Jaxson I went in for a perm/Haircut and was helped by Gabriel P. He was extremely friendly and patient, he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! Needles to say my hair turned out great and I will definitely be back too see him again. Highly recommend him for your next visit!!!!:)

Deanna Blomstrom Waiting a district manager to call me still. My daughter and I went in to get our hair done together for a concert this week. Kat did out hair and we thought we were in good hands her being the manager and her saying she was a senior hair expert. My daughter had go back the next day to get her highlights fixed still because they was still bleach spots everywhere through the pink. The girl that fixed her spots was amazing though. As for my hair I asked for a balayage and I was told that they couldnt get my hair blonde and that it would have to be a light brown because of precious hair coloring. But no where did I think my hair would be blotchy with my normal color and and bleach every where. The back of my head looks like someone painted a big bleach spot in a circle in the back of my head. Im so disappointed. This is my first time at any salon and I know I signed a waiver but Kat kept guaranteeing me it was gonna look great and it was gonna be okay..now I look like I just splattered bleach every where. I would love a phone call back like Kat said I would receive. Thank you. Photos of my hair now
Edit to this review Anastasia who had to fix my daughters hair they messed up just called me and canceled my appointment to fix my hair. Now is telling me I have to wait on a general manager to call me. Although this manager is on vacation. I cant afford to go somewhere else to fix this and now will be having to use something to fix my hair. I cant keep walking around like this. This is the worse customer service Ive ever received.

Carolyn Goodman I went in needing my hair shaped. Ive been cutting it myself for a long time and have been wanting a professional to cut it for a while now. Theres a reason Im insecure and havent seeked help for my hair. Kat (or Cat) was well aware of the condition I had and assured me I was in good hands. I immediately felt so comfortable with her, I felt seen! She was encouraging and sweet the whole time. She gave me a beautiful cut, helped blend some problem areas, and showed me how to style and use the product she was using on my hair. The entire time she said what she was doing to help me feel comfortable. This is the best hair cut Ive ever had and I will absolutely return for trims. Thank you Kat!

Moon Hummus I’ve been hesitant to share this review because I dislike giving negative feedback, and I recognize it’s partly my fault for not speaking up during my visit. I was already having a tough day since it was my birthday and the two-year anniversary of my sister’s passing, which made it harder for me to advocate for myself.
I usually avoid salons due to past bad experiences, but my hair felt flat and lifeless, so I decided to treat myself to a haircut. Unfortunately, I waited nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time without even a greeting. Eventually, a stylist checked on me and signed me in.
While my stylist was polite, I felt rushed during my appointment. I asked for at least an inch or two off my hair and for face-framing pieces. Despite paying for a premium package, she didn’t mention being short on time and instead focused mainly on washing and drying my hair. I ended up spending almost $60 for just two strands of hair to be trimmed in the front, with no length taken off.
As she finished drying my hair, another customer arrived, and I realized my haircut was over without any of the changes I requested. This left me feeling anxious and disappointed, especially since I had hoped to enjoy my birthday but ended up feeling upset about wasting my money. I know the stylist likely didn’t mean to disappoint me, but I can’t help but feel discouraged by this experience.
