Lacey Holloway I came to the salon because it has a 4.5 star rating. It’s a cute place but the service was terrible. I got a $50 pedicure and $75 full set. The pedicure quick, sloppy, and most of all painful. The tech had heavy hands and used too much pressure for the massage focusing mostly on my calves. when she prepped my toes by snipping my cuticles and the skin around the nails she did it so much the skin around the nails got extremely red and bleeding in places. At one point I turned my feet away so she would stop. Eventually she moved on but it was like that with each toe. After she was done prepping my nails she placed a towel that had alcohol on it on my toes and walked away to get a hot towel. Eventually we got to the gel polish. She applied it so sloppy. it was ridiculous- it was all over the cuticles, tips of my toes, and around the skin on my nails but instead of wiping it off while it was wet, she cured the gel then tried to sand it off my skin with a emery board nail file. when that didn’t work she started snipping again and it hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop. My toes are still sore 4 hours later. Let’s move on the acrylic full set. $75 for medium length and gel polish. I was already nervous from the pedicure experience but I was already there and it was a different tech to do the nails so even though my instincts told me to leave, I gave this new lady a chance and thought surely things can’t get worse. The tech was nice. I told her square/oval shape and I don’t like them super thick. Things started out good but took a turn after the acrylic was applied. She did very little to shape the nail to fit my finger so they look wide and bulky, especially my thumbs. She over used the magnet on the cat eye polish so much it no longer looked like cat eye polish. I hated them but by then I was so defeated and anxious to get out of there. I didn’t complain because the salon was busy and I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid and left.

S C Absolute perfection. Clean and sanitary. Extremely relaxing. Attentive staff. What’s not to like? Had to find a new place because of sanitation concerns at previous nail salon. They use disposables, and my tech was even wearing gloves and a mask. My fill, repair, and chrome polish came out to 75$, (complimentary beverage included). They itemized the receipt and the technicians names were also listed on the receipt. Appointments are recommended (we didn’t know but only waited a few minutes to be seen) Beautiful salon. They earned 2 new customers today.

Corrine E Haack My nail tech here was David and he did such an amazing job. He checked in with me throughout the process and even fixed my nail that was on the verge of breaking off. He also made sure I knew how much everything was at the end so there was no confusion on cost. David took his time with measured precision, he deserves a raise!! I will be back thank you so much :)

Alicianna Massey If youre looking for a new nail salon, look no further. Linh is the best!! Id highly recommend her, especially if youre aiming for a longer shape and/or nail art. She made me feel heard on what I wanted, she accommodated to my preferences, shes very fast, friendly, and artistic. Overall very professional and great customer service. I walked out of there with a pep in my step thanks Linh!

Julia Dillard So I don’t really want to shame this whole place so I gave it 2 stars. But I decided to take my 8 year old daughter to get her first mani and pedi. I wanted to get a full set of acrylic and a pedi. I think his name was Nolan, he did my pedicure. He was very nice, gentle and professional. He treated me with respect and took his time. The lady that did my daughters mani and pedi was the same. Then it all changed when I got my full set. I think her name was Teresa. She sat at the 2nd table from the front. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she told me she can do it. This lady was rude, she gave me a ton of attitude, huff and puffed because she said she couldn’t understand me and would roll her eyes and shake her head anytime I tried to ask her about my nails. She literally stared at me like I was stupid and come to find out she was the one who didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked her if they did the “solar” acrylic or is this just regular acrylic and literally laughed in my face and said she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I googled it because I thought maybe I said it wrong. (It had been almost 3 years since I had my nails done.) when I found out it actually was called solar, I looked at her and said “do you guys not do solar nails anymore?” And she said “that’s what this is.” And looked at me like I was dumb. I tried to explain to her that when I used to get my nails done I had to either ask for it or they offered for an extra charge. She didn’t respond or look up, she just shook her head. There website shows that they can do some badass designs but she couldn’t even do a marble nail but she said she could. She tried over and over for 20 minutes and after another lady tried and it looked absolutely awful I said just paint it a solid color. I chose that color because I had a wedding to attend and it matched my dress. She also kept moving the black light that dries your nails and kept bumping my nails and had to repaint it and literally blamed me for doing it. Everytime I showed her the dent in my nail she would say “you did did that,” and then would huff and buff(like I was such an inconvenience). After she was finished she literally dropped my hands, jerked her chair back really quick, stood up and said “finished.” Like she couldn’t wait for me to leave. Then after that she just turned around and started doing something else. It was absolutely awful. I’m not confrontational, and because I’m such a people pleaser I wasn’t rude back, I literally smiled the whole time and kept thanking her and telling her they looked great even though I wanted to cry. I didn’t understand what all the hostility was about, even my 8 year old noticed how rude she was being to me. I literally dropped 205 dollars on an 8 year old to get a mani and pedi which they give you a “deal” for kids which was 40. They did tell me that getting gel would charge extra and a design which was fine but I guess it’s my fault for not asking how much. Because I paid 75 for just my daughter. The girl at the desk said they charged me 15 and 20 extra for getting gel and a design. I don’t remember what costed 15 and what costed 20 but being charged 15 or 20 extra for a sticker is wild. But whatever. So if you minus 75 from 205, mine were 130. Pedicure was on point. But my nails? Nothing like what I wanted and they are uneven. Do not go to Teresa or whoever sits in the second desk. Because of her I will not go back ever and I’m thinking about seriously doing a chargeback on my card if they don’t refund me some of my money. I’m going to speak to the manager about the crappy quality and service i received especially droppin that much money. I was excited while we were getting our pedis that I found a good nail salon that I can take me and my daughter to so that we can have little mommy and daughter “dates” now that she’s old enough to go with me and get hers painted. But after my pedicure that completely changed when I met the lady that did my set. She was completely unprofessional. So now I’m going to search for another salon.

I have gotten pedicure from other staff here as well and always amazing service and quality is consistent!! I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you so much!

Colynn Nelson I would love to recommend Mystic Nails to you!! I have been going to Anna for more than 15 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. They have recently changed owners and Mimi has added a lot more services. She has also updated the salon to be as welcoming as she is. In all the years I have been going to Anna she has been amazing. I would recommend you calling and making an appointment with her. When you do, tell her “Lynn recommended me!!!”

Tina R I have been going to Queen B for about a year and this place never disappoints. The skill, service, and overall atmosphere is among the best out there. Louis and Bree have truly raised the bar for nail services in the area and make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome. Louis normally does my nails, but I have also had great experiences with Bree, Johnny, and Thomas among others. Louis is so patient and his attention to detail is unmatched. I typically go 3 weeks in between appointments and my nails always look like they were just done and never chip or break. Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling - this place is the real deal.

