Julie Slawson Update: I moved from Seattle to a new city and I cannot find anyone that is as amazing as Ann and #1 Pro Nails. They are kind, location is gorgeous and clean, and the work is always perfect. I miss this salon and all the staff and the owner Ann. Previous: Lovely salon! Ann, the owner, is so incredibly sweet and does an amazing job on my nails. The staff are also great! Each one of them is very kind and does a great job. When I go there I feel like Im part of the family. It is definitely busy so make an appointment - walk-ins are welcome but it is hard to get in without an appointment. Try it out! You will not be disappointed. :)

Jenna Horrall This is my go-to nail salon! I’ve been going for the past year or so and I love it. Everyone is so friendly, they are super detailed and you can tell they all really care about what they do. Highly recommend!

Monique Lapointe After months of trail & error with finding a nail salon in Seattle, a friend recommend this spot & I have nothing but good things to say about it!!! I was able to make my appt. directly on Instagram dm’s and sent them an inspo photo beforehand too. I have never done designs on my nails so I was a bit nervous, but they really took their time & they turned out perfect!! They feel like better quality too than how they normally feel when I get fake dip gel nails. The staff is also so friendly & I just felt very welcomed in here!! Clean salon & worth the price! I will for sure be coming back.

Kristen Green The ladies here are super nice! And did a fantastic job on my nails. Nothing fancy, but got the job done and my gel lasted 3 weeks before it started to chip!

Victoria H Elegant nails is truly a West Seattle treasure! I am a regular client here, and I enjoy their services and going here for my manicures and pedicures. Lin and Cherry and all the staff always do a fantastic job with my manis and pedis. They take appointments and they are TIMELY with their appointments. I have never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. They always provide great service. The salon is very clean. It is small and quaint. I like the small and intimate environment where I can get to know the employees. They have a GREAT color selection and they do acrylics, gel, dip powder manicures, regular polish, and they have waxing services. I highly recommend Elegant Nails. They have great pricing, great service, and all of the staff do a really great job on your nails!

Artemis Faeiryne The staff here are so friendly and kind, I got a great manicure too! Tina is very easy to talk to and the atmosphere of this salon is comfortably laid back and feels like a second home of sorts, which Im a huge fan of. I also like how the acrylic that is used doesnt smell very strong or unpleasant like some other local salons. Ill definitely be back!

CiCi I had a bad acrylic job done the day before at another nail salon. I hated the color and the acrylic was too thick. I went to Elegant Nails to see if they could fix it and Mina did such a wonderful job!!! I felt so happy and pleased with her work. I will definitely be going back!

Ashley Lockhart Great place, nice people. Lin did my eyebrows and my pedicure, both are perfect. I was nervous for the brow wax but they look exactly as I wanted! Prices are really reasonable, place was clean, lots of colors to choose from for my pedi. I’ll be back in the future.

Ritvin It was all right. First time getting acrylic nails done and each nail is a slightly different size/shape :( it wasnt very close to my cuticles and so they look like theyre growing out really fast. I really like the color. The technician was pretty distracted while doing them and some of them look crooked. I just wish it was more consistent.

Victoria Carolina Edit- I’ve been getting my nails done with Jacey for a long while now and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful nail tech! Beautiful nails every time, and now they offer cat eye and jelly nails too. So pretty! I’ve been getting dip nails from Jacey for the past couple months and have been really happy with the results. I go every 3 weeks and nothing has lifted or broken in between. She frequently double checks that the shape and length is good. They don’t do 3D designs, chrome is extra. I usually call the morning of and see if there is an appointment available, but it seems like they have been quite busy so might be best to schedule an appointment in advance! In my experience I have not had to wait long at all to get seated when calling in advance. I’ll be coming back here for sure!

CL The owner was super nice, but I felt like he was so focused on chatting with me rather than my pedicure. I mentioned I didn’t want my nails too short, since it’s summer time and I like my nails slightly longer. But he cut it to my skin. He then filed it some more, not sure what theres left to file because at this point he was filing my skin. The shape was uneven and the polish job was horrible. The pricing was great which is why we chose this place in a pinch. But you get what you paid for I guess.

Kara Alden Cute Nails is the best nail salon I have been to in Seattle. Ive been going for about 2 years, and I always leave happy with my new nails! The couple who own this salon are very friendly, they provide great service, and I always enjoy the time I spend here. I have never once had a manicure that I didnt love, and I can trust them to give me good suggestions on colors + shapes that work for me. Whether you want something simple and casual or you want special occasion nails, this is the place to go!

Felecia M This is my go-to nail spot. The owners are friendly and I enjoy our conversations each time I visit. Their attention to detail for manicures and pedicures is refreshing. And I also love that they manage appointment times well so customers arent waiting. I would suggest calling to schedule an appt instead of doing a walk-in.

Hanna Wyland Such a sweet salon! I really enjoyed the service I got (gel manicure) by Lany (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) She was personable and easy going. I felt the quality of the service and price were really great. I also really liked the attention to detail in cleaning up my cuticles & shaping my nails. Service was not rushed but not too slow. I definitely recommend!

Victoria Ang Thank you for the beautiful dip powder mani. It was my 2nd time trying cute nails out and now I am a regular. The coupled staff are the sweetest and most genuine. They carry on, initiate conversations and give you their full service and undivided attention. Thank you! $45 well spent! Street parking and lot are available.

Katie Buehler Min and the rest of her staff are AMAZING which is completely an understatement for the beautiful work and effort they put in for all their customers! I’ve been a customer long term and they always remember what I say the previous visits! Doesn’t matter if it’s been a while or just 3 weeks prior. My pedicure always lasts longer than a month at most when it comes to the color! I did a gel manicure today and decided to venture out to get powder done! I love how it turned out! They even stayed 30 minutes past closing to accommodate me! I feel so appreciative and lucky to have such an outrageously kind and hard working, phenomenal nail salon to go to! They truly care and listen to what you need despite of changing your mind mid way! Go see them! They are all so GREAT! Thank you, Min and to the rest of your team!

Ro3 Really peaceful atmosphere. Comfy massage chairs. The lady did a very good job. Very detail oriented and polite. The prices are affordable and there is plenty of parking (free or cheap) around the corner. *Pictures on google maps are old, they remodeled and the place is very big now and comfortable now*

Savannah Smith I always have a great experience at Pink Polish! Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very aesthetic + relaxing. That including the complimentary drink make you feel pampered I’ve been booking with Lynna ever since my first visit! She is very talented and always make sure I am satisfied throughout the process. I’ve tried a couple different salons before landing on Pink Polish because Ballard isn’t the closest for me but they are unmatched so it’s worth the drive. Look how cute my most recent hybrid nails are!

Dianne Won I have been going to Pink Polish, every month, for almost 3 years now! I regularly get hybrid gel manicures but have also gotten dip and shellac manicures, and pedicures - 10/10 service and experience every time, from every tech! At this point, all of my friends know I go to “Megan at Pink Polish” and I’ll happily refer anyone here, for any service!! The entire team is friendly, helpful, and kind. Thank you for keeping my nails looking perfect over the years - see you next week! :)

Princess Bredy Got told to go here by a friend and it was possibly the best decision I have ever made. In Seattle, it’s a struggle to find a salon that gives you quality work, takes their time, treats their clients well, and has great prices! This salon hits each mark for me! Since I’ve been going here I have been extremely impressed and most recently with my Christmas set done by Megan, I think I have genuinely fallen in love with going here. I always look forward to my little pampering session and seeing how amazing my hands look after leaving! Thanks so much you guys

Lauren Orvis I love Pink Polish. I have coming here for years. Wonderful friendly technicians, comfortable pedicure chairs, very clean baths and tools. The nail art, they always take my idea and make it a little bit better. Dip and gel matching colors from the same company for mani/pedi combos.

