Lindsey Duvanich As a local small business owner, I am deeply grateful for my experience with TRW Management. I began my business relationship with their company in January 2020, signing a 3 year lease that included a full demo and remodel of my space. Through that process, I quickly learned what kind of people I was working with- the kind that don’t come around often- they go well above and beyond and go out of their way consistently to connect with their tenants. I have leased other spaces, and have many close friends that lease commercial spaces locally. I hear my friends’ experiences with their building owners and management companies, and I can honestly say business simply doesn’t get better with anyone outside TRW; they go out of their way to help small business owners like myself succeed. I recently renewed my lease with their company, and look forward to many more years happily doing what I love with TRW Management.

Teresa Deck I have been a patient here for years and now I have decided I’m finally going to switch hospitals and go to sacred heart , I’m fed up with the emergency doctors and especially your house doctor the one that decides if u get admitted or not , I was in deaconess on2/2/24. Plus I was in on 2/1/24. And couldn’t breath , on 2/2/24 , your house doctor comes in with an attitude and comes in and says I’m gonna tell u right now I’m not admitting u , well I didn’t want admitted I wanted to breath and get better , I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do take my antibiotics, my stenosis and this hospital sends me home knowing I can’t breath with pneumonia, and does nothing for me , if I could star it a zero I would , so now it’s time to switch hospitals I’m done with the careless people ,

Tyanne Parton Do not come here. me and my boyfriend came here for the ER and we sat for 2 hours in the waiting room. After that we were finally taken back into the ER where we waited for any acknowledgement for about an hour. in our last hour of sitting in the room nobody came to talk to us, and after multiple times of us asking them to stop providing care, we wanted proof of the visit, and to leave. they said that they would bring us the paperwork in a few minutes multiple times. after another hour of sitting we finally we able to leave the ER with the papers we needed 5 hours later and the only care provided was an eye flush that lasted 20 minutes from the start of setting up the materials to being completely finished.

Riley Kay “K” They were really nice and I waited maybe an hour total versus 6+ hours in my home city for an ER visit!! The staff was kind and helpful and ran all the tests they could and helped with what I should do for follow-up. I should add that while waiting I witnessed kind staff providing boots and socks for a homeless man who had only bare feet and that was quite lovely to witness such kindness.

samual Byers Went to Er told them was in serious pain regardless of what the issue was. Said the wait would be no longer then 45 minutes and sitting here as we speak two and a half hours later still sitting in the waiting room. Worst place ever dont waist your time these people look at this as a job or just a paycheck . Not truly helping people.

Joseph Aune Had to go visit someone in the ER for the second time during the pandemic (first time at Sacred Heart which was way busier). Deaconess was much worse. Nurse named Olivia behind the counter was much more concerned about making sure a different visitor not be allowed to see the patient even though it was still only a single visitor and not at all concerned about the patient getting a thorough or even professionally behaved examination. She was impatient, rude and frankly did as little as possible and all with a bad attitude. Our experience at Sacred Heart was far better and we wont be going to Deaconess again.

Burntfuze I dont even want to give this place one star. Went in just a little bit ago cause I have abdominal pains thinking its my appendix possibly and guy gets me back there to draw my blood. No gloves. I was like you going to put gloves on and he was like well you can leave sir and escorted me out of the hospital. So now on my way to another hospital. Im contacting my lawyer in the morning but I do not recommend anyone to go here because these people dont care. Simple as that.

Kaylan Swearingen I went to the ER with extreme sciatic back pain, which reduced me to being unable to walk within the space of a few hours. I was scared and in so much pain, but still apprehensive about going to the ER because I thought Id be turned away or told that my situation was not an emergency. I feel I have a high tolerance for pain, but I had been in tears for a few hours at least. I decided to go and was admitted promptly. Waiting is a natural part of the ER experience, depending on what the issue is. I was there for 2-3 hours but in that time, my pain was taken seriously, I was treated with kindness and respect, and I left with a plan of care and medication to tide me over to an appointment with my primary physician. Im glad I decided to go!

