Victoria Holzner Andy was the nail tech who did my new acrylic set for me today and he was fantastic! He took extra care and time to not cause pain during my old acrylic set removal. We went through my Pinterest design ideas and he was honest about his skill and design capabilities and we agreed on this design for my new set! He did an amazing job and took his time making sure the details were perfect! The ONLY reason the inspiration doesn’t match my nails is because they were out of certain colors but I chose these colors and I’m in love! Andy and Orchid Salon is my new go-to for my nails!

Celeste Silva i LOVE my nails! I always get my nails done expecting to not like them, and they EXCEEDED my expectations! The artists were all so kind! AND my artist took the acrylic all the way down my cuticle and they don’t look grown out as soon as I walk out! 10/10 I would recommend and will be coming back! This is my new salon! I didn’t catch my artists name, but he was awesome! They are honestly better than my wedding nails I got done at another salon.

Elisha Rhodes I got my nails done here today. Asked for builder gel which is really hard to find. The nails turned out good, and the customer service is good. I’ll post some pictures. I removed a star because the salon needs a good cleaning. And I wished the items she used on my nails had been disinfected first.

April Kinney First time and Im definitely impressed. Relaxing atmosphere and very talented techs. I chose a design from one of their pics. I couldnt be happier considering the one I chose had a length 3x what I got. Attached are what I got and the inspiration photo. Really appreciated the little break from my busy day! Syladel Wynona Pante Love love love this place!! They were so gentle! I got a full set of acrylics and they did not hurt! I was so scared to get my nails done again because of my bad experience from a different nail salon. But Orchid Nails did not disappoint!! Highly recommend them! I will definitely go back again. Their professionalism is up to notch too! Ive been to a lot of nail salon in the area and all of them were so loud lol but not this nail salon. They talk to each other quietly. This is definitely a nail spa place for someone like me who just wants peace and quiet while getting their best nails ever!!

Maxine Enger Elegant Nails is the best! They have been my go-to place for 3 years, after trying several other shops. They are a warm, friendly couple; salon is always fresh looking and clean. It is quiet with soft music in the background. Because I have an arm that is dysfunctional some innovation is required and done willingly. They are the best!

J Calhoun Really enjoy this salon. Very clean and comfortable place for a pedicure. Super nice couple that run it always do a great job. Plenty of parking and fun store and restaurant nearby. Highly recommend! Cash only UPDATE 3/22/24 This is such a great place for a pedicure.. Tina did an amazing job with some serious rough feet! Cant thank them enough for their cleanliness, kindness, and incredibly fair prices. Dont hesitate, theyre great! Thank you ;)

Stacie Heuer This place was great. They really took the time with me and my nails pus I want overly charged. I will be coming back. I found my new salon! Plus its a small place which made you feel more apart of their business.

Mina Hazen They were really nice and gentle on my hands. They were accommodating with shape, I asked for "arrowhead" they did come out a bit crooked and they blunted the point which defeated the purpose of getting pointed nails. Cost was nice, cheaper than other places, cash only.

L I recently visited Elegant Nails when my regular salon was closed, and while I appreciate that they were able to take me as a walk-in for a pedicure, my experience left a bit to be desired. The salon is small, with two pedicure stations and four nail stations. The overall presentation is quite dated and could use some updating to create a more inviting atmosphere. The selection of regular nail polish was limited, with the majority of colors being reds and burgundies. I understand the salon is owned and operated by a husband and wife, which gives it a personal touch, but unfortunately, the service didnt meet my expectations. The pedicure I received wasnt up to the standard Im used to. From how my nails were trimmed to the tools used, the experience felt lacking. The massage was minimal; the nail polish application and trimming was uneven, with some polish ending up on my skin. I had to request corrections, which the technician did accommodate. Overall, while Elegant Nails might be a good fit for others, it didnt quite work for me. I hope they continue to improve and wish them the best.

Justice Taafe I got a full acrylic set manicure as well as a regular pedicure at this nail salon for the first time today. I typically get my nails done at a different salon, but since they were booked out I decided to give Kitsap Nails a try. I really enjoyed how nice the staff is and I appreciated their kindness. As far as my nails, I asked for a short almond shape and I left with long, pointy stiletto style nails. This is not my style at all and I asked for them to be shorter and rounded. The nail tech tried, but she did not understand what I was asking. Since I have kids, this shape makes my daily life a bit more difficult. I also got a pedicure, which I really enjoyed! If you are getting a gel pedicure, make sure you add an additional $15 onto any pedicure package that you choose since that is the up charge for gel polish. Overall, the environment and staff were nice, but the quality of my nails was not what I expected at all. I would bring in a photo to reference the shape that you are looking for to make sure you leave with nails you like. The first two photos are my nails from this visit and the other photo is what I typically receive from other nail salons when I ask for an almond shape.