Ritchell Benjamin My recent experience at Pink polish has made me consider this as my go-to Seattle nail salon! Yee absolutely slayed my nails after a quick 25 minute manicure with her. Ive never had someone with so much precision do my nails like that before. I normally just get my nails cleaned up (cuticle removed, trim, shape) with a light polish and she did everything so perfectly Im definitely coming back to her again. 1000/10!

aniya I live in New York but always come visit Seattle because of family, whenever I do I have a hard time finding a place to get my nails done. I booked with Tyler and he did SUCH an amazing job on my nails that he’ll be my go to whenever I’m in town. The shop was so nice and clean, and the owner was super accommodating to me. I actually ended up coming in an hour early and was seated getting my services done within 5 minutes. The pricing is accurate as well (check varago).

Thita Im disappointed with the nail salon I chose for my engagement. The quality of their service was poor, as shown in this picture taken just one day after my appointment. When I asked for a redo, they told me to come in on the day of my engagement, leaving me with no time for corrections. After that, they stopped responding to my messages. I believe customers deserve better treatment, especially when paying in full. I advise others to be cautious about choosing this salon!!

Nava Nega I got gel x extension nails here and i love this place. My nails look so good and the ladies working here are the sweetest and made nice conversation with me. Beautifully decorated space with chill vibes! My dad also got a pedicure here and was so relaxed after the thoughtful massage. Great prices. check this place out!

Carolina Souza Never in my life I experienced such a terrible service. I picked the same color for my hands and toes (bright red), but instead a got sparkling purple on me toes (?). Also, I made the terrible mistake of choosing gel nail polish for my hands and all the borders of my nails are colorless, they pretty much painted the center of my nail and left the rest empty. I tried to make conversation and explain but they couldn’t understand me and rushed me to leave as soon as the work was “done”. I was so frustrated and mad, that I just left without causing a scene, but frankly… I don’t know how they charge for this. And now I need to find a special product to get rid of this obnoxious work

A. Austin Ive been coming to these ladies as long as theyve been here. They had a change in ownership but the techs are the same. & They are the best. From care to nail service, I’ll always come back. Im pretty picky when it comes to my toes, be it the shape, ingrown nails, or color, & they never stress about it and work until im satisfied. shawna cham Wow! I haven’t been back since June (cracked toe, had to wait for it to grow out) and they’re under new ownership and they’ve upgraded a lot of their equipment and what a difference! Came at 5:15 on a Thursday and it was quiet, which I love cos this is my time to relax. They had great customer service before but wow the service is even better than before. My dogs were barkin so they requested the deluxe pedicure LMAO and it was only $20 more and I’m actually still in the middle of my service haha and wanted to leave a review before I forget. That’s how good of a time I’m having. Ask for Vy (vee) amazing amazing massage.

Bryanna Pajotte The customer service was good, everyone was kind but unfortunately the actual product was bad and I feel like there was not much attention to detail. $130 down the drain.

Harmony Chartier Great spot but seem to only offer a super thick acrylic nail style. Recommend regular gel manicures and pedicures, but not acrylics. The staff are really nice, salon is clean, and online booking is so convenient. I really wanted to like this salon, but after several acrylic fills, their style is clearly a really thick nail. I asked for less bulbous style the second time I went, but was told it’s not possible. I just tried a new place and they were able to achieve a less thick profile.

Theresa Manney Ive been choosing to go to Ninas for the last few years. The staff has always been kind and friendly and Ive always loved how they do my nails. Im simple and tend to get dip or gel, they always do a great job cleaning up my nails and finish them in a way that makes them last a long time. At my most recent visit, I made a mistake and put my appointment in my phone wrong by a day. Luckily they werent too busy and were able to see me as a walk in client

Savita Bowman I honestly wish I could’ve given this place a good rating, but unfortunately the customer service and quality was just not good. I came in without an appointment looking for mani pedis with a friend. We understood we didn’t have appointments and asked what they would be able to accommodate and even said we would come back another time/day if they couldn’t do it. They said they’d get started on our toes but could do our nails after. As we were going through nail colors for my mani, they suggested gel x extensions so the nail color I wanted would look better and I said sure, I don’t mind the extra cost for the look I wanted. Pretty soon it started filling up with customers who did have appointments and nail tech was done with my pedicure (which I didn’t feel were the best quality) and was now prepping my hands for the mani (filing nails, cuticle prep, etc). She goes to begin applying a base coat when I stopped her and asked - I thought I was getting gel x extensions as you guys recommended? She looked irritated and said if I wanted gel x I’d have to wait for another lady who does them and that lady has two other acrylic appointments ahead of me. I asked my nail lady how long I’d have to wait and she wasn’t answering the question. Finally someone else came and said the wait would probably be much more than an hour. I was confused and stated that she’s already prepped my hands. Pressed and on the spot I ended up just going with the same jelly nail color but with a regular gel manicure without the extensions. In an effort to get them to look a little better I asked for another coat before she applied the top coat and at first said no and looked annoyed but finally did it after I asked again. I walked out of there trying to convince myself that it was fine but I just wasn’t happy with it. The next day I called back and asked if they would be able to fix it. The lady gave me an attitude and said they would do a gel x manicure at the full price without any discount. I almost told myself it’s fine, I don’t do this often so it’s ok to spend the money if it means I’m happy with it. In the end I decided against it because I didn’t want to spend more money on a place that was giving me so much attitude. For reference on price, my gel mani pedi came out to $100 and I left a $15 tip. Images of what I asked for and what I got attached.

Mariah Valles I came here looking for a place that wouldn’t judge me for having super short, thin and bitten nails! I got just that which is why I keep going back! Lan is FANTASTIC and I’ll never go to anyone else. I went for the first time ahead of a trip where I ended up getting engaged! So many people complimented my “perfect” nails! Prices are fair and I love the vibe.

Liz Yeh Ive come here multiple times now and have never been disappointed. Ive gotten shellac mani and pedi. The nail techs are quick but still pay good attention to detail and exfoliate well without hurting (other salons often nick and cause bleeding). This is going to be my regular salon!

Alec Henry nice neighborhood nail salon. place is good but not great at $76 for a mani pedi. Asked why there were gaps on my nail polish finish and I was told that is normal but i shouldnt see gaps so I had them redo it. was left at the dryer for over 10 minutes! Would return if I was desperate but I think I will explore other nearby options.

Chelsea Williams Ive been a frequent customer of Apollo Nails & Spa for two years. I appreciate their efficiency, their focus on natural nails and nail health, the cleanliness of the store, and their flexibility for walk-ins/same day appointments. The technicians are friendly as well. Some can do basic nail art like hearts, flowers, simple line designs. At times, I do feel rushed because they fit in a lot of people in during the working hours. This is reflected in frequent late start times and missed polish spots. I recently came in and required 3D gel removal on four nails. My technician was less than enthusiastic and made it known that it was going to be really challenging because she did not have the right tools. All understandable! However, it was hard for me to keep hearing how difficult it was. It came to a point where I wanted to remove the gel myself. I was charged over $25 dollars for the removal (the menu says $5). I asked about this difference and they said because it took so long they needed to charge accordingly. I get this as well, but my technician had her lunch during this timeframe which of course added to the overall wait. I was also encouraged to cut my nails so the appointment would be faster. All in all, Ive enjoyed my experiences at Apollo Nails. They do a good job, but after my recent experience I am a bit hesitant to keep Apollo as my regular spot.

Andrea García C. I love this place! A few months ago was my first time doing my nails here in the US, so I was a little nervous, but the nail technician I got was super friendly and even gave me some advice on which color would suit me best for my shellac manicure. I left super satisfied since she made such a wonderful job! For my second time I scheduled again but with a different person, and I have to say I didnt like her work as much as I did the first ones, so for my next appointment I emailed the staff to ask who was the technician I got for my first appointment and super helpful they went through my appointment history and told me I got Hailey. Needles to say, my last appointments Ive been scheduling them exclusively with her! She always takes such a good care of my nails, and her work is impeccable, Ill always be going back with her!

