Gillian Rea My mom and I have been going here for 2 years now, best nails in Bellingham!

Carly Ney I have only visited 2-3 times after changing up the previous nail salon I had visited. I liked how the staff and Em takes care of their clients and are gentle and friendly and take their time. I have had good manicures (Acrylic) from them but the last time (3rd visit) after my manicure I started experiencing really bad itching, burning sensation and my cuticles started to peel and weeks ago after Halloween, I have removed them to relieve the itching. It’s contact dermatitis and it’s severe now. Unfortunately I’ll not be getting my nails done by a salon again because this is wild how my fingers have turned out, ultimately just wanting them to heal. I don’t know for sure but it could have been the brushes and chemicals and definitely a reaction to the product (sadly). Good business for anyone else. I’ve now asked my doctor to see if they can prescribe a medication, due to irritation still, and cracks and splits.

Ibidunni Ojikutu Im so glad my friend recommended Ems Nail Bar to me. Ive had nothing but amazing experiences there. I requested Nutcracker nails at my latest appointment, and Em delivered BEYOND my expectations AND the price was beyond reasonable. Ive found my nail studio and wont be going anywhere else.

KYLynn S First time trying this place for a pedicure. Nice salon, nice staff. Unfortunately, I got the new gal. And while I understand everyone must learn, and even voiced that when they apologized for how long it took (1.5hrs.), I would suggest providing more training, especially painting, before having staff work on paying customers. Pro: nice staff, good massage, good focus on cuticles & filing. Cons: how long it took, heels not scrubbed well, the paint job was not good. If I hadn’t had other obligations I had to get to, I would have asked another staff to fix the paint job. For me, a beautiful paint job is top priority! $55+tip. Meh.

Jordan Wendland We love Em’s! I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons in town, and Em’s is far and above my favorite. They are sweet and welcoming, and I can tell that they care a lot about the customer’s experience. They are willing to get creative with nail designs and seem to know a lot about technique and nail health.

Kasey White I have been visiting here for almost 3 years for nail services and will never go to another salon! Kim is the best nail tech and always does such an amazing job. A truly talented artist and kind woman. She remembers what shape I like and adds the cutest details. 10/10 highly recommend.

Rachael Hope I have been going to a different salon, but started going to Professional Nails recently. I love that its a little smaller/cozier. They have a great selection of polishes and my nails look beautiful!

Mikayla Elizabeth I showed them a picture and they were able to do it, it came out beautiful. I’m really happy with them. The guy did my nails. I seem to always get the one male nail tech when I go to get my nails done, not complaining tho, i find that the men are really good at nails. Like really good. I could tell that they were in a rush, but they were done efficiently and quickly. I asked about four times if they could go back and make the nails thinner, which sometimes they get annoyed about but they did it no problem. I payed 95 for these which I expected. Only thing I would complain about was they kind of rushed to get me out of there and I was really hoping for like the lotion hand massage or at least to put oil on my nails so they look cute when I take a picture afterwards. But other than that, it was great I would go back for sure especially if they’re not super busy

Natasha Luna I will never go to another salon in Bellingham! Not to be like that but I had such an amazing experience here. They did such a great job with competitive pricing and were genuinely kind. Also give shoulder massages and gave us paraffin wax! I felt valued where often at other salons I have felt rushed and an inconvenience. Thank you so much!!! Best of all my nails look amazing.

kelly lindell Kim and her husband both worked on me this evening. The service was excellent and the mimosas were delicious. Ive had this image in my head for months and Kim executed it perfectly!

Katie K Mimi did an absolutely amazing job! Her space is so cute and cozy. She offered me water and even had a pair of flip flops for me to wear while my nails dried! Ill be back for sure!

Kelly Miller Mimi is AMAZING!! She has a super cute space, and is the most detail oriented nail tech I have ever been to. My nails are always perfect from when I leave her salon until I come back for my fill. You’ll probably have to call and book your appointment in advance, she’s typically too booked to take walk ins/day of appointments but it is SO worth it!

Ana Milano Mimi took the best care of me and was super accommodating. Her salon is beautiful, tidy, and hygienic. She is very detailed and used many different shaped dremel bits during my visit. I got a full set of acrylic nails on 4 fingers because they fell off and she made them look identical to the nails that were still on. I will be here again when Im back in Bellingham!

Nina Reddell Mimi is amazing and a true artist. We brought in an inspiration picture, and Mimi beautifully designed the sunflowers. These are natural nails, with a gel manicure. Her salon is clean and welcoming, my daughter and I did not feel rushed but got to relax; what a spa is supposed to feel like. I cannot wait to return in the near future.

Elle Mills-Hairell This place was amazing! The service was awesome, my nails look great, and the environment was calming. The staff was incredibly kind and flexible and offered me a beverage right away. 5/5, cant wait to come again!

Elli Griffin I really enjoyed my first visit to this nail salon! I tried Gel-X for the first time, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out—so smooth and perfectly shaped. The atmosphere was relaxing, with a clean and welcoming vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. They took their time to ensure everything was just right. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for my next appointment!

Heather Geer They did a great job on my Christmas nails! It included a paraffin dip and shoulder massage in the price! Evelyn was my nail tech! She’s also super friendly and sweet!

Meaghan The nail techs do an incredible job every time I get my nails done. They do exactly what I ask for and it often looks better than the original photo! The salon is always clean and the nail techs are very meticulous with sanitizing and maintaining their equipment. The customer service is top notch and I would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough!

Daisy Cindy was so fabulous! She did a mommy and me pedicure and manicure and was so kind! They did great work and I was so relaxed! We will be regulars for sure! Salon is so pretty and clean.

Rachel Gough The first thing I noticed at Royal Nails is how exceptionally clean the environment is. The inside is bright and welcoming, as well as the staff. The work is absolutely amazing, they pay attention to shape, detail, and the nail art is perfect. I am very particular with how I like my nails, that being said I will definitely continue coming here!

Danielle Miller I have been coming here religiously for years and have never left unhappy or disappointed. The color selection is immense, the staff does a fantastic job with any and all types of nails, shellac, acrylic, nail art, pedicures, you name it!! Outside of nail talent, the staff are all so kind and welcome me back with smiles and personal greetings. I cannot recommend Angel Nails enough to anyone needing any type of nail care!

Chelsea Joefield I’ve been going here for years and I love it! Lisa always does amazing. I get acrylic overlay on my natural nails and rarely have lifting or broken nails. As someone who uses their hands a lot, that has kept me coming back!

Brianna M My mother in law and I went for pedicures it was so wonderful I had to come back and get a full set! I haven’t had my nails done in so long and was quickly reminded by the wonderful service of Tina, Lisa and the gentleman I didn’t get the names of. Absolutely wonderful! Also they have these steaming machines for legs during the deluxe pedicures that I had never seen before and oh my let me tell you that was a lovely addition to the amazing service they provide. Do yourself a favor and go to Angel Nails!

Liz Binnington Got an eyebrow wax and a basic manicure, my friend got an eyebrow wax and a basic pedicure. Great service and we were taken care of right at our appointment. Not too much pressure to upgrade which was nice. Definitely plan on coming back
