Sam L Love this salon. I have come here for years and the new ownership is awesome. Judy is simply the best, but I have gotten acrylic with at least 3 other ladies and it has been great every time. I prefer short nails and Judy is the only person who has managed to make them look fabulous no matter what I do.

aj D 10/10 experience!! My first time in and Judy did an amazing job at removing my builder gel nails from Vietnam. She kept my length and made my hands feel beautiful with my natural claws. Painless and quick! The owner was also lovely to talk to. The place is clean and they have other services such as waxing and lashes. My family owns multiple nail salons too but they are far from me so I am very picky.

Julie Domstad Vi is great and personable as well as funny. She self describes herself as crazy. If this would allow, I would give her 10 stars!! She remembers my name, my preferences, and all stories. We laugh a lot. Her co-workers are good too. The pedicures are wonderful and relaxing. They have a clean shop and enough artists its easy to get in. I recommend them with gusto, you would not be disappointed.

Carla Kostresh We stopped in for the first time for mom and daughter pedicures and they were amazing! They had a kids chair for my 5 year old. They made her feel so special! Prices are good and quality was great. We will be back for sure!

Gabriela Magallon-Mendoza First time client and let me tell you, KIM did amazing on my pedicure. Best pedicure massage I have received, actually very relaxing with no rush. Their massage chairs are also very comfortable & offer great deep tissue massage so that’s a plus for me. I called multiple locations asking if they offered a Russian Pedicure and they were the only who did, I will definitely be coming back for my monthly Russian Gel French Tip Pedicure. They also have a great price range and pay great attention to detail all topped great costumer service. I was even gifted a lotion for Mother’s Day, what a great gesture for the owner to offer.☺️

Anneli Gene BEST NAILS EVER‼️ My mom and I called in for an appointment and we walked out looking absolutely FABULOUS! We both have wacky nail beds and bad luck when getting our nails done, but we walked out of here with FANTASTIC NAILS (I have the pink coffin nails and my mom has the pink and gold rounded square nails). Star nails is not a walk in salon, you need to call ahead of time and make an appointment which is so nice! You get to be 1 on 1 with your nail tech which I have never experienced before! We are so happy with the results, Chita is so sweet, and she just got two customers for life. We are never going anywhere else! Her vibes are amazing, she was using techniques I’ve never seen before, her array of polishes is AMAZING, and she even let us pick a movie to watch on the TV while we were getting our nails done! Overall an amazing experience, best salon I’ve ever been to!

M.E. J. Called to see if they could handle 2 adults & 1 kid pedicure. They could & were ready for us within 15min. They were very friendly, accommodating & were gentle with my daughter. It was her 1st pedicure! The only thing was, I have a bad callus. Not all of it had been removed. Also, the nail polish wasnt as bright as in the bottle. She put three coats on, so she tried. Overall good experience. Would go back again.

Norma I do not recommend!!! I should have sticked to my regular place, Kayla Nails in Spanaway but I decided to make a appointment here as they are open late and I get off work late and desperately needed a fill for a Holiday party that I’m attending this weekend. My appointment was at 6 pm. I didn’t get brought back until 6:30 pm and didn’t get worked on until 6:50 pm. I think it was the owners wife was doing my pedicure & nails, she was so rough & I can tell she was in a hurry to go home. I asked for a FILL and they removed everything. First picture is the design I wanted & other pics are what I got. -If you want to wait 50 mins to be treated for your SCHEDULED appointment come to this place. -If you want them to service other clients that arrived AFTER you come here. -If you want your nails to look like fat, chunky, deformed almonds come here. Now I have to find another place to fix this mess before this weekend. Don’t schedule clients if you’re too busy and won’t see them on time. I didn’t leave my appointment until 8:50 pm that’s almost 3 hours! And 50 mins was just waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Susan and Shane H Love coming to this nail salon. Me and my daughter both come in and get our nails done about every 3 weeks. They are very personable and they show that they care about you, as the customer. They take their time and are never in a hurry. I love how they always suggest things to do on our nails and they educate us on our nails.

Brianna I’m not one to write reviews to be quite honest. However, I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did. I came in for an acrylic set wanting a basic halloween design. First, they did not have the red I wanted, then they completely messed up the design. I wouldn’t have minded the red not being accurate if they would’ve succeeded with the design. It all seemed so rushed too. I came in at around 4 for a mani-pedi and ended up leaving at 6:30. When I corrected the lady about my nail color on my toes she seemed annoyed. I honestly just did not feel welcomed there. I paid $105 for my toes and nails, not worth it :/ (See below for reference photo (left) and my actual nails (right))

Tonie Edwards My Husband and tried this place just off the cuff, we wanted a place closer to home. The quality is amazing!! We couldn’t have been happier, we most definitely want to make this more regular for us. I absolutely am absolutely proud of my nails I did a full acrylic. He has his classic manicure/pedicure. They were very accommodating, kind, and understanding. I just got done and I can’t wait to go back!!!

Jazz Miller This place is close to home and my 1st time coming here. Wanted to get mine and my daughters nails done for our birthdays, and they accepted walk ins. Ive heard terrible things about nails places but this one from the moment we walked in was a great place. Very clean, all staff welcomed us, and it smells great. Both my daughter and I did pedicures and full sets $40 +. I work construction, so I wanted to take care of my feet, so I did the signature pedicure $60, and my daughter did the spa pedicure $39. Our pedicures were with French tips. My staff was Jenny, and she took her time and made sure everything was great from the water to the heat of the stones and towels. Never once felt rushed or unwanted like other places. Lisa was the one who did my acrylic full set, which Ive never done, and I decided to do a stiletto style not too long, just right. The color is amazing, and I just showed her a picture of kinda what I wanted, and it came out even better than the picture. They are truly amazing, so friendly, and really take cares of their clients and its such a wonderful place. Will be coming here again. Thank you guys for giving us a great experience.

Lori Moore When I moved here I tried several places to get my nails done but this place is by far the best! They listen to you and do what you want them to do without trying to force you to do some thing else and they are so nice and take their time with you. I highly suggest checking them out! Mai did another amazing job on my nails!!

