Richard Have had to use both the radiation treatment for prostate cancer and then the camo for non Hoskins. This was back in 2020 an 2021. The staffing team was extremely caring. I cant say enough. Still seeing them for port cleaning and checkups with all reports good after 3 yr. Glad they were here to save me.

Misty Olivas I’m very grateful for the wonderful volunteers at Northstar Lodge. They are the first face you see they offer a pillow and blanket right away. They come back around to offer a snack or a nice cold drink. The nurses also have such great tips to get thru the chemotherapy treatments which is so helpful and comforting!

colleen silva Even though I arrived early, my wait time was so short. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and eager to check me in. The nurses aid and nurse were kind and efficient. My ARNP Caolae Jones was good at getting through the info and results of my recent shoulder surgery. I liked that she scheduled another appointment in 2 weeks to see how I’m doing with administering antibiotics at home and see that no infection has developed. I appreciate Cornerstone Medical.

Carolene Lund Dr. Lascar and his team are wonderful. The ladies are so friendly and very helpful. Of course Dr. Lascar is always so jolly and hospitable. Genuinely and foremost concerned about my health. He is smart, quick and wise in solving my health problems. He is an honest man and I trust him. Dont tell anybody but he is also tall, dark and handsome.

Mark Briggs Dr. Laskar and his team are always wonderful to deal with. I was in for my annual physical and I was quickly shown to an exam room and the nurse took vitals, and checked and updated chart as needed. Dr. Laskar was upbeat, thorough and allowed plenty of time for questions. He explains things in an understandable way and is very genuine.

Melissa Blevins My daughter fell and needed an X-ray late into the evening. We arrived right at closing time and the staff at Yakima Valley Urgent Care were nice enough to still see us! They were understanding, kind, and very thorough in their exam. We greatly appreciate them and would definitely go back!

Emma This is a great urgent care clinic. The medical assistant was so nice and the PA listened and was able to get me feeling better. The wait time was around an hour but this was on a busy Friday afternoon, and it was certainly much shorter of a wait than the ER.

Margarita Anguiano Ive never had any complaints about this place. After every visit, Ive always left satisfied, but last night was different. I took my son in last night, and everything was going fine. I got seen immediately, vitals were taken, questions were asked, and some tests were being run. Their ARNP, i believe thats what she said she was, came in, did an assessment, told me she had one of the test results that came back negative, and was waiting for the other two. She was going to get some oral steroids for my sons cough and told me some possible diagnoses. She left the room. Another staff came in, gave me the medicine, and told me someone would be in to provide me with the results. The team that first saw us entered the room and told me how my son was doing. I told her a bit better, and she told me I was good to go if i had any concerns, to come back or give them a call. I had this confused look as she was about to walk away. I had to stop her and ask what the results were. She looked confused and asked if anyone had come and talked to me. I told her, no, i was told someone was going to. She apologized and said she was going to check what happened. The leading provider came in and told me she had talked to me. Dont I remember her that if the test were negative, she was going to give us steroids, and we could go, but thats not what she said. So before she left the room, I had to stop her and ask if all the tests came back negative was it a cold he had? She said it was more likely croup, and thats why she gave us the medicine, so i asked again what i was supposed to do. She told me to give medicine for fever and have a humidifier, which, you know, is everything we discussed, but if we did discuss all of that, why am I still confused? She didnt correctly discharge me. I have never left a medical facility, still wondering what Im supposed to do at home. Im always given thorough instructions or discharge papers. Im not a person to start arguing, so i thanked her and left, but i still didnt know what to do or how to treat my sons croup. When i got home, i had to Google Home treatments to get by tonight. I understand I was the last person, and it was almost closing time. Maybe it was a long day, and she wanted to go home already. Im just disappointed with how this visit went down.

Roxanna Sandoval This place needs a whole new crew! Lady in the front desk is so rude! I dont get it how you work in costumer service! Please do people a favor and look for a job where you dont have to deal with anyone! Sucks to be the first impression of this place! Had me wait there only to tell me after 20 min they couldnt take any more patients. Most of the reviews here are from people that work there!

Veronica Cortez This is the third time I’ve seen this doctor and the third time I have felt like he did not help me at all. He literally said I don’t know how to help you. I don’t know you may need to see your surgeon. When I seen another doctor that I was referred to because my surgeon was not able to address me she appointed me to My surgeon as well, but she helped me make sure that I got my appointment in and I was going to be addressed as soon as possible. She made sure I had to help before I left. She examined me and make sure my needs were being addressed as to this doctor did not he pushed on my stomach and said well I feel like you’re bloated, but I don’t know how to help you. I don’t feel like my needs were being met at all. I feel like you should at least help me get my foot in the door to someone who knew how to help me at my time of week like the other doctor that I see.

