Ryan Moser Dr. Eckert has been my family doctor for many years and I have always trusted and highly respected his treatment of both me and my family. His manner is comfortable and he never rushes our visit. He truly has the care of the patient in mind at all times. I would recommend Dr. Eckert to anyone looking for a compassionate family doctor.

Susan Malm Dr. Eckert explains what the procedure will be so that the patient knows exactly what to expect. He always listens to the patient and never rushes anyone. Even though he was running late, he made me feel that he had all the time in the world for me. He gave excellent advice and is very knowledgeable. Overall, an excellent primary care physician.

Jill Langford Dr. Eckert has been primary care for our family (myself, husband and my parents while they were alive) since 2002. He is the best Dr we have had. Always answers our questions. Always responds to requests. Followed him from the Valley location to Moran Prairie and now to Quail Run and we live in Liberty Lake. Although hard to get into see, when needed (see pcp within 7 days of hospital discharge) they always manage to get me in. Always makes sure our communication is 2 way and he hears us as well as making sure we hear and understand what he is telling us.

Brooke Haley If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!

Sandra Mountjoy Dr. Briscoe is great. I am looking forward to her being my primary doctor. We have been going to Rockwood for 15 years now. Theyve always been Pleasant and always have gotten Us in for appointments when we needed. The only issue I have ever had is the billing department. Being told you werent going to be billed for something and getting a bill for it. When you have an appointment with a doctor you should be able to discuss anything you need to because youre paying for that appointment. Not to be charged for every single issue you talk about.

Casandra Quesnell Dr. Briscoe took me and my husband on almost a year ago, we have pretty complex medical issues and had been looking for specialists. We came upon Dr. B after looking aimlessly and she was the best choice for us. Her abilities are great, she is knowledgeable in life, she does not play the I am the Dr you are the patient she treats you as an equal, your thoughts count, you know you more than any doctor and she gets that. The clinic that she is in is amazing, the staff are awesome my kids always leave their smiling even when it is time for another shot. Lol

Jon Bentz Sharon and I have been bringing our puppy, Zeus, to this clinic since his arrival 6 years ago and have been ecstatic over the love and care he has received from Dr. Benedetto and staff. They are genuine, kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. Just recently we have adopted a kitten, Jazz, he is almost 3 yrs old and we needed to have our annual check up with the clinic. Dr. Benedetto and assistant were absolutely amazing in every respect. Jazz was in phenomenal hands, tender, caring and loving. We appreciate them all more than they will ever know. Weve been to many Vet Clinics over our 54 years of pets and not one can hold a candle to SouthCare! The BEST in town hands down!!

Katherine Laise Everyone here is professional, friendly, and kind. Our cat is quite skittish in new settings and the doctors and staff worked well with her and kept her as calm as possible. Wonderful veterinary clinic. They have separate doors for dogs and cats which is very helpful.

Terrie Tesney Charleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didnt happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didnt stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. Its more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.

Christine Barnes I just want to say that back in 2018 or 2019 I visited this place with my cat who was just a couple years old. The vet insisted on all kinds of tests and concluded that she had feline leukemia and would die very soon if I didnt shell out an astronomical amount for treatments and surgery. I was hesitant, as I didnt have that kind of money at that time nor did I believe that diagnosis and she said "well if you cant afford to save her life then Ill take her." I have never and will never forget that. I want that fraud of a vet to know that my cat is now almost 11 years old and has had zero health problems over the years or any unbelievable "feline leukemia" diagnosis. She was absolutely trying to steal my cat, most likely because she is a beautiful lynx point Siamese, which are very hard to find. I wish I could remember her name so I could speak to her myself and give her an earful about how she used a major unfounded diagnosis to either scam me out of thousands or guilt me into giving her my cat. Ill never forget what she tried doing to me. Im positive it was Brenda Day, judging by the photo on their website. Fraud.

M Learoyd Dr. Carrie Forster is amazing! If I could give more stars I would. We recently moved to the area and had a difficult time finding a vet who would do surgery on our cat Ollie. He had prior complications during a mouth surgery years ago, and he desperately needed another mouth surgery. Not only did she take the time on the initial appointment meeting her to listen and answer questions but she offered a solution. She suggested she do some clotting blood work, and then get him booked for surgery and she would go slow and do little by little and see how he does. Not only was she able to do the entire surgery but our cat after surgery was not in pain, not bleeding, alert, and quite hungry lol. We are beyond thankful. The other surgery he had was quite traumatic and both of us worried so much, but she did amazing work. He’s healing well and feeling himself two days after 4 extractions and growth removal. I’m thrilled I found them and don’t mind driving an hour to go see such a great vet!

