Grant B Michael and Tracy did such a beautiful job on my nails! I am in love! They are the kindest people in the world and squeezed me in last minute! Their prices are wonderful and their shop is so loving and everyone is so kind! I can’t wait to come back! The hand massage alone would make me come back! I came in with Pinterest pictures of sparkle, ombre tips and was having so much trouble deciding and they helped me pick the colors and they did incredible!

Delicia Tampourlos I’ve been a regular since 2021 (moved here from out of state). Michael and Tracy are more than just the owners they are my friends! Always make an appointment to ensure your spot for the day! They can even (usually) accommodate you same day as long as you’re willing to book. They do get busy and run out of space and understandably so. Their work is reliable and service is unmatched. I have seen them take walk ins, but it’s my personal recommendation you call first just to be sure. I hope you choose them for your next nail or wax service.

Bridget Knox I’m picky about my nails I get acrylic but I like them to still look natural with shellac and my daughter gets the dip powder. They did amazing on us both and are open 7 days a week. They have a wide variety of colors for powders and shellac! I’m thrilled and we will be back! It was clean and they were so nice!!

Tia Bee Catherine was amazing. So neat, precise and quick. I showed her a pic and she followed exactly. My new favorite nail artist. you can tell she loves doing this and thats what makes the experience amazing.

Christina Reynolds I went to Nails by Catherine one time about a month ago. I had to pay a $20 deposit via Zelle to hold my spot which was fine. I got a dip manicure which was an okay experience. She charged me extra for a dip powder with glitter and a couple of short tips so all my nails were the same length. I thought that charging extra for glitter dip powder was ridiculous because the process of doing the dip manicure was the same. I ended up paying $60 for something that was originally quoted as $50. Catherine was not friendly, wasnt easy to talk to, and definitely cant hold a conversation. At the end of the appointment, I decided to book another appointment for 3 weeks later to give her another chance as her work was above average. I sent her a $20 deposit to hold the spot and left. Fast forward 3 weeks... my flight was delayed and I left her know as soon as I could. She told me I would lose my deposit as I didnt give her 48 hours notice but I did give her over 24 hours notice. I didnt even know her 48 hour notice rule. I could see why shed keep my deposit if I didnt show up or gave her less than a few hours notice. Catherine told me Id have to pay another $20 deposit to hold a spot for a different day. She is definitely not kind, understanding, or compassionate. She told me that she didnt care because she had other clients who are "kind and trusted". When I told her how I felt about the situation, she blocked me my number and blocked me from her business social media pages. Catherine refunded my money after my friend (who got her nails done by Catherine and works in the industry as well) told her she was going to lose clients if she treated them that way. I think Catherine needs to put her prices, rules, and regulations on her website so her clients know what to expect before they book with her.

Suchithra V I can’t say enough about Catherine and her cute nail studio at Everett, WA.I really liked her home setting which felt private and cozy. Unlike other Nail salons where you are treated like a next in line customer, Catherine treats her customers really well. She can do any service or nail art that you want. Just show her the picture and she can paint or create just the look that you want. She was like an artist who enjoys doing her art and cares for her work. Her prices are so much reasonable compared to others and she takes time to do her work. If you are planning to go, keep aside 2.5 to 3 hrs so that she does not have to rush and do her work nicely. Call her in advance and book the appointment. I am so happy to have found a nail studio/artist that does a good job and is reasonably priced in Seattle.

brooke bauer Me and my mom go here and we love it. Kevin and Stephanie are so sweet and funny, and my nails always look amazing. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and they always make sure were comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nails and a friendly vibe!

liza I’ve finally found a legit nail salon close to home. Stephanie and Kevin work together so great! It’s constantly busy with their loyal customers so be patient, it’s definitely worth it! They recommend making an appointment on Facebook or calling in. I learned the first time I tried to do a walk in. I was planning on removing my acrylics altogether but now that I’ve found them, I don’t want to! This last time, I had to get my ECCC nails ready for the con so showed Stephanie a pic and she did so good, they almost look like stickers, they’re so cute!

April French I had such an amazing experience at Awesome Nails & Spa! Kevin and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful. Kevin was so attentive and skilled, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Stephanie is incredibly talented—her nail art skills are out of this world! She can draw the coolest designs with such precision and creativity. I was blown away by how detail-oriented she is, making sure every little aspect of my nails looked perfect. The salon itself is clean, inviting, and relaxing, but the incredible customer service from Kevin and Stephanie truly sets this place apart. kikigirl A Today marks exactly one week since I had my nails done at Anas place, and I want to share my honest review. It was my first visit, and while Ana is very nice and welcoming, I have to address some concerns. I paid $111 for a gel manicure and pedicure, and I expected exceptional work for that price. Unfortunately, I believe Ana needs to hire more professional nail artists. The person who did my pedicure did not seem like a trained professional. I dont want to spend my money on a service that looks like I could have done it myself. Ana mentioned that her gel manicures usually last longer, but after just a week, I noticed some of the polish is already peeling off. Overall, I have had better gel manicures and pedicures compared to this.

Madison Weldon Ive only ever had great experiences at Anas, and Ive been going there for years now to get my nails done! Ana is very accommodating. Your happiness = her happiness. Even if shes busy, she makes sure to give you individual attention. Ive brought my Mom, friends, and even my future Mother in Law to Anas. Everyone is always impressed by the price and quality. Plus if you ever run into an issue, just address it with Ana. Shell work with you. Ana also recently hired a new employee, Sandy, who is very talented! Sandy recently did my nails on 10/4 for spooky season, image attached.

These are a week out and still holding up very well Ana’s Nails and Spa is simply incredible! I’ve been a loyal client since they opened, and from my very first visit, Ana and her team have made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I’ve tried just about every service they offer, and I’m consistently impressed by their attention to detail. Ana’s passion for her work shines through in every service, making each visit feel special. Ana is so talented and so sweet! She recently started offering facials, and she takes the time to personalize each treatment, leaving my skin feeling amazing!

Pembrook Darcy Ugh, such a great experience! I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while and decided to do so during the holiday weekend. I got a mocha colored gel manicure and it turned out so good! Ana was quick, skilled, and a pleasure to chat with! The nails lasted almost 4 weeks which was insane to me and even then, the chipping was very minor and I probably could’ve worn them for another week. Highly, highly recommend!