Darcy ONeill I went to the ER today, 1/1/25, due to shortness of breath and chronic coughing that I had for 3 days. I had 1 person take my vitals then was told everyone that comes to the ER had to provide a urine sample (a posted signed near the restroom confirmed this statement)....Weird for SOB and chronic cough....I then had a nurse call me back to take a blood. He said, "Let me guess, you are here with the flu like everyone else", wow okay. He took a blood sample, swabbed my nose, and inserted a line as if I was getting IV fluids. Upon returning to the waiting room, I noticed that EVERY person who was the patient, not wearing the visitor sticker, had a line started, but no one was receiving an IV. Up until this point, not 1 person listened to my chest and kept asking about chest pain. I explained more than once, it wasnt chest pains, but SOB and coughs that brought me to the ER. All my tests (EKG, chest x-ray, RSV, influenza, and covid) came back negative, and someone finally listened to my chest. They said they believed I might have the early stages of pneumonia. I was prescribed 4 medications and left with notes about adult cough and chest pain. The note on the discharge summary said that if you experience shortness of breath, return to the ER. That was my whole reason for going to the ER in the first place, not chest pain that was listed as the reason for the visit. I feel like they put different things in the notes to justify some of the tests. Also, why would every patient in the ER need to provide a urine sample and get a line for IV fluids if they didnt need them and they werent provided?!?! The register person who came into the room to make sure demographic information and insurance was correct spent more time with me than any of the nurses or attending physician. I have never felt less heard regarding my health.

Sienna Mullins I went in late in the evening due to severe abdominal pain. They were able to get me into a room in the ER right away, which surprised me. We started out with an ultrasound and then a CT scan. The diagnosis took some time, but I was eventually admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery. Everyone during my stay was incredibly kind and caring. They always made sure I got what I needed. Especially Erin in PACU, she was super sweet. Dr. Kochevar took very good care of me during my surgery, and is very skillful. Transport helped keep my spirits up during a difficult time. Delina was very attentive to my needs and helped me so much before surgery, as well as Amanda. The CNAs were all professional and kind during my stay. Overall Im very grateful for my care team during my stay.

X J Went here to take care of what I thought was an allergic reaction but was not. They sent me home with a damn 1k bill basically charging me to just sit in the room. Whatever, fine, I took care of the bill in increments. Paid it off. Now I have a letter from one of their debt collectors telling me I owe even more somehow? What a scam, this is the second place in Spokane I have had this issue! They dont care about you, they only want to kick you out the door and make sure youre in debt! Edit: Now my family is being harassed by their debt collectors. How is this legal? Both this hospital and the debt collector (PSC) need to be sued into oblivion and shut down!

tyler kondelik Horrible bedside assistance. My wife’s mom with a hip injury, had to request that they help my wife up on the table while they watched her struggle. They took several days to get her in for a simple cortisone shot after her initial appointment, all the while she was in severe pain. We will not make future appointments here

John Taylor After having the same doctor for most of my life, at least 40 years, I went to make an appointment and was told I am no longer in the system because its been more than 2 years since I went in and that no one would see me. What a disappointment. I cannot believe they would do that to a person whos family still all goes there. I will be looking elsewhere for us all, and not with Providence.

ThaGerm Was charged $200 to initiate services; however, that wasnt for this location, turns out it was for a specific doctor, who left very shortly after and now they arent accepting patients. So, in short, paid $200, saw my doctor twice, he left and now Im told that Providence Family Medicine will no longer be my provider. If they were to continue to be my provider, it would cost me another $200. Not impressed

Anthony Farr Two years ago a routine eye exam ended with me meeting Dr Christopher Yang who had to deliver the news of the retinal occlusion in my right eye. Since that day, Dr Yang has been with me all the way as he outlined the damage, what his game plan was making and taking the time to explain it and then began professionally, sensitively and with excellent Treatment to walk along with me each step of the way. He is an A++ Physician and I recommend him wholeheartedly. And I continue to trust him with continuing my eye care.

