David Millet It’s been a week since she cut my hair. The haircut isn’t bad. But if you need your beard trimmed or anything she really doesn’t know what she is doing. I had to clean it up and get make it even. That’s the only reason I went there, so I didn’t have to trim beard or mustache. Save your money go somewhere else.

Luke Hansen Im very disappointed in my haircut. She rushed the cut and gave me two bald spots in the back of my head, and now all of my hair is super uneven. She just seemed to want my money as fast as she could get it. I had to clean myself up with my own clippers when I got home.

Bryan Chiricuzio It is my new forever go-to haircut/beard trim spot. Friendly atmosphere and lots of history there. She was amazing

marc david ensey Super friendly! Great conversations when I go in… always pleasant and does a great job on my hair. Best price in town 20 bucks plus a tip I got the same haircut from someone who isn’t in business anymore and I paid 50 plus tip and had to have it fixed

Rachael Just dont go here. I walked in to get my sons hair cut before going back to school for the year. We sat and waited. Mostly older men were getting hair cuts. She seemed rushed. The place was dingy and dirty and extremely outdated. She didnt seem too kind or inviting. But we sat and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt. She finished cutting a few older mens hair (which she didnt bother to sweep up between clients) and finally it was my sons turn. I asked for a simple fade cut that left things only slightly longer up top with a simple swooped line on one side (designs are trendy right now) and I sat there while she quickly rushed the haircut, which was done in under 10 mins. In the dim lighting of the shop it seemed fine. I paid her and we walked out. As we were getting into the car, I noticed how botched and sloppy his hair looked. Nothing blended and she didnt line him up or trim well around the neck, ears, and forehead. I was pretty upset, but decided to just leave and not confront her. I started to stress because Im a single mom who barely had the money for his haircut in my budget to begin with. I spent the day crying and calling every shop to see if someone would take us in and fix it ASAP. I ended up paying for a second haircut and my son ended up with extremely short hair. Please dont waste your time with sloppy unsanitary and unfriendly service. There are much better options in town.

Esther Pinson Came here awhile ago with my friend just to get some fun nails done, we went a little late and both had pretty simple designs in mind… in short, the man that did our nails pretty much just refused to do what we asked and just did his own thing on our nails. Here are some picture of what we got. (the nice looking nails were our inspiration pictures) also ended up paying $80 including tip. Still regret it to this day lol

ruby hill I will make a point to come back to this place and get my nails done! I just tried this place as I waited for my ferry. Kim has owned the salon for over 28 years and her efficiency, attention to detail, and quality service are shown in the experience. I wanted really light beige French tip on my natural nails and I was even happier than what I was expecting:) great job I feel so good, thank you Kim!

Heidie Goff Went in as a walk in. She got me right in. She was super nice and really fast. She did exactly what I wanted! Definitely will be going back

Samantha Cotton Honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. I was just here for the day running errands and thought I’d treat myself. Total waste of money, the guy who did it was clearly not paying attention. I showed it to the woman after and she offered to fix it but I had to catch the ferry, so I didn’t take her up on it. Sweet of her to offer, but it would not have been a quick fix. Polish is uneven, bubbly, and my cuticles and fingers look crazy. Bummed and definitely shouldn’t have paid full price.

Tiffany Muckley She was excellent and patient in trying to help get my sons hair cut. He was not corporative and it was a struggle. She even offered for me to bring him back for free to clean it up a little more if he was having a better day next week.

Rose Dailey I got an appointment easily, and the stylist was nice. But I think she could have spent more time on my cut. Im really not happy with it, and will probably call to see if she will trim it up a bit more, free of charge. I hope she will make it right, I go there quite often.

laura spieker I have been to upset to respond before now. My hair was to my belt line , I wanted it cut to between my shoulder blades had 2 pictures w lots of choppy layers bangs framed around my face, again I had 2 perfect pics no confusion. I walked out w my hair not even touching my shoulders blunt squared off cut no real layers even. On one side it started off right then on the other side she walked it way unfixable short, responding to it w oops sorry. I was devastated. It went down hill fast from there . I asked her since it was twice shorter then I wanted, to at least blend the bottom so it wasnt so squared and put lots of layers to help give it some body. I have straight hair and I didnt want it looking like the dutch boy hair on the paint can. Everytime she kept trying to cut it shorted instead of layers.I HATE MY HAIR!!!! I CANT EVEN STYLE IT .... IT STILL HAS NO LAYERS ,SHORTER THEN I WOULD EVER HAVE WANTED IT, EVER..,.. SQUARED OFF UNEVEN BOXY BANGS IT STILL MAKES ME CRY. I HATE EVEN LOOKING AT IT. Then to add insult to injury it cost me 28.00 dollars and the words oops sorry ringing in my ears. How does oops sorry help me . I am truly beside myself from belt line to above shoulders hair when between shoulder blades is all I asked for .pictures that showed exactly what I wanted.... Now what do I do? So embarrassed to go anywhere and still Months to go before it might touch my shoulders. Im crying trying to even write this.......I feel so ugly and all my family can say is give it time it will grow back. They cant even lie to me and say its cute BECAUSE ITS NOT!!!!!! Truly DEPRESSED .I HATE MY REFLECTION , I THINK WHO IS THAT UGLY WOMEN STARING BACK AT ME AND THEN CRY KNOWING THATS ME. I LOVED MY HAIR JUST WANTED IT FRESHENED UP A BIT....LAYERS AND KNOW NOTHING UNSTYLISH AND BEYOND SHORT .

Lelia DeLand Fortunately, I was at the grocery store where the salon is and she wasn’t busy and had time to take me. It just worked out. She ended up being a great hairstylist and I will be back again. The prices are very reasonable.
