vruh When i sat down the lady started cleaning up my eyebrows, i asked her to make them a little thinner and she seemed bothered and got an attitude. I asked her twice and all she did was cleaned them up. She also took forever to charge me, i couldve just walked out.

nishitha cr This is my go-to parlor for eyebrows and waxing. Every time they do a great job. However, this time eyebrows was good but waxing was a disaster. I do not have sensitive skin and have been doing waxing for more than 15 years and this is the first time I left the parlor with scars on my skin. It was totally painful. The reason behind this is that the management has changed the waxing sheets from white to brown paper. And those brown papers does a horrible job as they are less powerful than the white ones. So they ended up doing multiple times in the same place to take off the hair which was not coming off easily as it would in the white paper. I generally don’t write reviews but I just wanted the people to know about it as my entire skin has turned red in color with lot of scars and have an upcoming trip which is just spoiling it.

Frances Guzman I would like to share my experience with (E&B Nails Spa.) I usually go to my nail artist who is great. I’m very picky who does my nails. I don’t like them to thin or to think, I don’t like them crooked, or painted without care. I was short for time and my nail artist was too far to drive so I decided to try this (E&B Nails Spa.) End result they were great! The staff was great very kind and courteous. Got right to my nails did not have to wait long. They were quick and made my nails to my liking and painted them with care giving me a reason to keep coming back and maybe I found a new artist to come too. Today was my Third time coming and I brought my daughter and she was very happy as well. Moving forward I will recommend (E&B Nails Spa) to anyone who wants their nails done to satisfaction. Shar Johnson Update : my skin is now peeling and I will be seeking legal action against this shop ! MMA IS ILLEGAL!!! I went to get my nails and feet done for my birthday here. I usually do my own nails, but my boyfriend insisted I go and get them done as a gift. As I’m taking my nails off, I noticed that the acrylic is very stringy and gooey. I am a barber so I know a lot about cosmetology, and from my understanding, acrylic should not be gooey nor stringy and should not be extremely hard to take off. I have an electric drill as well as pure acetone. I have been trying to soak one hand off for almost an hour because it is extremely gooey meaning that they are using MMA, which is illegal. Charged me for something so cheap and illegal is not OK !!

kirsten kime I really want to give 4* for all but 1 mediocre pedicure Ive received here. However, they dont honor their pricing for girls services. The first time I took my daughter along and stated she wanted a kids pedicure, she/I were asked at least 5 times how old she was. This last time when I corrected the price I was charged after the service she asked my daughter how old she was, and when my daughter stated "11" she said she was too old. I stated to her that the menu both online and in the shop stated 12 and under. She then spoke to another woman in their native language before adjusting the cost. With her getting gel and myself using standard polish both of our costs were over $40 each, so its not like I save that much... I think its $10 discount overall. Its really the principle. My daughter was uncomfortable for a 2nd time (all over her age and her being tall), so Ill take my business elsewhere even though they do a good job. I dont like dishonesty, and I dont appreciate them questioning her the way that they did. *The owner called to apologize and talk about the issue. Offered a 10% discount and asked to have another try. Very impressed with her care to make things right.

Chikondi Matias Acrylic nails are supposed to be comfortable but these are not...l love nail trim and the nails are always great but today l felt like a wasted my time and money as l am cutting these nails ...l keep scratching myself with the way they were shaped..the French is good but the shaping no l might end up hurting a client at work as l am a CNA

I started getting my nails done for the first time ever last year, this was my second nail salon I tried and absolutely love since its close to my house and never had bad experience. Ive come here as a regular for almost a year! Ive gotten my nails mostly done by Kim, she is so sweet, kind and attentive to detail. The nails are high quality and last the whole time until I need a fill. They are very strong! Something unique I noticed at this salon is they are very gentle with your hands and all the staff are very sweet. She is fast but doesnt rush, if youre looking for the cute pointy nails, shes really good at those. But honestly I would trust any of the girls here to do my nails! I usually get french tips or ombre. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies here making it a pleasant experience!

