Redwood T Im really happy to be a patient here. This was an excellent experience from making the appointment to leaving the visit. I appreciate that they have a lab on-site so I dont have to go somewhere else for a blood draw. I feel that I was really cared for here, from everyone I met, that the doctor really cares about my health, and it was the first time in a long time where I felt like a doctor actually listened to me instead of trying to rush me out the door.

Lauren Benjamin We were visiting family here from Florida and our daughter had a cough that was getting worse and we needed to get it checked out before flying home. Everyone here was so kind from the front desk, our medical assistant who took my daughter’s vitals (I can’t remember her name I’m so sorry - but she had brown hair and was tall!) our Xray tech who helped a 3 year old stay still long enough to check her lungs (Lori I think was her name??) and our PA Syndii who was so sweet! They had trouble finding our insurance (based in Florida) but took the time to help us find more info on it and were able to use it. Also, the Lollipops in the lobby were excellent bribery for a 3 year old lol! Thank you all so much!

Kelly Kindler I have been a patient here for 10 years. I have actually moved out of the area but come back to Bellingham just to see Dr Van Hofwegen. A wonderful doctor is difficult to find, I am fortunate that someone 10 years ago told me about this clinic.

Morgan Foster Establishing a relationship with a new doctor can sometimes be challenging, and having a place that responds to concerns can make all the difference during that process. FCN definitely did that for me, and Im grateful to have them as a home for my medical needs.

kelly kernan If you are transgender or transitioning I would not recommend this doctors office. Dr. Bonner is not knowledgeable or empathetic about trans issues and basically told me I was "smart enough to figure it out on my own" when I asked him how to begin the process of requesting coverage for top surgery. Then once I figured it out and told him what I needed from him (a letter stating that it would be medically necessary) he had a secretary call me and tell me he wouldnt write one because he didnt believe it would be medically necessary despite my diagnosis of gender dysphoria that I have had for years. Also, when I started testosterone, he was not very clear about when I would need blood work done or the procedure for self administering the hormones so I ended up doing it wrong the first time. If you are trans and want a doctor that will take your issues seriously, please go somewhere else.

Jill Silva I just met Dr. Fox myself on Tuesday and he was very polite and wanted to know what I wanted to work on as far as my health. Between the two of us we came up with a plan that I felt very comfortable with. He is not pushy in any way. I look forward to having him help me achieve my health goals.

Dillon Weems I like my doctor, the doctor is not a problem. But the charges are a bit egregious. I went in because I had a sore throat, she looked at my throat with a flashlight and said I likely dont have strep. I agree, I didnt have strep. However, the charge for simply looking at my throat for 10 seconds and chatting about it was $288! Why am I being charged that much for 15 minutes of time and flashlight shine? The mychart said it was a moderate decision making process. It took 12 seconds and no testing for a nah your good. That should be low, if even that. Hopefully that charge gets reduced, Id love to change this from a 2 to a 5.

Bailey Hill Love this office!! I have been going here for about 6 years and see Jessica bloom. She is an absolutely amazing doctor and an amazing woman. She now sees myself and my 3 kids, plus she will see the one on the way (she’s delivered all my kids).Everyone in the office is so kind and it is so easy to get ahold of them and better yet get in for ER appointments. Jessica will never push her ideas or beliefs onto you and will always give you the good and the bad of every option and I love it! Her nurse is so sweet and really connects with you, every time I come into the office it feels like I’m going to visit my friends. Billing department has always been helpful with the very few questions I have had. Front desk staff always try and keep a good attitude even in bad situations. Any one is lucky to be a patient here especially if they see Dr. Bloom

Walter Wright This business has some excellent doctors. They genuinely care for their patients. I began coming here late 2020. My sons doctor that helped with his birth works at this location. They accepted my business, got me in and helped me identify some major medical issues. They are busy so book your appointments as needed and expect not to be able to be too chatty during your appointments. If you need specific help, get referrals to specialists. One of the best offices Ive visited for doctors.