Angel _6.0ls Navarrete Horrible experience with this doctor. I made and appointment for my son since he started having symptoms after his sister tested positive for influenza A and he did not want to do any testing done and he talked to me like I was a child ! I was so angry and seriously disappointed in his actions as a doctor! He said, “but for what?” After I asked him it would make feel better if we did some testing done since he is complaining of pain in his throat and is having high fevers.

Raven Million Coming here at 1st seemed like my husband and I werent going to get the care we are searching for. We had changed our primarys do to not getting our needs met, but things started to get better, Dr. Nahaas is very professional and finds the ways & things that work. My husband has cancer and we just NEEDED a doctor who is professional, empathetic, caring, and sympathetic to our ever changing needs. The staff, nurses, and other doctors are also amazing people who help you immensely even if your not being seen by them.

KATHY HENRY When I turned 65 and was new to Medicare, I had to find a doctor who would accept Medicare. I had called around and was told the doctor in question was not taking any new or more Medicare patients. I called Dr. Mark Joys office where my husband goes and was told the same. I went to the appointment with my husband as he was already established with Dr. Joy, and I told him I needed a doctor and was sorry he wasnt taking new patients. He told me to have the front office make an appointment for me as I was "part of the family" and he welcomed me to his practice. I really respect and admire Dr. Mark Joy as he treats me as a friend as well as a patient. He listens, gives good advice and makes me feel he really cares, as do Sarah, his nurse, and Daisy in the front office. Thank you, all, at Northwest Medicine for your kindness and friendship!

3 Arts of Healing The staff and Doctors are wonderful at NorthWest Medicine! I feel so fortunate and grateful to have found Dr. Mark Joy. He cares, listens and is thorough. It took me several years to find a good Doctor here in Yakima. I have always been able to get an appointment. Medications are filled in a timely manner and the staff is friendly and on top of things. Thank you Northwest Medicine!

Bob Lund After a successful back surgery performed in Seattle, everything looked to be progressing well, especially after stitches removed. Then 2 weeks later, an infection began raising my temperatures, with feverish conditions and growing concerns. Dr. Eduardo Meirelles at N.W. Medicine was called in. Another surgical procedure was immediately performed by Dr. Meirelles and weeks of continued daily observation was carried out. The care and attention to details performed by Dr. Meirelles and his staff was above and beyond my expectations. Born in the time of Dr.s making house calls, I havent received that level of care since then, until arriving at Northwest Medicine. What a great team with a truly remarkable leader in Dr. Meirelles at the helm. Thanks again for the help and continued support.

Launa Gray I have gone through multiple tests, injections, MRIs and physical therapy throughout the years and never fully knew what was going on with me. I had given up on the idea that I might find out what was causing the pain. Dr. Lukose was my last chance. It felt like other doctors werent interested in what was causing the pain and made me feel like I was crazy. He went out of his way to talk to me, listen to my symptoms, he went through my x-rays, brought out books to show me what he thinks was happening and he also discussed the results of my MRIs. He was determined as much as I was to figure out the problem. As of today, I believe that I am finally going down the right path in my recovery. I am so thankful for Dr. Lukose and everything that he has done for me.

Jeremy Walker Double charged me and passed the fault to Interpath Labs when I asked for the refund. This place has a large percentage of incompetent, arrogant people! The person in the front office is the worst customer service person I have ever seen! She will bring this whole practice down. Mark my words.

Stonya Parsons So disappointed my children have been going to this clinic since they were babies! Its going down hill completely. There is a physicians assistant that saw my daughter three weeks ago and didnt bother reading her chart. My daughter has elevated blood levels and we are trying to figure out why. This assistant didnt even bother looking at her chart then we had to go back yesterday to do blood work again and in that time the phlabotomist left early and no one bothered calling us. I am a single parent and have to take time off work for the appointments. Today we go back I had to ask a friend to take her. They sat in a room for over an hour and the phlabotomist tells them to come back in the afternoon. This is to much really and overwhelming completely just trying to see if my childs blood count when down so we know how to move forward. They dont care about their patients at all it used to be an amazing clinic but I dont recommend anyone taking their children there if you are looking for quality care

Nai Meier I had went in for something THEY suspected before, called POTS. I had been fainting many times and had multiple other symptoms, and they told me it was all due to mental health. NOBODY ever listened to me or my siblings, and their excuse was always mental health, so they didnt have to look into it or refer me elsewhere.