Sarah Streeter Very nice people, but not a great experience. I called ahead to ask if they do gel manicures for natural nails. They said yes and said they could do french manicure. The gentleman that did my nails first started to remove my old gel polish with the drill file. I said no. Then came back with a heavy grit fake nail file. I said no. He wasnt sure how to take it off without those. I asked him to wrap them and soak it off. He wrapped them for a few minutes then started to use a file again. I showed him that you can just scrape it off after you soak it for a while. No nail shaping but he did trim my cuticles. Then made several failed attempts to paint on the french tips. It took a long time to do one hand and he kept doing it over and over. They were very cooked. I asked him to stop and said Id just pay for a manicure. He wiped of the white tips and I left with just a base coat on my nails. Their reviews were good so maybe they just arent good with natural nails. I wish they would have been honest about it when I called so I didnt waste my time and money. My pedicure was equally disappointing. The woman who did it barely waved the cutical tool over my toes like a magic wand lol. Then polished them with a considerable gap making it look like they were polished a week ago.

Soung Son I have been to many Nail Salons and this is one of the few I enjoy going to with my girlfriend. Been here twice now due to moving near federal way. Tried out a couple places and We seem to end up coming here for a few reasons. But I will get straight to the point on my review for this place. 1-The employees here are very friendly and kind. I also always just call to see if they are busy but most likely just end up walking in as well. 2-Girlfriend gets her nails done, and the guys (yes guys, we usually go in a group of 2-3) to get pedicures and it is great. 3-Pedicures feel great we get the (Special) for about $25 and at the end is what I love, the bag with some purple goo. Its warm and makes my feet feel great. 4- Great place to stop by since its so close to all the shopping places here. Plus the massage chairs are decent and always feel good. I always end up passing out and waking up alone, but the ladies are kind and never seem to mind me ha! Definitely worth trying!

Vanessa Alvarez There a little bit out grown cause I got them done last week but I really love the service that she does she’s really kind and has a lot of patience since it’s only her working by herself I always go here I brought my sister in with me and she let her free style her nails how ever she wanted and she also LOVED her nails and she said she will never go to another nail place again I also have showed her many difficult nail designs and she gets them exactly like the reference photo I have gone to MANY salons and they usually bad or they rush to do your nails but not this nail place she takes her time and makes sure you leave the shop happy with your nails. Nylene Charles I came here for the reviews. 1 star for the friendly service BUT the lady that did my pedicure was horrible. She didnt apply paint across the entire nail bed, didnt cut back or push cuticles, and I made the mistake of getting a flower. I think my 3-year-old could have done better.

John Swaney I apologize for the negative review in advance, but this was the worst experience I have had a nail place ever. All I wanted was a simple manicure as I was leaving for vacation. It started off normal enough, but then as she was clipping my cuticles and trimming extra skin off, she kept nipping me left and right. This resulted in a large amount of broken skin which led to mild infection causing pain for a few days during my vacation. The pain got so bad, I could not even open up packaging with my fingers and sometimes had to rely on a friend. During the manicure, I asked her to buff my nails to remove the ridges and give them a little shine. Normally, every other place I have ever been do simply uses a buffing block and it does the magic. This nail technician decided to pull out a tool that required a pad that would polish my nails. First, please note this pad looked used and old and needs to be replaced. Im fairly certain that this was one of the reasons that led to the mild infection. It was gross and dirty. During this session, I experienced heat that I have never had before. I thought that was just par for the course for using this kind of tool. When she was finished and wiped off all the polishing paste, it looked like she took off almost half the thickness of all my nails and then roughed them up, as if to prepare the surface to apply fake nails. I was pissed. I stayed silent because I did not want to cause a scene as I was with a friend who has been coming here for 20+ years. Please also note, there are lots of questions I have concerning both cleanliness and maintenance. The front door appears to be an internal house bedroom door built into the wall, using the old glass door as a window. If a company is not willing to maintain their business so it attracts customers, that should be a red flag. That makes me question what other maintenance they are NOT doing, like their pedicure chairs, etc. A corner of the salon also smelled of sour milk. Unsure if it was the manicure chair I was sitting in to wait for my friend to finish, or if something was spilled in that area and not cleaned up. I will never return.

Cherie Always friendly rarely ever wait long, if at all. Great at providing careful ingrown toenail care and prevention. My only thing is I wish they would expand their color collection, but thats just me.. I always get a compliment every time I have gone here.. everyone notices my nails. And they are patient and listen to my ideas.