Lea Metzner The nail tech showed up late, our appointment was at 4:45 and she came in around 5. The whole time she worked on our nails, she was standoffish and in a hurry. She pulled and twisted my fingers, which was super painful. When we finally left, I noticed the dip is OK, but theyre all uneven.

April Heivilin I have gone to several places over the years, but Kims is the best by far! My nails lasted for so long (5 weeks because we were doing home projects and I didnt get back in for a fill), and never broke! And they soaked off my old set without coming and filing my nail bed. For the first time a manicure salon didnt harm my natural nails! I was surprised and delighted! Their staff is really welcoming and kind as well, which is always appreciated!

Lyudmila Dovgalyuk Ive been getting my nails done here a few times now. The last time I came in on Saturday with another nail technician I was pretty disappointed. I normally see Michelle the owner and never had any problems. I came this time and it was with another lady. I was requesting to get my nails done a certain way, and style. Instead of going home with it done that way she pressured me into doing it another way. She said "its old school nobody does it like that". So at this point I felt discouraged and quite disappointed, I went with another style and color. Mostly to just get out of there sooner!! We continued with another color. Then she mentioned I cant have them too short if Im doing SNS. While showing another photo with what I was trying to have. She says "you cant have the same nails as in the photo!!!". Im sorry but I pay $50 to get my nails done. Expecting a good service! And with the nails I want. Instead I walked away SO GLAD TO GET OUT OF THERE. I should not be yelled at like a four year old. All the customers kept looking over as if I was asking for so much. Its basic needs and wants when I get my nails done. If you have a full schedule maybe dont fill it to the point that the customers arent able to get the needs that they expect to receive. Using "old fashion" as a excuse that you dont have enough time.

Gela Shandar HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! This is the most amateur place Ive ever been. It is a total waste of your money. This place needs to be shut down. Way too many places to choose from thats so much better. I will never be back to this place!!! I should have trusted the other reviews. It looks like my 7 year old did my pedicure and charged me money. I asked her to fix them and she couldnt because they looked so bad. They would have had to start all over.

Andrea Read I’m so bad on names the amazing woman who did my nails I can’t remember her name but I remember Michelle she’s so personable makes you feel at home like you’ve been coming there for years now I’ve been having a big problem with the acrylic yellowing by the time I go in and get my fill I broke a nail slammed in the slider door they fix the nail and did a fill on my others the one they fixed need to fill but it has no yellow at all it has not yellowed whatsoever!!! I like them so much that I’m going back in on Saturday and getting all of these removed and a new set put on! That’s how amazing I think they are I travel 20 miles just to have them do my nails you will not be sorry!

Magdalia Got a pedicure done here about a week ago and I wont be returning. Neither my friend or myself got a foot massage or any sort of foot rub. The hot towel was used just to clean my foot and not to mention that my dead cuticles werent even removed. We went in two hours before closing and I felt very rushed. I ended up going to a different place to get a real pedicure. At a time when everything is so expensive I would expect them to have much better customer service.

Inna Gavrishchuk I love how it turned out. Atmosphere was lovely. Very clean and kind workers. My only complaint is the pricing. I was charged $65 and thats $25 more than my usual location. I enjoy leaving a $10 tip usually. But here it out prices my budget for nails and tip. I feel awful when I cant leave much of a tip. But if it can last me at least 3 weeks. I may return. Edit: a week later half my nails are off.....if you want nails for a couple days. They look amazing. But not for a regular nail appointment

Annie Sanchez This is my first time going, I went with my friend because we were treating ourselves and this is a place she frequents. Now I know why. I don’t live near this place but now I wish I did. The lady that did my nails was really friendly and she joked around with me and she really helped pick out the colors I wanted so it would match the inspo that I showed her. I think this place is reasonably priced, I got a ml + French tip + design that came out to $115 (without tipping, with I paid $130), and I’m so in love, I feel so confident! I love that’s they offer free drinks too from water, tea, coffee, to sodas, they got a nice variety!

Tracey Harbinson First and foremost, the place doesnt have that overwhelming nail salon smell. Yes, it smells like a salon, but not bad. Pedicures have always been great and long lasting. The staff and owner have great personalities, - friendly with a good sense of humor.

Amy Dobesh I visited KT Nail Spa around three weeks ago (or more?) for the first time, and look forward to returning soon (hopefully tomorrow) for more five star service! I walked in without an appt and only a little while before their closing time, to find a full shop of happy people chatting and laughing. I was welcomed in and no one mentioned my timing, even though it meant staying late to finish my nails. Katie did not make me feel rushed and did an excellent job, pleasantly talking to me, and other regular customers who she knew by name, displaying to me that her clients are happy to return over and over for the wonderful treatment they receive there. I felt so pleased with everything About my experience, and I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality work as well as competitive prices. I already consider myself a loyal customer after the time I spent at KT Nail Spa. I wanted to add a picture of my nails after nearly A MONTH of me working, in the yard, washing dishes, scrubbing floors and other abuse that I unfortunately give them in my daily life. Unfortunately my phone camera is not working, but I think they have stood the test of time for sure!! Definitely got my moneys worth!

After suffering through salons where I felt I was being treated like a number, going to Tifany has given me self confidence and happiness with my nail health. I always get dozens of compliments from her work, and relaxation from her warm and inviting salon. It feels so much like visiting with a friend who happens to do amazing work as an aesthetician to boot. Plus, she’s one of two pros in the country I trust with my ingrown nail problem—thanks to her, I’m now pain-free. You definitely get what you pay for in this salon. Good value.

Hager James (JustJames69) Friendly professional and prices are very reasonable for the high standard of quality she provides. I didnt have my nails done, but I had my teeth whitened and WOW! Tiffany does more then nails at her shop. She has several qualifications hanging on her walls. I will go back to her if I have my toes or finger nails ever done. Im definitely going back for more teeth whitening and a deep tissue massage! I strongly recommend her.

Alexis Williams They are very sweet, but the lady did a horrible job on my nails...the paint was very thin and she painted them standing up while I was getting my pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. But the nails are terrible...I hate complaining and for a full set n pedicure I paid $110 with a tip. It wasnt busy at all my pointer finger nail is lifting and it hasnt even been 2 weeks, its actually been a week and a half. And my thumb nail is bubbled. I dont recommend for nails but pedi I do for sure!