Md Bj This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never be going back. Nor will I be recommending this place of business to anyone! Over the past year, I have spent $100s on spa pedicures. It’s a guilty pleasure - but also as a diabetic - taking care of my feet is important. Each time I have had polish and it lasts for sometimes as long as 4 weeks. I’ve been so happy. However four days ago, I opted for a mani / pedi combo and had clear polish on my nails. The polish is literally peeling off my nails and when I called them to complain, they gave me an email address to send photos. Email bounced back. So I called to make sure that I had the right email and the receptionist said “Since you called, I talked with my manager about your situation and there is nothing we can do because it’s been so long.” They hadnt seen the photos and continued to suggest that I wasn’t telling the truth because even the receptionist gets polish on his nails “and it lasts for weeks.” When I agreed that I had the same experience with my toes and that there must have been something bad with this polish, he basically said there was nothing wrong with their product and I didnt have to come back to them if I didnt want. For the last three appointments I’ve brought friends who also spent a lot of money. But no more! Don’t go if you expect the company to stand behind their work!!

Steve Midas This is the local neighborhood nail salon. People walk in or drive from away to come for the quality & service that this location has to offer. The facility is clean. They used a sealed bag with clean tools to do my manicure. Im here for my lady, but I wanted to see if they had the same expertise with men. And I am pleased to say they were perfect. The restrooms are very clean as well as the lounge area. They offer Keurig coffee while you wait. This is the place to go to tune-up yo nails. Midas 5-stars for cleanliness & quality of service.

Yenifer Yulieth Aristizabal Jenny did a fantastic job of giving me builder gel nails almost a month ago. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I was blown away by the results, and even after a month, they still look amazing and are growing out perfectly. Highly recommend Jenny for any nail care needs! I will definitely go back after my trip !

Natasha Ninan I booked a gel/shellac manicure with Jenny. I wanted a Christmas themed nail set with french tips. Jenny did a fabulous job in shaping my nails and doing nail art. I showed her reference images and she was able to replicate it perfectly. She also helped me pick the right shades for my skin tone. I was very happy with how my nails turned out, however, I wouldnt count this as a manicure. My hands and fingers werent cleaned - she went straight into shaping my nails, so I didnt enjoy the overall experience that I paid for. 4 stars only because of that. As a woman who suffers from bed marks, I can definitely say that my nail polish hasnt budged and there are no lines or marks on it even after a week. However, the glossiness has significantly reduced. Service: Gel/shellac manicure Cost: $40 + $5 per nail for design = $60 in my case Tip : Carry cash as they prefer cash for tips

Morgan C I asked for a full set and pedicure to start, she ended up cutting me 3 times while doing my manicure without giving me any type of discount, still charging me $70. then told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes after my manicure was done to start my pedicure. I kept saying I wanted a more tan base like the picture and she kept insisting to do the color she wanted. The pink is what I asked for and the brown is what I got. The bathroom was also kind of dirty.

A Tui This place was awesome, I needed a place like this in my life! They give complimentary drinks, I had an iced coffee. They took their time with my mani & pedi. Arm and neck massage are included in manicures! I love it

J T I waited a week and hesitated to leave this review but I’m tired of getting sub par manicures at salons. I came in last Tuesday for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. We were moving across the country and I had been looking forward to this for weeks. One pet peeve here and similar salons is that they always do hands and feet at the same time. It’s stressful and never relaxing. You constantly have to move hands and feet where they want them since it’s both at once. Pedicures never have adequate time to dry this way either. The whole thing felt rushed and my gel manicure looked like it had over a week of grow out when I photographed it on Saturday, less than 4 full days later. My pedicure wasn’t dry enough (they don’t use pedicure dryers) and got messed up before I even made it home. The gel colors here are in white bottles and unorganized, so it takes forever to find what you want. You have to open each bottle. They’re very nice but I’m tired of spending $100 for rushed and stressful experiences. I would love a refund for this mani/pedi. Unfortunately there’s no way to contact them except phone or reviews.

Mika A I came in on Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, but the owner squeezed me in within 20 minutes., offering me Vietnamese coffee while I waited. I had a really positive experience and great deluxe pedicure. The vibe is great. I was surrounded by regular repeat faithful customer that really to love the place. It was nice to see men and women enjoying themselves, truly a diverse crowd. Great prices.

Ciera Watts I didnt want to review the quality of the service because the staff seemed friendly enough but staff aside, the quaity of their Gel Manicure is the worst Ive ever had. The gel ($90+ service not including my pedi or tip) has completely LIFTED from one of my nails (meaning it is seperated from the fake nail). This means the tech did not properly apply or prep my nails. Ive never had this happen before and Ive been getting gel nails for over 24 years. I felt uncertain about getting them done because I asked if they could do the shape of my current nails as a fill in (They said no because they didnt have time due to high volume of customers waiting. Mind you I made an appointment and they accepted it over the phone, not sure why they should impact my service if they are overbooked) but I said fine. Then I asked for acrylic (they had already removed the gel from my previous service) and they told me they could only give me gel because it was "previously gel" which Ive never heard before, especially considering that they already removed the gel from my nails. But I said fine as I was in Seattle for a concert and really didnt have time to book another appointment elsewhere. I had the nail tech complete 3 repairs (meaning she took everything off the 3 nails, this includes the thumb in the photo that lifted) and to leave the shape of the rest untouched since they couldnt make them like the rest of my nails. She started on my right hand and began to shape the nails I requested to be untouched. I stopped her from doing this on my left hand when I noticed. Not even my nails that I had them do a fill in on in SEPTEMBER has lifted. The nail set laid by the Seattle tech just a week ago is lifting. I dont understand. I still tipped for the service and truly wasnt going to leave this review but a couple days ago I noticed smudges under my nails to find out that it is becuase its completley seperate from the gel on top. Again, this is a first, I am from Chicago and never had my nails seperate. So I have to speak up. I would have rather been turned down for the service if it couldnt be completed properly. I dont live in Seattle so I cant even get a refund or get them fixed. Oh well. But yes, this be a great salon for natural nails, but not for medium-long acrylics/gel application.

Katherine Pope As soon as the person sat down to do my pedicure I knew they were not very skilled. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The person even broke one of my nails! The other staff kept glancing over at them while they worked on several clients which let me know this person was not skilled. The owner did my manicure and she was a bit more skilled but just put globs of hard gel on my nails. Overall overpriced and not skilled at all. Save your money.

Christina Babcock At Marigold you can tell that Ivy is a master of her craft, and that she truly cares about people. She understands my nail needs and always has the best recommendations. I have been going to Marigold since it opened and have only experienced high quality manicures and pedicures there. When I moved away from SLU, I tried other nail places to save on drive time, but quickly returned to Marigold. Ivy has very high standards for the nail technicians she hires at Marigold. I know that no matter who does my nails, I will always end up with great results! The employees at Marigold are up to date on the latest trends, can replicate any nail art requests I have thrown their way, and the salon is clean and hygienic.

(505) Reviews Vybrant:

Nicole Buckley UPDATED REVIEW: Noting that the owner responds to negative reviews unprofessionally—there’s proof of that below and on numerous other negative reviews from this month/year. In direct response to the comment left on mine: the issues were (1) causing me physical pain, (2) ruining the shape of my nails, and (3) rudeness—which continues in the owner’s response. I said I didn’t mind that there wasn’t time for a design. **ALSO: this shop appears to audio/video record its patrons to respond to negative reviews. Prior responses reference specific conversations and “seeing the camera”. Yikes.** I won’t ever be going back to Vybrant after my most recent experience—and this is coming from a loyal customer. I booked an appointment for 3:45 on 12/3, and from the moment I walked in, the tech was extremely rude. I asked if I could do a simple design, and she said no; she didn’t have the time. That’s fair, honestly, especially during the holidays. But things went downhill quickly. For example: my hands and nails were in pure acetone for 20 minutes. That’s not normal, and it’s super painful. I had to ask to remove them after it got too bad to continue. Then, I only got two coats of dip. I’ve had dip manicures for four years every four weeks—and I have always have three coats minimum, regardless of the tech. This tech refused to do a third, then argued with me about my preferences. She even told me that I need to “special request” a third coat *before* my appointment going forward. Seriously? As a result of too little dip, my nails are flimsy and have virtually no color (you can even see the tips of my nails as if this were a French manicure). The tech later added an extra top coat to “fix” the fact that she didn’t use enough dip—but that just made my nails lumpy and uneven. In addition to all that, my nails aren’t even all cut to the same length. I’ve attached photos, and you can see that they’re altogether uneven, have no discernible color (was supposed to be a light pink), and are pocked with lumps/divots. Over the course of the service, the tech also nicked my cuticles and the pads of my fingers (?!) with her drill bit. Given how rude she was and how awful my nails look, I’m upset I had to pay the added 20% gratuity (though honestly this wasn’t worth the base $65 in the first place). I won’t be coming back, and I will be telling my friends—who I recommended try Vybrant in the first place—not to return. So disappointing.