Deanna Dickerson I payed for a deluxe Pedicure. I got a 30 minute pedicure and my toes look like my 9 year old grand-daughter painted them . The lady was nice but it was like she was in a hurry to get to the next person. Will not go back .

sierra h Went here for the first time the other day for pedicures with my sister. It was very clean and pleasant inside. The nail techs were very courteous and did a great job! Tools are brought out in sealed bags and sterilized between customers and they use single use plastic bags in the foot tubs so its very clean. Its a little pricier than some places, $40 before tip for a regular pedicure, but they did a great job. Location is nice because it is away from the bustle of Pac Highway, so parking is ample and the area is quiet. Will definitely be going back in the future.

They looked great!! This is my second visit and her daughter did my nails. She was amazing and sweet, she did an amazing job!! JUST A LITTLE BIT PRICEY THIS TIME!!! Bonilla Marlyn (Marlynb) So I never write reviews especially bad ones but this was so disappointing I just had to. I went on Monday to get my nails done for a last minute trip I honestly saw all the reviews and pictures to Ann’s salon and I thought they would do a much better job than this. At least on the nails since they couldn’t do the detailing. It’s been less the a week and I have 2 nails ready to fall off. I paid $90 basically should’ve gotten press ons ☹️ I wish they would’ve just told me they couldn’t do those nails I would’ve understand.

K R I love the skill of these ladies! My polish never chips and I basically only ever go in because of normal nail grow out. I generally only do simple nails. Solid colors, tips on my acrylics and they are always lovely. But yesterday I did something out of my comfort zone but that’s still subtle. I did encapsulated dried flowers by Michelle and they turned out amazing! Michelle is always great about updating customers on new trends and new ways of doing their nails. This is a mostly appointment based nail salon, they don’t do many, if any, walk ins but I like that because it doesn’t seem as overly rushed as other salons. This is my go to spot for as long as I live in the area.

D&J WariLove This is my second time coming here. The first time I had Ruby and she took care of everything for me. Manicure and pedicure and eyebrow, lip and chin wax. It was wonderful! She was efficient and attentive to getting me done right I don’t ask for much but just a simple manicure/pedi w/ gel. Nothing else. So my basic ass was pleased with the service. She is such a sweetheart. The second time I came her with my daughter. I got mani/pedi with gel and cat eye design (or effects) and I freakin love it! I love how my nails compliment my skin. I got the cat eye design on my toes since we will be in AZ and I’ll be wearing sandals. I love the effects and the color. It’s just gorgeous. Li Li took care of my daughter’s mani. My daughter got a French tip w/ gel and mani/pedi nails are gorgeous. We love our nails so much! I had one tech that did my nails with cat eye effect and I thought it was beautiful but after the daughter inspected my nails upon checkout she was not happy with the results and had redid my nails to her standard and had the nail tech WATCH her do it “right”. I freakin love that! I’m not very picky with my nails, as long as you take care of my basic needs, I’m content. So w/ that being said, I’m happy with the results and the customer service. We will definitely come back here again for our nail and waxing needs!

Angeles Oseguera Nail salons are not doing so much of a good job anymore. I am upset because I came here to change the color of my nails. The lady was filing my nails. After coming to my car I looked at my nails better and I see she didn’t file them well. I am so upset because I wanted better results. I paid $40 for a color change.

madison tiengkhamsaly To be honest I am a little upset with how my nails turned out:/ I needed a fill done, and was trying my hardest to find a place that charges at a reasonable price but can be done professionally and still look beautiful. I came in with red french tip acrylics that were outgrown for over a month; and even asked for them to be shaved down shorter. The french tip itself felt rushed by the nail tech, and the technique used to do the tips left streaks of pink nail polish onto what’s supposed to look like a clear/pink base. I paid $69 which technically is a full new acrylic set; and for what I received, it was not worth $69. The pink french tips I received also are messed up shown in the photo provided (on the middle finger). The customer service was great, everyone was friendly. But at the end of the day, I was told that the starting price would be $48 and additional costs depending on shape and design; I personally don’t think my design/shape was drastically different nor was worth the $69. I believe the set I came in with was actually better than the set I walked out with. But again, thank you for your service.

