Joan I couldnt have ever asked for a wonderful caring Doctor as Anna Kate Bires. I am very sad that she is moving back to the East coast but she has been so thorough with my care. She has already spoken to the new Dr taking her place about my health and also my special needs daughter. This little clinic gives wonderful care.

Kalan Ditlefsen If I could give no stars I would.
I’ve been waiting on a prior authorization for my medicine that my doctor prescribed me and it’s been a night mare trying to get my medicine due to miss communication with my insurance and this office
So I called the white salmon office today 11/05/2024 and was explaining my self
And I was told to SHUT UP AND LET HER TALK THINGS WILL GO FASTER IF SHE COULD TALK
So I stayed as quiet as a church mouse
Then I apologize for me talking to much then she said WHATEVER and hung up on me
I’m trying to get better and go back to work the last thing I needed is to be BULLIED BY THE FRONT DESK..
I called a supervisor and I’m waiting for a call back
But this was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced at north shore medical group
This all over a Prior Authorization for medication
That the paper work keeps getting BOTCHED for my medicine so I can Get better
This is ridiculous I have to even write all this
The Doctors are great at this establishment
The Front desk People need to be Nicer and more caring to people needs on the phone

Joe Doee Never felt uncomfortable at any other doctors office.. I blame it on the office staff and the fact I feel ignored. ask questions and get snarky responses when they are genuine questions. Didnt go to get attitude. If you want to feel stupid ask them for help on something simple. They are just not good. Go somewhere else that will value you.

Tamra Alder Everyone is so wonderful there, and my main issues and pop up issues are always met with professionalism, and care. Anna Bires has been a godsend for me being new to the area and referred me to the proper specialist for me needs. Thanks to my team for all youve done for me.

Lisa Harrison Very rude receptionist. Told the staff. Do not think they believed me. They sent me out the back door after my appointment.
I had an appointment to see a doctor other than my own at this Stevenson location because I had a sore throat and fatigue for a week. Worried about anemia or mono. When I arrived I wore a mask and stood way back until the resptionist was finished with her call. She asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and my name. She coldly said, without looking up from her computer, “You are in the wrong place.”. I said, “I don’t understand.” (I normally go to the white salmon, location.) I thought she meant I was supposed to be in White Salmon. She said “you were supposed to go around to the back entrance, to get swabbed”. I said, “well nobody told me that.” She then said,”you need to get back in your car and drive around back”. I was confused since I did not know that was what the appointment was for. I was told I was seeing a provider in the office. Was I only getting swabbed? If so why did I drive 1/2 hour to Stevenson when I could have been swabbed in white salmon? She made no explanation and asked me no questions.
I said, just as curtly and cold as she spoke to me,”well, I do not have a car here. My husband dropped me off. Am I supposed to walk outside and stand outside by the back door in the cold to wait for a swab?” She said, “I’ll check.” Just so cold and rude about it the whole time, like I was a dummy that could not follow the rules. I’ve not had them swab me and make me go in the back door since Covid 3 1/2 years ago. My only symptom was fatigue and sore throat and I was wearing a mask. Anyway, they decided to take me to a room to get checked in. I muttered to the med aid that I thought she was rude as we walked away to the room. I was pissed. I asked the aids if she was always so rude. One said she did not know her. The other said she is usually nice. At the end of the visit they made me leave out the back door. Maybe because I was sick or because they assumed their receptionist could not possibly be rude and did not want us to see each other again. There was a witness to our interaction(another employee). I wonder what she thought. In my experience I thought she was very rude. I would not want her to be the first person sick and old people have to talk to at my office. Treating people like they are stupid or that they should know all the internal rules and flow without being told is bad for business. She was bossy and cold and just looked down at her computer the whole time while was scolding me. Bad social skills. The MAs and provider were fine.
