Amanda Ford Horrible place on the billings part. I had taken my son back in 2022. I am visiting out of town and to take my son to urgernt care the visit itself was great, fast forward to now. I had gotten a call from a number i did not recognize and they had left a voicemail, i had listened to the voicemail and it was from a collections agency which was odd because I have never recived a bill nor a phone call. I called the agency back and they had told me it was from this clinic from 2022. I called the clinic to see if they can get the bill deffered and verify if they billed my health insurance, i have spoken to Alliyah Green and was advised that my health insurance needed me to verifty no other primary insurance and agree to pay and they will defer it out of collections. So i made the call and the representative advised me that they were never billed so i then did a three way call with my health insurance and the clinic so they were aware. My insurace also told them that they have that we are doubled insured so my other insurnace is primary in which the billing department has on file and was adivsed as well. I get a call back from billing the next day saying if i pay the bill to the clinic in full they will defere the bill out of collections. They will not re bill my insuruance correctly, they also inmputed my address wrong so i never recived a bill. Their claim is that i was "aware" of the outstanding balance because they "called" me and left a voicemail which i looked back into my call history and my archive and delted voicemails i never recived it. Not only they had my addreas wrong they never billed my insurance and now are refusing to defer the bill and re bill my insurance correctly on which they had the information on file from the day i took my son in there. I am now not getting any response back from their director jen charlo who is refusing to correct their mistake.

Tatyana P Scheduled an appointment for the Pain Management department for my father and planned for time off work to attend. My father spent 45 minutes filling out paperwork just to be told by reception the appointment was scheduled on a providers SCHEDULED DAY OFF. The receptionist proceeded to place the blame on training rather than taking any real accountability or attempting to make things right. My father is now having to continue to suffer in pain, waiting another 2 weeks to be seen. To add insult to insult to iniury, he was told the paperwork he filled out was no good. Train your staff to avoid disasters like this! It is unacceptable because the providers are wonderful.

Christina Martin The providers at Samaritan are excellent, and they are not nearly as overbooked as Confluence, because they dont have ridiculous turnover. However, the constant and useless red tape at every turn is irritating, and the organization appears to be completely technologically incompetent. MyChart doesnt sync properly, phone messages get lost in the system, and occasionally you cant get through at all. There is no other way to contact them, and if the patient is 12-17 MyChart isnt even an option. We still have providers at Samaritan because their providers are so good; but if you like modern technology and dislike red tape be aware that it will not always be smooth sailing.

Malissa perez Im not giving names because its noted in my chart who I saw but its not likely anything will be addressed. I went in and it was recommended I have an ultrasound. Waited a week for the phone call to schedule appt, called the clinic to find out they had not put in the referral. Later the same day I get a call to schedule the ap forpt and when I asked when the referral was received, I was told it was received that day. Then when I finally got the results, I didnt get a call from a doctor or nurse, or any kind of follow up. Im grateful I can understand the report so I know nothing isseriously wrong with me but it would have been nice to have some kind of follow up so I could ask a question. This was 4 months ago. They definitely communicated with me when it came to needing the bill paid though.

Lisa T I love the smaller office setting and Dr. Peterson is fantastic. Their staff is wonderful and I never have a long wait. Im much happier with the care of my child here. One of the receptionist and her husband knit newborn hats to give out. I thought that was a nice gesture. So happy I left Confluence.

V S-K Dr. Peterson has changed our lives for the better. The clinic and its staff are professional, empathetic and always work with us to get the best results for our child. You have no idea how many hoops we have had to jump in order to try to get the best care. We couldnt be happier.

Greg Becken If you are looking for pediatric doctor that can make you feel like you are failing as a parent then this the place for you. It starts at the front counter and the treatment continues all the way back the exam room. You can have your questions answered in a condescending tone and dripping in sarcasm. This has been the worst experience at the doctors office and is a poor representation of the Samaritan Healthcare.