They are very affordable. And will help with just about any design you want! 5 stars isn’t enough. And I recommend Vivian. She is who I see. But, they are all exceptionally good.

Jo Aysian Cute little place in a quaint lil area. Went on a Sunday morning. I neglected to ask for her name, but she got me started right away. Made sure I was comfortable. I had a mani pedi done in about an hour. Our conversation was nice. I really like the atmosphere. What I paid for was less than what I paid for the previous place I went to in Auburn. My new place to go.

Kristen G I have been going to Sumner Nails twice a month for over a year. Tina and Tony are both great at what they do. I get dip powder and sometimes gel nails, but I started off with acrylic tips. Tina does an amazing job, she helped me grow out my real nails with the dip powder, I get compliments on my nails all the time. They do walk-ins but I would suggest calling beforehand to see what time works best.

Carly SCAMMERS!!! Went here for years with okay or good experiences. Suddenly charged additional $5 for a fill, and I told was an extra charge for long nails when I asked about it. My nails are by no means long. They are less than half an inch. Sign is still up with $45 fill price. Rather than getting into an altercation, I left. I will not return. There were two people at the counter when I was told about this new “charge” so I don’t think this was just one rogue employee. This is a scam. Beware.

S C There are many reasons I have one star. To start, I asked for a VERY sharp square shape. It is the first thing I let them know, it’s the only shape I like. I got some oval, some coffin.? I left with nail polish all over my hands, my nails are extremely lumpy, and I have cotton from a cotton swab stuck in my nail gel. The polish/acrylic look like it has grow out, even tho I just got it done today. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I cried after this nail session in my car. This is the ONLY thing I get for myself and look forward to. I am pretty reasonable and always tip very well. I am so sad and unsatisfied with my service today. Also, After curing my nails in the light, the lady tried taking off the excess nail polish that was on my cuticles with a cuticle cutter and cut my fingers :(((( I didn’t have time to sit there and make her fix every single nail as I had an appointment elsewhere I needed to drive to. If I had any advise, it would be to slow down.:(

Heather Celiceo Friendly, fast, & fabulous. I came as a walk-in for a gel manicure.They were able to fit me in without much wait. My nail tech was friendly. The manicure was fast - I was in and out in under an hour and my nails are excellent! They do not share/reuse nail files and buffers. They give you what they used for your nails so you can bring it back for next time. I think thats really nifty and I hope I dont misplace mine!

Isabelle Orriss I’ve been going here for a little over a year and the ladies are all so kind! I always see Vicky and she remembers everything I told her and is incredibly attentive and on top of it when it comes to my manicure. I get acrylics and they’re always super even and not super thick which I always look for. I’ve had the same acrylics on for almost a year, with maintenance every 4 weeks, and have only had two lift (which wasn’t on her, I’ve had this happen regardless of where I go). She always double checks to make sure I like the color and shape and is always willing and happy to adjust as needed. Definitely recommend this place, and I will continue to go here and recommend it!

Michi Mortimer I have been going to this salon for 20 years. Tried a different salon when we moved but quickly came back to this salon. They are friendly, attentive to the service provided , prices are fair and the salon is very attentive to making sure they provide a sanitary environment. I even convinced my husband to start getting pedicures. And he loves it! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

She takes amazing care of my wife.. chats with her and remembers little details like our kids.. our dogs.. and wants to catch up on the latest news about them.. Truly kind and decent people. One note: You may see people comment about having to purchase a file when you get manicures or pedicure done. This is a simple and outstanding hygiene practice which ensures that you and your nails are safe.. and the files cost less than what we buy at Walmart.. Not all places do this but all of them should. Thank you ladies for taking such amazing care of my wife!

Julia Priest Fantastic! Im pretty socially anxious, so trying a new place, especially without doing any research whatsoever is not my norm. But Im so glad I was feeling brave! It was worth it! I was a walk in, and there were already two customers there. But the gentlemen told me about a half an hour. He was able to take me in twenty, and had me pick out a color while he cleaned up. Once we started we didnt talk much, but that was ok with me because I never know what to talk about. At some point my husband came in before picking our kid up from a party nextdoor, and they offered him a seat and were very accommodating. The massage was vigorous but relaxing, and I could have done with a whole hour of it. Im pretty sensitive in my joints because of my arthritis, so it felt great! My manicurist made my hands so neat and healthy looking. I have cracks on my callused fingertips from cleaning and working with my hands. But he managed to clip dead areas without hurting me, and he tidied up my cuticles without cutting anything that was inexplicably still alive. I cant stand fake nails, so I asked for gels. I only needed them to look good for a night, and a week later they still look beautiful. While Im not much of a "getting my nails done" person, if I needed them done again Id definitely go back.

Andrea Hamre I’ve been here a couple of times and I can already tell it’ll be my regular spot. I have been trying to find a good nail place for 4 months and was having bad experience after bad experience. This place is a little easy to skip over, but it’s cleaner than other salons and I’ve had some great fills and pedicures. I’ve had the same man do my services and he’s very gentle and sweet.

hailey aflleje AWFUL. First I asked if the Man could do a specific design (was fairly simple). He said he definitely can do it, but when he had finished and I looked, it was not only a terrible paint job. But the acrylic in general was not done properly (basically dripping down the sides of my fingers). I asked if he could remove the polish since it was very poor quality. He charged me for that. I understand you charge for polish change but if it looked this bad and it’s his fault, why would I get charged? Very very disappointing and not to mention it’s been 3 days and I’ve had a total of 5 nails break.

Mandy Never have been here before and my regular place was closed but I really needed some me time on a Sunday and saw they were open. I came in for a pedicure as a walk-in and was promptly greeted and tended to. One of the best pedicures I have EVER received!! I got hot stones and even oil at the end oh and the massage was AMAZING!! Im very impressed and would definitely come here again for future pedicures.