Parkers Spectrum This place has some good doctors. They really do. What makes this place unbearable is the incompetence of the nursing staff. They consistently are incapable of performing the simplest of task’s. I have never in my life met a more unaccountable group of “professionals.” You’d be better off going to a walk in clinic. Save yourself the stress of dealing with an appallingly unaccountable and incompetent nursing staff. It is literally so bad that they should be audited immediately. I now email my daughters pediatrician directly to avoid the nurses and their inability to put patients first.

Brianna B Dr. Vye is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I have been seeing Dr. Vye since Spring 2007. He is absolutely great. He has been the most kind and thoughtful doctor I have seen. He always listens to my concerns and needs and tries to help me as much as possible. His staff has always been very helpful even when issues come up that are not easy to handle. They always get back to me right away if I leave a message in the nurses office recorder. I have never had a problem making an appointment and getting in when I need to. I am and will continue to see Dr. Vye, hopefully, for a very long time. The best doctor in the Northwest I would say.
5 /5
Michelle Wilson Dr. Vye is absolutely one of the top 3 doctors I have ever seen and unfortunately, I have seen countless doctors in my life thus far. The wait time for appointments is shorter than most and getting appointments is quick and I am usually able to be seen within a day or two from when I call. I live in the Tri Cities and travel over an hour to this doctor because he is worth traveling to see. Dr. Vye is very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, easy yet professional bedside manner, and seems to be an all around fantastic doctor. Very refreshing in a sea of "doctors" who give the impression they would rather herd you through like cattle than to listen and solve your medical issues.

Lisa A Coming here from Seattle I had forgotten what its like to have a family doctor who really gets to know you. I havent had that in so many years its hard to remember. Its a wonderful thing, Dr. Vye really took time to get to know me and not only whats going on with my health, but how I like to view healthcare (prevent and natural first whenever possible) and he really works with me in that direction. He remembers what Ive told him in past visits and really seems to care how things are going! Hes wonderful!

I highly recommend if you haven’t signed up for this. I can send a message and I always get some type of response.I also find it nice to check-in before my appointments. Which has made my wait time minimal or not at all. I still dread if I have to call the office for some reason. Initially it felt like the wait had improved. Sommer Scheidegger Dr. Midhuna Papazian is fantastic. She has the best bed side manner, is smart, kind, and someone you can trust. It’s apparent that she honestly cares about her patients and wants to get to know them. Randy Kime When I got to the office everything went great. The intake was smooth and my visit with Dr. Kaplan was wonderful. He prescribed me two medications and I asked to have them sent to Rosauers pharmacy. One went there and was filled same day. The other however for some reason was sent to express scrips which I have never used. This created a problem for me. I needed this one immediately and it took three days and multiple calls to get it resolved. Not what I would have expected. Good luck.

Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.

Alondra Orosco Horrible reception assistance, and also the manager took a family member who had an appointment after checking in 40 minutes passed and told her that she didnt have an appointment and said to come back the same day but later. They need to communicate with each other and not overbook people. Also, nurses speak about their patients behind doors and laugh about them, which is rude. What a way to make us feel comfortable and safe within their walls.

Paul Harris Our old pediatrician there was amazing, however she has since left and our most recent visit here was horrible. Not only was I told I should really rethink saying no to the flu vaccine for my daughter but they had a second nurse come in the room to make me sign a form stating I refused the flu vaccine as if I was putting my child at risk for not accepting the ridiculous vaccine. The pediatrician spent more time trying to talk me into giving my 30 month old a flu vaccine after I clearly said no initially than she did examining my daughter. Definitely finding a new PCP.

Merrill Sepulveda The office Staff and doctors at Water’s edge are very knowledgeable and compassionate and friendly. I go there for bilateral knee shots, which however, is not a surgical procedure. It is just one injection in each knee lately. Multi care has been charging me a surgical facility fee over and above my procedure with the doctor. This amounts to anywhere from $250-$350 and I think it is unscrupulous.

Kimberlee Peterson All staff is great! Doctors and nurses are great! But the wait time on the phone is just too much. Almost always on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a person. It’s been this way for years. Wish they just had more staff.