Morgan Lorraine I’ve been a patient here on and off since 2017 through several stages in life and here is what I’ve learned. OB care is top notch. I always felt heard and like my opinion was respected. Unfortunately, that’s about where it ends. Within the last couple years I started to have some alarming symptoms and after going through all the time and effort (and money) to get a formal diagnosis of a chronic illness, I was not given any resources or treatment options. Unfortunately, it seemed like my doctor was not up to date on the research for my condition or possible treatment . From that point on whenever I brought up symptom management, I was dismissed because my symptoms were subjective. The icing on the cake and why I will never be back to this practice was that I was told that my son scored very high on his autism screening and was likely autistic through a portal message. I was under the impression that a life changing diagnosis warranted at least a phone call. I was also, again, not given any information or resources. I was told to essentially wait out the 2+ year waitlist to get formally evaluated and diagnosed at Seattle Children’s. This is not only incorrect and highly unprofessional, but harmful because the key to success is early intervention. Once I switched my high support needs kiddo to a new doctor that is willing to meet us at our level of need, we had a diagnosis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy within three months. Again, this is my experience with one doctor and I have had several good experiences with other doctors in this practice. I would just highly recommend that you do some research to make sure your doctor matches your level of need and doesn’t just waste your time and money.

Christine Dern Usually I have good experiences here. Wait time can vary depending on time of day and how many patients are in. Doctors tend to be pretty good though once seen. Recently I stopped by after a full day of working because my PCP is out of town and I waited in line to check in, watched someone get checked in then was brought to the front. I was asked what I needed to be see for. After telling her I was told they took their last patient for the day. The hours online say 8pm and this was at 6:15pm. I think it’s reasonable to update your hours because that’s nowhere close to 8pm and I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew you stopped seeing patients at that time of the day.

gracie yael Worst urgent care in Bellingham by far. Almost always a very long wait, and not a single friendly or kind face in the building. I waited for two hours (not unheard of for urgent care, and not entirely their fault! High volume of illnesses going around. It was just unpleasant for how sick I was) and every employee was rude and short with me from start to finish, despite my attempts to be friendly and patient about everything. I wouldnt say they go out of their way to be deliberately unkind; there was no Massive incident of hostility. But the general lack of warmth or sensitivity in the environment is just really off-putting and unwelcoming, and Ive visited this location multiple times before with the same results. The receptionist yelled at me to come back to finish checking in when I set my bag down, mid-fever, and unsure if I was done at the counter because she stopped fully stopped engaging. The interaction felt complete- so I got confused for a moment. Even though that was my mistake/misunderstanding, the tone felt unnecessarily harsh. The nurse seemed inexperienced, unfriendly, and only listened to/wrote down maybe 3 of the many symptoms I listed, so I had to reexplain everything to the doctor- when I have laryngitis & strep throat, so it hurts to speak at all. They then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, after clarifying with me multiple times which one I wanted it to go to. I hardly ever write reviews, let alone a negative one, but this visit turned me off completely to ever coming back to this location. Its pretty upsetting to go to a medical facility, while obviously ill and uncomfortable, verge of tears from exhaustion, and not get a single kind eye from any employee for hours. Maybe try hiring someone with some charisma.

Meadow Keep Worst health care ever received. The doctors schedule visits months in advance, have you confirm them a few days before, and then cancel anyway with no apology or alternative solution other than waiting for another several months. They do not follow duty of care, and will not help you medically once you are seen... if you have the tenacity to keep rescheduling. They fraudulently charge for services not provided, and up-code to make more money (i.e. insurance fraud). The system needs a major overhaul. The admin is incompetent or malicious. The doctors are tired and dismissive of patients. If you have a chronic condition, good luck getting anyone to help. Honestly most of the doctors there should retire because they are doing more harm than good. Im sure beaten down, by a rotten system. In the last five years, I have never once had an original appointment honored. Very unprofessional. Of course these things happen occasionally, but every time? Unacceptable. What is most frustrating is the lack of notice or care in the cancellation. Usually cancelled on within 48 hours or less of the appointment (i.e. it has already been confirmed in the system). I have even shown up to an appointment and been turned away to reschedule. They didnt bother even calling me. From this supposed health care provider, the lack of both health and care is astonishing. Bellingham deserves better. Avoid if you can!

