Janell Whittier Ive been going there for quite a while. but lately the service has gone downhill... Prices of gone up and the place is really dirty. The owner is rude. Wont be going there again Tell them that my nails are crooked. Please do not tell this nail tech thats how your finger grows. I dont think so. You might want to consider cleaning your nail shop if the health board came through you would be shut down

Christina Carey I have gone to this nail salon for over 12 years. I recently tried a different Salon with my daughter-in-law and I was so unsatisfied. I always end up going back to them. Theres never been a design that I bring in whether all my phone or an idea that I have that they cannot do. Whenever I go in there now I pretty much tell them whatever they want to do because its always amazing art. Its never the same design and always outstanding work. They shshoshshoushshoshshoulshshoshshoushshoshshould do nail shows they are that good. Thank you ladies for your AMAZING skills. I will see u in 2 weeks. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Brittany Willis I went in to get my pinky nail fixed and also a fill. The lady put my pinky nail on so crooked, she cut them so short, and uneven. The polish looked absolutely horrible and was bubbly. I was in a bit of a rush so I decided to call later on and talk to the manager to get them fixed. She said go ahead and come in and she would fix them, she seemed so irritated like I was bugging her once I got there. I kept telling her my pinky nail was so crooked and she argued it wasn’t. I told her I didn’t like the length and they were too short and she ignored it. I ended up going somewhere else to get them removed and fixed and the place I went said how horrible of a job they did and my pinky nail was definitely crooked and they shaped them wrong. I don’t know what happened to this place because they used to do an amazing job.

Coleman Torrika “Rika” I went in for a shallc mani pedi. I needed the old shellac removed as well. The tech drilled down/shaved the old polish off and made my nails so thin, then the owner rushed me thru getting them painted,she had to do it because they overbooked and I needed to get my kid (I made an appt), the paint job was so messy and not refined after the crying that the next day they were creased. Then a day later my nails started to break. Here we are 2 weeks later and all my nails are broken and my toenails are so weak they are starting to chip. I am so upset that I can not get another mani until my nails grow out more, like 2-3 weeks due to how much they have broken. And I only work on an office setting, and I dont do dishes. Ive always had strong nails and I am so broken up abt this. This the last month of summer and so many events and my nails are trash. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE THERE AGAIN!

Siah Braga Boyfriend told me to go back cause it looks like my daughters painted them. Sadly I agree, but the other lady who did my French tip toes did an awesome job.

Melissa Dickerson I have been going to this nail place for 10+ years. The last couple times I have been there. I feel rushed and they are just trying to get as many customers as possible. This last time I was in there I was extremely rushed. The lady that was doing my nails, gave me chemical burns all over my hands. One of my fingers is bad. I will never go back.

Tykierra Pamela I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and I am now 20. There’s been times where I wouldn’t return but after my recent visit. There will be no more service from me. I cracked my nail a little bit before I went in, You can still see the cracks. Then I asked for a second coat and she told me no, and you cannot even see the holographic butterflies. my nails still look the same to me as they did before (they were clear gel). only different is there’s a fill. And I felt like she was rushing due to there being 4 more customers patiently waiting. And if you’re curious about your pricing, definitely ask before the service.

K Medeiros Walk ins were welcomed. Although we did call ahead since we had 2 parties involved. Lady got us in right away, 4pm was the next appointment so they treated us beforehand. I loved the service & the cleanliness of the place. My mom had her pedicure & said it was amazing!! We usually come to this place but havent in years. So Im glad the service & atmosphere was the same.

Kristen Moe I went in for a full set acrylic nails, they started on my nails they pushed me to get gel, I said no. I asked for a design on a single crescent moon, he said he couldnt do that with regular nail polish. Informed me that cutting my cuticles would be 5 extra because thats not included but if they dont cut the cuticles the nail wont stick. Also its extra 10 if you dont want EXTREMELY short nails. So my 45$ full set was turning into $70. I stopped the nail person and said forget it. How is cuticles not included in a full set of nails?! Absurd.

BABYDOLL HICKMAN Ive been coming here for 5 years. The service is great. They have remodeled and its beautiful! The owner is a Pro. Shes done my nails many times. Im always satisfied with all the workers. Watching the preparation of foods on their TV will leave you hungry!!!

