Burntfuze I dont even want to give this place one star. Went in just a little bit ago cause I have abdominal pains thinking its my appendix possibly and guy gets me back there to draw my blood. No gloves. I was like you going to put gloves on and he was like well you can leave sir and escorted me out of the hospital. So now on my way to another hospital. Im contacting my lawyer in the morning but I do not recommend anyone to go here because these people dont care. Simple as that.

Kaylan Swearingen I went to the ER with extreme sciatic back pain, which reduced me to being unable to walk within the space of a few hours. I was scared and in so much pain, but still apprehensive about going to the ER because I thought Id be turned away or told that my situation was not an emergency. I feel I have a high tolerance for pain, but I had been in tears for a few hours at least. I decided to go and was admitted promptly. Waiting is a natural part of the ER experience, depending on what the issue is. I was there for 2-3 hours but in that time, my pain was taken seriously, I was treated with kindness and respect, and I left with a plan of care and medication to tide me over to an appointment with my primary physician. Im glad I decided to go!

Darcy ONeill I went to the ER today, 1/1/25, due to shortness of breath and chronic coughing that I had for 3 days. I had 1 person take my vitals then was told everyone that comes to the ER had to provide a urine sample (a posted signed near the restroom confirmed this statement)....Weird for SOB and chronic cough....I then had a nurse call me back to take a blood. He said, "Let me guess, you are here with the flu like everyone else", wow okay. He took a blood sample, swabbed my nose, and inserted a line as if I was getting IV fluids. Upon returning to the waiting room, I noticed that EVERY person who was the patient, not wearing the visitor sticker, had a line started, but no one was receiving an IV. Up until this point, not 1 person listened to my chest and kept asking about chest pain. I explained more than once, it wasnt chest pains, but SOB and coughs that brought me to the ER. All my tests (EKG, chest x-ray, RSV, influenza, and covid) came back negative, and someone finally listened to my chest. They said they believed I might have the early stages of pneumonia. I was prescribed 4 medications and left with notes about adult cough and chest pain. The note on the discharge summary said that if you experience shortness of breath, return to the ER. That was my whole reason for going to the ER in the first place, not chest pain that was listed as the reason for the visit. I feel like they put different things in the notes to justify some of the tests. Also, why would every patient in the ER need to provide a urine sample and get a line for IV fluids if they didnt need them and they werent provided?!?! The register person who came into the room to make sure demographic information and insurance was correct spent more time with me than any of the nurses or attending physician. I have never felt less heard regarding my health.

Sienna Mullins I went in late in the evening due to severe abdominal pain. They were able to get me into a room in the ER right away, which surprised me. We started out with an ultrasound and then a CT scan. The diagnosis took some time, but I was eventually admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery. Everyone during my stay was incredibly kind and caring. They always made sure I got what I needed. Especially Erin in PACU, she was super sweet. Dr. Kochevar took very good care of me during my surgery, and is very skillful. Transport helped keep my spirits up during a difficult time. Delina was very attentive to my needs and helped me so much before surgery, as well as Amanda. The CNAs were all professional and kind during my stay. Overall Im very grateful for my care team during my stay.

X J Went here to take care of what I thought was an allergic reaction but was not. They sent me home with a damn 1k bill basically charging me to just sit in the room. Whatever, fine, I took care of the bill in increments. Paid it off. Now I have a letter from one of their debt collectors telling me I owe even more somehow? What a scam, this is the second place in Spokane I have had this issue! They dont care about you, they only want to kick you out the door and make sure youre in debt!
Edit: Now my family is being harassed by their debt collectors. How is this legal? Both this hospital and the debt collector (PSC) need to be sued into oblivion and shut down!
