Lacey Mattoon Ive just recently became a new patient to Dr. Felix. Hes treated me before as a walk-in patient in the past as well as the other day. Both times he has actually listened to my concerns and taken the actual steps to help get the care Im needing. Its nice to have a doctor actually listen and show me they care and are here for me. Roy Hall Dr Sleiman cares about his patients and it shows. I always feel heard and respected. He always explains things in a way that does not include a bunch of medical terms that that I don’t understand. He also has a great sense of humor. I always know that a visit with him will include great care and a few laughs. I highly recommend him.

Jim Brown Both of us have Dr Sleiman. He is one of the best docs I have ever had for involving me in my own care decisions. We discuss options and pros and cons and then decide together. He is caring and very personable. No one wants to have to go to the Dr but if you do, he is one you want caring for you. My most recent visit only reconfirms what I wrote above, last year. He is a great family physician!

Chekhov Smithmoore The vet was very sympathetic when we had to put our bunny to sleep. Originally we were going to come in after hours, but they got us in earlier, for which I am grateful. The staff handwrote and mailed us a sympathy card, and I thought that was very sweet. We cried a lot. We miss our boy so much, but I know BB was in good hands when he passed.

Kayla Denise, I will forever be thankful for you. Our dog was bit by a rattlesnake on Saturday night and I’ve never been more scared in my life. Denise not only kept the situation calm but you can just tell this woman knows her stuff. We were camping about an hour away and the whole drive I was freaking out. Alpine was the only clinic that picked up the phone, but I’m happy it was here that Clementine went for treatment. As soon as we walked in I felt better, and our dog who is usually very people reactive instantly trusted Denise. We were terrified, 5 hours from home in Seattle, but our dog was in great hands. Clementine is home in the city now and has some recovery ahead, but she’s healthy and alive and I can’t thank Alpine enough for that. Prices were reasonable, Denise knows her practice well, and she gave us clear information and discharge instructions.

Hope OKrane Denise and her team are amazing!! They took great care of our Luna, who we brought in with a broken, infected tail. They were able to do an amputation within a matter of days and boarded her over the weekend to monitor her fever. We live almost two hours away in BC, but Alpine is worth the drive. We will be taking our pets here for all of our veterinary services from here on out and will be recommending to all of our family and friends!! Thank you Denise and team for everything! Luna is 2 weeks post amputation and has had her stitches out for 2 days now. Shes much more comfortable and back to her goofy self again!

Mary Powell Called our clinic mid October with pain issues but all physicians here were booked until mid November. They said to go to Mid Valley Hospital ER. I am so glad. They got to the bottom of a very specific issue after careful testing and issued prescriptions the same day. It was so gratifying. Seeing a regular care Doctor often means longer resolution. . We are very lucky to have Mid Valley Hospital ER with their caring attentive staff.

Maybellene Roberts When asked a few times when theyd be in to put the splinter on my son, The DR was playing on his phone as we sat in the ER room waiting. No one communicated with us, until I began asking the same question. The DR told me that the nurse would be in to my sons splinter on, and the nurse said she didnt know how to do it. That same nurse said that we would be helped in a minute and and I asked if she really was going to be, my voice was bot raised. It was a genuine question and she raised her voice at me and paraphrased the question I asked. Knowing at that point that the nurses didnt know how to put the splinter on my toddler son because I heard it, there was a kind male nurse who came in a tried. The only person that knew how to do the splinter was the DR but he was busy on his phone, I know this because I saw his face down, sitting down in the nurses station and I saw the content on his phone when i walked up to ask him how much longer will it take for him to get the splinter on my son. Anyhow the male nurse came in and I was asked if I would be able to help. I had no issue in helping because my son was comfortable with me as all children are with their parents. The DR came in to look at it and told the male nurse that the splinter was cut too short and was asked to do it again. 2nd time around the splinter was up to par and we were able to leave. Communication from the nurse and or Doctor would have been good. Instead, I was asking questions and the nurse raised her voice at me when I asked if she was really going to help us in a minute. And the Doctor in the ER, the only one that knew how to do my sons splinter was sitting in the nurses station on his phone. We sat longer than we should have when the nurses didnt even know they were suppose to apply the splinter on my sons arm. And to top it off they didnt know how. Im grateful to the male nurse that came in and did his best. Pretty poor experience communication wise and how I was being treated when I genuinely wanted to know.

