Cliff Little II I was at the Port Orchard Kaiser Permanente this morning. I arrived at 0800 and two people in front of me. The first was a young father with a 3 year old daughter. They were in the lab for a while but while she was in there. I never heard any crying. The lab tech did an amazing job taking her blood without any problems. I would like to give high praise on this lab tech. Her name is Nicole. Great job Nicole

Tammy Melton The nurse, doctor and receptionist were kind, caring and mindful of my wants and needs. A good doctor who takes his patients concerns seriously will run behind on occasion and I expect them to run behind occasionally. They are that good! I never felt any urgency from them for being late to my appointment. It was as if I was their first and only customer that day. They deserve your respect to keep them at any cost.. I am constantly losing the best doctors for my special needs I have concerns about kaisers political attitude.

Mark S “honolulubuyer101” My experience here was a pleasant one. Once you register on the machine and then the receptionist the waiting area is easy to find. I like the layout and design of the clinic, one long waiting room with the high skylight ceiling. Yep, seating is plentiful. Wait time was less than 3 minutes on this occasion. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tanya Snyder Every single staff member I encountered at Port Orchard Kaiser facility was polite, helpful, and seemed to care AND did not act as if I was a moron or coming in and wasting their time. They were amazing. I had not been to an actual doctor appointment for a long time because with my former provider, it seemed they had "pre-determined" the situation with my case from the minute they finally stepped in the room and never even acknowledged they heard a thing I said so why bother? They didnt address my concern I wasted my time even going. Kaisers staff was a MILLION times more respectful and actually listen.

John Koll I felt Sara McCamman was very thorough. And truly concerned about my headaches. The lab phlebotomist was amazing, (I think 9 vials of blood) and the radiologist tech was very torturous. As a good one should be. And the pharmacy. Erin was super friendly and the pharmacist was kinda funny in his instructions and descriptions of possible side effects. And with all that stuff being done. I was still out in less than an hour. I absolutely love Kaiser Port Orchard. I have had many other dealings with several other departments. They all make me feel equally welcome, special, and truly cared for.

Nadia Cigarroa Dr. Cheung is the best pediatric opthalmologist out there. We moved out of state and we miss him so much. He is 100% less invasive than the other pediatric opthalmologists we have seen and they have all mentioned how meticulous his medical notes are. Dr. Cheung is so great with kids and we wish he could have been our doctor forever!

Lauren Brawley I’ve been living in Washington and using PCHS for 3 years. The level of unprofessionalisim is totally unmatched from anything I’ve seen before. They regularly reschedule appointments even if it’s scheduled 6 weeks in advance. My wife almost died due to their negligence, and when brought to their attention, they didn’t care. DO NOT GO HERE.

Samantha Dr Atkinson is an amazing dentist He made me feel safe and comfortable along with his attendee. Its been quite a few years since Ive gone to the dentist. Ive had bad experiences with previous dentists. But Dr Atkinson by far is the best and I will continue to go to him for all my dentist work. The ladies in the office are also amazing. Extremely friendly clean and professional I cant wait to get my teeth cleaned and my cavities filled. thank you very much Dr Atkinson for helping me get my smile back

Silas I want to say outright for any people who may be looking to receive trans healthcare here to look elsewhere. The woman who was able to competently manage hormones recently moved out of state and the woman who took up the mantle in her stead has done her level best to be a roadblock for my fiancé to get the medication that he needs. Im lucky enough to have figured out a regimen with the former medical professional and she does a fine enough job with continuing to prescribe what I already had. However. She doesnt seem to understand that she does nothing but harm when pushing back an urgent medication change out of an overabundance of caution means that were waiting at minimum three months for the next soonest availability to see her. It has been an extremely frustrating time trying to have our needs met. Id recommend giving telehealth a try if you can. There are so many better trans health doctors to be found in this state. Good luck.