Jessica Clementz I was in last Sunday, spent $70 on my nails, rather than doing acrylic dip powder with the liquid to build up my nails which I’ve been doing for well over 5 months, I was talked into just using the standard dip method. Ok fine i suppose. He did t cut my nails down and proceeded to just go on his merry way. I had a short thumb and 9 long nails. Ummmm no. Now today after changing from church I put on my shorts and my index finger nail color pops off. I will never be back. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received for the price I paid.

Amanda Bachrach The picture is my nails after 5 days. The slight color difference you may notice is because I have the color change gel polish, it’s my fav & go to every time. They do a great job & are always very nice. It does get busy, so expect to wait or have to come back if you don’t have an appointment, especially during this time of Covid. They also have cute masks for sale if you don’t have one. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and really enjoy my experience every time!

Niko Lisalo I had got my nails done I jus moved to Tacoma and was trying out a place close to me. terrible services nails techs were rude and rough and then when I expressed I didn’t like my Nails bc they flooded my nail beds with acrylic and then nails were burning, they were jus all around tough with filing and all. They asked me to pay more for them to fix them the right way I jus wanted to leave but they kept telling me they’d fix it overall im unhappy ask spent 140$ on my nails n toes for some 20$ work im very dissatisfied WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

Porsha Bland KIM DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY NAILS !! I paid 130 for me to cry in my car cause they are horrible!! My Cuticles aren’t even cut The paint job was horrible after I told her I wanted powder I told her I didn’t want to spend a lot she didn’t ask me how much I was willing to spend and just started doing my nails when I asked her to not use acrylfor my charm, she continue to use acrylic for my charms I told her I don’t put gel on my nails and she continue to put gel on my nails her and her associate were continuously talking about me as I was sitting in the chair just horrible, and I came there I got told Kim was good and ask for her ….. I was wrong !! Didn’t take her time , rushed when no one was in there !!!

Monica TeeMay I went to this establishment because it was the nearest open establishment from my place of employment (they close at 7pm). My nails were long I inquired to have short nails due to my new employment. I was charged $51 and I added a $10 tip. The nails were not good quality but I didn’t mind because I loved the color and the nail tech was very nice. A day later they started chipping. I went back 4 days later because my nails chipped excessively and I didn’t have time to go back until then. I managed to go back in, I spoke to the tech and let her know what was going on. She stated that because my nails were long the acrylic lifted so she would charge me a full set!! I can’t believe her. I would have paid for the full set from the beginning but she did a fill knowing that the acrylic would lift and my nails would look horrible. I will never go to this so called nail salon again and I warn everyone not to go here. They are so money hungry. If I’m gonna pay for a full set, do you think I will trust them to do a good job, no!!! I rather pay for a full set else where. You have been warned ladies!!

Linda Soung My favorite nail spa in Tacoma and surrounding areas hands down. Ask for Kim. She does an amazing work. Smooth, quick and beautiful. All the staff are super nice. Clean and very comforting atmosphere. Prices are definitely reasonable. My nails stay on almost a month. Highly recommend!

Diana Pilat I’m pretty sure Lauren did my nails. I came in with acrylics that a salon in Florida did for me. It was over a month since I had them done. The gel still hadn’t chipped but my nails were just too long. I needed a fill. I wanted white tips this time. I had paid $35 for a full set gel polish acrylics in Florida. Lauren said $40 for a fill or $30 if I didn’t want a color change. I thought that meant she would apply the same color gel that I had before. She removed my existing acrylic color and clipped my nails shorter. She filed down the top of my pointer finger nail way too much so it’s lumpy. She proceed to apply a clear gel polish without having me wash all the dust off my hands. By the time she was creating the white tip, I was confused because I could see the old acrylic through the clear nail polish and I was worried the dust would make the nail polish chip. I just never had a fill before so I didn’t know the process. I told her right away that I didn’t want clear because it’s ugly and shows my messed up nail beds. I said that I thought she would paint on a similar pink color like I came in with. I didn’t even mention the lumpy nail. She made up some excuses and just stared at me. I had my baby with me so I had to go but I was very sad because $30 is a lot to waste on bad nails. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to give a tip since I was paying with card. I’m so shocked that she knew she didn’t give me what she promised or what I wanted, yet she still expected a tip. Most disappointing is that within a day, my middle finger chipped a lot. Today (the second day) my thumb chipped. All the nail edges look wavy as if they’re 2 weeks old. So disappointed. Never going there again. worst mani ever. I called today when my nails chipped but they just picked up the phone so I could hear people in the background but no one spoke to me.