Miriam Mathan Update from 11/6: I had originally rated this place 5 stars but I had my nails done today at it was pretty okay: Happy with everything except this design… I had asked for checkerboard and I’m not too impressed with this. Still had to pay full price but it is what it is! Was happier with my previous visit My first time there: I love this place! I had never gotten a manicure before and wanted to treat myself; I did a lot of research and thought I’d give Vybrant a try (SO glad I did!). The place was clean and calming and all the staff were so kind. The technician who did my nails was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and really helped me to find a design and color I love. Pricing was very very reasonable and definitely worth it for such a great experience. I will definitely be back!!

Rebecca Katz Incredible! I got dip and he gave me a beautiful shape, no bubbles, sturdy but not too chunky looking. He was also not overly drill-happy and was careful to soak off the final layer of my previous polish. Also he asked if I wanted lotion or cuticle oil, which I really appreciated because I am sensitive to fragrance and generally don’t like when salons do it without asking first. I will definitely come back next time I am in Seattle!

Jessica Allossery I’ve been here a couple times - what I appreciate is the salon getting me in quickly and sometimes without an appointment. But I went here today and was sorely disappointed. The woman seemed like she was rushing through my mani and pedi (they did not seem overly busy), she seemed annoyed and overall the final job just looks sloppy. There even a fuzzy baked into my gel nail that will be there until I take the gel off. She was going so fast that a lot of my skin had gel on it, and she was filing my skin with a nail file to remove the paint. She also did not paint close enough to my cuticles and there are bubbles and unevenness. Honestly quite unhappy with my experience today.

Katherine Laitsch Ive been here multiple times, and the last time I went about a month ago to get my nails done for my Bachelorette. Not only did it feel extremely rushed but I left the salon with gel polish all over my fingers, gluing my skin to my nail. There were also bumps and ridges instead of smooth polish. There is nothing worse than paying $75 for nails and going home to fix and file them yourself. Also, instead of doing any real cuticle work, they used the drill to drill away my cuticles. Not only was this method ineffective and led to so many hangnails in the following days, but it actually hurt too. There were a few times that Ive been and my nails have turned out OK, but the inconsistency just isnt worth the price :( This time here will be my last.

A T Striber Ive been to Hava Nails twice now (once as prep for my wedding)and loved my nails both times! I get the dip, deluxe manicure and its so worth it. I chose this business originally as I was searching for a salon that had COVID protocol in place. Their location is clean and everyone is wearing a mask. Im docking one point only because at my second visit, another customer was not complying with their mask rules. I understand its not Havas fault and they did give her a mask when she didnt arrive with one. However, this customer sat in the pedicure chair without the mask on and they let her stay. For a location clearly caring about pandemic safety, I would expect theyd say she needs to comply or hit the road!

N A I got a standard mani-pedi with regular, non-gel polish at this location. The location is new and very clean inside. Mostly very well ventilated and the air doesnt smell like cleaning chemicals or acetone outside of one small area. The chairs and equipment are new and clean. The pedicure was average, felt very perfunctory but I feel that is the case for most nail salons and nail treatments done outside of a spa setting. My boyfriend liked it so much he almost fell asleep it was so relaxing! The manicure was good too, and didnt take very long. They really push the gel polish here like most places. But I was shocked at how long my manicure lasted! Still going strong 10 days later. I would highly recommended if you need quality polish to last a long time.

S S Pretty happy with how these turned out. They were able to get me in same day. Process took a while (hour and a half) and was a liiitle pricey ($64 before tip) but they look good. Didn’t go full 5 star because quality wise it was a little messy - gel on nail beds and on skin etc.

Heather Zhang I got shellac nails done, and it was very visibly not over the entire nail, even after they removed my cuticles. I had to wait about 20 minutes during a weekday afternoon too. Im fairly disappointed with the service, the nails are also a bit bumpy instead of smooth because the nail technician had to go over some spots multiple times. And she frequently got polish underneath the fingernails, which was really unpleasant and took a few days to slowly scrape off. Actual durability is good though, I havent seen any wear after two weeks.

Aparna Mahadevan Would not recommend. They took 2 hours to do a basic dip manicure while stopping every 5 minutes to take phone calls to schedule other clients which was not relaxing for me at all. The nails turned out wobbly and with weird gunk under my fingernails and caused me to bleed on one of my cuticles. They didn’t even do the designs I asked for and also made me an hour late to my next plan. She was rushing me at the end to attend to other clients (some of whom had been double booked and made to wait 20 min while she finished mine). All of this cost me $75 for a poor job I could have done on my own at home. They apologized a lot and offered to redo the designs on a Monday, but I’m sorry, I go to the nail salon to relax on the weekend, not get more stressed to get a poor job done and have to redo it on a weekday. Their tip options screen goes to 40% to boot which I simply cannot understand.

For the most part, I’ve had very good consistency in my gel fills and gel pedicures. I sometimes get an artsy nail design and always happy with the final finish. The bonus part for me when they are able to do a manicure while having my pedicure. They’re usually able to pull this off when they don’t have all their chairs occupied.

(268) Reviews Funny Bunny Nails & Spa:

Preeti Pental I initially wrote a review about my experience right after it happened, received a phone call from the owner (Michael) telling me he would make things right and humbly requested me to remove my review. This is a small business and I never want to hurt a small business, so I did. Michael has since been unresponsive to me and has not reached out to offer for my nails to be fixed or for be to get a refund, so I am re-writing a review, but this time from a more rational, less angry place. I went into Funny Bunny on Friday around 12pm on Friday (10/18). The nail spa had several service providers sitting or standing, and about two patrons actively being served by other service providers. I was assigned to Martin (there are other reviews about this man) and asked by the woman who assigned me to pick out a color. I walked over to the area where the nail color samples are located and started to pick out a color and shortly after I started looking through colors (~less than 2 minutes), Martin repeatedly asked if I found a color. Martin was standing very physically close to me and stepped away twice and said verbatim "I need more time to find a color." After my second time stating this, Martin snatched the nail colors out of my hand and told me to go sit down, which I was shocked by so I laughed and complied with it. I really just assumed he had a strange sense of humor, but I didnt believe he was actually upset with me for taking the time to pick a color I wanted. Believe you me, I would have rushed to pick a color had the nail spa been pretty busy, but it was not. Martin then started on my nails and seemed pretty upset with me (e.g., rolling his eyes, aggressively moving my hands and fingers into the position he needed). The color I picked had absolutely no color pay off, so he asked me to pick another color. Please note that the first color not working was not my fault, and at this point, there was still no one waiting for service. I picked the second color, didnt like it, and asked him to change it after he painted one single coat. Please note that he asked me if I liked this color. Had he not asked me, I would have just continued with this color, I believe he asked me because it was the salons fault rather than the me, the patrons fault, that the initial color didnt work. I picked a third and final color (that Ive gotten before) and Martin proceeded to say "are you sure about this color?" and told me to stop changing my mind, even though this is factually inconsistent with what actually happened. I asked for a round shape and I came into the salon with a perfect, round shape, so I am not sure how we got to the angular mess featured in the pictures. The pictures show a gel manicure, but it doesnt even look like my nails have a top coat on them. Martin was also pinching my fingers and digging into them with his nails, which seemed like an anger response and felt pretty intentional to me. After I posted my initial review, Michael (the owner), called me and I shared with him what happened. To my shock, Michael said "between you and me, Martin doesnt like women." You cant make this up. I have no clue why Michael would even tell me that, but if Martin doesnt like women, he shouldnt be working at a nail spa. Ive never had an experience that made me feel physically accosted and uncomfortable, but Martin definitely made me feel that way and I would never want another young girl or woman to feel that way. When I look through other reviews, it seems to me that this isnt the first time Martin has made someone feel this way. I will literally never go back, and I recommend you dont either.

