Mia Labar Saw Ariana and she did an amazing job. Yes, it can be pricey. I did get sticker shock. I also havent had my hair feel this healthy and amazing since I was in my teens. And my hair was really pretty damaged so I knew it wasnt going to be cheap. Everyone who works there that I met today is incredibly sweet and kind. Worth every penny. You wont be disappointed. Regardless of the price, Im absolutely going back. If you want someone to treat a part of your body and help bring it back to life, help make it look healthy again, and make you feel good about yourself, then be prepared to pay more.

Hannah I really appreciate the staff and Mr. BARCLAY for making my daughter feel welcome and happy. I really liked that he took his time to cut my daughter curly hair and recommend products good for her hair. I recommend his salon for all year around hair needs.

Samantha Young Love the staff! Services are amazing and everyone is very technically savvy and up to date with modern trends. Love the option to have a glass of wine. My hair has never had such good shape and healthy feeling, thanks to Ariana’s magnificent work!

Tina Ring Cheryl greeted me with kindness and truly made me feel welcome. Ryan is an absolute genius! He listened to everything I said and made me look and feel like a rockstar. I have been to many salons over the years and paid a lot of money to leave and not be happy with my service. Ryan, however took his time, and really seemed to care about my experience. I have found my new place and cant wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!!

Ruthann LaMoureaux Its a beautiful place. It feels like a neighborhood salon, so welcoming. They do a Phenomenal job at what they do. This is now my familys goto salon.

Sean Brewer They do great work here. I’ve tried other salons in this area charging $70 for haircuts that are mediocre at best. Fancy cuts delivers. They are convenient, fast, clean, and pay close attention to details. And the price? A M A Z I N G!! So be sure to tip! :)

Mark Newland DONT CUT MY HAIR SHORTER. I know how to cut my hair to the length I want but it ends up crooked and uneven. I gave very simple instructions of,"clean things up but do not make it shorter". Throughout the entire haircut she kept telling me, "no, Im not making it shorter". She took away about half my hair making it about half the length of when I walked in there. It seems that she wanted to cut my hair the way she thinks it should be instead of the way I wanted it to be done. DONT CUT IT SHORTER.

lak min I love this haircut place and the price but please disinfect your equipment after each cut. I have been getting pimples after each haircut from here.

Aryn came at 10:30 on a Saturday, fortunately for me there was no one else there. she did a good job and the price was amazing. will definitely come back for basic cuts, and might try them for highlights too.

Edwin Garcia I went there to cut my hair and I told the man how I wanted it cut and told him to only use scissors to trim the top of my hair on top of that I told home not to cut the back of my hair for I was trying to grow a mullet first thing he did he cut it and basically cut of all my hair he didn’t even trim the top of my hair like I asked he just cut it extremely short terrible service

Racheal Michelle i will never come back here. i showed her reference photos, & she didn’t even come close to the look i asked for. and i made the mistake of going back there to have her fix it. the haircut was so rushed both times. i honestly feel like she was upset because i didn’t like what she did. my hair is so so choppy! & now so much shorter than what i wanted. all i asked for was a face frame & layers. & the layers were cut so WRONG! she cut horizontally the entire time! & now i have to go to a wedding looking like a boy. here’s some photos so all of you can see. i can’t tell you how disappointed & sad i am. my second time ever going to a salon& im scarred for life. im so embarrassed. $40 for the cut & wash. i shouldn’t of even paid for it or even tipped. i feel so stupid. & too embarrassed to go & ask for my money back. Also, from a business standpoint it’s completely unprofessional to not be able to communicate clearly to your customers.

Cindy Trejo I wanted to go all blonde with previous highlights & my hair was pretty grown out and I guess she did a bleach and tone , my hair was left with 3 different layers of shades , top bleach , middle brassy & black strands , bottom ashy highlights, do not recommend at all. I got chemical burn so bad , they didnt wash all the bleach and toner off , my scalp was bleeding I had to go home take a shower & it was the worst pain ever , please go to professional salons .

The new barbers and the lash techs are absolutely talented and courteous. My sons only ask to bring them here and I also come in to get my lash extensions applied religiously.

Iza Osorio Sayra is great for doing kids haircuts. She does my nephews haircuts. She did my one year old sons haircut, and it turned it great. He was moving quite a lot, and she was able to manage it. She was very patient with him too. I will definitely go to her again.

Gabriela Davidson I decided to color my hair and spoke to them about my new look. I even took picture of how I wanted my hair to look like. The Stylist assured me that she was qualified to do the job, but I assure now that she is not. She burned my hair, to the point that my hair started to fall. Since then, Ive known three other women whove also went there and had the same bad experience I did.

Makenzi Butler Just had my hair done this week with Tim… he is the best when it comes to color! He does my color in such a way (we use a lot of bleach) so we don’t have any damage. Only one I trust since I have been seeing him for over 15 years. Great conversationalist too!!!! It’s not the location of the stylist it’s the stylist that matters. Prices are great at this salon so that helps! I never have an issue getting in since we always schedule a head of time and keep on a good routine. Thanks Tim!!!!!

