Roger Tinkham Have bben going there for years and never seen the doctor twice. Last time we got an intern and Dr stood out side the door. Last appointment was for an ear infection and was billed as a new patient 168 dollars after insurance to be treated by an intern. Will never go back

Brandel Aguirre We have been to this office a few times over the last couple years. They have always taken great care and even made sure our insurance was properly signed up. Our child was treated well and taken care of with speed.

Miriah Johnson This place is amazing. We needed a new primary for our 5 year old after moving from the east coast. The staff and doctor were phenomenal. Our daughter is usually uncomfortable around new people, but they knew exactly how to make her feel comfortable. The appointment was not at all rushed, and they took the time to make sure that any concerns were addressed. The way that the place is decorated makes you feel like you arent even in a doctors office. The rooms are, quite literally, a work of art. What stood out to me most was how personable everyone was. Doctors tend to be a little stand-offish and judgemental about lifestyle choices and other things, but I didnt feel any of that here. Its a very relaxing environment. We feel extremely lucky to have found a pediatrician like this in this town.

Jennifer Dodd Always have a good experience here. Today I don’t even remember names of student and doctor but they made sure to get my baby girl in same day before the holiday. Very informative on what to expect with medications and helping her get treated. Good rapport. My kids love coming here.

Rachel Nilles I have been a patient here since 2015 and have always had an amazing experience with any of the providers. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee up until 2024, and he always listened to me and made sure we both agreed on a game plan for any issues I had. I recently switched to Dr. Slaymaker because I met her at one of my husbands appointments and loved her. I recently had my new patient appointment with her and she is absolutely amazing! She didn’t rush my appointment, she listened to all my concerns and we made a game plan together. She has a great personality as well. I have seen several resident doctors there for more urgent matters and all of them have been so kind and helpful. I am so lucky to have Providence Chehalis Family Medicine as my primary care provider!

Cheryl Whitley I have been a patient at Centralia Family Medicine for years. This has been a truly wonderful team. Dr. Lambrecht reviews my history prior and is ready for our visit. I appreciate her listening and preparing a plan we both agree with. The medical assistants, receptionists, pharmacist and lab technicians are professional and friendly. Together they provide me with wonderful health care. Thank you

Heather Mckinzie Doctors are always thorough and spend a good amount of time with the patient. My only complaint is the phlebotamy person could not get blood from my fathers veins. She had us come back the next day and she still couldnt get it. Wants us to come a third time but thats not going to happen. Its never been a problem before. I feel this person isnt very skilled at her job.

First of all a shout out to Andrea who made it all happen while we were desperately searching for a new doctor! Beautiful, clean bright office and very helpful staff. Then on top of all that we really connected with our new doctor, Dr. Achille. Wasnt a rush visit either. A perfect meet and great with everyone! Thank you so much for making this a positive, pleasant appointment!!

Kainoa Howard I had a great experience here. My appointment was on time, the staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor listened to my concerns and was very calm and respectful. I also had the easiest experience having my blood drawn! The technician was very friendly and I only had to get poked one time! She was patient and attentive to my specific needs.

JoDee Norman I have been a patient at Valley View Health Center in Chehalis since 2016 and I have been in great hands. Currently my PCP is Britney Allison and nurse Danette are both very attentive to one’s needs, patient and understanding as well as knowledgeable. The pharmacy and check in staff, as well, are really great. I appreciate everyone there and respect them highly.

Joseph Bell I went in for a molar extraction, the staff was very polite and helpful, explaining anything I needed and answering all of my questions. They worked with me on payments and were considerate of my needs as an individual. They were great across the board. Dr. Wu was quick and professional, the whole experience was a great one all things considered.

Helen E Steck medical used to be a great place to go. Ive been going for well over 20 yrs and today I was rudely told by the receptionist that my doctor only was there for 1month and left and I need to go elsewhere. Nothing nice about it. Just to bad go away attitude. I had called on a different issue 3 weeks ago with no call back. No letter stating my provider left. No letter letting me know that my old provider, Dr. Lee, had left either. I used to get a letter letting me know my provider was leaving and to call and make arrangements to see a new provider. Steck Medical has had a problem keeping providers for sometime. They dont pay female providers the same as male providers. This is the reason why I lost a great provider to a clinic in Tacoma. Even their Urgent Care hours has gone down.

Terry Myers When my doctor left their practice, there was no notification whatsoever. I found out when I went to get a prescription refilled and could not without finding another doctor, which took a long time.

Holly Weitz Birdwell Been a patient here since 1997, and every time I get comfortable with a new doctor, they leave.. Then starting over getting to know a new doctor again is frustrating a bit. Today is my last visit. Unfortunately, my doctor I had seen 2 visits, has now left the clinic.. I had run out of my daily medication 2x days ago, and was told to go to urgent care there, that theyre open until 5pm.. I couldnt get there until 4:30pm today, but was turned away. There was 1x person in waiting room, but the lady at the desk said they had 5 patients to be seen and couldnt help me. Also, that they wont be able to help me with refills in the future either.. They confirmed my last doctor was no longer there, and there was no one else I could see at that clinic now. That I will need to go somewhere else to find a new doctor. She then tells me that they DID call my my medication to be filled already the day before.. No one notified me of that, and I had gone 2x days without that prescription.. Smh.. I suppose its time to move on anyways, and wish I had sooner.. So frustrating. Sorry to say, but dont waste your time trying to get help here.. You will end up with a headache.. Goodbye Steck Medical, good luck..

