Melissa Lezchuk/ cook I LOVE THIS PLACE, and Im never disappointed! The staff is incredibly kind and meticulous, ensuring every detail is perfect. They always run on time, which I really appreciate, and the salon itself is spotless, creating a calm and clean atmosphere. To top it off, their pricing is wonderful-offering fantastic value for the high-quality service they provide. I couldnt be happier with my visits! GIVE THEM A TRY! Total $150 for 2 new sets of acrylic nails w/ gel polish (mom and daughter day) and 1 pedicure with gel polish as well!

casey gonzales Well. First of all i knew they were talking about me for changing my mind after she was out of the color marble nails i wanted. Made me uncomfortable and irritated. She jerked my hands and fingers the entire time. The glitter powder was so old its yellow compared to the display that was transparent - her nail work is great tho. Only plus.

Celeste Campos Omg! They are so darn sweet! They gave my Daughter candy and gave her their phone to watch YouTube because I forgot mine, they’re so sweet and filled with joy! I love the guy who works there! He’s my favorite! They do such an amazing job, and whatever you want they will do!! Such good service, so kind, I would for sure come here.

Samantha Crespo They are great and always make my nails feel and look amazing - the lines are very clean and don’t go over my cuticles and my manicures have lasted at least 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping. Thank you for taking care of me last minute before my trip today :)

Dee I am so happy with Viva Nails and all the staff who work there! I had the best pedicure from Freddy who gave the best massage I’ve seriously ever had! Katy did my nails which were acrylic and introduced me to the Dip powder. I love them. She took her time as to not leave them too thick. I’ve had acrylic for well over 15 years and I’m sold on the Dip. I’m new to Richland and have tried 4 other salons since February. I’ve found my home at Viva Nails! So wonderful to finally find a nice salon with over the top nice staff! Thank you! See u in 2 weeks.

Heather Harshman Went in around 3pm for a fill. Not busy at all. Very friendly. The length and shape are exactly what I wanted. They all look even as well. Visit was quick but not rushed. She took her time and was efficient. I will be back!

H Denton Terrible experience! Went in for a fill and a pedi. Tech left hot towels on my legs until they were freezing while he went out for an extended smoke break. Another tech had to holler for him to come back in. The fill was extremely painful as he nicked my skin multiple times causing me to bleed, before proceeding to spray my nails with acetone. Sloppy paint job to add on top!

Cheri Stewart Katie, Tomas and their boys are awesome! This is my favorite place to go for pedicures and to have my nails done. I always get compliments on my nails. Prices are about the same everywhere so I choose them! Always good to me. Thank you both.

Rose B They are super friendly and always do a good job. My one suggestion would be that they get the plastice liners for their pedicure sinks. Most salons are going that direction for cleanliness sake and I believe theyd get more business for that small investment. Update: Last two pedis were frankly horrible. Not going back.

Linda Ault Dont usually need an appointment. They are stellar, been going to them for years. Wonderful ladies, most speak very good English. I travel from North Richland even tho other salons are closer. Highly recommend.

G Elli My 5 year old niece desperately wanted her nails done at a salon and these ladies were SO NICE! They not only gave her a mini mani and painted her nails, they gave her a flower design on her tiny thumbs and then only charged me a very small fee. I paid double because she felt so special. It was awesome.

Dasha Fisenko Never going back, employees friendly but so lazy, she didn’t put any effort into my pedicure , took her only 20 min to do it and she raced through the whole process like she just checked marked all the steps. So disappointed, trust me there are better places to get pedi done.

C D Came here and got a pedicure and gel polish on my nails, the older lady did my pedicure, and didn’t clean underneath my toe nails or the sides of my toe nails, when I asked if they could do it they said they did. ( I came home and cleaned them out my self so they definitely did not) the younger lady did my polish on my feet that looked pretty good. The older lady did my gel polish on my fingers that looked absolutely awful, could have had my 10 year old do a better job. Needless to say I will not go back.

Sandra Jeremy Andy did my set this morning and I absolutely love them! We had good conversation and he took his time even though they were getting busy. A+ customer service and I will definitely keep coming back

Ally Perry Got a French manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Looks great. The lady that did my toenails got my very painful ingrown toenail out in less than a minute with no bleeding and very little pain. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back monthly for that instead of going to the doctor.

Makenzie Warren Painful! Went to get acrylic set taken off, and they peeled them off. They said they wouldn’t usually take them off early (at 4 weeks) because it would damage my nail. I have done acrylics for a long time and have had them for as little as 2 weeks and got them removed by soaking and filing and never had damage issues… never ever have I had acrylics removed this way, so painful.

Emma Robinson I went here august 1st 2024, one day overdue (I was very pregnant), the gal asked me when I was due so I told her yesterday, she said "Ill put you into labor" and rubbed my feet so hard... well she was correct, that night my water broke and had a successful vbac, and only yesterday 11/21/24 did finally all the nail polish she put on, came off. I would say it was a 20 outta 10 experience. They were nice and fun, and my polish lasted forever. Would 100% recommend

Enjeda Becker I had a pretty negative experience here. I went twice. First for a pedi and medi then just a medi. The eoman acted like she didnt want to work on me at all. I was very kind and polite and tipped well in cash. She was also playing games on her phone during. Also Im use to more in depth medi pedi and all she did was file my nails and had me rub the cuticle oil on myself. It was very surprising. Ill definitely be tipping closer to 40% at my regular spots now that I have adeeper appreciation for the differences in being pampered. Check out my other reviews for salon goodies!

Stephanie Short I am from out of town so I chose to come here . I don’t know what happened but this is the absolute worst man/pedi I have ever had ! I feel like a 5 year old could had done better ! I am so upset that I even wasted 2.5 hours and 65.00 . It took everything I had to even pay for this! I have never left a review of a bad review . If it’s a bad experience I usually just leave it there . But this is in believable !? How am I seeing hood reviews ? I am not one to stalk bad about a business but it wasn’t just 1 of the ladies but 2 ladies . 1 did my pedi and 1 did my mani. No only have 1 star bc I had to I. Order to leave a comment ! I would give no stars and how are ppl happy with this place ?? I am just lost for words!

Kasey Ellwanger Always friendly and very clean. Started going here when my other salon started slipping on quality and too busy to be a good experience anymore. This salon is relaxed, affordable and does beautiful work

Kristen Turvey I have had my nails done a few times and for the 2nd time now Ive had them filled. I used to think they were ok but Ive changed my mind. They are dirty and if I wouldnt have pointed out that my nails were uneven and didnt have the same shape it wouldnt have gotten fixed because she didnt verify. I will be going somewhere else next time. 50$ for acrylics and 35 for a fill.