DeeAnn Towne I know my cat would have died if i hadnt taken him to Cats Meow. My other vet wasnt doing enough for him. He has kidney disease and wouldnt eat and they have him fluids, appetite stimulant and helped him not be so constipated. Now he may still live a few more years! Happy cat owner!!

Jon Osborne Dr. Ionescu has been my physician for around 10 years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He listens carefully and offers sound medical advice. He clearly and patiently explains treatment options, and he is very good at advising on guidelines for taking medicines. He offers excellent alternatives to antibiotics when appropriate. I love the fact that he gets straight to the point. No inane chit chat. I would very highly recommend him as a primary care physician for any of my family members and friends.

His explanations are clear, and calming. He makes me feel I am a partner in these considerations for my treatment. hayley thames had my first ever surgery yesterday at NW, i was super nervous about everything but literally every person i spoke to on staff helped ease my nerves and made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Duke and his team were amazing and helped me to feel hopeful about my future regarding pain and simply validation for the first time in a long time. such educated and caring people could not recommend them more!

Mike Brown Went here for urgent care for something simple. Lets say cold... Paid the balance of $115, then 4 months later get a collection letter for 20 dollars but did not receive any bills. The bill in the collections basically say that it was $415 for urgent care and to get a simple prescription.

T Man CT myelogram. Having a long needle poked into your spine and injecting dye is never fun to look forward too, especially when you have had the same procedure at another facility that was extremely painful AND in the end they tell me, "The resident needed the experience." But, at Northwest Specialty Care I had a wonderful experience in their radiology department. Actually, it was exceptional. It was a breath of fresh air to have friendly confident people that were genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable and cared for. They explained things clearly and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I highly recommend them and look forward to using there services in the future.

Lee Friend She was Suppose to be my primary care doctor for over 2 years and Ive seen her once because shes always out of the office so puts her nurses and PAs in charge of visits. Which... ok some were great, but if your going to be a primary doctor... BE A DOCTOR!! Needless to say Rockwood is definitely not a good place to go, needs an overhaul, deep cleaned and to make patients a priority!

Andrea Peck I loved Dr. Lopez as my provider and she was my primary for many years. When I was going through a tough time, I accidentally missed appointments, and I was informed she no longer wanted to be my doctor! Instead of calling me and asking me, having compassion, she just decided she no longer wanted to be my provider, my family and I will not be using her and would not recommend her.

Meagan Zehm We mainly see Dr. Thompson, he is great. Very personable and realistic. We have seen every provider in the office at one time or another and they have also been awesome. My insurance has changed, and the clinic is no longer in network, but we continue to go to Kids Clinic because we feel the quality of care is above and beyond and that means more to us that our kids have great care by people who genuinely care.

Jennifer Johnson I had to bring my elderly cat in to be put down, and the staff were SO kind and compassionate. We were brought to a private room immediately after check-in, and they explained everything. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbye, gave me some coffee and tissues when I cried, answered all my questions, let me share some stories with them, and made the whole experience less stressful for both my cat and me. When my next pet comes into my life, this will be definitely be my vet clinic.

Kirsten Kos I first became aware of Lincoln Heights Vet Clinic when I was desperately trying to find someone to help me with by daughters dying rabbit. They were the only ones who were willing to see him, despite the fact that they dont normally treat very small animals. They were so understanding and compassionate with my daughter and her friend that I decided, should we ever get another pet, they would be our vets. We now have a dog and every time we are at the clinic, the staff is lovely, the techs are amazing and the vets are knowledgable and very thorough. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our dogs to Garland clinic for about 6 years and every staff member has treated our dogs as if they were their own. They show great compassion and always go above and beyond for my pets care, but also work with care plans that fit us best. My dogs are my whole world and its great to know theyre always in such good hands whether it be basic exams, or urgent needs. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness not only makes a better experience for us, but our dogs as well. So thankful for their amazing team and all the hard work they do for our animals!

