Sheetal Kamboj I had a very bad and weird experience with this clinic. I had an appointment today i.e. 21st January and they had confirmed with me yesterday whether I will come for my appointment or not. They had also sent me a confirmation message. But today unfortunately they cancelled my appointment without any reason and are not even giving me the next available appointment as well. I had taken this appointment from December.

Mira Smith I had to switch doctors due to change in health insurance and reestablish care all over again. After a lot of searching and stressing, my coworker suggested this clinic and Im so glad I listened. Everyone I encountered there, from the front desk ladies (Jodie helped me with figuring out my new insurance card), James from the lab (the lightest poke I ever experienced) to my provider Sadat, are caring and friendly! My nurse practitioner is highly skilled, very patient-oriented, competent, talented professional with flawless bedside manners! I love how she’s always doing her best to be on time, never rashes you out and values your opinion. When a decision needs to be made she’s gently suggesting, never pushing. She’s also very responsive to messages on my chart and when I needed to be seen urgently she let me come in sooner.

Nawal A Dr. Myers showed a concerning lack of attention to my husband’s serious health issues. Despite clear indicators of diabetes (high A1C), high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and significant physical symptoms, Dr. Myers made no effort to address these issues comprehensively. Across two appointments, he did not conduct any physical exams on my husband or prescribe any relevant medications. Instead, he referred him for a sleep apnea study and advised him to “reduce stress,” without suggesting any actionable plan for managing his other health conditions. My husband is dealing with visible, painful swelling in his hands and feet, alongside multiple internal health issues that require urgent intervention. Dr. Myers, however, recommended meditation over any concrete treatment or nutritional guidance. He failed to provide necessary referrals or medication (except for smoking cessation) and showed no commitment to follow up on my husband’s condition. This experience has left us with no choice but to find a new provider. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend Dr. Shawn Myers to anyone. If you value thorough, compassionate care, be warned that he may disregard serious health concerns.

Itz Kirahhh I had my second visit with doctor Sadat after switching from Emily because she had to leave. And this was the worst experience ever at any doctor. She spent most of the appointment reminding me “we only have 10 minutes so choose one problem you’d like to address”. After looking at my labs and seeing I had high alkaline levels due to low vitamin D. Yet she did not send a prescription or even recommended vitamin D. I brought up my period because it’s been off. And she decided to do a pap smear for that I guess, but my last visit a Pap smear was brought up and she said since I’m 20 I’m not due for one yet but I think out of aggravation and an attempt to dehumanize and brush over my concerns she decided that was the best possible way to do that. After my pap she talked about birth control which I refused to be one. She insisted in recommending me to a gynecologist and even sent a referral in to get me on and discuss birth control. Anyone who’s been on birth control and EVERYONE in the medical field should know the terrible side effects of birth control. Which would have been worse for me due to my mental health diagnosis which they see the medication I’ve been on for that. So why would you recommend something that would make me worse to regulate my period and stop my period all together which she mentioned during the appointment. Don’t understand how that would be a solution but okay! Anyways would rather die then see her again …my second visit went like this. Absolutely crazy! Emily turnbill would never. We need more empathetic doctors how could you hire someone that could care less about your concerns and the medication you choose to be on smh.

Appt has been canceled. Would you like to reschedule?? What a sad world. I can hardly stand because of weakness and now she wants to reschedule. I am just so sad. No I dont want to reschedule. I want my appt. Sad sad world. I am just so done. At 72 yrs old I would never have thought. How cruel. .

Aurora Bartells I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are phenomenal and have really gone above and beyond for me. Thank you all for being so kind, patient, understanding, and good at your jobs! ♡♡♡ Edit: I have been coming here for almost ten years, and since my old dr left this place went down hill. They refuse to refill essential medication without an appointment, didn’t tell me this until my medication was due, then said the soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. They are playing with people’s lives and they do not care.

Rae If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and they have no respect for peoples time! If we are expected to be on time, then the doctors need to be ON TIME as well. Not have LAZY reception staff who sit at the front, with NO sense of urgency or haste in their motion. Instead they all just sit at the computer with their heads down "pretending " like their busy, then walk extra slow and wait until the line gets out the door before out of 5 of them ONE speaks up and says "next" before proceeding to take 20 minutes to check that ONE person in while the rest of are LATE now due to no fault of our own, waiting in line. Not only that but they LIE about the doctors board, I went last week and the board said "ALL DOCTORS ON TIME." My appointment was at 10:05, I got their on time. It took reception 30 minutes to do NOTHING!! At 10:30 I was checked in and sent back to room 15. Where I waited another 20 minutes for a nurse to come in and do her nurse stuff, which took another 15 minutes. All for the nurse to say at the end "oh Im sorry the doctor is running 20 to 30 minutes behind she has another patient.." tf that got to do with me??? At this point its 11:00 at this point. I wanted until 11:45 and still no doctor. I got up and walked out. I have fibroids and cervix issues and to be honest if the doctors dont care like they show THEN I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and I will warn as many people as possible about the lack of customer care and service this joke of an office has to offer. Do better. Our lives may not be important to you but we matter to someone !! SHAME on this office and health point as a whole!