Heidi DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT. I had gone in for my eating disorder, and had issues with the care team not replying to my insurance with a diagnosis for the prescription. They shifted the blame to my insurance for why the prescription didn’t go through. Then they told me that my eating disorder is “not a critical medical need” and told me they won’t give me a different prescription. They told me to try changing my diet or consulting a counselor, which is what I had been doing for the last five years. And then they told me to try a different doctor. This is how they treat their mental health patients. I have receipts of the conversation and will be reporting it to patient advocacy. I severely do not recommend going to this clinic for any of your medical needs.

Annie Bowlby Dr. Samay Jain is an excellent doctor! He has a kind and caring personality, listens attentively and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. He performed surgery on my 84-yr-old husband yesterday and did a great job. He kept me informed of the procedure and follow-up plans. We are grateful to have him in our lives.

Mike Boggs I am on day 4 after having the green laser surgery on my prostate. My expectations were to have a lot of pain and blood. Just came from seeing Dr. Jain for follow up exam. Boy can I tell a difference already in my flow. There was discomfort but no extreme pain and the bleeding has been a bare minimal. So I give Dr. Jain an A+ for the surgery. I also must praise his staff not only for their professionalism but for taking the extra effort to answer my questions before and after the surgery and for easing my anxiety. I must also acknowledge the staff at St. Michaels for their superb job. I know they all are busy people and do this day after day but they all made me feel special. Thank you all, and Thank You Dr. Jain.

Reina Morvel This caring physician is an absolute Gem. He is taking care of my husband and sons. He is extremely considerate, he listens and goes over every detail with his patients. Hes an extraordinary urologist/oncologist and I trust him completely. God Bless him always.

Chad T Great Urologist.. not so great staff. Our father-in-law came to Seattle for cancer treatment. While waiting, we ended up having to take him to the ER for what turned out to be a really bad kidney infection. After three days at the hospital, the discharge notes said to call and make an appointment with the physician, Dr. Jain. For what it’s worth, he was great. Trying to work with his office is another story, because they refused to see our father-in-law since his Medicare is not “accepted even though Dr. Jain specifically said to call the office to see him. Now my father-in-law is again in the ER, five days after the surgery. The lady in the office, who I will not name, Is very matter-of-fact about the fact they won’t see him unless they can get paid. The ironic thing is that their caller ID shows up as “Catholic Health” Which would be laughable if I was not sitting in the ER writing this.

Bob Holt Something has changed.... Dr. Jain in Port Orchard may have been good for others, but not for me or others who know of his work. While I was told by others to "keep your expectations low before seeing him...." I didnt give that advice enough credence. My visit was MAYBE 15 minutes. He was on the computer typing most of the time. Asked me : NO questions about the intake form NO inquiry on who I had seen prior to meeting w/ him. NO questions about the shooting pains to my kidneys. NO questions about the intensity of the pain. NO questions about the frequency of the pain. "I dont know what is wrong, what do you want me to do...." "I can prescribe these tests, but that isnt what the problem is, what do you want me to do? "You dont have cancer..." Fascinating comment considering NO blood work had been done. Cant recommend at all.

Brian Lee Thomas Greetings to one and all, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences using EPPLE family medicine clinic. I have been using this location for almost a year now and I have not yet had a bad experience at the clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are superior to any that I’ve ever worked with in the private sector. The office staff are absolutely exceptional in what they do I would like to specifically acknowledge the work of, Selena and Jennifer they are fantastic in every aspect of what they do. I thoroughly enjoy having medical treatment here and everyone is a pleasure to work with. An area that I would like to bring to people’s attention is working with insurance and healthcare providers external to the office. They understand and help navigate the process of using multiple insurances and the veterans administration, which is no easy task And I truly appreciate their dedication and follow through to make sure that people understand what expectations are and how care is going to be provided and are willing to go the extra mile to work with the bureaucracy that is medical insurance and the federal government. If you are like me and you need somebody who can help you understand your specific medical needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to EPPLE family medicine. They are absolutely the best in the local area and are very veteran friendly and I encourage anyone who is in search of medical care for themselves or family to strongly consider Epple family medical services.

