Rachelle Miner Having moved back to the Valley a few years ago, I had to get a new primary doctor. I wanted someone younger, and motivated and also a DO if possible. I am happy to say that Dr Hafen is all of the above. My first appt he took the time (45 minutes) for me to tell him everything about me and get to know what I was looking for. He did not do the typical "well blood work is normal, sorry" routine. It was such a relief. I have been seeing him now for a few years and am so happy that I chose the right primary for me. As a small business owner in Mount Vernon, I chat with my clients with all sorts of things. I always recommend him if they are looking for a new doctor. I dont normally even do reviews, but he deserves it.

Ronald Sehman My experience with Dr. Hafen has been confined, thus far, to just two visits. After those two he has gained my complete confidence. Ive found that he listens well to my concerns and is quite thorough in his questions and assessments. The office staff and nurses have been pleasant and professional as well.

CRISTINA ASHCRAFT Dr. Abresch spends quality time with her patients and really evaluates the whole person. She utilizes various modalities for treatment, my favorite being Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment, OMT. She helped me through a traumatic C-section recovery with OMT, physical therapy referral and a clear exercise regimen that got me back to top shape in 6 months. Your overall health is her main mission. I highly recommend her!

Mary Darden Alison Aubresch Meyer is bar none the smartest and most thorough doctor I have met in my 68 years. Pays attention, listens and “hears”. Additionally, as an osteopath, she actually can do things that heal besides just write prescriptions for pain and sore muscles! Plus she’s fun!!

Susan Vendeland Dr. Struck is kind, patient, and a good listener. He is very thorough and thoughtful. I felt that he cared about my condition and showed concern for my future well- being. Kurk Leonard Seems like all Skagit Medical facilities, that I have been to, have the kindest personal*****!, this early morning appointment, I was a few minutes late ?probably 10 minutes, And the gal at reception desk , saw I was worried , and was like don’t you worry your just fine ! That was very comforting! , then within minutes I was escorted back to examination room, the medical assistant was good , she gave me some tests for cognitive, because I was there for the Doctor to read my brain MRI,, I was extremely curious? , Dr Mazurah came in , I asked him after sharing my history with head concussions! 3 being major! Ice Hockey, all he said was everything was fine ? And then I pointed out the part of my head I hit by those 3 major concussions, 1 , I was induced coma for 6 days, and after my school grades dropped 50% ! He never showed me any images, nothing, he later on said oh yes I did see something, when I pointed the area I hit 3times! And that was pretty much it? Said exercise & tske your vitamins , see you in a year , I waited 3& 1/2 months for that ??I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t think till the ride home, just what a waste, of all of are time!!!took a lot to get to have that appointment? VERY DISAPPOINTED, (just in the Doctor Mazurra , KURK M. LEONARD

Becky Luschei I finally feel like I was actually heard! My visit with this group went long because we had a real good discussion about what is going on with me! Finally! Someone is paying attention to what I am SAYING rather than trying to TELL ME what is going on. This is MY BODY, after all! A test was scheduled but when the docs reviewed the MRI data, that changed. They had questions and I was happy to answer them! It turns out I was correct about my own diagnosis and what Ive been doing to heal is spot on! It took going OFF WHIDBEY ISLAND and seeing some other practice to validate that! My own practice is fraught with bias, telling a former triathlete to get more exercise and avoid processed food! Just the usual boiler plate stuff without even looking at or examining me! I am just a number to Whidbey Health. Im a PATIENT to Skagit Regional Health. Perhaps Whidbey Health should take a look at how Skagit does it practice?

Sarah Gamber Dr. Amir Mazhari is the best Dr I have ever had. He is kind and really takes the time to listen to you and figure out the best way to treat the issues with a long term solution instead of just putting a band aid on it. He always has a smile and just puts you at ease the minute he walks in the door. His staff is also amazing and always willing to help. By far the best place to go.