George Stone As with so many others recently, Steck Medical Group has been a huge disappointment. I understand that it can be hard to maintain a medical staff in rural areas, but when this issue is compounded by poor communications and patient management, it is inexcusable. My recent experience with Steck includes failing to renew prescriptions, failing to notify me that my provider had left, failing to notify me that I would need to find an entirely new medical office, and failure to provide any assistance in finding one. I only discovered all this when my prescriptions did not renew as usual and I went into ask about it. I’m relatively healthy and young enough to address all these issues myself, but my 92 yr old mother who was also let go by Steck when her provider left was left totally on her own to find a new provider. She has me to help her but I feel for those who have no outside help, because Steck clearly doesn’t seem to care.

Mary H. This was the only place I could find locally last year that was taking patients. I had a decent report with Dr. Lee, got my asthma & weight under control and was working on figuring out an issue with some scar tissue when he was abruptly let go from the clinic. I was not told about this until I went to the UC to get a medication refilled because I wasnt going to be able to be seen before going on a trip. About a month later when I was scheduled with his replacement I showed up only to find out that he quit the day before, they left me a message this time but because it was the day before I thought it was a reminder call so I didnt take it (I was at work) and I just responded to the confirmation text and moved on with my day instead. I had to get my medication refilled again in the UC. Then recently my friend calls me to tell me that they other Dr they brought in is not going to be working as a PCP anymore and will only be seeing patients in the UC, so all those patients (not me fortunately) have no doctor now either. Ive moved on and wont be returning but this has been such a blow to our already struggling community when it comes to Healthcare. They are now advertising that they will have the UC open 7 days a week, yay for that I guess, but leaving all these people hanging has been very crappy. Of note, my husband was never notified that his Dr was let go from the clinic, while we are in the same house it is the responsibility of the clinic to notify patients and not just assume other household members will do this.

Jonathan Williams Came to this place cause it was highly recommended. That was a lie they must’ve paid for peoples reviews. I’ve called multiple times and the machine answers you come in person and the reception area. Is left unattended. Finally 15 minutes later an older women comes from across the hall no name tag or uniform who knows if she even works here but she was rude, and dismissive she was clueless on what insurance was being accepted or the name of the doctor that worked for the clinic. These days it’s all about money for profit does anyone in the healthcare profession even care about people anymore. I won’t be coming back just horrible customer service I’m surprised they’re still in business. Future patients beware

J Mackenzie Never again will I go here. Receptionists are rude and dismissive. Dont answer the phones. Treated every person that came in, as a hassle. Immediately tell you they dont prescribe narcotics as if youre a drug seeker. They no longer do xrays so after 2.5 hours of waiting. I get sent to the ER for xrays. Doctor didnt ask for urgent request so I will be waiting another 5-7 days to see if my arm is broken and my knee is damaged. They will not change the report to Stat. So Im stuck with going through the entire process somewhere else or waiting and potentially creating more damage with ZERO care in the meantime. Absolutely ridiculous.

Mamooski First things first you walk in its empty at 4:00 theres nobody at the reception area theres no sign nothing it looks like a graveyard and yet youre told that theyre not taking any more patients for the day the service here is beyond they are completely unaware what customer service means they rather have somebody go to the emergency room and spend extra money that they dont have instead of attending to a patient with a minor medical issue which is appalling and disturbing this clinics ethics and procedures policy is just horrible their customer service is just horrible and the fact that they didnt even have a business card or anything with their name on it is just even worse

Ashley Caines I have been here twice now for my step daughter. The first time was at peak season during winter and we waited an hour to be seen. Got her squared away with antibiotics for strep. Second time just yesterday we were in again to have another sickness checked to see if she needed antibiotics. This time they weren’t as busy, we were back in a room within 10 minutes. I could tell the doc had time yesterday and he spent that time talking deep with us about asthma, something I have been worried about with her but not what the visit was for. They got her swabbed for illness, and got us an rx for inhaler to try out for her and see if it helps. After reading some other reviews… I just want to say, this is an urgent care. This is like a place you use as a convenience for minor things like infections and basic medicine needs. This isn’t a place I would ever go to to try and diagnose some weird one off medical issue, nor a medical emergency. I love this place as we can get in quickly without waiting for an appointment to become available, and get the care we need when we need it. I generally know how to process and eliminate every sickness or injury our household gets, I monitor vitals and determine if we need urgent care, primary care, or ER and use google efficiently to monitor any combination of symptoms. I urge local community members to understand the differences of these facilities before bashing the little amount of healthcare services we are even blessed to have locally. Do not come here with broken bones expecting to get xrayed and casted, or with serious emergency situations. Walk in clinics are just that, basic medical needs for walk in customers. That also being said, if things are busy, understand that it’s first come first serve no matter the level of “emergency”, and I will absolutely advise if you are having a medical emergency, take the right actions the first time and go to the ER or call 911 services. Otherwise, I hope our community can continue to be blessed by the ease of having this urgent care clinic in our area. Thank you to the medical team for putting up with our community, in case enough people haven’t said it, WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR US!!!!

Ali McMahan I have gone to this clinic multiple times and so has my mom. We both have received terrible care there. We have been left in the room and forgotten for over an hour and now we are getting information that we will not get test results from them until at least one more day....we went yesterday at the beginning of the day and they had said we would have results by today. After trying to contact them for over an hour we just got word that the tests samples didnt go out until today and we will not receive answers until at least tomorrow. The treatment they have given us is very rude and inconsiderate. I recommend not going to this clinic if you have any serious problems even if it is more convenient location wise.
