He has taken care of my medication very well he is very open to my options. We dont always agree but we try to compromise. He has brought into question another Drs methods of treatment. This is not acceptable

Josie Wolfe This doctors office is wonderful. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. I had little to no wait time. I met with dr. Payne today. I explained my medical concerns (there were a few) I was heard we talked about a plan of action and put that plan into place. All in 30 minutes. Definitely the most efficient doctors visit I have ever had.

Christina Lane Whoever answers the phones is extremely rude. I just wanted to know if Dr. Payne was accepting new patients and was willing to take self pay patients. Thanks for hanging up on me.

Sirena Ross I had extreme pain in both feet. Did lots of X-rays, paid plenty of money. Told to "wear shoes" Left in extreme pain. Stayed in pain. Finally went to a podiatrist (Dr.Nyguen) and he gave me two cortisol shots and a seven dollar prescription. I am pain free for the first time in years.

amber downard I was with this dr for over 5 years, I was not pleased with any of it. I have a condition called ehlers-danlos syndrome and she continued to treat me like a child with a "normal" body despite being in my 30s with a rare genetic condition. So many of my issues got worse than they probably would have if she would have listened to me!

VintageGal Armed with a Mind Dr. Peoples is one of the best doctors that I have had. He takes the time to listen and explains things in terms that I understand. I like the concept of IORA, taking patients that are older and concentrating on the issues that can come up in older patients. Shelby is my Health Coach and shes great. A kind person. Curran in the front office has always been helpful. Im glad the I found IORA (now One Medical Seniors) via a friend who switched from her former doctor as well.
5 /5
Morgan Leiviska I am so disappointed with the level of communication since switching away from Iora. Senior patients should be able to pick up a phone and talk to someone in their doctor’s office. It takes 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone and they have zero knowledge of the patients’ needs. The doctors and the staff have always been so caring and helpful. I will continue to bring my mother for that reason, but there will be more and more people suffering because of the awful excuse for an answering system they have implemented. You cannot contact your provider office directly at all. My mother had a panic attack while waiting on hold to simply find out what time her therapist appointment was supposed to be. These patients are already high stress and struggling with technology and mobility. They don’t need the added frustration of wading through sales pitch options and figuring out how to push numbers on their smartphone to try to wait on hold for 30-45 minutes to find out about their prescriptions or their appointments. It is an absolute shame. The doctors that we have seen have been 5 star above and beyond great. Good doctors are useless if you can’t get the office on the phone.

gerald purkey I wrote a glowing report for the Puyallup office, and now they are making me write another one for the Tacoma office. They are so nice that it makes me sick..LOL Seriously, all the One Medical offices and the One Medical at Home are the best Medical offices that I have ever dealt with. Being a Disabled person, they go out of their way to make me feel normal. They make sure that I am welcomed, and picked on (my choice) and I feel like family. I am never nervous to call for anything. Every call I have made has been answered with professionalism and calmness. If you are looking for a new Medical Office and are on Medicare, this is the office for you.

Barry Fretwell I am a patient. I had a covid shot and had a reaction and would like a simple conversation on the phone with my care provider. That is apparently a monumental task. Funny, I spoke with her on the phone before. The health coach is running interference and asked if I want to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks. On her reply it says they are available to speak on the phone.

Jordan LaMontagne If I could leave zero stars I would; After having an emergency appointment with my One Medical PCP in Seattle on a Saturday I was told I can go to this location and walk in to have my labs done on Monday. The two women at the front asked for my name and DOB but didn’t even check in the system and told me they couldn’t help me with an attitude. DO NOT GO HERE. stick to the seattle locations where they treat you like they actually care.

Audriauna Jackson Pediatrics NW has been a generally positive experience for me. I’ve interacted with many of the staff, and they’ve been great overall. There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual. However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.

M. E. We have been seeing Dr.Scranton for 6 years now and have loved our time with her. She is inviting, caring, and knowledgeable. She has always been so friendly and we look forward to whenever we have to bring our son in for a visit. She’s the only doctor our son enjoys going to. Karen the receptionist is always so friendly and happy too. She had become like family to us and our visits are always brighter when she is working when we are there. I highly recommend this office.