Ciru Gakio I have been a customer with them since early last year. I love that they open late, and open on Sundays. Allows me to get my nails done even when my schedule is busy during regular hours. Tina is very knowledgeable and experienced. She always executes designs that I have on photos. Service is also quick and very reasonably priced. Never had a nail fall off, or break between services. Am satisfied and happy with the services that I receive from them.

Cherie Ferrell CHILD ABUSE Me and my two daughters came here ages 3 and 8. They both got pedicures and nails painted. My 3 year old fell asleep. She grabbed her hand and yanked her up started yelling no no. Scared my daughter. I told her not to touch my daughter like this she then yelled at me saying she already fixed it 2 times. I don’t care if her nails get messed up. Don’t touch my daughter like that. She didn’t apologize to me or my 3 year old. I will never be back to this nail salon. Update as we left I told her she should apologize and not ever touch anyone’s child like that she started yelling at me calling me a bad mom. She said she painted them twice already and she didn’t care she was sleeping yelling at me. That was insane they will never get my business again. CHILD ABUSE

Ginger Perez Not the experience. As a mom of 3 I look forward to pampering myself. I made an appointment 2 hours before closing. I was the only person there initially but was rushed the entire time. Was able to soak my feet in lukewarm water for 2.4 seconds before the official pedicure began. Also painted the top coat on while a layer was still dry so I have baked in ‘bleeding’ french tip. It was odd that they seemed shocked I didn’t tip. Worse $50 pedicure and worse gel manicure I’ve had since living in this area. I understand why the place was empty.

Tattianna Bassett I’m very upset with the service I’ve received. I came in at 5:50pm and asked if there was time for a full set and pedicure I was told yes & to pick a color. I already had a design in mind because this set is for my birthday (which is this Friday) I leave tomorrow to take a flight and these nails were so rushed they don’t even match the inspo photo! They’re sloppy as ever as well and the stickers budge out. When I tried to address this with the two nail techs who were doing my nails I was met with arguments at which point I was getting very disappointed I don’t hardly ever celebrate myself or my birthday so for me to come try and treat myself and not get what I asked for I’m highly upset. Tasha Brown I visited on 10/27/2024 for a gel fill design and a pedicure, but by the next day, my nails and toes began chipping. I reached out to Hannah, the owner, and she informed me that I had three days to return for assistance. I explained that my long work hours wouldn’t allow me to come in until the weekend, but she reiterated the three-day policy and couldn’t help further. I spent over a hundred dollars, and it’s disappointing that no compensation or discount for a future visit was offered.

TM Wd I think I was over charged, I didn’t even get what I wanted, I’ve never been charged $40 for a manicure with clear gel coating. I believed it was not worth the price, the picture is right out the door of the nail salon. ***UPDATE*** my nails peeled three days later. Such a waste of money.

Nelly Knows Imagine calling ahead of time to request an appointment with Anna. Then arriving and letting them know only to have them seat you, and have someone else start working on you. It began with one woman taking off the polish who started very gentle but ended up making a few mistakes, then switching to another who was not so gentle who drilled the hell out of the nail bed. I asked if Anna was going to be working on me soon and the lady said yes…. Soon didn’t come until I pulled away in pain and horror saying I’ll just wait for Anna. I began to wait and realized I had been there over an hour and I was so upset. I left some money and walked out and she followed me out of the store and tried to get me to wait saying she “loved me” and trying to hug me and kiss my cheek? For context, this was only her third time ever working on me and she doesn’t even know my name. I could see she was desperate and I was really exhausted from the whole thing so I let her talk me into staying since she promised she’d switch to me immediately. She did, then drilled my nails even more……Anyways I paid and left and I’m never going back. Kind of sucks cuz the shoulder massage while you get your nails done is nice and the shop itself is pretty nice too The employees lack cleanliness though and skill as well….. I would say Anna is more skilled than most if not all of them and my nails are still wrecked.