K. N. I have been going here since i was in high school. They have never disappointed me. Today I made an appointment last minute but they only had one spot left. I gave it to my friend and sat with them while they were getting their nails done. Once Kim was finished she stayed and did my nails anyways even though it was super late. She did an amazing job like always. I love that they always remember me even if I dont come for months on end and they always ask about my mothers wellbeing. Arianna Bautista When I first got in there, I showed her the picture of the color that I wanted. She said she had the color I got builder gel. The builder gel is unevenly applied so one side of my nail looks higher than the other when it came time to paint my nails she put on a color that didn’t look close to the color that I wanted so we tried to find a different color. She said she didn’t have it so I told her to just paint a clear. She just did a clearcoat and she fuzz cured onto my nail so now I have fuzzy nails that I can’t get undone because it’s cured I will not be going back to this place, terrible experience. She also shaved my nails very weirdly they’re not shaped evenly. One side is more rounder. The other side is more pointy just very lazy. I think she got rushed for whatever reason I will I do not recommend this nail salon.

A lady name Karen helped me she was very nice.i got a fill on my hands and feet and a gel polish for both. Mikayla Riar Jenny did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job. If I go back it’s for that reason. Although I think I overpaid because I paid for mine and my sisters nails and it cost like $110. Although I got acrylic and she got dip it shouldn’t have costed that much! Update 2022- Karen does my nails now change from 4 to 5 stars. She’s amazing I always go here for manicure. I got my nails done for my wedding by her. $65 for these, I gave a great tip:)

C Lo My first time here and I LOVED it!! I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked in. Tina was friendly and asked clear questions on what I wanted. She also checked in with me throughout the whole service with the shape, length, color etc, She took her time shaping & buffing my nails which alot of places rush this process but she didn’t rush it at all. I’ve been to alot of places and I usually don’t leave 100% satisfied but today o can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my nails. I assume to make me return for a fill sooner.. the sign says 50 and up. that became 63. do not recommend. will not return

I told her exactly what I wanted FLAT and STRAIGHT before we began. While we were in the process of it I could already tell it’s not what I wanted! James Hill Service is great. Appointments are kept on time. They never keep me waiting. I come here monthly and request Tammy. She gives the best pedicure Ive ever had. Stro g hands and she takes her time. I love all the staff there. Very friendly and professional.

Rachelle Mitchell I have been going to JL Nails for over 5 years, and I absolutely love this place. All the ladies are so kind and generous. The work they do is gorgeous. If there is an issue, they are willing to fix it right away (which I hardly ever have an issue). The Pedicures are relaxing, and I love how my feet look afterwards. People always comment on my nails and how beautiful they are. 100% recommend JL Nails!!

Frans Miller Had a terrific experience at Lamour Nail Spa, scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment for two pedicures. Had ample options for treatment to include jelly and other services. Was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, provided water while we waited since we arrived a bit early. Professional staff that was attentive to our needs. Left feeling good and feet feeling great! I was about to schedule an appointment, but another customer suggested Chi (lady doing her nails). She convinced me so I waited. Chi was very nice. She really paid attention to details and made sure I was happy every step (I am pretty picky...but not in a mean way). I will be a return customer. Thank you. Plus: better prices than my last nail salon and if you check in (for their VIP Club) each time on the tablet by the front counter, you get a % discount on your 6th visit.

Its her real nail & want a black & white tip with a little gold & ended up with just lines on her nails & got charged a lot for 3 lines on each nail. I could have done it myself if I wanted just lines.

Nadia Net Waste of time and money. I came here for a gel manicure and was super happy with the service at first. Within a couple of hours, one of my nails had begun to peel, exposing an improperly cured, sticky layer underneath. Now, 2 days later, the rest of my nails are peeling off. I dont even have time to go back and get them redone so I will be forced to deal with disgusting and embarrassing hands for the next week, and pay someone else to fix them. An absolute waste of money.

Jasmine Beltran I asked for a gel manicure and I got a powder with no gel even when told I did not want powder. She did not clean up my cuticles or underneath my nails. I had a clear image of exactly what I wanted. Im very disappointed since I just got a French tip with a little flower design with swiggles and little sparkle dots. I had to pay $60 the last photo is what I had before and showed her exactly how I wanted it. If she could not do it she should of told me she didnt have the skills.

Iris Osorio Came here before and loved how Levo did my nails and came back felt so rushed and sloppy, the nail lady cut me 3 times twice on the same finger and still joked about it saying “atleast it was the same finger”… originally wanted a short cute pink color deep French set and had to settle for a pale pink solid color because it felt rushed to pick one and was not liking how they were turning out. Charged me $75 for a removal and solid color. Was looking around and everything was dirty and saw a UV lamp on top of a trash can ? Chop shop forsure!