Valerie Hopper I made a reservation to have my disabled mom and sister to have their nails done. One was a full set the other a fill and change of color. The point of the reservation was for them to have the spa experience. Both getting there nails done at the same time and being able to visit while being catered to. That was not the case. They had one person Going back and forth between them and a third person. We were there for more then 2 hours. They don’t understand English very well so after figuring out what we wanted it came to 113.00. Never going back there ever. I didn’t see prices on the walls like other salons. I believe I was over charged. My receipt was not itemized.

Leiker David (Shastadad) Did not have an appointment yet they were able to take me in for a pedicure. As an older gentleman it has become impossible for me to take care of my feet, its not a vanity thing just impossible to bend down and do it myself The nail technician was friendly and professional and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I was happy with the results Have been coming to this establishment since I moved to Bremerton and they were half the size that they are now. I am not surprised at their success since they give the same excellent service as they did back then

holly hogan The employees are so sweet and friendly! I got a pedicure (amazing) and a dip manicure here today, and Im not impressed with the manicure. Im not sure if I just being too critical or if my expectations were too high. Ive attached pictures to the review. I feel like the powder is too thick and she wasnt able to clean my nails up when she was done (I asked and she tried). I came here a few months ago and had a perfect experience. Maybe today was an off day but...but an expensive off day. Edit: I took a good look at my pedicure and thats messed up too. I went back in and asked them to fix my nails, Ive added pictures of the fix....they thinned the powder down, but my nails still look bulky and clunky. Still didnt clean them up like I asked a few times. They told me to next time: let my nail grow longer (I keep my nails short for work and school) and to tell them I want them thin. Also when they do the dip powder, they dip your whole finger in the jar....which I guess isnt the most sanitary way to do that. Ill be finding another salon!

Cassie Hodosky I always go with a photo of what I want for my nails and they always nail it! Pedicures are always lovely too! Me and my three daughters go here and have been for almost two years. Wont go anywhere else in this area! This pic is two weeks after my nail service! All nails are still on point!

Jennabalberg Lily is THE BEST. Truly she is so fast and is so exceptional at her craft. Best manicurist I’ve ever had in my 20+ years of getting my nails done regularly. She is such a gem. I promise you, I’m letting you in on Bremerton best kept secret.

Gemma Graham Lily is amazing and the best nail technician I have been to. I have been seeing her for more than 2 years and travel from Gig Harbor to see her once a month to get my nails taken care of. I could find someone closer but I have never found someone who can do my nails, respect the appointment time and has such a great attention to detail. Lily even turned my husband on to pedicures. I love her work and enjoy my appointments!

Jessica Hirsch Lily is quick, efficent and really does the BEST nails. My nails are stronger, and last 4-5 weeks. Its easy to make an appointment online. She has a lot of colors to pick from.

Keke Update 1/18/2025 Keep being more and more impressed every time I visit this wonderful salon!! I tried chrome nails today and they finish product is just breathtaking! Ms Lily and her husband are so kind and worked to get me in same day. Just cannot say enough great things about this business!! Absolutely thrilled with this hidden gem! Beautiful clean, relaxing salon complete with the best massage chairs Ive had in awhile all with a plethora of colors and nail services to choose from! The owner is meticulous yet efficient (got me in and out in under 50 mins for a gel mani and deluxe pedicure at a very reasonable price) and yet I didnt feel rushed at all. And the nails themselves are perfect! The ease of online booking is an added bonus. Definitely making this my go to nail salon.

Evin Abel I have been going to Lily since I moved to WA a year and a half ago. I am always sooo happy with how my nails turn out and how quick and efficient each appointment is (I always have acrylics + gel) — Booking is a dream and takes 30 seconds on her website which is a huge plus!!! It’s clear and easy and sends appointment reminders which is always helpful. She most recently did my wedding nails and they were beyond perfect. Her salon is peaceful and relaxing and never chaotic. Definitely would recommend Lily if you’re looking for a new mail salon!
