Felt very heard by the diagnostics and staff. Gifted communication and customer service from Chelsea. As I was killing time watching baseball at the nearby restaurant waiting for the work complete confirmation, they called and offered to come pick me up! Yet another reason to support a small business and avoid the big dealership mechanics. Thankful we found this business.

Superior Auto Service

Julia Superior Auto Service was great to work with! They did an audit on my van and got super similar results to another shop I took it to, and were able to repair all of the most important issues within a few days. I went back and forth with them a few times about what I wanted done since I was hesitant about money and they were expensive fixes, but they were super agreeable the whole time and gave great communication.

Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.