April Titus I waited for 5 hrs to be seen being passed up by people that didnt look like they had any problems. I have frozen shoulder which cause another of pain and complete loss of motion or movement and yet still kept being passed over like I wasnt there i was there at 5 pm didnt get out til 11:30pm. But the staff I had when I finally got in where pretty nice. I did get some relief so I could function again in some ways.

Loren Michael While in the ER, myself and my husband noticed that the head nurse had a horrible bed side manner. I also checked with my doctors nurse about taking ibuprofen, they said no . Maybe aspirin and thats it. I try to follow my doctors instructions. If I didnt then I would be an idiot. The doctors bedside manner also lacked compassion for the patient and family members.I didnt feel confident with your staff.

Wendy Johnson I ended up in the emergency room after a night of pucking! The extreme pain came in the morning with nausea and more vomiting! My husband came home from work to take me to the ER as I was ready to pass out from the pain. Got in quickly thank God there was no one in the waiting room! I let them know my back kidney area was where I had the most pain. Got me hooked up to meds/ fluids and CT scan fairly soon! Got my pain managed and tests back , kidney stone. Got sent home with meds as I have yet to pass it! Happy my stay was short, 3/4 hrs. Got through the night with managed pain relief! So thankful for each person that cared for me! A bit overwhelmed with emotions today looking back! Thanks for being here for us all! Thankful !!!

Marissa Haigh Our little conure was attacked by our African Gray parrot around her beak on Saturday. I was able to clean her up and stop the bleeding but she was having difficulty eating and drinking even though she was trying. Dr Tuttle allowed us to get her in before she started seeing patients and mixed together an antibiotic, pain reliever, and vitamins, gave us some baby bird feed and baby food to start her off with (getting baby bird feed is nearly impossible around here you have to special order it). This isn’t the first time Dr Tuttle has helped us with our emergencies. When we had our pet pig she was the only vet within 130 miles of us (agricultural area too) that would see her when she was sick. We appreciate her willingness to save or try to save our fur/feather babes without hesitation.

Primary Account Their priority is payment. They are not honest about their costs. They expect the customers to cross-out options on the estimate despite verbal communications of what to do and not to do. They are not interested in resolving professionally. Will not return.

Carmen Hill We were on holidays 1.5 hours away from Omak. Tried 8 different vets and no one would see my dog for her UTI. This vet took us in on short notice. We had an excellent experience from the front desk to the vet. The vet was knowledgeable, kind and helped us when were in a difficult situation. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for all your help dog is on the mend and we are back from our holidays!

Shane Devon My dog was brought in to get a prescription of carprofen due to arthritis, it was made clear to the staff that the intent was to order the prescription online through a differenet pharmacy. The staff here did not state it wouldnt be possible to do through them. When i requested a copy of the prescription the manager told me she wont do that, despite wa state legislation stating they must. This is an incredibly unethical business, in direct violation of the law. WAC 246-933-350 Release of a veterinary prescription. (1) If requested by the client, a veterinarian must provide a written prescription for any medication prescribed by that veterinarian under a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. (2) As an alternative to a written prescription, if requested by the client, the veterinarian must call or send the prescription by electronic means consistent with state and federal law, to any pharmacy of the clients choosing that is licensed under chapter 18.64 RCW.

susan shillitto I recently had back surgery in Vancouver and I called Dr.Devries immediately when I got home and booked an appointment to have my staples removed. One day before my appointment, I get a call saying he would not accept me as a patient (I have been a patient and seen him 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years). I was told to drive to Penticton and go to a “walk-in”. (The day before they had to be removed). Incredibly disrespect, It would have taken him 10 minutes max. I will have difficulty driving 45 minutes with back surgery very recent. I am appalled at the rudeness of it all. Seriously?

chelsea sousa I’m giving a 5 star because I respect our doctor.. but I think it is a little ridiculous that my 9 months old son has to wait 2 months to get in to see the doctor. My friend has a different doctor and they prioritize babies and get same day appointments as they leave some space open for that situation. No one wants to take their baby to emergency every-time something is wrong with them and potential cause then to get a sickness from the hospital.

