The entire experience from the parts standpoint was crazy because it took literally five months for the job to be completed at NO fault of Auto Art. No parts were available for our new VW. Irma and Emily at Auto Art are to be commended for their communication and support during this long process. Literally hundreds of parts and the work is pretty darn good. The techs are like magicians!