Mari Maier I paid for a deluxe manicure and a full set and the whole service was rushed. The gentleman who did my set was very friendly and did a decent job on my nails but I’ve paid less for better. I’m used to a manicure being a 30 minute service and full set an hour and I was done in about 50 minutes total for both. I didn’t realize until later that a few of my nails were crooked and that was on me but they were busy and I also didn’t want to hold them up, however I made an appointment and feel as though appointments shouldn’t be rushed through. I went because I was in Seattle for the weekend but wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Agnes Dobo I went to Funny Bunny 3 different occasions and had both mani and pedi. Here are my thoughts. Positives: great location - it’s very central, close to my home and to work as well. Availability of appointments - plenty of available appointments, even for the same day. Negatives: - They can’t do a decent looking builder gel manicure. Nails look very thick and the shape is uneven. It looks shockingly cheap. - Price is up with the most expensive salons and the quality doesn’t justify the price. - Their tipping options are ridiculous with 20% being the lowest option. I understand we aren’t obliged to tip but it’s annoying that they have the audacity to put a 50% option, given the low quality service provided. - Staff hardly speak English and it is very rude when they speak to each other in their language instead of interacting with the clients. Overall, I give Funny Bunny 3 stars because their pedicure is ok, the location is great and it’s good when you have an emergency but overall I would not recommend it as a go to place. I gave them a chance 3 times and tried different nail technicians but the results were always somewhat disappointing. I will not return.

Elizabeth Cromwell I had a great experience here and will be back for future gel manicures: my stylist was Martin and I will be asking for him next time too. He was polite, patient, delicate in his manicure and manner. He is super precise and careful. I have short rough nails and he made them look so pretty!!! Also I get nervous as sometimes gels are so thick they look weird but mine are perfect. Just a bit jelly like and not too thick. Also you can see that he took great care of my cuticles. ( Dont mind my old lady hands, those arent his fault)

Avisha Manik I had a really disappointing experience for manicure and pedicure at this salon and won’t be returning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. During my pedicure, the water wasn’t warm enough, and the technician seemed to be rushing through the process, even though the salon wasn’t busy. My manicure was even worse—the technician pulled on my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding and didn’t stop for the entire service (30-45 minutes). She acknowledged it with a quick “sorry” but made no effort to address the issue, or offer any kind of solution or compensation. On top of that, my hands and feet felt unusually dry after the service. One week later, my nail polish is chipped, my nails are brittle, and my feet are cracked and dry—meaning I now have to get another mani-pedi elsewhere. For the $70 I spent, I expected much better quality and care. I’ve had plenty of pleasant and long-lasting manicures before without any issues, but this was by far my worst experience. Definitely not worth the high prices.

t My first visit to this place set me off on the wrong foot. I had come in with dipped natural medium-sized nails; I wanted them taken off and enjoyed a good manicure service. The removal and application were great, but I noticed my nails were paper thin when I left; it was to the point where I was uncomfortable getting my nails wet because they were bending in half; one of my nails snapped in half, and I attached a picture below. I had called to ask them to fix the broken nail which occurred 2 days after my appointment, the nail lady seemed upset that I was asking them to fix the nail THAT THEY DID! They fixed my nails by just putting nail glue on top and applying a coat of top coat to all of them. Its been only 2 days since the top is peeling in sections, and my nail has snapped in half close to my nail bed again. For a nail place that claims they know how to be professional I would have to disagree, Emily the nail tech and the front desk lady should have known better to treat their customers with kindness and make sure the service is worth the money we pay. I am disappointed because now, after 2 weeks and after spending 70 dollars, I have to get my nails redone before they all break.

Sara Conder I have been going to Nail Time since early 2022 and I have had only good experiences. My review is for nails only as I don’t get pedicures at Nail Time! I get the plexigel manicure. It allows the polish to stay on your nails for up to three weeks, sometimes more, which is good for me as a server. I have transitioned from different nail technicians during the years I’ve been going here and all do/did a great job. It’s hard to find a good nail place, but so far Nail Time is the best I have found. Everyone is friendly and they do good nails! I typically bring in some sort of inspiration picture that has different designs for my nails. In my experience Miley and Sam do the best at nail designs. I have been mainly getting my nails done by Sam for the last few months. Sam is the sweetest! She is very open to trying to make all my inspiration pictures come true. She never seems annoyed or irritated by my requests and only wants each customer to have the best experience and the best looking nails! And they always do! I always get compliments on my nails. I’m happy to be a customer at Nail Time and will continue to be! I posted a few pictures of the different nails I’ve gotten done there!

Jiemyjoyce Reduque I gave a reference photo (can’t find it anymore), but my nail tech went above and beyond my head vision. We ended up deciding to make changes as we went and she was super receptive to my requests. I’ve been going here for over a year for regular acrylic fills and great price and quality. I’ve included previous pics of nails that I’ve gotten here.

JacobMadi McKay Everything about this place is great. The prices, the customer service, the cleanliness. I get my deluxe pedicures here often and recommend Moon or Sandy - they have a great touch. Many color options and the music is nice - they always offer me water :)

Remi Rose They botched my pedicure and two toenails are growing back ingrown bc they were cut incorrectly. It’s been a couple weeks since my visit. You can see how the nail is cut incorrectly. It’s not fully ingrown yet had I not known how to correct its growth shape.

Crystal Song I love my nails! The prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. I was a little worried about pain because my nails are generally pretty thin and brittle, but the nail technician was super gentle. Theres also a small parking lot in front and plenty of street parking. Ive been trying to find a nail salon to visit regularly, and I think I can stop looking!

Hanna Lawrence I moved to Seattle a few months ago and after being very disappointed trying a new spot, I found Luxury Nails. I’m very particular about my nails and I’ve been so pleased every time! They’re very sweet, well organized and do a great job. I appreciate the communication if a certain design will cost more or what since some places don’t until you’re about to pay! This place is a hidden gem and I’m very happy to have found it!

Rashanda Coleman Buckle up. I just left this salon before my service was finished because I was lied to and I was kept waiting for an hour after my appointment time. I went here after my sister recommended it. Shed gotten a few beautiful designs. All Ive gotten is an approximation of a compromise on the design ideas I brought to them. Its worked out 2 times before. This third time was a disaster and the last straw. I didnt love my last set so I waited until I needed a fill and asked to just get a black version of my sisters last set. It was ombre glitter similar to the picture below. The older woman doing my nails promised she had the materials to pull off my request. It wasnt until my previous nail art was filed off, that she told me they didnt have the black glitter I wanted. She talked me into using a finer glitter polish and the end result looked like bad Rocky Horror cosplay (see below.) They could tell I hated it, but I didnt want to keep negotiating and be stuck there longer so I declined having it fixed immediately. They even offered to fix it FOR FREE if I came back the next day. I could also tell the other employees were discussing because several of them walked up to me to offer to fix my nails and they kept saying, "ombre," to each other. It got overwhelming so I went to sit in the car and waited for my sister to finish and pay. I didnt want to go back, but my sister convinced me to give it another try so I made an appointment today and chose a simpler design. I purposely requested the artist that had the skills to do it. When I arrived, he was still working on someone else so I waited. After an hour, I was going to leave when he said he could see me. I showed him and he nodded and began filing. He was half way done with one hand when a different woman turned around and spoke to him. Then he turned to tell me that I was going to be charged $50 for just the new design. I was shocked because I was assured the day before that I could get the service for free so I backed away from the table. Next thing I know there are 2 women flanking my seated artist who start rapidly talking at me trying to justifying the exorbitant charge. The woman who, originally, told me to come back the next day was sitting a few chairs down and said nothing while this was going on. It was clear they werent going to listen to me and I felt overwhelmed by how quickly they got so aggressive so I just left. I knew I shouldnt have gone back there. My sister and I wont be making that mistake again. Update: The manager thought it was appropriate to text me trying to discredit my review at 9:45pm. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to come back to a salon when a design didn’t turn out the way I asked. The artist and I usually find a design they can easily do and they change it for free + tip. The artists and management are money-hungry. They should’ve just admitted they couldn’t do the nail art I wanted.