Danika Miedema Caught a terrible sickness a week ago and missed work for a week. Wasn’t going away on its own so I went to get it checked out. Dr. Frank was so nice and understanding. He listened to my concerns and was able to provide breathing treatments for my asthma to help. He didn’t rush me and made sure I was happy with the care before seeing another patient. I am usually dismissed quickly by the Squalicum urgent care but not Cordata. Thank you Frank and the super nice nursing staff. Even got a nebulizer panda bear to bring home.

Dominic Madden Surprised about all the negative reviews. I had a foot injury and was missing work. Finally decided to get it looked at by a doctor. My health insurance had just expired so I was a bit hesitant..... but wow! The main Doc Leslie was amazing, and so were the nurses and receptionists. Overall a pleasant experience despite the circumstances. They seemed decently busy, the lobby was mostly full, but I was seen in under an hour. Would def recommend as the best urgent care Ive been to in Whatcom County. Thank you :)

Terra West After smashing my hip with a 40 pound piece of concrete and being an excruciating pain, I waited in the lobby for 5 1/2 hours to be seen after they told me 2 hours.Only to have the doctor, tell me “you have bones in your hips and sometimes when you bump them, it hurts” and to write me a prescription for some Aleve. I could care less about the prescription. He never even looked at my hip. He didn’t look at how I could stand on it. He literally never even touched the site of injury or looked at it Absolutely pathetic. My vet takes better care of my dog. I’m so disgusted with the lack of care in this office. It’s appalling. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Thomas Gillaspy This place sucks. walk-in wait times are hours long yet when its finally your turn you only have 10 minutes to make it before they push you back in line. If you want to schedule an appointment, you HAVE to call, and when you call you get put on hold for a long time in most cases. The place is just horribly organized. $50 copay every visit. I really feel for the staff here because they are very nice people that have to work in a disorganized mess. Save your time and money and never go here! :)

Michellee Vedder Came to this Dr office after my Dr couldnt get me in for several months with a sprained wrist that led to Gangleon Cyst. Took using the walk in to do my appts, got the surgery that I needed to & in the middle of physical therapy in their office, the Dr decided to release me from light duty because I had resigned from my job, while I was still under a weight limit of lifting only 3 lbs. This prevented me from finishing physical therapy unless I went to the walk in to try to talk the Dr into restarting my entire claim. During my walk in waits, I would sit for several hours, just to watch people who personally knew the Dr walk in & immediately be seen without anything emergency wise to push them to the front of the line of walk ins. This Dr has horrible bed side manner & should never allow his friends to go ahead of other people who wait for hours to be seen. After being released from light duty, I ended up reinjuring my wrist which requires another surgery to properly address my injury.

Miles Palmerton Came in on the weekend with nothing major but I had two things I wanted to get checked out. Normally, you need a separate appointment for each issue but since the severity of both were minimal, I was able to get seen for both. Front desk was friendly, giving me an accurate wait time which allowed me to run to the grocery store! Melissa was the attending doctor that day and she was very efficient and informative on my needs. Care medical is my go to doctors office for everything. I also use them to schedule physicals for employees I have or will hire and they are typically the fastest to get new hires in. Good job Care medical team!

Lissa Duvall The worst. I was told that I needed anangiogram and that it would be a diagnostic test only. No one ever discussed stints with me. Stints were inserted with out ever consulting me. Since then it has been difficult to impossible to get any information. During a recent appointment I was prescribed a medication that I had an adverse reaction to only one month earlier. I have phoned every other day to try and sort this out. One week has passed and I am going to phone again today. I am trying to get in to a cardiologist in Seattle. I am pretty sure that I will die if I stay in Bellingham.