Cynthia Squires Hard to get an appointment. Then when I made effort to go in for the Medicare wellness check my doctor came in for 30 seconds, at which time I reminded her that I was past due for my annual blood work (due to bariatric surgery and prior issues with malnutrition) she said no problem she would order it and I could stop by the lab anytime. I went to the lab and they did take blood for the Hepatitis check that medicare recommends but not for my normal blood work. There mistake but now they insist I come in for another visit just to get the blood work ordered. Really frustrating and I think I need to go to Confluence where they seem to be much more concerned with patient satisfaction.

Nancy Franco Highly recommend hospital. Staff is amazing. The care they provide is out standing. The coffee shop they have in the hospital called Mason’s Place is so good. The baristas are so friendly and professional. A nice treat to cheer anyone’s day.

Darren Simpson I was seen in the walk-in on September 25th. I was in a lot of pain in my legs. My granddaughter had to wheel me in to the facilities. From check in to being taken back to a room was less than 10minutes. The nurse was very nice and got all of my information. The PA was in a few minutes. He was very thorough and concerned about my condition. Talked with me and my granddaughter, explaining what he was going to do. I needed x-rays. X-ray techs were nice and spot on. I was then taken back to the room and the Dr. was not far behind. Come to find out I had severely sprained my knee and my ankle and messed up everything in between. We discussed my plan of action. As i was already taking pain meds for a long term issue, he was unable to prescribe me anything. i told him i already knew that and was not looking for any. He prescribed a brace and wrap. The only issue I had with the entire visit from beginning to end was the poor medical person that had to fit the brace. She did her best but unfortunately was unsuccessful to get it properly fitted. Did well on the ankle wrap. All in all was a very successful visit. And I will be going back if needed.

ace hawk1289 I went there to get a second opinion from my Dr. and he was unavailable. I saw Dr. Wolfendale, she was very understanding and explained what was going on with pictures. The medicine she prescribed for me helped me sleep through the night. I woke up but the pain was not so bad that I was able to get back to sleep without a problem. So thankful.

They are almost painless. Dr Collette also looks out for any unusual and concerning sights apart from cavities. Thanks Dr Collette!!! We’re blessed to have you in our small town

Abby Monforton Teresa Hutsell was my doctor for about a year before I discontinued my care. She was consistently not refilling important regulated medications for weeks on end. It drastically affected my Heath and wellbeing and I ended up having serious side effects and withdrawals. (You can’t not regularly prescribe medications.) She was consistently very unprofessional. I do not recommend her.

Michell Evans I was seeing Teresa for mental health issues, and signed a contract which I had no time to read; did not receive a copy of the contract either. Further, I took a previously prescribed medication from my primary care provider, then was instantly cut off from my mental health medication. I have completely lost my quality of life due to her irrational decision! I am extremely disappointed in this provider, as she has no professional standards in making sure her clients are completetely informed. Albeit, shell tell you that she "doesnt do pot!!"

T. Lee Ive been seeing Ms Hutsell for 1.5 years and found her to be very understanding and flexible. Shes always been very informative and thorough about treatment processes and limitations (when applicable). I definitely recommend her.

Lisa T My child was seen here yesterday after a scary and lengthy hospital stay. While the staff was friendly and helpful the pediatrician we saw was horrible! She took offense to me asking questions about the appointment after I was given conflicting information. I tried to explain everything we’d gone through and asked where/who I could contact to get things straightened out. She just got even more frustrated and never answered my questions. She then said we could leave if I was unhappy and that they didnt need to see us. She then tried to guilt me by saying she kept her staff and herself on their lunch hour to see my child. This appointment was scheduled by sacred heart not me so I don’t know why that was relevant. In the end she scheduled me a virtual visit with no information other than a time on an appointment card. I won’t apologize for advocating for my child that almost died. Google and/ or Samaritan can keep deleting my review. I will keep posting it.

Jordan Horlebein I absolutely love the Samaritan clinic. I always get seen generally fast in urgent care. I have been to the family medicine department and enjoyed the provider I saw. I really love my OBGYN Lizzy, upstairs. I feel the clinic is one of the best I have been too. I do not recommend the Samaritan ER. If I could give that 0 starts I would. I think the hospital could learn a few things from the clinic because they are so kind, speedy and knowledgeable.