Greg Houff Ive been a client of Rockwood for nearly 20 years. Several years ago a new company came in and bought Deconess Hospital (Rockwood is owned by that same company), and ever since then the Sacred Heart franchise and Deconess have been in some kind of competitive "war". My medical insurance is through Providence (Sacred Heart), and so now my doctor is no longer a "preferred provider". I have managed to get around this, to some degree, by paying cash for my visits at Rockwood, getting the 40% cash discount, then claiming the remaining cost through my HSA. A bit of a hassle, but worth it if you like your doctor. Getting my labs done is however another matter !!! Since Rockwoods lab services are also "not allowed", I requested that they submit them to PAML, which has convenient locations all over Spokane. Rockwood has been TOTALLY incompetent at getting this accomplished. They apparently are not able to get lab requests to PAML through any other method than FAXing. I have gone in FASTING for the fourth and last time.

L Cruz I brought in my brother due to his cancer symptoms getting worse as he didnt have an appt scheduled until next week but were told to come here for ER since its a great hospital but it was a joke, We have been waiting for over 8 hours and all they say is they have had a long night and theres nothing they can do. An elderly couple that had been waiting for 13 hours ended up leaving in tears because no one helped them with the husbands catheter during all those 13 hours, this treatment is unacceptable, they had an incident between security staff and a patient and the front staff was too busy discussing it and laughinh about it instead of helping patients. Only 1 male nurse was friendly and 1 one of the female phlebotomist but otherwise the other staff was rude about us asking the approximate time.

Megan Wood We took our son who was having severe abdominal pain to Sacred Heart Pediatric E.R. We only waited 2 minutes in the waiting room. The check-in secretary, nurse, x-ray tech, and ARNP were great! We were there for about an hour and a half. Very kid friendly waiting room.

Brad Silzer Do not go here unless absolutely necessary. Its obvious that my review will not be a good one, but I will say the nurses were nice. I left work early because I was having what I thought could be heart-related issues (chest pain/soreness, shortness of breath, sudden woozy-ness & weakness, etc.). After 5.25 hours I left without seeing any doctors even though people that came in after me without life-threatening issues were taken in the back. So if I did have a serious issue concerning my heart, then why would Sacred HEART basically ignore me? Not going back. Ill go further to get better service.

Bills Account This use to be the only hospital Id go to. Upstairs you get some of the BEST care. But thats even if you can get upstairs. Or even into a room! I sat in the waiting room CRYING in pain for 9 hours before finally deciding I was in less pain going home. Where I could atleast lay down. I wont disclose others injuries but they were BAD. Sitting there for 10+ hrs. Having to drive an hour away to another hospital to be seen is so upsetting.

Derek Lindsey All the men and women working here are outstanding considering what they have to deal with. I understand the 1 star reviews because its a madhouse and its packed full of sick hurt people. As if medical Trauma was not bad enough they are also caring for mentally ill people, agitated apprehended police suspects and prison inmates, people who have a simple cold to people who have severe diseases. It takes a really special person to work under these conditions each and every day. Dont go to the ER unless you plan to spend all night or all day. I am a recent patient.

Shyla Klein The staff ignored us multiple times I have been here for a total of ten hours so far and seven of which was spent in the waiting room. Still in the waiting room btw. I came in because my pupils are different sizes and I hit my head really hard and it was bleeding and they just shrugged me off. Said no to giving me food. The staff at your front desk of the adult emergency are very rude very full of themselves. As soon as that clock hits midnight your staff no longer care about your patients. We were in earlier and it was so much different so much quicker and so much more help. Anytime we ask the front desk anything she has an attitude and says things very abruptly and very rude then turns away from you as if to say go away from me. Definitely need staff who aren’t just here for a paycheck. Especially in the emergency department because why have I watched them ignore multiple patients not even just me and then just gossip and talk in the little cubicle thing for hours. They act as if it’s a burden when someone walks up. Pathetic manners for hospital staff. They’ve taken my vitals three times now. Still haven’t taken me back. Told me there’s a five hour wait ahead for me. Kind of crazy when I could have something wrong with my brain don’t you think? Very ignorant staff. Very sad.

Tricia Madison If you want to wait for long periods of time only to be ignored and dismissed by doctors, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I have numerous medical conditions and am at the ER several times a year, typically. SHMC is the closest and, due to my numerous conditions, should be the best option for me. However, I am treated like a hypochondriac frequently flyer drug seeker! Dr. Creel is the only provider there who I 100% appreciate. He listens, cares, and treats appropriately and effectively! Unfortunately, it is time to rely on another facility for my needs because of the lack of consistent care and treatment at SHMC.

