Marty Holtzman This review is about the experience I had yesterday at the Olympia Multicare hospital for an Inguinal Hernia repair. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised. Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be. Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!

Emily Elliott I had my knee surgery here with Dr. Lamour from Oly Ortho. The staff was really great, kind and compassionate. This was my first surgery and I was terrified. My nurses paused what they were doing to talk to me about everything that was going on and what to expect. My nurse, Mary Lou, was so sweet and came to check on me several times while I waited to go back. They were awesome! I would definitely recommend coming here.

Paula G My mom was recently seen in the ER, was admitted to the ICU and spent five days in the hospital. Every single person we had contact with were amazing. The docs, nurses, CNA’s, OT/PT’s, dietitians … EVERYONE treated her (and my sister and I) with compassion and respect. They were knowledgeable and always made themselves available when questions came up. Thank you!

Edith Cox I went to the ER because I had an infected tooth that swelled up my whole face and eyes and was swelling up my throat. I was starting to have trouble breathing. There was no waiting at the ER so we were seen fast. The doctor talked to me as they were doing my vitals. So I never even went into a room. So they didnt even check me over. He never checked my lungs or breathing, and I had told him I was sick the past few weeks with what seemed like walking pneumonia. And that I couldnt even get out of bed. He didnt even ask me where all the swelling had spread to. He didnt check my throat or anything. He looked at my tooth and wrote me a prescription for penicillin. That was it. He didnt notice I was dizzy and about to pass out or that I was crying because my head felt like it was going to explode. I felt worse after I left there than before. I dont have medical so this was my only chance at medical attention since it was out of my pocket. I think they suck and will not return.

k g Mammogram dept. Tech was rude, rough and racist. Been there many times on my insurance. This i went uninsured. What difference in treatment. Only the nice lady at front desk was same.

Marie Hadley i have been getting the run around for a balance due bill from this clinic since August. My insurance is Medicare Advantage through Kaiser Permanente and according to them I owe nothing. This balance due bill is for $900.00 and its beginning to feel like a scam. Every time I call they say that it has been sent to "upper management" to get resolved. My next step is to go to the clinic in person and ask to speak directly to "upper Management". Ill keep posting updates as I have new info.

Patrick Oneill They have changed the name of the new company. The previous owners were great and most of the original employees are still there. Excellent customer service and a beautiful building.

Wajeeha Syed I visited Sea Mar Clinic today and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The clinic was clean and well-organized which made me feel comfortable and safe. The provision Rashida ullah was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly compassionate. She took time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her ability to listen and address all my concerns made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend I had a positive experience and would highly recommend Sea Mar Clinic to anyone in need of quality healthcare services.

Karin Ange Dr. Borgeia treated our young daughter. Hes very knowledgeable and patient. Great with kids. The staff there is very friendly and they know their stuff. Definitely recommend.

Chris Huish Pretty fast for the walk in dental but Im sure that was due to the time/day I was there. As I waited I could overhear the staff complaining about working here. Disappointing but understandable.

Phoenix Mist DONT GO HERE!!! -talked to me like I was stupid for asking clarifying questions -treated poorly for weight (which was recorded wrong) and told that my heart condition "wasnt a good enough reason to not exercise" -roof was leaking and molding in the waiting room -asked personal questions out loud instead of letting me fill out the paper -put hands on me during the exam without gloves or washing them (even though I specifically asked) -continued to dead name me after being told I had a preferred name DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Havilah Sabella Never have I been treated so poorly and hypocritically. While half the staff wasnt wearing masks, they kicked my fiance out of the ultrasound appointment for not wearing a mask. But I didnt have to wear one. The time spent arguing with us was longer than the actual ultrasound. They have now said he isnt welcome back to the office. If the father of the child they planned to deliver isnt welcome, neither are we. Not all the staff are terrible here, but enough of them are to highly recommend not going here. I would also like to add that the lady performing the ultrasound had huge gaps on the sides of her mask. Rendering it completely useless. Virtue signaling at its finest.