KarmaIzaBeach PeaceOfMeow I went here to originally get a pedicure but it turned into talking about having purple hair to getting my hair colored purple. Lol. I love how both my toes and hair turned out. I think I got the nickname "purple lady" cause of all the purple I wear. These ladies are friendly and the place is kept pretty clean. Most of the pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Nicole White I normally don’t post reviews, but this was a bit much. I bought a shellac manicure for $27. I asked for the paint to be removed off the skin and I was completely ignored. It’s like she just wanted to get the money and go on to the next customer. So much for service and completing the job! I won’t be returning. I wish I had the other lady, who seemed much better but I was traded off to another tech. I could’ve done this at home

Angel T I had always been a huge fan of this place. The results were OK. But the customer service was unlike anything Ive experienced anywhere else. This place has changed over the last few years, and not for the better. Was needing to get a treatment done that needed at least two hours. Never have I been rushed out like a piece of meat. When customers started coming in they decided not to ask people to come back later, but were trying to accommodate everyone with very limited staff. Sorry, but I dont appreciate being treated like a piece of meat, am more than happy to take my money someplace else and pay more if need be for better customer service. Im financially able to go some place else, I only come here because in the past they have always done good work, I had always tipped them very generously (over $100.00) and there wasnt any problems. That has changed. There was one staff member whom I will not name, with rough hands and it was clear she was in a hurry to get me out of there so they could get to everyone. I understand what customer service is about, I have worked in a related industry for over 20 years. If it were not for this person I would not be leaving this review. Sad!

Faith Leslie Very pleased with their service, cleansiness, helpfulness, and understanding. I went in and got acrylics. Everything was perfectly fine until further examination the nail polish was a little bit clumpy Im assuming the clear coat. And my nails were getting caught in my hair. I called back and spoke with the manager She was very polite and wonderful customer service I went in and had The color redone. It was perfect after that. I love how they kept asking if everything was good they also offered a drink which was very kind of them. Overall wonderful customer service and they were very polite when I came back in to get them redone. I will definitely be going back!!

Mahayla Ignacio Love this place! Great vibes, super kind staff. Owner was very warm and welcoming. Offered us options for something to drink no extra charge including mimosas! Got the classic pedicure ($33) and got a good massage (really took their time and didn’t rush it) plus hot towels. Lady asked at every step if I was doing alright and if I liked the polish/design (got a French). Music wasn’t too loud or obnoxious either. Seemed like the staff and customers were all having a good time! Huge selection of colors and designs and I think they’re pretty reasonably priced! There’s even kids pedicure chairs available for the little ones too. Definitely a new favorite location for me.

Carole.n.Monte Marti Highly disappointed. I have attached photos of my nails 16 hours after the manicure and the nail polish was already coming off. It has now been three days since my manicure and the polish is almost all off on my right hand. I have only washed dishes and used regular soap. Probably not getting another manicure for awhile.

I have been going here for years and recently didnt have the best experience with a pedicure. I brought it to her attention and she thanks me profusely for talking to her about it. I came back next time and without asking she not only gave me 20% off my pedicure but had my favorite gal give me an extra long pedicure. Snow you are amazing at nails and just lovely to talk with. devika shah This is my first time being here and also will be my last, I have had fill for years. I showed the manicure lady my inspiration pic, it had sparkles and she directly applied the based pink powder and started to get the sparkles in. When I asked her to apply the nice nail paint before the sparkles she started arguing how it doesn’t work that way. (I have done sparkles for years and I know a thing or two of how they do it) Anyway I finally gave in and just told her to solid color on all nails. Very disappointed

Carole Fies Mia does beautiful nails, but is not responsible with your time. Time before last she texted, can I come 45 minutes early, which I did. I then waited 40 minutes to be out in front of (I’m guessing Anthony?) to have my fill/gel polish. While Mia finished for him, it’s not who I had the appt with. This last time? I’d had an appt for a week for 09:30. She texted night before “see you at 10:00 tomorrow”. I replied I have another appt at 11 she said no problem. I showed up 5 minutes early along with another lady-who was a walk in not an appt., When I Walk in, Mia is just arriving. She tells me to sit to wait. The woman that was already being treated then went to Mia and the WALK IN was put in front of Anthony. So at 10:05 I ask-how long? She says (again) only a few minutes. I remind her, my appt was originally for 0930 because I have an appt at 11. Sh says “you will be done by 11”. I then said, my appt at 11 isn’t next door, I have to leave. Ridiculous to book three people for same time slot or to take a walk-in before the person who has the appt. I have not been back and won’t. Customers time is valuable and she has zero respect for that.

Katie Fender I would never believe that I would give Anthony Nails such a low rating, but heres why. Yes, I agree that Anthony does a good job with nails and his wife does awesome pedicures. But heres the caveat. Dont ever let a family emergency happen the same day of an appointment. I had been going to Anthonys for over six years. The first time I had to cancel an appointment was three hours prior to the appointment and due to my father-in-law being sent to the ICU at Harborview. This did not matter to Anthony. After my three hour in advance cancellation, Anthony told me I could no longer make appointments and that I would only be able to do "walk-ins". Next, while I was getting a manicure, I asked if I could come in the next day at 10:00 for a pedicure. Anthony said, "Yes, but if you could try to come early that would be best." I called on my way the next day to say that I couldnt make it early for the appointment but could be there on time. Anthony said "No". Really? Because I couldnt make it early, I wasnt allowed to keep the appointment? The next three times I tried to schedule an appointment Anthony did not respond to my texts. Apparently, Anthony has enough customers so that he can alienate one that was dedicated for six years and one time had to cancel three hours ahead and another time couldnt make it early for an appointment. If you plan to go there, just dont ever have any life emergencies as Anthony will not accept you.

Kimberly Clark Today was the first time Ive gone to Anthonys Nails and I can honestly say it will be my forever place for pedicures and nails. I brought my 82 year old mom as a pedicure treat. We enjoyed Mei and Anthony so much. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and most of all...oh so funny! Anthony is a hoot! Our pedicures were the best Ive had in all of Snohomish, Monroe and Edmonds! It is so nice to finally find a place where I feel comfortable and included in the conversation. Not to mention my pedicure was fabulous. Theres not a rough spot left on my feet! Thank you so much Anthony and Mei. Will see you soon!

