Brianna B Im not sure why there are so many poor reviews. Ive had nothing but the most incredible experience here with my first child. Every staff member makes a point to wish you well as you leave and takes the time to feel like you matter! It is so nice! Dr Grubb is our main pediatrician and I feel like I struck gold. You have to book out pretty far in advance for him but it is WORTH IT. He helps you understand how to navigate a more natural route with your young one and what to offer instead of just going the route of taking Tylenol which should be a last resort. I will never leave this place simply because of the warm welcoming attitude the staff always has when I visit and because I can depend on my doctor to help me raise the healthiest child possible. Its incredibly tough to find doctors you can trust nowadays and once you have that established line of trust, you never want to loose it. 100/10 recommend!!!!!

Susan Hite We’ve been going to Woodcreek for 6+ years and have always had good experiences. The receptionists have been kind and helpful, and we haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments. Dr. Grubb is great and having an urgent care in the same building and with the same doctors is so convenient. The only downfall is having to plan way ahead to get an appointment. They book up fast. That seems to be the norm for all doctor’s offices though.

Savannah Lexirae Whatever you do do not see Dr Sara Reid. I have never had a more incompetent and overall uneducated psychiatrist, if she was just uneducated that would be one thing but her incompetence and harmfulness goes to another level. In my session with Dr Reid she was going over her list of questions and when she got to eating disorder in my chart she said “ you don’t look like you have an eating disorder, I’m looking at you and i’m like what eating disorder you look healthy” and when I said you shouldn’t really say that because people can have an eating disorder and you wouldn’t know she said “I would because you’re almost 5”5 and *blank pounds* you’re not dehydrated and your blood pressure is fine. I said well someone could be physically fine and still have an eating disorder to that she responded “ really?” as if she wanted me to second guess myself, which alone telling someone things like this when they already have an eating disorder is so harmful. And she said “well philosophically with my degree I can tell you’re fine because you’re *blank pounds* and almost 5”5 so we can agree to disagree.” As a psychiatrist one should know there is not a look for eating disorders and insinuating that there is and you could tell just by one’s blood pressure, weight, and looking at them is extremely harmful and I can only imagine the terrible affects it could have on others who currently or in the past had an eating disorder. Furthermore when she brought up the topic of ADHD and said “what about ADHD?” all I had said was I sometimes have trouble concentrating and sitting still for long periods of time but I mask very well, she asked about trying a medication for ADHD and I asked her if I have ADHD and she said “well you said you mask very well.” After the session she had put notes in my chart saying I “procrastinate and don’t listen when spoken” all things I did not say. I filled out no questionnaires for ADHD or any of the diagnoses that appeared in my chart after this session.

Whitney Scott Scheduling can be challenging, but as a fellow provider, I appreciate the effort it takes to accommodate everyone. We absolutely adore Devyn Cameron. She’s a fantastic listener, meets us where we’re at, and includes us as parents in every decision regarding our child’s care from birth to her current age of 8. Truly grateful for her support.

Michael Khbeis We had been regular patients since our infant was born. We’ve waited EVERY TIME to see our provider, sometimes over 45-60 minutes. Today, we were stuck in traffic and exceeded their 15 minute grace window by 10-minutes. Yes, we were late. I took a half day off of work and commuted from Redmond to Puyallup. We got stuck with a train downtown. The outcome - “you can reschedule for 3.5 months from now”. No exceptions, no understanding of things we can’t control, nothing even for regular patients of 3+ years. When they’re late it’s biz as normal. Find a different group.

Gabrielle Lita I established care at this location this summer, having barely been leaving a DV relationship. One of my main concerns is ALWAYS my mental health. I’ve just started intensive therapy; but it’s never been a secret. I’ve been trying to coordinate psychiatry at Sea Mar, where I do therapy. Unfortunately, referrals don’t always get sent, and that is what I have been dealing with. My mental health support there has been phenomenal otherwise; but last time I was given a refill on my SSRI/mental health medication, the doctor I have been seeing here at the Franciscan family medicine clinic said that she will no longer do so. I understand the sentiment. Truly. It is still highly uneducated and inappropriate. My “primary care physician” is entirely fine with me ending up hospitalized so I can continue taking my medication, when I have attempted multiple times to get it going. I requested refills 4 days ago, now I am ENTIRELY out with no recourse. I want to be completely transparent here; I WILL become suicidal without my medication. If I ended up ending my life due to Dr.D and her staff refusing to give a patient with mental health their NECESSARY medication, I would really hate to be involved in that lawsuit. Don’t waste your time, especially if you have any kind of mental health. They will literally let you suffer for things entirely outside of your control; and they have absolutely no consideration for the gravity of having ZERO mental health medications COLD TURKEY when you have literally attempted on your life multiple times. I will be contacting corporate, this is just one business in a string of many who are going to make or break someone’s recovery and that is absolutely disgusting. So much for “patient centered care”.. yall are actually a joke.

Barb Sheldon In my opinion, this is the worst doctors office you can possibly go to in Puyallup. This business should be shut down. They have five plus years of negative comments, and I cannot believe they are still open for business. My son has been going there for 3 years and they have not done anything for him but cancel appointments and not answer the phone. None of the referrals were good only bad fax numbers. Promises of calls back, waiting 2 to 3 months out for appointments, it truly is a joke. BBB where are you??? Were switching doctors tomorrow morning.

Delicia Church The doctors are excellent but the front desk and referrals are unhelpful and are the cause delays in medical treatment. I suggest a different clinic.

Katie Murry Had my first appointment with Dr. Gianotto today and I am so impressed! I was prepared to have my symptoms not taken seriously like I have at other places, but she immediately asked follow up questions and went to work trying to figure out this puzzle. Talking with a dr who actually wants to help you figure out what’s going on is such a breath of fresh air. This appointment made me feel like I’m in good hands.

Ethan Petersen This office I think only has one person answering phones. Keep seeing other messages about this office and I agree after experiencing having to call back to back to back for hours to get through other than voicemail. My other referring doctors reached out but even their provider line does not even let them leave messages. If all else fails they push you to a nurse practitioner. Hard to schedule if no one answers phones even other doctors call.

Jessica Thuo Nobody ever answers the phone. How can anyone make an appointment?!

Pauly D. No one ever answers the phone. They don’t return calls after you leave a message either. I’m a new patient, but apparently I will need to go some where else.

Boog The appointment was so far away my mother died before she could even be seen. She ended up in the ER again, they werent supposed to release her the first time apparently but they assumed she would be seen by these people a lot sooner and if she had, shed probably still be alive. Took 1 month to schedule because the "Referral was not filled out completely" which was a lie. Then earliest appointment was 3 months later. Run, you will literally die waiting to get in to this place and if the front staff is any indicator of how you will be treated, its not worth the wait anyway.

Kay Fletcher This is the worst hospital ever!! My husband was transported via ambulance due to having a heart attack. After 45 minutes of trying to stabilize him and then angiogram, he was admitted into the critical care unit. Not even hospitalized for 24 hours on dopamine and other meds he was discharged with considerably low blood pressure and discharge papers with no diagnosis and the meds he was treated with. He asked the CC nurse why he was being discharged when he still not feeling well - her reply was, "the ER is backed up with patients who needs rooms and the hospital is full"!!! What the hell??!!! Never got results from CT scans or lab!!! Aweful hospital. Dont go here if its life or death!!! This doesnt even deserve 1 ★.