Cherie Fowlie I called this clnic for my Parents who are moving here and Dr. DeVries was very kind to take on new patients as my parents. I must say the reception is absolutely awefull. They are not too concerned about anyone other than themselves. Takes 5 or more min before they acknowledge you at the door once you have knocked. Rather rude I find to the patients. Dr. DeVries is always kind and caring Dr.!

Tara H Been to Chelan Hospital for emergencies and blood work and every time have been met with personal and professional attention. When an emergency calls for transfer to another larger hospital, with surgeons on call, they make it happen. 4 star because in fact they don’t have emergency surgeon on call and it’s another step to be taken to a different location. We have really appreciated this facility and its staff and Dr’s.

Stephanie Tordini I came here in severe chest and epigastric pain and thankfully my EKG was normal. They prescribed meds for my dx and a UTI but did NOT do any blood work, did not do any IV hydration even though I stated I was severely dehydrated and experiencing nausea and vomiting every day. They refused to give ANYTHING for pain. I went in with pain and left in almost the same amount of pain. Very disappointed in this hospital.

Keifler Elf Worst Emergency Room hands down. If i could have put 0 i would. They do not care and are heartless. If you have a life or death emergency they will kill you not save you. Releasing patients who go home and experience cardiac arrest. They refuse to fix the ER Doctors deplorable actions. They do not walk on water and should be held accountable for their mistakes. Everyone needs constructive criticism to meep getting better.

Scott k Krueger My GF broke her foot in 4 places, we were there for almost 5 hrs, the staff was friendly and good beside manner. We had take home meds because the pharmacy was closed. The Dr was supposed to call in a refill and didn’t do it. Today which is Sunday 8-4-24 my gf had to call several times to get what was supposed to be a script called in the day before. She is in horrible pain and all the nurse said “ well you may have to wait a while because the shift change ER Dr is busy “ finally at 2pm they finally called in the script. Finally she is comfortable but lake chelan health dropped the ball and I would never ever go there again. Horrible service and neglect. Words of advisement take whoever is injured to confluence in Wenatchee. One doc for 9 beds is unacceptable the EMS crew were great!!! Thank you but the admin staff you need work. You had her files and X-rays and CTs and she had to fight to get her medication. Shame on you for being negligent. And shame on the Dr for not making sure the prescription was called in. My gf was in so much pain, I felt helpless. Stay away from this so called doc in the box hospital. Go to Wenatchee confluence if you can.

james brose Good and bad but overall good on helping me get better but wound care caused me to have to get an even bigger wound on my foot because they caused infection and made me get admitted to the hospital to have surgical debreeding done. After that they have been pretty good on doing it right except the back up lady I have when Javier is busy with other patients hurts me and it seems like it’s on purpose. They still get 5 stars cause they so far have helped save me from losing my foot and possibly my leg!

Allison Stam I appreciate the care I received at Mid Valley Hospital. The male nurse, I wish I remembered his name, had the best bed side manner and compassion. I was in excruciating pain, and he brought down my blood pressure and pain level within what seemed minutes. Dr. Thill was also amazing. I was provided the best timely care and left with a very thorough, complete discharge plan. Thank you so much for what you do, MV medical team. I knew I was in great hands!

