Brendon Collins This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world to deal with at every level. They do not listen to anything, they lie to you and are condescending. I have never been treated so poorly or been talked to in a more degrading fashion then I was for 20 mins today before she finally heard what I was asking. Absolutely unbelievable, I will take this as far as I can.

Tripp Nessa Id had a very bad experience here, but they really went above and beyond to make it right. They spent a lot of their personal time to help me find a medication that worked with all of my allergies. I really appreciate how much they genuinely cared about me.

A R Apparently, the pharmacy is closed, even though their own website still says it’s open.
I’ve been with Kaiser for four months, and as soon as open enrollment happens, I’ll be going back to Aetna. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Erica Thomas I love my Kaiser coverage and it’s a nice pharmacy
EDIT: I really used to love this pharmacy when I first started coming here, but I just had an experience with a rude technician which has caused me to remove a star… can people not have common decency to be pleasant? I get it’s a hard job but jeez. That stirrude would make me not want to go back but no choice

Carlos Cordero I had an appointment scheduled for February 17, 2025. I scheduled this appointment two months ago. A few days ago, I received a link to confirm I was going to show up today. I also received a notification from MyChart so that I could e-check in. I received a call today, saying to call back to 253-839-2030 to re schedule. I have been calling all morning and I just get a busy tone every time. I’m assuming they are closed for Presidents’ Day and didn’t even care to mention that to me while scheduling me for this appointment. Very frustrating.

Mo Solomonov I couldn’t speak more highly for Dr. Allison! She’s an incredible doctor with so much wisdom. She lives well! She cares well! She treats me well! I am beyond grateful to have such an amazing doctor.

Ted Moss I am a senior citizen with a traumatic brain injury, and I’ve had several surgeries throughout my life. An employee named Ventura had my vehicle towed from the parking lot because he felt that I parked there too early. I parked there because I move slowly and I didn’t want to feel rushed. It cost me $400 to get my vehicle back, which is 1/4 of my monthly income. An employ behind the front counter backed up what he did. Be careful parking there if you’re a slow moving senior citizen.

Summer B. NP Thomas is the best. Shes been my mothers provider since 2015. I went to an appointment with her and was so impressed I changed my insurance to something they accepted just so I could see NP Thomas. Shes been my provider since 2017.

Qais Nayab In my experience, scheduling appointments has been incredibly challenging. The staff seems uncooperative, making it nearly impossible to see my doctor promptly. Despite efforts to contact them, they rarely answer the phone. The removal of the online scheduling function has only added to the frustration. When I do manage to speak with the scheduling staff, they often push for virtual visits or offer in-person appointments months in advance, making it impractical for addressing immediate health concerns.

Julia Ortiz Was recently hit as a pedestrian on their property which I live nearby by a salting truck they pay to maintain the area. Hit and run. Reached out to their customer concerns to ask for help and had no response a month later still. Maybe someone recognizes the truck? Drove away as he saw me taking photos so this is the best I have.

Megan H Went to a different hospital. I’m pregnant and was vomiting even after medication. My pulse was 129 and my blood pressure was 156/107. They didn’t do an EKG or start an IV. They put me back in the waiting room. Waited 2hrs to go to fast track. They didn’t retake vitals once in fast track. Talked to a doctor and they ordered iv fluids and tests, but no one came in to place an IV or perform tests for 30-40+ minutes so I went to a different hospital.

Tanya-Jane Graham I was just discharged after 9 days at TG. My husband, my family and my friends are all extremely appreciative of a job well done by my nursing team in 5 Rainiers PCU unit. We never felt like we were kept out of the loop on my care. The nursing team responded to us very quickly when we needed them. The doctors were very up front and open about my care as well. They even allowed my husband to stay the night with me the entire time. They went so far as to bring in a small couch that was a pull out bed for him to sleep on and a place for my visitors to sit and socialize.
Even the ER nurses who took care of me when I came in via ambulance, were amazing. They rushed me in for all kinds of testing immediately to see what was wrong. Upon results of said tests, it was determined I had pneumonia and was hospitalized for 9 days.
No I dont work there and no I dont have a friend or relative who do. I just wanted to give my honest opinion of TG and the level of care they provide.

lasha holloway By far the worst hospital experience I have gone through. The wait time was ridiculous just for them to not take you to an actual room, your sitting in the same chair as other patients and they don’t wipe them down, the nurses are some what nice but you have demand for help in order for them to be nice. It was along experience that could’ve been cut down hours if I was properly assisted.

