Sarafina Sea Switched from Family & maternity care Clinic by Mary Bridge in Tacoma due to moving to the area. Couldn’t be happier. This clinic is much smaller, cleaner and the care here is great. The nurses are nice and my doctor is very informative. The staff at the front desk is always sweet and knows everyone by name. Booking my appointments has never been an issue including the 2 times I’ve had to to reschedule. Highly recommend if you’re looking for maternity practice in the area !

Lisa Perez creations They lied about taking new patients! So now im still looking for a primary doctor!

JADYN HATCH Waited 6mo or even longer to be seen for a new primary care doctor. Was seen today and told to reschedule only to be told that the doctor I saw is leaving (not going anywhere just not practicing elsewhere). I explained I only choose to come in and had waited for this appointment for a very long time so I could have a primary care and asked if I could switch to another doctor. The other doctor is not accepting other patients. Total waste of my time and waiting for this appointment so disappointed and frustrated that this was my experience. Ive wasted my time and now STILL need to find another primary care doctor.

Sarah Fleming This place has been nothing but good to me. I think a lot of people arent understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. Ive had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. Ive been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. I appreciate all of the people that work here. They have always been kind to me. Dont give up on your mental health. This place has seriously saved my life.

Shanelle Safford I dont even want my daughter seen here based on reviews and after having a rude intake lady that was very condescending and kept cutting me off and when I asked for a supervisor she stated they are not there and she doesnt have one. I was transferred to the "supervisors " voicemail and have never been called back. This is outrageous as a medical provider and I am looking to go elsewhere for services and we havent even started.

Les Morales Just had the worst experience with this facility. I am tempted twice to have a video assessment and both times the counselor. Heidi missed the appointment the second time around. Didnt even show up at all, and when they called back to schedule it, the gentleman that was trying to help me out end up trying to gaslight me and tell me it was my fault that I didnt know what I was doing and that I happened to miss the appointment. Even though I do have screenshots showing that on their end it wasnt working. So like I told him, theyre starting to affect my mental health for the worse. This might have worked for others but its not working for me. I hope it works for many other people but be careful. It seems like the understaffed and some of the staff thats there doesnt really help much.

Swanson Tyler (Mad Artist) I was forced to go through here through a medical facility. First appointment didnt happen because no one knew I was there even though I checked in. In March, i left the facility but had to stay going due to medications and therapy. The therapist was missing every appointment we rescheduled so i said i no longer wanted to do it even though i actually needed it, just not the constant rescheduling over an appointment i was completely planned out for. Im writing this review not because of the therapist or med provider but because of the scheduling department. After my last appointment in June, i stayed on the phone to reschedule as usual. No one answered this time, didnt think of it as it was summer and left a voicemail. Not one call whatsoever. Just now called, sat on the phone being berated by the automated system to leave a voicemail to be called back or stay on the line but clearly it kept repeating itself every 30 seconds and forced me to leave a voicemail. Thing is, this is MENTAL HEALTH. Not some frilly haircut or nails or whatever. Get your scheduling department straightened out so folks like me arent going without needed medications and doctors appointments. I was supposed to schedule for August as requested by my med provider, so to have not one call back in 90 DAYS is beyond incompetent.

Eileen Sarena Bad first impression. I will not be going. I tried to become a patient here and they had no availability, they sent me around on the phone was quit rude and told me they had no availability and told me to call back another day to actually get an appointment. Too much hassle

VICTORIA TRAVERSO I have seen 4 specialists in WA and 1 in AZ regarding my back issues. Not one would help because of my age and the need for total spine replacement. I was at the end of the line when I consulted with Dr. Hong many years ago. I found he listens, is caring and compassionate. Upon further research I found he is extremely knowledgable and skillful along with a great personality. I know I will never be pain free again and I know my condition will only worsen. Dr Hong is working closely with me to keep my pain as minimal as possible. I am ever so thankful. I highly recommend Dr. Hong. I have follow up procedures in the Puyallup office. The staff is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I have always received exceptional service and have witnessed empathy towards other patients.

