Ashley Condict Dr. Plawman is the most compassionate, reliable and respectful provider I had ever experienced. She has gone above and beyond to provide informed care, she has shown me time and time again that I can count on her with my heath care and continues show up and follow through. Thank you Dr. P, we appreciate you more than you know!

Kat Boyle I LOVE Dr. Plawman! She is by far the most knowledgeable, kind, thorough Doc I’ve ever had or known (and I worked for MultiCare for 9 years). Consistently Dr Plawman goes way beyond expectations in her effort to serve her patients. She doesn’t over book appointments, she takes her time with you, she responds to emails quickly, when the situation warrants, she even follows up with phone calls. She has saved my life TWICE when I had no idea I was suffering with dangerous illness. When my adult daughter (who had been treated by a different Doc) was suffering from a strange paralysis with no relief I used MYCHART to send her pictures of what was happening. She saw her immediately, diagnosed a rare virus, and treated her successfully. There are Doctors and there are HEALERS. Dr Plawman is the latter sprinkled with a dose Angel on earth. I’m so lucky to know her - my entire family owes her a big debt of gratitude and hold her in the highest of esteem. We love her like family.

JoAnn Tracy I very seldom write reviews, but I really want people to know how wonderful and caring Dr. Baker and his staff have been throughout the years I have gone here. Dr. Baker is very knowledgeable and takes time to make sure his patients understand procedures, labs, etc. When walking into this office I immediately feel welcomed, wait time is very minimal, and questions are answered quickly. Every staff member at this office is welcoming, professional and kind. I would not go anywhere else!!

Mal Noneya Dr Baker is by far the best dr I have ever had. He is as understanding and the only dr since I was a kid I felt always had my best interest at heart. When he left multicare I was at a loss and have not been able to find that kind of care with the dr I was left too. I got a call he is back at family practice from his nurse Mary who’s the best unfortunately reception states he doesn’t take my ins. Hopefully I can change eventually and go back to a dr who truly believes in patient care which is a true rarity

John Green Great procedure as I only remember getting the iv put in my arm and woke up in the post op room. No side affects felt. My watch time was about an hour later than what I saw when the iv was put in. Dr. Manam came in before the procedure was done and we talked about what was to be done. He made me feel welcome and I appreciated that. And the nurses and other doctors coming in were very efficient in their actions.

Joanne DeBower I was treated by Dr Rajesh Manam on 10-06-2020 and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. From the check in desk all the way to the procedure room I was treated with kindness and respect. I have worked in a medical clinic and I can truthfully say that everyone in the Sunrise clinic was top notch. They verified my information at each point and made my experience so positive. Dr Manam did everything right and I felt well taken care of by him and the entire staff. Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you for getting it all right!

robin carson Im a retired guy who has seen a plethora of doctors over the years, finding a good one can be difficult as the gauntlet is replete with mediocrity. Dr Lee is superb - he exceeded expectations and I could not ask for a better physician, if I could give him more "stars" I most definitely would. A great asset to any medical facility who has him on staff !

Timothy Swope Dr. Lee performed my vasectomy and did a fantastic job. He was very kind and informative throughout the entire process. He really cares about his patients making sure I had as little discomfort as possible. I appreciated his desire to do a highly effective procedure instead of trying to go as fast as possible though the entire process didnt take very long. The incision made was very small and his suturing skills were very precise. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee based on my experience.
5 /5
Robin Crabb I was referred to Dr. Lee by the hospital emergency room and told to contact his office in three days. In two days they were already following up with me. Their efficient scheduling and kind reception was outstanding. I was able to see Dr. Lee in a very timely manner. Once I got there he took a lot of time with me, explained everything super thoroughly, answered questions, even shared a few laughs. Today he followed up personally to give me x-ray results from yesterday. I am completely impressed by Dr. Robin Lee!

Vernon Grayson Dr. Robert Lee and the staff at urology clinic in Puyallup were absolutely amazing.
The office staff there are so friendly and easy to work with. Happy to help with any questions I had about paper work that I filled out. They helped me make payment really simple and took credit card.
Dr. Robert Lee was very candid during the consultation explaining with great details what the procedure looked like, and what I should expect. He gave me clear direction on how to best prepare. I felt that I can trust him because he got straight to the point but was kind and fully present with me in our conversation. .
The day of the surgery, Dr. Lee came in and was ready to start immediately. He first checked with me to see how I was feeling, and if my prescribed meds kicked in. He was telling me at every step of the way what he was doing and what to expect it to feel like. I communicated with him as well to let him know what I was feeling and he was very receptive to that. He made me feel safe. What’s great about this experience is that he made me feel very safe, very relaxed. We talked and joked around a little bit. And I blame his amazing bed side manner to how well I am healing. While I am doing exactly what he told me to do to heal up good, I was not tense at all during the procedure, if I started to feel in pain he would hit me with the numbing agent. This really was a stress free experience.
Having a vasectomy can cause fear and anxiety in men who decide to get one because of social paradigms of masculinity. This is unfortunate. I have already been made fun of by two friends of mine. But I am in virtually no pain and and back on my feet next day. Taking it easy of course, but If you decide to get a V, Dr. Lee is kind, gentle, and really cares about you as a human. I would recommend him 10000%