E H Dr Frandsen (and his assistant Carla (sp?) and the staff) truly care. Period. A family of 3 and we wouldnt go anywhere else on the peninsula for myself, my wife, or our 5 year old daughter. With many allergies, food issues, medication needs, physical set backs (genetic and motorcycle crash related), mental queries, etc etc etc... there are too many things to keep track of. The staff keeps organized, Dr. Frandsen shows compassion and skillful knowledge, and the whole experience is sanitary, careful, unrushed, and honestly what a family pracrice should be striving to create. (He has had more scalpuls in me than I care to admit... Checking this, removing that...) 5 stars through and through. Next time you or a family member need honest care- this practice is the cornerstone of care.

Jessica Catalano Dr. Frandsen, Carla Walter, and their team are the best in the county hands down. They go above and beyond for their patients. This team really listens to you and will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. We have never had any problems whatsoever in the last 4 years that we have been going to see them. And they will even fit you in if you need to be seen right away because you are very sick. They treat our family with respect and truly offer a high quality standard of care. This team also has a very diverse range of skill sets which makes them very knowledgeable in a lot of areas. Even with the progression of COVID-19, the telehealth appointments also reflect their high quality of care. Even when my daughter had a horrendous cough/cold, they were able to give me the right guidence on how to take care of her and make her feel more comfortable. They also offered support in case she got worse and what steps to take. Thankfully, I followed everything they said to me on the telehealth call and she got better quickly. I am very thankful for this team and give them a high recommendation!

Dale mills I had a cough for weeks. They would not see me in the office because of covid fears, even though I had already had a negitive covid test. They made me do a tele-visit with a P.A.. As I was in misery, I begged the P.A. for something to relieve the cough in response I was told to use over the counter medication. I told them that wasnt working and again begged for relief from my cough. My pleading fell on deaf ears. As a result I later coughed so hard I now have a hernia to deal with. Thanks for complicating life. The P.A. gave me a prescription for amoxiclav for seven days. I started to get better then got worse when the prescription ran out. Ended up in the ER where the doctor there finally gave me something for the cough. He told me that the dose of amoxiclav I was given should have been a ten day not a seven day treatment. Once I scheduled a DOT physical, took time off work, arrived only to find they scheduled my appointment with a provider that was not qualified to perform a DOT physical. Very unreliable. Not recommended.

Jerry Billings It saddens me to write a negative review for this office but I am so entirely frustrated with having to interact with Kelly from the front office. She is rude and condescending 90% of the time I talk to her. My family also have used this clinic for years and I was not surprised when every member of my family I talked about this with told me that she was rude to them also and disliked the way she treated them. I am at my end with this place and am looking for a new doctor because of Kelly. I wish there was a way to bypass her because Dr Hamm and Dr Eppel are nice and well knowledgeable.

Sam Bunny Was scheduled for Dr Epple to be a long term Primary Care Physician for my service connected disability by the Veterans Choise program thru Tri-West and this Doctor was a total waste of time, he seemed more intrested in the payment paper work instead of any primary care. I was told his office doesnt treat or write prescribtions for meds for my service connected disability and to go home Dont use my Arm and to come back in 3 weeks and let him know uf my elbow still hurts and to let my healthcare insurance know so payment could be made for todays appt. What a RIP OFF and Croney and the worse thing is A 100% disabled Veteran went home with NO CARE and the Doctor got PAID to do NOTHING.