Open 7 days a week, Sundays by appointment only and 9am-2pm Got a deluxe Mani and Pedi with gel. It was amazing scrub, lotion, parifan wax, hot rocks and lemon steam! Best Mani and Pedi every!

gabriela godeck I came in a walk-in on a Thursday around 12pm and I was welcomed. The staff is nice. The mail technician was very attentive to what I wanted and was making sure she understood and was meeting my expectations. She didn’t pull or hurt my hands, no cuts and my fingers don’t hurt. Super gentle which is a plus. The place was quiet and not overwhelming. The nails came out very pretty, best set I gotten. Not bulky and beautifully shaped. The prices also very on point as others mentioned. The only downside is they aren’t super clean in a sense that she didn’t use a new filer to do my nails, but the fact the she didn’t hurt my hands outweighs that downside.

Tusaaa Lavaaa This place charges $25 for a full set that doesnt even last a damn week!!!! Not only that they are inexperienced all 3 of the workers there! They didnt know how to cut ingrown toenails, do a coffin shape for my full set, and charge more than a regular better nail shop!!!! I will never ever go back and wont ever recommend this place! Horrible customer service they barely speak English and are rude!

R S The staff is super friendly and very hospitable. I am amazed at their service and customer care, it truly shows they care about their customers and employees. However, the acrylic is very cheap and your nails will pop off. I had serval (yes…SERVAL) times a nail will pop off or the tip of the nail will completely fall off and it wouldn’t even hurt. I am super cautious with my nails, because they cost a lot of money. I even offered to bring my own acrylic and was told I didn’t have to. This all changed when the ownership of the salon changed in April 2024. I really try to give them many opportunities, because the staff is so friendly, but the acrylic is such a disappointment—memo to owner: please upgrade to a better acrylic. I really hate to find a different place.

lee rose this place is horrible, i went and got my nails done on monday and i asked for square medium length plain black nails, my nails are completely different sizes, shapes, there’s lumps of acrylic, and she cut all my fingers and blamed it on me biting my nails (i’ve never bitten my nails a day in my life). she also got mad at the fact i only have her a five dollar tip. this place used to be amazing and i looked forward to getting my nails done but now i don’t ever want to get them done again. waste of money. go somewhere else but DO NOT go here.

Virginia Martin Its just awful! I wont ever go back. Although I made an appointment, the lady who started my nails passed me off to someone else when her "preferred client" walked in. This first employee I encountered INSISTED that I get a new set even though my existing set was fine. I said okay, not anticipating that she would apply super thick, bulbous layers of acrylic without even shaping or contouring. The lady who took over was no better. Just look how weird and warped they are! I am not typically a picky person about nails, but this was a very expensive, terrible nail job and bad business, from my perspective. I tipped 35% like I always do, but Ill NEVER go back and will recommend anyone to TRY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Andrelyn Izquierdo Friendly salon that was a bit busy when I went in. Yesterday was my first time going. The massage chair was completely full body massage from head to bottom and felt amazing! The spa products for the pedicure smelled lovely. And they can do pretty nail art. My nail tech corrected her own design mistakes to make sure everything looked good.

Allofus Ra It was my first time in here today but I dont think Ill be back. They were all very nice and provided great service but I struggled with the fact that it took over 2.5 hrs to do a pedicure and full set. Im use to it only taking about 1.5hrs. I also feel like the prices are a little to high.

Amanda Kahawaii Tee is an artist!! She does such excellent work and takes her time to make sure you are happy with it. For the pedicure I wish I’d gotten the name of the guy who did it because it is probably the best one I’ve ever had! It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning and I was getting compliments from strangers immediately. Highly recommend :)

Naccy Lisa Allure Nails Bar iss the best place to go for a real treat! They are the reason I have been doing dip for the past two years! From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave they treat me like family. Great location and a great atmosphere. Alex is my favorite. Trust them with your nails! You wont be disappointed! Madison First time getting a full set, and my first time visiting this nail salon and I was not disappointed. Tim, my nail artist, did such a great job on my butterfly design nails. I would 100% request for him again in the future. Everyone there was very kind and friendly, and we had a lot of interesting conversations. It was very clean there and very organized as well. The atmosphere was very inviting and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Trish Rainey My daughter and I went to a salon, and got our nails done. What we asked for was not what we got. I hate being mean so we paid and left. I called Allure and they got us in immediately. We showed them what we wanted and they saw what we got. The two nail techs that helped us were amazing and super sweet. The end results were beautiful. Thank you Kathy and Bo. Kali Babies Recovery Group I called for appointment it wasn’t acknowledged, I said fill they said full set, I paid over 40 so I might as well got a full set. They proceed to yell 3 different seat numbers. The lady who did my nails was sweet and she tried but the job was horrible, was there for almost 2 hours for a fill mind you I didn’t wait when I arrived, she just took forever that the manager noticed came over and told her get up she will finish. The managers energy was soooooooo bad she just made the whole experience worse. She was rude, bossy, demeaning and cold. They looked at the tip part as I was paying like I spit on them but what do they expect. The worse experience I have had in Washington thus far. Didn’t apologize for the time I had just waisted nor any compensation! The paint is trash the paint job is trash I’m so upset I spent my money and time but going forward I’ll never return.

katherine mo Any time i get my nails done i always come here, if you decide to come here i definitely recommend Sandy. She’s always done my nails and she works fast and it’s relaxing. She does designs very well. If you want designs definitely come here. I love the workers here too and this is definitely my favorite nail salon. I’ve only taken two photos of different sets i got done by Sandy, but i have come here other times as well!

Allison Johnson Pretty bummed about my experience. I wish if they were too busy they wouldn’t have tried to cram me in and just said no instead. I have never seen anyone layer the dip powder the way they did and I could tell it was not going to last as they were doing it. First photo is what my nails look like not even 24 hours later. Ground my cuticles down so hard that it broke the skin and then put alcohol on them. Ouch! But other than that he did a great job!

Cheyanne Stamey Not only do NONE of my nails look the same or are the same length, I was cut about 5 times and my fingers were drowned in monomer, leaving them extremely dry. My nails look NOTHING like the reference photo and when I brought it up I was offered nothing to rectify this situation. I will never be returning here.