Heidi Townsend I’ve been going to Queen B since before they were here. I had such an awesome set of nails done by Bri years ago that I followed on over to Queen B when they opened. Louie has mastered every complicated or unique design I’ve thrown at him. I am VERY picky and have high standards when it comes to my nails but he never disappoints! Happy Halloween Nails!

Britany F I really wanted to like this place and I may try again sometime, giving them the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews. I recognize that I did not have an appointment when I came in at 6pm but asked nicely if they had time for a full set. They seated me right away. Awesome! Unfortunately, the tech was not understanding what I wanted. We had to try three different things. She couldn’t manage an ombré tip but the owner agreed my nails were too short to accomplish it. I’ve had it done before but okay, move on to a plain black French tip. Nope. The other tech came back and tried that but couldn’t understand that I don’t want to see through my nail. I asked her to follow the line of the nail underneath but she said it would look bad. Again, had it done before. But fine. Just paint the whole thing solid cat eye then. It had been almost an hour and a half at this point. I was tired and hungry as I came here straight from work. The owner stepped back in to finish at this point. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied but honestly trying to be polite still because they stayed after closing time to finish. When I got home I noticed a few nails aren’t even completely covered and I have a chip in one nail. And most are dull, not shiny. I can’t handle that and will likely use my lunch break tomorrow to get a paint change somewhere in Portland. Also disappointing that they don’t offer water or wine or anything like most other places do now. Looks fancy, but I’d recommend you do your research and make an appointment with one of the experienced techs. I honestly wish they’d just said no, we don’t have time tonight. Wasted 96$ tonight.

Ellie Forster Did not do what I asked for at all. My nails are stretched up. I got cut by the drill. My “silver chrome French tips” are sparkly white everywhere. No cuticle care. Very disappointed. I added what I asked for vs. what I got

Allie Ciarlanti Ive been going here on and off for over 2 years. I am always nice and tip very well. I dont do anything crazy. Just a solid color. Every time. Theyre very nice too but the quality of work is hit or miss. I even ask for Tiffany since shes the boss. Id think shed make sure my nails are perfect and Im happy before leaving. But no. I feel like its a problem if I point something out that needs to be fixed but they want $$$$$. I work hard for my money and expect quality work to be done when paying for a service. Im very upset that Im leaving today with bumps under my polish, semi full coverage on the nail, and cotton pieces/nail debris left on my hands. Im over it and I wont be back.

Holly Jordan *update: As of April 2022 after a year of visiting this location I still would give 5 stars. Great staff great service. My hands and feet never looked better. These nails I had done 3 weeks ago still looking good. No complaints 2nd visit here, 2021 brought my mother in law this time. 3rd salon Ive tried in 6 months, we are staying here. Tiffanys done 2 sets on me and her fellow workers are all super sweet. Great service good prices and consistently good work toes and fingers!!

Amber Romo Listen, I have three elementary school kids and a toddler. My hands go THROUGH IT. I never used to get my nails done because they would break or pop off a literal week after at best. This salon gets it. I’ve had this same set on for over 3 weeks. Look. They’re pretty much perfect. Also, staff is so nice. Do yourself a favor and just call and make an appointment already.

Rachie284 Lisa was friendly and did a really nice and yet quick job. Nails looked very polished (pun intended), and not thick! Low profile which is very desirable to me, and when I told her what I might want in the future, she was open to give ideas or suggestions that would be suitable for me. UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to stop going there. After the first time, the nails were really average... if not bad... The second time they only lasted about three days before they peeled up... At $35 for a fill, I think Ill go else where unfortunately. :/ The lady is still really nice though.

Victoria Jones I wanted to love this place the woman that did my nails and toes was so personable and kind! However worst set of nails ive had in years acrylic was unever the gel polish was thin in some spots and clear top coat all over the place. My pedicure was sub par almost no calouse removal, the paint job was bad. None of the side on any of my toe nails was painted i spent $100 ive spent less elsewhere and gotten so much better. So disappointed. Now i have to go spend another 100 on a new set and pedicure

Kierstin DeKoeyer linda (the owner) is the sweetest human, she always makes sure i am happy with what she is doing and my manicure always lasts 3-4 weeks. i get the dip powder and she makes sure to do 3 coats of the powder so it’s lasts and isn’t sheer at all. i’ve been coming here for years and only trust linda with my nails

J C Today was my first time at this shop. I had a manicure with gel polish. My initial opinion was that I was satisfied with how they looked. After leaving the shop and upon further examination I realized that they look like they have a weeks worth of grow out already. I then thought about my experience and remember that the cuticles werent pushed back. While they look fine, they wont last as long as they should for the cost of $45. The other issue I had is that I looked at the website before deciding on this shop. The website offers a 10% discount if you give your name and email address. I received an email with a link for the discount that said would be a 15% discount. Upon arrival I advised the technician that I had a discount, she said they can verify after the service, after the service I showed her me email, she and another tech said its invalid. Their website has been hacked and they showed me what their coupons should look like. I advised them that now my concern is that I followed a link offered thru their website, if there is an issue with being hacked, it should be addressed. I was advised to come back after my vacation and talk to the owner who is currently out of town.

Ella K I got my first ever acrylic set here and love the result! I asked for a shorter almond shape with shade 175. The person who did my nails was also very friendly and nice!

Angelina Albulov I have been going to this place for a while and I was always happy with the services. The staff is nice and friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the salon is very clean and sanitized. I always come for acrylic set and I mainly go for natural looks. I was at the salon today 2/28 and asked for new acrylic set. Initially after the nails were completed I thought I liked the nails. I wasn’t sure if it was because of the lighting that I didn’t see it at first but when I got home and after having a closer look, I noticed the acrylics are so far away from cuticle . I believe that you should never see a gap when product is freshly applied. They look like how my nails look when they’re two weeks grown out. The acrylic should not have been applied this far away from the cuticle or at least that is not how I like it. The first two pictures are the what my nails looked like. UPDATE: I came in today and showed my receipt from the previous day to proof that I had my nails done the day before and that they were don’t quite properly they asked about my experience, apologized and kindly offered to get my nails fixed. Julie has fixed my nails and they turned out perfect. Exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the result. I appreciate that professionalism. Everyone makes mistakes but what matters is how they approach to get it fixed. I will be coming. The third photo is the fixed result.

Teri Carlson I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try! I got dip powder for the first time and Danny (I think that’s his name) did a FANTASTIC job on them! Than did my design and she was spot on with the picture. This is the first salon over the last 20 years I’ve been to that I cannot wait to go back and see what they do next! They were so quick, efficient, and their customer service is unbeatable compared to everyone else around. Amazing job today!!