Not only did her MA speak about her with high regard, the young lady who scheduled the appointment shared a similar opinion saying she had heard nothing but high praise of Dr. Robertson. This put me at ease and once she walked in the door, I was impressed. She was professional, empathetic, exceptional listening skills and took the time to peruse my history and help me understand my current situation. Susan Jordan Typically, Skagit regional does not do a very good job in booking. They book anyone that calls with the first available appointment without taking a consideration the urgency or extenuating circumstances. Hence patients are booked out for weeks. Its not so much an access issue as it is a scheduling issue. They constantly just route patients to urgent care and frankly the care isnt as good and its more expensive. Plus it doesnt minimize follow up visits with a medical office after the fact. Rather Skagit regional needs to LISTEN to the patients and triage accordingly by reserving time slots each day for patients better served seeing their regular physician. Because I pushed the envelope this time, I actually spoke to a nurse about my needs and she got me in with a nurse practitioner. I was in the office within 30 minutes and it was efficient. My problem was resolved completely for what I needed with a lot less expense and a lot less time. This was an anomaly. I must say that I was treated very well. Overall I think the management at Skagit regional clinics really doesnt give a hoot about how patients are scheduled. Very unfortunate

Laura Moore I have been going to Dr. Sandeep Bal for at least 9 years now. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to me. Alicia Dean I’ve been coming to this place consistently for the past year and a half following a car accident. When I first started coming here, I could not even walk due to having a broken foot and a bad concussion. I was just dizzy all the time. The care I have received here has been life-changing. I also noticed massive changes in my brain function overall after using their cold laser therapy consistently. Many of my childhood PTSD symptoms have lessened as a result and I know this probably sounds crazy, but I feel more emotionally regulated as well. It is very hard to live in a state of constant pain and the adjustments and massage therapy I have received from this clinic have improved my pain levels vastly without needing to use pain medication aside from the occasional ibuprofen. I’m sure the open concept adjustments aren’t for everyone, but I love the atmosphere of this clinic. The doctors are so present when they are talking with you and I feel comfortable asking them lots of questions while I’m there. If you’re looking for chiropractic care, I highly recommend this clinic. They are gifted healers and believe in the body’s innate ability to heal.

Dr. Nick has spent a lot of time talking with us over the years because we have a lot of the same beliefs. He also gave my husband a lot of extra time and attention when he was recovering from a long hospital stay, which was such an unbelievable kindness. Everyone at the clinic is amazing but we definitely love seeing Dr. Nick. No Nickname No Nickname I have been to Country Chiropractic close to 20 times, and I am always amazed at how complete they are in their work to get you fixed up and they take the extra time it requires to get you back to feeling good. I get a great response from their adjustments, and they do a great job to support their adjustment precision, and let the treatment reset your posture before you leave the clinic. They have zero gravity chairs that you can relax in and get the most from your treatment as your muscles and tendons relax to allow the new alignment to settle in. Family run clinic. Excellent people. And extremely talented as well. Highly Recommended.

She is definitely one of the best PC doctors I have ever had!!I have seen Dr. Kienzle on a few occasions, but most recently for OMT. He is so knowledgeable about all the different muscles, joints, and the whole lymphatic system. I definitely feel cared for and feel so relaxed when I’m done. Dr. Schilhammer is always there and available if you need him! Even if you are not his patient, he will research your chart and learn as much about you as he can, before he treats you for whatever your ailment might be. John Woodmansee My infected toe was quickly diagnosed, and the antibiotic that was prescribed has improved the toe in just two days. A nurse in a different organization had seen the toe earlier this week, and suggested I postpone treatment until I could get a diagnosis from a specialist -- a delay that could have have been risky. Instead, Darrington Family Medicines friendly Dr. Kienzle saw me 24 hours after I called for an appointment, and gave clear advice.

bruce hall I was in serious pain. The receptionist (Cynthia) picked up on my situation and arranged an unscheduled appointment with in a couple hours. I had a very productive meeting with Dr. Alcocer and he administered a steroid shot in my knee. My ordeal isnt over yet but my situation is much better after my visit. I fully recommend Proliance surgeons.