Kourtney W I cannot speak highly enough about this office and the incredible team behind it. Dr. Yang has been instrumental in my care, always taking the time to explore different treatment options with patience and expertise. With a long history of back pain, finding a provider as dedicated and compassionate as Dr. Yang has been truly life-changing. He consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. Additionally, Katrina and Jordan at the Puyallup office are exceptional. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness make every visit seamless and pleasant. The level of care and attentiveness from this team is truly outstanding. I also want to highlight the incredible experience I had at the surgery center in Bellevue. The staff was unbelievably kind and treated me with the utmost respect throughout my entire visit. A special mention goes to Vi—her warmth and kindness are unmatched. If there were ever a team deserving of recognition and appreciation, it would be these amazing individuals. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found not only a skilled physician but also a supportive and compassionate care team. Thank you all for your dedication and excellence!

Especially Mcewan he thinks he is above people and is clearly only there to take your money and not treat you. Arrogant and obviously not intelligent enough to make decisions when it comes to your loved ones pain. Dont waste your time. Probably why you can never reach them on the phone.

Daughter of The Nile Horrible place. Doctor refused to check for why I was there. Did every test under the sun but the one blood test I needed to prove what two other blood tests confirmed. Also stated my wonky blood tests were just fine and he could see nothing wrong with them. Complained about it next day, and received an email stating the doctor said I told him I was taking a certain medication, which Im not. I do not appreciate the lack of care nor do I appreciate being lied on to cover their butts for messing up and to make me look bad. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will lie to save their own butts, miss chart to cover their shortcomings and are completely willing to let you suffer because they dont view your situation as an emergency. Disgusting establishment. J Stone you should be ashamed of yourself. What you did was wrong and you know it. The great lengths the entire er room went to also cover for you by not giving me a complaint number is also disgusting.

HRC As I read through the reviews, I noticed that the review monitors dont offer to speak to patients that complain about the 3rd world tent that patients and guests have to wait in or offer any explanations. Going to the emergency room, particularly for children and the elderly, is scary enough. This just adds to their stress and cant be good for the healing process. And staff have to be embarrassed and patients complaining must add to their stress! We all know hospitals are rolling in money...treat your patients and staff better.

Anne Zamora Friend was admitted but was in er as an admitted patient for an entire day !!? Agreed been there about twelve hours when I asked, - shell get a room soon ? ... "no" I giggled - staffing I asked - multi care is to big for its britches. Huge hospitals running on skeleton crews ... long story short - admitted patients are in the ER - triage is in the parking lot and I know theres construction but its really stupid.

Lee Nevill I took my father in law to the emergency room at Good San, after his doctor advised we take him in because of fluid build up around lungs and heart from his heart failure. Not the first time for this to happen, but the first time taking him to Good Samaritan for the issue because we relocated to the area. My father in law is 82 years old with history of heart failure, kidney failure, diabetes, dementia and a few other things. Needless to say it is not easy to bring him to an ER in the first place. But what made this experience incredibly horrible is the way every single drug seeking, strung out, or detoxing junkie was treated immediately while my father in law was given no medication to help start removing fluid build up, no food, nothing to drink and sat in the waiting room for hours waiting for "a room to be cleaned". The staff continually lied for hours saying the room is being cleaned. Why is it that a Vietnam Veteran, Retired Sheriff who served his country and community be treated like absolute garbage and left to sit for hours upon hours without treatment but an obvious drug addict will be given their fix and a warm bed to sleep it off? Not to mention the sketchy bag hand offs to the same drug dealer by a large man at the check in desk at least 3 times while I sat in the waiting room with my confused, upset father in law trying to convince him to stay at the hospital when all he wanted was to be taken care of to feel better, eat something and lay down. But instead he got the worst treatment i have ever witnessed. I will never again take anyone to this hospital. It is a joke and a front for a drive through drug spot. On a positive note, if you are seeking drugs and a warm bed to get high, its the perfect spot. They will hook you up! But dont have actual health problems because you will die in the waiting area before you get treatment.