Savannah Dr. Scranton is wonderful. The doctors are amazing. I have never had a bad medical experience here. But the clinic is just simply too busy and understaffed. Getting a hold of nurse is extremely difficult. I am regularly put on hold for long stretches of time when trying to figure out if my child is ok. I want to love this place because the doctors are wonderful but Im really frustrated by the wait times on phone calls. Its frankly absurd and frustrating. That said, in reading the reviews this has been an ongoing issue for at least 7 years so this is clearly an institutional issue not covid related (regardless of what they say in other comments).

Gutierrez Lili As I read the reviews here it blows my mind they can make you wait or not return calls. But if you call to cancel your appointment 2 time 1 because daughter was sick the 2 one we literally had a family emergency and still called to let them know and the 2nd time they did not tell me they would not be able to see my child any longer because I’ve cancelled twice mind you I was on wait forever to get someone to take my callI tried to reschedule an appointment and was told they won’t reschedule because I didn’t give them 24hrs notice ok let me predict the future, I still had common courtesy to call your office I didn’t just not show up .Now I can see why you are facility has a 3 star review. I work in healthcare clinic myself so this is just mind blowing. Like I was told on the phone go back to your pediatric and find another clinic we can’t help you any longer.

A Dood and his Dude I have gone here twice in the last 2 years. Both times for kidney stones. While the people at the front werent usually very compassionate as I was sweating profusely and begging for help. However, on both occasions when a nurse saw me they immediately took me back. Probably the two most compassionate people Ive ever had give me care in an emergency room or an urgent care. Thank you.
4 /5
Ian L Not an ounce of care, compassion, or acknowledgement of patient rights in existence in this emergency room. They denied my fiancée was experiencing a medical emergency, violated all of her rights as a patient, ultimately refused service, and lied in medical records. They did not even try to hide when they actively laughed at another human being writhing in pain. Avoid if possible. Believe every low review you see here. This place is despicable.

Kaila Boone Dr song was a blessing to have gotten seen by. Im thankful for all the health care providers and employees who are kind to those going through sobriety. Having one year and four months of clean time isnt a lot but, we do recover! And with the help of the health care field we will only get better. Thank you Dr!

Rachel Patel I was just there and reviewed the notes in my medical chart that do not reflect what I communicated & falsify my medical record. I made it very clear and reiterated before I left that my chart be documented correctly. Clearly, the medical staff do not think they will be reported for medical negligence. This is my medical record that contains not just a couple errors but a complete falsification of everything I communicated, and on top of that, my pcp called in as well. I will be calling the medical board, department of health, and ensuring I make complaints to all appropriate channels so that this is resolved. I am absolutely appalled.

Kaylyn Ento My husband had hole in bottom of foot that had pus coming out, went TG ER was in triage immediately Dr came in to triage looked at wound but never touched it, we were taken to a room my husband had xrays and blood drawn, I had explained my husband had sepsis about 3 months ago and he has history of feet infections that have caused bones to be compromised e different surgeries for bone removal. After taken blood and xrays we waited 5 hours for nurse to come and tell us they were sending him home, I asked about infection wad told he has just a slight infection nothing to worry about. I asked the nurse if she was going to bandage it she said no at first but then said yes but told me it needed to be removed when we got home cuz the wound needed air. They never cleaned the wound Dr never saw my husband after triage, with my husbands history I did not agree. We left and 12 hours later at another ER where drs cleaned the wound and said white blood cells was normal but the wound had pus and looked infected, they started my husband on antibiotics and cleaned and bandaged the wound. TACOMA GENERAL ER screwed up and people need to be careful.

Nadia Helmy As someone who has been to the ER many times (mostly for others, but including myself), St Joseph was not a bad experience. I checked in mid-afternoon, was triaged within 30-45 minutes, in which I immediately spoke to the Doctor who assessed me. My immediate needs were addressed with compassion, and my imaging was done within 2 hours after. An additional hour of wait to have my results. Which all in all, is not terrible and I would consider fast - I was anticipating a 12 hour wait at least. The only critique I have was that my next steps and care plan was incredibly rushed and unclear. However, my imaging was completed relatively fast with diagnostics, which I am thankful for. Again, my expectations were incredibly low through my many ER experiences, but St Joseph’s managed to get majority of the job done in a somewhat timely manner.