Nicole Went into the doctor for a UTI, also told him I wanna change my allergy pills becuae they make me tired. He talked about doing an allergy test and I told him I have seasonal allergies so I wont make a difference plus I hate needles. So he decides to put in for a blood allergy test without my permission and now I am getting bill 1000 to my insurance and 150 out of pocket. They never even called me with the results, I didnt even know I had an allergy test. When I asked why I am getting billed so much they told me an allergy test. Now when I called them they say he talked about it. I did not authorized that. I dont have an extra 150 to throw out Im allergic to a lot of seasonal things I dont need a test. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Kevin Wyble I came in the other day to have my glasses adjusted and they weren’t bad, but I returned two days later to adjust them further and the same employee said that was as far as they would go, which I knew was inaccurate. B Kyle (KevlarWagon) This is the worst place in Kitsap to attempt to order glasses through. Posted hours have been consistently innaccurate for years, now.. youll even get calls that an order is ready for pickup, only for them to close the office an hour later, with no notice. While it SHOULD BE more convenient having somewhere close to home to order through, its almost always an inconvenience since the phones are non-responsive, and operating hours are set on the fly. Any time saved or convenience found in the ordering process is quickly erased when you are continuously unable to pick up your glasses due to the flaky nature of this office. At the end of the day, its just work for them... theres no priority in getting the patient their glasses, so dont expect them to share or even understand your concerns. Also, this was an issue prior to COVID, even though the appointment-only nature throughout the pandemic has afforded a convenient excuse for this behavior. Shop anywhere else.

Jazzmyn Nordstrom Update: The tooth I was in the emergency appointment for months for (that they said could wait and then proceeded to cancel multiple times on me for) broke in half. I was in so much pain and was now abroad. The dentist in this country was able to see me within two days and were so helpful. I had to have most of the tooth removed and a filling and crown placed. This could’ve been prevented had I had proper care when I needed it. . . I have been trying to get seen for almost a year. I got an emergency appointment a few months back because I told them I’m in a lot of pain. After waiting months for my emergency appointment, the dentist spent less than 10 seconds in my mouth before telling me I’ll be fine until an actual appointment. For reference I have a LOT of cavities (perks of growing up poor) and I’ve been trying to get them all worked on so I won’t be in pain anymore. They have cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled, rescheduled, etc ever since and I haven’t been seen since. The last time they cancelled was a few days before my appointment. I can’t afford to go elsewhere and despite brushing and flossing everyday, my cavities are growing it’s been awful. My other two critiques. The dentist shamed me for my teeth despite not knowing I didn’t have the resources until these past few years to take care of them properly. And I don’t mean telling me bluntly what’s going on with my teeth, I mean actively making me feel bad for it by telling me I wouldn’t be sitting in her chair if I would just brush my teeth (again… I do everyday). And the other additional issue was a woman I kept getting when calling to set up an appointment. She was nice but she would mess up the appointment and end up calling me back multiple times in the following days to fix her error. This alone wouldn’t be the worst, but she also would talk to me about her personal life and the phone calls would end up upwards of 30 minutes entirely because of that. I just found a new cavity and I’m heartbroken that I’ve had this much trouble with something that’s this painful. I just want my teeth to be as healthy as they can be and this experience has been so exhausting..

Jessica Montague Usually my experience was good until my last appointment. The lady who was doing my teeth. She tells me my teeth are irritated after She scraps with her tool. I brush my teeth before I went they didnt look irritated. Of course my gums are irritated because of the tool she was using. She used a needle to numb my teeth, this is not my first time being at a dentist I know there was a gentle oppion. I was crying the whole time while she was working on my mouth. Ive never had a doctor telling me at a certain age the denial work will get more intense until that appointment. I am now afraid to be going to the next dentist appointment. I am usually not afraid but that was a painful experience.

The only issues I experienced in the past is with the front.checkin desk. Overall, I appreciate the care revceived at VM Bainbridge and will continue to put my trust in their care.

Emelie Hodgin I’ve experienced nothing but trouble, over charged for things, long wait times. The staff is kind and, mostly great. I just can’t get into my primary care ever anymore, and I’m a recovering addict, when I NEED my doctor I need them. Doctor Tomberg is one of the best around but I guess that’s why it takes me 12 months to get any sort of appointment with him. I have to send multiple cries for help in the message portal to get anywhere at this point. I hope they figure something out. It hurts my heart to say but I want support, not to be treated as a number