Jeffrey Mullins You check in, sit in the waiting area, they call you name you go back to a little room doctor speaks to you , you go back to the waiting area to get diagnosis, they also will take your vitals again in the waiting area they just sent you too with your IV still in pushing the "coat hanger" its attached to. Great parking and very nicely landscaped. *Edit* to make things even worse I received a bill $1663. I emailed MT RAINIER EMERG PHYS, PLLC and they said the charge was for the doctor only, that they dont bill for the actual hospital bill. Id this some kind of sick joke? Aint nobody here laughing. Its not even itemized, is this just for the time the delicate genius spent in my presence? What is that like $500 a min? Shady..I feel like they should be required to give you some kind of estimate before working on a person...I would have declined services.

Brianna B Im not sure why there are so many poor reviews. Ive had nothing but the most incredible experience here with my first child. Every staff member makes a point to wish you well as you leave and takes the time to feel like you matter! It is so nice! Dr Grubb is our main pediatrician and I feel like I struck gold. You have to book out pretty far in advance for him but it is WORTH IT. He helps you understand how to navigate a more natural route with your young one and what to offer instead of just going the route of taking Tylenol which should be a last resort. I will never leave this place simply because of the warm welcoming attitude the staff always has when I visit and because I can depend on my doctor to help me raise the healthiest child possible. Its incredibly tough to find doctors you can trust nowadays and once you have that established line of trust, you never want to loose it. 100/10 recommend!!!!!

Susan Hite We’ve been going to Woodcreek for 6+ years and have always had good experiences. The receptionists have been kind and helpful, and we haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments. Dr. Grubb is great and having an urgent care in the same building and with the same doctors is so convenient. The only downfall is having to plan way ahead to get an appointment. They book up fast. That seems to be the norm for all doctor’s offices though.

Savannah Lexirae Whatever you do do not see Dr Sara Reid. I have never had a more incompetent and overall uneducated psychiatrist, if she was just uneducated that would be one thing but her incompetence and harmfulness goes to another level. In my session with Dr Reid she was going over her list of questions and when she got to eating disorder in my chart she said “ you don’t look like you have an eating disorder, I’m looking at you and i’m like what eating disorder you look healthy” and when I said you shouldn’t really say that because people can have an eating disorder and you wouldn’t know she said “I would because you’re almost 5”5 and *blank pounds* you’re not dehydrated and your blood pressure is fine. I said well someone could be physically fine and still have an eating disorder to that she responded “ really?” as if she wanted me to second guess myself, which alone telling someone things like this when they already have an eating disorder is so harmful. And she said “well philosophically with my degree I can tell you’re fine because you’re *blank pounds* and almost 5”5 so we can agree to disagree.” As a psychiatrist one should know there is not a look for eating disorders and insinuating that there is and you could tell just by one’s blood pressure, weight, and looking at them is extremely harmful and I can only imagine the terrible affects it could have on others who currently or in the past had an eating disorder. Furthermore when she brought up the topic of ADHD and said “what about ADHD?” all I had said was I sometimes have trouble concentrating and sitting still for long periods of time but I mask very well, she asked about trying a medication for ADHD and I asked her if I have ADHD and she said “well you said you mask very well.” After the session she had put notes in my chart saying I “procrastinate and don’t listen when spoken” all things I did not say. I filled out no questionnaires for ADHD or any of the diagnoses that appeared in my chart after this session.

Whitney Scott Scheduling can be challenging, but as a fellow provider, I appreciate the effort it takes to accommodate everyone. We absolutely adore Devyn Cameron. She’s a fantastic listener, meets us where we’re at, and includes us as parents in every decision regarding our child’s care from birth to her current age of 8. Truly grateful for her support.

