Daughter of The Nile Horrible place.
Doctor refused to check for why I was there. Did every test under the sun but the one blood test I needed to prove what two other blood tests confirmed. Also stated my wonky blood tests were just fine and he could see nothing wrong with them.
Complained about it next day, and received an email stating the doctor said I told him I was taking a certain medication, which Im not.
I do not appreciate the lack of care nor do I appreciate being lied on to cover their butts for messing up and to make me look bad.
DO NOT GO HERE!!
They will lie to save their own butts, miss chart to cover their shortcomings and are completely willing to let you suffer because they dont view your situation as an emergency.
Disgusting establishment.
J Stone you should be ashamed of yourself.
What you did was wrong and you know it.
The great lengths the entire er room went to also cover for you by not giving me a complaint number is also disgusting.

HRC As I read through the reviews, I noticed that the review monitors dont offer to speak to patients that complain about the 3rd world tent that patients and guests have to wait in or offer any explanations. Going to the emergency room, particularly for children and the elderly, is scary enough. This just adds to their stress and cant be good for the healing process. And staff have to be embarrassed and patients complaining must add to their stress! We all know hospitals are rolling in money...treat your patients and staff better.

Anne Zamora Friend was admitted but was in er as an admitted patient for an entire day !!? Agreed been there about twelve hours when I asked, - shell get a room soon ? ... "no" I giggled - staffing I asked - multi care is to big for its britches. Huge hospitals running on skeleton crews ... long story short - admitted patients are in the ER - triage is in the parking lot and I know theres construction but its really stupid.

Lee Nevill I took my father in law to the emergency room at Good San, after his doctor advised we take him in because of fluid build up around lungs and heart from his heart failure. Not the first time for this to happen, but the first time taking him to Good Samaritan for the issue because we relocated to the area. My father in law is 82 years old with history of heart failure, kidney failure, diabetes, dementia and a few other things. Needless to say it is not easy to bring him to an ER in the first place. But what made this experience incredibly horrible is the way every single drug seeking, strung out, or detoxing junkie was treated immediately while my father in law was given no medication to help start removing fluid build up, no food, nothing to drink and sat in the waiting room for hours waiting for "a room to be cleaned". The staff continually lied for hours saying the room is being cleaned. Why is it that a Vietnam Veteran, Retired Sheriff who served his country and community be treated like absolute garbage and left to sit for hours upon hours without treatment but an obvious drug addict will be given their fix and a warm bed to sleep it off? Not to mention the sketchy bag hand offs to the same drug dealer by a large man at the check in desk at least 3 times while I sat in the waiting room with my confused, upset father in law trying to convince him to stay at the hospital when all he wanted was to be taken care of to feel better, eat something and lay down. But instead he got the worst treatment i have ever witnessed. I will never again take anyone to this hospital. It is a joke and a front for a drive through drug spot.
On a positive note, if you are seeking drugs and a warm bed to get high, its the perfect spot. They will hook you up! But dont have actual health problems because you will die in the waiting area before you get treatment.

Jeffrey Mullins You check in, sit in the waiting area, they call you name you go back to a little room doctor speaks to you , you go back to the waiting area to get diagnosis, they also will take your vitals again in the waiting area they just sent you too with your IV still in pushing the "coat hanger" its attached to. Great parking and very nicely landscaped.
*Edit* to make things even worse I received a bill $1663. I emailed MT RAINIER EMERG PHYS, PLLC and they said the charge was for the doctor only, that they dont bill for the actual hospital bill. Id this some kind of sick joke? Aint nobody here laughing. Its not even itemized, is this just for the time the delicate genius spent in my presence? What is that like $500 a min? Shady..I feel like they should be required to give you some kind of estimate before working on a person...I would have declined services.
