Melissa Blevins My daughter fell and needed an X-ray late into the evening. We arrived right at closing time and the staff at Yakima Valley Urgent Care were nice enough to still see us! They were understanding, kind, and very thorough in their exam. We greatly appreciate them and would definitely go back!

Emma This is a great urgent care clinic. The medical assistant was so nice and the PA listened and was able to get me feeling better. The wait time was around an hour but this was on a busy Friday afternoon, and it was certainly much shorter of a wait than the ER.

Margarita Anguiano Ive never had any complaints about this place. After every visit, Ive always left satisfied, but last night was different. I took my son in last night, and everything was going fine. I got seen immediately, vitals were taken, questions were asked, and some tests were being run. Their ARNP, i believe thats what she said she was, came in, did an assessment, told me she had one of the test results that came back negative, and was waiting for the other two. She was going to get some oral steroids for my sons cough and told me some possible diagnoses. She left the room. Another staff came in, gave me the medicine, and told me someone would be in to provide me with the results. The team that first saw us entered the room and told me how my son was doing. I told her a bit better, and she told me I was good to go if i had any concerns, to come back or give them a call. I had this confused look as she was about to walk away. I had to stop her and ask what the results were. She looked confused and asked if anyone had come and talked to me. I told her, no, i was told someone was going to. She apologized and said she was going to check what happened. The leading provider came in and told me she had talked to me. Dont I remember her that if the test were negative, she was going to give us steroids, and we could go, but thats not what she said. So before she left the room, I had to stop her and ask if all the tests came back negative was it a cold he had? She said it was more likely croup, and thats why she gave us the medicine, so i asked again what i was supposed to do. She told me to give medicine for fever and have a humidifier, which, you know, is everything we discussed, but if we did discuss all of that, why am I still confused? She didnt correctly discharge me. I have never left a medical facility, still wondering what Im supposed to do at home. Im always given thorough instructions or discharge papers. Im not a person to start arguing, so i thanked her and left, but i still didnt know what to do or how to treat my sons croup. When i got home, i had to Google Home treatments to get by tonight. I understand I was the last person, and it was almost closing time. Maybe it was a long day, and she wanted to go home already. Im just disappointed with how this visit went down.

Roxanna Sandoval This place needs a whole new crew! Lady in the front desk is so rude! I dont get it how you work in costumer service! Please do people a favor and look for a job where you dont have to deal with anyone! Sucks to be the first impression of this place! Had me wait there only to tell me after 20 min they couldnt take any more patients. Most of the reviews here are from people that work there!