Misha Bell Ive been a patient Dean Namako for about 5yrs. When I became his patient I had numerous health issues and was in terrible shape. He was always very attentive and was always looking for ways to assist me on my long road to recovery. Today Im on the other side of the spectrum and getting better by the day. Yes I had to do the work but he was a big part of my recovery. I cant say enough good things about this man. I will be forever grateful for having such a kind doctor in my time of need. Thank You

Juniper Friday Pros: The nurses, dental staff, and doctors have all been wonderful to work with. Very caring and good listening to what I need. I needed 1 unexpected root canal and a cavity treatment and the dental staff were lovely. Cons: This is an undersupported low-income clinic and the front desk staff are often exhausted or overworked and dont provide quality care. You must arrive 10-15 minutes before your CHECK IN time in order to hopefully make it through the waiting line or youll get sent home/appointment will be rescheduled. Its incredibly frustrating. I have been checked in incorrectly (either name or birthdate) multiple times. Trying to get into the patient portal was nigh on impossible, and when I tried to update my insurance they said I had to come in to the clinic or directed me to the portal. If you have any kind of sensory issues, particularly to sound, this can be an intense space to navigate. The lobby has a high pitched HVAC ringing and if youre there for any kind of dental work, be sure to bring noise cancelling headphones or some kind of ear protection. There are no rooms for each patient, but little "cubicles" divided by cabinets so you can hear everything. I was encouraged by the dental staff to bring headphones or earplugs and it helped so much. While I am deeply thankful for access to care, this has been a very frustrating experience.

Benjamin Madison Doctor made me feel like an idiot for even coming in and potentially exposing her. Im not looking to expose my illness to anyone, but I have had pneumonia in the past and wanted to make sure that that wasnt what I was experiencing this time around. She acted annoyed and short. At one point she checked my right ear, and the instrument she was using was quite uncomfortable in my ear, so I instinctually moved my head away from her, and she pulled the instrument out and when I asked her how it looked she said "I dont know, you were moving your head away." I found myself apologizing to her and feeling stupid for even taking the time out of my day to visit the clinic.

Melissa Liu My rating is for Dr. Lehman. She is an absolute gem. If you are in need of a new primary care provider, she is it. She is kind, listens to my concerns, and provides a thorough explanation of all the options. She provides supportive solutions and does not pressure me in to one direction or another, focusing on what options will fit best in to my life style. I am so happy to have moved to KP and have Dr. Lehman as my primary care provider.

James Jakubowski Thoroughly disgusted with Kaiser reduced availability for appointments for footcare. Supposed to be able to see a practioner every 2 months but next available appointment scheduled was for February 5, an additional 22 days over 2 months. Was told that it was only going to get worse in 2025 as they will be reducing footcare slots even more. Totally unacceptable.

Bianca Magallon This place is a complete joke. They make you pay before the appointment and that says it all. Measuring your height with boots and a hat on? The eye exam with your glasses on? They just want and need your money. They couldn’t care less about providing any service for you. I wish I read the most recent reviews before scheduling. My bank was nice enough to refund me due to the bad service. They called us a week later saying they are sending it to collections.

Melissa Brown If I could give this office negative stars I ABSOLUTELY would Dr. Mann has NO COMPASSION and her receptionist is equally uncaring. When I called them for help with my medical concern, they told me “it doesn’t matter and is not our problem” and refused to help me. All I was trying to do is get a refill on my thyroid and blood pressure medicine after they UNEXPECTEDLY AND WITHOUT WARNING closed their Orting office. (That is a whole different issue.) They wanted me to come in for an appointment, which is fine…but I told them I was completely out of medicine (i send in my refill order early to avoid issues when I go to pick up my meds, but because the pharmacy kept sending the refill request to their closed office, I didn’t realize that it didn’t get filled until I went to pick it up) I asked if they could send over permission for the pharmacy to give me a few to get by. I was told no; then I reiterated that I didn’t have anymore medicine that is when I was told it doesn’t matter and it was not their problem. Uncaring and unprofessional.