Michael Khbeis We had been regular patients since our infant was born. We’ve waited EVERY TIME to see our provider, sometimes over 45-60 minutes. Today, we were stuck in traffic and exceeded their 15 minute grace window by 10-minutes. Yes, we were late. I took a half day off of work and commuted from Redmond to Puyallup. We got stuck with a train downtown. The outcome - “you can reschedule for 3.5 months from now”. No exceptions, no understanding of things we can’t control, nothing even for regular patients of 3+ years. When they’re late it’s biz as normal. Find a different group.

Gabrielle Lita I established care at this location this summer, having barely been leaving a DV relationship. One of my main concerns is ALWAYS my mental health. I’ve just started intensive therapy; but it’s never been a secret. I’ve been trying to coordinate psychiatry at Sea Mar, where I do therapy. Unfortunately, referrals don’t always get sent, and that is what I have been dealing with. My mental health support there has been phenomenal otherwise; but last time I was given a refill on my SSRI/mental health medication, the doctor I have been seeing here at the Franciscan family medicine clinic said that she will no longer do so. I understand the sentiment. Truly. It is still highly uneducated and inappropriate. My “primary care physician” is entirely fine with me ending up hospitalized so I can continue taking my medication, when I have attempted multiple times to get it going. I requested refills 4 days ago, now I am ENTIRELY out with no recourse. I want to be completely transparent here; I WILL become suicidal without my medication. If I ended up ending my life due to Dr.D and her staff refusing to give a patient with mental health their NECESSARY medication, I would really hate to be involved in that lawsuit. Don’t waste your time, especially if you have any kind of mental health. They will literally let you suffer for things entirely outside of your control; and they have absolutely no consideration for the gravity of having ZERO mental health medications COLD TURKEY when you have literally attempted on your life multiple times. I will be contacting corporate, this is just one business in a string of many who are going to make or break someone’s recovery and that is absolutely disgusting. So much for “patient centered care”.. yall are actually a joke.

Barb Sheldon In my opinion, this is the worst doctors office you can possibly go to in Puyallup. This business should be shut down. They have five plus years of negative comments, and I cannot believe they are still open for business. My son has been going there for 3 years and they have not done anything for him but cancel appointments and not answer the phone. None of the referrals were good only bad fax numbers. Promises of calls back, waiting 2 to 3 months out for appointments, it truly is a joke. BBB where are you??? Were switching doctors tomorrow morning.

Delicia Church The doctors are excellent but the front desk and referrals are unhelpful and are the cause delays in medical treatment. I suggest a different clinic.

Katie Murry Had my first appointment with Dr. Gianotto today and I am so impressed! I was prepared to have my symptoms not taken seriously like I have at other places, but she immediately asked follow up questions and went to work trying to figure out this puzzle. Talking with a dr who actually wants to help you figure out what’s going on is such a breath of fresh air. This appointment made me feel like I’m in good hands.

Ethan Petersen This office I think only has one person answering phones. Keep seeing other messages about this office and I agree after experiencing having to call back to back to back for hours to get through other than voicemail. My other referring doctors reached out but even their provider line does not even let them leave messages. If all else fails they push you to a nurse practitioner. Hard to schedule if no one answers phones even other doctors call.

Boog The appointment was so far away my mother died before she could even be seen. She ended up in the ER again, they werent supposed to release her the first time apparently but they assumed she would be seen by these people a lot sooner and if she had, shed probably still be alive. Took 1 month to schedule because the "Referral was not filled out completely" which was a lie. Then earliest appointment was 3 months later. Run, you will literally die waiting to get in to this place and if the front staff is any indicator of how you will be treated, its not worth the wait anyway.

After 45 minutes of trying to stabilize him and then angiogram, he was admitted into the critical care unit. Not even hospitalized for 24 hours on dopamine and other meds he was discharged with considerably low blood pressure and discharge papers with no diagnosis and the meds he was treated with. He asked the CC nurse why he was being discharged when he still not feeling well - her reply was, "the ER is backed up with patients who needs rooms and the hospital is full"!!! What the hell??!!! Never got results from CT scans or lab!!! Aweful hospital. Dont go here if its life or death!!! This doesnt even deserve 1 ★.