Ani Ashford Belatedly, we wish to thank Dr Jimmy Yee, the ER team at Peace Health, Bellingham, and our amazing Emergency Services. In February 2023 my partner started having heart attack pains. The EMTS rushed him from Blaine to Bellingham. All were so kind, professional, caring. The care was successful. Dr Yee is a great doc to work with! Yes, it is science, but thought and attentive care are amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My partner looks a bit like a cross between Santa Claus and a Garden Gnome. This man has survived Stage 4 cancer and a stroke as well as the heart attack! I am very thankful for the quality of care he has received.

Carol Palotas If you value your life stay far from this facility. My father had three heart attacks and received stents. There wasn’t any follow up care or rehabilitation. His health declined severely after. We requested tests/heart mri to see if something was still causing problems. He has been unable to walk 5-10 yards without being extremely winded and light headed. The results from the MRI were text to him saying he was fine. We got a second opinion and the stents that were placed were 100% blocked and two other arteries were 90% blocked. The treatment needed is a triple bypass. And Dr. Daniels and Dr.Flay are completely negligent and incompetent. This surgery should of happened months ago and they decided my father was fine and no intervention needed. If you love your family members keep them from this facility. Seattle is farther away but it’s the difference between life and death.

Karen A. I had an appointment because Im having serious blood pressure problems. After the ER,, I got an appointment 18 days later, on Friday afternoon at 4:20. I was 5-10 minutes late (2 different clock readings). I had checked in online. I was told that I was too late, that Dr. Steel had left for the day. This was pretty surprising. Im 79 years old, in a wheelchair, still with the serious blood pressure symptoms. Getting there was an undertaking, but I really needed to see a doctor. We had to leave and Im looking for another cardiologist.

Klarysa Crape Wonderful staff and efficient experience here! I came in pretty late the night before Thanksgiving and the staff received me quickly and had me assessed fast. They all were so friendly and understanding. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! I don’t understand the poor reviews because they were very quick to check me in, have my vitals taken, and have the doctor see me to prescribe a medication. They also give me a helpful print out with a visit summary, medication notes and medication name for pick-up. Thank you!

Emily Goodin Im choosing to rate on the knowledgeable and friendly physician and X-ray technician, parking lot with available spaces, and clean comfortable waiting room, and not on the four-hour wait and the fact that my husband was told he was "lost in the system" for a while, which made his wait longer than it should have been. A monitor in the waiting room shows wait times for the Bham, Mt Vernon, and Lynden locations; this offices wait time was never lower than 3.5 hours (same with Lynden), while the Mt Vernon office was consistency 30-45 minutes. TIP: If you can drive, I suggest going to the Mt Vernon location. We plan to do that next time.

That Jank Guy My girlfriend and I arrive to the ER at 2:30am. It is now 7:30 in the morning, I have not been told what’s happening, and an employee has only just NOW told us that we have to wait until 8 or 9 for a social worker, something that would’ve been awful to know before we dedicated ourselves to the task for multiple grueling hours. We got out of the building at 1:30 and with basically zero help for our situation. For literally EVERYTHING I’d have to ask at LEAST twice to two different employees to get them to MAYBE help out and we’d go whole hours of time before anyone would even check on my gf. Three hours into my stay I asked her nurse if we could get some help and she acted as though it was my fault that she hadn’t talked to us sooner. Genuinely awful

Noelle Janee When I first started going here the service was great, now it’s downright dangerous. After calling in a prescription in the timeframe posted on their website it wasn’t filled. When I called they said it would be 7-9 business days to process a refill request despite their website stating it’s a 72 hour period which it has always been in the many years I’ve gone there. This is a medication I can’t go without or miss. The care team was condescending and rude when I called about this issue. This resulted in me needing to go to the emergency room to get my medication refilled. This was the second time I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time for a refill after my doctor appeared to forget I was taking a medication and failed to refill it after I got the required bloodwork I was asked to get done for the refill. I feel the need to add that my elderly grandmother who also goes here was prescribed a medication with an ingredient that’s she’s deathly allergic to and which is noted on her chart. I cannot express my disappointment in this once good establishment. I genuinely believe this is a dangerous place to go for healthcare.