Lana Christopherson Top Line Nails Salon one of the place when nails always turn out so nice and beautiful Sam always doing fantastic job on my nails. Pedicure is amazing. They have multiple options . I tried one with essential oils and long massage Don Don did awesome job. This place have free drinks, snacks. It honestly one of my favorite place to come after working long hours just little "girly get away time". I had hard time find right place for my nails before , this place will always my favorite. Lianne Larson I would have given a 5 star, but I took my husband, a daughter and grand daughter all for pedicures, a deluxe one. $50.00 a piece, but 2 of us got shellac, so ours was 65.00 total should had been 230.00 but she rung it up at 245.00 wished I would had caught that while still there. So do the math before leaving.

Freya Hutton Would NOT listen to me and told me after they sat me down they didnt have the colour for the design they already okayed and then would not understand what I was saying or from pictures and didnt listen at all I have lint in my clear coat and the worlds worst cat eye job. I have anxiety and a hard time explaining things and to have someone not ask any clarifying questions and just go full bore at what they think (despite showing photos of the updated design I wanted) is right and that just doesnt work.

June Mama I’m going to say that I am very picky about my nails and that is why I’m recommending them. Excellent work on hands and feet and they are all very good. Clean environment and the free wine or drinks are great too. They do an amazing job.Tina is very very sweet and always does my nails perfectly.

Amy Cohen Walked in Friday afternoon for a mani/pedi and decided to get dip instead as a treat to myself for a friends wedding. A lovely couple owns this welcoming and intimate salon. I had the place to myself which gave me an opportunity to talk with the owners, theyve had this shop since 1998 and I can see why. They provided excellent service at a fair price. I showed them a picture of the inspiration for my nails, and I was asked if I wanted a design or flowers. I passed because I just wanted simple, it was tempting as her nails were beautifully done. Thank you both for the great service, my nails were perfect with my dress! Definitely recommend and would go back. Total was $90 for both services and well worth it.

Kelsey Jordan Rushed my nails, a little lumpy and the acrylic wasnt convering my whole nail. Had an inspiration photo, and they wouldnt even try to do the design (some clouds) even though I told them if you cant do it tell me Ill go somewhere else. Also wanted ombre and they gave me color changing . Over all bad experience ! Included inspiration photo for reference. UPDATE : They did offer for me to come back and get them fixed.

Sahara Kamalani *only went here bc my usual place was booked* The girl was extremely pushy and rude. Ridiculously overpriced. I got a gel polish with a glitter polish topper, that she told me I could add to any color I wanted… charged me an additional $$ for it?! $50 for a full SHORT length set! My best friend got a X-LARGE length fill with two fixed nails.. $35?! Where’s the logic? I’ve gone to NUMEROUS places In that area and never payed more than $40 for that type of set. (I’ve been getting my nails done for 5+ years) my pinky nail is also already lifting, she didn’t paint the corners, so thick or polish that it ruined the original shape and there’s bubbles. Never going back. Update: two weeks later, and 6 nails are lifting and getting caught in my hair. Terrible quality. Chipping polish.

Torey First, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I do love all the nail techs and the environment, you can watch romantical movies and relax without feeling rushed! I will say though the last few sets of acrylic I’ve got, have either popped off or the nail broke. I spent $90 WITH TIP, only for them to pop off less than a week later and all on 7/4. I wfh so I’m not out here smacking my hands around and generally am pretty gentle on my hands. I’m a little disappointed and upset. So I’ll more than likely be sticking to pedicures.

My Family and I get pedis together once a month and we enjoy the flexibility they gave us for all to sit together and still have our family time. The services is inexpensive and the quality was great. This is a SPA that for sure focuses on quality Vs quantity. Love them!!

S On Friday 10/14/22, I came in for a full set and a pedicure. After my nails were done, the shaping was terrible, the heart placement I asked for was not like I showed in the picture, my nails were lumpy. I notified a worker who then got the owner to fix my nails. They weren’t the best but he did what he could to save them. Not even 24 hrs later, two of my nails broke because the acrylic overlay was extremely thin. I came back on Saturday 10/15/22 to let them know I want to soak it off and just get a refund. They insisted to make it right again so I let them. After my nails were finished, the shaping was again, terrible, but I felt bad for coming back so many times even though I shouldn’t of. On top of that, when I got home, the French tips began peeling. I called the salon and asked for a refund and the 2nd owner said they don’t do refunds & to come back and have them redone by her. At this point, I’m a working full time single mom, I don’t have the luxury to come in whenever. On top of that, my nail bed is damaged and so thin that my nails would not be able to stand another full set. I paid $60 for my full set and I feel like this salon completely ripped me off and stole my money. It is probably because I am young and they are taking advantage of me. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I deserve a refund at this point. Please avoid this salon.

SueZan This wife and husband team are amazing- just opened up a month ago after buying it from the previous owners. My daughter and I were just walk ins and they did a great job! I highly recommend their services. We did manicures and pedicures. My daughter’s cuticles were very overgrown but Tracy took excellent care of her. Very friendly. Thank you!!

Rachael Guntle I absolutely love Kelly. I started going here about a year and a half a go. She really does an amazing job with my nails and my eyebrows. You will need to make an appointment because she is very busy. I stupidly went to another salon in Graham a few days ago. It was an awful experience. The guy did a terrible job. He cut and burned my cuticles with the drill file. Didn’t shape my nails at all. I left there very upset on a Friday. My daughter called Kelly and got us in to her that Sunday. She fixed my nails. Made them look normal. I will never go any places else again. Pictures of terrible nail salons nails on top and Kelly’s beautiful nails on bottom you can see the difference in the quality. Lauren Swensen I went in to get a special set of nails for my birthday. I had inspiration pictures and they just looked awful. I actually removed them after and has them redone somewhere else. I was bummed because the nail art they do is so pretty but what I received was just awful. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, whatever product they used burned my nail beds so bad, they told me that’s normal and sprayed my nails with alcohol but I’ve never experienced that before.

