Victoria Lopez Went there today to take a look at a few synthetic and human hair wigs. I am going to be starting chemotherapy, so I will most likely lose my hair. This is a really hard pill to swallow so i wanted to look at options in person. One lady was really pushy on getting us to look at the wigs and we specifically told her we are just taking a look at options. She got really upset and threw one of the wigs to the side. Before we left, My friend tried to go up to her and tell her thank you for helping us and the lady waved her hand over and over again and saying "yeah yeah yeah." And stormed away. HORRIBLE attitude. I can afford to buy many wigs from here but because of her attitude,I will never step foot in there again. Learn to treat people with respect. You never know what people are going through.

Williams Phoenix They have a large inventory at this beauty supply but the prices are wild. Just shop online instead or check out a different store. Also theyll follow you around while youre shopping so thats annoying.

Ciara Bellasalma I find it very suspicious that the cashier needs to take my debit card and insert it herself! I asked why and her response was it doesn’t matter. I more than likely won’t come back, very shady and overpriced

Tiffany Withrow Do NOT shop here if you are needing to know anything about wigs. My daughter and her dad came in, and saw one that she loved. As she would be styling it, etc, as well as I would be buying it, she knew to get information about it. The older qoman working in the store REFUSED to help them, and in fact, blocked them from seeing the package. When I called and asked, the girl on the phone referwnced what had happened, then lyed and said she didnt know what I was talking about. CLEARLY they dont need anymore business. AVOID!!!!!!

Mary Bloedoorn Very rude and unprofessional. Trying to push me into buying a synthetic wig for 150 when I opted to buy the one for 50 she got really upset and threw the wig up on the counter and mumbled something to the cashier. I will not go there again I’ll stick with amazon.

Rosemary F I was so nervous to get my haircut after having bad experiences in other salons with them cutting it really short. But Lisa was so great....she listened to all of the concerns about my hair and did a great cut and the length was perfect...highly recommend her!

Haley Lane My son had been asking for years to get his mullet permed and we finally did it! Lisa at this location was the best!! She did an amazing job and my son is obsessed! If you need a great perm and a hair cut go check her out!

Zipper Jones I made my appointment on their App , it was confirmed, I arrived on time but the hairstylist I have is a Korean lady who keeps on telling me that she is so hungry and can’t wait to go home I came with a long hair and showed her the style I wanted and she cut them too short and not even close to the style I wanted and then when I cash out , just because she wants to go home in a hurry , she didn’t complete the terminal and I got a call that the credit didn’t work I came back today to pay what I owe but I am not happy with my haircut

Robert Bowen The lady who cut my hair was outstanding! I wish I had gotten her name. The best beard trim I have had in years. She used no guides or anything. She was also very professional and kind.

Sam Hoehne The gentleman who cut my sons hair was amazing. He was so kind and patient which is so rare to find especially when youve got a kid with sensory struggles. My son loved his haircut, the team provided great service and we are very happy ♡ Thank you!

Velma Brida Well I have a very curly hair and I wanted my hair straight. Because my hair is curly it was dry and with the hydration treatment my hair look very healthy and shiny. I got my hair color too and then a blow dry hairstyle. I love it. If you are looking for someone to do stuff on your curly hair you should come here and ask for Michelle

Janie Cantu I came here for them to fix my bad haircut from great clips and the lady helped me and I had a lot of confidence in her ability to fix it. You can tell she had a lot of experience. I would go back. She did a good job blending my haircut so it wasnt so obvious and didnt make it worse lol

Rohit Turan went for hair cut very bad service the old employee was very nice but the another one was rude no patient she was trying to do very fast not listening she is telling i know i know i wont recommend this location anymore

Anna McWilliams DO NOT GO HERE. She will do whatever she wants instead of listening to what you want. This is the worst haircut Ive ever had. She layered it even though I didnt ask for layers and its so choppy and short. She cut at least 5 inches off which I did not want. Im lucky I can still put my hair in a pony tail. Ill be wearing it up for a long time thanks to this women. Overall horrible experience. She charged me 65 dollars.

Susan Valenzuela I have been going to Song for 3-4 years, now. Ive ALWAYS had excellent service and care. She has listened to any concerns and shes knowledgeable and informative with her solutions. If you have problem hair, Song is the one you want working for you and on you.

Melinda Sam One of three miserable mistakes from Song. The very last service she will ever do with me. I have been going to this salon for a few years to have been taken advantage of. Mistakes on her part and my money out of pocket book. She has it in her mind, want you need. You can tell her, but she wont listen. She will ask for personal monetary loans, and pay them back when she wants. I quit loaning and this got me a chop chop. I have place other pictures, where my hair is long and one length. I will not miss her at all.

Tehani Chan I have not gone to get my hair done by anyone in almost 2 years. Sofia was so sweet, she made me feel confident in the work she was doing on my hair. She even answered my question about what she recommends for shampoo to handle dry scalp, and used it to wash my hair! When it comes down to good service, she had it!

Monica Gonzalez Unique Hair Salon is the best. I enjoyed my haircut very much. The owner cut my hair she took her time detailing every step to me and how it’ll come out. It didnt feel rushed at all. Prices are excellent for the quality of haircut. I recommend this to anyone in need of a haircut/style. She is very organized with appointments adjusting to the clients wanting.

Sierra Popp I went in and asked for 2 inches off the length, layers and curtain bangs. My hair was to the middle of my back, it is now barley shoulder length, they layers are choppy and not blended even slightly. I didnt know what to even say so I paid and left. She said the length was better than what I was asking for. I cried in the parking lot

Dakota Stuart Ive had good cuts in the past with one of the guys there, but the woman we just went to absolutely ruined mine and my wifes. Unfortunately, i dont remember her name. This is definitely the worst cut Ive ever had, even the PX is better. I asked her to keep the top long and just clean up the sides and back. I even specified that I want it long because I can finally have an "out of regs cut". I ended up with basically a short bowl cut and the sides arent even clean. Its absolutely random and asymmetrical. I have no idea what this is even supposed to be and Im very pissed. Cant even go to a good barber to fix it cause I dont want it even shorter.

TERRI JENNINGS I showed the lady that cut my hair a picture of what I wanted and for the very beginning she did everything but what the picture showed. I was wanting a womens bob style haircut but what I ended up with with a head shaved at the bottom and long at the top. I kept showing her that the picture was different than what she was doing but she insisted she knew what she was doing. When she was done I was afraid to correct her for fear that she would make it worse by cutting it shorter on top to where I would look like a man set up a woman. And then she wanted to put mouse on it and I told her I didnt want any and she started to do it anyways until I put my hands up in the way.

Aaron T Been coming here pretty frequently, and its been the same gentleman cutting my hair so I would think he would remember me. Came in just now, he was just playing on his phone, checked in online and he tells me to sit in the other seat, with no explanation. A different barber comes out to cut my hair. Obviously the gentleman has an issue with me. My hair cut is pretty simple. But came home to see that one side of my head was shaved down to where you can see my skin and the other side of my head shaved to my desired request. A waste of $22, feel like I was ripped off hope the owner of this establishment sees this. Just a weird experience.