Avery Hotaling New appointments being six months out makes this an almost entirely useless establishment. Phone staff are apathetic, powerless to help you, and cant even send a reminder to your phone or your email for your appointment thats five months out. Youll just get a call in five months with a forty eight hour reminder that you have an appointment for something you probably forgot about or healed wrong by then. I think its probably not medically advisable that a medical center is so bureaucratic. No waitlist for people who cancel their appointments so you cant be bumped up unless you call at pm on a weekday for a chance to be able to find out if maybe you can get a rushed appointment within a few hours. Cant make an account online without being seen in person and showing ID which means you cant get notified or message a doctor you dont have a relationship with yet because of all the other obstacles I went over. Truly a shining beacon of the American medical system. And all the administrators always just blame big pharma to shirk blame, claiming thats just how it is as if every facet of the whole interaction doesnt suck. Seems to me even at the lowest level almost everyone is inept and doesnt care.
1 /5
Scott Schopman I drove an hour to this clinic for an annual exam only to be told they couldn’t see me because I hadn’t been here in five years—despite their system allowing me to schedule an appointment a week ago with no issues. No error flagged during booking, no courtesy call to let me know there was a problem, nothing. I used to have my primary care here years ago and thought I could return since I was still in their system. I’ve been desperately trying to get an appointment with a new doctor for months, and everything has been booked out, so this felt like a small win. Instead, it was a complete waste of time. What’s absolutely baffling is that their system let me book, and I was even allowed to check in on the day of the appointment. It wasn’t until I was sitting in the exam room that a health worker casually told me they couldn’t see me. I explained I drove an hour to be here, pointed out that their system allowed me to book, and emphasized that no one had told me this wasn’t possible beforehand. Did they try to resolve it or accommodate me in any way? No. Just a curt, “We can’t see you. Goodbye.” This level of disorganization and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. How can a medical facility claim to offer “care” when they treat patients like this? There’s no care here, just an utter disregard for people’s time, effort, and well-being. Unbelievable.

Tom Olis Virginia Mason is ruining health care? Im a type I diabetic of 47 years with a very tight regimen, but VM is always trying to change it, not for medical reasons but for cost and data issues. The stress I go through every few months trying to order new supplies is too much. How can they deny a prior authorization for a medication I have been on for decade? This is the third time. Their location is convenient, but be prepared for doctor switches, hour wait times and endless hassles with your medication.

Joseph Ho Brought my child here for a sleep study. Staff did not tell us ahead of time that parents had to stay with kid / teen the entire time, so did not know to bring stuff to spend the night. Did not tell us there was a co-pay until we were in the room. Techs just basically shrugged their shoulders and said that’s the day time staff’s problem. We can’t do anything. No bed for parents to sleep in despite the fact that parent is required to stay the whole night. Tech left other patient’s protected health information in our room. Building not sound proofed. Can hear other kids screaming, staff talking, laughing, wheeling carts around, equipment beeping, etc.

Debbi C I have been here a couple times for my nephews sleep study and they are all wonderful. I saw one review that said both adults could go back with child. Its because of the pandemic and it is at all doctors offices.

Daniel Hallstrom PSA they treat this as an “emergency room” for billing. They charged me 1488.59 for getting some stitches. They were “nice” enough to give me a 698.20 discount since I have a high deductible health plan. Kinda crazy this is how much it costs for less than 30 minutes at an urgent care. There was no wait to get in. I guess I know why now

Amber S The family practitioner, Dr. Devitt, is truly invested in her patients. Both of my children are seen at this location and I am pleased with the care we have received, both with the provider as well as the helpful check-in staff. I havent used the urgent care to form an opinion at this time.

Haval Ali Today, Thursday on the 23rd I checked in there before 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I injured my calf during workout and I wait till almost 640 and still didn’t see anybody. Worst experience I had at 4:30 they told me you should not leave. Come back tomorrow. I should wait and I wait two more hour. Still did not see the doctor. Worst urgent care in my experience.

Dawn Tyree I will be writing a scathing review about the inadequate care I received here and how I was sent home (WITH A FULLY RUPTURED ACL) after falling IN THE CLINIC ROOM (a knee brace was improperly installed). At the same time, the nurse/doctor refused to provide me with crutches (I did get some after they realized I COULDNT WALK). There was an investigation, and the Medical Director/Manager refused to acknowledge any negligence or wrongdoing. (NOTE: I had to press at least one star to post this review)

Brice McCain The communication aspect and access to your health care provider is now a nuanced and laborious process. Despite mychart messaging and calling the clinic directly, the responsiveness of the staff for communication is pretty poor.