Chris Norman My experience has been horrible here. First visit there the office staff are all on phones and made it seem like I’m interrupting their personal time when trying to check in for appointment. Lots of attitude and unprofessional personal here. I had a prescription that is needed weekly obviously for my health. Dr. Mahn required me to call before any refills to get approval because of controlled substance and would disappear for weeks in with no calls back, no staff to take care of her patients at all. I called numerous times just went to a full mailbox just to get a call back days later with an office staff member with an attitude. I called back second time to check eta on refill because they never called back as promised and got hung up on because I asked if there’s anyone else that fills in for Dr. Mahn I could get a refill approval from. Very un professional staff and Dr. and I will not be coming back. How can you disappear for weeks on and not take care of your patients or leave someone in charge? Now I have health issues I have to address for not having my much needed prescription on weekly basis. Lack of care from Dr. Mahn and her staff I’m very disappointed.

Marta Pentzke Dr Andersen was really nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable, I appreciate how he took his time to listen to me and carefully explaining the pros and cons of each Treatment. I didnt know what to expect since he was assigned as my PCP but Im definitely happy with the results and I would recommend him to anyone. Megan was also really nice and friendly. The practice is also really clean and cozy

M K Every single person I had an encounter was nice, friendly and caring. However, the doctor prescribed 2 medications I did not have any discussions with anyone on my appointments. One conflicted with other treatment I am receiving from the other doctor, despite the fact I clearly stated that I am seeing the other doctor since my very first visit. This could have been very dangerous had I not paid any attention to warning part of drug information I received from pharmacy. The second one was not necessary since I am already taking it. I will still go back, but I just hope the doctor would discuss with me before he sends prescriptions to the pharmacy.

Tarron Do not waste your time. I read a bunch of reviews but decided to give this place a call anyway because they take my insurance and maybe they will have a provider to see me soon. They do not have an appointment available until November and thats not even with an MD. She said most are all booked out until February. When you have staffing issues so bad that your next available appointment isnt for 5 months, that means your management team from the top down in incompetent and doesnt treat their staff well so they cant keep doctors on staff which means you will not be provided with thorough, comprehensive treatment no matter what the your issue is.

K. D. Dont bother with this facility; they will schedule an appointment, and confirm said appointment with you multiple times, only to cancel when you show up. If the team is this incompetent, I wouldnt take medical advice from them. Do yourself a favor and choose any medical group outside of this one. After multiple confirmations, I showed up only to be told their DO “Doctor” canceled my appointment when I needed medical attention and could have seen ANOTHER real doctor. These incompetent clowns wasted my time with an uncaring and callous staff that has a 100% I couldnt care any less attitude. They excel only in the areas of incompetence and motivation to provide abysmal customer service. I would fire their management team, retrain the staff, get new doctors, and keep anyone who can show up on time as a start. They even confirmed the day before to me via text! Yes, I am sending them an invoice for what amounts to the doctor not showing up to my appointment, wasting my time taking off work, traveling to them, and the fact I now have to bill them.

Mani Ka I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received from Dr. Heather Rudisill- my primary care provider. She went above and beyond by promptly responding to my message and ordering lab tests through my online chart. What really impressed me was her dedication—after seeing my test results, she even took the time to reply on a Sunday! Its rare to find such attentive and proactive healthcare. I feel very fortunate to be under her care and highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Rudisill and her team- Manpreet

James Morrison Hard to image a more ridiculous and pathetic doctors office. Came in for a simple blood draw ahead of a routine visit and instead of relaxing in their big waiting room I was herded to the back and forced to stand in a crowded, dirty hallway with 6 other suckers for 35 minutes to receive a simple blood draw. For the love of GOD clean your office building!!!!!

Ang My partner was transferred from Urgent care to this hospital for surgery. They were simply wonderful, everyone that came to talk to us and help my partner always introduced themselves and informed us what they were doing which put us at ease knowing what was happening at all times. My partner has extreme anxiety and did not like pushing the call button for assistance. The staff made sure to remind them often to push it for any help and asked if they needed anything every time they checked on them. Super attentive and caring. It really put us at ease knowing there was always someone to help if anything happened.

Tray L Update:::::for surgery center: Excellent. Wonder staff and care 10 out of 10!!!!! For ER! Horrible. Disgusting rude receptionist right now. My family member came in with full-blown gallbladder attack. Was on the ground puking. They stuck her in waiting room and said it was a 4 hour wait. So she went to st Anthonys desperate for help. They sent her back and shes been there 3 hours. Social worker ignoring them two hours. Im filing complaints with proper authorities. She needs to lie down. The receptionist was snippy ride pompous uncaring and yes I lost it on her. Ill be speaking to an attorney. My family is still sitting their. No patient advocate is there. I asked to talk to charge nurse. She said no. They came from st Anthonys with admission Papers room unattended for 1 hour. Supposed too be admitted