Cook Linda (Cookie) Dr Cevatello and the staff at Skagit Regional Clinic at the Camano Island clinic welcome their patients as old friends. I appreciate the small town welcoming atmosphere and staff that treat you as more than just a number. Please dont think that because this clinic is small and in our own backyard they dont have the training and efficiency of a much bigger clinic and staff because they do. The staff are polite, efficient and also compassionate. Dr Cevatello always takes time to listen to my concerns, check my symptoms and then explains his best plan or choice of plans for treatment. I have a very complicated health record and I appreciate he knows my medical history and complications and he includes me in any decisions for treatment and follow up. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Cevatello for a high standard of professional health care in our own backyard.

Susan Hodges Our almost 4 year old hedgehog had the “hoppies” and that means she may have mites. We called Mt View Veterinary Clinic for an. appointment and they got us in the same day. The Dr and Asst were very nice and listened to our concerns and also saw our other hedgehog (they are cage mates) and spent quite a bit of time with us. They prescribed Revolution and not only that but they both had wellness exams so we can have the prescription refilled for both of them for a year. I HIGHLY Recommend this Clinic, it was clean, the staff was professional and really listened to our concerns about our animals. The other Amazing thing the bill was being reasonable, most vet clinics charge you for every little thing and the bill is usually over $300-$400 not this clinic ❤️

Janine Price While I do appreciate Dr. Sargent (he is awesome), the service at the desk or when I call is unbelievably disappointing. The best way to describe the interaction is there is no caring involved. At all. Ive talked to a someone several times on the phone about meds or follow up appointments, and snarky is the best word to describe the conversation. I brought my dog in a month ago, received a one month ear treatment...after a month he started having issues again. I called, they said to get any additional treatment I have to schedule another appointment and the cost for the follow up was $165! If they told me it was that expensive, I would have chosen drops. I also brought my other dog in and Dr. Sargent was super nice and helped quite a bit with advice on how to get him to lose weight. Thats why two stars...because of Dr. Sargent. Unfortunately, I deal more with the other staff and its so frustrating Im moving to Parkerway. The current reason...my cat had a swollen paw and is walking on 3 legs. I called Mountain View...I was told he could not get in for a week. I called Parkerway and there was a cancellation and they got me in the same day. I understand scheduling...but Mountain View could care less. They honestly didnt care. Parkerway did care and showed it by working my cat in the schedule and how they treated him when we arrived. I had them call and transfer all my pets to Parkerway. Sorry Dr. Sargent, you are amazing, but you have to employ people that show they care about the animals that need your help. My Reply: Thank you for your response, Dr. Sargent. My complaint was not that you couldnt get my cat in the same day (although the other vet had a cancellation and my cat did get in thankfully...and received antibiotics). I understand you arent an emergency vet...my complaint was that your staff did not care. They didnt care we couldnt get in...didnt care my cat had a paw twice its size. It was a "go away" type of attitude that Ive experienced before at your clinic. We do respect you...and appreciated the amazing advice and care you gave. And we appreciate that youve addressed this and still wish us well. Perhaps in a few years well come back (hoping front office staff will change). You do an amazing job and were sad we cant work with you.

Mary Wolf I usually do not like going to the doctor but going to Skagit Regional Health is a pleasant experience. I love my new PCP, he really listens to my concerns. My lab draw was done with great care, skill and was almost painless, much to my surprise. The X-ray tech was wonderful too. Shout out to Dr. Matthew Acosta who really took time to know me as a new patient. ( this review is using my maiden name).

Julia K Skagit Regional Station Square is clean and comfortable. The receptionists are courteous and welcoming. Dr Roger Lee and his staff are great. You would feel at ease during the visit and confident that your health issues will be resolved in a timely manner.

Harry Andris This fairly new facility is clean, bright and inviting. The staff were quick to check me in and quick to take me to my pre- surgery bed location. The nursing staff was wonderful and my surgery went well with the doctor reviewing my case and findings shortly following the procedures. I have a very high regard for this surgery center and the staff who support it.

