JoDee Hunter Family owned and operated, this place provides quality excellence in service with attention to detail! I drive here twice a month for my nail service because of the customer service (not to mention a FANTASTIC pedicure service with a massage to die for)!!!! The owner pays special attention to her clients and you feel valued and important, never rushed and like a number like I have at other establishments. They have quality products with clean and friendly service. They offer a broad selection of services but I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure.... its so worth it!!!! Walk in service or appointment. Theyre flexible and want to ensure you are pleased with your nails. Check them out!

Searing This was my first time here. I am new tho the area and disgusted how I was treated in this salon. I got there around when they opened and asked for a fill and a pedi. I told the lady doing my nails I wanted the same shape and length. She changed the shape of my nails. When she painted them, gel polish was all near my cuticles and there were air bubbles and brush stokes in the top coat. She also was having a hard time doing a very basic design. A younger lady started to fix my nails then told me to wait and she will make sure I’m happy. They sat me at a pedi chair with no water for over 30 mins. I told them I was no longer interested in getting a pedi and I was not happy with my nails since I didn’t get what I came in for. All of a sudden the lady who did my nails started yelling me me saying it was my fault I wasn’t happy with my nails. I told her it’s not my fault and you can clearly tell the application was the problem. She continued to yell at me in English and in Vietnamese. The younger lady attempted make it right and told me she would take care of me. The younger lady told me she had appointments this is why I have to wait but why not say this when I got there at 10?! I was asked to wait 20 more minutes but after being yelled at, I walked out. To note - the women working there they pushed me aside to help asked for much more than I did and they were super happy and willing to help. Maybe it’s because I’m mixed race and the others they were so happy to help were not. Either way, no one deserves the treatment I received. I don’t recommend trying this place. Now, I have to search for a place to fix this before I go on vacation tomorrow.

Rebecca Hiatt I love this place! Everyone that has done my nails here, did them perfectly. My natural nails are very thin. They were so gentle with me. They are so nice!

Judy De Voe I am an elderly lady with problem toenails. Ingrown, some fungus and some strong sensitivity. The people here do such a great job. Nails are trimmed well, with no pain. I dont come as often as I should so am usually having pain when I get here, but never when I leave. I strongly recommend them.

Marissa Longtain I love DT. I have been going there, mainly for the employees, for years and years. Lisa is the best you could have for a pedicure! And the boys have excelled in nail over the years. There are only a few, so appointments recommended.

Robi Tay I haven’t had a pedicure in such a long time. My big toenails lift at the edge if I wear closed toe shoes, and I cut away the lifted part so nothing has a chance to get trapped under it and cause issues. Which means my big toenails are often odd shaped and I’ve been too embarrassed to have anyone work on them. But I decided to see if there was a brave soul who would fix me up and I had a very nice, relaxing experience at Bell nails today. My legs and feet look and feel so good for the first time in a long time. Thank you Bell Nails

kelly lemus I went in for a new set late in the day on a Sunday; they were pretty busy but a gal she told me I could call her too kind of like the number she got right to me. She was a nicest sweetest lady, but she did a phenomenal job. I’ve never walked out of a salon and they did exactly what I was hoping for the shape of my nails are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never been this happy she did such a beautiful job. I just can’t praise her enough

The voice of reason hey everybody, I really enjoyed my experience at lovely nails. I didnt even have an appointment and they fit me in. I dont get a whole lot of pedicures because Im a country boy but let me tell you theyre worth it. If somebody who spent 12 years in emergency medical services, you must take care of your feet. I work 12 hours a day minimum 4 to 6 times a week. On a hard concrete floor wearing steel toe. Getting my feet taken care of makes all the difference in the world. This place, not only got all the calluses off my feet But gave a great massage as well. The staff was friendly, and the prices were competitive. not to mention, the place was very clean. For my hard-working brothers and sisters out there, go and take care of your feet! If you visit lovely nails, you wont be sorry

Sweet Kiss This salon is absolutely incredible and cozy. Tan! Hes a very dedicated hard-working technician. He can designs any kind of nails art and it will be perfect with no flaws. If you want your nails to turn out amazing, Tans definitely the tech for you.

Grace Tripp So pleased with our experience, my mother in law and I went for manicures and they did not disappoint! We both had pictures of what we wanted and the nail techs did a great job. Snow, did my brown/white nails and,Tan, did my mother in laws coral/mushroom nails. The price was also affordable for the both of us especially considering they did nail designs.

Allie Powers Got nails done asked for just blue tips and you can now see through them. It’s only been 4 days and they are even lifting. Normally not one to complain but it was a Mother’s Day present.

Pamela Palmeri Emily was amazing! I came in with left over builder gel under regular polish and gel that was lifting. She gently removed all the mess, and took great care of my cuticles. I got a full set of acrylics. She looked at the two inspo photos for nail shape and design and expertly executed them!! My nail set looks amazing!! She took her time with shaping, and nail art. And she was very personable when I asked for some modifications . She took great care to make sure the nails were even, and the cuticles were clean, absolutely no damage at all. I will definitely be coming back for my fills and highly recommend Emily for all nail design and application.

Lauren Hamm-Westbrooks Overpriced and not good. The shape is off, I had to ask her to repaint multiple spots where the gel was completely missing. It was disappointing. She didn’t ask me how I wanted to shape my nails, and I had to correct so many times and it still looks bad so I gave up. If I could have gotten a refund I would’ve. The photos are from directly after the nails were done.

