Lynn Richmond While looking for a hairstylist for my daughters wedding in Port Townsend, I met Yolande. I was so very impressed with how accommodating she was for our small wedding party that I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their hair done. Yolanda was extremely helpful, reasonable, knowledgeable, and so dependable! I was totally impressed as were the bridesmaids, the bride, and myself! I couldnt ask for a better person who accommodated me and my Michigan group better than Yolande. We all arrived at the wedding looking like we walked out of a magazine!!!! She is the best! Lynn R

Julia Jackson Great place! We went in for my husband to get his hair cut, and she did an awesome job. They have a cute little dog my daughter enjoyed playing with (the perfect distraction for a 2 year old), and they even did a quick trim on her bangs while we were waiting. We will be back for sure!

S Walked into today with my brother because he was hoping to get a quick haircut. The first question out of Debbis mouth was asking if she had ever cut his hair before. We said no and she said stated that she wasnt accepting new clients. I guess we could have lied and said he had been a customer there before since she wouldnt have recognized us anyway. She said she needed to keep the space open for her regulars. There was absolutely no one else there and she was kicked back looking at her phone. We were thrown off by the big "walk ins only" sign outside. We are currently heading elsewhere, so much for keeping it local.

Grayson Glass Wendy not only generously fit me in on a busy Saturday as a first time walk in, but also gave me one of the best haircuts I have had in years. Exceptional kindness and fair pricing are par for the course here. Would recommend to friends, family, and anyone visiting Port Townsend.

Eric Rhodes Debbie has been cutting my hair for nearly 30 years and its always just the way I like it. The cuts are quick and as requested. No appointments but the wait is never long.

Bruce Stapleton Haircut is great. But customer service is terrible. Debbie doesnt engage with you unless youre the only one there. If there are other "regulars" there, then forget it. She wont hardly even know youre there. So go there and get a haircut, but dont tip as the "personal/professional service is not there." I tipped today and I regret it. You should only tip for good service. Ive been going to Debbie for several months now, and I bet she doesnt know my name or wouldnt recognize me on the street.

Michael H The barber was friendly and the shop was pretty cute. I only had to wait for her to finish with one customer before it was my turn. Unfortunately the haircut turned out poorly. Many visible scissor lines in my hair and a couple of blotches of hair that were just left uncut. The lighting in the barber shop was too dim to notice before leaving. Ill be looking for another barber to fix this in a couple weeks when it has grown out a little.

Greg Sachs So disappointed in my haircut. I asked for the simplest cut. Just remove 1.5 inches around the ears and the back near the neck. She said, “so you still want it over your ears” and I said, “yes”. The girl takes way more off and then uses a razor the whole way around. We never even discussed buzzing the sides. Gave one extra star for her being friendly but come on, listen to the customers requests.

Bruce I love this barber shop it was amazing, they knew exactly what I wanted and on the sides for the trim I was really happy when i walked out so I give it 5 stars would recommend going there!❤️

C E I have been going to Jim’s for years. Good value for a good cut. The owner is a pleasure to chat with as you get a cut too. Good local business that I’m happy to support.

Rochelle Lamont Quick cut, with no care or skill in accomplishing the requested cut. Mixed up request - cut a lot shorter off the top than what was shown, and left longer on bottom than wanted. Then debated what was requested, not offering to improve the mess made when asked. Not recommended if normally wear a longer men’s hair style.

Marijo Wikel David is absolutely exquisite. He is a true hair sculpture, artist and just a pleasure to Spend time with. I always get compliments Regarding my hair style. He does precision cuts and his colors are so natural. Everyone in the Salon is personable and talented. Lisa the owner has created a Great place for beautiful hair experiences. I highly recommend this Salon.

Renata Hickey A happy Salon. Many repeat customers are enjoying the services of this place. The proprietor and David have established a very professional salon, although typically fully booked. With many years of experience and a beautiful ambience, its definitely a place one can trust. Cessna did a great color on my hair and each day my natural highlights give me joy.

Mark Mulrooney I have been cutting my own hair for years because I have had so many bad experiences with stylists. I read Davids excellent reviews and took a chance. He is a genius, best hair cut of my life (and Im 52). And he is a kind person as well. Highly recommended. Amazing talent...hes a true artisan.

Indigo Wolf I first called this place just as businesses were starting to open up because of the Pandemic . It has been over a year and a half and I really needed a haircut but I was tired of going to these places that said great things about delivered nothing. So after hearing how great this place was and The stylist listen to you and they were the best in town and had great reviews I wanted to give this place a try. I called the business and the main phone number wasnt working. So I called the two cell phone numbers listed. It took 4 or 5 days and no one ever got back to me. I was persistent and kept calling. Finally when I did get somebody I think one of the owners she sounded kind of rude and said they werent taking any more people. And that was that. So they only get one star.