Shawn Cadwell We have been coming here as a family for decades; nearly since the clinic was opened... Weve seen multiple providers as Day-Of Appointments and have had just 3 changes in Primary Care Physicians in all that time!! Their Service, Communication and Professionalism is second to none!! The Clinic Environment and Location is excellent and convenient!! They offer an array of Service Specialties from Dedicated Professionals and their Caring Attitude comes through in everything they do!! Do not hesitate to come here if you are looking for medical care!!

Randy Brown Quick check in, friendly staff and barely any wait to see the provider. PA Sean did a really nice job explaining my lab results and talking with me about my health. Loved that I was Anable to schedule my annual check-up for 2026 a year in advance (including the lab work!). Great job Pacific Crest Family Medicine Team!!

Debbie Edgerly From the time I called to make an appointment I was treated great. Shawn Fays nurse was absolutely kind and professional. Shawn Fay was great at explaining and listening to me. My husband and I are more than pleased with the staff at Pacific Crest. Our cousin is unhappy with her doctor so we referred her to Pacific Crest.

Jessica Horn I was referred here by my doctor because my doctor can’t deal with the issues I have I have had less then satisfactory care from Generations. I scheduled an appointment because of issues and the MD I was seeing completely ignored and dismissed me and just told me if it happened again make another appointment. Tried to change Doctors was told I couldn’t was told the office manager would call me back they didn’t. This play is a complete joke if you want actual care don’t go here.

Leanna Zeibak I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Generations. The staff has always been incredibly kind and the nurses always ALWAYS show compassion and are thorough in following up with my questions. And special shout out to the unflappable Dr. McLemore. Two of my friends recommended her when I was first looking for an OB, and I see why. She guided me through pregnancies and delivered both of my babies with an ease and professionalism that is so grounding and reassuring. She handles potentially serious issues with such calmness that I dont ever stress-not even mid-delivery when my baby experienced shoulder dystocia. So much love for this clinic!

Sonya Pritchard Been going here my whole. Dr. Rowles who is now retired delivered me 42 years. He found my mothers ovarian cancer and delivered all my kids. I see Dr. roberts now and she is amazing, thorough, and kind. The office manager Lyndsey is awesome! All the staff does a great job!

Julie Alger It took me 10 months to find a gyn doctor in the whole state of Washington that would take my insurance. I finally found Generations. Worth every bit of the 2.5 hours it took me to get there. I had a good feeling from the super nice girl that greeted me and took my information. I even mentioned to my friend that was with me how nice she was and what a good first impression I had. Every single person I encountered was just as nice. Dr. DeFoe was fantastic. I thought I would have to hurry up and wait some more but she got me scheduled for the procedure I needed right away! I cant say enough nice things about the entire practice!

Kathie Anderson Doc has been our family physician for years. A more thorough and caring doctor you would not be able to find. After moving, we still traveled to yakima for our appointments. I cant imagine going to anyone else. And, its not just us. Ive seen his demeanor with his other clients. The compassion is always there. His staff is as caring as he is. You will not be dismissed or treated like you are irrelevant.

Cheryl Morgan Dr. Tolivers is a good fit for our needs. However, trying to make payments every month is a nightmare! Some months go by where neither of us get a bill then boom! we are hit with one and a reminder it is due NOW. We are on Medicare so we have to make monthly payments. We both owe him but I got one bill in the mail and it is for me. I made a payment but couldnt figure out how to pay on Richards bill with the patient portal. If the bookkeeper would get the patient portal finished so that we get a link every month, one for each of us, it would eliminate this constant stress. Yes, I can go in and pay or just send a check, but the patient portal is there for a reason. Bottom line, send me the link if you want money. Thank you

Chris Cannata My parents use this awful clinic and now are at risk for being dropped as a patient for struggling to pay their medical bills. This money hungry clinic is not happy with what my family is able to pay and explained that if my parents do not increase their monthly contributions that they would be turned to collections and dropped as patients. If you have any significant health problems in this town you probably have to travel as healthcare in Yakima is scarce and this is apparently what we are left with. Over crowded clinics who have absolutely no concern for low income families and would threaten healthcare service if not able to give more of our precious income.

vicki mills Dr. Toliver was not a good fit as doctor for my husband. He has a good personality and appears to be listening to questions. However, it was very difficult to reach him when we had emergencies, or needed refills for asthma medications. I was surprised that he did not know about my husbands medical history which included easphogeal cancer.and my worries and questions about the possible onset of dementia.were ignored. We missed 2 appointments without calling him because my husband was in the hospital out of town. I explained why we had missed the appointments, and we were told we had to pay in advance before seeing the doctor again. My husband is a veteran with disabilities and he is 69 years old. We decided to go to someone more familiar with health issues of older patients with chronic illnesses.