Megan Hard Paid for a deluxe pedicure $42 plus gel $15… $57 for a pedicure that lasted a total of 35 minutes. The lady wasn’t wearing gloves and was the only one there so of course was rushing to get mine done to help the person that came in 20 min into my pedicure. Wish they would have just said they didn’t have time rather gave me a very poor pedicure.

Waterlily I had a pedicure. They were very kind but not very personable. The massage/lotion was only on the front of the legs. I paid for their most expensive pedicure. Was expecting more. :/ Im not sure I will go back.

Lindsay Watson Today was my first time there after trying to find a good place to permanently get my nails done and Im so glad I went. I went in for a fill, which isnt a process Im used to so not sure what to expect, and she went through and corrected parts I didnt even know needed to be fixed. So she just as easily could have filled the nail over rather then take that nail off and start all over. She went above and beyond even when they were busy so it meant a lot to me and Ill be going back.

Terri Robb Got nails and toes done, not happy. Isnt a clean place and there tools arent clean. Cold water to soak hands for the manicure. Will not be back. Left needing pedicure and manicure at another place. Tried getting our money back and was told 5 xa that we dont refund your money back. Kept trying to have ne and my Sister come back and see other people. What does dirty tools and files and poor service dont you understand?? What happened to good quality customer service and making your customer happy.?Never again

Emmie Holmes Staff was very nice! Very clean! But I’ve never been so unhappy with my nails. They aren’t the same length, my thumbs are way shorter than the rest of my nails and my big toe was left with a huge noticeable bump in the polish, which I tried to ignore because they just argued about my thumb nails being shorter than the rest, until I got home and the nail polish where the bump was came off! $130 for chipped polish after not even 12 hours and uneven nails. I don’t even want to go back to have them fix it. I feel bad though because the staff was so nice!

molly lyford Lisa is the best nail lady in the West! She is very detail oriented and so is all of her staff. I would never go anywhere else again bc I have and the other people did a horrible job compared to Nail Time! I love this place!

Riah G My friend scheduled my appointment over the phone and the woman gave herself 30 minutes for a full set on me before her next client. First photo is what I asked for (with almond shape and med. length) second photo is what I received. After doing my nails she refused to paint the design she originally claimed she could do, because my nails were “too short”. She tried to glue on some little stickers but I refused, since that wasn’t what I asked for. I paid for my service in full but claimed I wasn’t happy with them and I’d be back tomorrow to have them fixed. Her next client was also sitting behind me and she told the woman “I’ll be right with you it’s her fault” basically saying it was my fault her next customer was waiting even though she double booked herself. I came back the next day and asked her to fix two nails that were crooked, remove the color and just paint them all black. What could go wrong with ALL BLACK?! She agreed and began filing my nails with her tool, while removing the color she continuously burnt my nail beds and cut my cuticles and fingers with the drill. I repeatedly told her she was hurting me and she did not acknowledge but just kept on going. After about ten times of being burnt and cut by her tool I told her I no longer want her to work on my nails. I asked for a refund and said I’d go elsewhere to have them fixed because she was being so aggressive with her nail file. She began raising her voice at me and saying she wasn’t hurting me even though I was clearly cut and bleeding around my nail beds on several fingers. She refused to refund my money unless she could remove the nails, so she soaked my fingers in acetone and left me with this. I have never in my 10+ years of having my nails done been so blantly disrespected, and treated so poorly by someone doing me a service. She was downright unprofessional, unkind, entitled and rude. Take your money elsewhere! This place is trash.

Silverleaf Tiki Phillips Solar nails were soooo soooo thick ... I had to go to another nail shop to have them filed down and fixed Update: wow I didnt realize I have already been here until I saw my review ... everything looked familiar. Okay so today I came in and asked for solar ombre nails ... I asked them to be very short and - she put her neck back and with a disgusted look on her face and told me no, ombre needs to be on a long nail. I showed her a pic of my latest manicure, short and ombre and she said fine but did not look happy about it. She cut them back and they were long so I showed her the pic again and asked her to trim the tip back more before we started. She did it again, but not happy. I wanted to walk out right there and should have. We had many discussions between that and I saw them interact with different customers and they treat them all that way. Anyways, back to my nails ... when I left they were all uneven and slanted, my fingers hurt so bad from being cut by the little wheel the sand your nails with and my right thumb is hot even now 8 hours later ... she didnt file under my nails with the pointy one to get the glue off so my fingers ties were stuck to the tips she put on and the acrylic has gaps on the sides of my nails where it just got missed. My fingers are so tender that it hurts to let them touch anything especially when there is pressure nails or even trying to grasp anything(like a cup) ... when I left, I should have done pics immediately, because they were bleeding but I washed my hands and decided to do pics about 20 minutes later. I had to go buy cuticle oil and a nice file to fix them but they are still in so much pain. It brought tears to my eyes trying to carefully file them to be straight. I will never ever go here again. Customer service is awful, there was a disabled man getting his feet done and none helped him up from the chair .. he had to canes and couldnt get the door open to leave and the ladies were just staring at him, my 13 year old son saw and jumped up to open the door and the man was so grateful for him. I will edit later to check misspelling... Im just ranting and upset right now and not going to go thru it for punctuation.

Taya Black Crow Went in and got 5 year nails painted charged 20. Got my 11 year old nails painted and I got gel nails. Out paint fell off in 2 days and I paid for 2 acrylics . Got charged 220$ never again would I go to this place. I asked why they are charging so much and then they acted like they didn’t know English. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