Michelle Patrick My husband had a scheduled appointment at this clinic this week for a minor procedure. They called just as he was walking out of our front door to say that because it had been 2 months since he was seen initially they wouldnt be doing the procedure and would need to examine him to see if anything had changed. The reason for the length between initial consult and the procedure was that he had pneumonia late December 2024 and they procedure was scheduled for early Jan. 2025 and he was still not fully recovered from the pneumonia. Now we get to start all over again, this time with another clinic. OH did I mention that yes, there was a $400+ copay that he needed to pay BEFORE he was even seen? I called the office today to see just how long it would be before they refunded our copay. Well guess what? They didnt even initiate the refund, told me that I would have to contact the billing office and get that taken care of myself. So I did that, and to my anger, found out that it would take Multicare 1 -2 weeks before they would refund my debit card. Poor customer service from both this clinic and Multicare billing office. Shame on them

Amy Sarver My visit with Dr. King was very pleasant. Dr. King was very patient and explained what he was recommending next and why. It was very comforting to know that what I was sent in for his evaluation was not the reason for the problem I have been experiencing. He has suggested further testing before proceeding with a surgery that is not necessary. I look forward to hearing from Dr.King regarding what he finds and what he suggests. I really appreciate his professionalism and no guessing.

Levtech44 H I was diagnosed with diverticulitis in July of 2022 at Good Sam hospital. Within 3 1/2 weeks, I was in emergency 4 times with no improvement. The pain is unbearable. Now a month of dealing with this, I was referred to Dr King. I called and was able to get right in to see him. He had great knowledge, and changed my prescription. Trying to avoid surgery. I return in 2 weeks, but the pain today is unbearable. I pray we are on the right track. Blessings to all the surgeons, doctors, and nurses at Multicare.

Maria Gendusa Dr. Hou is VERY kind, and understanding, he does such a good job and has wonderful bedside manner. His staff is also very empathetic. My only problem is they never call you, so whenever I need to schedule an appointment I have to harass them, normally they wait to hear back from my insurance and then they call me, nope, I do that because if I waited for them it took them 6 months. Im not sure why, but I have to assume its because they are overwhelmed with patients. So 4 instead of 5 stars.

We as new comers thought the establishment was closed (due to reserved holiday) because there was no one in the lobby, doors were locked and no out to lunch sign. When asking her if they are normally closed at this time she stated " only until the 31st" . When I called the recording before she arrived it didnt state on there that they changed their business hours or would be changing them due to holidays. Communication would be nice, " new lunch hours see you at 1pm, " lunch from 12-1", "brb" etc. Besides that once we got back into the actual room with the RN Mary, she been great and her customer service is great!!

The Doctor was knowledgeable, conducted a thorough exam- without it feeling rushed, took time to go over the imaging in detail with me. Clearly communicated a treatment recommendation, as well as possible further treatment. Answered all the questions I had, without seeming annoyed.
I sincerely wish I would have been able to connect with NeoSpine earlier in my recovery, following a MVA. For the first time in a year, I have realistic hope of regaining function and restoring some quality of life back into my activities of daily living.
God answers prayers in his own time ✝️

Leslie Manix It was wonderful! After being blown off by my neurosurgeon, one of my other doctors recommend Neo Spine. For the first time I felt heard. They were patient. they answered my questions, and came up with a plan of action. I am starting to have hope again. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. One a scale from 1 to 10, these guys are a 10 all the way.

Dawn Linquist I loved APRN Sue Yoon! She listened to me, I felt very "heard". I am just starting to jump through the insurance hoops, she was very helpful with that, as well, to get stuff rolling. Im an RN myself, and she was great at explaining everything at my level.

Carnessa Elem The office staff was very welcoming and made the check innprocess go smoothly. The Dr knew why I was there so he reviewed my chart before the visit and explained everything so I was able to understand. Exceptional care all around.

John Berry I was greeted with a big smile and a cheery disposition. I felt empathy for my necessary, minor procedure. My medical aide was not able to answer my question about side effects but quickly found someone who could. I feel that I am in good hands with the staff when I go.

Bill Ptak I had my annual virtual meeting with Dr Lamberton on Jan 28th and it went like clockwork. We discussed my lab results and any issues I am having for about 5 minutes and then the doctor visit was over. It was very convenient and timely.