Angelina Burnside I didn’t care for the lack of information. It was extra hard to get any test results for my loved one done in a decent amount of time. Trying to get updates is next to impossible. We left the hospital three days later with no real diagnosis and no one to explain anything! They never even changed my loved one’s bedding, shower, Three days! His nose was broken and blood all over his face. They threw some gauze and one piece of tape on his nose and left it there! He could barely breathe when I saw him. He has so much dried blood he could not breathe through his nose. It was horrible the lack of care this place had. I won’t ever take anyone I care about here.

uwill neverknow Was a empty waiting room when i went so I received medical care pretty quickly . the first nurse helping me didn’t stick the needle in correctly for iv and then left me in the hallway near the bathroom with no help. another pair of nurses Calvin, Taylor bless their beautiful souls helped me and was very kind and fixed the IV. so the potential is there

Jessica Tipton I was in the ER from about 3pm today with my son who broke his arm. Every single staff member from triage, to radiology , rns and respiratory staff was 10/10. Very communicative with whats going on, kept me included and everyone even checked on how I was doing . Also want to give props to whoever came up with the cup under a popsicle for kids so it doesnt leave a big mess. My son couldve potentially had surgery if relocating his broken forearm if needed, but the attending doctor did a phenomenal job and best case scenario. Very impressed with my visit . I was also in the ER a week prior to this for my other son needing to have a wound glued to stop bleeding and had a very positive experience as well. Medical staff are often under appreciated but my experiences recently were very satisfactory

t. angel “puakenikeni” Just so MultiCare and your doctors know, patients can see when you decide to respond to a Mychart message and check that little box that says “Do not allow patient reply.” I know this because I’m an employee, and I respond to patient messages via MyChart as well. While it does not prevent me from sending a new message, I won’t spam you, but this message thread was a total of 8 messages between me and the provider and the MA so not a lot. Labs were alarming seeing results from last year showing as a 2.3 then this year over 180. Instead of reassurance and ordering additional labs as your patient requested, I got this and told we’ll discuss at upcoming appointment over a month away. Your care for patients has continued to trend downwards. Fix it.

Skylar Vaughn Dont bother - avoid at all costs! I made an appointment with Dr. Scott Agee for July back in February. July comes around and I get a MyChart message that hes had to reschedule (again). When I call to reschedule, they inform me that he is no longer accepting new patients (contrary to what the website currently states) and that I will need to see another provider. Then she tells me that the next available appointment with an alternative provider is in MAY. Of 2025. So after already losing 5 months of getting answers for a health condition, they expect me to wait another 10 months to be seen?? This is the opposite of caring for patients. They should be ashamed to treat people this way.

Nicole M. While this place has its cons, especially in regards to there being long gaps in availability for appointments. There are also some pros worth giving this Family Medicine Center a try. I recently transferred care from here and decided to try a new doctor that was closer to home with much more availability and openings. After seeing the new doctor, I instantly regretted it. Prior, I was a patient of Dr. Marissa Robinson’s. She is professional, kind, caring, intelligent, personable, interpersonal, and she remembers her patients. She always took the time to ask me how I was, is extremely patient, and would chat with me before getting to the bottom line without a sense of urgency looming in the air. She also always ensured that she addressed all my concerns, wants, and needs when it came to figuring out potential diagnoses and creating treatment plans. Which in my experience, is a rare quality to find in a doctor. All in all, I couldn’t rave about her enough and highly recommend that you give her a try. Hopefully your experience will echo what mine has been.

Skylar Leslie Worst pediatric ER I have ever been to. So sad to see the way patients are held waiting for 3+ hours with no updates or movement. There were children actively bleeding from a massive head wounds sitting in the lobby for over 2.5 hours and were given only an ice pack. Multiple children actively vomiting on chairs without emesis bags and it being wiped up with a towel or pillow case & NO SANITIZER or cleaning crew to follow up. Nurses taking vitals, blood sugar test on sick patients with NO GLOVES & no cleaning equipment between patients. Straight out of a horror movie

Ella Russell Came here late at night because my daughter fractured her elbow. Every single employee was amazing and so sweet to us! Reyna Arias We’re at Mary Bridge Children’s, we got to a room a fast but about 2 hours a nurse name Shawna brought us to supposed room but is just courting dividen and we have not space even to walk and we’re waiting 4 hours just to see my son labs results. We are so uncomfortable with my son sick and this nurse said she do t know h how long we will be. We have two medical insurance for my Son and they’re charging to spend hours and hours here just this nurse kick us out the room we had. This is a worse racist woman I ever seen at hospitals. She don’t deserve to be working at hospital with children’s she has not vocation for it. Horrible woman.