Alex V A friend who lives nearby recommended this salon. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in for a gel nail appointment with only 20 mins notice. It appeared they had a lot of regular customers which is great to see. They offer one complimentary drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic) during the time of service. The staff were friendly and the salon was clean. The staff checked in a few times to ensure I was happy with my nails and service. Selfishly, I wish this place was located in north Seattle but I’m tempted to make the trip down to get my nails done again in a few weeks.

Huh I saw someone say they began charging $55 for a full set, that was what they charged me for a FILL! Extremely pricey, wanted to charge me an extra $15 just to add chrome powder and another $15 for French tips. I understand that it should cost extra, but THAT much? They did not clean my cuticles properly which I was pretty upset about. These photos are 3 days post fill, my nails do not grow fast and you can already see gaps.

I didnt come to argue then be overcharged for crappy service and not what I asked for. do NOT get any service done here they are scammers. I want my $80 back.

Tiny Tiger I broke a nail, and after I tried to use nail glue, and then press on nails to keep nail together, both methods failed. So, realizing I was starting to damage my nails, I panicked and made an appointment with Bojour to have acrylics put on. Ive only had a couple of manicures on my natural nails and had no idea what to expect. From start to finish, I was unsettled, but i figured i was just nervous to do a new thing. Despite me making an appointment, I had to wait a half hour for them to start. They didnt remove the nail glue from the drug store nails before filling (despite me specificity saying that it was there). I tried to ask questions about the process, and the nail tech asked if i was ok rather than answering my questions. They didnt push back my cuticles, and just a few days later, they already looked to me like they needed a fill. The nails themselves are super thick and uneven. I asked the tech to cut them short enough to be able to type for work, and she left them too long to do so. They put on a different color than I asked, when I tried to say something the manager came over and said that it was dark purple and would look like the color I picked when they put more coats on - I wanted a dark indigo but I got a deep plumb. There was a language barrier, and I have an auditory processing issue, so at the time, I chocked some of this up to the communication barriers. It happens to me a lot, so I just try not to be a bother and trust the professionals. Now, Im a week and a half out, and Im seeing lifting on most of the nails. The right pointer finger is the worst and is catching on my hair and clothes at the back end of the nail. Im also seeing a lot of chipping at the tips (was supposed to be gel polish). When it was time to pay, I was hesitant, and the tech pressured me into giving her a tip. I just paid and got out of there. I wont be back.

Robert Malcolm Great salon! All newly renovated, really sharp. Great attention to detail with their service. Without a doubt the best pedicure Ive had here.
5 /5
Autumn Simpson Lately, every time I come here, I leave with air bubbles and tiny hairs visible in my polish. Additionally, they dont use a fast drying top coat so its easy to smudge your nails hours after the appointment. The last time I pointed it out, the staff tried to accuse me of ruining it myself and when I called to speak to the owner, they lied and said I had the wrong business and hung up on me. This is a very mismanaged business and their service has really gone downhill this last year.

Tabitha Hake-Evans They made my finger bleed, didnt finish cutting my cuticles, and wasnt able to do a simple heart design on my nails. When I asked for a discount they told me "it happens, sometimes your fingers bleed" and said that the designs never look 100% the same as in photos. I didnt expect perfection but her design was so off I wouldnt even call it a heart. She even went so far as calling me a liar. Just wow. No apologies from them just rudeness. I also got their 50$ pedicure that was just 30 min of half effort foot care. Dont bother coming here. Update: THE NEXT DAY my gel cracked off. Which according to other reviews, is something that happens often here.

Ashley Austin Not the best first impression for a new nail spot. The place is cute and the location is great for living in Queen Anne. However, the staff was somewhat rude and, most importantly, they were unbelievably overbooked. Myself and two friends came for a 4:30 appointment for one regular pedicure, one acrylic fill with gel, and one manicure/pedicure with gel. Granted, we did get there at 4:34, so I would expect a little bit of a pushback. However, my two friends waited about 25 minutes for their pedicures to begin - starting at 5 pm. Their water was cold but the pedicures were nice and they enjoyed them. My experience, on the other hand, was much less enjoyable. My service did not begin until 5:58, almost 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. During that time, they helped FIVE people with appointments later than mine before starting on my nails. Had I not been waiting for my friends to finish their appointments, I would have left. My technician also did not seem to care about doing my nails after the wait as my cuticles are a mess, the skin color polish typical for French tips is basically clear, and there’s pink polish all over my fingers. In total, we were there for two hours and forty-five minutes. I absolutely will not be returning. Being made to wait over an hour for your service to begin is unacceptable, especially when staff don’t communicate about the wait at all. I do not recommend this salon in the slightest and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Also, one of the ladies was walking around barefoot? All around not ideal.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and took their time going through the massage and pedicure and squeezed me in last minute. I absolutely enjoyed the experience while there and my nails turned out beautiful. However, I noticed some of the instruments weren’t properly cleaned and the towels had remnants from other patrons. Then when I got home the next day my feet were so cracked, red, itchy and irritated I’m wondering if they were too overly aggressive or if I need to be concerned about an infection.

I’ve had acrylics for a long time and never had my nails chip. The ones pictured here are from eight days ago. The last two times I went, I had two nails fall off, also a first for me! Honestly, I’ve yet to find a quality nail salon since moving downtown, despite paying way more than I was outside the city. Out of the ones I’ve tried, The Cat has the best color options by far, so that’s a plus!

Rachel瑞秋 I’ve visited this place twice in total. I didn’t give it a one-star rating because my first experience was decent. However, the second time was absolutely terrible. A lady with glasses did my nails, and after removing the polish, she only cut my nails without even shaping them. Although the owner initially told me they didn’t have the exact color I wanted but could find a similar one, so I didn’t mind the color. But the style was completely different from what I wanted. After I went home, no one said it looked good; everyone said it was ugly. I was so upset I almost cried. The thought of spending $66 on a manicure that turned out so horrible ruined my whole week.

Dominique Morales I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a minute when I past by their window and saw they’re super intricate display nails. I saw there was some mixed reviews but still decided to check it out. I asked beforehand when booking my appointment if they could do a specific set of nails and they reassured me they could. My appointment started on time and lasted 3 hours - granted the design I asked for was A LOT. My nail tech did an amazing job and took so much care and attention to detail. My set ended up being $130 but given the amount of time, labor and embellishments I found that to be more than fair esp given the nail tech match the reference pic I gave her literally perfectly. Definitely not a set I would keep up regularly but for special occasions this place is my new go to!

annie j I don’t think the photos on the Google page are really done by the nail techs here. I don’t know how this place got an almost 5 star ratings I am from out of town and wanted to get my previous gel off and trimmed slightly. My original nail tech back at home has been very gentle with my nails to keep them strong and healthy, but it was completely ruined here. The technician did not soak them off like how they usually do, but used the nail buffer/grinder and left NONE of my nail left, my nail buds were red, sensitive, and painful. She buffed them so thin with the grinder she could not even file my nail length because they kept bending with how thin she buffed them down. I have NEVER had this issue with my nails. The painting job itself looks like a 5 year old did it, so thick and uneven, does not look professionally done at all. The place also doesn’t look anything like the photos here, feels very unsanitary. She rushed through the whole thing. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

It was my first time going in and was planning to go back bi-weekly but I might just go back to my other salon. Edit to add: I went back and it was fixed free of charge but another nail broke in the same way the following day. sophia trinh The nail technicians at Jolie Nail consistently do a great job with my dipped nails. In fact, they did such a great job that I trusted them to do my nails for my wedding day, and they turned out perfect. I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment, as wait times can vary. Having an appointment ensures I’m seen on time, which is important for my schedule. While the selection of colors is a bit more limited compared to other nail salons I’ve visited, the quality of service makes up for it. I typically get an ombré dip and prefer lighter, more neutral shades. My nail designs are simple, but the quality is excellent—my nails last up to three weeks before needing a refresh.