MichelleLMUA This nail salon and their nail techs are by far the best my man(mani and pedi cleaned up his ruffed up man nails lol and best massages with those services) and best full set Gel Nails and deluxe pedi. All the nail techs that works on us are top notch, Sophea- gel full set, assist from Manager Tsay(shes amazing), Daisy for my pedi(helped, remove several of my extremely painful ingrown other salons couldnt!) And Vivia did his. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THEM!! WORTH THE 30 min drive and day!

Nalia K. I dont even know where to start. I have been coming here for the past few months and I was lucky the first time I had a manicure to have Johnny do the nail. He is very professional and I love what he does! The second time I went there he was not available and one of the ladies did my nails. She was terrible. She broke my nail and almost removed my nail on how aggressive she was. The third time I didnt even think twice I booked my appointment with Johnny and have been having him do my nails which was wonderful. A few weeks ago I took my cousin to do her nails and one of the ladies did her nails. Again terrible idea and a very sloppy manicure and pedicure. And they overcharged her. Fast forward. A couple of weeks ago I booked an appointment with Johnny, but when I got there I was told that he had an emergency and had to leave. One of the ladies stated that she would do my nails. I told her that I wanted a new full set she said ok, but after she removed the gel she started saying that I only needed to do a fill since the old nails were still good. I told her I wanted a new set. She stated that she couldnt do it and I should come the next day and Johnny would do it. ( she was in the middle of the process...) she did the refill and the nails looked terrible and $60 for a terrible manicure job. A few days later I called to schedule another appointment to try to fix the poor manicure job. Johnny did my nails as usual did a great job. But after I was done I was charged full service by the front desk lady. She didnt even acknowledge the terrible job that the other lady did. I still can’t believe that I spent almost $150 dollar in a week to do my nails. The ladies here are “money oriented” and they don’t care about providing good service . I would definitely not recommend . If you are booking service ask for Johnny or the other guy.

Heather Felkins Went for the first time today with my sister and daughter. My sister’s nails are beautiful, they did really well with my little girl. The place is nice and clean. I love their Christmas decor. However my nails are very uneven with the acrylic and not smooth at all. I would love to come back but maybe with a different nail tech.

Jojo Best customer service and they try their hardest to make it exactly how you envision your nails (if not better). It is on the pricier side but I believe worth it for the quality and care! Everyone that works here is genuinely kind and seem like they enjoy being here!

Jamyrlyn Mallory I stopped in here to get my paint redone. I got my nails done at my normal spot and decided I didn’t like the color I picked. I brought in my own color. I have acrylic nails. I waited for about 35 min. The guy who finally did my nails told me the cost for a repaint was $15. He talked me out of my color into painting gel with same color. However he failed to mention the cost was an additional $10. I paid the $25 and left a good tip. I won’t go back. Also putting gel polish over acrylic nails makes the nails too thick. Additionally this salon is not very clean.

lindsy spargo Really love my nails this time. She did a great job. They turned out even better than the picture I showed her! I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, but If you have to wait because theyre busy theyll ask you to come back so you dont have sit there for hours. I appreciate that. Im busy, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

She picked it out, did the right combo of colors. Will 100% rebook with her. Kyla Lusink If I could leave a 0 star I would. Ive been coming here for years love this place, as I thought they were clean always friendly, like there prices. I came here today to get my toes done for my birthday and this lady Lee who has done my toes before just felt like she didnt want to do her job today. She barely scrubbed or prepped my feet before she was going to paint my nails, I was probably in the chair 5 minutes before she was going to start painting. I had to ask her if she can exfoliate my feet and put the hot rags on as that is part of the pedicure. She restarts and doing it again. Mind you a lady was here got here before me and my lady still finished all of this again as the lady next to me was still getting hers done. I had to ask her to do my cuticles once more and then I saw the sponge she was using to scrub my nails & that was my last straw. It was used on someone before me. It was now clean. She was not sorry, nor did she care. She was terrible and I would not recommend her to anyone. When I asked her if she did my cuticles she said I already did them and then she proceeds to do them and you can clearly see she did not do them at all. She kept lying and saying she does all this after she paints nails when it has never happened in these steps as I have been here plenty of times before. The fact that I had to tell her to do every step of my pedicure and see a dirty tool used on my toes is just absurd. You usually come to get your toes done for a relaxing experience and this has been far my worst. I dont like leaving reviews but Lee was so rude, and not a sincere person. I work in customer service and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she clearly did not want to do my toes. Its like Lee was just trying to take advantage of me and thought I wouldnt realize what she was doing. Never even said sorry.