Kimmie Kreuzberger Garland Animal Clinic is the best! I drive 45+ minutes to take Wally here so that I know he receives the best care. They are respectful of your time and always do their best to stick to appointment times - generally they will even get you in a room early! If they are running a few minutes behind, they are always great communicators about it. My pup Wally came in for his 1 year annual wellness check up and I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Dr. Sydnie. She took the time to read his chart before the exam, listen to everything I had questions about for our visit and spent the time to walk me through everything with detail and care. I really appreciate her kindness and understanding for answering all of my questions with detail. I never felt rushed and I was so impressed with how easily my pup opened up to her -- you can tell she loves dogs and they love her! The exam rooms are very clean and the waiting room is spacious, so there is plenty of room to spread the animals out so they dont feel overwhelmed too close to one another. The front desk staff were kind, efficient at checking in/out and had a great system going to make sure people all felt taken care of. Thank you Garland Animal Clinic team for making the vet a calming and safe experience for Wally and a low stress visit for me!

Tracy Welch I’v had nothing but great service. All the vets are thorough and care what’s best for the pets. I’ve been a client for a few years and I will continue to be. The staff is friendly, from vet techs to the operational staff, and you can see they care about your pet. Update….unfortunately I lost my heart dog last year ‘24. Everyone at this clinic was so great and did everything we could to keep her healthy and comfortable. I know because of the care they gave her she was happy all the way to the end. And I’m sure, because of the care they gave her, she was with me longer. I am forever grateful to everyone at Garland for their support. Now, I have a new puppy and she’s only ever going to be seen at Garland. She’s off to a great start. Happy and forever healthy.

Kristina I love Latah Creek Animal Hospital. They treat every animal with respect, understanding, and genuine care. They are more expensive than other vets Ive been to but their service and care makes everything worth it. Ive never had a vet take preventative healthcare during annual visits seriously (optional blood panels and blood pressure) and it gives great peace of mind. They are also transparent in their treatment plans and invoices. Ive recommended Latah Creek Animal Hospital to everyone I know and now my whole family goes there.

Laurel I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Latah Creek Animal Hospital. In the past I’ve had some pretty tough experiences with vet visits being so stressful for my fur babies, so fear free visits were priority for me with my three young cats. My blind cat has loved everyone he has met at the hospital and adores their cat examination rooms where they have toys, treats and places to climb. On the other hand, one of my cats is less than thrilled to meet new people and was super scared to be there. The exam still went smoothly for her and the doctor had recommendations of what we could do for her next visit so it would be less stressful. It just eases so much anxiety to know that my cats are receiving the best care and also not stressed and scared the whole time. Wonderful people who care very much about our animals work at this clinic - I highly recommend Latah Creek Animal Hospital. Spencer Cooper jr First time I saw this gentleman I tried to tell him what was wrong with me. He didnt want to here it. He told me to schedule a separate appointment for every problem. Tried to force me to have back surgery that only has a 20% chance of making me better. Have been trying for months to get an appointment for Prednisone shots and he cant get it done. He will not return messages or answer questions. Totally uncaring. No empathy or compassion here. Useless.

Briauna Lipp I had a lot of questions to ask at my appointment, hence the reason I scheduled it. I came prepared to get information about a couple of different things that I had notified them about. When John came into the room, he rushed me and didn’t answer any of my questions. He kept telling me just to “research it online” and rushed me out of there with none of my questions answered and I left feeling more confused. I felt pressured into choosing a certain birth control option, which he also knew nothing about. My appointment was all of about 10-15 minutes long, and I don’t think he listened to a concern I had. I was so upset and frustrated after I left. I felt like had no knowledge about anything I was asking, and he didn’t care about my concerns at all.

Patrick Moore My experience at Rockwood Cheney Clinic was excellent! PA-C John Loudon was professional and he was very trough in his exam of my left knee. An X-ray was taken and I will be referred to a specialist for further evaluation. Very happy with todays visit.

Caitleen Carveth John Loudon is by far the worst physician I have ever met with. He rushed me and disregarded everything I said and then ended up needing emergency surgery for the issue that he wouldnt listen to me about.

