Melinda Owen I have had manis, pedis, and massage by Yvonne. I can honestly say she is a master of her craft! Id give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

Venessa Whitemarsh I have been to many different nail salons and spas in the past but Exceptional Nails and Massage Therapy is by far my favorite! Yvonne is so welcoming and professional. She makes you feel at ease right away. I go regularly for gel manicures and have been several times for pedicures and massages. I was having severe shoulder pain for months before I went in for my first massage, Yvonne really listened to what I was dealing with and after one visit my pain was gone. My nails always look beautiful and I get compliments on them all the time. I highly recommend Exceptional Nails and Massage Therapy, you will not be disappointed.

Maria Pierce Yvonne is amazing! She offers both the traditional table massage and the seated massage. I had to start with the seated massage after my surgery. She was able to help relax my back and shoulders which brought so much relief. Then as time allowed, I moved to the table. She worked with me making sure I was always comfortable. The techniques she uses for her massages are hands down! I always leave feeling relaxed and wishing I could have a massage from her every day. I am so glad I found her!

The World of Shannon Its a very nice family owned business. The are extremely conscientious of the health of the clients and take your temperature upon arrival which is logged with your contact information just in case there is an issue with the virus. I very much appreciate this and the fantastic barriers. It made me feel very safe and secure being there. They are located directly across the street from Community Healthcare in Lakewood.

Carrie Good Very clean. Reasonably prices. Quick but good. Had a pedicure. The lady was relentless on my feet. Fixed ingrown toenail. If you are looking for a good pedicure and polish this is the place. They offer other services such as micro- blading and eyelashes. They also offer Permanent eyeliner and lip liner.

Eunmi Lee I got my nails done at Jin Nail for the first time, and it was a great experience! She was very professional and had a wide variety of colors to choose from. I loved the design she created. it was detailed and beautifully done. I’ll definitely be back!

Anna Lee Haven’t had a nice nail session in a while and I’m so glad I went to Jin Nail. Exactly what I was looking for, Korean/Japanese up to date nail art. Her skills and details did not disappoint, I had high expectations from seeing her talented work on her insta and she delivered exactly that. Her work space is very organized, clean and displays a lot of her artwork to choose from. I can’t wait to go back.

Starla This is by far the best nail studio ive ever been to in the Tacoma area! Booked my appointment on instagram (@__jinnail)~ Sujin is so sweet and easy to talk to (she speaks English fluently so there is no miscommunications caused by language barrier). She has really good attention to detail and takes her time to make sure shes giving quality work. The space is really clean and bright (its located off of South Tacoma Way in the same plaza as Pho Tai). The nail polish brands that she uses are very high quality brands and her crystals are swarovski, so I really felt like I was getting a luxurious service. She also offers Gel-X extensions and does them properly. She has art books that have designs for you to choose from in case you arent sure what you want, and everything is so so cute! If you love chinese / japanese / korean nail art then you def wont regret coming here. I will 1000% be returning in the future.

Yolo XOXO I’ve given this place opportunity after opportunity to get customer service right. Over the last 3years I went on and off each time they just aren’t warm and friendly. I walked in one morning first customer of the day. Man and woman in the front I walked in they looked at me and just continued to talk. I turned around and walked out. I will never ever go back there. Not to mention there pedicures suck, they don’t have a menu and they barely do anything during the pedicure. You will really benefit from going somewhere else. I promise!

Haily Barrett I have been coming to get my lashes done by Mrs. T for the past 4 years and I can honestly say I have never left disappointed. They have, by far, the most affordable prices in the area for the quality of work they provide. Anytime Hai has done my acrylics, they have lasted well beyond the two week period and look beautiful. Hai and Mrs. T are two of the hardest working people Ive had the pleasure to meet and they will always have my support / recommendation !

Danielle Storey I went in to get acrylics done for the first time in 2.5 years. When I got home and started looking at my nails closer i realized they look pretty bad. They’re not the same shape all around, they’re see through, I have paint around my nails and a few cuts that aren’t super noticeable but they hurt. They were supposed to be green for Christmas, they look almost black to me. Not to mention my nail tech barely talked to me and it felt like she rushed through getting them done. I’m very dissatisfied.

Cece I was recommended by a friend to go here. Full set plus pedicure. My pedicure was done nice. My full set was rushed, looked horrible after 3 days the glue lifted and my nails started to come apart, the shape was horrible once I took a good look at them in the daylight next day. I called 4 days later to kindly let them know, was suggested to come back later that day to get my nails redone. I decided it wasnt worth it because I was disappointed the first time. I PAID $130 plus tipped $10 for pedicure and $10 for nails. Im super nice too this is not cool.

Molly Bentley I love every set of nails I get done here!!! All the ladies that work here are so friendly and know just what I want!!! Sandy and Ray are my favorite!! Jen is so relatable with her stories of her kids growing up! I love coming here!! I always leave feeling pretty!!

Heather Taylor I really like this place, Ive been coming for several months after being disappointed with others nearby! Straight forward nail salon, the ladies here are nice and do a good job!! Ive had a few different nail artists and most of the time, you end up preferring one over the other, but I dont mind anyone who works here! My nails always look clean, visually appealing and they always last the full 2 weeks between when I get them filled. I dont usually get any other services done with the exception of getting my brows waxed today and my eyebrows look good, too!

