5 /5 Gretchen: Great service!! Super honest! I took my daughter’s truck in for an exhaust system repair. Turned out to be the 2nd catalytic converter for them to fix it they would need to buy parts I didn’t need so they recommended I take it to an exhaust repair shop as they would be able to use a generic catalytic converter and it would save me money. Auto Experts didn’t charge me for figuring out what was wrong. They have earned me as a customer for future auto repair needs. Super appreciative of their honesty and integrity.

1 /5 Hunter -: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Zero Follow-Through My sister scheduled a 10:00 AM drop-off the day before. We arrived on time and were told we’d get a call in 30 minutes with a quote. That call never came. I followed up at 11:00 AM — they said they’d call back. Nothing. Called again at 1:00 PM — “the tech is at lunch.” Still no update. They promised another call within 30 minutes. Never happened. By 2:00 PM, my brother-in-law had to drive there in person just to get an answer. They told him it would be ready by 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00). We arrived at 4:45 PM — only to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to return the next day. I explained our mom was in the hospital and we urgently needed the car. They said it was “half done” and couldn’t be released — no apology, no urgency. I had to walk to the shop the next morning to retrieve the vehicle. They gave us a 10% discount, but honestly? Not worth the stress, wasted time, and total lack of professionalism. Bottom line: If your time matters or you need clear communication, take your business elsewhere. This shop does not respect your time, your needs, or basic follow-through.

5 /5 EL Q PIX “JQ”: This place was amazing! We had horrible issues with our suspension. We got the most out of our Honda since 2015. They did full suspension work on our car and now it’s good for another 10 years or 150k miles. Got it back the same day! Considering the work, I feel the price was reasonable as well! Drives amazing! Ryan and the staff are amazing, very kind and professional!

5 /5 Tom, Maple Valley: I had a "service engine" light concern, so I stopped in at AE and spoke with Service Writer Fateh. He brought out their high-end scan tool and ran through my ECM to check for codes. It came up with no problem codes, so Fateh explained how that could happen. Then, he went online checking for TSBs (technical service bulletins), and records of F150s having similar problems. He found some transmission related issues and explained what they may entail and what to watch for. All this without a special appointment for an engine diagnostic test that would have delayed me several days, revealed nothing, and cost $100-200 at another local shop. Fateh was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He sold me on AE. Based on reviews, it appears the mechanics are top-notch, and thanks to Fateh, Ill give them a try.