Saige Ripplinger Dr Toliver has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. He is very genuine and cares about all of his patients. Its always a fun and friendly visit to Dr. Tolivers office with helpful staff thats caring and reliable. With so many certifications and years of experience, I would recommend him to anyone, and the number of patients that find him reliable just goes to show how professional he really is.

Cindy M I would describe my experience with MultiCare Orthopedics Northwest as holistic. All the education leading up to surgery prepared me well for what to expect. Dr. Greene’s team provided the utmost of compassionate care from check in to discharge with clear instruction on home care and home exercises. Having major surgery is scary but they tuned into me to help me approach the long-awaited day with confidence in them and my ability to recover fully.

Sandy Zimmerman They called me within 24 hours of receiving my referral and got me in to see Dr Kennedy the next day and have me scheduled for my surgery 2 weeks later. All staff were greet to deal with and explained all the details of my surgery before leaving the office.

Patricio Rodriguez Anything ran by Multicare is the worst place. They tell you to be in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You do it and they still dont see you for more than an hour after your scheduled appointment. I dont know if it is because the VA is paying my bill or what. People who get in 10 minutes ago are getting called in to see the Doc before me whos has been waiting more than a hour. If you are late for your appointment they charge you money and have to reschedule. But it is okay for them to be more than an hour late without them informing us. I know that their executives dont give a crap about our complaints because being the only place in the Vakima Valley. They know it wont affect their profit margins.

Carol Cyr I have had the best care with Dr. N Kennedy and his team. Shelly helped with getting everything plus more that the insurance asked for, plus returning our calls promptly. Jesus answered all our questions on our post op appointment. He actually took the time to explain his answers, refreshing not to be held to a 10 minute time clock. Dr. N. Kennedy did a phenomenal job on my knee replacement. 3.5 weeks post op and Im doing so much better than before the surgery. Im feeling so good that Im told to slow down a bit.

Antonia Mancinelli Front desk was a bit rude and waited for quite some time after checking in to get called back. After being put in a room I found the staff to be very pleasant. The second and third time I was at this facility in a two week period, I found the front desk had gotten much more friendly as they had gotten to know me! The rest of the staff were awesome as well!

Jane Nedrow I feel I was lied to by the office manager this last summer . I learned my gynecologist was leaving town, initially called the gynecology clinic up by the hospital to see if they were accepting new patients I was told the only way I could get in with as booked up as they were, was to get a referral from my primary care doctor I called and left a detailed message as to why I was calling; received a phone call from the doctors office the following day telling me they had someone in the office who did the same thing I was even reassured they took care of post menopausal issues , so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for this last week, expecting to get an annual female exam, instead it was a medication review which I did not need and she went over my lab work which was done by Dr. Vye earlier this year. She didnt even do the female exam I was lead to believe I would be receiving.

Luisana Holguin I was able to get an appt the same day that was wonderful for the medical urgency I felt needed attention. It was an easy check in, and a short wait to get called to the back. The medical assistant was nice and pleasant she took my reason for the visit and got everything ready. She notified Raylee Weaver-Jensen PA that I was ready and she had gotten everything prepped. The PA wasnt aware the door was open and I could hear her complain that she wasnt going to do that procedure on me because I hardly even made appts with them (which I hardly make any Dr appts because Im pretty healthy for the most part everything is in range). I could hear her going back and forth with the assistant of why she wasnt going to go any extra steps. I was in disbelief of the unprofessionalism from the PA. I felt bad for the assistant. For somebody to be turned away that may need a little extra care all because of the amount of appointments scheduled is beyond me especially coming from somebody in the healthcare field. Im sure she enjoys getting paid through my insurance though for a 5minute visit. Sad days we live in if all healthcare professionals practiced with this kind of heart and attitude. The way she raised her voice at the assistant was no better either. Luckily I didnt need the extra care or maybe I did but she wasnt going to do it. I wanted to confront her but Im already going through enough and it wouldnt make a difference anyway I heard everything she said and Ill have to find somebody who enjoys their job and are caring toward their patients.
