They conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle and clearly explained the necessary repairs without any pressure. The technicians demonstrated exceptional expertise, and it was evident they genuinely care about their customers. My car was repaired promptly and at a reasonable price, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other shops Ive visited. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction & communication; they consistently followed up with me to ensure everything was running smoothly. I appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the process. I highly recommend Auto Werkstatt to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy European auto service. 5 /5 D Lash: Recently brought our 2020 GLE350 in for a check engine light. The team at Auto Werkstatt found the issue which was a major 12 hour repair due to the disassembly. They kept us up to date on parts, repairs and fixed the vehicle. The team was professional with excellent communication and a Quality job. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Cael Roozen: I rolled the dice and bought a 2002 Porsche Boxster S with only 51k original miles. Turns out it needed a little work..lol So after reading the reviews here, I took it to Auto Werkstatt and couldn’t be happier with my experience. With their advice and help, we put together the list of priorities and got started. From the minute I walked in the door the first time to just now leaving with my list complete, it’s been an amazing experience! They’re fair, communicative, and as always, on budget and a little ahead of schedule. Thank you Ron and crew for your great work! See you in the fall for my next oil change.

5 /5 Jared Dahl: Auto Werkstatt took the time to answer some of my questions over the phone with some concerns of a repair being done at the BMW Northwest dealership. Rod went above and beyond just to get me an estimate for what the cost might have looked like at Auto Werkstatt based off of what the dealerships parts list was even when I told him I probably wouldn’t be getting that work done at the moment with them because the warranty on my car already agreed to cover it at the dealer. I would have went to Auto Werkstatt instead though because that dealership was horrible and missed a diagnostic on the driveshaft being loose for a rattling noise. Rod told me they would love to earn my business vs that dealership where the GM hung up on the phone with me. That goes a long ways. I even asked rod if I should get my oil replaced after my car sitting for 6 months fighting the dealer on those repairs, and he said no it should be good still because of prior replacement. A lot of mechanics might just lie about that and say yes but he didn’t seem too. I took my 2015 BMW 428i Xdrive Coupe in for an inspection and a drive. I might need some more work done on my suspension that the dealer of course failed to recognize so we shall see what happens. But they ensured me that everything else seemed to be fine and that it was driving smoothly besides that little bit of vibration on a hard stop caused by the control arms being worn. Thanks again!!