C Kyle “Kloud” I am simply dumbfounded, insulted, and incensed by this doctor and their office. I honestly nearly didn’t write this review because I hated having to give even 1 star for this place. I was supposed to have my new patient appointment today which I had scheduled over 4 months ago. Having been without a primary care doctor, proper medical care, or insurance for over 6 years now, this appointment was important to me. These people rescheduled my appointment so many times that I had the correct date but incorrect time for my appointment saved in my calendar to remind me. Being prudent, but unfortunately too late to make a difference, I realized my error and made my way to the appointment as fast as I possibly could. I literally ran to the office and was a measly 15 minutes late. They had a whopping 2 patients waiting out in the lobby, and no incoming rush of new ones which would explain why this doctor turned me away and wants me to reschedule. It’s so absurd and infuriating to me I can’t adequately explicate my ire in words. THEY are free to over and over again change my appointment date and time, but if I, the patient, the one who I would hope a doctor would have some regard for or care about, am a meager 15 minutes late they expect me to go through this whole horrid process again? And for what? And why? They had no legitimate or sensible reason to turn me away, and the fact that they did says everything I need to know about this place. I suppose I should look at this whole ordeal as a blessing in disguise because I’m certain the doctor I was intended to see would have been nothing like the kind of person, professional, and learned individual I prefer, and dare I say expect, in a health care worker, most especially a doctor. Having this little regard for any patient, and displaying such a petty and contemptuous proclivity in decision making is not only gravely concerning, it’s tantamount to a violation of the Hippocratic Oath. In short, steer clear of this place, or at least I would if you like to have a doctor who actually cares about you, the patient. The worst part is that when I made the appointment all those MONTHS AGO I didn’t have any real immediate or pressing concerns, however today, when I was intended to have my appointment I very much do. I won’t belabor this already lengthy review with specifics on my health but I truly needed to see a doctor. Today. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Not a month from now. And certainly not another 4 months from now which I wouldn’t at all be surprised to find is “the soonest they can get me in.” This entire experience has been the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to have in regards to my Family Care or General Practice Physician and Office by leaps and bounds, and I’ve had a few other doctors I didn’t like at all so that’s saying something.

Katie Like G Penn posted- I loved this location and I love my doctor- for years I have been super happy here- and then recently they changed their billing practices in such a way that my every appt- no matter how short, straightforward, and simple- is billed as “complex” (which is not covered by my insurance) so what used to be a $15 copay is now $50. When I brought up the issue to my doctor she was completely unaware- it seems like a billing practice change that has been not at all communicated to staff (which still estimate appts at $15) or doctors or patients, which in my mind violates the no surprises act and is completely unethical. Realistically, I know I need to switch medical practices but that really is a disappointment after building a good relationship with a doctor.

G Penn I really like my doctor, OShaunessy, but I am TOTALLY FRUSTRATED, with the billing and not being able to get answers!! I had my Yearly medicare WELLNESS visit in December 2024. Has ALWAYS been NO CHARGE. THIS time $10. Was tacked on, apparently owed by ME. NO EXPLANTATION. Billing is impossible to get hold of. Then in early January 2025 I had another appointment to discuss ONE thing. I paid my deductible, like a good little girl. Then I received a bill for $50. As my visit was coded as COMPLEX!!!!! What does that even mean???? No explantation and apparently nobody knows a thing. I am unable to get into the portal. I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED and I REFUSE to pay without explantation! My appointment in January was probably 10 - 15 minutes and ONE thing was discussed!! COMPLEX! NO TRANSPARENTLY HERE! I rated 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like my doctor, BUT....ANSWERS PLEASE!!