I took my 1 year old baby here the other day and the staff was nice sure but they including the female doctor on call at the time should be FIRED. They said my son had a fever, gave him ibuprofen and Zofran then sent him home saying he was fine. Took him to multicare this morning and we left with medication for his double ear infection, upper respiratory infection and pneumonia. Hes having a hard time seeing because his ear infection has gotten so bad. Thanks multicare, take your children here, not the childrens hospital unless you want your kid to get worse like mine did.

Athena Simone Very rude receptionist. She was very condescending and would not answer me when I asked her where I was supposed to park to pick up my friend after surgery. She spoke down to me the whole time and was a total b word. Then she proceeded to lie when my friend and her nurse got there. Saying that she tried to help me, but I wasn’t listening. When the fact of the matter was, was that she refused to answer my question. If I had to guess, and I don’t normally “play this card”, but I’m willing to bet money that if my skin color was white, I would’ve gotten much better treatment. I can say though, that my friend’s surgery went nice and smooth and her doctor was amazing, but it doesn’t matter when the face of the hospital is a rude, disrespectful “B” with obvious predjudices-which in my opinion, has no place in our health “care“ system.

Alton Chandler Moved here to be closer to family because Im a heart patient in class C, heart failure. I take quite a few medications that were all prescribed by my neurologist, cardiologist, or the heart failure and transplant team I seen back home. I never knew I had heart problems until I came to from a widow maker heart attack I had while on my way to the hospital. Because of my situation I made sure to have all my doctors call in a month of medication so I could get here get a place and get setup on Medicaid. Once I arrived my sister helped me getting started. I had all my meds swapped from the Walmart back home to the Walmart here. When I went to get them they told me that my insurance would only pay for one pill a day of one of my medications, mind you that this is a pill designed to prevent me from having another heart attack and to help with heart failure. Its not a pain pill or any type of pill that you can get messed up on, it only prolongs my life. Class C heart failure means that, my medication and the exercise/walking I do is what keeps me going. If you have read this for keep in fact Im a 42 yo man that has children and recently lost everything due to not being able to work anymore. Im not writing this for a pity party or anything, Im just saying this insurance had rather not fill my meds and play with my life just so they can save money. If you have a choice between Molina and another provider, please go with the other provider because Molina doesnt care about their members. We are just a dollar for them to make. Hope this helps someone make their decision. Have a blessed day.

Ben Bellum I have been fighting with Molina for 7 years now trying to get a diagnosis for my back pain, and treatment for severe TMJ disorder. After being bounced from dentist to dentist, and doctor to doctor, and even sent on a $700 wild goose chase to Seattle, still no pain improvement. Still not willing to cover the surgery for TMJ that I need, and despite 5 different doctors and medical professionals saying that I have osteoarthritis, I still get denied treatment and help. Someone needs to do something drastic to get Molina to take their patients seriously

The healthcare system is horrific and this company is only one example of how corrupt it is.

Christine Smith December I changed plans because the one I had no longer was covered and I would have to pay $300 a month if I stayed on that plan. Molina told me I wouldnt have to pay that since I switched then I get a bill online saying I do so I call and get pushed to health finder who tell me I didnt switch in time. so they say they can send in a ticket and have January canceled coverage so I wont have to pay $300 and in Feb my plan that I switched to back in December would take affect well it didnt because molina never took care of the ticket so it wouldnt let me pay for February coverage I call get kicked back to health finder who send in another ticket to get it fixed and again no response from molina now we are 4 months in and I still havent gotten it fix or heard anything from molina . Molina online says My coverage was terminated.there is extremely bad communication with molina and health finder. when you try to fix stuff with molina directly they send you to health finder . Then molina ignore what health finder sends them. Also molina wont alow me to send messages online anymore so I cant even email them to have some kind of paper trail or a decent response. I will NEVER choose molina again.