Payton Shae the place was very clean and cute inside, the lady was really nice and let me book same day appointment which is nice. this set was $107 before tip, a bit pricey but worth the quality and the efficiency of the nails! she worked fast and did an amazing job and high quality nail products and did not cut me once. expensive but worth it! i gave it 4/5 starts just cause the price.

Liviwivi1 Makeup I’ve been coming here for quite a few months, every 2 weeks unless life gets in the way! Haha! I love what they do with my nails! First I went to Mia and who was so sweet and personable. She remembers me and would talk to me. Very sweet girl! She isn’t there anymore so I ended up going to Than and sometimes her husband does my nails too! They’re a good team and I enjoy coming! Than does an amazing job on designs!

Natalya G Requested help for growing out my nails (have a trip I want to go natural nails for but I am a biter). Got an acrylic set that looked beautiful, though a little ramped ( friends commented they looked painful because it looked like the nails were coming off ) . The staff where very friendly and offered some water, etc. Removed my acrylics today and confirmed I have "ring of fire" damage to my nails. It unfortunately wont grow out for my vacation, but should grow out by six months. Ask for them not to use an e-file to remove your cuticles.

Casey Canterbury This was my first time visiting! I made an appointment a few weeks back to make it easy for everyone, I know walk ins can be hard to squeeze in. Nancy was so lovely. She did my nails exactly as the photo I showed her, and she took her time. I have no cuts or injuries, she did an amazing job! The gal who did my feet was also very caring and took her time as well. (I forgot to ask her for her name) Everyone here is welcoming, and I could hear the nail techs greet people by name, which means they value their customers and regulars. I will be coming back in the future, my new favorite spot! ** Update ** My nails lasted SO LONG! I had no issues with chipping or breaking. I have a customer service job, I use registers, and I showcase products to customers, so my hands are heavily used. This set lasted a little over a month, and even then, the only reason one popped off was because I was playing with my dog a little rough. (Hes a big boy)

Tanya Roldan I have been using the services at Crystal Nails for more than 5 years. Being moderately OCD, I appreciate the attention to details in manicures and pedicures. I always leave feeling ready to put my best foot (and fingers) forward. I have also used their waxing services but I, personally, don’t have much facial hair. I wholeheartedly recommend using Amber or Jenny’s services.

The care they took while providing amazing service is definitely what we needed. My 7 year old daughter got a pedi and mani with gel polish. Hannah did such an amazing job on her nails. Melanie Tustin I usually have a great experience here. Last night I got a pedicure with my sister. At the end my technician told my sister and I the pedis would be $25 and $35 while the other technician went to charge my card. She came back with my card and a receipt for $80 and then asked for a cash tip on top of overcharging me. Very disappointing. The nails look fine but I’m bummed that I can’t go here anymore.

Caitlin Larson Danny with Vina Ann Nails does it again! I rarely get my nails done except for vacations, but this is always my go to when I need them done. I went in about 5 pm, I did have an appt but there was some miscommunication so when I got there my appt had been cancelled. I was in no rush and offered to go somewhere else but Danny was wonderful and insisted I stay and still got me in ASAP for a pedicure and full set. He is so quick (and I don’t mean he rushes, he’s just very efficient and great at what he does and gets it done in a very timely manner) and they always look so good and even offered to do a beautiful flower design for me, to make them look more Hawaiian (vacation was to Maui) and I didn’t catch the lady’s name who did my feet but she did wonderful as well! If anyone asks me where to go, I always recommend this place! First pic is the day I got them done, and second pic was taken today, 10 days later. No lift, no chips, only the grow out you would expect in 10 days. Thanks Vina Ann Nails and Danny and all of the other wonderful gals that work there!!!

Crystal Atkinson Kelly did an amazing job on my weathered feet! She was thorough, efficient, and allowed me to relax. Loved her massage and the massage chair. Very clean environment. Good prices. Friendly ladies. Barely recognized my feet when she was done! Will be back and tell others to go there!

Beaudie Stroebel I have a hard time finding a good nail salon and this place was recommended by a friend. we were able to quickly make an appointment for the time we wanted but we have no idea if we got the people that we asked for. also no one had their name or certificates posted at their stations. Everyone speaks English well so that is helpful. My daughters nail was put on crooked and mine are a little off too. They dont wash your hands at all until the very end before you pay. Its kind of weird to have nail dust covering you the entire time you are getting your nails done. The people are really friendly though.

Stacia Johnson I have been getting my nails done for 17 years i have been going here on an off since it was built ive never had a bad experience here its always clean and smells nice, Ive only ever experienced a short wait as a walk in (which is to be expected) and have never had to wait for an appointment. Ive gotten full sets, fills,and pedicures from a few different girls and have not 1 bad thing to say about any of the girls. They are always kind and take their time ❤ I dont have anxiety to get my nails done anymore because I know Im in good hands there.. I highly recommend this salon to anyone! My dad also only goes here for his pedicures and I now have my sister hooked also.

Davanh Brown Every time I visit, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and inviting. I typically choose an off-white base with some sort of design, but this time I decided to try something different. I opted for an off-white base with thin French tips and delicate floral designs—it turned out beautifully, almost like an elegant wedding vibe, but even better. My daughter, who loves the ‘Wicked’ theme, was thrilled with her design as well. The staff delivered exactly what she wanted. This place is an absolute must for all your nail care and design needs!

Zoe Scherer Update: the owner reached out to me and offered to make it right tomorrow (Sunday in which they are closed) let her know that I could wait till Monday as I didn’t want to make them come in on their day off. She insisted and I will remove the pictures tomorrow and update with what they made it right with! I’m writing this and will go in Monday 2/17 and show them and give them the opportunity to fix and will update off that! Went in for a full acrylic set today for a 230 appointment. First thing she does is try to push a different type manicure on me. Which wasn’t a big deal simply told her no thank you and explained my reasoning. She was very polite but you could tell they over booked and was rushing. Gives me the choice of square or square with rounded edges. Opted for rounded as I do not like square in any type of way. She does the manicure and on the second coat of paint she hits my pinky and she wiped the polish off my cuticle, but doesn’t fix it. I don’t say anything as I was giving her an opportunity to fix it, as we are both very aware it happened. Not even two minutes later she was done with the manicure and I tell her I want her to fix it which she proceeds to tell me it’ll be fine, which I tell her no I want it fixed its very unclean looking having smudged polish at the bottom of the nail. I am paying for the service so I don’t find it unreasonable. She gets annoyed and at least Dremels off some of the thin layer of polish, but doesn’t just touch it up (see bottom of pinky in picture). Almost none of the nails are painted fully. I looked at the time once I reached my next destination and it was 308. Was less then 30 minutes for a full set. Was cheap at least but woulda rather paid more to have a manicure I enjoy, and not want it redone the same day

D I got a gel manicure, (and acrylics, updated 11/18) (and two fills, updated 3/1/25) and I am very happy with the results. I came in with a reference photo and they were willing to work with me and ask me many questions to be sure I got what I wanted. They are very customer focused. The vibe of the shop itself is pleasant, clean, and- quite honestly- luxurious. The price is reasonable. They are efficient without trying to push clients out. My manicure took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I will absolutely be returning. My acrylics were done fast and they’re gorgeous! The fills I got were done in under 30 minutes by Nancy, and they turned out great.