Zeus Aguilera Do not send your kids here to get their haircut. I was very appreciative of them being able to get us in very last minute, but they messed up my sons hair cut and did not know how to perform and combover fade. Stylist was not patient with my son and she kept getting frustrated while cutting his hair when he barely moved, he’s seven years old! I will never take my son here again.

Sarah Miller Tim was incredible! I got tons of layers cut which I haven’t done since middle school. I felt so comfortable getting it done there. Tim payed close attention to my reference pictures and my direction. He has great communication and asked clarifying questions and took his time. The cut was $45 and completely worth more!

Nitasha Dixit I Hardly recommended people not to go for their haircut . The lady is really rude. She hardly speak English and she take customer for granted. She have no respect for their customer whatsoever so please do not go there i’m going give her one star If I have option for 0 star I probably give that to her and for her salon I’m strongly recommended DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. This is my first and last for rock and roll salon.

Justinkyle Mccarthy I was feeling good that day. I showed up to the place and wanted to do something new. So I ask for a haircut and a beard trim, I let the lady know how I wanted my beard and hair to cut. As she cut and mess up on the spot, I stopped her saying that was short. The lady complain and I complain. She made a big fuss, cut my hair short. I didn’t argue with the beard as she messed that up to. I have to shave all my neared off at home. Won’t recommend this haircut store ever.

Inna Mas The worst experience I have ever had. The lady was so rough on my son and my son ended up crying after her. She is really mean. I do not recommend this place.

Phary Heng The lady is very rude and unwelcome person, she made me feel uncomfortable to be her client because the way she responded my questions. She answered aggressively tone seem like she got mad at me or I did something wrong to her since my first step in the salon. I’m strongly recommended DO NOT GO THIS PLACES. This place doesn’t have good customer service. This is my first and last for rock and roll salon. This lady needs a big attitude adjustment if she wants to be in salon business.

Кастрюлька The hairdresser is a very strange woman. I have never seen such a customer service in my entire life. From the first second you say hello, you will receive a cold silence in response. When you calmly begin to explain what kind of haircut you would like to get, she, without giving you the slightest chance, starts an argument with me in a malicious voice. Its not a very pleasant feeling, especially when you dont expect it. I would say it is even dangerous to entrust such work to a mentally unbalanced person, especially when she has sharp objects in her hands. Bad and not pleasant place. PS: I think that the reason is national. A man front of me was sitting on a chair talking to her in their native language. She behaved calmly and balanced. When I sat down on the chair, everything seemed to change in the blink of an eye. Avoid this place!

Adam S Im a customer for over 15 years. Language is a problem and yes there were times when I was not too thrilled but theres a reason why I keep going back. I see people here writing negative reviews and making a mountain out of stupid stuff. If you are patient and willing to work with her she is one of the best. Yes shes not the brightest nor she is sophisticated but for a simple haircut she does an excellent job for the price you pay.

Carrie Dube My husband and I took our son to get a fade. Our son ended up walking out with a really bad, I think it was meant to look like a faux hawk, haircut. We went back in to ask if we could have it blended. They took too much off the top. And they told us “That’s a good haircut” so we proceeded to ask for our money back and the woman there told us that it’s a good haircut and that she refuses to give us our money back and even told us to wait on her and that she could fix it but at this point, we were just very hurt by her unprofessional manner and decided to leave. I’m sure she has good clientele who get what they want done but in our case we were treated very poorly. We have them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to fix it but they made it worse and then refused to give us our money back. I even tried to call for the manager and the woman basically brushed us off. When I called, she answered the phone and set it down and proceeded to ignore me. Please think twice before coming here. And please don’t pay for anything you aren’t satisfied with here. Don’t encourage this unruly behavior that I got from this lady. I won’t add any photos for the sake of my son. He’s pretty bummed out right now and I hope we can get it fixed.

Ronald Kapralov Came in previously for buzz cut not even a week ago. She said $11.00. Asks me what I do for a living. Im honest raises the price by $9.00. I can get a haircut for $5.90 at smittys @ Lynnwood. For great quality by Sharon shes been doing it for 30 years. Sometimes this happens. This was just unjust. I have rent and bills she makes 20 in less than 10 min. Some people work an hour for that in miserable conditions.

Angie :] I asked for simple curtain bangs and the lady gave me curly hair in the front, left it straight in the back. Not to mention she used so many bottles of this weird chemicals that SMELLS horrible. Im not sure if this is how you get curtain bangs but Im upset with how my hair turned out and shes charging like 200 dollars for this bs. Never going again

Yoana Gijon This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hair stylist. I get my hair done every six months and when I came to this place they destroyed my hair. I told her what I wanted and she said okay and when she was finished it was completely different from what I asked and she did a horrible job. When I looked at her she said that she didn’t like what I had picked so she did what she thought would look good on me. Then made me pay $200 for it. I went back the next day and she tired to fix it but still didn’t give me what I wanted. I will never go back there again!