Monica Heffner Absolutely the best nail salon in Washington state! My acrylics never chip or break and he does airbrush designs. He knows everyone by name and never forgets anyone. His wife is just as great as he is and his pedicure lady does phenomenal pedicures that are the same level of quality as Anthonys work. It doesnt matter where you live this salon is worth the drive! Aside from the excellent customer service here his prices are great and nobody pushes upgrades or extra services. I love this salon!

Anika Draper My mom and I had been going to see Anthony for years (my mom saw him for over 15+ years) and the past year he started not listening to what we liked, he would cancel our appointments because his "shoulder hurt" but when wed drive by during our should have been appointment time, he was there doing other peoples nails. He got very short and aggravated with my mom wanting a little longer nail and charged her crazy amount for it and it wasnt very long at all... Its so sad and disappointing because Anthony was family.. he even attended my wedding and has all our family pictures up on his wall.. it sucks but wouldnt recommend anymore to people.

Mariam Greb Brought my mom here for gel manicures on a Sunday evening and they were able to get us in without appointments. $5 more than another place in the area but I think worth it (went to the other next time and quality wasnt as good). Sam did my nails and did such a great job. My nails are thin and currently chip easily so I asked that she preserve them, not buff too thin and she did just that. Unfortunately my next call, I found out she moved to Florida. Ill be back though to try another nail tech. Recommended.

Stephanie Martinez Everyone is very friendly and greets you by name when you walk in. The place is very clean and well kept. I’ve been seeing Rose and she’s exceeded my expectations every time. She’s meticulous in her work and takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I usually go about 4-5 weeks between dip manicures and besides grow out, they look just as perfect as the day I left. They never lift or peel and her techniques keep my very brittle nails strong and they are the longest they’ve been in years. I highly recommend anyone there but Rose has quickly become my go to!

Fye They overcharge for everything and cannot fulfill most new styles for nails. They charge 32 bucks for an eyebrow and lip wax… I have never spent that much on waxing but maybe prices have gone up without me knowing in general. They also always end up leaving wax in my hair. This time there was even a wax strip left!

I did have to wait a good 20 minutes after being seated (with an appt) for them to finish up pedicures, but honestly it was completely worth the wait, plus I could tell they were doing the best they could between the two of them working. I want to say Therese (?) was the one who did my dip manicure. She consulted me on what would work best for my desired outcome. Fantastic attention to detail. Ive been to other places who say they offer hand massages after manicures and they just slap your hands full of oil and have you wash it of?? This place doesnt do any of that. Also - the building is very open with lots of light that isnt overwhelming or too bright, and they have their business licenses posted on the wall so you KNOW this place is legit. Julia Horn Im so glad I found this place! Ive gotten gel manicures here for a few years now. The staff are all super nice and professional. Its also conveniently located right next to Fred Meyer. The service prices are so affordable and they always make an effort to chat with me when Im in the chair, which I enjoy. All my gel manicures last at least two weeks without chipping. I havent gotten acrylics but theres almost always someone getting them while Im in there. They take walk-ins but I typically make an appointment unless Im just there for a gel removal (also extremely affordable). Any negative reviews are likely from people who are annoyed that the lady who mostly gives pedicures doesnt speak very fluent English. I havent had a single issue with her work. I show her pictures of what I want and respect her limits. Just ask for the owner or her family member (the younger gal) if you definitely want more intricate nail art.

I paid for a new acrylic set and within a week its lifting at the bottoms (see photos) paid $55 for them Before that the nails came out sideways amd made my nails looked deformed.. A B I really wanted to give them a great review my first time here I booked a 5pm nail removal, with an acrylic full set with design I show up on time and they were very nice but then I noticed every one started leaving and the worker told me to come earlier next time because they close at 6pm. Their system shouldn’t let me book all that if there’s not enough time. But they did my nails. I skipped the design so they could get out of their (I liked the Matte it was turning out anyways) 2nd attempt I went in with a simple white design little sparkle and some rhinestone on one finger great work left a tip next morning the paint was peeling off 8/10 fingers. And this was shellac should not be peeling off. Went back in to get them fixed she didn’t put the sparkle back on my nails but did put the rhinestones back on here we are now a week out from that fix and I have officially lost 2 nails from the paint peeling off again. The staff is super friendly but this doesn’t make up for product not lasting until needing a fill.

I am a kind generous client. I am male and I don’t think they like working on men’s nails. Not sure but won’t be coming back. Jason Here I came in to get an acrylic fill. Kim Was my nail tech and she did an absolute horrible job. When I asked her how we could fix it, she was very rude and almost yelled. I will never ever go there again. By the way, they have their prices listed on the wall. And acrylic fill is listed at $30, they always charge more.

Scott Came in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm with my girlfriend for 2 manicures. No wait at all which was nice. $20 per mani. Normally Id say thats fine but given the in and out job done, Id say $15 is reasonable, $20 is high. But Ive also seen worse. They sat us down, did the usual Mani stuff. Nothing notable there. This could be good or bad for you but they didnt say anything to us the entire time. No conversation, no music, just a low TV which made the place feel stale and awkward to even want say anything to my gf. As I helped my GF pick a color and noticed a lot of them seemed old and hard. The color selection itself was also lackluster. The one we picked ended up being old and hard, as Ive seen in other reviews. They grabbed a kind of similar color that ended up looking fine, But it took her a while to land on a color selection just to be told It wont work lol The place itself was clean. Decoration minimal and very sterile. Lots of... White. Following this we walk next door to get sandwiches and my girlfriend noticed the paint had already blemished so it was clearly not high quality nail polish. Not overly put off, but not eager to come back either.

Isabella Martynyuk The day before Easter I went in here to get my nails done, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m not quite sure the name of the lady who did my nails, I just know that she was the one taking phone calls and writing appointments down in a book that day as well as sitting at the table closest to the register. Therefore, I would assume she is one of the owners. it was the day before Easter and of course it was super super busy which I understand. But it should not take almost 3 hours for a soak off and a new set. I got there at 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until almost 2:30. The main lady who was doing my nails, invited over another lady to come put new tips on. The main lady also just kept stopping between each step to go take on a new client. I requested chrome on my thumb, pointer, and pinky finger and you can see in the picture below that was not done. I watched her take out the little jar of chrome powder and then she proceeded to put it away after she dumped a bunch of cuticle oil on my hands. I also requested a flower on my ring finger. As you can also see in this picture, the flower looks terrible. When I was paying, it cost $70 but, she said she would take $10 off just because I waited so long. At this point I was already angry at knew I wasn’t leaving a tip or coming back again. Worst $60 I’ve spent. Cheap $15 press Ons would’ve been better.