I had scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance for 9 AM on a Saturday, as we had a wedding to attend and wanted to look our best. Arriving early, we were promptly attended to. My daughter received a Mani/Pedi from a sweet and affectionate technician, while Nancy worked on my nails. Janie took over my manicure due to the influx of customers, and although I was initially hesitant, she impressed me with her skill and attention to detail. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism and meticulousness in their work, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The ambiance of the salon exuded class, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable experience. Cheyenne Harmon Do not go here if ethical business practices are important to you. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years now. Unfortunately, this has made me very picky because I know what a good job is. I have searched far and wide all over Washington trying to find a place that meets my standards. I was so happy to finally find Janie at Hosanna Beauty. She does amazing work. I felt so relieved after she did my first set because I knew I found my forever place. Unfortunately, however, this has come to an end. Hosanna Beauty has decided to and their relationship with Janie suddenly and without reason. Right before the holidays at that. Now, as a customer, I am out of luck on getting my nails done. As someone who has been getting their nails done for so long, getting nice themed holiday nails is important and a huge joy to me. This has been taken away from me and a number of others. Hosanna Beauty will get rid of your favorite tech seemingly without reason and definitely without notice, and they will do it right before the holidays. This shows they not only dont care about their employees and their well being during this season, but also the customer who has built a relationship with this person, trust their work, and wouldnt prefer to have to see a different tech especially without warning.

Melissa Lassiter Honestly, look for somewhere else to go. $75 to charge for a set of nails when it was very obvious they don’t know what they are doing. When your paying that high of a price, I expect my nails to be done by someone who knows what they’re doing, and I expect them to look great. I’m disappointed to say the least. Then $50 for a pedicure that absolutely had nothing other than nail trimming, clean up of cuticles, paint, and probably a 2 minute massage. Go to Q nails and pay the same price for way more. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Find somewhere else to go.

robert palmquist Took my wife here on a date and they were amazing, the owner checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok and if he could get us anything. Super helpful with helping me pick out the right package that fit my needs since I wasn’t gonna be getting my toenails painted. If you’re looking for a great relaxing day, I would definitely suggest this. There’s nothing more manly and being confident enough to go get a pedicure with your amazing wife. Plus if you are like me and work hard and on your feet daily taking care of them will go along way and help keep you on your feet!! 10/10 we will be back!

As a blue collar construction woman who comes in with the roughest of hands and tired of feet, the amazing pedicures in their massage chairs get me feeling way better than when I came in and the boys at work never understand how I can keep such nice hands and nails while digging in the trenches, fitting pipe, or welding. Well it’s because Nails Spa and Creations always make my nails stronger with their amazing dip jobs, that last three weeks to a month and always with a large choice of colors. Peep my nails in the photos, as a highly active person, I’ve really come to appreciate the quality work Nails Spa and Creation do. I highly recommend this business for personal beauty services, and group gathering events. Oh, and can’t forget about the complimentary mimosa or beverage with your spa treatments. Best quality by far for the most affordable of price and beats any other location within a 20 miles radius. Highly recommend.

Sydne Wheeler I have become a regular here for multiple reasons. The salon is so clean and has such a bright and airy vibe. The massage chairs are nice quality and are not worn out and overused. They are spaced well so you can actually get in and out of them comfortably. The owners are AMAZING and make it a point to know and remember your name and it’s so effortless seeming. Their customer service is above and beyond. I have had multiple different techs do dip manicures and gel pedicures and I really don’t have any complaints. Every once in a while I may get a little cut on a cuticle but nobody is perfect. They offer beverages and are as accommodating as they can be for a nail salon. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an overall great experience. They have created a great atmosphere by removing all the things you dislike about other nail salons.

She takes her time with each appointment, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that the nail shape and design are perfect. Sophia is not only talented but also incredibly artistic, and she’s always able to bring any nail art I show her to life. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Before finding Sophia, I tried other technicians at LV Nail Lounge, and they were all wonderful as well. The quality of their work is consistently high, and the nails have excellent retention. My daughter often accompanies me, and everyone who has painted her nails has been patient, kind, and gentle with her. All photos attached were done by Sophia!

Lisa Hanna I am absolutely blown away with what a fantastic experience I had at LV. I went there before the remodel and liked it, but now it is beyond top notch. The new massage chairs amazing. They gave us heated neck warmers, extra massage time on the legs, a glass of wine or mimosa comes with the special pedicure. Highly recommend! All the technicians are very good but we had Tracy, Sue and Lillian and loved them all. We got a special treatment with red wine in the soak and crushed orange. Never heard of anything like that. It was like a sangria pedicure. Love this place!

Maura Rininger Tracy and her team were awesome. I had several nails lifting on each hand. The team fixed them, Tracy did the fill and shaping and superb painting then she did my eye brows. I haven’t done my brows in yrs because I was burned badly. I explained how badly my last time was and she was extremely careful and took care to make sure I was comfortable and that the experience was a good one. No burns, beautiful brows and my nails are gorgeous. I will be back and I’m bringing my MIL to get her toes done.

They were so sweet, kind, accommodating, careful, and offered drinks which is the first I have ever come across at a nail salon to be honest. The best thing about them is they have so many more nail colors AND nail designs than any nail salon! They did such an amazing job with my nails and I LOVE them as they give such an awesome shimmer! paige sirks I had a great experience at Creative nails! I came in as a walk in client and was greeted very warmly, and offered a drink while I waited for the next nail tech. The store was very clean with a cozy atmosphere, and a bit on the smaller side of salons- which I liked. My tech efficiently manicured my nails while still taking the time to listen to my requests. Although this salon is a bit farther than I’d normally go, I will be a returning.