Anastasia Anastasia A few times I made an appointment over phone and when I came, they told me that I dont have it. Last 2 times I specifically asked not to forget to put it on the schedule. Guess what - I came today and my name was NOT on the list again! One time I came in person to schedule an appointment for evening, but when I came later, the lady, I made my appointment with, said that she cant take me, because her relative showed up and she needs to take care of her. This is incredibly rude! They could call me and cancel my appointment, but no. I waited on appointment just to find out that as a client Im not important. I stopped to come here. Today I gave them another chance, but I shouldnt. I was able to do my nails with the different lady, but the fact my name was not on the list again didnt make me happy. Its really frustrating, because girls doing an awesome job, I love the results .. unfortunately customer service is horrible!!!! If you value your time, this place is not you.

Michelle My daughter and I went to have our nails done for our Christmas trip. First, we made an appointment with one person but she isnt the one who did our nails. I asked 3 times about the type of battle I wanted and 3 times the woman working on mine confirmed I was getting what I asked for. When she pulled out the powder for acrylic nails I knew she simply had no idea what I wanted...nor did she care. I had a specific design I wanted. But instead of using polish to paint the design the woman slapped stickers on my nails and called it done. My nails arent on straight. The corners are sharp enough that I could stab myself with them and all in all, they just dont look good. More I need to find another salon to try to have them fixed before I leave for vacation on Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Simply awful!!

KiALaNi Thumbs up to Lee and Lynn for servicing me VERY last minute. They are kind friendly and know their customers by name. I did not feel rushed even though I overheard that Lee has not even taken her lunch!!! Manicured Shellac was decent...the manicure was well done... the polish has a few bubbles and needs more attention/time but is wearable under the circumstances. Plus their hospitality makes up for it. Pedicure was well done. Lynn saw some polish on my skin and not only fixed it but added another coat and top coat to fill in some of the color. Overall they provided great service with a decent quality end product, attention to detail with sincere ability to listen to what the customer wants. They have been in business for 17 years and it shows through their exceptional service.

Kobe JBui Hello everyone, I can truly say that this is one of the best salon in town, their prices are just right. I have tried all 3 techs, they all do a phenomenal job. There are mixed reviews, but I have never had any issues with Star Nails. My advice is to give them a try, if you dont like it, dont come back...but I have been coming here for the past 10 years.

Daleth Pacheco-Del Valle From the moment I walked in the place was really dirty. The chairs they have to sit on while you wait have huge black spots on them from not being cleaned. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and when I walked into the room, they expected me to lie down on a table that had hairs from previous customers on it. They didn’t have the paper to lie down on like they have at other places I have gone to. They also asked me to wear a head band to keep the hair away from the wax. I asked the lady if it had been sanitized and she said that next time I should bring my own if I’m afraid of using theirs. When it was time to pay, the lady took my card, looked into my eyes and asked, “how much do you want to tip?” The tips are usually a private matter and here they ask you straight up how much you’re going to tip them. Worst place ever. I’m never going back to this place.

Not to mention my nail technician was very rude to me when I tried to make small conversation with her. I wanted to leave during the middle of my nails being done. Matia My mom has been going here for a while and shes had many complaints and has told me about them. Yesterday she went in for a fill and the lady beside her was also getting ger nails done, my mom told me the lady besode her asked for her old nails to be SOAKED OFF. Instead my mom said the lady doing her nails ignored her and started filing the nail off, while she was filing my mom said she ripped off the customers entire fingernail and it started bleeding everywhere. After that my mom said they continued to ignore the customer (she was making noise that she was clearly in pain) and the lady doing her nails immediately put RUBBING ALCOHOL right on her finger that just got a nail ripped off…it was painful even hearing about it. Along with this, they also told my mom she would have to get a whole new set to do ombre? which isnt hard.. im genuinely wondering how any of these uneducated and ignorant asians got their nail liscense. I told my mom to stop going here and i highly highly recommend you stop going here too. They rush everything, unsanitary, overpriced, rude workers, and theyll talk crap about you in their language. Better off getting a private nail artist through instagram.