Savannah Fabroa I was charged $41 for this. The guy cut my cuticle and then asked out loud what happened. Sorry- YOU cut my cuticle and made it bleed. He missed one of my chipped nails and painted over it. My hands were already dry and he put acetone on my nails 3 times. He painted my nails and didn’t even put my hands under the UV lights. Shortly after he painted my nails- he pressed hard on several nails, leaving fingerprints and messing up my nails. He took the polish off. I had been there so long I didn’t have time to go through the process again. What started as taking off my dip nails turned into a nightmare. Now I have to go to a networking event with hundreds of people tomorrow with that manicure. And a bloody finger.

sabrina schoonover Got my nails done on Thursday. It’s only the Monday after and the matte coat has peeled up. It started peeling the day after. The lady was really nice. But the other time I was in she was more concerned about her phone and cut my cuticle so bad it bled for about 30 minutes after. And she did the same thing this time. My friend came with me as well and by Saturday morning, two of her acrylics were broken from seemingly nothing.

Lora Burke Nails were super thick, application was really painful, the shellac didnt cover the whole nail bed and made my nails look really short. My acrylic didnt get thinned at all, and the shaping is uneven and irregular. The filed away gunk didnt get cleaned out from under the nails either.

briahna thomas I went in to Tommy barber and nails to get my birthday nail set, asked for pink chrome with checkered in two fingers (I had inspo picks) and left the salon disappointed. The shaping is awful. Almond was what I wanted and they’re a bit wonky and one pinky nail turned out stiletto not almond. Two nails are significantly longer than the rest. And the checkered — the nail tech informed me she could do the design no problem however it is so poorly done and the checkered boxes are all crooked and some aren’t filled in all the way. I would have rather been told the design was too hard and I could have easily settled for something different. I would not recommend going here.

Holly Hartley Normally I have had a good experience with true touch but today I left with bleeding cuticles on multiple fingers, a messy French tip, and dip powder cured to my skin. I had to ask her to redo the tips multiple times because she left hairs in the white polish on my nail, would give me a crooked French tip, and leave smudges behind. When I asked her to make changes, she would sigh and get pretty annoyed with me. Still left with terrible nails after asking for specific changes. Paid $150 after tip :( probably won’t go back unless Alex or his wife does my nails himself:/

Kat Welever I will never go and I highly recommend that no one looking for a new nail salon choose this place. They did an absolutely horrible job on my nails!! They are uneven and lumpy, I’ll put it this way my 10 year old niece could have done a better job. AND charged me $55 for a fill on this hack job. I’m not the only one either, as I was getting my nails done a gal came in to have them attempt to fix the terrible job done on her nails. The guy kept burning me because his machine was set too fast. Several time he said “ oops” as his machine tip grinded on my flesh. I have an injured finger and even with me reminding him of this fact he was so rough I was almost in tears. I am so disappointed, my birthday is next week and I really wanted nice nails, now I’m stuck with this garbage because I can’t afford to go get them fixed.

Sarah Fraley This is the best nail salon i have ever been to. I see Lesa. She is so sweet and actually takes her time with me, and does not rush me in or out. She took so much time on my nails, and is a perfectionist. You can tell she enjoys her work. I also have her do my eyebrows. She did my nails exactly as the picture I showed her. She offered suggestions on how to keep my nail length and a plan moving forward. All the nail techs seem lovely and like they take their time with each client. I wont be going anywhere else ever. 10/10 recommend.

Stephanie burgess I’ve been a client of Luna Nail Lounge for several years now, I began coming because I can rely on being able to walk in without an appointment and without requesting a specific nail tech and know that my nails will look great when they’re done. There’s almost never a wait and the staff are friendly! I get the dip service nails and they always look fantastic. My nails have been so healthy too. I’ll always be a customer of Luna Nails! I haven’t been anywhere else in years.

Princess Gimeno I booked at least 1.5 weeks in advance. We had 2 full sets and 2 gel manicures. Tien, the owner did my nails (red french). She was really great at making sure throughout the process I was okay with the length, shape, and color. I really appreciate checking on things like that as she does them and not at the end. She was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back again and have her do my nails.

Greyshell Cabrera I have been to this salon many times because at first I really liked their services, but lately they have been working too fast and do not leave the desired finish, I just spent 65 dollars on a pedicure and it is not really as I wanted it, I did not say anything at the time because I had already had a problem with a manicure and complained and they tried to fix it, but the paint fell off a week, so I did not want to complain again, I just decided not to return to this place. The girls are friendly, but my recent experience has not been very good.

None of the nails are the same size or shape quite frankly and it just feels very sloppy to me. The woman was also not even there when my appointment started at 12…

Kate This was rough. I will say the folks are friendly, and they have a ton of good color options. I used their website to make an appointment on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. On my way to the appointment, I missed a call and texts from them asking me to come at 10 because on Sunday they dont open until 10. So they need to fix their website. They opened earlier than 10 to get started on my service, which I appreciated! However, just 5 days after my dip manicure with them, my nails were lifted and one popped right off as I was putting on a sweater. I dont know if they missed a step in the process or what. My nails are so thin and damaged now, maybe they went overboard with the dremel. The pedicure was also just not that great, not much massage. I didnt contact them about the early failure of my manicure because I honestly just dont want to go back. Hopefully others have better luck.

Kazzi Z I came in for a manicure and get my eyebrows done. While the mail technician was friendly you can clearly see it was very poorly done. My nails are uneven and my cuticles are not done properly. They also didn’t add cuticle oil either. The eyebrow lady did a good job, however, she was brushing her hair while I was in a dark dungeon room. She also never even let me see my eyebrows in a mirror in case I needed anything adjusted. They rush and try to get you out to start on the next person. Terrible quality. And I am not even sure they blue light their utensils for cleanliness. Never going back there again.

