Savagely Spun Update on Review If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Not for the Drs but for office staff. I have been sent a letter stating my continuing rude behavior to staff and my online harassment is grounds to terminate care. The letter came after posting the review below. I have never been rude to staff there! Ever! I have attached my chart note from this day of my last appointment. My Dr states I was a pleasant patient. I think they did this because I told their office manager I have been tracking the mis scheduling, canceling appointments and poor billing practices to file a complaint with Medicare and my United Healthcare. Its a CYA for bad office management. Considering the Cheif Communications Officer even reached out to me, stated she was going to call me and did not follow through on contact. I am pretty confident that this move is to avoid conflict with insurance companies. Additionally they had me banned from the Benton City FB group. That is very interesting because the amount of support on that page was overwhelming. I had asked if anyone else was having this issue and over 20 people said yes. Many said they left the clinic and are driving to Prosser. Everything people are saying about this office front desk staff is true. Everything they are saying about billing is accurate. The Physicans are amazing. They dont stay long though and I dont blame them. Luckily I had already started looking for another Dr and scheduled an appt. I have been a patient here for over 2 years. I have had appointments cancelled over 20x. I have been told to come in for illness at least 2x only to arrive to be told my appt is at another office. And dont get remotely upset when they mis schedule, they act like you have attacked them. I read the other reviews, that front desk staff is awful. They dont listen when you call in and after getting treated horribly every single time, people are going to get angry. I like my physician but the administration is sub par. I am on a fixed income and applied for charity in March. Was told in April I dont need f8nacial assistance due to Medicaid covering what Medicare wont. I dont have Medicaid coverage and tried to explain this. Well once again they did not listen and in May got a collections notice. Have tried to call repeatedly to get this rectified. Finally got someone on the phone who said they needed more info and didnt process the assistance application. They said they sent me a letter. No they didnt. I use my chart and send messages. They could of easily used my chart or sent an email. I understand now why the Drs dont stay here. My Dr says in my chart I have always been a pleasant patient. For me to finally get upset about poor scheduling after 20x says something. Be cautious when coming here and stay on top of your billing.

Maria Ortega I care for my elderly mother and this clinic has been a godsend to us. From the extremely patient and friendly front desk staff to the clinicians, Ive been nothing but impressed by the level of care and professionalism. There is a lab on site for easy lab work & the communication between the clinic and Prosser Hospital is seamless. We rarely have to wait long to be seen, especially with E-Check In. Above all, I greatly appreciate the patience & empathy shown by the entire staff. I know ailing elderly folk can be a lot to handle but you all do it so well. THANK YOU! Please keep up the excellent work.

Jacqueline Francis I made my initial appointment approximately a month ago. I was supposed to be originally seen on May 30th. Unfortunately my doctor is out sick and had to reschedule for the following Friday which would have been today June 7th. Ive been receiving repeated appointment confirmation phone calls. At no point have I received a phone call from an actual human being stating to me that my doctor is still out sick and I would end up wasting half a tank of gas to get to this appointment today. I arrived to find my doctor is not there, I do hope they feel better, but I am extremely disappointed on behalf of the staff that did not notify me. My phone number is correct on file. I did confirm that. At no point did I receive any phone call explaining to me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. And to make matters worse theres no other doctor there that can see me for the matter that I needed today. So I now have to wait an additional three weeks? I find that completely unacceptable. I will be on the hunt for a new doctor that will suit my needs better than this.

Sandy Sue Reading some of other reviews is shocking! I am giving the clinic 5 stars all the way from the front desk making appointments, the medical assistants checking me in and collecting info, the lab, the nurses, and especially my dr Suzanne Staudinger. They are each and every one professional, positive, supportive and very knowledgeable. I always get a quick response and follow up from tests. I am so happy I found their clinic.

Danika Monroe I unfortunately am looking at switching to another doctors network entirely. The amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism and blatant lies the doctors and receptionists give is unlike anything Ive seen before. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone who knows anything on top of that. I have not seen original primary care physician with this clinic, Jessica Luther, in years due to her mistreatment. I would list my symptoms and she would schedule pretty much the same exact blood work time after time again and tell me that I was fine and run me through the base vitamin supplement(s) over and over again. On top of that(and what was the final straw) was seeing in my patient notes that she had called me paranoid for asking for a different set of tests and a referral. Extreme lack of professionalism and blatant lack of care for their patients at this clinic.

