went there, it was ok I did a full set they charge me $60. Yesterday I had an appointment at 11 , they made me wait 45 minutes, they didn’t even apologize for the long wait then they did my nails in the same chair that they do your pedi, they did it so quickly and charged me for a regular mani and pedi $60 and today my nails are all cracked. I’m really disappointed! I’ll never going back there.

Jessica Brown Definitely do not recommend! They are sneaky and will charge your card more money behind your back after you leave their salon. On 12/02/21 at 10:34 am They originally charged me 40.00 for a full set with gel color, i didn’t get anything fancy no designs, nothing other than upgraded polish. I gave a 10.00 tip and the receipt I have from them shows a charge for 50.00. I check my account the next day (12/03/21) and it shows a charge for 60.00 and that it had been adjusted BY THEM at 12:06 pm AFTER I HAD LEFT THEIR SALON. I went in to ask Tom and Cici about it and I got told it was my bank and not them . BUT THAT CLEARLY IS NOT THE CASE AS BANKS DO NOT HAVE ANY REASON TO ADJUST IT. I’ve called my bank and they assured me that Cicis nails as the merchant were the ones who adjusted it as it was originally charged at 10:34 am on 12/02/21 and it had been adjusted at 12:06 pm on 12/02/21. The only people benefiting from the adjustment is them! I know it’s only a 10.00 difference BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK. So be careful! These people are shady and will charge your card more money after you leave their salon! EDIT: they have officially corrected the amount that was originally swiped when I left their salon and it has now posted on my account. NOTICE IT DOESNT SAY ADJUSTED AMOUNT ANYMORE? It was only pending due to someone at Cicis nails trying to adjust the original amount for more money. Go ahead and look at the time stamps in the screenshots, it shows it all. Oh and due note that cici did say If it was fixed, I owed them an apology posted to their page, when in fact they were the ones trying to take extra money that didn’t belong to them to begin with hoping no one would catch on to it! THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH IF SOMEONE IN THEIR SALON HAD NOT CHANGED THE AMOUNT I AUTHORIZED MY CARD TO BE SWIPED FOR AND IF THEY WERE OPEN UPFRONT AND HONEST HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH MORALS AND VALUES. While I do appreciate them making it right, the fact that this happened to begin with just shows the kind of people they are and the kind of business they are running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUISNESS ELSE WHERE, just to simply save yourself the grief of dealing with people like this.

jtatsuno91 The gentleman who did my acrylic set did an absolutely beautiful job. He took his time and made sure my nails looked exactly how I was hoping. The last time I had gotten acrylic nails at another salon my nails were so sore for days, but this time there was zero pain an the nails felt natural to wear which I absolutely appreciated. I will be going back again today to get a fill done. The normal duration to wear them is about 2 to 3 weeks as your nails grow out. Its been 2 an a half now for me an they still look great. I also appreciate how affordable they are as well. Absolutely pleased with the work they did for me! I would also mention they dont massage or soak your hands they will go straight into the filing an gluing nails, so not necessarily a nail "spa" but if your looking to get beautiful nails, my experience was 10/10.

Chelsy Dowdy I had a great experience here today. Micheal did my pedicure and did a very n8ce job and took his time. Then Lee did my full set and was very kind and gentle. My nails look excellent and we all had great conversation. They were kind and respectful. I enjoyed my time here. They treated me very well. Happy Lunar New Years to you!

Alexis Ramirez I went in for a pedicure and only requested that service. However, the technician started doing my nails without my consent, even though I clearly stated I only wanted a pedicure with white polish. She insisted, saying, I do this for you, and even asked about colors for my nails. Despite my initial refusal, I felt pressured into accepting the additional service and ended up paying for it. Be cautious, as they might push extra services even if you say no.

Annabelle Lovato Been going here since October ‘23 and I’ve had at least 6 sets from them, and I’m absolutely impressed every single time I go. They never fail to give me amazing nails that look so good. I’ve gotten various designs and shapes and every time it just gets better. 10/10 absolutely love. They are extremely professional too. So much better than other places I’ve been too. The only time I had one break was my own fault and not paying attention to what I was doing. Ashley Nussman-Berry Update May 2023 I hadnt been in awhile and I had such a great experience going this time when it was less busy. Great establishment and super attentive. They went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend. My nails look amazing. I got my first pedicure and Im so happy (I was weird about people touching me for the longest time). Kenny did amazing as always. I cant wait to go back now. Very relaxing! They have more people working and have a good system set up so it moves more fluidly. Old review I wish they had more consistent pricing. I usually love my nails, even though this place is on the pricier side (over 100 for a full set with design, not counting tip). I also wish that I would actually get the person I booked with. I always ask for a specific person and they always send me to someone random in order to cater to someone more regular or someone more likely to complain. My last experience there, I left pretty unsatisfied with my nails, as they seemed to be overbooked and in a rush and had someone newer working. I used to highly recommend this place, but starting to consider other options. Kenny does great work (if you can actually get him to be the one to do it).