Ryder Hempstead Providence Swedish Obstetrics and Gynecology Olympia is less concerned with providing quality care and more focused on forcing its political agenda onto patients. They show no respect for personal beliefs, instead choosing to belittle and undermine anyone who doesnt conform to their ideology. Rather than fostering a welcoming environment, they make it clear that differing perspectives are not just unwelcome but outright wrong. If you value autonomy over your own health decisions, look elsewhere—entrusting this place with your well-being, or that of your loved ones, would be a serious mistake.

Ang 805 The providers here are amazing and as someone with a lot of anxiety they were sure to address all of my concerns. While I can see and agree with some of the points in the other reviews as appointments are changed often but I have recently learned of a lot of administrative turnover and changes there that make it very difficult on the staff who honestly want to do a great job serving their patients. Thing about medicine is its not an exact science as much as we all wish it was. In my experience here and now with a healthy baby, they did right by me and the best they could and thats actually better than many places. Everyone there from front desk to MA staff and all of the providers genuinely care.

Nathan M This place is ridiculous. They crank the heat up to 80 degrees, then force the mask agenda on everyone (in Feb 2025). 80% of the patients are pregnant and can’t breathe. They don’t care if you have health conditions preventing you from wearing masks. Do Not recommend.

Adriana Rizza Look, this place is great. Let me explain my 3 stars. I’ve been coming here throughout my entire pregnancy after switching to civilian doctors once my husband retired from the military. Everyone has been fantastic; sweet nurses, efficient/friendly front desk, incredible doctors and midwives. I usually am always in and out in 30 minutes. I always felt comfortable and never had a complaint…. Till recently. For the first time, I encountered Karen Swift. And for the first time, I voiced some concerns and discomforts with my body. While waiting for her to come in, I could hear things outside the door like, “are you sure she’s not just saying that” and “that’s physically impossible!!” And something about “squatting against a wall right now” in regards to pain I had while squatting. I couldn’t believe my ears. Was she talking bad about ME? A patient, who voiced concerns for the first time in my 30+ weeks of pregnancy? Then she comes in the room, passive aggressive, condescending and talking down to me like I’m a child. And she was trying to tell ME what to do with my time, saying “oh you ARE going to get labs done today. Then you can call and make an ultrasound appointment, then you can go run your errands” with an arrogant smirk on her face. Never in my life have I felt so belittled, uncared for and angry in a medical facility ever. I called the next day to make sure I never get an appointment set up with that vile lady again. Then I come to look a Google reviews and BEHOLD; OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, with the same woman. Seems like the problem is her, and she’s going to drag this office down if they keep her. If you plan on coming here, make sure you don’t get her for your care. Seriously. BEWARE.

Address: 500 Lilly Rd NE #120, Olympia, WA 98506

(3) Reviews South Sound Army Medical Home:

Desert Medic Never enough providers and routed to urgent care facilities where we have copays and added costs, along with no real diagnosis. The pharmacy here has actually got worse. They do not carry widely used meds, and somehow cannot have MAMC shuttle them with other things. They have a phone number to text which is unclear with replies. Scripts are filled as the pharmacist feels like doing them instead of when promised. ICE complaints are ignored.

Wyndia Smith I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.

Samantha Joffray The worst experience I’ve ever had at any hospital in 35 years of life. The ER staff apparently isn’t aware of the fact that you can’t just hold someone there against their will. Anyone, at anytime, has the legal right to leave an ER on their own accord - ask for an AMA form, scribble it and leave. They CAN NOT hold you against your will. The ONLY legal reasons to hold someone in a hospital is if you are being held under a conservatorship by a legal guardian, if you are incarcerated, or declared incompetent by a court of law. Do not go here. It’s literally hell.

