R M After multiple horrific experiences at Multicare, I was nervous to go here for an appointment. But I was treated with respect by the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Delana listened to my concerns and treated me like a human being. I will definitely go back.

Kendra My OB Lynn Griffith is knowledgeable, relaxed, and very sweet! The nurses are quick and nice as well. The facility is clean. I recommend this clinic to new moms!

Xiaomei Wu Ok, I just spoke to a person who names Amber. She was very rude on the phone and acted like I should know all the terms and know all the medical department. When I asked her questions and she just refuse to listen and said she does not know what I am talking about. She constantly raised her voice on the phone and showed her frustration. She finally scheduled me in Tacoma for annual check but refuse to give me address. After I insisted to verify address she then gave me the address! Very bad customer service! I personally work in the medical field too and had never think this filed should keep this type of person as thus field needs people with empathy and kindness and not just for a paycheck!! I definitely will cancel this appointment here! I have been on hold for 35 minutes and finally got hold of someone who is super rude and arrogant on the phone. I will talk to everyone I know for my personal experience!! And will request a supervisor if possible!!! If I can give 0 star, I definitely would

Victoria Medley Claudia is the best midwife she is super caring, attentive, patient, and always has time for all my questions. She puts me at ease and listens to me and my desires while always being informative of my options. I would give her 5 stars. I think the only thing is billing could use more work. I’ve been fighting with billing and my insurance and it can be frustrating otherwise I’ve never had an issue and I look forward to giving birth at the midwifery center.

Jessica Seigel Called to make an appointment. Was told that they were not actually accepting new patients. Was also told that there was no availability for the remainder of the year and they are not yet scheduling for 2025. They were unable to tell me when that might actually occur.