Padgett Courtney (courtney7rae) One stars because the said sorry and gave me some of my money back. But that’s just because I can’t give 0 stars. I left before they finished my nails. The product and service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ll start with comments on the actual nails. I should’ve walked out when she was speeding through them. It felt like she was trying to win fastest application. Didn’t even touch my cuticles and applied tips on very unevenly. When I walked in, I asked if they had time to help me. They said they did but right before it was time to place the paint on she said “Now we wait for it to dry.” Acrylic was already dried. She went to work on another client, we weren’t waiting for it to dry. After 20 minutes of waiting I put $60 cash on the table and told them I had to go. I felt like if I didnt pay the full thing they would accuse me of theft. They said they would be with me in one minute and tried to talk me out of leaving. Once I was out the doors, two of them followed me out. They said if I don’t come back now then I should come back later today to get everything finished. While they were talking to me, one of them put their hands on me and was pushing me back into the door. I had to yell at her to get off of me and I hurried away. Before I crossed the crosswalk she caught up to me and gave me $20 back and apologized. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever been to and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to not waste their time or money here. If you don’t have time for walk-ins then tell the customer that. I could’ve went else where since I was on a time limit. Also, don’t lie to your customers! Don’t tell me we’re waiting for it to dry when I know that’s not the case. LASTLY DONT TOUCH AND FORCE CUSTOMERS TO BE THERE.

Brandi Clements Never in my life have I ever been to a nail salon that requires a 24 hour notice to cancel, then charges you the entire price of your service as a “no show” fee. I requested to cancel an appointment a little over five hours in advance, and was told over the phone that they have a policy which requires a 24 hour notice. The girl on the phone was very monotone and not understanding at all. Naturally, I decided to go as if I were to be charged regardless it would make sense to just get the service. A few of my nails broke, so I asked if I could have a pedicure instead, as my nails would either be Colored and at uneven lengths or extremely short and neither of those options worked for me. I was then told That removal of old polish along with my pedicure was going to take an hour and 45 minutes. Again, I get my nails done all the time, and even when I’ve gone to the salon at Pick hours, it has never taken more than an hour and 15 minutes to have my toes done. I’m having this conversation face-to-face with the girl at the counter and her eyes are glazing over as I’m trying to solve the problem. She tells me I can come back in 2 1/2 hours, which doesn’t work as that was not the time that I had scheduled the appointment for. She was dismissive and unapologetic, her eyes glazed over as she basically looked through me and noted her head as she told me I was still going to be charged full price for a service that I did not receive. Would never go here, and will be telling friends and family not to go here as well. Horrible experience, customer service was below par at best. Save yourself the headache.

Christine Booker I have been a loyal client of this nail spa for over five years. While it used to be an amazing place to go, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. The first issue occurred when a nail tech used a pumice stone to remove medical tape residue from my lower leg. While I believe she had good intentions, the method was poorly thought out, causing my skin to be removed and leaving a permanent scar. I reached out to the owner, who refunded me, but that was the only action taken to address the situation. Despite this, I decided to continue supporting the spa. However, a few months ago, I experienced another upsetting incident during a pedicure. At the time, there were only two clients in the pedicure chairs—myself and another person whose service hadn’t even started yet. A mother and daughter arrived and requested to sit together. The nail tech offered to move the other client over one chair to accommodate them, but the receptionist declined. Instead, she waited until my pedicure was almost finished and then asked me to move five chairs down to make room. This disrupted my experience, and in the process of moving, my freshly painted polish was smudged. I called the spa immediately after to report the issue and to question why I had been asked to move instead of the other client, especially when their service hadn’t started. The receptionist was reluctant to remedy the situation, but I insisted that I would come in first thing the next morning to have it fixed, as I had already been inconvenienced and expected the service I paid for to be completed properly. These incidents highlight a significant decline in customer service and a lack of respect for loyal clients. The disregard for my experience, combined with the owner’s failure to meaningfully address these issues, has led me to reevaluate where I spend my money. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this business.

Charity Nauman I should not have had to pay for these.. I came in with already acryllic, I just wanted color. I felt bad in the beginning because they couldnt execute the picture I wanted. So they removed it and just went with block color. Im fine with this but they completely missed the mark again. I thought magnetic cat eye was simple to execute but they left more of a flat line with flat color everywhere else, not even the effect of what its supposed to do.. not to mention they left color and blank spots everywhere.. I really appreciate that they wanted to make it work but the execution was wayy off and they still had me pay. $40 for pooling polish and bad artistry. Im upset, its a nail place, you should be able to paint the whole nail.

Shes amazing at this job & these photos speak for themselves. They portray several types of nails Ive had done by her. I would not go to anyone else after meeting Queen. Shes a nail artist. ♡ See you soon ,,

Trina Paid for eyebow wax & after the ugly design of two nails decided not to chance it. Very dirty & run down my first and last visit a manicure with two nail designs/two oversized rhinestones (not expected when I asked about rhinestones) plus the eyebrows I skipped was $40 but they wanted to charge an extra six for the two rhinestones. How they have 4 stars is a mystery or bought reviews

Awesome Adria Although, the process of removing old nails were a little painful and my real nails were clipped in the process, without asking. The end result was perfect! Service was quick, and customer service was awesome. I was greeted immediately and was seated and worked on with no delays on a Friday night, with no appointment. The best work I have had in years by the young gentleman by the door. Thanks for fitting me in and doing an amazing job!

Jaclyn P Went in for a quick removal of my powder dip. The lady didn’t soak my nails in any solution or grind off the top coat. She just used a fake nail to pry off my very well adhered powder dip. It was painful and damaged all my nails when she lifted them off the finger bed in the process. The lady was also rude to another customer and kicked her out during our service. I wasn’t gonna argue or get into it. I needed my nails done and get out of there fast. Don’t plan to go back again.

Kortney Luedloff Service: I had booked an appointment for me and 2 friends; dip mani and 2 pedicures. Pros: the staff was very kind, comfortable chairs Cons: we waited 15, 30, and 40 minutes respectively for our services (that I had an appointment for, they accepted walk ins or booked appointments too closely to honor our time), my tech never asked what length or shape I wanted until after she was done and I asked for an adjustment, a couple cuticle snips caused pain (for mani & pedi), and my nails were not shaped well at the edge (see first photo).

Cynthia Escamilla Ive gone in a couple of times. And it was fine until the last two times. A fruit fly landed on me and the man doing my pedicure killed the fruit fly in my leg by smacking my leg and the last time i went i told them the amount of tip i wanted to add and she added more than what I told her to add. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s not worth the stress.

Ashlee Johnson I called for a last minute appointment and they got me in right away, I ran a little late because of game day parking which made her run into her next appointment by about 15 minutes, although in a hurry she did not compromise the quality of the job one bit. This is one of the best sets I’ve had in a very long time. Attention to detail is off the charts, my nails are perfectly even, no lumps bumps or bubbles and the color is perfectly opaque and shape is perfect!

Alyce Huber I love coming here to get a gel mani done, but it really depends on who you get to do your acrylic nails here. It’s either a great mani or a meh one. The workers are usually slammed so they rush to get through customers, which unfortunately leaves me with rushed acrylic nails most of the time.

Kyrie Park I just came to get my acrylics removed and get a dip manicure. I got my original acrylic set and fill done here and the gals doing my nails told me they were "too thick" to remove with acetone and then RIPPED the entire set off my nails. My nails were completely shredded. I spent months growing my nails out (which are normally very thin). I told the tech I did not want my nails cut to keep the lenth... then she proceeded to file all the length down. When i asked for my cuticles done or any oil applied, she told me it would be extra.... I said I wanted a manicure and she told me "a dip manicure is only color. Nothing else". Such a disappointment. I could have done a better job at home. Will not be going back.

Sara San Antonio Ive been going here on and off since they opened. They get you in quick even without an appointment and Ive had nothing but nice nail techs (some are talkative some arent - I dont go often enough to have a dedicated person but they each have done a great job). Which given the amount of traffic/people they get is amazing. I went in today cause of a nail I broke (index finger in photo - but you cant even tell) they did an amazing job patching it and even got in the design I wanted. (Gel nails - I like to keep my natural nails)

And I forget the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did an amazing job as well—thank you!