Brittany Weatherby I saw Jennifer Eichhorn ARNP to establish care since my previous provider does not take my insurance any longer. Prior to seeing Jennifer, I was going through a rough time and I saw my aunt who is also a ARNP. My aunt ordered lab work and put me on some supplements in the interim before I could see my new provider Jennifer in April of this month. When I saw Jennifer Eichorn for the first time, the first thing she said to me is how “unethical” it was of me to see my aunt and immediately judged me for it. I was also judged for having anxiety and taking Xanax daily for it. Not once did she ask me what causes my anxiety or how long I’ve been dealing with it. She didn’t even ask me why I even saw my aunt to begin with. She was too busy clicking away trying to locate my old records that she could not access. I’ve had this appointment scheduled for four months if they needed records, they should’ve obtained them prior to my appointment. Or even better, the provider Jennifer could’ve got to know me and asked me questions. She was in and out of that room in 19 minutes for a new patient appointment. I have been a certified medical assistant for 12 years, even scribed for several providers in my career and I have never witnessed anything like what I felt today.

I know it’s a tough work around as it can be hard to base the severity of everyone’s injuries, but there has to be a better way to deal with those situations. Once I made it into the ED, everyone was absolutely lovely. The surgical team was very informative, and made me feel safe throughout the whole process. Hats off to them and everyone working back there

grace fields I walked in an was immediately greeted with a very rude “ can I help you “, when I walked up to the lady I wasn’t sure exactly what to start with as I’m barely 18 & have never been to the emergency room without my mom. I started by asking what the wait time would be and expressing how I was feeling. The lady responded very condescendingly with a “ I can’t tell you if it’s an emergency or not do you want to check in or not “ I ended up simply leaving tearing up because I was already feeling absolutely awful and just trying to see a doctor. If that’s the experience you get just walking in I can’t imagine the actual care is any better.

They were on their A game, professional, informative and overall genuinely caring. I pray I dont have any more medical emergencies but if I do, Im 100% coming here. Thank you to Dr. Mcneilly and all the staff that treated me. God bless all of you.

Daniel Bronsdon Just got my appendix scooped out here and the staff made a pretty gnarly experience manageable. I want to give a particular shout out to Nurse Paula from the operating ward, she has an excellent bedside manner and I felt very cared for!

S S I am writing this review out of deep concern and frustration regarding the treatment my fiancé received at Bellingham Emergency Room. We arrived around 10 PM because she was experiencing severe chest pain and difficulty breathing—symptoms that anyone would recognize as needing immediate attention. Despite this, we waited for four hours without being seen. During this entire time, there wasn’t a single other patient in the waiting room. I repeatedly informed the nurses that my fiancé was in distress—crying and struggling to breathe—but nothing was done. To make matters worse, not just one child but several other patients who arrived long after us were seen before her, and they were all white. They were immediately given rooms while we continued to wait. This led me to believe that racial bias played a role in these decisions. Such discriminatory treatment is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. To put this in perspective, even in major cities like Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle, emergency rooms do not have such long wait times. In our desperation, we contacted Teladoc and asked some concerning questions about her symptoms. The Teladoc physician recommended that we return to the emergency room immediately. He also mentioned that, as someone who has worked in emergency rooms, there is no way it should have taken this long for her to be seen. It’s clear to me that the staff at Bellingham Emergency Room have zero regard for human life or urgency. The level of care (or lack thereof) my fiancé received was appalling and raises serious questions about the ethics and professionalism of this facility. I strongly urge the management to address these issues, starting with a review of their staff’s conduct and a thorough investigation of potential discriminatory practices. No one should have to go through what we did, especially in a place that’s supposed to offer care and compassion in times of need.

Tom Boulanger I have never been more impressed with the treatment Ive received at a hospital. The emergency room doctor was able to diagnose me within a few minutes. After doing a CAT scan and ultrasound and blood test they have the results back in 25 minutes. The nursing staff here is the best Ive ever dealt with. I mean genuinely care. The owners of this hospital should give every one of them a golden star for being the best caring understanding took care of my needs as I asked for things that I needed. I just cant say enough. This is the only hospital that I would ever go to. Again thank you everybody so much from the doctors to the nurses to everybody on staff. Yall have something to be proud of

Courtney Crowe I honestly cant say enough about how wonderful this hospital is. I have worked here for two weeks on a travel contract, and the teamwork I have witnessed is unlike any other hospital Ive been in. During my shift, I realized I had acute appendicitis and went to the ER. I was brought back swiftly, put into CT, and having surgery just a few hours later. They truly have the best surgical team! Dr Woo was incredible and made me feel safe under her care. My nurses, ER doctor, and nursing assistants were all going above and beyond for me. Every need I had was addressed. Going from healthcare worker to the patient was scary, but they made everything a positive experience. Thank you everyone!