Britainee Graham My nails looked nothing like I wanted. I wanted simple glitter ombré nails. She screwed up one nails that wasn’t supposed to be painted but just glitter instead of correctly she just painted over it and could still see color underneath. There was little bumps in the white polish. She didn’t fix that. One nail was separating and she just wanted to superglue it. I said no- it literally separated. She files my nail down instead of taking the chunk off. Still separated at the bottom. They are always dead. I 1000% see why. Short cuts and she clearly knew I wasn’t happy and didn’t care. They asked if I liked them and said not really- her mood changed and didn’t even say thank you for coming or anything. Charged me extra for ombré as well. Nails are so expensive now and it’s really disappointing when you pay for something you don’t like. I don’t do designs ever because I am worried they can’t do it. I stick to pretty easy just incase and she still messed it up.

Marissa Delagarza I’m sad to leave this review because I have come here for years and always enjoyed my services. However, I have recently finished school as a nail tech and realize now that there are several issues happening within the salon. I’m writing today because the sidewall of my toenail was clipped out without consent, causing what will be an ingrown toenail. On Sunday, my big toes were clipped at an angle, causing an infection. Last night, when the pus started to form, I decided that I would be contacting the salon this morning. When I did the woman, I spoke to told me that she would let the male nail tech know not to cut out anyone’s ingrown toenails without consent.. Cutting out ingrown toenails is NOT EVER the job of a nail tech, but rather that of a podiatrist. Nobody but a DOCTOR should take an ingrown toenail out. Which I explained to her, And I’m sure she already knows Because we all take the same training. Not to mention, my toenail was not ingrown before, but it will be now due to how it was clipped. It’s not a simple problem of its sore for a couple days but it will take MONTHS to grow out and I may still need to follow up with a podiatrist at a later time to correct this mistake. I called my mother and told her that we will not be visiting the salon anymore and told me that she doesn’t visit this salon anymore for the last several months because they also clipped her toenails and caused an ingrown toenail to grow in place. If my mother had gotten the infection that I have, she could’ve lost her foot since she is diabetic. All of this to say, I don’t believe that healthy and clean practices are happening during pedicure services. Offering a discount or a free pedicure does not make up for the damage that’s done and I will not be going back to redeem the offered free pedicure.

Brenna Davison I went in to Pioneer Nail Bar and saw Amy! When I walked in I was thinking I was going to have to redo everything I had previously done at a different salon two weeks ago. I was pretty discouraged. Amy reshaped my current set and saved it she double checked I was happy and really listened! I left leaving so much happier! Diane Golde this is such a great nail salon. Everybody is personal and fun, and the quality of my nails are always A rated. Prices are competitive with everybody else, but I feel like you’re just getting a little better quality for what you pay for.

pungee moo I think that my experience was okay. I got acrylics, and I asked for coffin nails, but they seem more like square shaped. When filing my nails, the stylist was a bit rough and caused pain. I had my nails done with my mom, and her stylist cut her finger with a drill and was also rough. My stylist did a good job on the french tip, but some parts are slightly uneven. My nail set was $90, but I dont think that was a reasonable price due to how simple they are. The experience wasnt horrible, but we likely wont be back.

Ivy ONeill I came here yesterday, June 26th for a manicure and pedicure. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here at this nail salon. After 1 day my nail polish is already chipped off (I work a desk job, I dont do anything that would ruin my nails after a SINGLE DAY).The woman who did my nails was not very attentive, she hurried through my services, didnt even clean under my fingernails, didnt do anything to my cuticles, no arm massage as listed on the service, never asked how long I wanted my toes or fingers, my finger and toenails arent consistently shaped or the same length. After she was done painting my nails she just walked away and never said anything and never came back to tell me we were done. Literally a complete WASTE of $60. Dont waste your money here, its better spent somewhere else that will actually give you the listed services and where your polish wont chip off after one single day.

Hai Truong I normally say no when my girl friends invite me to get our nails done. It’s just not a manly thing to do for me. But, my experience being at TK nails was phenomenal! Their customer service was excellent and they treated me very well. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I came in to get my nails cut and clean and opted out getting my nails color. They turn out perfectly done! I can’t wait to visit this place again I hope you all take my advice and book an appointment now!

Scheliah Mayson I have been trying to find a new place to get my nails filled at, and I was really hoping this one would be good since it’s right next to my husband’s barber. Unfortunately that will not be the case. Not only was I hurt at least 5 times while she was aggressively trying to file down my old acrylics, but she was obviously rushing through everything. Now I would have been fine with that and given them a 4-star review if it wasn’t for the poor quality of the nails! My nails lumpy and deformed and I have multiple nails with bubbles under the gel. She rushed through everything and didn’t care about the quality one bit.

Rhonda Rhoades I didnt have the option of rating this business with a 0 or - 1. I will not be back, and absolutely do not recommend. I called in advance to make sure they had time and could provide me with the service I was wanting, Full set pink and white dip powder. They told me yes, and that I would be done in 45 minutes (sounded strange, so I just made sure it would be no more than an hour, as I would need to come back another day because I had to be at work after I got my nails done). As soon as I sat down, the woman began applying tips. Ive never needed tips for dip, especially since I stated numerous times that I wanted no additional length, as I am on my computer a large portion of the day. Not only did she continue to insist I have length (eventually telling me shed cut them down and file), she never used the dip. I asked about the dip multiple times. The layers/filler, she was adding to my nails, didnt even go to the edge of my nail/cuticle. Eventually another woman took over and told me this way I would have better results and be able to have color at a later time. I told her several times Im not wanting color now or next time. I want to keep it simple and professional looking. She insisted the way I was getting it was better and painted on the pink and white then used the light. Since the first woman didnt cover my nails with product completely, the second woman cut the edges of the top of my nails to try to match the areas where the product didnt cover. I was there for this service an hour and 25 minutes. I had to continually remind her that I needed to leave and still she tried to end with a hand massage, that I absolutely didnt have time for, as if that was going to make up for the terrible job that was done; leaving me with a film on my hands and arms. She rung me up handed me an appointment card and told me I needed to come back in two weeks. NO THANK YOU! This experience was a nightmare. What I wanted was completely disregarded. I dont usually give reviews like this, however what happened and a few pictures needed to be shared.