X X I never realized how bad this place was - until I went somewhere else. I get dip nails. Whenever I go in they treat me like a burden, like they don’t actually want to do my nails. The last time I got my nails done they were so thick they didn’t look professionally done. They’re very unsterile and never offer to change my extensions during visits - sometimes the extensions were applied really bad. They don’t ask me what shape I want - or always tend towards almond shape for me (even though I prefer stiletto). Last time I went in – I made an appointment - I showed up right on time for my appointment. They made me wait over an hour after I got there to sit me down in a chair. I was so offended I left – I went to a different nail place that did my nails incredibly. I’ll never go back - I had been going there for years.

Kulsum Begum I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for hand and leg waxing, and the whole process was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They asked me to remove my clothes for the waxing but didn’t provide any towel or wrap to cover myself, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. To make matters worse, the bed I had to lie on was filthy – they didn’t even bother covering it with a disposable sheet or clean it before I used it. On top of that, one of the staff members made a very offensive and racist remark about my hair growth, comparing me to her brother-in-law, who is also Indian. She mentioned that he had thick hair, implying that all Indians do, which was not only inaccurate but highly inappropriate. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Hygiene and respect for clients should always be a priority, and this place clearly lacks both.

Alicia Morales The ladies were nice enough. But I told them I was allergic to gel nail polish & I needed dip which is what I had on my nails when I came in. Then when they started to paint my nails I saw that it was gel. I told her I cannot have gel. She said they added powder so the gel was okay. Here I am the next day with swollen red itchy fingers. They also cut my finger while doing my nails so I have a large gash in my pinky finger.

Sarah Tornai I kind of want to leave one 2 star review and one 5 start review. My eyebrows came out amazing but my nail experience was a bit odd. I felt profiled. I was asked to pay for my nails in the middle of them doing them. As in the lady grabbed my bag and said “you pay now” I don’t have foot fungus or asked for anything crazy I got clear on my fingers and one simple color on toes. I had already paid for eyebrows. It’s like having a waiter come up to you in the middle of a bite and asking for your card Before you finish eating except in this case, the lady literally made sure to grab my bag herself. I would go here again because it’s just in the neighborhood but dang….do better.

lanika exkano Very disappointed in the way that we were handled my daughter was told she was “too dark” for a certain color that she wanted, which was only a nude color so then we went with French tip instead, and it wasn’t clean. I’ve been coming here for years, so I was just really disappointed to see how the prices have increased and the service has went down. This was $90 total and the flower looked more like a snowflake. Not what we asked for….

Briseida Torres I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year, and my manicures were always great at first. However, as the business grew, it seems like they began focusing more on new clients and stopped providing the same level of care to those who’ve been supporting them for a while. This past week, I got a free manicure, and while it looked fine on the first day, it started to chip soon after. I reached out to the salon, and the response I got instructed me to come in the next day at 6 pm. However, when I arrived, the owner acted as if there was no prior communication and made it seem like fixing my chipped nail was an inconvenience. I’m very disappointed and will no longer be supporting this business.

Nicholette Daniel I’ve thought long and hard about leaving a review, but I’m doing it with the hope that it helps others. I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year and have noticed that they are getting increasingly rough and careless with my nails. The sanitary conditions seem less than ideal. Last weekend, I had to go to urgent care because I had such a nasty infection around my thumbnail. My thumb doubled in size and felt like it was on fire. This photo and review is a week after my urgent care visit and antibiotics (and having to have it lanced… OUCH!!). It has been extraordinarily painful. They have lots of great colors and my manicures definitely last for several weeks, but at this point it’s really not worth it. Aside from the infection, all of my cuticles are pretty ragged. I’m very disappointed. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Lydia Kim They will price match as groupon price— just ask Van! I walked in on Saturday around 4 pm without a reservation. She was able to take a walk in since there was only one person getting a pedicure. Honestly if you are expecting a luxurious nail shop experience, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a little glow up on a budget and a good chat with a nail tech, this is your place! I wouldn’t say this is the most clean place since I am not sure if the salon sanitize their equipments, but Van works very fast and efficient. While cleaning/painting nails, we were also having some deep conversation i felt like i got to know her as a human lol. She is a very hard working lady who is genuine. I would definitely come back here to support her business!

Guadalupe Villafuerte To be honest the lady is nice and does any nails that you would like which is great. BUT I hate having to tell the lady to fix it again and again because she would just keep repeating the mistakes again.! so I would end up not telling her anymore to fix it. I could tell she was getting annoyed. I hate being the kind of customer to be bragging about their job but I wasn’t going to give my money away if they weren’t doing a good job. The lady is very sweet overall but if I would come here again I’d rather just get one color than a design so that I don’t have to feel bothered about some mistakes I said to fix. I don’t think the price was even worth it. I will probably not want to come here again…

Jennifer James I went to Seattle Nails today despite some old negative reviews. I was surprised. It is a very clean, modern, high quality space. There is lots of room between what look and feel like new comfy chairs. Actually everything looked new. Han gave me a fill, fixed two broken nails, gel polish, everything perfect. I am fussy about shape and cuticles, again perfect. I then had a pedicure, same great service. Relaxing, quiet, great massage, good magazines, water and chocolate. I was worried leaving my manicurist of 20 years because we moved downtown. Not any more. I give Han and Seattle nails an A+.

I asked if she could just give me a black almond shaped nails but I have no idea what this is. Some of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The only reason my pointer finger is straight is because that’s the one she ripped off and replaced with acrylic.

Cheerchantel Let me start by saying if I can give this place zero stars I would. They don’t know how to do manicures to save their life a guy with a two letter name did my nails nice at first then became very rough as I told him to fix mistakes he had made. He continued to say my nails grow a certain way that’s why it looks the way it looked which is false I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks since I was a teenager in Chicago where I’m from this is the worst place I’ve been to in my life. I was here on vacation my nails chipped so I had to get them done. The nail tech purposely cut me, by nail filing my nails so forcefully it rubbed against my cuticle. This is very painful and it did bleed due to how deep the cut was. I asked for sharp square got this whatever shape this is. Furthermore, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the simplest service I requested they couldn’t achieve. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy expensive for no reason terrible service.

Tere Andal The lady that did my nails complimented me and didn’t hurt me with the drill. That being said, she hand filed my set in a strange way. My thumb she filed so far on the right that the nail looks like it’s a weird melting shape. The set was built thin without an apex so I don’t believe they will last long. The acrylic was applied all over my cuticle and surrounding sides of my nail, then allowed to dry and drilled around the outside edge. Going home I had to pick the dry acrylic off of my skin. After the gel polish was applied the set was drilled yet again, so the sides of the nails looks sloppy and uncovered. The drill bits weren’t sanitized between services and I should have walked out then. Whatever is in the acrylic made my nail beds burn and I had to blow on my fingers As the service was ending, the tech started asking me to tip them in cash. I said 3 times I did not have cash, and they said well next time bring cash. At the till, they kept asking for my card. I was using Apple Pay and 3 workers had to figure it out. They kept asking for my psychical card and I refused to give it. It just felt off. While the 3 workers were trying to figure out how to work the machine the nail tech that did my service repeated a good 5 times, “You tip me, ok?!” I’m not one to hold back tip even if the product or services rendered aren’t up to standard, although I resented giving the tip at all due to being badgered and this set being so gross I’ll be having them removed as soon as I return home. I was soft charged twice for the service, so hopefully only one goes through or I will have to contest it with visa. Definitely not worth the $122 CAD, but I was desperate to have my nails done for an event that same evening.

Kellyn Woloszyn If I could put zero stars I would! Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Did not push my cuticles back. Made 7 of my 10 fingers bleed from nail filing. I got the dip nails and there was glue stuck to all my fingers after I left. I got these done right before I went on a trip and was not able to return until 3 days later to try and get a refund, which they denied. The guy at the front tried to convince me that "this is normal for dip powder nails" even though I have gotten them done many times before and it is not normal to have your fingers bleed and such thick nails! I will never go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! (pictures are three days after I got them done)