Marie Abercrombie During the summer in 2024 I had to go to this ER for a bat bite on my shoulder. It was a very traumatizing experience to find a bat in my bedroom and that it had bitten me on my shoulder while I slept. Following my doctor’s orders to go get a rabies vaccine ASAP I ended up here in the middle of the night. Everyone here treated me so kindly! From the nurses, to the doctor and the specialist who gave me the rabies vaccines. I felt so bad it was obvious they were super busy and some of the patients were not being kind to the hospital staff. The first thing the doctor said to me is I’m so sorry this is taking so long. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Deborah White Ive read several negative reviews here about the PeaceHealth system. Ive been hospitalized 3 times. All extended stays. Eleven days one stretch. One cranky nurse in all that time. She was Yong not old and I ignored her and didnt let her bully me. The care is excellent. Even housekeeping is friendly. My room was immaculate. Financial assistance is available for help paying your bill, but you have to apply. Peacehealth has been a God send for me. I literally owe them my life. Maybe its attitude.Theyve always been so gracious to me. Its hard to believe the terrible things I hear.

karen hobby Horrific triage nurses, I came in after fainting and mind you having this problem that I have injured my ankles and knee , and. Have a compression in my spine from the first time this started a year ago. I was seen recently was here for 7 days. We thought we had figured the problem. Again, I returned The triage nurse and the her helper we very unkind I felt like I was heard nor Evaluated was spoken to what very empathetic nurse. I would like to have a supervisor of the Hospital give me a call because I think this behavior needs to be met with with a training that teaches them to be compassionate and that they also need a HIPAA. I have been here since 2 o’clock at 7:14 PM and have not been seen.

ana weatherill I would rate lower if allowed. If you have an emergency or are sick between 3am and 5am, I was told there is only one doctor on staff, so if there are two emergencies only one is getting any care. My story is way too long to explain on here, I am very disappointed by the lack of compassionate care.

Rachel Heath Spent the early morning in th er with my son. Doctor Nathan Stevens hands down is one of the most kind, gentle doctors. He really cares and you can tell. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. His bedside manner shines bright and is intriguing. Im very impressed and thats hard to do. Nicely done Doc.

Chantell Card I took my daughter into the emergency room after getting a stint put on by paramedics for a dislocated patella. Paramedics told us to drive into the hospital, so we did. We got there and for two hours my daughter was screaming in pain with her knee being dislocated. At one point a patient waiting in the lobby went to the front counter and tried to offer up her spot for my daughter to get seen sooner. I then noticed they were taking someone that came in after us to x-ray. I addressed this with the front desk and they said they would contact the nurse. My daughter had no Tylenol or ibuprofen and her knee had no been popped into place yet. 20 minutes after talking to the front desk they brought her back for x-ray and then put us back in the waiting room giving her Tylenol. When we finally got back to a room, it took 2 minutes to pop her knee back in place. She spent over two hours in pain for something that could have been addressed quickly. I am very disappointed with the care of this emergency room. I should have driven to Childrens hospital. I absolutaley hate taking my children to the emergency room in Bellingham.

DianaLynn Canfield Sister life flighted in! Horrible pain infection and back injury, staff is great attentive, kind, made sure to address her pain while Drs worked at diagnosing the illness. We are very grateful for the awesome staff here at St Joseph hospital

Julie Ward The waiting room, the 2 hour wait coupled with insincere attitude of staff surprised me for an ER especially during a semi quiet time in the morning. The saving grace was Dr Weiche! He was terrific.