Jessica Russell The guy rushes through getting the nails done. Making them look uneven and super wide. I’ve let him do my nails twice and each time gets worse. It was a super slow day so i can’t even say it’s because he fit me in. He charged me for extending my nail that he cut to short. My nails aren’t even the same length nor close too it’s horrible and definitely NOT worth the $60 he charged me!

V Fed Came in on two separate occasions, one for a pedicure and one for a full set of dip. The pedicure was ok, the massage chairs were nice. The full set of dip on the other hand was pretty poor quality :/ I have at least two hairs/fibers that are in the polish and I can clearly see. There was no cuticle care and the lady just used her own nail to push up my cuticles instead of using a sanitary tool. No way the nail clips were sanitized prior too, they were extremely dull and bent my natural nails instead of clipping them. The dip she used did not seem to be the best quality and was extremely clumpy and the brush had other dip colors in there because I have some errant sparkles in my dip set. The moisturizer they used at the end was in a packet you would receive as a free sample and I got the last two remaining drops squeezed out onto my hands. Overall, the place wasn’t clean and a little dingy in my opinion.

Jordan McEntaffer Been coming here for years for a manicure and I will keep coming back. I always see Helena and she is amazing. I don’t do anything fancy but I always gravitate to the brighter and odder colors. I love her system of doing a dip base with gel on top. No acrylic and means we never have to soak off anything. I used to be a chronic nail biter and was shy to shake hands because I was embarrassed of my dry, short, and bleeding nails and nail beds. Now, I frequently show off my nails and get compliments. Seeing Helena changed my entire opinion of my nails and hands and I can’t see myself ever not having them done now. Such a confidence booster.

Donna Dotson Me and my wife having being coming here for years and have always had Kenny or Toni doing our nails but this is the first experience that was horrible for us when we were set with two new nail techs. My wife needed a new full set and while the acrylic was being removed she had said ow I don’t know how many times to the point she almost cried and the nail tech Lee laughed as she said it hurt. Then proceeded to not listen to how my wife wanted the design for her nails until I spoke up. For me I told the nail tech that I just need my nails filled and shorted but I wanted them basically Stiletto Shaped the pointer the better well my nails are short and round the nails are not symmetrical at all. Then when Lee asked my wife if I was her sister and my wife said no we were married it felt like she was homophobic and the experience was just made even more stressful and tense…Me and my wife are just beyond upset and will be making the decision if we choose to continue to go here anymore or not if we are giving to the same nail techs again that we had today…because I’m honestly appalled at these new hired nail techs…..

Diana phillips I’ve never experienced this before at all!! I did my nails on august the 22nd Thursday and today is day 11 of these nails and they just keep getting worse every day!! I hate to say this but this place is the worst place I’ve ever been to! She didn’t listen to me when I was showing her my nails during the service, she started getting mad because I kept telling her how my nails look!! I asked her nicely to feel my nails or even look at it bcos it was so bad while she was doing it!!! She had to redo my right side and she was getting mad while doing it and I couldn’t believe what was happening during that time!! TODAY IS THE DAY 11 and I wasted $57 on these!! Don’t come here for nails!! I tired walk back in couple days later for them to feel my nails because it’s bumpy and when I wet my hair and scrub it, hairs get stuck on my nails but they didn’t do anything about it they just said “oh I don’t feel it” of course she didn’t feel it because she was wearing gloves. First picture was taken right after I walked out from the nail salon and second picture was literally 4 DAYS LATER!!!! 3rd picture was 2 hours ago!!!

Her Domaine I went here with my mil and we had great service. I didn’t like how my color turned out the first time and it was graciously changed. I really like that they took care of my cuticles (I did dip powder nails) because most of the other salons that I visit don’t do that. I would definitely recommend.

Erica Jordan The experience was not princess treatment, I took a chance on a new place and now I know better. I wanted ombre tips and was told no, they could do regular french tips, my regular place takes a brush and dabs and blends to do the ombre look. I bled on two different fingers from how hard my lady filed on me, it hurt for 2 days after. The person who did my nails asked me where Im from, which I thought she meant where did I drive from and then she asked what I am, I answered with a lengthy question because it wasnt a simple answer and she responded with telling me I look middle eastern, which I get every so often, Im not that and its fine she guessed, yet when I flipped the question around to her, she would not answer me at all. Overall, it felt very rushed for $76 nails. Where I usually go is only $60 for what I got done. The fee for using cc is silly for how much it is, I realize this is targeted to Camas and West ridge customers. I just think for the price and not getting what I wanted/experience, I was not impressed and wont be back unfortunately. My nails are pretty but not what I asked for. I didnt like how pricing information was made so unclear, I was fine paying the much IF I actually got what I asked for.

I say this because they didn’t do the design I wanted and she say that she could do the design but then tells me that she couldn’t do the design once she was gonna do my nail.I also ended up with a bleeding nail too. That’s not all, the person doing my nails used the same nail clippers and gloves for the other clients feet. And i wasn’t even sure if the worker even washed the other clients feet before she used the clippers . Also on the website they’ve done a Spider-Man, +acrylic design and then tells me they couldn’t do a simple bow design on my nail and then doing a crooked messy heart design. Also there were two other worker and I had two other people with me getting their nails done and the other workers did not do what they showed either. So who ever did those Spider-Man nails is definitely not done from this place. If you want those cute simple nails that you see on social media this is not the place to go to. I will not be coming back.

raiann mccracken Came here to update my review. I have now been coming here for over a year, I left and went to another place once and was not happy. Came back to this salon where the gentleman always does my nails. He is always attentive and makes sure I and my daughter leave completely happy. The red set is my most recent. I will say he blows me away with how he improves his skills every time I think it’s amazing… it gets better! I have been going here for about three month now. I am always happy with my nails. And the music is always good. I bring my daughter in to get her nails and feet done as well and she is always happy! I never wait more than 30 minutes to get seated no matter how busy he seems to be!

MagickaMidNight2 Their pedicures are always great. Manicures are a hit or miss. My shellac nails were great and stayed on for quite a long time with no chipping for weeks and that says a lot coming from me since Im never careful. My nail tech also shaped them nicely. However I wasnt able to get the design i truely wanted since she was unable/unfamiliar with designing bows. She attempted a couple times and it was clear it just wasnt good so then I said to do what she knows which is flowers of course. It was definitely pretty, I just really wanted pretty bows. My friends shellac unfortunately wasnt applied well. They skipped the edges and it was uneven and she was too polite to say anything which is understandable, you really shouldnt have to.