Shannon Berry I’ve been a patient here for about 6 years now. I would say overall, my experience has been good. My PCP retired earlier this year. I called about a month ago to set an appointment to get established with a new PCP, and was told the soonest I could get in for an apt was 3 months later, which is insane. But then to top it off, now a month later, I get a call saying that the doctor wont be in that day, and the soonest next available apt is more than a month later than the original scheduled apt. I asked the scheduler, if there would be anyone who would be able to assist me with prescription refills in the meantime, as I need to be seen every three months. I was told I could see any of the fill in doctors for that. So I schedule an appointment to see the next available doctor to simply fill a prescription. The next availability for just that is 2 months out! This is insane. I don’t know what is going on, but I have never experienced issues like this getting in to see a doctor here. Are they down multiple providers? What happens if I get sick and need to see a doctor? Should I just anticipate that I will need to visit an urgent care rather than my actual doctor’s office? Should I start looking for an entirely new doctor’s office for care? Im disappointed, and this situation doesn’t sit well with me at all.

Inger Fox First time visiting this clinic and I had a great experience! Which includes when I called to schedule my first appointment. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I followed Dr. Robert McLaughlin from his last practice and I have to say, Pacific Medical Centers made the right choice hiring him! Hes the most helpful and knowledgeable doctor that Ive ever been to. The reason why I went to Dr. McLaughlin in the first place is because multiple people had such good things to say about him. Thanks, guys! I appreciate you!

jen shin ive been going to pacific medical center for several years (+4) but am no longer going to be utilizing them.
my primary doctor is alright but billing and other departments are terrible. i had to go to another department and they make you go to useless appointments to book with primary. after a 10 minute online chat which they initially billed as a 30 minute appointment charging nearly $300, youre billed $120. all i did was explain why i wanted some forms filled by primary, no new diagnosis. then the same diagnosis from previous months is talked about in a 20 minute office visit with primary, and youre billed nearly $300. what is the point of my primary and the other department being "in communication" if each visit is seen as standalone issues (theyre the same problem btw)? they didnt solve my health issues and i ultimately went outside pacific medical center to receive proper care. if you want to be milked and not even get the right care, feel free to come here...if appointments are even available. a wellcheck with primary has to be booked +5 months in advance.
ridiculous billing, for profit is all they care about, and they make you go to multiple appointments to unlock a straightforward office visit for forms. ive been discussing the nature of these visits with billing and they offer payment plans, which is not the real issue - the problem is making people with real health complications go to useless appointments to reach the proper person to fill out forms, and then billing for the same issues at each appointment. having the ability to pay and paying for non-care is different and pacific medical center doesnt seemt to care about patients at all. im changing out my insurance plan to have more coverage but i moved my healthcare elsewhere. i do not recommend pacific medical center due to subpar level of care, overbilling, blocking appointments unless you meet with unnecessary doctors, and overall unavailability of appointments.

Andy Rhee To long of a wait in the room between the nurse and the doctor interactions (about 20 minutes each time) without an update. The nurse, who came back to release me for the visit, did not know I needed to draw blood during the same visit. Once I advised her of the situation, she then looked at her notes and proceeded to take me to the blood drawing room. The person who drew the blood did not know what she was doing either. Her efficiency of finding a blood vessel to draw the blood was less than adequate. It took her 4 different needle inserts to find the vessel to draw the blood. This is not acceptable! For some reason, she also wanted my credit card information, which I provided for her. The urine receptacle cabinet was full of other patients urine samples (8-9 cups full of urine). This can not be sanitary or safe. This office is chaotic and lacks communication between themselves and with the patient. They also need more experienced blood technician who knows what they are doing. This was the first time Ive visited this center and I was very disappointed on how they operated.

V I had to wait over an hour for a SCHEDULED appointment. I got there early to fill out paperwork and my appointment time came and went. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby past my scheduled time and then when I was brought back to a private room I waited another 30 minutes before I just up and left. I never saw the provider and I never got the help I needed, who has time to wait so long for something that was supposed to last 20 minutes? I had things to do that I wasnt going to put off because of this clinics poor time management. Since then I have not gone back.
This place needs to send out notifications or call patients if providers are running so far behind schedule like that. Health is a serious concern for people and not everyone can spend hours sitting around waiting when the appointments are supposed to be scheduled.

Yon Rowe I love The doctors Ive seen there, but Ive never once had a prescription request or imaging referral be sent/ received smoothly, nor had easy communication when something went wrong with said request. Im starting to think their fax machine just doesnt work. The clinic staff is friendly and skilled. Unfortunately,
the building has a depressing and institutional (as opposed to bright and welcoming) vibe overall. But again, the 2 pcps Ive had have been amazing and attentive to my medical needs, when I can get in to see them... usually a few weeks out.

Kendaleigh Porter How is that my DISABLED mom can WALK all the way up the hill and to your clinic for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and the staff here REFUSED to see her. Claiming it was because she was late. We walked thru the doors before her scheduled appointment time. She was late due to this clinics long line to check in. Meanwhile this clinic only has one receptionist checking people in, out of the 3 receptionists that were in the office. This situation, on top of my previous experiences here. Is insane.
The fact you guys still have your license is absurd.