Solomon T Twice my friend was taken into the emergency in very bad shape almost unconscious. The older female with short hair and big puffy face at the front was very hostile, maybe crazy? I say that because only a crazy person would be yelling at someone in a critical condition because theyre being too slow to answer her, or cant be loud enough for her. Even while his blood pressure was being measured and he was supposed to not move or talk or make effort, she would not wait but yell at him to answer her quickly. No human feelings, decency or common sense. Bad position to be in. Even at prison intake nowadays they dont treat newcomers that way. Some of the staff inside have similar attitude. Very short tempered / frustrated staff. He was being sent home almost the same as he came in. Xray, blood work and being told there was nothing wrong with him. Coming back 2 days later. Sometimes walking out of the hospital dizzy and imbalanced. There was a few good people inside, like nurse Valentino, Dr Fox, and a couple other doctors cant recall their names.

Erin Apolis I have *intense* PTSD due to prior medical trauma and maltreatment. I have extremely low expectations for health providers as a result. But… I’ve had two surgeries, one ER visit, and one overnight at this hospital and cannot praise the staff highly enough. The nurses and techs in the surgery department are kind and compassionate. They did everything in their power to make me feel safe in their care - even making sure my religious item accompanied me through the procedures. I never once felt disrespected or devalued, even in the middle of a panic attack. The nurses and techs in the neurology ward took care of me with more empathy than my own mother ever has. Managing post-surgical pain was a priority for them… not an inconvenience they didn’t want to be bothered with. Medical/Hospital staff that makes you feel like an individually valuable human is a rarity, and I deeply value those that succeed at it.

Bill Fisher The care was pretty much top-notch but your new menu sucks! You did away with a lot of the stuff Ive liked in the past theres nothing on here that really catches my eye. The food that I had last night I would never order again ever. I dont know what you guys are trying to prove or do if its saving money it really irritates that hell out of me. I I want the old menu back

Kae I have been taking my boys to Dr Raj for almost 7 years and feel hes a phenomenal physician. None of my kids have reoccurring medical issues, but with children, injuries and illnesses do pop up. He shows what I feel to be the perfect balance of concern without overreacting and over medicating. Hes proven over time that I can trust him when he says something needs to be taken seriously vs will resolve itself. Hes engaging and listens and his nurses are very friendly. The facilities certainly are not grand, but he is a fantastic doctor. Advice on long waits: you will be there a while if you have an afternoon appt. For whatever reason, things pile up after lunch and you can be waiting upwards of an hour to get back to a room. I schedule for morning appts, arriving somewhere around 9-10am, and we are always back within 10 mins of our appt time. The office staff can be curt on the phone (I think theyre understaffed), but Ive always found them to be very polite in person. One thing I appreciate is when I call the day of for some ear infection or injury, they will put me on hold, relay the issue to Dr Raj and ask him what hed like to do, and they have always made a way to squeeze us in.

John Lewis David Watkins is my provider, albeit when I try to return his call, or his nurse Lynnettes urgent message in Epic (their stupid CRM), Im on hold for 20+ minutes ultimately to speak with a phantom call center in Yelm. I want to the ER to avoid potential death due to high blood pressure. No one at Sea Mar seems to care, because they never, ever return phone calls, including Lynn at the Yelp call center who thinks I am satan.

Charlene Hume I highly recommend this office if you want to be a person not a 15 min time slot! I give it 5 stars because the Dr. Listened to all our concerns and all our concerns were addressed and dealt with.it took longer than 15 min,his aloted time but we were given bad news and he took the time to answer and deal with all that was to come.the first Dr dismissed our concerns and now things have progressed to uncertainty!