John Mccafferty Cant go wrong here. I dont want to put up prices but they are more than reasonable and include full service (massage arms and legs, hot wax, hot stone massage) attentive to detail and all of the ladies are very nice. This place is often full but worth the wait. I took my mom here for her birthday mani/pedi and we were there for over an hour as they took their time to do our nails right. Go here once and you will come back. I have tried several other nails salons and so far these guys are the best. Lily is the best

Upon being seated I noticed the tub I was to put my feet into had small bits of white material stuck around the edges of it. I pointed it out to her. I said that looks like dead skin so she said oh I will clean it and pulled out a scrub pad, turned on some water and wiped it with the pad she didn’t spray any antiseptic or antibacterial in it. There was no disposable plastic liner put in place. I should have left then. but, I was trying to go with the flow for my daughter’s sake. I sat down and against better judgement put my feet into the water. (Hoping I don’t obtain a foot fungus) This was the most rushed, not relaxing Spa pedicure we have ever had. The total experience was 33 minutes, you may think “that’s not so bad” but wait I have not mentioned yet that the employee put parafin wax/bags on my feet the got up and left the building. (I thought perhaps she’s taking a quick smoke break) NO! She was gone for 10 minutes, and returned with a kid, she had left to go pick up her child up from school. So all in all my Spa pedicure was less than 20 minutes and cost me $52.50 I will never return there!

My usual nail salon was booked but I needed to get in somewhere so I went here out of convenience and I’ve seriously never had a worse set of nails. I just so happen to be getting my engagement photos done this weekend also which I informed the nail tech of and she still rushed through them leaving them all different sizes and shapes. I unfortunately have absolutely no time to get them fixed. So I’m going to have these in my engagement photos. I was also charged extra for no apparent reason. I didn’t get a good look at them until I was in my car but if I would have looked a little better, I wouldn’t have paid for these. $85 for literally the worse set of nails I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or money here. Not worth it.

And to add insult to injury, at the end of our service the owner boldly asked for me to pay in cash instead of using my card, when I said no, I’d like to use my card, she even more brazenly pushed that I tip in cash, I again said “no, I’ll use my card” The whole experience was unprofessional! This all explains why there were no clients there at 4:00pm on a Friday.

Katelyn Rose I’ve been to this salon several times. They are generally timely, work efficiently, and I’ve always walked away happy. This current fill is my all time favorite. The ladies do speak limited English, but they also don’t mind if you say what you want or need something fixed. My only complaint was the cost changed from the last several times. (Maybe it was the polish cost but it was never explained) I paid almost the same price to get a fill as I did to get the full set. So I was a bit shocked.

Hayley Thiel It’s a small, regular quality, nail salon. I enjoy coming here because they do really good, simple, manicures and pedicures. Nothing too ornate or detailed, but still elegant and understated. Which is exactly what I’m looking for. If you’re wanting fancy art or extravagant nails, I would look for a more niche technician elsewhere. These ladies do a beautiful natural nail and I love it. The prices are extremely reasonable and the services are always timely. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be sat and my manicure never takes more than an hour. I would absolutely recommend.

Thorough and excellent job on my nails and an even better price than other salons for a dip plus manicure! I think I found my new spot!- This was after they first opened Flash forward to October of 2024. The last few times Ive come here Ive noticed a decline in the quality of staff and the quality of their work. I had to sit through one of the top three worst pedicures Ive ever had. She asked me if everything was OK and I said no, but nothing in her delivery changed despite me clearly being unhappy with how it was going. You cant just tell someone "youre not doing it right", so I dont know how to tell her the pedicure is not thorough. I pointed out to the clear spot that needed to be worked on and she acted like she didnt see. The pedicure I had she BARELY used pressure for the skin remover and did it for two seconds, and same thing with the pumice stone. Then gave the lightest massage, not even a massage, just softly rubbing in the lotion. This is expensive!!! 50 dollars for something I could have done at home. I shouldnt have wasted my time and money by coming here, I got so upset and felt powerless to do anything. Just had to sit through a trash service, I wanted to get up and walk out mid pedicure. I felt so uncomfortabe. It sounds dramatic but its so hard to finally make time to do something for yourself and pay hard earned money for it, and it end up being a huge disappointment and money and time wasted. Ill never be back.

Hafa Adai I’m a very busy woman and time is most precious and scarce. I was highly disappointed when I was turn away by the bougie Salon caddy corner from ProNails(you can figure out which one). I arrived at 6:35pm (they close at 7pm), I was told all the nail technicians are gone for the day. I counted seven were still present. So I scurried to Pro Nail (6:40-they close at 7:00). I was greeted with kindness and respect. They all made me feel welcome and unhurried. Lily took her time and did everything that I asked for. This is a family owned and operated salon. Not a money mill that three technicians work on you so they can get onto the next tipper. Thank you Pro Nail, I will definitely bring my family (I come from a huge family) and friends here and no where else!

Isabella Garzon My friend and I both went here to get our nails done. Our nail tech Kim was very nice and helpful! My friend loved her pedicure and my manicure looked really nice! We both got gel nails. My only complaint is that it was a bit pricy for the pedicure ($55)

Emmy Riser If I could give a star lower I would. I very rarely go out and get my nails done, in fear they will mess up my nails like time and time again. So sometimes when I finally get up to it and I go in I would hope they’d listen to my voice when I ask for specific things not to be done. I asked her NOT to file my nails because I had already filed them at home to the shape I wanted. My nails are thin so to much filing and they just chip away. Struggled for years due to health issues growing strong nails again. So when she didn’t listen and proceeded to file my nails down thinner and different shapes then I had already asked that was just it. Bad anxiety causes me to not speak up again which I should have. Now I’m at home with all broken nails and extremely depressed because I have worked hard on my nails. Just needed a little protectant to prevent them from falling off, then they all proceeded to be so weak they just broke off. Wish I would have bought the stuff for at home at the time and not went in. Sorry for my rant but if someone says they don’t want you to do something please listen to them and not proceed to go ahead with what you prefer. I know it can be hard being the nail tech thinking you know exactly what’s best for every persons nails, but after years of taking care of my own nails I know best of all and really wish what I had asked hadn’t been just dismissed due to a more personal opinion. Sincerely an extremely upset customer.