S Cleveland I attempted to establish care with McCord but Im having to find a new primary care provider now. Initially setting up care with him took 4 months and he refused to address any of my issues during that visit. I had to set up a second appointment to even begin treatment for the issues discussed. During the second appointment he told me that none of the issues I was talking about were in his notes. I do not know what the first appointment was for if he wasnt going to listen to me. Still, nothing was addressed or resolved. I have since attempted to get an appointment, but the availability is over 6 months out. Not only is he not attentive to patients. He is not even accessible.

Mary P I see a lot of these reviews involve timing and tardiness, and other pleasantries. My elderly family members are punctual and respectful. The staff have been respectful. None of that matters if the Dr doesn’t do his job. McCord, plainly, does not work or problem solve for his pay. For an elderly female patient with dementia he barely addressed her, or touch her during a yearly visit. No stethoscope, no movement or pain assessments. How are you going to know what’s wrong and if she needs a referral? Huge weight loss in the other family member and he never even checked his thyroid after 1.5 years of weight loss. Mr McCord is only good for referrals to other doctors. When we got denied for a treatment, the staff did not call to tell us insurance denied it, requiring us to call multiple times to follow up. Recently a PA has been working with the team and he is very helpful. Thorough and careful to listen. I don’t know his name, sorry my friend. I appreciate the care provided by this professional, even if it’s just in the background.

David Hedlund Was 4 min late for appt stood in line for 5 min while 3 people sitting in back and tried to call , on hold never got thru and doctor refused my appt. Extremely poor service and Im very agitated and extremely frustrated at the service provided . They never return your call when you need a prescription refill its like you dont matter as a patient. Told receptionist I would look for new doctor, she said ok. Should be fired, treat people like their health isnt important what kind of clinic is this when they treat you like your nothing just another number .

Barbara Seiber Had a client in her 80s on 24/7 oxygen, difficult to ambulate and transfer in/out of a car that had a 10:15 appointment with Dr. McCord. She arrived at 10:19 due to construction and was refused and put down as a no show. For being 4 minutes late. It was explained why she was late and it didnt matter. We had to reschedule and go through it all again. Now we all know that had she been on time, she would NOT have been called back and seen at 10:15. How is this helping our senior population. This is unacceptable behavior by his office.

Heather Velez As a mom of five I have to trust that my kids doctor actually cares and would be there for my children. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WITH THIS DOCTOR. My children were sick for their first appointment with him so they missed it and he does not reschedule. AT ALL. I was told that I will have to find them a new doctor. I saw him for a mental health appointment and because of insurance issues even though I was early, they saw they me late. Then McCord and his staff treated me as if I was the problem. They were rude, made snide comments about being late the rest of the day and he was in the room with for three minutes. He handed me a list of mental health providers and said try to be on time next time. FOR A MENTAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT! I have no faith in this "Doctor" and will gladly take my babies somewhere else.

Sue Ellen White I was a patient at this clinic for two years, but would not recommend them as practitioners. The doctor talked me into a medicine but did not inform me adequately of the risks, rather focused on the benefits. Now I am faced with possible life-long adverse consequences and when I went to get the records to take to the specialist, the person who obtained those records did not give me all the records, skewing the treatment plan. When I questioned, from my memory the treatments, she insisted that I was wrong. I went home and checked with my insurance claims and the Doctors Clinic was wrong. I had more treatments than the records person stated. This was vital information for the specialist and his assessment of my risk. This clinic is not worth your trust.

Denny Barringer My wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Erin Dawson and Dr Amy Li and their assistants. They listen and follow through as necessary to resolve the problem / condition. The front desk has been helpful and polite and Heather in the lab is a master at drawing blood... the first time.