Shannon Watts The entire staff at Confluence Health care friendly and caring. Dr. Jaderholm and Dr Orton are the best. Ive had 2 orthopedic surgeries and am completely satisfied with them both. I highly recommend them if you ever have need of their specialized care!

Stephanie Rice Its a reasonably significant facility with split levels. They do have a security team that resides in the clinic. If customer service is a deal breaker for you, Id suggest going elsewhere for the walk-in clinic, as the staff at the front counter are some of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals Ive ever seen in the Healthcare Industry. Id definitely expect that after repeated negative reviews theyd do something about the situation, but apparently they dont care about disgruntled customers.

Tiye Al Sahlaweh I personally go to this clinic for anything and some how I went in today because I am experiencing very bad symptoms like fever, sweating, leg, bone pain and joint pain, extreme fatigue, etc. I was told that I needed petroleum jelly by an African American doctor and got a rash vaccine which i definitely did not need because I was feeling very dizzy. Experienced cold hands AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. Will be scheduling another appointment tomorrow to see if I can get checked immediately because I fear that something isn’t right.

T Curtiss The doctors at confluence have always been professional and caring. The girls doing blood draws usually get it on the first try with minimal pain. The imaging departments (x-ray and ultrasound) are polite and reassuring. I have never felt ignored or ill at ease with any department I have been to. Thanks for your care.

Emily Grass Father-in-law went in with signs of a stroke and they told him to go home because the doctor had seen his quota for the day. I get that doctors arent machines, but to send someone home with signs of a stroke could kill them. Thankfully my mother-in-law talked him into going to Samaritan where they saw him and confirmed that not only did he have one stroke but two and got him hung immediately. They said if he had waited another hour the outcome would have been much worse.

AU Ladies were polite when I would talk with scheduling but their radiology department seems like a mess. I had a referral sent over for a diagnostic mammogram. I had to call them after not hearing from them for days and was told they received incorrect paperwork. My doctor had immediately sent corrected paperwork but they had never received it or had discarded it thinking it was a duplicate. I had to go back and forth throughout the week only to be told that they were “revamping” their schedule and didn’t know their schedule. After being told to check back the following week, I was given the same runaround. It was ridiculous to have to keep following up just to try and get an appointment scheduled. I finally switched hospitals when they told me they wouldn’t know what their schedule looked like for several weeks.

Laura Spencer My first ever visit to their ER will undoubtedly be my last. I ended up walking out before being discharged still in horrific pain after the physician left the room yet again for an extended amount of time and it was made very clear they were not competent enough or considerate in regards to what I was going thru. Waste of time and gas while in agony going there. Ended up going to Kadlech in Tri-Cities later that same day where I received PHENOMENAL care.

Jim Reigstad Went to the ER for a heart issue. Wasnt feeling well at all. You could tell these professionals had protocols in place, as they should, but from the first 30 seconds in the ER, I had an IV, blood work being done, ECG...everything. I know this isnt their first rodeo. However, to see a well oiled machine at a time which i wasnt feeling great, provided confidence in the institution, which made me feel better. The nurses and the radiologist tech who worked on me on 12/19 from around 12 to 3ish AM were exceptional. They were professional, caring, funny, and helpful. At that time, I would have thought to see a bunch of people who were there to just do their jobs, be glum, just doing what has to be done. These folks were a team, high energy, excellent care. It was just comforting. When you have a team like that, it contributes to the overall outcome, at least in my situation, of patient health when leaving the ER. These folks were unparalleled in providing care and confidence. Thank you for taking care of me.

Jillian Turner Systemic predatory billing practices. They delayed my Doctor approved discharge for 9 hours to bill an extra day. Then they use medical coding to upcharge everything. If you go in for a cut theyre gonna tell you its a level 4 trama and charge you a ridiculous fee and the another couple hundred for "admin" that cant even provide paperwork that is requested. Check your bills! And avoid at all costs. If you go in, get your good faith estimate. They will do everything not to provide it though.