Valerie Rotter My brother had ALS and ended up in the emergency room at St Michael’s. He received excellent care. The nurses and doctors were very attentive. He passed away in a few days. Sheri Silver I have taken my mom here many times for various procedures over the years. (Were here now, actually.) The facility is clean, the design is uplifting, and the main lobby is gorgeous! Cafeteria food is decent. Every visit has always been pleasant with staff going out of their way to make my mom comfortable. The nurses and assistants are both friendly and professional. We appreciate that theyre willing to engage in fun banter, and arent overly robotic. Today my mom was blessed to be cared for by Ben, Karley, Chelsea, and Liumi. They each have wonderful and sweet personalities, and they seem to enjoy their jobs. The only "negative" thing weve ever encountered here was a less than cordial receptionist, one time, a few years ago. So Im happy to give this place a "highly recommend".

Bruny Stepper Few weeks before I took my 6 yr old daughter for stomach flu and shes crying so badly it broke hearts of other patients waiting there but the receptionist has no mercy and asked us to wait. We waited for 45 minutes and then she took BP, weight and asked us to wait again ! By this time my daughter cries more intensely due to pain and I literally begged to take her in urgently but she refused to let us in. Finally 15 mins later they called us in, asked us to take multiple tests and stuff and then said they dont have treatments for stomach flu ! They didnt run the bill through insurance and sent us the same expensive bill twice despite being given insurance details ! Today, my husband took our son for severe constipation and instead of taking my sons details, they took my husbands details thinking hes the patient ! My son was crying so badly but the reception made them wait for an hour. At this point my husband got pissed off and left the hospital ! When you have a kid crying so badly, thats a definite urgent care patient so kindly take them in for treatment immediately! Let my kids be the last of this worst scenario ! Please get your priorities according to the urgency of patients!

She’s caring, informative, helpful and always treats us amazing. Her assistant Shatoya … hands down one of the greatest, it’s always a pleasure going in and being treated by these ladies. They excel at their job, you can tell they love what they do by the way they treat us. Great teamwork from them. Sometimes the wait time can go for a little longer but it’s totally worth it ! 10/10

Grey Banana The staff are nice. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, I took my daughter here recently and they checked us in on time but left us in the room for over 45 minutes with no communication. Had to leave because I couldn’t wait there indefinitely. I was disappointed because to get an appointment with them takes ages. Next time I will have to budget for an additional hour after the scheduled appointment time in case they forget about us again.

Stephanie Abken The nurses get 5 stars and a certain doctor gets 1 star after telling me Im too hypersensitive after a gun shot when I have tunes coming out everywhere. I have a few surgeries lined up because of the gun shot and this doctor refused a pain management specialist! Also didnt give any bed sore bandages after I told him leave the large one on please. He didnt listen and took all of them off. My surgeons told me to go to my PCP for a referral for pain management bur instead all I got was Im to hypersensitive!

Love Juanè I hate to leave this review but I’ve seen Dr. Joel Carey 3 times, and each time, I was subject to discrimination and what I believe is a mixture of confirmation, perception, and gender bias. The reason for me actually leaving this review is because I’m truly concerned for other patients and the complaints against him need to be taken serious and truly investigated. Dr. Carey has been beyond judge mental and he is the type to make your decision for you or leave you with no choice. Two of the 3 times I have seen him, he has literally refused treatment to me due to his personal beliefs. His mental health seems off to me. I do believe he knows medicine but I don’t think he knows how to separate his personal opinions and beliefs from work, which is NOT OKAY. His practice is unethical. I filed a complaint with Patient Relations but who knows what or if any steps will be taken to address his behavior. *UPDATE/RESPONSE FROM CLINICAL CHIEF* I received a letter from the Clinic Chief, basically confirming what I expected. The letter consisted of them pointing out my wrongdoings, addressing clinical policies, and warning me failure to comply with the policies will end up with them dismissing me from UW clinics. They never addressed my concerns (NO SURPRISE!). Nowhere in the letter did they provide explanation to the serious allegations I brought forth. I have researched patient reviews of this provider and again, I’m not shocked by the reviews patients have left. I’m not the only person that believes this doctor is unethical. I will say this, the way I reacted during my appointment was a natural reaction. However, I do apologize for my behavior. I should’ve just walked out and left. My behavior was unprofessional but not to the point of being disruptive, as the letter falsely stated. Since I have the time now, I will not leave this matter alone. UW has shown me that serious allegations brought forth aren’t taken seriously, and they will not questions their provider’s behavior, patient care, and integrity.

Maria Azucena Enciso They have the worst front desk service. As a person waiting in line and seeing the front desk girls gossiping, makes very upset. Waiting in line for at least 8-10 mins. and to be called on by the same girl who is gossiping and unable to help was infuriating. I was disappointed by not only her, but the lack of training, sympathy they have towards their clientele.