Rowan Gingery The one star is for the pain management section and their lack of ethical medication consideration when canceling services with a patient which includes medicines with dangerous side effects if you cut cold turkey. Let me explain further and start off with Im autistic and severely adhd with several other factors included like not owning my own vehicle and having to rely on others for rides. Now I missed like 3? days. One for sure I completely forgot about cause I forgot to store it in my phone. Another one is that he canceled on me (same day as of appointment just hours away not an issue) so I had to reschedule and I needed to be done quickly due to running out of meds but my ride wasnt able to give me a ride on the day I was given so I had to do a same day cancelation just like he did to me. So I got it rescheduled. Then I went up to Seattle and had surgery in the ER room and missed my appointment the next day since I just had surgery. Instead of being understanding the pain management team will not talk to me only sent me a letter of their dismissal of me. When I called to ask about it they had the front desk do everything for them and at this point in time I dont want to come back if this is how you treat patients especially those with complications (like if you dont want poor people to just come to your clinic then dont have the insurance most poor people have that the government offers). So I asked for a courtesy offer for my medications for example like tramadol so I can find someone new without skipping my medications. One of the medicines is dangerous to cold stop its Pregabalin. Yeah if you stop this cold turkey you can get seizures plus Im also having to cold turkey the tramadol. This doctor and his team DO NOT care for their patients and their well being. The fact they can get away with causing harm to a patient is horrible and should be down right illegal. Now Im going to have to ask my regular doctor to see if theyll provide the pregabalin or help me cut off since the pain doctor and their team rather see me have a seizure. This is inhumane and cruel and I dont know if my regular doctor can assist with a courtesy refill since its not their department. There are too many scary variables to this that if a clinic decides to cut someone off they should have humane protocols in place so the patient does not suffer. Also would not recommend transferring your records here I have tried for weeks to get things transferred with no result. I called my old place in Las Vegas to which they gave me time and dates of when they sent along with the fax number they used. The records place continued to deny to ever receive anything and even gave me other fax numbers to which I gave to my old doctors place. It got so bad the fact that the records department wouldnt do anything cause I cant help if one person says they did while the other didnt and the records place here wouldnt call them and talk to them themselves to resolve the issue. So I gave up and I do admit I have not seen my regular doctor in a hot moment cause Ive been so frustrated with this company But the front desk staff and especially the person who does most of my referrals (I believe her name is but dont quote me Jessica?) Thank you for your assistance especially with the referrals there were a ton. Also thank you to... I apologize deeply since I know Im probably going to misspell this... Dr. Banerjee? For helping me find a lot of doctors I need and I know Im not an easy case. Also that you have not focused on my weight (unlike the last primary doctor I went to in this company but in Benton City) when I told you I have been to 3 weight loss doctors already all to whom said I needed to see an endocrinologist and actually got me out to a lot of doctors I need out here. Now I do still have a gynecologist appointment coming up that were nice and rescheduled me for a new patient appointment from when I was in the hospital. But after all of this Im worried about how this will all turn out. This has been a war not in my favor.

Yesenia Adi I drove from Pasco to Prosser,The worse place ever, dr. laraiso had some dry humor going on, he stated that my primary care doctor didn’t know what she was doing, that she was stupid, and that he didn’t care about my spinal stenosis pain, and that he wasn’t going to prescribe medication for pain. That he was only going to give me ibuprofen something I can buy at the store on my own, that he was going to let my surgeon handle my pain treatment, my surgeon is not a pain treatment specialist,I didn’t even had the opportunity to talk or say nothing about my self, doctor did not treat me well, he interrupted me when I wanted to talk or say something and he acted very smart ass and it was the worse doctor appointment I ever had in my life!! Dr laraiso ! I do not recommend this doctor, dry humor rude unprofessional man. Needs to be retired!

Erica Kauffman I like my Dr but for some rest they can’t seem to send my prescriptions to the right pharmacy. I’ve asked for months and verified and verified and verified that my prescription need to go to Grandview. They keep sending them all the way to Richland to Rite Aid. I have taken that off of their. I don’t know how many times when I ordered my prescriptions I verified with the nurse Grandview Safeway and once again I go to Grandview Safeway they’re not there. They’re in Richland at Rite Aid. the office needs to get their crap together.

Brandy Moore Ive seen Theresa , Dr Laraiso, and their internist. Ive had great care and everyone is very kind. I drive from Pasco to Prosser for my appointments because its so refreshing to be treated so kindly and caring. Ive spent 8 1/2 years trying to get decent care at all the big centers here and Im so relieved to be done with them. Prosser Clinic has pretty much all the care you could need in 1 place.

I said okay, they made the appointment . so they can refer me to .They call me this same day of the appointment saying that the doctor wasnt in they can see me that day, but they could see me the next day at 9:00. Im okay. I called my boss to change my days to change my hours. They called me at 5:00 in the afternoon saying that the appointment was canceled. She couldnt see me till next Thursday. Im like, no, have I already changed my schedule. I cant call my boss to give me another day off. I cant do that else I can get fired. Thank you very much.