Jennifer Ghan Medical Lake Veterinary has time and time again been worth their weight in gold for our household animals (cats, dogs) and livestock (mini cows, mini goats). They are quick to return estimates and generally have an open schedule for last minute appointments. I appreciate their willingness to do additional research on treatment methods before being quick to diagnose and send you on your way. For the most part, we have found the prices of their services, specifically for livestock, some of the most reasonable in the area. Our only point of improvement would be timeliness on appointment start times. There has been a few times where we have waited 45+ minutes beyond the appointment time, which when you’re dealing with livestock it can be a bit trying. We are thankful to have such a great vet in the West Plains area that treats all the animals we have. We recommend all of our friends and family to them.

conner beck I have been going here for over a year, I recently took my dog in because he was sick. The vet said he needed an enema, once I picked him up, I arrived home 10 minutes later. He was pooping blood continuously, I called back and was placed on hold why the receptionist talked to a vet, they asked about the stool and I answered. The receptionist then told me the can’t help and to go somewhere else. This clinic has to be one of the worst. Refusing care 20 minutes ( 10 min drive home 10 min on hold) after I picked up my dog. After spending 8 hours at an animal hospital my dog has a completely different diagnosis as well as damage from the enema the vet had provided. Will not go back and recommend anywhere else.

Tami White They are amazing. The doctors are so nice and welcoming. Ive had 2 situations where we needed to be seen asap and it wasnt an issue. Same day appointments. Theyre very personable. Love the animals and treat the humans with compassion too. I actually switched from the vet I love to medical lake because theyre closer and theyre just as wonderful. So happy I found them in my hour of need and they were there for us.

Aly L Be cautious before bringing your pets here. (My dog happy and healthy at the end of this story). I brought my dog in about a year ago because she was acting strange. Vet said she might have an upset tummy so prescribed some meds and special food. A week later, she’s worse, not playing as much, not eating, so I bring her in. Vet said maybe she just something stuck, they took an X-ray. They then tell me that she may have hip dysplasia and needs to see someone right away (her hips were completely fine, not the issue). A week later, she’s worse, whole body was cold, sleeping a lot, and not eating/drinking, I bring her in. Doctor said she was fine, the cold body is normal and she just needs more time. That night we took her into an different emergency vet. Turns out she was extremely dehydrated, her blood wasn’t pumping properly and she had Addison’s Disease. She could have died if we didn’t take her in that night. The emergency vet saved her life. I told the doctor at THIS hospital what happened and his response was “I was going to say that.”

Cory Davis I scheduled a week in advance to bring all 3 of my animals in at once because that’s what worked with my schedule and I was told it would be okay. Fast forward to literally 30 minutes before the appointment, we received a call telling us that they wouldn’t see our dogs even though we specifically wanted to get them all done at once. Completely unprofessional. I will be taking my animals to see a practice that will actually care for them in a respectable and professional manner. I’d do zero stars if I could.

Ive been to other places and sad to say , you can tell its just " business" quick in and out. This gentlemen was patient, and kind and treated our little Ellie girl so well. The Doctor was very Informative , amd also very compassionate towards our girl. I am blown away by the care and love this clinic has for animals. They make sure your fur baby is comfortable .

Lizzy B Ive been taking my two cats here for two years, and all my family takes their pets here as well.The place is very welcoming; they put my animals name of the welcome board and were waiting for him, excited to meet him. Everyone was very friendly and had my animals best interest at heart. They also were very fast in getting him an appointment, and he was super happy when he left. Overall, it was a great place, and my animal enjoyed it. Recently my cat had to have a catheter put in here and they were very helpful and talked me through everything. They really care about your pets and help them the best.

Trish Lincoln I had a very sick little dog and the staff there were incredibly caring and compassionate. The doctors really worked with me to find a medication regimen that worked well for him and I am happy to say this worked and he is improving every single day!

Ollie Finn It can be hard to get an appointment sometimes since they only do same-day, but this is one of the best places I have ever taken my cats to. The vets here go the extra mile every time. When my cat was very sick they kept him over the day to give him fluids and helped him eat, and it made such a huge difference in helping my boy recover. They are so caring and so kind, and if youre able to get in to see them I recommend them every time.

Tiffany I have not had a single complaint about them in the 5 years Ive been taking my sugar gliders to them. They are very professional prompt and reasonably priced. Theyve now done three neuters for me and one emergency surgery for a dental/ eye abscess. Extremely grateful for the Specialized Care they give my sugar babies

Ashley schavolt Saturday night my sweet girl tore her dew claw out and the quick was exposed and bleeding. Another emergency vet turned us away as it wasn’t enough an emergency, I understood they were very busy but I couldn’t let my baby be in pain all weekend and was worried about infection as she wouldn’t leave it alone licking it and was whining in pain. This clinic was very understanding and got her in just a few minutes after I got there. I was a bit nervous about it being curbside because I wanted to be with her as much as I could (she has very bad vet anxiety), but they were great with communication the entire time and got her taken care of.