Jessica Day I have had nothing but positive experiences when I come here. The nurses are super friendly & down to earth. I actually felt like my doctor cared about what my concerns were. I felt heard & understood and we built a treatment plan around these concerns. I liked how information was shared amongst a team of doctors so I had the flexibility to see multiple providers at a variety of time slots making scheduling fairly easy. Oh and the facility is always super clean, there is covered parking for free in the garage next to the building AND there is a security guard that walks the garage area so I felt super safe.

Aeng I rarely leave reviews but the experience with Dr. Yun was not good. Yes, he actually misdiagnosed my family member. If properly diagnosed, my family member would have been able to avoid the current severe level of pain according to our primary care doctor. However, this review is less about the misagnosis and more about his attitude during the appt that eventually led to the misdiagnosis. He was sadly not interested in hearing the patient out and was quick to make his diagnosis, after which, he was not interested in listening to anything else the patient had to share. Our primary care doctor only took minutes upon carefully listening to everything shared before she quickly ruled out Dr. Yuns diagnosis.

Cliff Metcalfe I went in for food poisoning. They asked me if I had anything to drink. I told them that I had a couple of glasses of wine with my dinner about 12 hours prior. They treated me like I was just another drunkard, assuming I drank three or four bottles of wine which they thought was the reason I had passed out and hit my head. I told them I had food poisoning, was vomiting, faint and had severe diarrhea, which they completely ignored. They also refused to give me an IV for hydration, which is the reason why I came in. This ER is staffed with overworked and judgmental “caretakers” and I will never come here again for an emergency.

Shey Horrible hospital. The staff are rude and do not care about helping you at all. They assume you are a druggie or a drunk and dont dven try to help you. I went in for a kidney stone (unknowm to me at the time) in the worst pain ive ever been in. They said they were busy and it would be a few hours, which was fine. But they wouldnt even give me pain medicine to help in the meantime. I had never been to the ER before so after 3 hours I asked the check in clerk how the process worked and was told "they were bsuy and to sit down." After my CT scan i was throwing up so i asked the triage nurse for help and was met with the same "we are busy, go sit down" and wasnt given any assistance. After another 2 hours and 5 more times throwing up I asked for nausea medicine (not even pain meds despite being at an 8 or 9 on the pain scale) and was ignored. Fast forward another 2 hours and the shift changes thank god, so i ask the new nurse for help and she said she wasnt sure why i hadnt been helped and would ask the doctor to see me. Waited 9 hours to be told it was a kidney stone and to go home and drink lots of water since they couldnt help me... Their triage nurses and check in staff are so dismissive and rude. Why work in healthcare if you dont want to help people? Ive literally had better/more caring service at McDonalds for gods sake. The actual nurses themselves do seem like they want to help but they are clearly overworked and understaffed and rush you in and out and dont listen. If i had another emergency and this was the only hospital open I would literally rather just try to figure it out myself and potentially die rather than come back to this horrendous place. Go ANYWHERE else for help.

Brenda Bassano The worst place. My baby was having a problem so I called to speak to the pediatrician and the receptionist who is working today answered my call at 3:39pm she was very rude, she did not want to listen to what I had to say nor did she want to help me because she said that the only one authorized to talk about my daughter is my husband (which is not true because we are both authorized) and she refused to listen to my need, she told me to call when my husband is present even though I told her my baby was having a problem at that very moment, she made me feel like I had no value as a mother. People like her should not work at a place like that.
Then I was able to speak to another employee who was willing to help me, I gave her my information so that a nurse could help me with my babys diagnosis, I gave her my phone number so that the nurse could call me and they ended up calling my husband because they did not want to give me the information about my babys diagnosis.
Absolutely awful.

Mom A. “Ali” Wow,so I came to update my review because they called me and argued about the review I left and I find that its been removed !!!
So watch out because if they dont like what you say they will call and harass you. I emailed like they say in the response, and nobody replied, they called me and made excuses and argued with me about what happened. Then I just got ANOTHER call and ignored it because I feel harassed at this point.
I never got a treatment plan, nothing was said about getting fillings done, just an appointment for a cleaning and of course they quickly billed me,lol
Then I later find out I need a ton of work, why are they cleaning teeth that need fillings,or may be pulled ?
Why wouldnt they discuss everything with me ?
The receptionists are nice, the tech who does the cleanings is great, and unfortunately Im stuck going there because Ive already started and Im not paying someone else for x-rays and a consultation, and when you dont have dental insurance theres really no other place to go.

Richard Edwards I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years. Always the staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I love my doctor there. It has always been a good experience.
