Robin King My husband and I have been coming here over 20 years. Dr. Clark was our Dr. He retired this year. This place is terrible now. I do believe non of the Doctors are here anymore. Nurses are rude "go find another Dr.". Provider was late for my appointment and then rushed to leave. My Medicare yearly exam was not as thorough as it had been with Dr Clark. I dont know what happened but if you are looking for a primary Dr and compassionate nurses etc dont look here. Its not here anymore.

Shelly Breedlove I cannot recommend this medical practice. In fact, I would recommend you avoid this business at all costs.
While I liked my provider, the office is poorly run and incredibly unprofessional. Over the course of the year while I was a patient, I had three separate instances in which they did not respond to multiple requests from my pharmacy. Three instances in a year that I had to call numerous times to get my prescriptions filled. I’m sorry but that is not ok.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to do my full time job as well as the job of my medical office, who is incapable of managing their basic business practice. Further, when I complained (professionally) about the situation, the staff didn’t seem to care, nor did the situation improve.
Save yourself time and energy by finding a professional office that provides good customer service.

CDawgLee Lee I never even got in the door; my insurance provided a list of providers accepting new patients, remember that part its important.
When I called to make an appointment with my assigned provider, I was told that they are not accepting new patients at this time. The person on the phone, when told of the situation and that I am literally ASSIGNED TO A PROVIDER THERE proved not only unhelpful, but a little rude.
I dont know who my provider is going to be, but I know that it wont be here.

Sukhman Gill I hope this feedback leads to improvements in patient care and communication so no other family has to endure what we went through.
Our family has been with this clinic for decades, so it’s deeply disappointing to share the treatment my father received during one of the most difficult times of his life. My father has been battling cancer, and when his previous provider, Andy, transitioned to a new role, his care was transferred to Haley Athens. Unfortunately, this transition marked a significant decline in the quality of care he received.
Under Andy’s care, my father was well-supported, and he managed his pain effectively without the need for palliative care. However, when he became gravely ill and was later diagnosed more spreading of the cancer, our family struggled to find a palliative care provider due to the fact my dad’s health declined very quickly. During this time, we relied on Haley Anthes for support, but the experience was deeply distressing.
Despite knowing the extent of my father’s pain, Haley repeatedly refused to refill his pain medications, even after his hydrocodone proved ineffective. I called the clinic daily, pleading for help to manage his pain and requesting lab work, but our requests were denied. Home health nurses also contacted Haley multiple times, urgently requesting an oxycodone refill for my father’s severe pain, yet there was no response or action taken.
It was heartbreaking to witness my father suffer due to untreated pain. As a provider, Haley Anthes failed to demonstrate the compassion and care one expects, especially for a patient with advanced cancer. Pain management is a critical part of patient care, and her refusal to address his needs left our family feeling abandoned during a time when we needed support the most.
It felt as though Haley washed her hands of my father’s case. She refused to take responsibility for even the most basic aspects of his care, leaving us to navigate an impossible situation on our own. If she wasn’t equipped to handle his needs, the least she could have done was provide referrals, coordinate with other specialists, or help facilitate a smooth transition to someone who could. Instead, she left us in limbo during a time when every moment mattered.
We had to switch over to different doctors and take my immobile father to a different facility for the care he is in now. Not only did this provider help us she, also got my dad the pain medication within hours.
Haley what goes around will always come around. May god bless your miserable soul. ✨

Kathy Stevens Dr. Susana Escobar is a wonderful doctor. She listens to everything you say. She takes her job seriously and cares about her patients. Ill hate to see the day she decides to retire.