Sydney Kearns My dog was attacked by another dog with a few punctures on his back and sides. Animal Emergency Clinic took him back within 30 min (it was a weekend, but a slower day due to a snow storm). They were so kind and took great care of my baby. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was about 1/2 of what I was expecting it to be. My dog needed 8-10 stitches and a Penrose drain, which he had to be put under for. He was with the clinic for a total of 5 hours and we had great discharge notes. We got a call back the next day checking on him. Will definitely go back again, also love that I don’t have to sit in a waiting room full of dogs. Thanks Animal Emergency Clinic!!!

Michael S Been here 3 times in total and each time I have been pleased with my experience compared to other emergency vet offices you may not like the price of a emergency animal clinic but honestly each time the bill has to me been more than reasonable compared to others and if youre going to complain about the cost of a bill to save a pet you claim to "love" or is a "member of your family" you may not be the pet owner who can give feedback thats worth listening to. First two times were when my senior cats were at the end of their lives and we had no other humane choice but to put them out of their misery unfortunately you dont always get to choose when that time would come and no other place at around midnight felt even slightly compassionate over the phone at that hour while trying to get help for a pet youve cared for the last 15+ years they gave me clear facts with realistic percentages they thought any treatments would be effective in the situation with no bullshit promises or pushing for the expensive and ultimately futile treatments that wouldve made made there last minute or hours alive as miserable as they couldve possibly been with tests and treatments being done to them surrounded by strangers instead they got to pass on as painlessly as possible in the presence of people who have been with them from the earliest moment they came to be to the moment they passed. They helped make a moment of unbearable pain and decision making tolerable and allowed me to make the decision that was best for my pets. More recently my cat had signs of either a UTI or constipation and was taken into the office shortly after we arrived and the doctors looked him over and he was doing pretty well acting normal and told me they could do tests but given his demeanor and previous history that treatment and observation would probably best best and Im glad to report since we got home hes been great and having no more symptoms he was before we took him in and back to his normal self. This place will always be my go to after hours place for my pets because they have consistently taken great care of my pets.

Rachel Phillipps While vacationing in Spokane our dog Rosie required overnight monitoring on IV meds and fluids. We transported her to Animal Emergency Clinic off of Sprague at the direction of the veterinary at Union Veterinary Hospital who worked in excellent collaboration with the overnight ER facility. The ER staff and veterinarian there were amazing, kind, excellent communicators and assessors over our dog’s health crisis and care. Dr even called us during the night of her stay to update us on her condition. We are so thankful and so impressed and highly recommend this excellent facility for emergency animal care.

David Green Competent, kind, compassionate. Our dogs have been here for both emergencies --- and for overnight care while our normal vets office closes. They do a wonderful job of coordinating care with the regular vet. They were waiting for Toby to arrive last night as our vets office closed and knew exactly what they were to do overnight. And this morning, by the time I had returned Toby to the vet for daytime follow up care, they had already communicated to the vet what they had done and had updated his records. Great service, fair pricing for emergency care and overnight care, and wonderful people. Im so impressed.

I felt “heard” and well cared for during this first visit with them, as I needed to establish a PCP (Primary Care Provider) after moving to the area.

T Man Rockwood seems to constantly be struggling. Lately it feels like I’m a hamburger in a fast food assembly line. There is very poor interface in their computer system with entities outside Rockwood. I ended up going to these outside entities because I would get referrals within the Rockwood system and they would either never contact me or not be able to schedule me in. They didn’t have enough providers I guess. They say, “Well, just have them send us your notes and we’ll put them in the chart.” Well, what good is that if they can’t find the notes or they just don’t read them??? It’s like having all 5 of your basketball players playing on separate courts. They have no idea what’s going on. The computer tells me I’m supposed to have a colonoscopy every 3 years. I ask to be scheduled in the computer and nobody ever contacts me. I asked call them and say talk to your primary when you have your yearly physical. What good is that if that’s 7 months away and it takes another 2 months to schedule you or they never contact you. I feel like they only care more about my wallet/insurance. If you have more than one issue, they tell you to make a separate appointment….. cha-Ching!!!! I truly don’t feel like my doctor has time to know me. I also feel like she’s burning out and frustrated with the system she works within. I think I will start looking for something different. I really want to feel like my physician knows me. It’s frustrating to deal with. I don’t need that when I’m having issues. Done