Abby Romero Perez I found crystal nails on google and the reviews were pretty decent and they displayed beautiful acrylic nails and nail art. I was so excited to hear they provided gel nails as this was my preference. Unfortunately, I regret coming to this place yet the service was not good and a waste of money honestly. I scheduled an appointment for me and my best friend on 9/10 at 4 PM with Michelle. Not only did we have to wait 30 mins to be attended but someone other than Michelle was doing my friends nails. We had consecutive appointment because I had my child with me. Because of this both Michelle and the trainee started working on my friends nails yet for some reason they seemed to be in a rush even though they close at 7 and had no other clients. Michelle did not even ask my friend is she could start working on her other hand instead she just snatched her hand as she was resting her head on it. Then Michelle criticized everything the other nail tech was doing and would rip the nail tips that had already been glued right off to reposition. When it was my turn she did the same thing three times and it was very painful yet unlike acrylics, gel requires a full nail extension not just the tip. After the gel is cured the nail is fully attached to your nail so when she was tugging at it to reposition I could feel my whole nail moving and it was a painful stinging sensation. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t say anything in fact the trainee mentioned something then Michelle was more gentle and didn’t let the nails cure for too long. We were charged $55 per set was seemed absurd given the service but we paid and left. That same night, about 5 hours later two nails had the nail polish peeling off completely then about 12 hours later a nail started lifting. By 9/12 one of my nails fully came off, another nail chipped and the paint was coming off on 3 nails. At this point I’m extremely dissatisfied so I call around noon and ask them to fix it and they tell me to come in and I said I would go in in the evening. I arrived at 5:45 PM and the nail salon was already closed and there was no explanation or sign, the only thing displayed were the hours which dictated a closing time of 7 PM. It’s disappointing that the service and quality of nails is poor and mediocre. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this salon. I feel so bad that I took my friend there and had her pay for such service as she was also unsatisfied with her nails. UPDATE (since for some reason I can’t respond to owner): Was contacted by the salon via text message however I had already gotten my nails fixed elsewhere. I went to another salon and the nail tech told me my cuticles weren’t done right and the oil was probably not removed from my nails. They only charged me $20 since they felt bad that they were able to snap my nails right off. Although I do appreciate that crystal nails reached out to me and were willing to fix their mistake. When I was texted by them it sure did seem as if they cared more about me deleting the review than my experience and satisfaction. The response on google was appropriate and I only wish that was the tone that was conveyed in private.

Brigette B Been waiting to see Angie more than anything since I found her on Instagram in 2019/2020. I drove over 2 hours to get to her and was SO excited, and it was beyond disappointing. I tipped 25% after being treated very badly & being over charged on top of it all. Still was nice, patient and kind. Just wanted it to end. Very shocked and honestly sad at the whole experience. Completely inexcusable - I had to bite my tongue cuz I did not deserve that. Been in customer service my whole life & have my own business, and that is NOT how you treat your clients. Especially when they are choosing to overlook and make excuses for your immature behavior. Still can’t believe it…

Makayla Miller Tried to call them. I went by the other day and it was closed literally during the day on a Thursday at 1pm. Tried to call ahead so I don’t waste my time again. First two times it rang through. Tried again it rang twice then voicemail. So they are ending my calls. I spend $160 sometimes more when I get my nails done I love all the extras and I tip so dang much. Sucks for them. I’ll find someone else.

Pooja Agrawal This was my second time getting my nails done here, and Im pleased with the quality, attention and atmosphere. I feel like my trust in nail salons is being restored by this place after a terrible experience elsewhere that left me feeling unsafe. My nails stayed nearly exactly the same for over two weeks, and I have no doubt my refreshed set will last as well. Im so pleased with their kindness, patience, professionalism and personal care. Im so glad my friend introduced me to this salon and the joys of getting your nails done properly at a place that models treating customers with respect (it actually feels like the customers are the ones doing almost all of the chatting with one another rather than being gossiped about by staff members.) Maddy I have gone here 3 times now for my nails. I came in the first time because I had a horrible experience at a different nail salon, and begged them to fix my nails. The customer service I received the first time sold me. They kept asking if I was happy with the shape, I said I wanted sharp edges on my square nails and they made sure they were SHARP! I have not had any of my nails lift yet, and I usually wait 3 weeks for my next appointment. The quality is there. I get the same customer service and attentiom to detail everytime I go in. I am so incredibly happy every time I leave, I cannot recommend them enough.

Tom Fruit Have gone here 2 times now. First time we went, the ladys were very nice and funny and the pedicures were very nicely done. I went up to pay and it was 15 dollars more per person, than we expected to pay. The extra cost was because of a special nail polish they handed us. They did not tell us that it would be more and we did not know that it would be more. After that my daughters toes got infected but we thought nothing of it. Second time we went in, I was getting my daughters both a full set of acrylics and one of my daughters a pedicure. Haft way through my first daughter getting her set done, I asked the lady how much the whole thing would be with a design included. She told me that it would be $75 when on there prices it said that it would be $40 plus the nail design. I told her there must be a mistake but she said that it was 55 for the set because they "had" to use that gel polish instead of normal nail polish because they couldnt do it with normal and $5 because of the "extra length", and $15 because of the design. I ended up paying $75 for both my daughters sets and whatever the amount was for the pedicure. Then the next day my daughters toes got infected again. They must be using dirty tools are something because this has happened twice. So long story short, the people there selves are very nice and they do nice work but dont clarify the prices and just assume you want the most expensive stuff. I dont recommend going and I definitely will never go back. They mentioned that this price is normal but if your new to the whole nail world, you should clarify several times before starting.

Nicole Ure The staff here are amazing. Such skills with nails and nail art. They are super friendly and the only place I trust to get my nails done. Just keep in mind that if you show them a picture, they are so experienced they can tell what kind of nail (dip, acrylic, etc) is in the picture, make sure that is the kind that you want. Also Mimi is great with eyebrows!

Jessica They messed up my nails, so I go back thinking they would willingly fix them at no charge. I was wrong. Another $40 I had to pay. And yet the work done was just as bad as the day before. Total of $130 Ill never see again.

