Allynn Goucher Amazing place. Staff really listens to their clients and help them make their hair goals come true. Highly highly recommend. Especially Lisa she is Amazing. Did root touch up with light baliage even on my odd color. Lisa made my hair feel and look amazing.

Kathryn ODell After checking out the website and it saying they accepted walk on clients I chose to go there. I walked in, mistakenly thought the receptionist was speaking to me, but she was answering the phone. When she hung up she glared at me, no hello, nothing. I asked if I could get my hair cut. In a very curt tone she said no, I would need an appointment. I said their website states they take walk ins. She replied, not any more. She was anything but friendly. I will never go back. I spent my money else where and got a really cute cut. Try Saras Salon on Nob Hill...friendly and they take walk ins. Ask for Tonny. He cut mine and did a great job...plus he was friendly.

destiny lumby Only if zero stars was a thing. A very unprofessional and ignorant company. They won’t give refunds and don’t even have a refund policy in place. If they mess up which granted does happen we’re human,(that includes the owner Melinda who is a stylist on the floor) you won’t get your money back. To risky of a chance for me, and that’s sadly speaking from experience. Luckily, I had my hair fixed by an excellent stylist at Indigo Salon! Go check them out! Way better environment and energy!

Michael S My son received a haircut which at first wasnt exactly right (not the stylists fault) but after explaining the way I wanted it the haircut came out fine. I always come here because I havent had a negative experience with any stylist foe me or my son. They do a great job and are professional. I leave a tip because they deserve it and like to support local when I can.

A Burke Stylist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a diffecult style I wanted and she was able to duplicate the hairstyle extremely well (Pic was included for referrence). I was beyond happy with my cut and will continue having her cut it for me!

Y My hair was fried and she tried to say it was the hair straightener when I barely use it. I do not recommend this place for hair color. The environment is very negative with their rude comments and complaining after customers leave.

Jeanette Mejia I asked her to cut my sons hair with scissor and she continued cutting with the machine on the top then when I told her thats not what I asked for she blamed my boy for saying he kept moving. Did not leave a clean haircut as I asked but charged me the full price after she dint want to complete the haircut

Anne Grove Nearby and Neighborly, Yakimas answer to Steel Magnolias. The chief stylist has the sense of humour of Carol Burnett. Best hair cut I have had in years. The search for my fave stylist is complete! She accepted a last minute walk-in consultation for a friend visiting from out of town. Great place, reasonable prices.

Richard Wilson Kathy listens to what you want done with your hair and then does it well. She does a great job of trimming my beard and eyebrows. Shes also fun to talk to.

Heather Bryan Kathy is great, always gets me in quickly!!!

Daniel Mclean Went in for haircut it turned out great but left with ton of hair all over my neck and forehead I was not offered a rinse and went to the grocery store next door to rinse off I understand that I visited a business more often visited by Hispanics/Mexicans but still it felt weird to sit in that chair while the getting my hair cut while she spent the whole time speaking to another customer in Spanish And I just had to sit there she never talked to me at all

Heather VanAntwerp Rihana is awesome! She was honest with me about how much length needed to be cut off and I’m glad she did. My hair has never felt so healthy! You also can’t beat the prices here. Will be back for regular maintenance and definitely asking for her!

krissy slick Raul is at the right place, hes a master at color and cut, at a reasonable price! The only salon Ive found in Yakima that isnt gouging for color and cuts. The salon is full service, clean, and comfortable.