Faisa Farole The front desk staff are heartless. I actually confirmed my children’s schedule a day before and they are telling us only one got confirmed and we have to be on waitlist for the second child in the chance that someone one might but show up. We come to this clinic just to see Dr. Mustafe. Unfortunately today is our last day here.

Clayton Hefley Dental services here use old outdated technology and when I asked for a second opinion the dentist became verbally abusive and demanding. Mocked patients for having close family in the room. I would never go here for medical services again.

Brian Made an appointment for Covid-19 vaccination. Was able to get it the same day. Waiting outside in a long line with no movement. About 10 ahead of me and heard there were 3 in the waiting room. A worker was passing by the line to insure all had an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes in line with no movement and being told it would be about a one hour delay, I had to leave. Doing the math counting the number of heads x 5 minutes to get you setup and another 15 minutes to monitor after the shot, it would be more then the hour she was indicating. Why make an appointment it than to pile people up outside.

Tom Johnson I took my daughter to get the pediatric Phizer vaccine (both doses, so two trips), and it worked great. Its easy to park here and they are flexible about appointment times. The staff are friendly and the nurses administering the vaccine are also kid-friendly and nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

Jamie Brandt I see Dr. Eller and she is lovely. I feel like she takes time to understand what youre going through and has worked with me to find medications that can best help my problems. Nurses and receptionists were kind too! Please remember (with in reason) to be kind and understanding to staff. Working customer service is more mentally taxing than people realize. Be kind to others, they will be kind to you.

Kaylee Yaeger I generally like the staff and facility, but they overload their primary care doctors. My doctor always has a 5-6 month wait list, which then causes them to cancel my prescriptions because its been too long since Ive seen my doctor, but I literally cant get in any sooner.

josh helms First doctor visit in about a decade. This facility is definitely finding ways to be more efficient with both your time and the staffs by having you take your paperwork to your assigned room as soon as you check in! I saw doctor Brelsford, who seems like a very forthright, modern, and friendly doctor. Definitely a great choice for a family practitioner.

Mila Archer ER wait was pretty long. Triage nurse was not friendly but the nurses and Dr. Wallace were prompt and helpful once we got a room. They sent my baby home with zofran. Get to the pharmacy which is 24hrs at 0450. The pharmacist is helping another patient. He sees me standing there but when he’s done doesn’t help me. He walks to the back and sits down. I’m like wtf is going on here. My daughter is in pain and it’s now 0500. I walk over to the other window he put up a sign saying restroom break be back at 0515. I’m at the first window, he put it up in the third window. If you see someone waiting at the window why wouldn’t you greet them or say ANYTHING AT ALL other than nothing! That is the rudest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m a nurse and I’d never do something like that. It’s not a peak time at all.

Samim Noori I arrived at the emergency room at 2:00 AM. I waited for 2 hours. After that they called me in. A nurse came to gathered information, and said wait for the doctor , I waited another 3 hours in the room for the doctor because The doctors changed shifts without checking on us, leaving us for the next shift’s doctor. This is not good behavior. they should value patients. My 8-month-old baby had a 104°F fever, yet they left us waiting. Finally, after a total of 5 hours, the doctor came. Please Dont delay treatment just because of a shift change! Dont make patients wait for hours without updates! Dont prioritize shift changes over patient care!

Catie Juday Took my 4 year old in, and we were taken back within 20 minutes. The nurses were awesome and incredibly kind. They did everything they could to make my kiddo as comfortable as possible. Offering coloring box books and Popsicles. Gave her juice and a warm blanket when she asked. The doctor was wonderful. She calmed my mind and was patient and caring. It was a great experience as far as going to the er is concerned.

Matthew We brought my child here after being told to just "wait it out" by another local hospital that gave no diagnosis. That being said, Im glad we followed our instinct and brought my child to Mary Bridge. As others have stated, its a super long wait at the ER, we were told the last party waited 8 hours for a room. But after nudging the triage nurses due to my childs health declining, they got us in within 3 hours. Which is still long, but I understand since it was a full house. Once in the room, the emergency medical team was prompt in diagnosing my child and planning the treatment. My child ended up having to be admitted for 8 days as an in-patient with 24 hours of full-time care. I feel the care that was received was the best one could experience from the in-patient nurses to the pediatricians and surgical staff.

Sarah Neff While its not the best situation to be in, the behavioral health unit is alright. I really enjoyed the staff, while having been there three times, all the staff were really nice. You could request to talk to any of the therapists or chaplains (everyone loves Becky, so she was always here) which is really nice, too. I appreciated the care there.