R Gefeller I came in for a fill on my nails today. Had the male worker this time. (Ive never had him do my nails and I have been coming here since August.) I already had the coffin shape and asked for it to be the same, just filled. He asked me why I dont do almond shape. I told him I like the coffin shape. He rolled his eyes and then told me the coffin shape looks bad on me, and that I should do almond. I was taken aback, and sat there feeling embarrassed. The customer service is lacking, shaming people for what they prefer is just mean. My nails are also longer on one hand then the other. The red tips are not the same either.

Shyloh Ferlance Within a month, the service from the manager (Sara) has tanked. A month ago I got a full set with her. She was the only nail tech on a Saturday morning so I gave her the benefit of the doubt when my nails came out rushed and not as good as they normally are. Today I came in for a fill and I tried to speak to her about what I wanted done differently and some mistakes I noticed from the set prior. SARA immediately gets defensive and starts arguing with me. I don’t even think she remembered me because she was stating false accusations on the state of my nails and how I came in a month ago. Instead of actually taking the critique on how I want MY nails done, she huffed and puffed like a child, and rushed my nails again. After receiving a pedicure the lady did not wash my feet in clean water. Than she arguing with me that she did and the other nail tech said she washed my feet. Madeline Jagger Ive been disappointed in the quality the past few times. My dip nails two months ago were not done right. The gal actually said it would look better if they were longer. I think maybe she was new but I really was put off the wrong way by that. Im like I come to get gorgeous shorter nails and have to keep them short thats why i get them done. I left questioning if they looked good and for sure felt some deceit going on. The quality did not match the price. The last time I thought OK Ill try gel maybe I just need a dip break.... but those were coming off within two days and not the quality Ive been used to. I also realized she charged me $45 for gel when it actually felt more like regular polish once I started taking it off. Also on capitol hill the gals there were very fast with quality still. Might need to find a new place. Although Im not sure if its the shop or the customers that go there making it this way. Everytime I also hear someone arguing about the price to get it down. One customer tried using the language barrier as her bartering tool trying to say no thats not what the other girl said on price. Then another lady was like well I get it normally for a lower price. Then shes like going back and forth negotiator style and Im like I cant even with all this. Wheres set prices explained before you start. So annoying.

The women who did my nails was very precise in what she was doing and constantly asked if she was doing what I wanted without pain and my reply each time was “it’s perfect”. She was even nice enough to help me move my stuff when my nails were wet. Overall very happy with how everything turned out❤️

Sheila Ann This is the only place I will go for pedi’s. Every time I’ve gone anywhere else I end up with ingrown toe nails. They do an excellent job here, my feet look beautiful and don’t hurt, Revision 3/1/2024, since Covid I have been going closer to home to get my pedicures. I was very pleased to come back here and have my nails thoroughly cleaned, cuticles trimmed at nails perfectly shaped and polished. I do not understand the negative reviews. The places I have gone to locally have not cut my nail cuticles, They were a mess, lesson learned the drive is worth it.

M Graham Walk in,and I appreciate how quick I was seated, requested mani pedi. The quality of this place has gone down, dirty chairs and table, needs a good cleaning. A horrible job on feet, misshapen and cut way too short and painful, no time giving to the removal of calluses or foot massage. The mani was a little better, shape good but gave a 15 second hand massage. Not worth the price. I hope it changes. I think I will try going to a spot that does Russian mani pedi.

everlyn velasquez I called in ahead of time to ask how much do they charge for underarm wax & they said $15 or $20 if it’s a lot. I walked in and after waxing my underarm they charged me $29. I asked why? She said because it was a lot. Even though they had said $20 then she said she added the tip on there!! What the hell I didn’t know you could tip yourself! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! On top of that they burned my armpit !

Callie Clark Okay so think about the worst nail place ever…and then times that by one thousand. I had been to this place before and my nails chipped immediately. This time I was completely desperate, I was going on vacation the next day and the other Milton nail places all had a long wait. So anyways I go there, the lady is rude and does a terrible job on my nails. It’s day 5 and the shellac is already chipped. If you go to this place it’s literally just throwing your money away!