This was our first visit, but she made us feel like family. Next time we’re here on vacation, we will come back! I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Alien 1319 I went in for acrylics and the nail part is fine. Everything was done fine, my nails feel strong but a few were put on crooked. I asked for a simple Halloween blood drip design and all she did was pain the nail white, then paint half of it red and draw black lines for the blood. It looked horrible.

Rebecca Mailand They were so friendly and welcoming. We got our toes done on a whim for New Years and they did a great job, even with my teeny toe nails. They had all the colors you could think of. Reasonably priced too. Its a small shop, so calling to make an appt might be a good idea. Or if theyre busy head to a local coffee shop or restaurant while you wait. They actually spoke with us, instead of just conversing with each other (which is my usual experience at other nail salons). We will definitely be back this spring for fingers and toes!

Gemma Riser Ive been going to Lina for a few months and she always does such a great job! I got a new set put on tonight and Im OBSESSED. I really appreciate her attention to detail. She checks and then double checks her work to make sure the nail lengths on one hand match the other and makes sure the shape is perfect before I leave. Ive also had 2 pedicures here, I cant remember the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she also did an amazing job!

Maria McNeeley I have come here a few times and lately my experience has been very rushed and the results are extremely disappointing. The lady I had I yesterday was extremely rude. I wanted a deep blue color which she did find the shade but I asked if I could have black underneath and then the blue over it. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said rudely that its only the first coat and it will get darker. Would have really ruined her day if she just did what I wanted!? Im paying for it anyway. I couldnt even believe it. She didnt have me wash my hands after filing the nails down so ahe painted over the dust leaving dots on my nails. I had the matte top so its extremely noticeable. I dont even want to go back because she was so unprofessional and rude. I will definitely be taking my business else where. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience this definitely was not.

My sister and i both got ur nails done to the 9 and we loved it all. Without services ranging from fullset pedi to fullset mani and the team being do professional, especially when walke in an hr before closing yet still we was satisfy with our nails and other services like my eyebrow reshaping and waxing. Thank you, worth every penny, will come to see yall when back from Korea in weeks time!! Awesome job ladies!!

Julia Saysanasy On 5/29 I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her school dance and also, her first time getting her nails done. A lady wearing white/pink glasses and who’s first table by the window helped us. My daughter said that she was very aggressive and cut her skin and it started bleeding (bad first impression). The nails itself is decent but not the overall artwork. You can see in the photos where all the glue is visible and not clean, rushed and messy! Charged $115 for this? That’s just crazy. We didn’t realize how messy it looked until after leaving AND a random lady approached us while we were still in the mall because she saw us inspecting the nails, she asked if my daughter had just gotten her nails done from that place and we said yes. She said her name is Kim and that she works there! Today was her day off and she was shopping around the mall. She knew that we weren’t happy about the outcome and offered to fix them right then and there, on her day off! The gesture alone from her was amazing but unfortunately we declined, that would have been a very weird and awkward position to be in! I get it, I’m a paying customer but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If the work wasn’t sloppy to begin with, we wouldn’t need to go back to fix it! My daughter and I really appreciate Kim for showing us kindness and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. If we were to come back, it will be because of her.

Angie Howard Not impressed with my nails done here. The gal rushed through and when I asked her to fixed some areas, she could have cared less and seemed bothered by my request. All my nails have bad areas, uneven, ridges, and thick. The sides/edges all are not finished or smooth. If you dont want to do the services right, then only do the services you like to do or dont offer the services at all. It felt like they were more interested in pushing people through per hour then actually taking the time to do a great job on each service. Very disappointed and wont be returning.

NancyJ Johnson I got a manicure on July 15 close to closing time. When I got home seven of my 10 fingernails, the polish was all bubbly. I called the next morning and told them about it. They said they’ll fix it if I come in I went in and it appeared as though it was looking pretty good when she was fixing it, but by the time she was done, they were bubbly again I was so angry. I just said I’m OK and I left, I was very unsatisfied with the service of my fingernails. Manicure was great, but the nail polish was terrible. I will not be going back.

Altitude Assets We spent 2.5 hours in here, and I left with messed up nails. The staff were nice, and my husband had a wonderful pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was great, but I had asked for a manicure that I did not receive, instead I was charged $10 for them to cut my cuticles….then I had to ask her to file my nails down on my left hand because she had accidentally made them all longer than my right hand nails were (no biggie). Then, the clear polish was smeared with white polish ( I had to ask her to repaint). She did not paint the outside edge of my nail with the white polish (see photo). Then, she tried to send me out with a completely messed up thumb nail. This is the end result after corrections. Do not recommend, we will not come back here.

Jaymie B Went in for a quick fill and polish change and the tech began aggressively filing off my entire set to replace ALL the acrylic (which didnt need to be replaced) Kept filing my nails extremely hard with a large square file and made several of my fingers bleed. She kept filing and I wound up jerking my hand away because the electric file started to BURN my nail bed. I now have completely destroyed nails and had to just ask her to STOP what she was doing so I could leave. She kept insisting she would do a manicure which I hesitantly let her attempt so my hands wouldnt look disgusting. I was then charged $25 and only got my cuticles cut even more. No proper manicure at all. My nails were never even reshaped. I now have completely awful nails with bits of acrylic and nail tips STILL ATTACHED that I have to remove myself and try to prevent my now overly thin nails from all breaking right off. Im glad I paid $25 for completely ruined nails and a fair amount of pain. Awesome night. Dont go here.

Jeffrey Mcleod Hands down best pedicure Ive had. First time I had a gentleman do my pedicure and he took care of my feet! This gentleman forgive me I forget his name, but like a surgeon had a head lamp and tools galore sat down and put in work! He went beyond the normal and even kept me entertained with stories and giggles. Always enjoy getting my feet taken care of with my wife but Ill be back here again. Thank you!