Jay Kratz I dont think having people who are in pain and not sure what is going on with theirs bodies in lobby waiting for care for 5 hrs is acceptable that experience sucked I was scared and no one came out to check on anybody and to have people behind the glass just ignoring people is not ok either I came there hoping to have great care from the very beginning that didnt happen. To ladies in the back that did help me thank you very kind and helpful. Ill make sure next time I need medical help to go somewhere else if this is the kind care we get in this valley

Sarah Holyoak Went to the ER and was quickly seen for acute appendicitis. Quickly got an CT scan and diagnosed. Had surgery the same day. Exceeded my expectations.

Kathy Wilcox I was at the ER from 9 to 8 with my sister, and there are a few things I’ll address here. Also, I’m writing a letter of concern to the administrator. I was in the room when Nurse Evelynn wanted a urine sample from my sister, who was in a lot of pain, and asked if she could pee in a cup instead of having a catheter. Evelynn brought in a urine sample cup and cleaning pad. I brought the sample out to a nurse and gave it to her. When the doctor asked about that the nurse said my sister refused having a cathitar and was called a liar. I was there and thats exactly what happen. The nurse didnt tell the truth. Older people in pain and handicap shouldnt be made fun of by the doctors. Dr Biancarelli told my sister to get in your wheelchair and get your catscan and made remarks about her solid pads and wet blankets, you can also clean yourself up. Then he said I have all these witnesses so you can’t go back on your catscan. This is acceptable. My sister is very thin no teeth and no not a druggie but has had lots of broken bones, and burned. The first doctor before shift change jumped back with my sisters hand almost touched his arm. Treat people like they are a walking leach!!! I got home and told my husband -Never let me go to that hospital.

Claire I got bit by a rattlesnake around this town a little over a year ago. My boyfriend rushed me here and they were so nice. Mostly the nurses, but that’s usually the case! The nurses were so amazing. It’s a tiny hospital so they don’t have the resources to deal with that situation, they just keep enough anti venom to get you to Wenatchee. The nurse helped us learn about a PNW ambulance and air lift insurance you can get before the move so the helicopter ride is only like $80 HAHA. Anyways they were honestly super nonchalant about my situation which made me nervous at first but ended up being really relaxing.

Jane Elizabeth Phenomenal experience in the ER. These guys saved my life. Confluence health denied me proper medical care and assumed it was mental health only. They were wrong. I’ll forever be grateful for HONEST care and treatment at this wonderful facility. You guys sure saved a life, while others were trying to end it.

Raven Goudeau After numerous unbearable back pain attacks I decided to go to the ER. Ive been dealing with stomach issues for some time now and was unsure if this was related to the back pain i recently began experiencing. After contacting my main provider about the issue numerous times and receiving no help or call back and reaching out to many other facilities with no luck, I decided it was time to take a trip to the E.R. which was a complete mistake. I explained my symptoms and issues a number of times to multiple nurses and waited a while for the Doctor to come see me. He entered the room and shut the door. I could instantly tell he was in a bad mood. He began scolding me and dismissed every single one of my symptoms. He was rude, blunt, disrespectful and ill-mannered. I suffer from Anxiety/Panic Attacks and I had a full blown attack to the point I could no longer speak or breathe.. I quickly gathered up my belongings in tears and changed. The next event is what shocked me the most. I heard him tell the nurses to check me out of my room because there were more important patients that needed to be seen. Two nurses entered the room and were kind and continued asking me if I was okay, but at that point I could no longer speak and was having a hard time breathing. I couldnt wait to exit the building. Ive never felt so embarrassed and trapped for seeking medical attention. GEORGE A. BIANCARELLI was the attending physician during my visit. This was not the first time I was treated poorly by the same physician. Another complaint was that I could hear ALL patient information from within my room. I could hear them speaking about a patient who had just had a stroke and another who had just had a seizure. I also caught the names of these patients, and much more information, but because I have worked in Healthcare and am very familiar with HIPAA regulations, I will not share that information to protect the privacy of these individuals. I will NEVER go back to the E.R. in Tonasket again and you shouldnt either.