Perry Townsend I was recently hospitalised and spent one night here. I was positive for COVID and most staff treated me quite well. However, the kitchen staff were very rude and never brought the food I called to order. They brought what they thought I should have apparently. I was told they didn’t want to come inside “the COVID room”. So why not take my phone order and have the CNA deliver it to me? A second complaint was that there was no number to call on the discharge paperwork if you had issues at home. I ended up having to return to the ER again today. There should be follow up from them after a hospital stay. My primary clinic I usually go to always calls and checks the next day even for minor procedures. Overall, I had a good experience. The doctors, nurses, and CNAs were professional, friendly, and caring.

Dino Daquila My review is not about the treatment I received it’s about the billing team. I had to get a cortisone shot in my lower back. (They did 2 needle pricks on this visit) well about 2 months later I get a bill for almost 9k for this and it said insurance wasn’t covering it. I call my carrier and they explained that because of the way it was coded I needed to answer a questioner which I did. While on the phone with my insurance company they called Evergreen and told them it was indeed covered and was submitted for payment. A couple weeks later I start getting late notices. Well short version is they didn’t care that insurance had a payment coming they wanted me to start paying 1k a month. I called evergreen every step of the way, I have asked for a supervisor call 3 times and still have not heard back. I stayed on top of this and they were not willing to work with me at all. What a crappy experience, I will avoid Evergreen going forward!!!

Louis Oblock My 91 year old father went to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland for a routine check for possible internal bleeding. He was in stable condition before he went in, but they allowed his condition to deteriorate to a point where he was in critical condition. Instead of treating him the doctor on his case pushed us to withdraw all care for him. She was rude and arrogant when I tried to ask questions. I had to stand by and watch my father die after a few days in the hospital. I still remember the last two days as he gasped for breath and no one would help him. I would never take someone I loved to this hospital. It should be shut down as a threat to the community and the physician prohibited from practicing medicine in Washington state.

Revathi N I would like to share my experience during my delivery. I went to the hospital the first day and was sent back for false pains and was just provided with pain killers and sleep tablets. The second day despite of of my water breaking twice, once at home and another time in the hospital itself. I was refused to be admitted as their tests returned negative. As I was finally leaving, my water broke once more and even then they were only ready to give me medication like sleep tablets and pain killers. Then they finally decided to do all alternative method and this time the tests came back positive and I was admitted. This whole process took about 7 hours of me suffering before I was admitted. The staff too had to apologize later on for their inconvenient service. After this whole situation though, staff was very caring and took very good care of me and my baby. I just wish it wasnt such a long time taking and delayed process before I was admitted. Like to advise to investigate into it and take appropriate measures, tools to be able to diagonise to avoid such experiances possible and make it smooth. Would also like to know more on why the team, tools could not help diagnise correct and what at are the corrective measures taken. Over all we are very happy and loved the care taken in this journey

So many people, myself included, have been scammed by them. They make it seem that this is a very real company by giving you order number and pin number but no one answers the phone numbers they provide and will give you the run around if you email them.

Diana Ramirez Im writing what it seems to be a very common issue with this office location. Ive previously missed a phone call appt in Sept. due to personal issues, I was then pushed into October for my next phone appt. I had no issues with this. I understood and accepted it. The date of my next appt. I received no phone call, no voicemail. Ive called several days in a row to get in contact with the office and left them a voicemail as well. None of which were acknowledged with the front desk. I was repeatedly told by her that Ive received many calls from them and 2 voicemail were left between 2 days. October 30 ( day of appt & Oct 31st). On my phone record, I have zero missed calls and NO VOICEMAILS from Auburn WIC. But i am accused of sharing false information since they have "notes" and they are correct. Ive never had any issues receiving calls or voicemails from them in the past 4 years. So it is interesting, now im pushed out 1 1/2 month again. I was supposed to receive a call from a supervisor ,and go figure, never received that either. For an establishment that is supposed to help families and women, this location is far from it with its lack of care for its clients and basic customer serivce skills. I have never received such a terrible experience from wic within the course of 13 years of working with them.

Alex I came here for an appt that was at 12:40, took them 30 extra mins to room me. I was a little frustrated because I had prior engagements. So I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she informed me the doctor was behind so probably about a hour. I waited because I didn’t have time to come the next day. I was a little irritated because of the miscommunication with who I scheduled with and the person I was speaking to at the office. I ended getting an exam and I guess the doctor wasn’t too happy with me over the interaction with receptionist because she shoved the speculum very aggressively in me and it hurt. Never have had that experience before. I don’t recall her name but she was short with graying hair and an accent. Might not want to schedule a visit with her since she can’t seem to remain professional and took her frustrations out on my insides.