Lauren Calhoun Do not! I repeat, do not go to this clinic. I have been waiting 4 days for my doctor to call me back about a hernia. I have been waiting two weeks for him to call me back about a prescription refill for my antidepressant. Save yourself the heartache, save yourself a headache, find a better doctor. And a better clinic!!!!!! The on call doctors are a joke. They dont give two s**** about your problem because they are "out and about". If you have questions about any kind of medical concern that you feel might be an emergency, such as a hernia that is painful, do not even bother calling! They will tell you this as well! This practice is a joke!

Clinton Stone I had scheduled an appointment as a first time patient for a visit several weeks out. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the only available time that worked for me was several weeks later, so ok I figured thats on me anyway. So when I havent received a confirmation call as the day approached, I called to be sure. Well they didnt actually reschedule me, and now I cant see that doctor because I was the no show for the original appointment. Then she tells me she doesnt even have a doctor for me cuz theyre booked out over 2 months. She didnt even offer to schedule me, not that I would have. Absolutely infuriating .

Jeff Rogers I’d give no stars if possible. If you’re lucky enough to get them on the phone (my son’s doctor’s assistant got them twice) you’d be lucky if they cared about your actual needs. Both times it was relayed that my son needs a shuttle with harness support because it is a risk to travel with him. First time back in October; guy comes with another passenger in a compact car to take him, and I was forced to cancel due to safety reasons. Today I get a call for his rescheduled appointment and the driver tells me they are coming to pick him up in another compact vehicle! PTS has been made aware of my son’s needs and has made no effort to properly help with necessary assistance to his appointments. I am forced to cancel my son’s appointment again! Attached is the vehicle they attempted to pick him up in the first time.

Teresa Greenway Paratransit is amazing! Yes, we had trouble with the first call being on hold forever. But once you schedule a ride you dont ever have to call to schedule a ride again. You can do it online. I want to specifically mention Tammy, who is a huge help, kind, resourceful and gets things done. Whenever we have had an issue, sending them an email through their website gets you a response the same day, especially is your issue is an important one. Thank you Paratransit for being there for us and having awesome drivers!! Every ride weve had, the drivers were exceptionally wonderful!!

A J I was on hold with paratransit for 6 hours yesterday, until they closed at 5pm. I called back at 8am this morning. (as soon as they "opened"). An automated recording says "due to heavy call volume, Paratransit cannot be reached, try again later". This is as far as youll get. You will get that same message for the rest of the day. There is nobody that will pick up the phone. There is no option to leave a message. The ride to your doctors appointment (that you are counting on) will not happen. Be prepared to cancel your doctors appointment at the very last minute. If it was possible to leave less than 1 star, I would. This company literally, puts your life at risk. Total nightmare.

Dianna Bringman How is anyone who is very disabled suppose to use this service? Over TWO HOURS before they answer your call? Then after you sign up on the phone, they forget to ask you an important question so they call you back hours later when you’re sleeping so you miss the call and have to call them back. ——- An hour and a half hour later the call drops and I’m done. I try calling back and pressing the cancel reservation button instead but after waiting a good 10 minutes I decided it just wasn’t worth it. Hence, I completely missed my doctor appointment for my breathing and heart. This is the same reason my granddaughter missed her appointment at children’s hospital. Apparently the state is just too busy paying the higher-ups to actually hire enough people to do the job they’re asked to do. I was told that the government is cutting back because they’re culling the population. At first I thought that was nuts, now —- the more I’ve lived the more I’m seeing this can’t be a coincidence. Not to worry. We old folks helping to raise grandkids will be gone soon. The tragedy is the children left behind.

Ayden Ryken Scheduled my wifes pick up, for tomorrow (10/09/24) and when they called to confirm they instead cancelled the trip and told my wife too bad, should have scheduled sooner, when the previous week she had tried to schedule 3 different times with their site malfunctioning. On top of this, when she was supposed to be transported home from the hospital, they scheduled her for a 12 noon pick up and didnt get to her til 2-3pm. Paratransits customer service is nigh on non-existent. They dont deserve a contract with anyone!