Mylinda Shadwick Im keeping names out of this review for anonymity purposes. Disappointed in the professionalism of this business. I thought I would try going here again to see if there was some improvement with the quality of service. I found one of the nail techs here 2 months ago that did a full set and was really good. She paid attention to detail, made sure my nails were filed straight, and was fast and efficient. But she is too busy at a different business to take the time for her clients at the nail salon. I made an appointment with her a month ago to do a fill and nail repair, and I was pawned off to an inexperienced nail tech. There were issues. They called in the one I requested from the other business to do my nails. She still did a superb job even though she was in a rush to go back to the other business to work. Todays appointment was with a different nail tech since the one I requested was going to be working at their other business and couldnt come into the nail salon business. She was inexperienced. I showed her some pictures and chose the most simple one for her to do. I was there for 2 hours for her to cut down my nails, take off the old designs, do the fill, shape the nails, apply gel polish, and do one nail with a simple design. She didnt use the right colors of acrylic powder for the fill. I had to make sure she filed my nails straight. One of them got overlooked and is crooked. She didnt add the sparkles I wanted on selected fingers. For a simple and easy fill and nail design, it should have taken 45 minutes. An hour at most. I was there too long and wanted to go so I didnt say anything about the glitter. Pricing: There is nothing posted for their pricing on services in this business. My full set was $155. A reasonable price for the designs I had done. The first fill was $115. Another reasonable price for the nail designs. Todays fill, pink gel polish, and one nail design was $110. Its not worth it considering what Ive had gotten done before. The prices charged above do not include tips. I tip handsomely for great quality. Anywhere from 25-30%. But I tipped 15% today since I should have been charged less for something so simple. It seams like their pricing is randomly picked for services. Needless to say, I wont be going back again. One of the other employees there took my payment and was snarky with her fake, "Thank you for the tip" comment. Again, I am disappointed in the professionalism here. I added photos. The pink one was done today. The pink and white with the awesome nail designs were done 1 and 2 months ago.

Breanna Arambula literally not even a single star. went in asking for my acrylics to be soaked off and instead they INSISTED on popping them off with an unused acrylic nail. ripped my nails, i was literally bleeding while walking out. place was a mess with stuff literally everywhere and now the rest of my nails are splitting. would never ever recommend to anyone. ever. my dog wouldve taken better care of my nails. Chrissy Peterson So this nail salon is pretty good but expensive!! My nails cost $90 which Im happy with them but I definitely dont think that they were $90 happy! My roommate her daughter and I went to go get our nails done there and my nails were $90 my roommates were $65 and her daughters who is only 8 years old were $30 and all she got was just regular painted nails... I dont know Im just saying they were pretty expensive and my roommate got the purple Tigers Eye and she is so not happy with them because they looked a lot darker on the sample then they did when they were actually done and like I said hers were 65 and all she got was the Tigers or cats eye magnetic of just one color

Lovely Gutierrez I went back to Stylish Nails because my very first visit with Nick was so positive and I was just blown away with the quality of his work! I went in yesterday and even took a friend because I was impressed by the service I received last time. I must say I was not impressed AT ALL with how my nails came out. They are chipping after ONE DAY of having them done mind you this is a gel set. The paint isn’t even on the edges of my nail. These look like they have been worn a week in. I was so displeased I didn’t even leave a tip and I ALWAYS tip. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. My friend also got dip powder and she was not impressed with her nails she even opted out of getting the nail design she was going to go for. I was embarrassed after we left that I had even taken her there. $90 for a simple mani and pedi all for my nails to look like this. Yikes.

Rachel Macy I wish it was possible to give more than five stars. I am blown away by the talent that Nick has for hand painting masterpieces That should be in a museum. I’ve been to some very talented nail techs in the past, but Nick blows them out of the water. I came in wanting Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies nails for a trip that I’m about to go on to watch them both play. I had no idea the talent that this nail tech had for hand painting and sculpting the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. The fact that he was able to re-create the logo so perfectly by hand still has me mind blown.!!

Led Molina unfortunately this was by far the worst experience i’ve had at a nail salon. i booked an appointment because i had seen their work and saw they can do nice designs but when i went in the lady that did my nails was bothered that i wanted a design. i wish they would tell people that it’s one specific nail tech that does the work that they show on their instagram. if i would have known i would have come back a different day to get my nails done by that nail tech. instead they told me they could do what i wanted but one would do my shape/base and another would then step in to do the design. The nail shape i got is not what i asked for and she was very aggressive. i have multiple deep cuts on my fingers. i ended up telling them to just do one solid color because you could clearly tell they weren’t sure about the design. i’m not sure why the one that said she could do designs didn’t just do my nails from the start? if you can’t do a design or don’t want to do it, do not tell the customer that you can. it’s not fair for a paying customer. highly disappointed, i was looking forward to getting my nails done for a couple important events i have coming up.

Julie Ann I was so excited for the top of the line pedicure; the volcano pedicure for $62! I will say, the citrus scented lotion and scrub I chose smelled divine. Unfortunately, from start to finish, my deluxe pedicure was 40 minutes and that was with 10 minutes of drying. The gal I had would be great for someone with very sensitive or painful legs as she was extremely delicate…even after sharing with her that she could massage deeper. I’ll also need to remove my polish as she didn’t remove all of my previous clear polish and you can see it through with the new polish over. If you’re in a hurry, however, this might be a great place to go as they’ll get you right in and out.

Darcy Walker Had the new guy. He really did the best he could. Im all about practice, which makes perfect. Ended up having the gel polish fixed. My only issue was that I arrived as a walk-in after being out of town on for work and broke a nail & needed a fill. Normally, I make my appts with Tina (she is amazing). They got me in within 15 minutes, but I was there for 3.5 hrs. Missing my birthday dinner. Something that normally would have taken 45 min - 1 hr. They were really good about making sure I was happy with my nails before I left. I just bummed I didnt get to spend my birthday dinner with my daughter. I have barely seen from being out of town.

Kimberly Reyes These nails were horrible. They are bumpy, crooked, and different lengths each nail. I got black French tips with two rhinestone frenchies and a gray bow instead of a black bow because they didn’t have a black bow, the black French tips were crooked, and the rhinestone French tips were very spaced out and they only did two rows (I had medium to long nails) the lady also added top coat on top of the rhinestones. I am training to be a nail tech and I have 3 cousins who are already nail techs and I know that it’s not the way it is supposed to be. The lady also cut my cuticle too far up and cut me, she also let the extra nail polish on my hands and did not remove it. This set was also very important because I came with my sister in law and for her WEDDING. This was a horrible experience and I will not come again. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Alex Martin I recently went in to get acrylics with my mom, they overfiled my natural nails where they became really thin. The person who was working on my nails seemed to be someone in training, who wasnt sure on what to do and caused burning pain from filing. When I left, the acrylics were extremely thick and my nails were in alot of pain. Over the next 2 weeks I still experienced the same pain and noticed bruising on my nail bed of ALL my fingers. I went to a DIFFERENT salon to get them removed and we found even more damage and bruising on the nail beds, it even showed my natural nails were trying to grow OVER the acrylics. The workers taking off my acrylics said they were poorly done. It took longer than usual to take them off due to how careful they had to be; trying to prevent further damage. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this place again.

