Isabelle Bledsoe Seriously I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes for the third day in a row. No one is answering the phones and no option to leave a voicemail. Providence you are failing our community with subpar medical services. Doctors are leaving right and left and clinics have long hold times on the phones. The office wait times can be up to two hours for a simple appointment. Our choices are limited here in Spokane, but considering I’ve been trying to contact your heart office for three days now regarding an appointment I could have easily driven to Seattle seen a doctor and been home by now! Negative star ratings should be an option.

Michelle Sablik These people are TERRIBLE! I was referred to them for a heart issue and instead of them contacting me for an appointment set up for referral, they wait a month and then send me a letter telling me to contact them and stating that they will hold my referral for 30 days before destroying it I attempted to call their number multiple times and they NEVER answer their phone. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I Googled attempting to find other possible numbers to call and there were none. I tried to email them at corporate, and filled out a contact request per their their website. NOTHING. Then I finally got ahold of a person in Renton only to find out that a) there was nothing she could do to help and b) they went ahead and cancelled my referral for no reason (per her and the notes) and to not schedule me. THEY are HORRID. God help you if you have a heart issue, they literally DO NOT CARE and WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!

Monique Ive had incredible experiences with Dr. Klein and his OR team. From start to finish I was kept up-to-date on what was happening and each person showed care. It couldnt have been better. However, attempts to contact anyone at the office is a nightmare. I have left numerous messages which Ive waited more than 5 days for a response only to have to wait again when the response doesnt completely address my questions.
Ive also been calling throughout the day to try to reach a human. My provider has sent 3 faxes over the course of weeks and has gotten no response. Ive waited on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time for the past few days. Im annoyed to think that I have to physically go to their office to speak to someone about something that should have been able to have been handled with one fax to my provider. Exhausting.
So unprofessional.

Cinny Considine This is the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. After FIVE long phone call attempts to arrange a cardioversion for my fiancé with atrial fibrillation, NOTHING has been done. Shuffled around on the phone for almost an hour only to consistently be told “we’ll call you back”. I highly suggest finding another cardiology group possibly outside of Spokane because this group DOES NOT CARE

Faedra Hernandez My senior citizen mother was admitted to Providence Medical Center for syncopal episodes & discharged w/ an order for a Holter Monitor by a Hospitalist. It was important that she receive her cardiac monitoring right away, they were concerned she may have a prolonged QT interval.
My mother called Providence Spokane Cardiology 2-3 times a week for 2 months to get an appt but noone at Providence Spok Cardiology called her back to get her scheduled, as an RN I investigated all missed calls she had, there were zero return calls from Providence Spok Cardiology.
Imagine how scary & frustrating this is for a senior citizen.
In the first dishonest action my mother experienced, they sent a letter stating they had been calling her & they had not heard from her, a complete lie that can be proven by record. I witnessed her call multiple times a week & I personally checked every missed call, the few missed, not them. I had to call & complain for them to get her in. Not only is it dangerous they did not get her in right away but this has pushed her so far back she may not receive needed cardiac clearance for upcoming surgery for her foot she can barely walk on. Joe whom never gave us his title, stated that if we received the Holter monitor with PSC, instead of Multicare Pulse Heart Institute, they would ensure she had her monitoring stopped with enough time for her to receive her End of Study report & for her to receive cardiac clearance for her surgery, no later than the day before her surgery, with a Providence Orthopedic Surgeon no less.
We stated that if this could not be coordinated for her we would go elsewhere.
Joe said it would not at all be a problem for staff at Providence Spokane Cardiology to assist my elderly mother in completing her monitoring early & they would ensure the coordination arranged.
Since Prov claims to provide World Class Care, I assumed this would not be hard for them & that they were now making the situation right for never calling her to schedule her for 2 months to begin with, but I was highly skeptical & we should have left.
The day after Joe placed the monitor on my mother he changed what he told both myself & my mother in front of a doctor in training.
Joe stated to me, an RN, it is not his job to notify the ordering hospitalist of changes needed for my mother to be cleared for her surgery, that it was my job and he had no responsibility to assist us.
She then developed a blister with her skin peeling off due to the adhesive, urgent care directed her not to put any adhesives back on at that time, so she had to remove the monitor early anyway. My mother was done with the poor experience all around & deeply upset by all of the negligence, dishonesty and blatant inconsideration. My Mom had to remove the monitor & go to urgent care on a Sunday. Both my mother & I called the next day on Monday to inform Providence Spokane Cardiology she had to remove the monitor, she was completing the monitoring then & wanted the EOS report processed in an expedited manner, so that she could receive cardiac clearance for her surgery, based on the days of monitoring she was able to complete. The people we both spoke to at Prov Spok Cardiology again provided false promises stating they would complete the monitoring with Preventis and ensure the EOS report was being processed in an expedited manner. Preventis called me 3 days later asking why the monitoring was off, Prov Spok Cardiology again dropped the ball as they never took any action to complete the monitoring by notifying Preventis to process/expedite the EOS.This would be the third negligent action involving a unethical tier inconsiderate dishonesty and serious inconvenience to both my mother & myself regarding vital care & coordination of care. 5 days before her surgery & at this point I honestly feel like they are providing negligent & zero coordination regarding her surgery schedule on purpose as I have a very hard time as a Healthcare prof believing their recept/sched/nursing staff are incompetent, they just play CYA, are unethical & unprofessional