Alexandria Baker This is the most disorganized, unhelpful service location I have ever been to. After 3 separate trips in, I have yet to be helped in attaining an Orca Lift card. Apparently there is only one person in the office who can actually help, and they take lunch breaks in excess of an hour and a half. Of course, that is not noted online as part of the listed hours of operation, and they often leave an hour early. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Even if its farther away, youll save your time and your sanity.

Shanice Gayden Everyone’s nice, but why isn’t anyone answering the phones at the front desk each time I call? I hate having to rely on someone calling back because sometimes I step away from my phone, and it seems like stuff gets dragged out when all I want to do is schedule an appointment. Of course, I consider how many calls you guys might get each day, just wish there was a better system set up where I wouldn’t have to stare at the phone until I get a call.

They ensured all my preferences were honored, creating a comforting and supportive environment. The nurses and doctors provided exceptional care, ensuring both mom and baby were comfortable and safe. The facility was clean, well-equipped. Highly recommend this center for a smooth and caring childbirth experience. Later on the ER room They were attentive to my son needs, and efficient in providing treatment. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this ER for anyone seeking prompt and high-quality medical care.

star gurl We had a family member that recently had a surgery here we appreciate the surgeon and the anesthesiologist along with the PA team however very disappointed with the nursing care we were on the 7th floor for post Orthopedic surgeries and our nurse Annika failed to provide thorough nursing care and lacked compassion. She was passive aggressive and unprofessional at times. No nursing assessments were done by either day shift or night shift nurses. And the standard of care just seemed very low did not feel like my family member was given the care that they needed after surgery. Did not feel like family member care needs were met again appreciate the surgical team but very disappointed in the nurses. The night shift nurse didnt even know where the operation happened. Also was relying on family member for skin assessment when that could have been done by the nurse herself. Also notice lack of proper hand hygiene and IVs were not being flushed

Annie I want to give 5 stars for the great nurses and doctors whom have helped me here, but there is a problem sometimes with understanding my allergy. In the triage before being sent back, I explained as I sat down that I have a severe alcohol sensitivity. Please don’t use alcohol based products near me. If it is used near me and I inhale the vapor, my tongue and throat can swell shut. I have an epi pen for it, but have to avoid being near alcohol based vapors. The man nodded and then proceeded to pump hand sanitizer into his hands and then reach for my wrist. WTH?! I was there because of rebound swelling in the back of my throat after a previous exposure. He wasn’t really listening and even as I explained it again, it didn’t register. It has happened other times, despite the hospital putting signs on my door and once, when I fell asleep, someone used alcohol based products in the room, so I woke up choking and with my heart beating like crazy. They had to stop my iron infusion and give me IV Benadryl and other stuff. The staff is really great, but maybe there needs to be more education around weird allergies. I will be having surgery there later this year and to be honest, I am afraid it will happen again when I cannot communicate or protect myself and potentially be the end of me. 5 stars for kindness, just taking 2 off because this shouldn’t happen.

Heavenini seumae-Hayes Would not recommend, the night staff shouldn’t even be working the ER, all night all that I’ve heard was them talking and gossiping, they talked so much that I had to walk out the room to ask for pillows and blankets, because obviously common sense was not kicking in for these people. A hospital is suppose to make you feel safe, and welcomed no matter the situation. I in my honest opinion did not get that. I would rather you all go to Highline AKA St.MARY’S hospital. Atleast the healthcare workers over there show compassion and care to the patient and the patient’s family. And to add to it this was not the first time I’ve had problems with the night staff on the ER. This is the second time but now I know in a life or death situation I would not have anyone from VMC accommodate me due to the lack of everything I’ve seen thus far throughout the ER. Everywhere else in the hospital is okay, could be a little better but I’d rather be at vmc for an appointment or something that depend on them in the ER!

Becka Temple I had my baby here 23 years ago. I haven’t been back until last week because I moved out of the area. But last week my mom was admitted through the ER. Most Emergency Rooms are chaotic and the staff are totally frazzled. Here, they were welcoming and cheerful! Even security was great! We were there to get a visitors pass and the lady working that station was so patient, so understanding, and so kind. We had a lot of other family there and it was like playing hot potato juggling who’s back there and who’s not. I was really emotional about running into a family member that I stay away from, and with my mom being in serious condition I just needed to rant. I unexpectedly and embarrassingly ranted to her. But she listened to me with empathy. I quickly caught myself and apologized but she just smiled and said it was ok. I appreciate her being so approachable, even though I shouldn’t have involved her at all. Once I ranted, I was totally ok and over it. So visitors desk lady, thank you so much! The ER nurse was the absolute best. She was really good with my mom. She filled us in on everything we needed to know because my mom was in denial of the full story. (I have the legal right to know) The doctor back there was super cool. All in all her entire stay- a week and a half in the hospital- was just phenomenal. She had a doctor who was so dedicated to her patients that she went above and beyond to solve the puzzle and find out what was happening, and how to treat my mom. It was very serious, and she made sure that my mom had all the proper care to send her home stable with referrals. They did a ton of tests and imaging and she has the tools she needs now to proceed with outside care. I’m eternally grateful to everyone there.