The Wickizers I went today for a pedicure and an acrylic fill. I saw the new owner Maggie. She gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. She also did my nails beautifully, not too thick, shaped perfectly, and painted to perfection! Bonus is she even gave me an amazing hand massage, which doesn’t usually happen with a fill at other salons. Maggie was very friendly and charged fair prices. I will definitely be back, and I recommend you try out Venus Nails now that it’s under new ownership!

Laura Chan I followed my favorite technician, Van, (who is also one of the owners) to this new nail salon! I was a loyal customer at he and his wifes previous location and I only trust him with my pedicure, so much that Im willing to drive from Happy Valley, OR to this location! New salon is clean and plenty of chairs. Van does an excellent job and my pedicure lasts forever and looks great. Quality is the best around and the prices are extremely competitive!

Savannah Belle Went in the morning for a gel pedicure.. it was my first time here! Unfortunately the experience wasn’t ideal - the young woman was very rough with the clipping process and gave me quite a few nicks & the inside corners are all still throbbing.. the color is wonderful! Erica Jordan The manager or the owner is super sweet, always has a great job, there is one particular nail tech who I constantly have to get to repairs done whenever I have her, I always tip well and pay or am willing to pay for repairs however I dont have the extra time to come back so often between fills. It shouldnt be $55 to $60 for basic thick gel almond shaped nails, where on average 2 to 3 of them pop off in between fills. They are rarely thick/do when I explain I work in the food service industry, they arent breaking off but popping off from the bottom of the nail bed like a press on. I cant risk them coming off this easily in my line of work. It says walk-ins welcome which is great as a single mom, who works multiple jobs and cant always commit to self-care, my nails are the only thing that I do for myself and its unfortunate that I will not be able to continue supporting this place. It really seems there are some talented artists who love what they do there and then there is one particular tech who carries a lot of negative energy and makes the experience feel like a burden. I dont want to feel like Im imposing on anybody when Im a paying customer, wish you guys the best!

Kelsey Salisbury I’ve been going here since I was a young teenager and I’m almost 30. I live 45 minutes away, about to be an hour and I will still always come here. The ladies are so nice, and do a quality job every time. 6 weeks no fill, no breakage. Every color you can imagine and always getting new ones. If you can, get Lena at the end. She’s the best! I was in shop with the person who left the last negative review and they handled her so professionally even though she was trying to cause a scene. Thank you ladies for always being amazing!

Elisabeth Mendenhall Have used this business several times over the last few years but the last two times they were not good. Today the lady who did my pedicure chatted in a foreign language (Vietnamese?) with a coworker the whole time. When she was done she disappeared after telling me to wait for awhile to put my shoes on. After 15 minutes I stood up to leave and nobody helped to put my flip flops on so the nailpolish would not smear. One was busy fixing her own nails and the other one was chatting on the phone. The pedicure does not look good with polish all around my big toes.

Everyone their is so nice and they always make our nails look good! Lenas nail art is always amazing! Charito Nicdao-Gumera I love Allura Salon and Spa. The topmost reason why I love it there is because their nail technicians listen to what I want. They are accommodating, and collaborative, and even go on extra mile/length of combining powders/colors to achieve what I want to see on my nails. I love their complimentary drinks and massage chairs. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. My favorite by far are the sisters, April and Lina. Both are very talented. Lastly, the price is reasonable with a discount if paying by cash and they also have a great selection of colors. All places have good and bad. There are a few things you might want to consider before visiting this salon. First, most technicians are not really good at verbal communication so it is better to show them a visual (picture) of what you want to be done on your nails. You will feel rushed if you come in during rush hours or if they get a sudden influx of customers. They try not to turn away anyone so they’ll work faster if they receive more walk-in clients. It is better to call, reserve your hours, and reserve your favorite technician to get the best service. They never pressure me to tip but I always end up tipping them. That is how good they are to me.

Cookie Norris Steve is the most amazing nail tech that I’ve ever experienced… His intensely deep knowledge of the business is just unreal. His nail sets are absolutely beautiful. I have diabetes and it’s ruining my nail beds. They are turning very dark, and matching the powder to my beds is something all other techs failed at and this guy makes my nail beds look as if there’s no problem… my nails look so healthy and I’m African-American which makes it even more difficult… I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE….GO TO STEVE… You won’t be disappointed…

Madison Allen Only place I’ll go to get my nails done! I moved to Vancouver 2.5 years ago and visit them monthly since! They just recently opened under new management and it’s even nicer than it was with the same affordable pricing! The salon I went to before moving here my nails would break every 2 weeks but this salon is AMAZING and I only need a fill once a month as they never chip or break! Funny ladies too always having great conversations with them!

Linda Romero For those that understand luxury as a need, not a want. Only slightly more expensive than standard, and the quality of the service is vastly and truly superior. The atmosphere is elegant, with mimosas and wine served with pedicures on clean massage chairs. They have knowledge and processes for the PROPER foot treatment of those with diabetes, so be sure to tell them if thats a concern of yours.

qclae Jee Bad experience with whatever her name is. She didn’t file my nails, she had the nerves to tell me what she did was better than how my toes were when I came in. The WHOLE point is to not feel judged and to leave happy. How hard is that as a nail tech? She didn’t bother filing them. She put the powder on my big toe and left it at that, painted over it with white gel. Very sloppy job. Everytime told her I wanted went over her heady. Cannot remember her name. Lilly? Lucy? Ugh. I gave you a big tip and that’s all you’re getting from me. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re the older generation who don’t really care for how their feet turns out. It’s was about $75 for just feet and she didn’t even bother with calluses. I ended up doing manicure as well gave her a little over $25 tip for bad experience. I don’t regret that because you live you learn not to go back to bad treatment.

Cecilia Hobson I asked her to trim my hair and frame my face. I told her very specifically that I wanted to leave it long and that I was afraid to cut off too much. I told her my hair is curly and I straighten it usually. She held up an amount that looked like 2-3 inches and said how about this much and I agreed. I paid her without a monetary tip. I did give here a verbal one telling her that she needs to listen when a person is describing what they want done. I went home to get my sister and we drove back there together. My sister said 1 sentence to her "We would like to talk to you about services that were just rendered to my sister." And this lady handed me my money back and told us to leave. Then physically "shooed" us out of the shop by waving her hands at us and touching my body with her fingertips!

