Dallas Longhorn Marissa Robinson is our family doctor of choice! She is beyond amazing, caring, funny, and knows how yo make kiddos have a great time even when getting shots. I hope we will never have to switch doctors again

Christine Thomas Not sure why this clinic has low reviews. But I had nothing but good experience from my provider, MAs and any assistance from other providers when my PCP wasnt available. DR. Marissa Robinson is one of the best PCP I ever had.

t. angel “puakenikeni” Just so MultiCare and your doctors know, patients can see when you decide to respond to a Mychart message and check that little box that says “Do not allow patient reply.” I know this because I’m an employee, and I respond to patient messages via MyChart as well. While it does not prevent me from sending a new message, I won’t spam you, but this message thread was a total of 8 messages between me and the provider and the MA so not a lot. Labs were alarming seeing results from last year showing as a 2.3 then this year over 180. Instead of reassurance and ordering additional labs as your patient requested, I got this and told we’ll discuss at upcoming appointment over a month away. Your care for patients has continued to trend downwards. Fix it.

Skylar Vaughn Dont bother - avoid at all costs! I made an appointment with Dr. Scott Agee for July back in February. July comes around and I get a MyChart message that hes had to reschedule (again). When I call to reschedule, they inform me that he is no longer accepting new patients (contrary to what the website currently states) and that I will need to see another provider. Then she tells me that the next available appointment with an alternative provider is in MAY. Of 2025. So after already losing 5 months of getting answers for a health condition, they expect me to wait another 10 months to be seen?? This is the opposite of caring for patients. They should be ashamed to treat people this way.

Nicole M. While this place has its cons, especially in regards to there being long gaps in availability for appointments. There are also some pros worth giving this Family Medicine Center a try.
I recently transferred care from here and decided to try a new doctor that was closer to home with much more availability and openings. After seeing the new doctor, I instantly regretted it.
Prior, I was a patient of Dr. Marissa Robinson’s. She is professional, kind, caring, intelligent, personable, interpersonal, and she remembers her patients. She always took the time to ask me how I was, is extremely patient, and would chat with me before getting to the bottom line without a sense of urgency looming in the air. She also always ensured that she addressed all my concerns, wants, and needs when it came to figuring out potential diagnoses and creating treatment plans. Which in my experience, is a rare quality to find in a doctor.
All in all, I couldn’t rave about her enough and highly recommend that you give her a try. Hopefully your experience will echo what mine has been.