Communication went well between staff and since he was doing well he was discharged less than 24 hours from arrival. The room was clean, spacious and well lit. The nurse managed ekg and minor ultrasound in the room in addition to other nursing tasks. Very competent and efficient! Highly recommend this hospital!

Kaveh Saleminejad I know it’s pointless to write a review for the only 24-hour emergency center in the Covington and Kent area and many patients have no other option but to go there in an emergency, and that’s exactly why they don’t care about their patients. But if you have a choice, you might find this useful before going there. My 8-year-old son hit his head on the wall, leaving him with a bump and a congested nose. We took him to Multicare Covington Medical Center at 11:30 PM when there were only three other patients in the waiting area. A nurse briefly checked him and told us that only a doctor could order an X-ray for a child, so we had to wait for the doctor. Naturally, we expected this to take 30 minutes to an hour. We ended up waiting until 4:30 AM,five hours, without ever being seen by a doctor. Despite asking multiple times about the delay, we were repeatedly told that they didn’t have a vacant bed and needed to send some patients to the hospital first. However, we could clearly see them taking in other patients while my son struggled to breathe. At 4:30 AM, my son, exhausted and in tears, opened his eyes and begged me to take him home. And that’s exactly what we did, leaving without ever seeing a doctor. Again, I know they don’t care, and I know that for many people in this area, there is no alternative. But if you have the option to drive a little farther, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Andrew Davis Terrible standard of care at this hospital. I took my wife to the ER for severe abdominal pain on February 14, 2025. Actually trying to get care was a nightmare. We were visited by the billing department, orderlies, and janitors. But seeing a nurse or a doctor was too much for the staff at this hospital. The charge nurse, I believe her name was Heidi, was rude and condescending whenever I asked for an update. So after 5 hours with zero care, we left. Any and all future hospital needs will be at Swedish. If you are keen on being ignored this is the hospital for you. Also, be advised to read any after visit reports as they falsified my wife’s medical records. She went in for an issue with her gallbladder and the staff wrote she came in for alcoholic pancreatitis. She does not drink alcohol nor was she having any issues with her pancreas, they straight up lied and falsified her medical records.

Lexi Fons They do the best they can especially with how busy it clearly gets. The patients can be quite rude and impatient which makes sense as to why the nurses/doctors may not always be in the best mood. I went on a super busy Monday night and they were filled and still communicated and were very kind. They do have a long wait time but it’s understandable given how busy the ER tends to get. Wish the people reviewing had more compassion for others! Happy holidays!

Erin Badziong I waited 3 months to take my daughter to the gastroenterologist, Dr Gupta. They cancelled on me 10 minutes before the appointment due to a power outage. They rescheduled her for two weeks later, squeezing her in, then called and cancelled that appointment. Now I’m being told she can’t get in for another three months and they refuse to schedule earlier as an urgent appointment, even though she’s been miserable all year. To top it off I’m being sent letters saying we were a no-show on the cancelled appointment and scheduling telling me they can’t remove that label. Mary Bridge is a mess to deal with.

Kate Calixterio I do NOT recommend Dr Kelly. I want to preface this by saying that the nurse was incredibly kind and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable however the doctor was really really terrible; by terrible I dont mean rude I just mean a very unprofessional person. He came in was really kind checked her eyes and then said yes I see the problem and then told me she could GO BLIND but we should WAIT 4 months with literally NO treatment plan. I was really confused, could go blind? wait 4 months? I have no knowledge of anything on eyes, but after being told she could go blind I was shocked and really didnt know what to say. He told me very little, didnt tell me a name for what she had or anything. I left feeling incredibly confused and lost. I tried calling the nurse/doctors office a few hours after I left--I tried to give me time to digest the information-- but never received a call back. 2 days later I called and waited on hold for the longest time and then the woman kept hanging up on me. I called back a number of times and every time was hung up on before I could even speak with them.

Brett Smith Beware to this place. My daughter needed some emotional support so we headed to the ER for simple support. We paid the deductible on our insurance, at that point they made us wait in a room until Doctor came in they chatted and left. About 3 hours later a social worker came to talk. After this we left. No treatment of any kind was given and after that I received the bill over $6000 dollars!