Love Peace **Review of Spokane Valley Urgent Care** I recently visited Spokane Valley Urgent Care, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed there was no line, which gave me hope for a quick visit. However, the initial interaction set a negative tone for my appointment. The woman at the front desk, who wore black cat-frame glasses, did not acknowledge my presence at all. I stood there waiting while she seemed preoccupied with other tasks. It was a gentleman in the lobby who eventually prompted her to attend to me. Even then, her response was curt, as she said, "I’ll be right with you," while rolling her eyes in my direction. This behavior felt unprofessional and left me feeling dismissed. What compounded my discomfort was the unsettling feeling that my race may have played a role in her lack of courtesy. It’s disheartening to experience such treatment, especially when youre not feeling well and seeking care. Overall, my visit to Spokane Valley Urgent Care was marked by poor customer service. A welcoming and respectful environment is crucial in healthcare settings, and I hope they address these issues for the sake of future patients.

Dana Macilvaine I have been sick since before Christmas. I had to go this urgent so I could be seen today. I took off work early to go. The entire staff was kind and very empathetic. I have a 100 degree fever. My nose is completely clogged. I have a major sinus headache, especially when I bend over to my shoes I cough at night unless I sit up and I have so much building in my sinuses that my hearing in my right ear is going out. I wheeze when I breathe also. The doctor came in gave me a flu test after I told him all of my symptoms. He ordered a chest x-ray which I did there which was really quick by the way it was amazing work by the staff. He comes back into my room 10 minutes later tells me I need to take Afrin Sudafed and NyQuil and ibuprofen. He said I had influenza an and that I did not have an infection. Sent me off with no prescription of any kind. I know what I’m sick and I know when I have a sinus infection I wasted about two hours of my time going in there thinking that I was going to get some help. I called off of work at 11 thinking that someone there was going to help me. Nothing not even a flu pill or any antibiotics. I clearly have a sinus infection. Thanks for the amazing care and concern for my well-being. will never go back.

Randy Bowen I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Front desk check. In was friendly and easy. The nurses were quick and efficient, friendly enough to visit but also able to handle other jobs well. The folks in the procedure room were very informative and professional. Dr. Habibi was also informative and professional. They were thorough and gentle! Good times had by all!

To start off, I misunderstood having a driver present for the whole wait time, but the front office ladies were kind, understanding and patient with me to get my driver back in time. Thank you for that. I didn’t have to reschedule. Dr. Nathan Campbell was friendly, profesional and has great bed-side manner. He is a very easy Doctor to talk to. I love that. All the care team was helpful, patient and friendly. I thought everyone there was happy and enjoyed doing their jobs. It was great to be in such great hands for a procedure that is not fun to go through. I highly recommend this center. The only negative I have was not validating parking. Thanks again for excellent, on time and professional care.

Olivia Young I’ve always believed that healthcare is about more than just treating a condition—it’s about treating people with respect and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience at Spokane Digestive did not reflect that belief. I arrived at 8:30 AM, ready for an appointment I had waited weeks for, only to be marked as a no-show while I stood in line until 8:45. Mistakes happen, but what was truly disheartening was the dismissive and unkind attitude from the receptionist. When I calmly inquired about how to file a complaint with the practice manager, I was met with laughter. That’s not the kind of response any patient deserves. I believe in giving feedback where it’s due, and it’s my hope that by sharing this experience, the clinic can reflect on how they treat their patients—because all of us deserve better.

Eri Schae The doctors, nurses were great. Inside the procedure area was all clean and nice. The buildings, hallways and waiting area were dirty, chipped, crumbling and looked like a welfare office in New Jersey. The chairs and benches are worn and dirty. The walls dented, gouged, dirty and in dire need of paint. If there was a vagrant sleeping under a tarp it the hall I would not have been surprised. Grimey looking describes that facility. Its honestly depressing to see how they maintain the place. At least put a can of Lysol out there so we can disinfect the place.

Peter Schmidt At the time of making the appointment, I was never informed of the price.. I called later and it was 1,200…I couldn’t afford that and cancelled the appointment.they obviously didn’t follow the price transparency act and are now charging me 100.00 for a late cancellation…. If I’d known about the price ahead of time, I wouldn’t have made the appointment…. Be very careful with these folks…….