Mrs.Rachel OBrien Ellie, (owner)is hilarious, friendly, and a fantastic artist. Ive been going there on and off for ten years; but, the first six years had a different owner, so I wandered a bit. Anyway, girls, the bathrooms always clean and well-stocked; youll feel like family, not just clients. Ellie and her team mostly speak English to each other, which I adore (sigh). Sidney—what can I say?—shes attentive, caring, funny, and fast, giving amazing pedicures.

Totally COVID compliant, super clean, friendly, and the price is a steal for the service you get. My partners and I use this shop exclusively.

Jaz H I was treated badly at this salon yesterday. Made to feel like an animal, the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job at making my nails look the way I wanted them to be, HOWEVER, what I did not appreciate AT ALL how she would constantly make negative comments about the way my fingers naturally are (I am a pianist, my fingers are slightly crooked from that and occasionally tense up at times, my pinky has a slight bend but it isn’t too bad), but I have never had any issues with any other salon about the way my fingers are naturally. Never have I gotten yelled at, mocked or scolded for the way my hands naturally are. And I have NEVER been loudly embarrassed about it either, she would constantly complain about my hands and say these things out loud for others at the salon to hear, and I would feel hurt and unnecessarily say sorry for having my hands that way even though I should’ve stood up for myself right then and there. I am young, so I admit I felt intimidated in the moment to speak up, but I am now. She was mad all throughout the session, and she’d raise her voice, and she grabbed my hands aggressively all of the time, but I fail to understand why. I still have the compassion in my heart to say maybe she was having a bad day, but even then I know that when you decide to work in a place where you work with people of all kinds (weird hands or not), you are to treat your clients with respect especially if they haven’t done anything wrong. To make things worse, because of her aggressive movements she ended spilling a tube of nail polish on my shoe and now I can’t get the stain out. Therefore it is now ruined. She never apologized. The salon never made up for this. After this incident, I ended up shaken up to which the woman doing my nails got angry and yelled at me to “STOP SHAKING,” after she already ruined my shoe. I think all of this isn’t fair at all and I ended up feeling very sad after leaving the salon, I loved my nails, but the negative outweighed the positive things. I tipped her, I feel I did so to avoid further conflict, but now I feel regret for doing so because I feel very sad and hurt about how I was treated and I don’t think anybody deserves that. It felt like I was being taken advantage of for being young/impressionable. They probably thought I was gonna let things slide, but I am speaking out now. I felt worthless leaving here. I apologize for leaving such a long review, but I just felt like I needed to say something about what happened today, this is unacceptable. I’m very upset. An apology of some sort would be appreciated, as I will be telling everybody I know to not come here, because this really wasn’t fair and this was wrong. Do better.

Emily Helgeson Went in with my sister to get our nails done they were so incredibly rude to my sister. It was absolutely unprofessional, and unbelievable. We will never be back. The woman sitting next to my sister, actually paid for her set because of the verbal abuse she sat through for an entire hour and a half that she was at this establishment.

Svetlana Apryatkina My simple $23+tip manicure was really bad - lots of cuts and uneven cuticles. And it really hurts (3 days after the manicure). And I didnt see the lady opening a sanitized set on me, just sprayed a used pilers. The pedicure was not too bad, that is why 2 stars.

Phavana Chang This set was $60. I asked for medium coffin French tipped and as natural as possible. She did a great job. It was not thick or bulky. It also doesnt feel heavy on my fingers. She was a bit rough when it came to shaping and filing but other than that, it was a nice first time experience here.

Franciele Alves Terrible service. The girl who did my nail did a terrible job. First she applied some liquid product very strong on my nails to remove the gel polish and it was burning my skin, second she cut my nails so bad, one side is long and the other side is short, third the nail polish was old and looked terrible. $71 for manicure and pedicure for regular nail polish! I am never going back there, first and last time!

Dara Koenig Went for a new set of dip nails on Sunday June 13. The tech didnt listen when I said I wanted stiletto shaped. I said "the pointier the better" they were definitely almond shaped with rounded tips. I also had showed her a picture of a set of marbled nails and asked specifically could she do that design. I was told yes. Well as shes doing the color she shows me a new glittery polish she can use saying they will come out like marble. I knew it wouldnt based on the samples but then also knew she couldnt do what I wanted. (Which would have been fine since I had a backup but she said she could.) I left with uneven and misshapen nails that didnt look anything like I wanted. Fine. Ill never go back. No big deal. Then THE VERY NEXT DAY the powder on the tip of one of my nails breaks off! The next day. I spent $55 for this set and now have to find time in my week and spend more money to fix their poor work.

Destiny Navarro Gel is already lifting and I left like 5 minutes ago. I don’t have time to go back as I have a Christmas party and didn’t notice til I got home that my nail polish was already lifting and hadn’t even cured all the way as the nail polish was seeping out of underneath?? Like how.

Simona Michaels Diana was absolutely amazing for my pedicure. She was very thorough, especially with my cuticles, and was able to accommodate my no-soak request. I have gotten fungus before, both in between my toes, and on my toenails, so I refuse to soak now. She took her time to get it beautifully done, scrubbing, shaping, cleaning, and applying cat eye polish (first time trying it). The other technician did my dip powder manicure, and she also cut my cuticles, as requested. Both did a great job. Highly recommend this place. I was grateful that on a Saturday it wasnt a zoo, and I just walked in. Side note: upon getting home, I noticed that the "cat eye" effect wasnt complete over all my toenails, but that is a slight detail I am willing to overlook. Service was super overall.

Tazha Johnson This group of nail specialist are great. I even showed up my first time close to closing (of course not recommended) but they graciously did my mani/pedí. I was forever hooked they did such a great job. Love big toe flower designs they come up with also. Waxing is also great.

Heather L I moved to Everett two years ago and was driving down to Tacoma to get my nails done. Finally heard about Diamond Nails after going to a place that RUINED my eyebrows. Barbara Jean Phillips I walked in on a beautiful Sunday for a pedicure and didn’t have to wait at all. My first time here, I was really lucky to get Nina. My feet are always a disaster. I teach hot yoga and hours spent on the hot floor turns them to petrified wood. Nina was super attentive and took pains to remove all the tough skin. This might not sound like much, but I’ve been getting pedicures for years. It’s really rare to find someone as attentive and careful as Nina! The whole atmosphere was relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

Layla Nash Awful customer service. Over priced. Poor quality. Don’t go here if you want decent nails, I got shellac and they charged $55!! No thank you, one of the ladies who was doing my friends acrylic set had a terrible attitude the whole time (lots of eye rolls). Her acrylic set came out crooked. I’ll put up a photo of what I asked for vs what I got.