Maisy Ward Ive had a lot of health issues throughout my life and have interacted with MANY different medical providers and have had a lot of dreadful, uncaring interactions. I honestly have to say that The Tonasket Family Health Center is the most caring clinic I have ever been to. Everyone at the clinic makes sure that you are well taken care of, safe and understand what is going on. If something is a problem they work with you until it is resolved. I personally am very greatful for everyone there.

alicia mcpeak Absolutely terrible. I am a type1 diabetic and have cirrhosis. After 1 visit to Dr. Redmond just to get refill because we are new she got blood work back to say everything is fine (I know it is because I monitor myself and had good doctors before coming here) to now trying to change all my medicans BEFORE HAVING MY RECORDS BACKand not even address what I even went for. 3 weeks later and i still have not got my prescription! THE office is just as terrible as her! Oh I forgot the office even called and tried to get me to come in just to bill my insurance just to tell me she still hasnt received my medical records back yet. It was terrible and I wont be going back. Waste of time!

john jones As a combat veteran, having transferred to a new provider with the Choice Program, Erin Vander Stoep and her nurse Josh are very helpful and responsive to my care. I highly recommend them. The front staff is courteous and professional. They enjoy their work and my care is seamlessly taken care of.

Saoirse Ocealligh Would be WAY more professional if their clinic actually committed some money to a remodel. That building is GROSS. Also, their receptionists need to spend less time chatting and playing on Facebook as they have been witnessed doing, and actually answer phones and assist people. 8 mins sitting outside on hold just to walk in and see you gossiping is not service. Just because this is a small town doesnt mean people dont have to try as hard. Every single time I call, I dont spend less than 5 minutes on hold. You can NOT be "that" busy, when every other medically affiliated business I ring answers much faster. Including Harborview. This is a big problem.

Kile Beeman This is probably the single best dental experience Ive ever had. If you got an emergency they will generally get you in. If you call first they will call you when they get a cancelation or you can go sit at their office until they can squeeze you in. The appointment waiting list is long because there is a lot of need in the county and not enough dentists but Ive had good luck when referred to Bridgeport dentist as well. Also a good experience. This is the spot Id recommend going if your in need of dental services

Lori Evens When Dr Medrano took care of my teeth, which are very weak from radiation, it was pain free. He was extremely professional and kind. I hear he went back to school to specialize in pediatrics. The children who receive his dental care will be very fortunate.

Kayla Sasse My experience has been horrible, I went in November for an abcess tooth finally got to see the dentist again in February while being in pain this whole time, the dentist saw me for less than 30 minutes I was there for over 2 hours and while he was waiting for me to be numb he was was working on other people (which is fine) but Im not paying for 2 hours of work when I was helped for 30 minutes. I have called the clinic trying to get in earlier etc, and I have a rude girl on the phone that says she will try and talk to the dr to get me some antibiotics never heard back so than the next day I called and her excuse was she was waiting for my response onto what pharmacy to send my prescriptions to, which I had already explained to her the day before where Id like them to go.. I will never go here again, I ended up going to a dentist in town, talked to a professional and pleasant person who took me very seriously. Just because family health centers is the only place that takes my insurance its safer and better for me to pay for another dentist out of pocket than rely on a clinic that doesnt take their patients seriously. Sorry for the long rant I felt like I needed to explain my story.

paul harm Dr. Turpin is probably the most thorough Doc I have ever had. Feel lucky to get such a good doc in such a small town. I would recommend for sure.

Shame and disgrace on BC government for their incompetance and lies, they could import thousands of well trained doctors from the world, many many want to come and practice in Canada, BC in particular. All politicians have doctors and access to full medical assistance and hospitals, vast numbers of BC citizens do not.

Marcus Westwood Awesome Hospital even if it does suffer from regular closures . The closures are a problem with the liberal Government system not the actual Hospital if you ask me .

Samantha Fechney Am from NZ here on a working holiday visa. Walked into the emergency department at 8:30pm at night and was seen within 10mins of waiting. Lovely people and tried their best to help as much as they could.