Marley Mendez Went in was charged $78 I was okay with it because I was expecting the job to be well done. First of all she used so much acrylic that my actual nails hurt! I’ve been doing my nails for over 3 years now and never have I ever experienced that! My fingers are literally swollen!Not only that but they aren’t shaped correctly. Then I call and ask for them to fix them without charge and his respond is well have to see at the shop. Excuse me???? Ridiculous people forget when they were only charging $25-$35 for a set!

Ilyanna hovdahl They did do an amazing job, took 3 hrs but reasonable because of the different colors. They quoted 5 dollars extra for both hands different colors and then upped it at the end. Same with the shape, and then doubled it for the gel on top. Dont be fooled by the prices on the wall. They will tell you there the same, then add unnecessary add ons. Make sure you make sure that if u dont want gel on your toes to tell, then multiple times. We asked for no gel on my sisters, and she reminded them again, and they still did it and then made us pay for there mess up!

katrina stokes This has to be the worst salon. I took my 6 year old daughter and myself to get pedicures. My daughter of course wanted to sit in the kid pedicure chair, which did not even work, let alone able for her feet to reach. The lady literally olaced my daughters feet in water and massaged her legs with lotion with the water, which was odd, and then placed a hot towels on her legs, and just walked away. She left my daughter sitting there for the duration of my pedicure, as her towels got cold. The lady doing my feet then when off to only paint her toes, and then left us sitting there for another 20 minutes, until I had to ask what we were waiting for. She didn’t even finish my pedicure, and I had to tell her I did not get everything that I paid for with the pedicure. She then got an attitude, and only gave me a parrafin wax at the end. No lotion, nothing. Then when it came time to pay, she started adding on all these charges. This is by far, my worst experience getting a pedicure. They deserve 0 stars.

Brenda Evans I have gone here a few times and only had a minor issue once. Last night I went and am so disappointed with the money I wasted for her rush job. My nails are uneven, clumpy, super thick in areas and not even fully covered in polish. Needless to say, that will be the last time I go there again!!

Animefreak Would have been five stars but the woman who did my nails really rushed it. I had to tell her about the pain on my fingers since it was messed it seemed like an inconvenience by her body language. She still didnt get all of it off. I was in a time crunch so I didnt have time to keep telling her where it was. The design was very rushed too, never getting a manicure from her again. The pedicure from another lady was fantastic, she went through all the steps, and did a great job. A third lady did my toe design and waxing. Very neat and beautiful. I love my eyebrows. Sadly she rushed on my moms waxing and left wax on her here and there. Other customers were there even though we came before them all, but doesnt mean she needed to rush and not do a good job on my mom. For my manicure and pedicure you can definitely tell the designs were done by different people by the quality of the work.

Joleen Stewart Didn’t ask me what pedicure I wanted and up sold me- but more then that- grated my “soft” skin and left and open sore- when I pulled back in pain she said “be still”-it bled and everything- she didn’t say a word- when she sprayed alcohol in it (which hurt) I said ouch and pointed she shrugged and said “sorry” had someone else come finish it and put triple antibiotic ointment on it (which I am allergic to) and they didn’t even ask. Then when I got to the front to pay it was $40. I have never paid that much for a pedi. Usually $20-25. Never again!!!

Shannon Cooper Very rude. Would not listen to what I wanted done, dead skin taken off and shape. Told me over and over "I do it". When he went to put the polish on I had dead skin hanging off my cuticles still and shape was not what I asked for so I stopped him from continuing. They drilled the top of our nails, and the bowl I soaked my fingers in didnt have soap, but did have a piece of dead skin floating in it that Im not sure was mine.

Debi Flint Gel manicure - VERY quick - no extra PERIOD - wasnt impressed - nice enough manicure but no shaping, no washing, no massage or real moisturizer - felt it was a bit overpriced considering I felt like a wham bam thank you mame experience

Ashlee Gage Went in yesterday after I got off work and was taken to a chair immediately, the guy was so friendly, efficient and I love my nails. I Will for sure be going back.