Robert Morgan This is the worst place to go. Very unprofessional. Lie lie lie . Still no glucose tester. No information about the electric wheelchair. And rude when I explained how the assistant last time sent my prescription to a place that hasnt used united health care for three years. And has not been sent to anyone else. BECAUSE I GOT THEM CHEWED OUT. Very unprofessional. Vindictive. And unethical. The longer they take causes me more pain and suffering and more damage. And Im accused of venting instead of explaining the situation. Very unprofessional. Please share your experiences with this unprofessional place

Timothy Weiss Limited parking on the emergency side of the hospital. I have had to go there several times. Sometimes I get in immediately and sometimes it is as long as three hours depending on crowd and their triage system. One time after waiting two hours I just left and came back the next day. That time they suddenly decided it had become life threatening and got me in immediately. I ended up in ICU for two weeks after passing out upon arrival. Apparently that’s what it takes for immediate attention. The best times are when I have gone to an urgent or immediate care first and if they think it necessary they phone ahead. All three times I was seen with almost no wait after that. I am reluctant to go to them first because it usually results in long waits. When I finally get in the care is almost always very good. Staff is excellent and doctors knowledgeable.

Tl Laars Id like to just start by saying this, at times it seems as if people are so wrapped up in their own little world to be waited on hand over foot and all they can muster up is a one star review. I totally get that when you end up at the ER your expect to be seen as if you are the only one so you start snapping insignifacant photos of things and messes that all ( every one of the ) have. You are based on the severity of your case so be patient, raising your voice like youre the only one special, sit down. NOW, for MY review id like to add a five star honest review. I was there 12-28-24 at 1600 with my mom in law for a blood clot issue, we were seen and in a room in a timely manner based on OUR level of severity and i have GIVEN 5 stars. They do their best they can and i am greatful. Thank you ST. PETES er staff, i appreciate you.

presley pitman do not go here if you need emergency care in a timely manner. we went yesterday to take our 6 week old in for breathing funny, seeming like he was having a hard time breathing & possibly to see if we could get a rsv test to see if he was okay. we checked in at 8:45pm at the front desk & they took his vitals then told us to wait in the waiting room mind you there is multiple people throwing up, coughing everywhere & there was also a homeless man in the hallway walking back & forth… after 3 & a half hours of waiting we finally walked up & asked if we were gonna be seen anytime soon because again- our infant of 6 weeks was breathing weird, we were told there was 11 people in front of him & it goes by the sickest people in the waiting room… how would they know he wasn’t possibly the sickest one there ? that’s right. they never checked on him. they also said they put him down as a child wellness check when we specifically told them it was his breathing & we were super worried because he has never done this type of breathing before. it just shows you there priorities are completely out the window when it comes to infant care, they took the teenager in front of us checking in right before us & they explained to the check in people they had a 99.9 fever & a stomach bug in front of us & again they took him first back. do not go here if u need care within a certain time.

Ben Koh Chang So I recently went to Yelm Family Medicine Clinic. I had not been feeling well . I had went to bed at 5 pm woke up with panic and anxiety attacks and my sheets and body were drenched in sweat. Yelm Dr took my ekg and determined I May have had a heart attack. So they called Lace EMS which took me to Providence St Peters Hospital Emergency Room . The Lacey EMS was amazing and got me in right away. I feel they along with Yelm Family Medicine is one of the best places to go to and receive service. The Emergency Room was full this day however I felt happy I was given an High. Dose aspirin and a pill under my tongue to lower my Blood Pressure. From the Drs and Nurses and receptionist in Yelm to EMS services to the receptionist and Nurses and Drs In the Emergency room are fantastic. I appreciate

Tamara Reames Brought a disabled family member here twice in 1 week with heart issues. He was seen in a very timely manner and treated with respect and excellent care. There are a LOT of people in the waiting room, and sometimes beds in the hallway waiting for rooms. However, our experience this week was excellent. Once admitted he had the best specialists and nursing staff. Neuro, Cardiologist, and Internal Medicine, stroke team, OT, PT, dietician and pharmacy were all outstanding. Care was coordinated very well by Kaiser staff. Had all follow-up appointments scheduled by the time of discharge and medication in hand with clear instructions. Very good care. These stories dont often get told, so thank you St. Petes staff for all you did for us.