Kaylee Kontonasakis TRIGGER WARNING FOR PHOTOS I’ve waited to do a review to see if I could settle this personally with them. But I would say to anyone thinking about coming here, don’t. I went here on December 14th, after my friend offered to get my nails done after my sisters funeral. The lady doing my nails cut my skin, but the worse part is two days later I received an infection on my pinky finger that caused me to go to the emergency room to receive antibiotics for. This infection has lead me to lose my real life nail, and it was painful. I’ve also been in contact with this salon since the infection began. And they still have not given my friend a refund, at minimum. $80 for an infection, and now my nail is going to take months and months to grow back.

Kristi Kaneshi 40$ for one of the worst manis I’ve ever revived. Barely did my cuticles. Rushed the entire time. Almost cut me. Wasn’t offered anything to drink. Charged me 3$ to take off 3 gel nail polish. Nails look terrible and there’s nail polish on my skin.

kimberly perez They did a ok job, but I didnt like how it was a rush especially with your feet. Im 9 months pregnant, all I wanted to do was soak my swollen feet and get my feet done. The guy rushed me along, I barely had 5 mins with my feet in the water or to decide a color. I really didnt like that!! My feet were so swollen, just give people more time please! So I didnt tip him, Im not sorry for that either. He took all the enjoyment out of my time there. :(

Sarah Marie Swartwood First and last time going here! First my tech was mad I didn’t want the $95 pedi. She left a huge glob of polish on my big toe I mentioned it and she just painted over it! I got home, and one of my nails popped off. I called, they said come in tomorrow they would fix it. I went in today, and was treated like complete trash! They refused to fixed my nails that look like they’re about to bust off! Fixed the one that originally fell off, but left the rest I pointed out I had acrylic under my nails still, and I left with still having acrylic under my nails! Never going back

Margarida Costa OMG I havent had a mani/pedi in forever. My nail techs name was Mia and she was wonderful. At times I could hardly feel her touching me. I recommend coming here is you want your nails done.

Cthomp91 I came in a little over a week ago for a full set and eyebrow/lip wax. Waxing was great! I love how my eyebrows look, no acne or irritation afterward. Awesome. The nails are horrendous. I stopped asking the tech what she was doing because she blew me off every time. The nails are so uneven, so flat, and packed with so much glue, I don’t know where to start. Shop says they take walk ins. I got handed to an older woman. She was very nice, but her competence is very much lacking. Her station was filthy, covered in all of her stuff. It does not look like she cleans her station at all. She immediately started using tools that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from the last use. I asked if she could use clean bits, she wasn’t happy. She had a heck of a time putting the tips on my nails. She BARELY used any glue. I repeatedly pointed out the corners of the tips were not glued down. Instead of taking the tips off and redoing it properly, she just put a whole bunch of nail glue on top. She then used the drummel on the tips? I had never seen that before. Then she drummeled so much, she actually put a hole in one of the tips. I told her there was a hole. Her solution? More glue. The glue actually came through the hole and glued the tip of my finger to the nail. Which she never fixed either. I asked for almond shape, like the reference photo, she said, “No, round.” I said I hate round and like almond. And she said it works best with the reference I gave. I said again, I want almond. She gave me round. The acrylic is some of the most bumpy, lumpy, uneven, but SO flat. She would take HUGE beads that were not formed or solid yet, and try to apply it. She would apply so much acrylic then take most of it off. It made no sense. Wasted so much product. She had another woman come paint my nails. The nail polish is incredibly uneven. It’s thick and dark at the top, but the bottoms you can see through the nail polish. The second tech also saw and felt how the first one left the acrylic and made no comment or effort to fix it, although I had also told her it’s lumpy. I did not get what I asked for. At all. Not the shape, she didn’t want to do chunky glitter, and only gave me gel samples to choose from. I chose a dark blue, but still wanted as close to the reference as possible. Never happened. She did the the entire nail blue, no black, no transitions. The quoted me $40 when I showed her the reference, but when I was done it was $50. When I was paying, the first older tech was standing literally on her toes, Looking over my shoulder to see how much I tipped. Very uncomfortable. It’s a little over a week, and they’re already starting to lift at the bottoms, and they’re turning a weird yellow color. So it was too much exposure under the UV or bad product was used on my nails. I don’t smoke, I don’t paint, I don’t work with chemicals, there is no reason for them to be yellowing. I would love a refund, because these are really poor quality. I used to come to this shop years ago and always had a good experience, but the skill and quality has very obviously suffered over the years. I was in the area and thought they had done great work before, I’ll go here instead of traveling to my usual spot. Big mistake on my part. I didn’t bother asking them to fix it or telling them I was unhappy because the work they already did was so bad, I didn’t trust them to be able to fix it. Straight up. I didn’t think they had the capability to fix it since two people worked on my nails and thought the work was quality. I’d also like to note, for a single set of acrylics. She took over two hours. I have NEVER had a salon take so long to do nails. I’m in and out within 30-45 minutes at most with my regular shop. Just a horrid experience all around. Ruined the niceness of the wax. I will post the reference picture and my results, along with close ups of my complaints. The older woman has no business doing anyone’s nails. Don’t waste your money here.

S. H. Uneven coverage on my pedi paint, and its not even the color I chose. They said I chose a crackle finish which I confirmed I did. They put it back and got a different color without asking or telling me that I cant have crackle paint. I went home and cleaned off all the clear top coat they painted on my skin and trimmed my cuticles better. I probably wont be returning after this experience.

Angela Brandt I dont go here all the time because its the perfect place for a special occasion. They are talented and so good, it can be hard to get an appointment. They give me California salon level work. If you want a place that can do a viral video nail trend, This is the place. They are THAT good.

Kathy Stanley Nail Kitchen is under new ownership. We loved Nail Kitchen with original owners. Unfortunately, we left after the original sale of the business due to the new owners. We heard they had new owners again. The third owners are doing great things with the nail salon and we are very happy customers and so glad to be back! Their service is excellent, the salon is clean and inviting, and their technicians do fantastic work. We couldn’t be more happy!

Samuel Crawford just got these nails done At the nail kitchen, and they are just perfect for the spring. I showed them a reference photo and they followed it Exactly how I wanted and even when I asked for chrome they were able to add it no problem. The staff there was excellent. It was very clean And they did exactly as I requested. I get my nails done here all the time and they are always excellent every time I go in. Definitely have to go ahead and check out the nail kitchen. I get so many compliments on my nails every time I go. -Chelsea
