5 /5 Jenny Firoved: I was very happy with the service I received. I went in for an ac recharge. They told me that they would do a service check on my vehicle. They did find several things that ranged from semi important to really should be repaired quickly, with photos of all issues. At no time did I feel pressured to have them to the repairs. I asked what the cost would be. They gave me a few quotes depending what I wanted done. I agreed on the important things getting serviced. They had my car for 2 days which is what I was told. When I picked up my vehicle, there were no surprise charges and it was also cleaned inside and out! I will be a future customer and will tell everyone I know needing car repairs to give them a try.

5 /5 jason brunner: Came in for my first oil change after engine replacement. They did a through inspection making sure everything still looked good from that repair. The appointment was performed in a timely manor which included a car wash. They also noticed I was missing 1 lug nut and promptly replaced it at no charge. I recommend them to anyone that needs any auto service performed.

They did a diagnostic for me and sent me a digital checklist with details of everything they checked and any issues that popped up. They were also upfront and honest about the problem with my vehicle and the cost. I was able to get my car fixed for a reasonable price. Will definitely come back.

5 /5 Irene Francis: I am so impressed with this shop and the way they worked me in and treated me so well. They were able to keep my vehicle overnight and do all the jobs needed and kept on the schedule they gave me. If you give them the time they need I think you will be as happy as we are. Our SUV was so much easier to drive after I picked it up and feels like a solid ride again. On top of good work they helped me get back home and back to pick it up, vacuumed and dusted it inside and washed it. They are professional, helpful and I plan on using them in the future. Bill, the Service Advisor, does a great job. Thanks to all of you that serviced our vehicle, and were at the desk, we appreciate you all, you made a stressful time easier to manage.

5 /5 swthero: Great customer service, Great communication, and they did a great job on my Yukon Denali. I brought my Yukon Denali to Alderwood auto repair and service for a rear main seal a very difficult and expensive job. I called in and bill picked up he was easy to talk with he quoted me and we went on from there. Recently got the car back did a couple drive ran a remote start and the oil leak has completely stopped. I loved how they were polite to there customer, communicated through text, email, and phone calls they kept me in the loop with all the photos taken to show the before and after what was done it a auto shop that takes pride in there work. I was quoted at $4200 which was an expensive for my budget but after their communication with me and getting my vehicle back to me quickly as possible I was confident the job was done right and the money spent is well worth it. So if you’re looking for work to be done in your car I recommend coming here. They will communicate with you and won’t do anything unless you give them the ok. Much recommended for this place.