I cannot say enough kind words to describe the wonderful support which has been given to me by the Full Staff at Skagit Regional Health. Dr Shelley Higman was assigned to me as a new doctor as of last August, when Dr Jenny Bensen decided to go back to school. With my anxiety disorder, I was very frightened by the change. All of my fears were unfounded Dr Shelley is an exemplary Doctor. She has been kind, gentle, informative, helpful and understanding of my circumstances. She has found a way which is helping me cope with life. Because of her I will someday be able to leave my home without medicine. Honey Graham This was my first visit to Station Square. I had an intake appointment with Roger Lee, MD. I am so pleased that he is my new primary care physician. He is smart, up-to-date, communicates clearly and hears what you say. His medical assistant, Tatyana, gave me a flu shot which I did not feel. On Wednesday, I went back for blood work as I had eaten before my new patient appt. The lab was clean and calming. The med tech who took my blood was Kenhya. She was pleasant and again, I had no discomfort with the draw and absolutely no soreness or swelling afterwards. I had driven myself there and asked the woman at the desk for directions on the way out. She was helpful and clear and, miraculously, I did not get lost! Great experience both times. I highly recommend Station Square.

Judy Monroe After much research and having my doctor of 20 years retire I found Dr Lambert. I read all his reviews and I thought okay Ill give it a try and boy Im so glad I did. What a wonderful warm funny caring man. Im looking for a happy and long term relationship. Also the front staff and MAs were wonderful as well.

Connie Steele We have been coming to see Dr. Burk, as a family, for years and hes been outstanding. His staff are the best and work hard to get you the appointment, that meets your schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Burk and all who work with him.

Roz Hawley Dr Burk is a great no nonsense provider. He tells me what I NEED to hear not what I WANT to hear. And when he does not do/agree with what I am asking for, he explains it in non-medical terms the reason why and ALWAYS has at least one alternative option for treatment. Can’t believe I found such a wonderful provider in the little town of Granite Falls! Many thanks to Dr Burk and staff!! All staff medical and reception are courteous and professional in a genuine way. You can tell they they are there for the patients.

Rachelle Dowling I am SO impressed with our Skagit Regional Health here in Granite! I made an appointment with Kelli Kraft ARNP to establish care (as my previous doctor moved) so I was a bit nervous about settling in to a new clinic/provider. That said, I couldnt have been happier with my experience. Not only was Kelli everything I hoped she would be, but the staff and office vibe were also wonderful! The admin/intake gal who checked me in (gosh I wish I could remember her name to shout her out!) was wonderful, and the medical assistant Katie was LIFE! Loved my experience. Its feels so good to have peace of mind with my new primary provider. Highly recommend!

Christine Minney I had an incredibly positive experience with Animal Care Center from beginning to end. My Yorkie, Max, had a basic exam at an initial visit and both tech and vet were thorough, gentle and kind. The old pups teeth were in bad shape and he was scheduled into surgery for cleaning the following day! From both experiences, I felt Max was well taken care of and MOST importantly I did not feel judged poorly given the state of his teeth. Pleasant, compassionate, and informative was our encounter and Max is a MUCH happier dog!

Leslie Henson I couldnt imagine bringing my fur babies anywhere but to the Animal Care Center. Ive recommended them to friends who have asked where to take their dogs. They are kind, compassionate & caring. They listen to your questions, concerns & answer in a way that you can understand. You will always receive a follow up call asking how your pet is doing.

Rhonda Worley We moved our 2 dogs care over to ACC about 18mos ago and Just took our newest puppy there. We have 12yrs , 7yrs and 8 week old canines. Our oldest was in a health crisis that turned around very quickly after we switched clinics, the middle dog has been healthy to this point and they treat her like a queen. The puppy was pronounced in good health as well The team listens to our concerns and cares about the health and care of our fur kids. Everyone on staff is caring and personable to the humans but excel at making the experience great for their patients!

Chelsea Wells Decided to switch vets from Bellingham to Mt. Vernon. I then started my search of the web for a new vet for my fur-babies. I found Animal Care Center set up appointment was able to be seen the same week. The vet and assistant were fantastic and the front desk ladies helped me set up companion care plans for on-going care and we so kind. Also app they use also helps keep track of all your pets information as well as set appointments, message them, and refill prescriptions. I was so satisfied with the whole first experience.