Meagan Disappointing experience. The woman who did my nails (shellac manicure) was very nice but this is easily the worst manicure Ive experienced. She did not trim my nails (which were obviously uneven and needed to be trimmed to be even) and the shaping with the file was uneven and "chuncky." She did not clean under the nails which id expect in a manicure. Polish was ok with some evenness issues but the real concern was the lack of appropriate shaping and cleaning.

Tashia Weaver What I asked for was not what I got. They were no help trying to help find the color I wanted. Couldnt tell me if the matte top coat would darken the polish. I showed many pictures of the color and shape I was wanted. She got frustrated because she shaped them different and I said thats isnt what I wanted. Showing the picture again. Finally just let her do whatever and paid just so we could leave. I will post pictures of what I wanted and what I got. I was a regular with the previous owner. I will not return now. $75 down the drain. Pictures of color and shape I asked for then what I actually finally left with.

Alli Lee Don’t be fooled by the empty salon and dim appearance. Kathy did a stunning job. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13, so I’ve been to plenty of places. I was skeptical with her technique at first, but the finished product is adorable. They feel and look amazing. I just left the salon, so I don’t have any authority to say anything about wear time or durability, or if they’ll get infected, however, she sprayed my hands down w alcohol and wiped everything pretty well, and they feel very sturdy. I will come again next time I’m up this far north.

Erika Grahn I love this place these ladies are so sweet. One night I came in 10 minz before closing hoping and praying they would fill my nails and they happily took me with no issues where most places tell you to come back tomorrow. They are quick, efficient, and so kind.

Nature Horrible do not come here so unprofessional they were rude to my sister and I. We both showed them a picture of what we wanted and they said oh yes we can do that. And when I told her this isn’t right she said no you don’t know I said that’s not right color or what I wanted. I said never mind I will choose a different color and she was rude whole time. And got product all over my cuticles and fingers so sloppy. I asked is she could fix it she said no do your own nails why you come here to get nails since you know how . I said I’m paying for a service I expect you to be kind and not argue. Bottom line they are unprofessional re use tools and they do not have a autoclave to clean. Do waste your money or time here. They yelled at me and my friend. And don’t listen and do horrible job. She even cut me and did not apologize. I asked for her owner she refused to get a hold of them.

Tiffany Pry Amazing staff, its priced fairly. They always do an amazing job on my nails. Recently, they tinted my eyebrows and waxed them for 27$$ Ive never looked better. Im so happy with their services. They always make me feel beautiful. Great place. Nice spa ped.

Karissa Camejo First time getting acrylics in over ten years, had an 11 am appointment today and when I got there doors were locked and lights were off. Someone can in at 11:10 am and didn’t even know I had an appointment scheduled or what it was for. I showed photos of the design I wanted (roughly) for my wedding and asked specifically if she could do it and she said yes. Half way through she then said my nails were too small for the design and was just doing her own thing at that point. I’m frustrated that she wasn’t upfront about the design not working in the beginning. I could have looked up other ideas and made a decision rather than her just going for her own thing. My nails are absolutely not what I asked for. Been here several times for pedicures and they were great. Do NOT recommend for acrylics. Especially for special events.

Joy Rice Tom and his wife are the best. Best nails best prices and the sweetest couple ever. I have never got a bad set and I have never had any pain. The prices are great I had a full set and pedicure cheaper than anywhere else and my nails look fantastic.

Kelsey Brown my first time coming here and i wish i would have read the reviews. i had shellac on my toes, the lady didn’t take all the shellac off, painted over the old shellac, nail are uneven and this was the most rushed pedicure i’ve ever had. i won’t be coming back. so disappointing everett doesn’t have any good nail salons.

Montana Trokey-Moudy Within 2 days 1 nail completed lifted and I had no choice but to remove the nail, it had moisture collecting under it, and the only part that was attached well, was the glued tip. The next day I realized my thumb had moisture stuck under the nail, once I clipped the side I realized my nail was soft below. Several other nails are starting to show lifting, and Im only 3 days out from having them done.

Sheriy Atkins This was the worst experience ever!!! I paid 48$ for a pedicure the young lady didnt cut or file my toenails. She didnt go around my my nails to remove skin. My husband was also getting his feet done. My pedicure was done a polished 10 mins before him. AND WE STARTED AT THE SOMETIME. I had to ask the other lady to please clean the red polish off of my toes. If I could give zero I would.

Delmis Yruegas **Next day, photo view update - See photos. First, Its a cute little spot by the mall. Secondly, I wish I had taken a before picture of my nails to share, with these terrible images I took right after it happened. But, Im pretty disappointed with my experience here. It was my first time at this location. Whats also frustrating is that I walked in and asked for a manicure and the lady asked if I wanted any color, and I told her No, that I just wanted the manicure with zero color, not even clear. Then the person (guy) who actually did my nails asked AGAIN if I wanted color, shallac... What part of NO COLOR dont they get?? I sat down and the guy asked if I wanted my my nails shorter and I said yes please, just a little bit. He asked what shape and I said round. He started to cut them down, then filed them, then buffed and wiped them down with an alcohol pad. Then someone comes over with a bowl of warm water to soak my fingers (assuming to soften the cuticles) - sat for a couple minutes and then he went back to work. Do they not push cuticles back anymore?? He just started nipping away with the nipper tool without pushing the cuticles back, then switched to the Dremel thing and back to the nippers making me bleed on right hand pinky and left hand middle and ring finger. He didnt even clean under the nails at all?? My nail tips are rough because they where not buffed and what that a massage with lotion and oil?? Because that was a sad massage. And no I did not say a thing.. I am there to relax and pamper myself not ask why things arent being done for a paying customer. They know what they are supposed to do, I shouldnt have to say something. When I was done, being the nice person I am..I still tipped the guy $5 bucks off a $22 bill, even though he did a terrible job. And he didnt ask how I was, but he did ask the next gal he sat down with how she was. Needless to say i would NOT recommend this location and I will NOT be back, sadly.

Alisia I only went here because they opened early. I didnt have high hopes. The lady used old and thick polish that left my nail polish lumpy. Definitely not worth $80. One and done!