Megan Lee My experience started off well, good customer care very nice. The quality of nails however wasn’t there. I was getting a fill so my acrylic was still good—I wasn’t happy with the nail shape & the paint so I came in 2 days later to have them fixed. I felt like they were annoyed that I asked for a slight fix and when I had her re-shape them it ruined the nail and paint on the sides. So now what was $80 is now going to cost me another $80+ to get a new set on and I’ll most likely not be going here to get the new full set. Super bummed as this was my first experience at this spot and I just moved here so I was looking for a new nail salon local to me.

Brigid Kane-Smith I made an appointment with Lynk via their website. I was needing a gel manicure with designs. When I arrived I was informed that Lynk only does full sets and I should not have been able to book with her. They were able to get me in with another person. After a few attempts, he was able to achieve the design I requested. The design lasted less than 1 week while I was on vacation. I paid $65 plus tip, what a waste.

Yeonji So First time going to Lynk Nails today, called in and needed to be pampered for trip asap. They got me in within no time and first impressions of the place were festive and decorated. I had a sweet nail tech named Trang. She did an absolutely amazing job.... The service was beyond any nail shop I went to. She was thorough, kind, extremely attentive, and professional. If you want your nails done. This is the spot. Amazing staff, great atmosphere and look at how cute the nails turned out Thank you Lynk Nails!

Tyler Nicole Love Lynk’s shaping! I am super picky about my shape, I need them super square and sharp, not coffin!- and she never fails me. They work efficiently so it never takes too long but they take their time to always give me what I ask for. Staff is nice and accommodating. Another issue I have had since moving to Washington is finding a reasonably priced nail place, Lynk’s prices are what I am used to coming from New Jersey - affordable! Highly recommend and love it here

Abby Davis I’m not sure the name of my nail tech but it was one of the gentlemen. He KILLS it every time. Never had a bad set done by him. Fast, clean, reasonably priced. Everyone is nice and they do such a good job. If I knew the name of him I’d request him every time bc he does such a good job.

Gaby Mendoza I have been a consistent costumer to Lynk Nails & Spa since my freshman year of highschool. Eight years later, and they still have the best costumer service. Always so welcoming and friendly. Along with being clean, gentle, and hygienic! khoi has and always does an amazing job on my nails! He is very talented and everyone else are just the sweetest to be around!

Mimi Lavette I’m a transplant from the east coast & this spa is the ONLY place that I’ll get my nail treatments! The technicians are very pleasant & thorough! Through the years, I’ve watched them be on the front lines of new trends, in addition to updating their service areas. The work is superb & I never feel rushed. Today I got the deluxe Jasmine pedicure & I was transported to a peaceful heaven. I’m on my feet 10 hours a day, so my toes & heels quickly become a jacked up. When I leave, my feet are baby soft & restored. I highly recommend Red Nail Spa!

Samantha Parker Last time I came in was 2016 and they burned the skin around my eyebrows a week before prom so I vowed I wouldn’t come back. I came with my mom today (she goes here all the time - didn’t remember that). We had a 3:30 appointment and got pedicures, dip powder manicure, and a fill for her. I have never had dip powder and I regretted it immediately. I like the color but the process is unsanitary - they didn’t have me wash my hands before or after and dipped my fingers straight into the jar. I wouldn’t even call it a manicure they buffed my nails, did the dip powder process, and then filed my nails (none of them look remotely even or a certain shape). I specifically asked for my cuticles to be trimmed/cleaned up and they buffed them along with my nails. My moms fake nails look great though. She also got a deluxe pedicure and I think they gave me the same? By the time I put my feet in it was probably almost closing. I spent more time soaking my feet than receiving the pedicure, I wouldn’t call it deluxe either. I wasn’t even asked what “scent” I would want during but my mom got lavender. We were there until 40 minutes after they closed even though we had a 3:30 appointment. It wasn’t worth the $170 total before tip (mine specifically being $90).

gillian fox Lana and her staff provide very professional services. Everyone is kind do great work! The new remodel is absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend Red Nails if you are looking for a fantastic spa experience.

I felt very welcomed (I was a walk-in) and I was happily greeting upon walking in.ms.lanna and hien are amazing felt like I was talking to an old friend. The spa/salonis beautiful,clean and quiet.I absolutely love my nails and the pedicure was just perfect.I’m getting back in self care,I was nervous but they made me feel really amazing and I very happy I chose their spa/salon. Will be returning!!

Princess Smith First off I Love the new ambience! The team members are super friendly, even before they ask you to pick a color. They have u take a seat and service with a drink of ur choice. They care about what you like and their prices are very reasonable!

Tiara Yam I really like how my nails came out! I did get a few cuts in the cuticle area but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, the staff were nice and welcoming as we were walk-ins. I recommend it!

ShaiAnne Marie I changed my mind about getting French tips I noticed they kept making comments about me not getting them, I asked for short nails square round style and this is what I got.. overall I am dissatisfied. The nails are big and bulky, some are crooked, the paint doesn’t go all the way to my cuticles evenly, and the gel was streaky. Instead of switching gels she let me leave like this. This was overpriced for the quality I got. Staff were nice there was no wait time. Will I come back? No.

Toree Kennerly I Absolutely Love EZ Nails they always know how to get me right with my manis and pedis and they are such nice workers there very nice to their customers always offering free glass of wine to 21+ or free beverages in general they can do any style the place is clean pretty pricey but good nail care cost and their work is worth what they charge. Love them not going to any other nail salon in Washington if it’s not EZ Nails