Mike P Worst experience. The doctor took an exam and told us to check the results later. The disappointing part is that results never arrived, the account wasnt created (and I have to go in person to set it up), and we were charged a ridiculous amount for Tylenol pills.

Krista PlantPusher I took my kid to the ER and all the staff was pretty cool to me and my kid. They made it clear she was okay and nothing to worry about. I went down to the ER entrance to move my car and came back and found they had cut her clothing off. Even though she wasn’t in dire straights. I put her in her favorite shirt and cozy pants to make her feel better and I could have taken them off if they were that pressed but they waited until I left. I made them dig her shirt out of the trash. This broke my daughter’s heart when was feeling better and realized what happened. It was a collector Kurt Cobain shirt too. The only kind person was a young social worker with OG Justin Bieber hair. I hope he still works there because he was amazing. The rest of them treated her like a job.

Christie Rabung I attempted to make an appointment today for a second opinion for my son. He sees a neurologist in Puyallup and we aren’t really happy there. A woman answered the phone and wasn’t very knowledgeable about the doctors in the office and then left me on hold to “get the right words” she came back and said “we don’t take patients that see other neurologists” I asked her to speak to someone who could clarify this. She left me on hold for over 5 minutes, never came back on the phone to tell me who she would be transferring me to and just blind transferred me to a voicemail. I’m not sure who the voicemail was for because she let the call go halfway into the message. I called back and again was on hold for over 5 minutes. I spoke to a different woman this time who said the same thing. She also added that “even if his Franciscan PCP were to refer you to us we wouldn’t see him, because we are such exceptionally high at our practice” and we don’t accommodate second opinions.

Miranda Raine I havent even been here yet and Im already frustrated and upset with this clinic. My spine doctor sent an urgent referral which I was told was never received. My spine doctor has sent this referral three times and each time I get told its not received. So now my spine doctor has to call in to Franciscan to even make sure they get my referral because they keep saying theyre not getting it even though my spine doctor is very diligent about sending it and has done so multiple times. Again, this is supposed to be an urgent referral. Every time I talk to someone at this Clinic they act like they dont care and have no problem with rushing me off the phone rather than actually helping me and doing their due diligence. They dont want to be accountable and they dont want to consider that maybe the problem is on their end. I guess when I can no longer use my arms I will just file a lawsuit against them.

Ruth Mwaura Its so unfortunate that I have to give a 1 or 0 star on this hospital because i just saw a review of someone who gave a 5 star and mentioned me on the review. However, this is the creepiest place I have ever worked at,they have lazy regular nurses and some of them don’t answer call rights no matter what. One time I had a patient with O2 of 86 and had difficulty breathing, I put the call right on and put the patient on 2L O2 nasal canula and went out to look for Nurse but before I could find her the doctor got there before the nurse and he asked about the O2 but the nurse had no answer because she couldnt get a chance to listen to me. Minutes later the nurse told aggressively that I should never put any of her patient on O2 and she didnt even listen or ask the reason why i did that. Few days later, I was put on a do not return status on this facility and all my shifts were canceled, without a chance of giving my side of the story or any explanation.

Christina Putnam I was referred to neurology Dr. Losso by the emergency room. I have severe left side pain and went from seeing perfectly to being completely blind in my left eye. According to Dr. Losso’s office, it’s not an emergent situation and I cannot be seen until January. Meanwhile, I cannot see therefore it is hard to drive and work. All they tell me is to go back to the emergency room where I will wait 8-10 hours for them to tell me just see the neurologist. I will be contacting an attorney now because the lack of care has caused me to be completely blind. If they would have seen me, they could have prevented my blindness. Don’t go here for anything.

Alexandra Brewer Are you looking for a place to receive subpar care and attention, and then by harassed for months by the billing office because they cant keep their records straight? Look no further! We guarantee your nurses will be stressed out and overworked; in fact, you might even see one of them crying in the parking lot after you leave the hospital! Dont worry though, we make sure that as much as the nurses care about you, they are set up to fail by a lack of support, meaning that YOU will be potentially put in harms way, and leave the hospital with a fun story of medical trauma to tell at parties. Dont worry though, the fun doesnt stop there! Our billing department is a disorganized mess, but we will make it YOUR responsibility to sift through our screw ups. Youll never be lonely, because we will harass you once, twice, sometimes FOUR times a day to a pay a bill youve already paid, and we make sure to have long hold times so that youve got to work for that crucial information. Go anywhere else. Seriously.