Ron H Ive been coming here for at least 5 years and had very good success with my pedicures. They were my favorite place. But things seem to have changed in the service and quality of work is not as good. My wife has been going here too in the last two times shes been in the treatment has been very subpar. We are now changing our nail spa.

Ashley Srsen I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and it is hands down the best nail place around, especially for pedicures. The prices are great and my nail lady always gets the dead skin off my feet and it includes hot wax for I believe $30. I’ve had issues with in grown toe nails and she keeps my toes pain free. It is always best to set an appt as they do get busy. I highly recommend this place.

Lauri Manning Made an appointment and I showed up a bit early. I was welcomed very kindly. I didn’t have to wait at all. Love the massage chairs! Kay listened to my preferences and was very accommodating. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. The salon is very clean. I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, the prices are great and my pedicure was fantastic!! My first time here and I will absolutely return and share my experience with others!!

Erin Deering Ive been getting dip for a year now and my regular salon was closed. I used to come here for pedicures since the early 2000s and it was always pleasant. I thought coming here would be fine however the dip was not done correctly and I had to go back to get it fixed and its still not done right. I now have to pay another $45 to get them done correctly. They do have the sealant for the dip and are using uv and gel to coat them which is not correct. I am beyond upset and dip is not cheap! Do not get dip here! Basic pedicures or basic manicure is fine but charging for dip and not doing it correctly is absurd. I will not be back. **update the dip has been chipping off every time I touch anything. 3 nails have completely come off! They didnt even last 4 days!

Fancy Face Worst nail shop I ever been to. To just get two broken nails done. Im new to the area and I will never go back to her period. Everyone cant do nails!!!

T Bh I went to get my acrylic nails removed and was charged $35. Nearby places charge only $10, and this one felt overpriced for the service—or lack thereof. They couldn’t remove all the nails, and I was there for almost an hour and a half with just 8-week-old acrylics. The technician was nice, but the price didn’t match the quality. Removal shouldn’t be so expensive, especially since most of the nails were already falling off, and she mostly just cut them down. I didn’t want a manicure afterward, as I didn’t want to spend my entire day there. Parking can be difficult, depending on the time of day. I likely won’t return, though it’s an option in a pinch.

Shana Roark The woman who did my nails is so sweet .. I would go back again just because of that. But! I do give a 3 star rating because my acrylic nails did not have good retention and fell off two days after I had gotten a full set.

Melissa Bobbitt I was the only one in there and service was great. Got a gel manicure done on a Friday morning and by Tuesday morning all the paint was off. It came off whole and super easy. Pretty sad because they were really pretty!

Geeky Bride I went here a couple of days ago! I was met by a team that took care of my nail needs. Dawn did my nails great and has a gift for perfection. He has a cool personality and honestly has a great talent. The ladies I’m also thankful for helping me with my pedicure needs. This is my favorite place! -JuJu

Mariah Ecklund The gentleman who did my full set was so rude and did a HORRIBLE job. I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve had with this shop just because of the gentleman that did my full set. Every single one of my nails were uneven and when I asked him to correct it, I got an attitude immediately and none of them were even the shape I asked him for and even showed him a picture of. There was no customer service from him, he rushed everything from the beginning, when he got to drilling, he cut me twice, and the nails are not even smooth they have so many ridges. To make it worse he rushed the gel polish and I left with some of my nails not even fully cured. He didn’t even check to see if they were done, like every other tech does. I was so fed up with him I didn’t even want to ask them to fix it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, or ask for another tech.

Tinia Turner Dawn has been my nail tech for over a year and he has been excellent. I have been nothing but satisfied every time he does my nails. Sometimes I ask him to do what he wants to do as fa as color and design and it has always been AWESOME.

G. M.Backus If you get the right technician, you’re good. Unfortunately, my luck ran out when my favorite guy, Don, was not there. They gave me another man who friction-burned me not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. He did a horrible job and I vowed to not return because there are simply too many shops to settle for a bad or spotty salon. Gel polish on acrylic should not peel the first week—my nails looked horrible in no time. I had to spend another 50 bucks to get my nails presentable again. I wish I’d taken a picture but this isn’t a horror forum.

I suggested using remover and soaking them andcshe said Dont tell me how to do my job WTH You were trying to rip them off! They are so over priced..and didnt even give me a full manicure SO OVER PRICED $135 for a mani pedal and brows only went cause I had a gift card WONT go back Zero stars

Melody Kidd I’ve been here twice while visiting family and never been disappointed by the service I’ve received. They are super friendly and don’t turn customers away. They do their best to give more than satisfactory service while also making sure that they are able accommodate everyone who walks in. I got a dip acrylic powder mani and a regular pedi the first time and I’m so happy with what I got! When I’ve gotten acrylic or shellac nails from other places, the nails break or chip within a week but these are holding up very well! No breakage or chipping and I went in yesterday to change the color and it looks great! So happy with this place and the ladies who work here!

Gertie Snow Dirty. This is how the station looked like when I was seated. She proceeded to work on my one broken nail without even cleaning it. I dont want a bacterial or fungal infection after going to a nail salon because of unsanitary conditions. Also, this nail salon has a STRONG smell and the pedicure chair seats are torn. I used to get my manicures and pedicures done here for years, but not anymore.

Anahita Armin Felt deceived. Was told I would be there for certain amount of time when actuality I walked out after two hours. I would have walked out sooner except they started and then moved on to other people who just walked in after. To make matters even better, they used dirty tools even after I asked them not to. I did walk out with no polish. Never again!

KJ Kinzler I wanted to try a new place to get my shellac done. My friend goes here all the time and she said she loves it there and the customer service was great! BUT that was NOT my experience at all!! First off, I was greeted and got seated right away I had a girl who did not speak to me at all but had a great conversation with the other co-worker and when she did talk to me it was to only ask how I wanted my nails (once.) I always get the french tip and it lasts me a good 2 1/2- 3 weeks long, this time 3 DAYS TOPS! It was awful and besides the chipping, 2-day life span of my shellac, I received hangnails on almost all of my fingers too!! So with my experience I will NEVER go back there and waste my money on a 3 day shellac manicure. Dont waste your money and find a better place!