Ryan Tansy Just like everyone else, horrible customer service and experience. I keep getting hounded by a collection agency over a bill that was paid over 6 months ago. I provided the insurance bill showing it was paid. Still getting phone calls stating I owe $$. I have never had anything in collections. They sent this to collections even though the bill was paid via insurance. Trying to get a hold of a live person is next to impossible. Just stuck in a loop of endless on hold.

Lucerne de Moravia HEADS UP! Like everyone else in these reviews, I received a huge ($2000) bill because the nurse I was seen by in the ER belongs to this organization. Under the WA Balance Billing Protection Act, this is considered surprise billing and they CANNOT bill you anything if your insurance is not in-network. Contact support about your bill, give them this information, and then file a complaint with the WA state insurance commissioners office on their website if you need to. I did this and they immediately dropped my bill, no collections.

Lauren G I was "seen" at Sacred Heart (only saw nurses, never any Doctors). I told them I had new insurance, but they refused to actually take the information. When I reminded them later, I was told they had "found" my insurance. Since I have a state marketplace insurance now I thought it might be true. Its been almost 2 months, and I only just found out through my hospital bill (not my physician billing bill) that they didnt have my insurance this entire time. I received a bizarre "Papaya Pay" text link that looks like a scam for a $1500 bill. If you click to expand it, which I had to send to myself in an email to get it to load on my computer and not my phone, it has zero phone contact information. I also wasnt able to tell if they had even tried to bill my insurance from that. I called the number on the Spokane Emergency Physicians website, which seems to be a voicemail that just gets ignored. I have no idea what that number is even for. It took me a couple different calls to Sacred Heart, and speaking to people on 3 different phone numbers from them, until I finally reached the physician billing (844) 213-4632, by the way. They finally took my insurance to try to bill. The other reviews here leave me suspicious that this will get handled correctly. This is no way to run a business. Healthcare payments are bad enough as it is, without this added nonsense.

Christine Barnes Edit: another call from the collections company after being told months ago that my sons secondary MEDICAID insurance would be billed, like it was supposed. These people are insane. Im ready to sue them. They are actively breaking the law by billing me instead of Medicaid. I provided my sons primary and secondary insurance to Providence at the time of service, last year, like Im supposed to. Apparently this company did not get the memo and Ive been fighting with them since April to bill the secondary insurance. Over the phone, through email - I was told itd be taken care of. I continued to receive threatening texts to notify me that I would soon be sent to collections. Again, I contacted this scam of a company and was reassured again that I would not be sent to collections and they would take care of it. Yesterday I received a call from a collection company. Im absolutely livid. I did everything I was supposed to do to avoid collections and time and time again they dropped the ball. I should get my lawyer involved, I shouldnt be punished for poor billing practices. As someone who works in medical billing, Im appalled by this company. I called yesterday and all the woman could say was "Im so sorry this has happened. Well bill the secondary insurance then when we receive payment well reassess the collection status." I couldnt believe my ears. She acknowledged that they screwed up and Im still being punished? I said absolutely not and she escalated me to her "supervisors" voicemail and that shed get back to me in TWO BUSINESS DAYS. Complete insanity. I dont know who I need to contact to report this huge "mistake" but they need to be held accountable for their absolute stupidity. Lastly, if theyd been capable of doing their jobs, they would have already gotten their money and in full. I know how collections works - the collection agency gets a big fee out of it. So not only did they waste my time and the collection agencys time, but they lost money. I cant imagine a dumber company.

Diann Rice So unprofessional and confusing where do I begin? I have about three different phone numbers supposedly for these people. I think they failed to bill my insurance properly but I can not get ahold of anyone to confirm. They are texting me at a time in history where scams are running high. Where is my paper statement? They are asking for over $500 unsubstantiated dollars. One number I called told me to call another. Even getting directly connected by the hospital...first they have no record but then acknowledge that they do have a record of my care....but I should call another number anyway. These people have put a lot of stress into their billing process. I guess they may be hoping for more patients in the ER if they stress us out enough. CRAZY! Now, after hours of work just trying to figure out where their true office is and who to talk to, to get my billing right...but no answers...looks like I will have to tackle this another day. I am questioning their ethics and their methods.
